I gave them the sample they needed to see if I could start giving plasma again which wasn't my fault since they blew my vein which was totally on them. Now they're saying I need to give another sample when they never gave me the results for the last one. I'm done going to CSL Plasma I'll take my business elsewhere since they are unprofessional and quite rude as well. The nurse is always getting on my case and acts like I didn't eat or drink enough when I did. I always eat and drink plenty of food and water

This was my first time back after over a year and the process was wonderful. From the time I walked in to the time I left. The staff was exceptional. I did not get everyone's name only the nurse - Sharyca but everyone who worked the Sunday shift (03/23/25) from noon -2 deserve recognition.

I love this facility. The staff knows me by name and makes me feel important. I never get a negative outlook, even when my Hct is too low to donate - it happens. Garrett, Izzy, Jan, Austin, (to name a few)? y?all rock!! Thank you for being you!! Keep up the good work and keeping your patients happy! Thank you!

I've been donating for quite sometime. I've been to many different facilities and Garrett at the one in Norman on Lindsey is the best!! If you are ever thinking of going just ask for Garrett he will take awesome care of you!!! Thanks Garrett for all your hard work kindness and gentleness. You make every experience worth coming back.

Sarah was so sweet and helpful, explained everything so well. The best part was when I got my photo she really got my good side (high angle to avoid the chins), should really go into photography!! I really enjoyed the whole process everyone was knowledgeable and even though it was busy I felt very taken care off and not rushed! Overall great job!!

Having come from another location where I did not have the best experiences, I can say that Norman is the best location. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and quick. All the staff I've spoken to have been great and there are a few whose names I do not know, but Austin, Zoe, and Sarah are always so friendly and make the process easy!

I always go to the Norman location because it's close to me and the staff are super friendly! I had Anna check my vitals and she was sweet and personable! I also would like to thank the gentleman who walked me to my car( i think his name?s Eric, i might be wrong, I'm sorry if you see this) and the other staff who helped me.

Not too long of a wait time most days but some of the staff is so rude and just treat you like your interrupting their life by just walking through the door. One worker spoke to me so rude because I was filling out my questionnaire online (out of the way) and she began rushing me and snapped her fingers so I just walked out and didn't even feel comfortable to donate.

I'm new to the program but have donated with OBI in the past. This team has been super quick and efficient! I've worked with Janine and Leslie and several others in my past couple visits, but I didn't capture all their names, but I can trust I can holler at anyone for anything and they can help me out. I'm glad I didn't check the reviews before I started, I saw no negative interactions at all, thank you guys for what you do!

I love coming here to donate plasma! They have never done me wrong and the process is super smooth and easy for both everyday donators and new donors alike. There is a certain Phlebotomist here and his name is Garret and he is incredible at what he does. I never experience any pain or discomfort when I donate with him. Mr Garret is a true example and leader for both donaters and associates.

I usually get Colton and he is always super nice, he almost immediately strikes up a quick and pleasant conversation while preparing my arm for donations. He's very attentive and professional in what he's doing. Very knowledgeable in his experience here, seems like he knows what he's doing. The center is always clean as are the bathrooms.

Great experience donating at this location. The staff is friendly, professional, and makes the process smooth and efficient. I have always felt that they prioritize donor comfort and safety. They take the time to answer questions and ensure a positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone considering plasma donation!

There are a lot of very nice and skilled people working here. JAN is one of my favorite people at CSL. She always has a big smile and greets me warmly when it's time to get my vitals checked before donating. She does a great job and it is a pleasure to have a few moments chatting with her while she checks my temperature, blood pressure and blood. Thank you JAN ;?) In addition to Jan, there's Jake that helps me with Anti-D shots and checking a bruise now and then. The Phlebotomists: Liz is great and also Tay

I never have a problem with this location. Everyone is so friendly! I feel comfortable donating here because the staff continually monitors how things are going and is right on it if there is a problem. I am a hard person to stick because I have small veins. They do amazing with getting me every time. I had Guillian Barre Syndrome and I was given plasma to help reverse the damage it was doing to my body. I was completely paralyzed. I was given 7 doses and I know that is the only reason I am still here today

From the time you walk in and are greeted with a smile until you leave after donation, you are met with professionalism and courtesy. Shout out to Austin, Garrett and Izzy for always doing a great job and making sure donors have a positive experience. CSL Plasma, Norman 020 top notch facility!!

For the purpose of the contest they're running, I'd like to give my vote to Izzy for always staying on top of his duties and ensuring a quick and efficient donation. If I'm allowed a second vote, that would go to Taylor. She is simply perfect!

Garret is the best person to get stuck by. Amazing personality and enjoy every interaction. There is also Colton who recently started sticking and have never had a issue. He's a hoot. Izzy is hilarious when he disconnects you. Really do enjoy coming here. Thanks guys!

Always a fun experience; the staff talks with ya and keeps ya laughing. Garrett is always able to get my vein the first time. Definitely recommend for anyone seeking a quick and efficient place to donate plasma.

Excellent service as always! Reu'Niya did an amazing job today as my Phlebotomist. Had a great conversation with Izzy during my disconnect. All around, a pleasant visit.

Wonderful place. I highly recommend. I've never had a bad experience. Izzy is always great At the end, removing the needle and tape and make sure I'm good to go

Absolutely great people great place restrooms are nice and clean a great working environment. All the staff members are friendly. The only reason I heard of this place was from my friend Izzy Gibbs who is a current employee there

Ren?Niya and Garrett helped me today, they provided a welcoming and friendly atmosphere which made the donating process all the better. You can tell they care about what they do and doing it well, I come in twice weekly knowing that I will always enjoy my time at CSL Plasma.

I have always had nothing but respect and as fast as they can services. If you don't go in with a positive and patient attitude, you might as well just not be there.. . It's a life that's being helped and you can make a few bucks. Be grateful for the opportunity! ??

I've been donating at this CSL for years. The staff has always been great. I'm impressed with this facility's cleanliness. While I'm a big fan of all the staff, today Izzy, GARRETT, Austin, Colton, Malik and Sheila went above and beyond!!

Horrible experience only place I've been to that once you go back to be seen by the doctor you have to assume when to go into the room they won't call your name i go up to the front desk I'm told well once someone walks out you go in yeah that's great to know after sitting for 45 min and you just watch me sitting there

I've been coming to this location for a few years. I drive over an hour to get here and if I come straight from work (in Texas), it's a 2-hour drive. I do this because I like to help people and, of course, I like the extra money. Usually, everything goes smooth. But if the lady named Michelle is there and if you come close to closing time, she WILL find a way to defer you so she can go home a few minutes early. This has happened to me a couple of times because of her. Today, she berated me for sitting down

Izzy is one of my favorite phleebs! He always has something witty to say even if I'm having a terrible day it's always improved when I leave csl after chatting it up with him! Keep it up buddy!!!

They recently changed where they send you money, and it's much worse. With the old one you could transfer the money to a bank account, and you could add the card to Apple Pay, but you can't do that with this new card, and it's really annoying. I hope they go back to the old card.

Had a great visit to CSL. Aanijah in reception was very friendly. Garrett, my phlebotomist, was fantastic and funny as usual. Izzy was helpful and had a great attitude. All around hood experience

Taylor's sticks I barely feel. Everyone is always pleasant and nice. Izzy is very professional and quick when it comes to disconnect.

Discriminating evaluation doctor as a black man I asked the doctor during my evaluation about the payment of CSL and he asked me why I switched from a different plasma place and proceeded to ask me questions about why I needed to donate I have kids that need certain things at any given moment and I need my birth certificate so why not put extra money in my pocket to do the things I needed to do and then asked me did I used to take medication I replied yes when I was 15 yrs old note that I am 27 yrs of age s

The entire staff here are awesome and always do their best to make me comfortable. Garrett has been my go-to and he's a rockstar. A+

I hadn't been to this place in over 5 years, and I went back today. The male nurse here treated me like a complete idiot bc of a questioned I answered incorrectly (just an overlook) about AIDS 9 years ago, he was completely rude, and after waiting literally 2 hours I was told I can't donate bc I had donated elsewhere within a 7 day period! This is the most unprofessional plasma center I've ever been to. You need to tell people that before they wait 2 hours and especially bc I had told 3 people prior that I

Will did great at quickly and efficiently screening me. He was very kind to me & listened to my own personal problems. Tony did a great job at sticking me tonight.

I donated plasma on 1-7-2025 and I just wanted to say it was by far my best experience from start to finish. I was in and out in 45 minutes. I want give a shout out to Lashley she did amazing on my stick. Overall it was a great experience.

Very friendly staff. They have so many different staff members who are friendly patient answering questions promptly. Always have a good and speedy experience at this location. Thank you Izzy

Do not go to this one! I was there for two hours, finally get called in to see the nurse and he kindly ?suggested? that I go eat a burrito and come right back and I will not lose my place in line. I come back, had to completely start the questionnaire all over again and wait another 40 minutes, while the nurse called in people that got there way after me. I was pissed and I left. They wasted my Christmas they wasted my day and they don't care. I literally hope they are stuck there all day long and their Chr

Austin Peyton Izzy are great staff and are amazing on the floor and lab techs they will 100% take care of you my personal favorite csl plasma donation center Garrett is also one the best phlebotomist there is

Garrett at the Norman CSL plasma is hands down the best, always so friendly and funny, is very professional and experienced at his job. Thank you Garrett for always making my donation experience a good one!

I love Leslie !!! She hands down the best part of my experience here not to discredit any of the staff, they all were very helpful and understanding!!

I am a long time donor and very loyal. They like to tie and change things with very little notice. Haft of the employees are very friendly if you get the joy to meet one. Lines are extremely long, hope you have time to waste. They need more loyalty to the loyal donors.

Austin is great! Is this good enough Austin? Or was his name Dustin? I don't remember. Austin or Dustin is great.

Everytime I come here there is an issue. Everytime. This time I have to have a physical again! Even though they say they do one once a year but I had one about 5 months ago!!! I hate this place. Any other plasma donation place is faster than these people!!!

Alyssa is a great person to check you in, she explains the process thoroughly and makes you feel welcome, best costumer service

The staff all are very nice and helpful. If I can i request Austin to be my phlebotomist because he does such a good job!

Been going to the Norman CSL plasma center for a year now and it has been a good experience, just want to give credit where it's due to an employee by the name of Austin, he always does a good job and is very experienced and professional, I sure appreciate it buddy.

Liz is fantastic and Izzy has also been great. I've never had any issues with CSL Plasma.

The staff is so much better than it was a year or so ago. The new machines help get you in and out in less than an hour

Holly is great. Tiffany is professional and caring. Reu'niya is a blessing, she sticks so good. Kayonui does a great job. Love her smile. Jan does a great job... I enjoy the total team TAYLOR what can I say Perfect!!! I forgot to mention the quality of the nursing staff, lead by RN. TREY... KISHA IS THE REASON I DONATE HERE AT CSL... THE PEOPLE UP FRONT DO A SUPER JOB CHECKING YOU VITALS... THANKS FOR ALLOWING ME TO DONATE... 3/26/2025 Hello again!!! Another great experience at CSL IN NORMAN... REU'NIYA DOE

I had a very good experience as a first time donor! All of the workers were kind and helpful. Leslie made sure I got all of my questions answered.

Everyone was very nice and helpful; Reu'Niya was my phlebotomist, and she did a great job at explaining the entire process and ensuring I felt comfortable.

Lynn was super helpful and patient when my blood pressure was high. Talking me through the process and helping me lower my bpm.

Colton is the best at venipuncturing! It's always a relief when I am at the front of the line and he looks up and says, next!

Reuniya is very polite and works very hard. She is also very funny and makes me feel comfortable when I'm there.

Let me start by saying that the staff is excellent. I am giving a bad review because of the decision of management to cut payout to donors by about $100 a month. There seems to be no appreciation for consistent long-term donors.

Today I came in and have never been told that I could be deferred for drinking water while waiting in line. This caused my temperature to be too low and he stated he could not retest my temperature after I let him know it was due to me drinking cold water. It's 7am and 40 degrees outside the water bottle in my car was cold. Yet another reason to not allow people to donate.

I almost never feel it when Garrett sticks me. Sarah and Colton are also very well and I enjoy talking with them.

I actually really like this plasma center and I dislike that one employee would cause my rating to go so low but Colton took a nonmedical device and DUG it into the center of my arm for over a minute and it REALLY HURT so I asked him what he was doing cause NO ONE has ever done that while taking my blood ANYWHERE before and he said that he was "creating a pathway or a CREVICE in my arm to see where he is going better".... ?!?!?! So of course I have a big bruise and had to see the nurse when donating 4 days

i?ve been coming here for years, really nice place and it seems to only get better!! also best phlebotomist award goes to AUSTIN ??????

Went in and everyone was very helpful and made the process very quick, Izzy was especially helpful and accommodating, in my personal opinion Izzy deserves a raise a very hard worker

I've been going for awhile. Austin does a great job every time. These guys are wonderful.

I've always had a really good experience here very polite stuff and always make sure you're okay though the whole process

Five stars goes out to sarah for her words of encouragement to stay for a recheck on my pulse she saved me money on a return trip.Thank you Sarah!!!!

Been coming to this location for a while but today....ugh! I zipped right thru the screening process and now I'm in my 2nd hour of just standing, waiting on a bed and there's at minimum of 11 Staff members just walking around visiting. They do great here for a while and then they make up for that with a whole lotta suck in one day.

I've always had very positive experiences here with the staff and wait times.

1 person to look for when getting stuck is reyiniya ..she makes u feel comfortable and never messes her sticks up....she good people

Had a very good time at csl everyone is so nice and Austin always sticks me on the first try

Rey?niya is an amazing person, she's always starting up good conversations making me feel comfortable

Donor for the past three months. This center has been very professional and clean. I have enjoyed the donor experience thus far. Today?s donation was above average. Lawanda did a great job getting me through the screening process, Garrett?s stick was painless, and Brian did a quick disconnect!

I've read a lot of the reviews. But I personally have never had a bad experience up here. I've been coming here off and on for the last 5 years. The staff is always professional and helpful. But today I'm at my absolute favorite, Ellie!! She is so genuine and kind very informative. I appreciate everyone here

Everyone was very helpful and kind, the process was simple and easy. I believe the man who referred me to this was izzy?

I love this place it's fast and efficient! And Lynn is the best in the booths for sure.

I've been going to the CSL Plasma for just over a year now and ever since these new machines were put in the attention and service is awful. I waited 30 minutes for the nurse the other day just for them to tell me I was good to donate by that point 10 other people had walked in and the wait was 2.5 hours to even donate.

Even though Colton was in pain he still managed a smile and quick professional service. Good job!!

Izzy and the team at csl do an exquisite job in top to bottom function. Would rate 10 stars if I could.

I've Returned from a few years back,. The absolute experience love the vibe, Ms.Leslie ??????????. Helping others help others ??. CSL Plasma

Leslie was sweet and professional. Made my process easy and smooth.

First time donor & permanently got flagged because I take a seizure medication but the medication is NOT on their list. Maybe I should have lied but I'm an honest person. The nurse thought it would be ok but called the Dr & apparently it's not. The staff were really friendly & the place was clean. Funny how my medication isn't on any list for donating plasma or blood. Then I call the next day to talk to someone to get it removed only to be told to go to a different facility. When I asked the girl if she had

This is a good way to help those who need health care and also earn some money. The staff is helpful.

Austin is the most awesome phlebotomist. Far outshines Garrett. No Cap!

Izzy as well as the rest of the staff are pleasant and efficient. No problems this far.

Great smooth process today. I got Lashley (sp) today and I was happy. Shes the 1st one I have seen start there and then start poking. Always a smile and a great attitude. You go girl

Izzy was very kind and made me feel comfortable and assured. I will be back!

This place is better than it used to be. GARRETT IS THE BEST. He makes my day better every time I go in there. Please hire more people like him! >Sierra needs to stop snatching the cuff off and yanking the needle out of the donor's arm! >Michelle needs to stop screaming at and about the donors. >"Big" April needs to learn how to speak to people like she has some damn sense. There is no need to bark at donors as if we are beneath you. Sad part is, she will inform you that she is really nice. She's delusiona

I been coming for years . But since they got the new machines they take longer just to get a bed . But they claim it's because of the new machines training the staff. Well, if the machines are faster shouldn't take longer to get a bed to donate unacceptable. I'll just go back to mustang. The Norman CSL has gotten slower and they don't rush to DC you either already been there 2 hours ridiculous to wait longer . I don't agree with special plasma donors go first and I'm a Platinum donor and I gotta stand in li

Went to donate just for them to tell me I have scar tissue in my mouth literally burnt my tongue eating dinner nurses unprofessional

Ren'niya has the gentle touch and is very polite and I would recommend asking for her when donating

It is the best in what they do and Izzy was very helpful and made sure I understood what was going on
