Military minded supervisors. This whole thing is a military facility. You can't speak there's a lot of restrictions. The employees do not talk. They're very unfriendly. You could see the expressions on their face.. Whoever hiring this place is hiring people just like them. Ya suck so many people have left cause of this. Wandered in to give plasma (extremely rare blood type) with this place, they refused to take me after mentioning I have a "stench". I was taken back that I smelled bad or something and was freshly showered and fresh clothes and always smell great but the lady there, Caitlin, wouldn't take me and I assured her I have never smoked illegal substances or weed ever in my life, literally. So after my blood sprayed all over my glasses, my cell phone, and clothes there was absolutely no hydrogen peroxide or solvent to remove the blood from my clothes in the entire center. Just a half assed apology.

Amazing Center Clean, Fast and staff is Lovely!!!!!! Almost the perfect center!!! Well, EXCEPT a tall black fat guy in the screening I don't know if his name is Delphone (it was a badge with that) He doesn't clean the equipment between patients and when I let him know about he started with a very aggressive attitude, basically sprayed my face with the cleaner bottle, I reported him of course so just make sure that he cleans before your screening and be prepare for his response if you said something. Susan , manager is completely rude. She disregards the patients feelings that are in here. Her employee had a nasty attitude to me and another male. I informed Susan but she was just as rude as her worker. She would not provide me the workers name. She said she couldn't give it to me. BUT THE WHOLE STAFF IS WEARING NAME BADGES. now i see where the worker gets it from. Super sad that people get treated the way they do while doing this process. Susan should not be a manager at all.

I've tried to call 3 times and every time they put me on hold for 15 min. I hang up and give it 15 min. I figure ok maybe there's an emergency there or something. So I give them the benefit of doubt. But every time it's the same thing. No wonder no one wants to donate here. I'm going back to my last place I was donating this place is beyond fixing. I think they would have to fire the whole crew and start again

So I have loved the staff here and enjoyed my time with them. However, recently I was reprimanded by the facility manager for not wanting a certain employee to stick me because he made fun of me after he did and it hurt. The next time I came in, I said something to an employee. Apparently sticking up for yourself is wrong. So disappointing. I was supposed to find a manager. While hooked to a machine. In his area. At this time, I'm uncomfortable at this facility.

It's usually not busy and Julissa and Steven get my vein right the 1st time Everytime!! Which matters a lot to me because I used to pass out from needles. So I don't want to be poked twice!! Everyone there is nice too when they take your blood pressure and all. I'm happy with them. I'd definitely recommend them!!

In the beginning here it was okay then it started to go downhill. First, the employee couldn't get the needle to stick in my vein. (After going there twice already). I kept telling them I'll just leave and they continued to try to get it to work as well as getting management involved. Place is clean fast and efficient. You can get in and out pretty quick if you pick the right time slot. You just got to find what works for you. Overall they are very good people across the board. I have visited 2 other locations before, and this location is totally different. First, doesn't have a weird smell, the restroom is clean and spacious. The staff is friendly and welcoming. And most important, the reward is worthy.

I truly enjoy KED Plasma in Sanford Florida. The staff is friendly and helpful. They have chairs to sit in while you wait for vitals or waiting to donate. The lines are always short. I've come here for a few of my donations now and from the beginning I've had Julissa who does my donation process. She is phenomenal, no pain when needle is inserted and very attentive. To a point, I have strictly requested her for every donation now. Clean business, lovely people, good environment, decent donation payment. ????

Better front desk training is needed. At times they can be rude and slow. I wear a scarf for religious purposes and I was told by a staff member to take it off and retake my picture in the system because it looked like a ?beanie? to her. Ked Plasma is a great place to go if you're interested in donating! I was a little hesitant at first to even donate in the first place but after some research of what plasma contributes to, I decided to go for it! The place is clean, the staff are friendly and they make you feel welcome every time! They're also very patient and you get in and out pretty quickly!

Got screwed out of 100$ in 2 months. Once because they discontinued the referral bonus to bring it back 2 months later, however no one in that 2 month time was reimbursed for any referral. I was also shorted a 50$ payment that no one will take responsibility for. The bank says the plasma center is responsible and the plasma center says the bank is responsible. Kali at the front desk was very generous and informative. Tyara was very sweet as well. She is someone trust worthy to my small veins. She has highly confidence and gives off reassurance to others to feel that they are good care. Very honest and fast pace facility to me. I highly recommend.

Extremely disappointed with KedPlasma. Staff are not so experienced in operating the machines. One of staff member made an error in setting up the machine and i ended up leaking out blood. Not only i got deferred from donating but also lost my new donor bonus for some error that a staff member has made. Absolute disgrace. Period.

Do not go here. The service is constantly slow. I got deferred today for technician error. The technician didn't cap the line which caused the line to burst and they blamed me for it and it caused me to lose a good amount of blood. I had to go to the ER to get checked out because of it and I got really sick and really light-headed and passed out because of it and when my wife confronted the manager she could seem like she didn't even care

It's definitely time consuming . They have no real system so you end up staring for hours while the employees walk around laughing and giggling . I hate that I came and I'm going to make sure i send all my referrals elsewhere . This definitely isn't a good place to donate

I just transferred to the Sanford KEDPLASMA location from Bradenton. I still qualified to get my new donor offer, but the manager/supervisor declined to give me a payment card. They just gave me a number to call a bank and no further information, citing that they had instances of fraud previously. I cannot understand how they cannot verify my information when they even have my fingerprints on record (that's one), and two, as a new customer to the center, they should be a little more flexible taking into acc

This is the only place I have ever donated plasma at, but I wouldn't go anywhere else now. The compensation is good, the staff is super friendly and chill, they all remember your name and when they saw you last, and most times it takes me about 1 hour. New company policies have made me change my previous review. I have absolutely no problem with the Sanford location staff. Personal and polite It is the policies now taking place as far as less money, less rewards. People are finding other places that pay more. I love every time I come in the Energy levels will be so high and uplifting CB always on top of things she always make sure I'm talking care of. I've had a wonderful experience donating at Kedplasma! I always feel welcomed especially when Matilda is working, she's always quick to greet me with a big bright smile on her face!! She's always sweet and never is annoyed at any questions I have, in fact she's extremely knowledgeable & explains things in a manner anyone could understand. I truly appreciate that! Absolutely horrible customer service. I had three pieces of mail with dates. First woman didn't want to accept. Then go to my car get another as I'm heading out listen to woman tell another customer "oh, it's ok just let us know when you come in next time with your address verification" ridiculous . It's Christmas and I only wanted to get some extra presents for my son??people are so rude anymore and have nothing else better to do!

I have gone to plenty of plasma centers in Central Florida, and I have to say that Kedplasma is the absolute best facility of them all. From great staff who is never unpleasant to deal with, to the cleanliness of the facility, which is spot on. I would highly recommend Kedplasma to anyone to help save lives and get some compensation for it as well. But always remember, it's always about helping others first. Since they change management it is so slow employees are rude rather talk about there business. Seems like no one in here likes there job nor acts like it. Great staff great atmosphere very clean place. I would hav given 5 stars but i have had an issue getting my Referral payments. 2 times i explained how much i was supposed to recieve on my card and both times my balance was $20 short. Other than that i love the place and staff is amazing

Tried to get more information about the center and the donation process and payments for my time. No one there ever answers the phone. So then I call the corporate offices to ask them to see if maybe they could help me. But nobody at the corporate level picks up the phone either. Evidently they have huge staff shortages not just at the corporate level but at the center level or they're just too lazy to pick up the phone and speak to a potential donor. They are paying good for new donors at the moment, but prepare to be there alllllllllllllllllll day. They only let so many people inside before they post a "maximum capacity" sign on the door with only 3 people inside. They only ever have one medical, they are always talking, tv (all 4 of them) is always on b.e.t., they have no care for your time at ALL, they don't call in order, they don't care about unhooking you ?? Seriously the worse running center I've ever been too!

UPDATE: The staff addressed the issue. I appreciate their professional attitude about the situation. Went to donate. Hadn't been in awhile. They could not give me a physical because a certain staff person was not there to get into the computer system. Completely unprofessional and a waste of an hour.

The wait is ridiculous there always short staff. The manager can't even answer calls. I've been on hold for an hour after I waited 45 minutes at the facility. Nobody cares about the donors. Nobody ever answered.

This is by far the slowest plasma center I've been too. The receptionist that test your vitals literally test 2 people then go on a 5 minute break. I've never seen such a depressing work place. Everyone seems fed up with everyone else and tries to do as little work as possible. It is absolutely swamped today some of the workers are just gossiping with each other, not taking vitals.The people in the back take a ridiculous amount of time to simply cycle out the gear and sanitize the area.. Best facility I've ever been to. I'm terrified of needles and they did everything to assure me it was ok. They made sure that I had a safe and easy donation, like I didnt eat before so they let me know to eat so I didnt get sick. The nurse who stuck me helped me calm down so it wasnt so bad. 10/10 Would go back.

I sincerely hope and pray that the pure nastiness and lack of respect or consideration shown by these employees is returned to them 10Xs over!! Oh how they forget Karma is very real! It will take you 4 to 5 hours to just donate new donors will wait 4 to 6 hours. Lee is the only professional working the rest of the people there act like they don't want to be there. Not worth your time. They make you wait out said in the heat for hours.

This is a worst place to donate plasma at. My finger scans don't work, and they are supposed to help you with that but the staff is lazy and trash. I have been a faithful plasma donor for 3 years to the month and I can unequivocally say that KED Plasma is one of the best donating locations I have had the pleasure of visiting. Location is very clean and organized, staff is friendly and curious, the needle sticks are smooth and I have yet to have any errors on any of their machines and the waits are more than reasonable. Highly recommend donating at KED Plasma especially for new donors.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Over an hour and a half just to get seen, everyone is so incompetent and RUDE. All to find out I can't be a new donor since they just recently merged with BPL. And the new donor fees aren't even as good as I heard about. All the plasma companies in Orlando are the biggest joke

The vital cuff you put on is to small and give a false reading.. my wife who is a certified medical assistant she did my blood pressure before I came and it was good? Walked in as a new donor and had my 10 year old daughter with me, was immediately SCREAMED at that no children were aloud in the building. I let her know I called 4 times this morning and nowhere on their website does it disclose that. WORST PLACE IVE EVER WALKED INTO, SO SO DORTY AND SEEN TO HAVE THE WORST ATTITUDES!

I've been coming to Ked Plasma for over a year. I used to go to Bio Life. They are so much faster here. The machines are new and there pay is really so generous! They also have a rewards program, so aa you donate you work your way to gift cards from Amazon to Target, Starbucks and many more! There was a time, due to Covid when they were short staffed and it wasn't wasn't running so smoothly, but now they have a wonderful new staff and it's never been better!

This Plasma center is by far the best. CSL is trash compared to this place. At least here they change gloves, are prompt and dont yell back and forth over you as you are donating. Completely a different experience at immunotek. Staff is great.

Dont bother wasting your time here, because thats all this place is. You are better off going to CSL where you are treated well and not like cattle. Go somewhere with Professionals, who dont change their staff every month.
