Idalia is the best manager there. I've noticed when it's busy she will come out of the office or stop whatever she is doing to help her team and get us guests out fast. She also is professional and polite. The facility is clean as well.

This place is a total joke. I went in at 11:30 and donated plasma and for some reason I have not been paid my full 75. I had to drive to the other side of town just to speak to someone because the phone was not working. All the workers there say that management is the only one who can put the payment on my card. I waited two hours yesterday , I wasn't able to donate, I had to cancel because I could not wait any longer. I always get in and get out this was not like the K.E.D center I was used too. I am a new donor and I am happy to report that this center was, clean and efficient. Its bound to be busy at times because they pay the most for 1st time donors. I received an email from KED Plasma on April 16, 2025 for a $50 bonus if I return and donate. Now I'm here I have donated but I can't get the bonus until management uploads my information at some point today. I'm so over the manipulation tactics used so they can reach their donation quota. This staggering express passes per management is BS. If I have an express pass I expect to go to the front of the line like every other center. They got rid of wifi several weeks ago. Says you're connected but no internet. Too cheap to pay for gas to heat the water to wash your hands at a place where sanitization is important and for a year they didn't even fill the soap dispensers. This place is by far the worst plasma place in Las Vegas. I got to the center at 5:58 PM doors close at 6:00 PM?. I Like this place a lot it's one of the most well ran plasma centers , it's always kept very clean , the wait time is about 15 to 35 minuites on a good day. There's a woman who works at this plasma center named Rosie who seems to be the leader of the whole crew maybe if not she should be. She was shortening the lines the fastest and when I had questions about the Hematic rate she handed me information/ paper work that informed me with everything I needed to know. The longest wait times and bad management. There's only 1 diamond in rough that I'll miss named V. She's super sweet and has a huge heart and a great kickboxer who actually has a boxer ?? but I don't go here anymore. They have the top pay tho in the city. Machines are good, payout good, but one of the worst locations in town efficiency wise. A return donation even on a slow day here takes the 3-5 hours that a first donation takes everywhere else. The phlebotomists will tell you you're next up and then look you in the eye as they call someone else. The only sketchier plasma location in town is literally next door to a methadone clinic, so that should tell you something

Ked use to be my favorite donating center, definitely changed for the worst. You'll be there for 4 hrs for $50 bucks. They are taking more plasma then they use to. The outside and bathrooms are dirty no matter the time you get there. If the staff messes up on sticking you twice then you won't get paid. They often Shorting ppl on there pay so make sure you pay attention, Very short staff. Ked use to be a great place to donate, now not so much.

This place sucks.....I donated and 30 minutes later there was no money on my card. I walked back as I had no money for the bus. They checked and said the money was on the card. This one of the most professional plasma donation centers I have been to!! They have seating for everyone to sit until their called for screening, which means if you have a high pulse rate, you have plenty of time seat before your called!! The staff is also very professional!!

North Lane took my money without explanation. They said they had to hold it for 7 to 10 business days. And the brand new card I had on a new account was randomly in the negative. How? This facility is ultra clean and staff is friendly. Equipment is the latest in the industry and the donor experience is excellent. My only wish is an appointment system could be implemented, but the existing process is very efficient. Wait times are not excessive but can be long during certain times. If in a hurry, you can always use rewards to get an express pass to get to the front of the line one time. They have done an great job of getting the process done right.

I usually enjoy coming here due to the sociable personalities of the people working there but there is a new woman there who was very rude and seemed to be new to the process considering how other employees have treated me. At every step of the screening process she was rude for no reason and with no provocation on my part. Check the balance after each donation. They short me after my second donation right before Christmas. They make sure they get theirs before paying you,so make sure you are paid in full after donation. I feel they should compensate me for being shorted and having to wait after Christmas for the rest of the money, but they ignore emails.

Horrible service! Was told my protein Wan 5.8 and needed to give a blood sample which I did. Was told by the medical doctor to call back on Monday which I did. Was told I could donate again, but the doctor needed to approve it and he don't come in til Saturday. Staff that I spoke with claims to have reached out to the doctor to approve, but no one did. I went to ked on the 4 to be a new donor took my blood said call in a week I came and called in a week I'm still waiting for my blood test and I call every day early in the morning first thing in the morning 7:30 in the morning says on the app you're open up at 7:00 to 7:00 but when you call it says they open up at 8:00 and literally nobody answers I think I called one time or I got an answer out of every time I called this has been going on for like 2 weeks now

Be advised they only accept 30 new donors a day, so I would try to go in the morning if you can. The facility is nice, machines are top of the line compared to other places. it took over 4.5 hours to go through the new donor process.

Horrible experience unfortunately and very rude and unprofessional service from the Person who stuck not having any experience in this field and lacking knowledge Her name is VEE I was a first time donor and she tampered with my needle until I bleed out EVERYWHERE was unable to get my blood back asked for manager IDALIA MORENO very NASTY unprofessional and rude person who has no regard for customer service and didn't make matters any better her demeanor was unacceptable as she walked up to me like she didn?

I was here an hour. Filling out forms, watching videos, and reading the binder of process and rules. I waited to be processed after being here and hour and in the middle, they told me I lived at a bad address and could not proceed or donate at this facility. I live in a manufactured home +55 community for 12 years and can not understand what the problem is with my address. 500 homes in the park. I donated at CSL for a year with no issue.

I have been to many plasma facilities but never have I been so impressed as I am with Ked Plasma at Dessert Inn road. All the staff there is very professional and friendly and when I walk in the facility I feel like I'm coming home. Jaelon and Ty in particular have accomadated me to insure that I could donate. Whether my blood pressure was high or my hem levels were at 38, they educated me. There were times when I came to donate after a workout and I was directed to sit for 15 minutes in order for my blood

They give me pesos for big jars of blood at least I'm worth something

They have a nice new donor incentive . Machine are quick , it's clean , staff is friendly and nice . It's takes entirely too long no matter what time of day you come . and I don't like that they make you leave out the back if your donation takes you past closing .

This place discriminates against people with mood disorders, such as bipolar disorder. They are expected to jump through hoops to prove they are "fit to donate". Having discriminatory policies in place will only be a reason for people to not want to ever visit your establishment ???????.

They turned me away becuz i had gang tattoos from over 20 years ago! True story i went and sat for hours just to be turned away on final step. Smh what the two have to do with one another i dont know but i feel discriminated against and i just want to know is there any legal action i can take against them.

I like this place. But WHOEVER keeps choosing cartoons as our form of television entertainment. Please just stick to sticking humans. These cartoons are annoying. No offense. You have to be 18 to donate. Why are children's cartoons jammed down our throats while we donate life saving plasma....I might have went a little deep on that. But all in all. Please kill the cartoons.

Idalia and Janay where amazing and very helpful. They walked me through the entire process and stayed with me when I had problems. Thanks to the help the provided I felt comfortable and at ease my entire donation. Give them ladies a raise!!!

Idk what her job is but all she was doing was pushing reviews and was telling you to have a KEDPLASMA day whatever that means. It was annoying. Kendra stuck me it hurt a lot and had to be adjusted multiple times even though she told me she had YEARS of experience ended up with a massive bruise on my arm once I was home but other wise the facility was clean and wait time was way faster compared to CSL.

Never picks up the phone ever. Forces u to come in an wastes your time. PICK UP THE DAMN PHONE. Stop wasting our time we don't wanna see yall face either??

Very clean and updated facility. Staff is very kind and courteous. Easy check in and fairly fast processing. Also, Drink water. It makes the donation go faster.

Put information in and go online to see how many times you donated. It's good service and this establishment will keep you entertained during the donation process.

Been to a few different plasma donation centers....this is by far the best. Neka and Taia are the absolute best. Neka needs to teach a class on how to treat donors....simply amazing!

They have a list of low income apartment complexes if your adress is on that list you cant donate so much for eating today thanks ked

My husband recently started going here after a bad experience at CSL and says this place is great. Nothing compared to that other awful place where you can tell a lot of drug addicts go to. Thanks KEDPLASMA!!!

Sit me inside waiting for an hour and then when someone comes in they want to help they All of a sudden want to work. How did I wait over an hour and someone comes in they wait 5 minutes

Upon sitting down to get stuck I was 2nd in line when I noticed AMBER setting up the person who was 3rd..When I brought it to her attention she jus basically ignored me An said I just stick instead of fixing the problem...She has no respect for people time.She talks more then she works an is always joking around instead of working...She needs to be retrained an understand that work is not A playground...

Don't answer phone and payments been messing up and got brush off by manager it's smooth process as is

This place is wonderful the staff members really do make a difference from here to places like csl bio ect...I'd give it a 10star but doesn't have a option ,luv it here and the fast n friendly staff Cynthia, jadan,bre,v and Ana are the best .I say save a life kick back and watch a movie while you do it.

Showed up as a new donor at 920 am made me watch a video with some guy that smelled horrible then nurse doing physical says my feet are swollen I've donated at four different centers nobody has ever said anything about my swollen feet nurse says I can call the doctor if he OKs it you can go can't get ahold of doctor left messages and text him he never replies finally I told nurse I'm just gonna leave and she says I'll give you thus card that gives you an Xtra ten dollars when you can donate for being a new

I'm so disappointed in this facility I feel like it's a process to get accepted and then I've been deferred more than accepted like what is wrong they use a different blood pressure cuff each time which gives you a different reading each time I'm here to get my money just like everyone else donating

Waiting for 2 hours they didn't call me for screening I had to get up and ask about me being screened the nurse Bree is very rude and talks to everyone reckless

They have a great staff the upper management is very in tune with his employees,and interacts with the donors in a very comforting and pleasant way.

I went in for the first time from the minute I walked in I was face one of the rude it people I turned around and left . no wonder they have the lowest rating of all plasma donation centers

It's closed Sunday so if you don't pass your vitals by Saturday you are going to lose that big money on your second donation.. hours are shorter than any other places. That's my only complain.
