Always have a good experience donating, but I'm having an issue with the rewards points and nobody will help me. I've asked several times for over a month now and they always say someone will call me back and they never do. The app tells you if you're having issues receiving points to contact your donation center but they are of no help

The people who work here are wonderful at their job. Very friendly too!

Edited review: After speaking with the assistant manager my concerns and questions were eased and professionally and sincerely attended to. I really appreciate that. The girl at Booth 7 has a HORRIBLE attitude. Every single time I'm in here, she has a smart mouth. Not only to me, but she was rude to another lady as well?

Went in as a new donor, I have donated through Kedplasma before when I lived in a different state with no issues and overall enjoyed the experiences I have had with the company. The process of becoming a new donor was a breeze and getting set up was fine, the ladies working the desk were very kind and thorough and made the experience move quickly with a smile. The woman I saw for my physical was pleasant and sweet and answered all of my questions in depth. Issues for me did not arise until I went to get hoo

The desk people obviously don't want to be there to answer questions or do their job. Was very short with me when I asked for an explanation on how this was my second donation for the week when I started on Saturday. I have brain damage and need a bit more explaining but instead she just kept repeating the same thing over and over again. And then when she got tired of saying the same thing over and over again she just said okay and walked away.

Kedplasma on Montlimar is one of the best centers I've been to by far. The staff there are not only beautiful but also incredibly sweet and professional. However, don't get it twisted?they will check you if you step out of line. That's what I enjoy about the entire crew! They are real and professional! P.S. This place is complete trash, I went to donate and have donated for awhile with them and they put me on a messed up machine , which they knew was messed up and should of been removed from service, I ask a lady over everything if I was getting paid since they messed up, she was rude and didn't answer I asked again and she is going to get an attitude and tell me she can't answer my question. I have read a lot of the reviews of people go to this location expecting to get in and out. Hardly the case, the donation process is at least 45 minutes excluding line wait times. They dont do their job. Was supposed to receive a 25$ bonus on my donation today, I did not receive it. Then was told I would have to wait til the next day they are open, two days away, to receive my money! When ya get screwed over like this, and their job is to collect plasma and pay you for it. And it doesn't happen on their end, I should get extra compensation.

Not a bad place if they had better management. it would get five stars. the people that work there are very nice but the people who are managing it do not have the skills it takes to run a place like that. I've left from there and had to wait five or six hours for my pay to be on my card I've also even had to wait 2 days for my pay once. When the screeners enter the amount of money you're supposed to make according to the donation you're making and it goes to management to be entered they just put whatever

My first time and most of the staff were rude and disrespectful. I didn't know anything about procedures and they refused to add my referral after I had donated so he won't get it. I'm all for supporting my people but more white workers are needed to equalize the atmosphere. Some of them are truly beside themselves.

Outside of the RN's that work there, the place is operated very unprofessional. And some of the workers are quite short tempered and rude.

Great staff, friendly and always smiling even though many people going in treating very rudely. I guess they are under they the impression that they are entitled to act horrible and like they themselves are going to make money yet they think they are getting a pre-cooked burger from BK and they'll be in and out in 5 minutes.

The reviews about how incredibly slow they are are totally accurate. It's unbelievable to me that after multiple reviews of the same problem, they don't even try to fix the issue. I came from another plasma place because they have the RH program and I am RH NEGATIVES. But NO ONE WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING! The worst is paying you....you have to wait so long before they pay you!!!

This place is a joke! After being stuck. I had a hpr. My needle needed backed out the lady who stuck me did not want to help. Since then the last three people she has stuck after has also had hpr. And refusing to help them as well. Very dissatisfied!

The minute you walk up to this place, you feel less then. The employees and hired security, and staff will make sure you understand that they don't care. The place is just a bad choice if you have any other options, go with that!

If I could leave a lower review and post pictures I WOULD!!! This location is a freaking joke! My best friend spent 4 hours to be sent out with not one but TWO BLOWN VEINS and NO MONEY COMPENSATION! Then gives them another chance and gets, you guessed it, ANOTHER BLOWN VEIN!!! Only after spending literally 5 hours and 17 minutes on a RETURN VISIT!!!! There are other locations you can choose such as moffet that is wonderful! But the staff at this location UNTRAINED, UNPROFFESIONAL, and RUDE!!!!!!

They are the slowest plasma center in MOBILE!! THEY WORKERS TALK TO EACH OTHER AND MOVE SLOW ON PURPOSE! They have one person screening when the line is outside the door.... Management have no control over the workers they are rude and disrespectful. I'll never donate here again.

They scammed me and my gf we were new donors they failed to tell us you only have a month to get the 5 visits full price we ended up saving our last visit another month after the fact then they tell us we only had a month to use it so they wouldn't give us the money after we gave we don't live in Mobile we wasted our gas and time we will never go here again !!

They are very very slow i set their 2 hrs for them to tell me i couldnt donate. The little girl who checked me in never told me to sign in then she kept on calling me sweetheart an i have a daughter almost her age.Seems getto to me I cant wait till i have my day in court with them.They deferred me because i got upset a lady stuck me wrong on purpose at one center an then at other center i was attacked by a security guard dont waste your time at Kedplasma centers.

Lazy staff, They're open till 7 but apparently 6 is too late to come by there.

During one occasion, one member of the staff accused me of having a bad oder on my person The employee in general wanted me to leave, until someone else stood up for me. After my donation another employee said that there wasn't a smell she was just doing it out of spite for some reason

Place is a joke go to any other location, only one person knows how to stick. If you come here you will sit a minimum of 4 hours. Ridiculous. Will not donate there again!

I got there at 2:30.and didn't get out until 7:30 at night.. very slow..no professional people there what so ever..alot of standing around gossiping about whatever...even in the middle of asking the doner for information they stopped a few times to talk to another company worker about something that happened to someone else the day before... legit just spewed this person's info...if I had not already spent so much time in the process I would have left...I got stuck twice before the vein was found and witnes
