Most of the staff is rude and are mean mugging the donors. Maybe that's why people stop going like myself because it is a very uncomfortable environment. Not to mention they don't know how to insert the needle. Don't get me wrong there was atleast 3 nice employees but that was it.

Worst plasma experience so far I've had the guy who stuck me messed up had a lady come over to fix his mistake she proceeded to get my blood everywhere wrapped me up and stuck me in my other arm my machine made alot of noises told her something was up and she said it's OK I noticed nothing happened and my arm was turning red she then comes over and finally fixi it so the machine start working and instant relief i was like that for 15 to 20 min spent more than my usual time

Great staff, place is always clean. I do have my favorite staff members who always seem to get things right the first time. Just don't take a phone call while donating or you'll get chewed out. Haha I may have learned the hard way.

I came to this establishment. Because I moved to Laredo, everything was good. I provided all documents. I passed the bill of health. I'm an active plasma donor the problem was my address. According to their documents, all I have to require. Is it address and a valid form of identification? I provide them the lease a valid ID/Driver license And that Driver's license was issued by the state of Texas. I honestly believe I was discriminated based on my address. It forced me to go to a different donation center

Love the friendly environment here! Staff here is amazing and extremely attentive. I've never had any issues or problems here. Staff always treats you like family and do above and beyond to make sure your experience goes as smooth as possible. The staffing is wonderful! They make the whole process run so smoothly. Very attentive and always creating a fun atmosphere. There hasn't been a single experience where I didnt come out laughing with their jokeful conversations. They take pride in their job and care for their patients.

I'm not sure where the 4.9 stars come from. I have been to other plasma centers where there is more empathy for the donor's time. I do understand there are things you have to do besides serving the donor. If you see a line 13-15 donors deep and 1 screener, everything else should and can wait. Your employees act as the donors are a bother, and it seems a simple greeting or acknowledgment takes away life from them, since the many times I have been here I've only heard once. I like coming here. ?? ?? If u come just beware of Cassie cause if catches u on the phone there going to be a problem ?? ?? ?? but she's a good person I always like it when she's there.. And to all the other girls too I like the way they treat me .. I always try to make them laugh always asking them how there day is going just to have a conversation to make there day go faster. We'll I do recommend this center to everyone who what's to donate. This is the best place to come.

Great staff! Very friendly and answers any questions you might have. Always makes sure you are comfortable and checks up on you often to make sure everything is fine. The center is very clean so it makes it easier to feel safe while donating. The pay and bonuses are great. By far a great experience.

Friendly staff but always takes more than 24 hours for my donation money to be put into my account, on weekends it takes until Monday to get my money. Donated yesterday at 2pm and haven't gotten my money yet. I called and all they said was that they resolved my issue and hung out, logged into paysign and balance still not updated.

Worst experience ever. Not going back. And didn't get paid even though it wasn't my fault they put the needle wrong more than one time in one sitting. Very disappointed

It's a great place, only location I have attended and I like their great service. They try to be quick and make your experience as comfortable and easy as possible. Highly recommend.

Mainly good up untill yesterday had. A nurse poke my arm super hard needle was almost fully in was extremely uncomfortable, painful and too add on I almost passed out. 2 min after the poke I don't know her name but I'll find out and out of ten times I've gone in my life first time I'm bruised because of this

All staff in this location are amazing. I love their energy and how they all have fun with eachother as co workers, makes it seem like they're all family in a way. Everyone is extremely professional and yet fun to talk to on every visit. I cant see myself donating at any other location

It was a great first time experience. I'll love to donate again. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Rachael and Stephanie were super outgoing and fun. Paola was always making sure I was okay. Overall I loved it.

Been a donor for a few years now and by far Grifols has the best staff. The center is always clean. With everything that's going on I feel safe donating at this center. They staff always making sure I feel good after my donation unlike other centers I've donated in the past. Keep up the excellent work. Also the payouts and bonuses are excellent.

I am still coming to Grifols after 3 years. Staff is great here and very friendly so they make the frequent visits great. I love that they minimize any pains from the pokes and the time it takes to donate. I am in and out fast. I highly recommend that people come by and donate.

Very friendly staff, excellent service. One thing though... If you are a new donor they do start you out with great pay for like the first 7 to 8 times.. Then afterwards the pay goes down to a sad 30 to 40$ . Other than that the place is pretty good.

Edit: workers don't know what they are doing and do not know how to take blood pressure. Go to the other location. Not this one. Also the last two times I've been here they've missed my vein and had to move the needle around in my arm to find it. They need better training. The workers are polite tho.

I have been donating in this place on and off since 3 years ago I like it because there is not much of donors but every time I go there is always 1 or 2 screeners and end up waiting like 30 to 40 min to be called I wish they had more people to screen. Other than that I like the customer service they are very friendly but just the waiting for me does not work especially because I am a very impatient person ??

Grifols has wonderful staff and a great team of phlebotomists. I never donate anywhere else because I feel taken care of here, and I like how they offer extra rewards if you go the extra mile!!

If you decide to start donating with the hopes of getting that monthly bonus, you'll only be able to donate 4 times before they let you know that the people in Austin are "understaffed." Clearly gatekeeping the bonuses and playing it off like the workers there are frustrated with the delays too. Sure you are.
