I been here since 7am. This place just knows how to make excuses. They always have something negative to say the quality assurance needs work more professionalism needs to be practice. I can understand the turn over rate with less people working but that's not a excuse you are determine to work as team and create effective communication solution.

Overall it's not a bad experience to donate there but some of the women who work in the front/vitals area are just plain rude and seem like they are happy to turn you away. I was turned away 3 separate times because my piece of mail with my name on it was not good enough. I was then told it had to be a utility bill or lease agreement. When I did bring my utility bill I was then treated like it wasn't good enough until the manager verified it. The ladies in the back that stick you are mostly very pleasant a

I have never experienced any of this at any other plasma center. LIARS, CHEATS & THIEVES. Management supports this type of environment. Its so bad I files a complaint with BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!!!

Horrible wait time. Employees work so Slow and Make too many in-corrections. I even experience wait times outside past openings that are outrageous. An hour or longer everyone is just so unprofessional and if I were the Boss, I'm firing everyone and finding New people with great customer service experience, instead of an unnecessary attitude off the street. #Do Better people got things to do Places to Be, Stop Workers from messing up the Rep !!!

They are rude even when you are being very respectful bad attitudes as if they don't want you to come there and never can get a correct reading from machines because they want you move during the procedure and I thought everyone no you don't move while getting blood pressure reading and sure not extending and retracting the opposite are while it's being done I will never return

Once you're comfortable and a regular it feels like you're visiting family/friends. Majority of the staff members are easy going. I enjoyed donating here. The pay for donors is slightly low compared to other centers in a 20 mile radius. The beginning of the year the center is hardly packed but around June, it's barely anywhere to sit. If I ever move back to Little Rock, I'd return to this location.

On the days when the staff is helping with to get people into donating area things work like clockwork and my stay is about an hour an a half to 2 hours. It's been a few times where I was there 4 hrs or more. It seems on those days there's not enough techs on the floor. But overall there is professionalism shown by the mojorty of the people who work there. But I have seen improvement. Keep up the good work

I've donated at this center for 15 yrs off and on, but I was very impressed with my latest visit , it was my first visit back since 8 month, they were quick , helpful, nice and very professional , I left this center because employee treated me like they own me, and I had no say in how they treated me. They were slow , did not care, and sometime would tell me reading was off, just because I came in 3o mins til close , it was nasty, and they was rude. But now I was amazed, it was clean, the employee was quick

Most of the workers are real polite to me, but there are an handful that you don't know if they are listening or if they are talking to you when they are talking. Overall I would say that I like this place, and of i could change one thing, it would be the communication with the plasma "sellers" when there are policy changes that effect when we can come or how the pay week changes. We contacted the manager just for clarification and he was very polite and patient as he explained the scheduling.

I would not recommend this center to anyone. The worst part of your experience at this place will literally be the staff. I went about 4 times and the experience was consistent each visit. The staff is very unprofessional and disrespectful and they display their incompetence on hourly basis through explicit and inappropriate conversations and disrespect to the donors. Any facility should have organization and a staff that at least understands the concept of customer service. Any issue over the phone will n

The donation process is not bad at all once you get to the back it's a very pleasant experience but upfront is where the main issues comes in some technicians really have bad attitudes and talk in any way they see fit not very professional doesn't make me wanna keep donating here

First time in 20 years going back to this facility, they have made it so much better. The process is way more streamlined, the staff so much more inviting and friendly. Crystal helped right a wrong made by the former staff many years ago and Mike called me the next day to make sure everything went well the day before, this shows so much care and concern. You're doing a great thing BPI keep it up!

I had a wonderful experience. Today was my first time donating. Every employee I encountered was extremely kind, considerate, friendly, and very informative. I was very pleased with my visit and truly appreciated every employees kindness and caring attitudes. I will definitely return and look forward to it.

They don't take any responsibility, aren't helpful, and can't answer basic questions. Every time I go in, there is no one up front. Workers walk by, see me waiting, and do nothing. They make eye contact, stare at me, say nothing, and ignore me. Only go here if you're ready to wait all day and spend half your time being ignored

This facility subscribes to the demoralization of humanity. They claim to not accept homeless or people in shelters, quote ?because it's our rules?. Rules are only effective when they are made to keep us safe not to divide or provide another human being with the excuse to treat another human being inhumanly.

Most of the staff is friendly and make sure your comfortable. But twice they turned my arm purple and didn't do anything but turn down the machine even after I told them the whole area where the needle was causing me a lot of discomfort. I come every year for the first 5 $60 donations.

To donate at Bpl LR, is always a great experience! The supervisor, Mr. Mike is awesome! They're always professional and so nice to everyone. They work very hard to help people have a pleasant experience while you donate. All the while helping so many, that plasma is vital in saving their lives. For medicine or just in need of plasma. Wonderful place to donate!

They let the reception lady "check" my veins. She proceeded to tighten the band to the point I had no feeling in my hand. Then proceeded to tell me and my husband that we couldn't donate because our address is to far away. We live less than 20 miles away. A 15 minute drive. Before she done any of that we waited 20 minutes before they even looked at us.

Employees do not know they're job, three trips up here called before coming just to get here and be told I can't donate I live 45 mins away, AND had to get a ride. Then they got employees out side cussing and screaming on the phone bout fighting and every thing. Very crappy hood ratched and unprofessional place. You go In and get in the back semi fast just to sit there for 30-45 minutes before you get the actual process started and after you finish sit another 30 minutes to get unhooked. I want to speak wit

First time donor, I should have ate more prior to the donation and did not do well. They were very accommodating and good people, and even gave me a ride home (30 minutes away). I had a great experience other than my body's reaction.

It jus depends on what day you choose to go and what employees are there to determine how ya experience may be. Their new system takes longer now so be prepared to stay 3-5 hours. Each time is something new so I'm shocked anymore. But the few I have been encountered with were amazing and there's only a few

Super slow, especially since the prevelance of the VIP program, allowing VIP card-holders to skip to the front of the line. It almost seems like they're trying to get your BP up so you can't donate. I was turned away 2 days in a row after driving 30 minutes to BPL. I've given 2 stars, though, for the good attitudes of the staff & the fact that you get $60 the first 5 visits.

I've been coming to BPL for two years. It's a good place overall.Mike(bingo man)is one of the reasons I come here. He knows how to communicate with donors.I wish they would put the chairs back so we could sit down before we are screened!!! COOL BEANS!!!

I called today got hung up on at first than called back on recording just to get her nasty attitude on camera this place needs to be shut down and I'm putting this video on FB it don't make no sense we helping save lives and got to go through people that act like we wasting y'all time Lord help I got cha though it don't take much to be polite if u are not a people person work for yourself

The lady at the front desk acts like she doesn't like her job. She should quit instead of taking her anger out on everyone else. Other than that I loved the service. For a first time donor I was in and out in 2 hours

This place deserves no stars. I really hate to say but the medical supervisor Ben Henderson was very rude to me. He is a tall white man with graying hair and gauges in his ears. The first time we met was pleasant. This time, however, he was in a much more irate mood, getting upset with me and cutting me off, numerous times with "please can you just be quiet" and "can you just let me get a word in jeesh!" It was my thinking that if a person in management asks you what is your issue you are supposed to tell t

For the most part, the workers are kind and responsive. I have had a few problems while donating because of the way my body responds to donating. At times, I've been sick and no one is near me or paying enough attention on the donor floor to notice that I need help. That being said, the staff is obviously concerned with sterility. I would recommend this donation center.

Cool astompher. Extra money for you and your family to help handle your business. The wait is getting better too. No long lines and so far I don't have any complaints. Ty BPL

First time coming in, told them at the front desk first time, they said sign in and have a seat. 30 min later was called up, told I was supposed to go to a completely different area for new donors. 1 hour later was seen by a "professional" told because I take a prescribed medication that I can't donate. Then was blocked in my an employee parked in a no parking spot.

I have been donating at bpl for almost 1 year. I like the happy smiling faces every time I walk through the door. I'm in and out in less then an hour. Great fees and awsome bonuses.

I wouldn't Recommend this place 2 anyone! I donated Wednesday November 14th. After getting started I kept telling them something was wrong and it was hurting and they did nothing. An hour an half later I was done and walking out with my arm hurting like a mf. I couldn't even bend it cause it was hurting so bad. Now days later and my arm is still hurting and bruised like no other. Screw this place! ??

I was just there. The security guard was talking to a lady when I walked in and got in line. They spoke for 10 or so minutes. About 5 people walked in behind me. He came up to me and told me to go to the end of the line behind the five people who came in after me. I am very upset. I feel he was prejudice against me.

The staf is really great and I have never been treated with so much kindness and respect like I have at BPL they are awesome. Keep up the wonderful work. I am glad I help save lives with my donations of Plasma.

They only pay $60 for new donors drove all the way there after calling to see how much they pay. I was told over the phone 100 for first time donors first five donations.

Love the BPL family. Sharon, Ben, super Curly hair receptionist, Freddy, Adrian, Mrs Terita, Tiffany or Tasha I think, My sisters sis(I never remember her name), Mike, Barbara, Serenity, King, James, Keisha and a fav receptionist, my other favorites that I can't remember names but y'all know who you are. Even security Joshua??

They took so much blood out of my fianc? on Saturday September 3rd, 2022 that he collapsed on our bathroom floor when he came home. Then they promise to pay for your donation and he has yet to be paid for this donation but I guess they think they can take advantage of a legally blind man that can just see shapes and color. Well they are wrong his fianc? will be calling the Arkansas Attorney General Office, KARK on Your Side, Channel 7 on your side, THV11 as well as any other news outlets that will listen

Process here is very slow. They open at 7am but are never ready for business. Clients have to wait almost 30 mins in line after opening to use kiosk; then the questionaire is about 5 to 10 mins long; then they have you sit down another 20 to 30 mins to wait to go on the floor because they don't prep before opening. Business opens at 7am workers should be here at 6am or earlier to prep things.

They have some customer service type issues to work on, with some of girls up front, but overall, pretty decent place

Its a great place to go if you need instant cash. But because they do not use the appointment system. It is a horrible wait time. You can come at 8:15am and be on the floor by 11:15am. Plan on being there for at least 3 hours. Extremely busy!!!!! Great staff.

I had been a total of 5 hours and majority of the ppl are cool nice and polite but besides that tho it's over never again this was my first and last time .... So much that wrong with this place update: 4 months later seems to have gotten worse aside from the handful of people that are wonderful.. other than that same issues every time I come... honestly I feel no one cares at this facility but a couple of people... bad for business

Its was fast getting in today but when I was ready to b taken down, I was over looked and even laughed at. Ghetto as usual. Then to top it off, when ms ghetto attitude wrapped my arm I told her it was too tight n i was going to take it off. She didn't care. They don't care at this location. I'm praying ppl will read this n go somewhere else.

The young woman named Broccoli was incredibly helpful and Freddy made sure I understood exactly what has happening every step of the donation process. It was great to know know that not only was I getting paid but that I was also helping people by donating. My only suggestion is putting a sign by the door that says you are not allowed to walk out or else you will have to be revetted.

It was a Little slow, but everyone was as nice as I guess you could be at work really.lol The guy that did my physical was super cool. Also the guy that stuck me was very nice too.

A year ago I would?ve maybe given 3*, but they have focused on customer care heavily since then. They've also updated their space. My 1 suggestion to them would be to update their machines. Their machine?s are pretty out of date, which leads to some breakdowns-> which then leads to longer wait times.

The company needs to update the website regularly you close at 1 on Thursday apparently and I wasted all my gas coming up there. Then I watched the women at the counter ignore my phone call twice while I was trying to figure out why they where closed early.

I love donating at bpl. The new changes being made at bpl have really helped with the donation process. The staff is friendly and courteous. Sure there are times where there's a little bit of a wait, its alot better than it used to be.

By far the rudest employee's. Nobody can give the same answer. The security guard was to busy trying to get females phone numbers than pay attention to what is going on. Was told one thing over the phone, a different thing was getting there, and then a different response from the medical staff. Really troubling that nobody is on the same page. Just save yourself some time and go somewhere else.

I called yesterday and they told me the computers was down and not to come. I called today about 4 and they told me to come and be here before 5 since I was considered new. I got there at 4:30 and they refused to take me stating that they were short staffed. Employees were not very professional or respectful.

I've been coming here for almost a year, the visits vary but for the most part it's a good donation for each visit but if I could anything about what they could fix is that when finished donating it take while for some employees to take you off the machine sometimes 10 or 15 mintues.

Came here twice and no one was working at the counter when you have to sign up as a new donor. Both times I waited about an hour before they even processed the documents. Overall the staff isn't attentive at all and you'll spend at least half your day here. Don't even waste your time.

Clean environment, they have a security officer on site Lots of parking it is a grass lot near by. Even though the phlebotomist are quick it is quiet a wait to get to the back. They always have some sort of contest going on.

Told me as of today people over a certain waight can not donate because they are "unsure if the donor chair will hold you". Wow and then, the chick asked if I still wanted the donor card because she had already issued me one...which deeply concerns me even more and question evertthing about your practices. I know bigger people that have donated, and just so happened today is the day they bar everyone who are bigger? And she could not present this Rule in writing and she informed that she had been doing her

The staff here is extremely friendly and they genuinely care about the Comfort level of each donor they will do anything they can to try to make sure the donor is as comfortable as possible and then try to make it as painless as possible they are genuinely caring people and I've never had a problem out of this company.

One of the most disorganized place of business I have seen in a while the donor floor staff move like they woke up late and still sleep the new donor's and retakes need they own place to sit. The manager just walks past all of that and does nothing SMDH

I have only donated twice here and was given a two month deferral because of low protein levels even though most of my diet consists of major sources of protein. Also I previously donated at another plasma center and I never had a problem with low levels of protein.

Staff is friendly and nice, building is clean, and lots of incentives. The only negative thing is that the questionnaire is poorly optimized, and wastes some time, that's more of a programmer problem, and not a staff problem.

Never again they took my blood to run protein test told me 10 days i call to see if i can come in he tells me yes on the phone. Get there and after 30 mins im told i have to give blood sample that i already did and called about. So josh the doc tries to tell me thats not a language they would use..like i dont care what you say or langauge you use thats what i was told by your employer!! I wanted to slap the ish out of dude what would i lie and waste my time coming up there!

This company has unprofessional workers and security they will treat you like nothing if you look a certain type of way or feel you need money also the referral system is a scam that they make every excuse not to pay or workers put them on their own accounts to get your money then say you do not have a referral in the system

I live closer to 3 other plasma centers but I continuously come back here to BPL Little Rock because there's no other plasma center around here that has such a kinder and more caring staff than here. I have, and will continue to, recommend BPL Little Rock!

A few people with no respect for one man's dream will continually keep us waiting. I talk to all races loves everyone and a heart of gold is hard to find and quick to walk away. Let's pray they over come themselves.

I was permanently deferred because they cut off my blood supply so tight that my left arm almost was paralyzed due to no blood flow! Really? You think you are going to get away with this? You'll be hearing from my Attorney. Thanks.

Some days are better than others. The front of house staff are rude a lot of the time, it's not always though. The phlebotomist Are awesome I will give them that.

Wow.let me tell you about my day.i had a really ruff day at work.i really wanted to quit my job.i went to bpl plasma center to donate.the receptionist saw I was bothered, and she asked me what was wrong.lets talk about it before she process me,so I opened up.thr advice she gave me really cheered me up.thsnks so much.i have to say,the staff at bpl plasma center is more then just a donation center.todsy family was displayed there.again thanks.

I have been going to BPL plasma for about 7 months it's a really friendly fun atmosphere but lately it has gotten even better than it was more efficient get in and out more quickly I'm very satisfied with the service I've been getting.

Great experience with people who really know what they are doing they make you feel safe and secure leaving you worry less especially for a person like me who are terrified of needles but want to donate to help they have experienced staff with thorough training I've been coming for years never had the slightest problem

My experience with BPL has always been pleasant. I wish we could get $100.00 per donation, but I'm happy with what I get...

They are great at sticking, the wait isn't to long and the people in the back are really friendly. A few of the front counter people aren't the best and the pay is low but otherwise they are solid.

only thing it that take for every to get people on the bed i get there at 7 close to 8 an don't leave there till like 1 or 2 in the afternoon i mwill as my plan the was at 1:45 cause i didn't leave them till that time even when i got early i never leave out till 1 or 2pm but the people are friendly and nice

This place is very slow the employees spend time talking on phones and sitting around chatting with each other as if they are not at work. I recommend you to go anywhere else but BPL take my word

Mostly pleasant experiences, Yogi is a blast to interact with... as of late I'm puzzled re days and times open/ closed. I will return

I have been donating for a long time. It's a pleasure to improve or save someone's life. BPL plasma is professional, clean, fun, and comfortable.

The staff is very friendly and professional. They make it very comfortable to donate. If you want to donate plasma I would definitely recommend bpl!!

Today visited bpl staff was swift and nice the overall visit only took a hour and thirty minutes but fees could be better for donors that have been there for a while.

Friendly professional and also helpful. Have not had a bad experience. If your looking to donate I suggest going here.

The people I came in contact with were very professional.they answered any question I had.the person who hooked me up explained everything I needed to know.i have a problem with neddles .she knew what she was doing.i rate my visit 1 to 10 a 10. thanks for making my visit a pleasant one.

Well I just started donating at BPL it's nice! I plan to return in the future but what I like most about this plasma center is the bonuses every month it's awesome!

this is a good place but today i was not happy becuse lyn took my temp and she had a bad mouth i understand the ruel she was doing it alot today i am a vip the rest of the staff was doing a great job

I have been donating here since January and I have had my bonuses denied three times in that time frame as a result of "technical difficulties". They seem to be quite frequent at this Center. It seems to be kind of a inept operation. I'm just sayin...

BPL is just to much for me alone with the employee that talk down about you for donation make you feel less of a person and the very last time I went and the girl talk to me like I was her child no ma'am I would not look like the dummy so that why I stop cumin

This place is ok, at least they have a seating area. Some of the employees there give this nasty vibe and makes you not want to be there. Wish this places was in a better area of town.....

I love the thought of saving lives. It's very exciting. I encourage everyone to consider coming to BPL plasma. The staff is great.

I HAVE BEEN COMING TOO BPL OFF AND ON FOR AWHILE EACH EXPERIENCE IS DIFFERENT BUT ALWAYS GOOD THE STAFF IS VERY ATTENTIVE AND FRIENDLY AND YES I WOULD RECOMMEND OTHERS TO COME

...they are ghetto and don't know how to be professional...the only sanitized place is the donor floor...magnet not the actual floor but the workers sanitize acutely for their job to be done...they have malfunctioning machines and will not recheck a abnormal vital sign they will follow protocol whether or not your vitals are accurately read or not...

this visit was better...much respect...last time was just a bad day...good service y'all...they treated me well ..good visit this time ...very professional..

They have a security guard up there that cusses way to much and makes threats why in his work uniform so I'll never be back up there until he gets fired his name is Travis winters

At no time did anyone inform me either on the phone or on the website that new donors had to be there before 5pm. I found that out at 5:20 on my first visit. I take off work early and arrive at 4:20 the next day only to be told no more new donors today, the guy that does the physicals took off early. I'm done!!!!

Highly recommend. Great, professional friendly staff. You're treated with respect and you're doing a great thing for society by giving plasma. Can't beat that!!

This place has changed from good to bad, they will mess ur end of the month bonus up saying u have to get a physical and cant fit u in even if they just got done with one physical and its nobody in line or coming in.
