The staff was very rude. When I tried to provide my prof of identity they tried every way to deny me. The staff Tammi and others did not know their job well and said in correct information. If I asked them questions they seemed annoyed and very rude when answering my questions. This was my first time as a donor and it was a horrible experience. I did not feel comfortable giving my personal information and then sticking a needle in my arm after the uncomfortable interaction with some of the staff. If you want

I had a great experience donating plasma with Dream and Precious! They were incredibly professional, attentive, and made me feel comfortable throughout the process. They both had very helpful attitudes and gave clear explanations which I really appreciated. I highly recommend the two and their services for anyone considering plasma donation at Octapharma Pasadena!

I love this donation center, Everyone is so kind, friendly & caring! They explain everything well & even helped me in a rough spot! Inside is very clean and sanitary. Very nice place to be.

Staff members are well-informed about their work and are very kind ??. They made my experience joyful and pleasant ??. I highly recommend this location to everyone wanting to participate in donating to help those in need ??. Thank you for making my experience memorable ??.

Awesome place to donate for a great cause. Beautiful facility with attentive staff. Very quick process. I highly recommend

I have been donating plasma for about 5 years and have been to most of the different centers. I like Octapharma in Pasadena the best. Location is always super clean, staff is friendly and they have a sense of humor yet remain very professional. If you're going to donate plasma,.I recommend Octapharma Pasadena ??

Great service, nice people work there. Wait is a bit long but worth it. they are vary attentive in the donation area.

Went in for my new donor appt at 1:30, lady that checked me in was very rude and standoffish. I did not feel welcome at all from the start, and made me really dread continuing on with the process. Left right away. I'm gonna try griffols out, hopefully I have better luck.

Very quick and easy process. There are no long lines. The worse is the drive. I live closer to Stella link. But the process in Pasadena is so much better

I do like this place and usally have had quick and easy donation process. However, this time not so much. The technician wasn't as experienced as the others. The time took over 2 hours and I am left quite bruised up. I still have had more positive experiences than negative. So we are at 3 stars today.

Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint I had was waiting and going to through the process just to be deferred. I think those questions should be asked in the beginning and it'll cut down on some wasted time.

It is very unprofessional, they like to gossip and talk all day and they're not helping guests in line. They need to leave the socializing at home. Also when I'm donating and the machine has no flow or high return pressure they just ignore you! This is the only place that has treated me so bad.

I have not been to any other locations so I can't speak for them, but the Burke and Spencer location has the nicest people. Gloria is my my favorite! Always has a smile on ner face, kind, and likes to laugh. Will forever come to this location as long as I can.

The sticking has gotten worse, hardly any of these ppl are good at it. It's safe to say I'm never coming back! They deserve zero stars.

My experience was bad due to the fact I was told on two consecutive days that I could not donate blood because my vein was not big enough for the only needle they use witch is a 17 gage. This was very unfortunate for me not being able to donate to an excellent cause as well as appalling knowing that I eat very well, I exercise regularly, and drink an extraordinary amount of water and fluids consistently. I honestly do not know why they don't use a butterfly needle seeing that a 17 gage is one gage away from

This my 2nd time coming here and it's been great so far nervous of meeting new employees stuck my arm but other then that it's great.

This location the staff are so nice, courteous & professional. Check it out yourself help lives and make some money.

I have been to the location at Little York before, but decided to try to Pasadena, Texas, as it's a little closer to my residence. The staff was very friendly and the place was very clean. I will definitely be going back for further donations.

I just wanted to come on here to explain my experience for anyone interested in coming to give plasma and earn some extra income. During all my visits here it has been overall a smooth process coming in and out each time. The first time it takes a while but it worth the wait as your able to get a pretty good payout the first few times. After the initial donation, the rest after that don't really have too long of a wait time for you to be seated. They should have little cut up pool noodles if you ask so you

The employees talk loudly and disrespectfully amongst each other while on the floor with the donors. They get loud and holler across the room. I've never had anyone be rude to me but they are not friendly and don't pay enough attention to the donors.

Horrible. Had problems with two numbers missing of my apartment number on my id. Rejected by a person not even a doctor for an eye exam. I haven't complained of any vision problems. My licensed physician had no problem with my eye sight. What does my eyes have to do with with donating plasma? The director of the center wouldn't even meet with me. Just kept walking in and out of his office as if I wasn't there waiting to meet with him. Another black man treating another like we are inhuman. Very disrespectfu

Fast professional service, clean and reliable service. They always treat everyone with respect.

The staff of Melissa, Jamar and Cris???? (with the perfect white teeth and her eyebrows was superb too??) made my experience smooth. This place cool, it's cold in here to the max tho. They fast too, after Your second time you in and out a hour at the max depending on the line so so the questionnaire on your phone. Coming back soon. Appreciate yal and everybody else. Better than CSL by far sweetheart!

Thank you Precious for being kind and professional! You always have a positive attitude and you have NEVER hurt me when you're inserting the needle ! You have an amazing technique!

This is hands down the best Plazma center EVER! Sarah B. Gloria J, Tammy Mazeda and Gloria L are on there game I will call them the A-Team. Stop in and let them make your day the same way they made mine.

never had any issues while donating, everyone is nice and welcoming. the building is clean and efficient.

The staff was awesome. Friendly embarrassment. My experience, there is always good.

I had a very good experience. Everybody is so nice and sweet. They make your donation pleasant.

It's a friendly environment, make you feel comfortable. They answer you questions that you might have to the best of their knowledge. I was in and out. It don't take long as I through it would.

I would just like to thank the staff and give a special shout-out to the professionalism and steady hand of Mr. Lewis he was a big help and baby soft with the needle. Thank you so much and keep up the good work.

So I decided to come back after about a year or so to see if things had improved here, and to no surprise it appears absolutely nothing has changed. I've been in this line since 9:02 am and have literally only moved up just 1 spot since I've been here. There are 5 booths available to conduct screenings however for whatever reason they are only choosing to use 2 when there are currently over 20 people waiting to be screened. I'm about to leave now but as I said a year ago ill say again now. DO NOT COME TO TH

Having a single person take the time out of their day to speak to me on a different level had me in tears not because it was sad but because it showed me that there are still some people who truly care about others and not just themselves. I am grateful to have met these amazing individuals who are helping save lives!! Thank you for everything you do

This place won't let you donate if you take insulin. The questionnaire specifically asks about bovine or beef insulin but when they do your physical, any type of insulin will get you rejected. Wasted my time coming here. I called as requested and that was absolutely zero help at all. The only response was that I have to go in and go by what they say there. If any insulin makes you ineligible, you should state that in the questionnaire instead of wasting people's time. My endocrinologist stated there is no r

The place is always clean....the atmosphere can be family like at times probably because I donate so much...lol...the employees are professional and courteous...thxs guys

Great people, Great Service. Everyone there is friendly, cordial, and very professional.

Great staff. Not too long wait times. Better than other centers. Thank you.

Smooth and professional atmosphere, Staff knowledgeable and professional. Didn't remember the name of person with the best service I've ever encountered. But her pony tail was blue. Thank you.

This place is full of rude unprofessional employees? crackhead ass people everywhere? Dirty restrooms? &They take there sweet ass time to consult you in

The lady said my protein levels were low and I couldn't donate, I've donated for 3.5 years and not once have I ever had low protein levels, and the lady at vitals already passed me for donation, then the next day they said I couldn't donate because of my protein levels, that's not true and I went to BioLife down the way that same hour and was approved to donate with physical and everything, that wasn't fair and you shouldn't have people working there that can do things like that,

I had a couple of bad experiences in the past with other plasma.Centers, I was a little apprehensive. To come back but I must say this experience was very delightful and warming and I will return to continue to donate plasma here. Thanks all The technicians. Great job??

Ashante is always SUPER attentive and present when doing my donation! I look forward to donating when she's around!

Great staff and smooth stick. But I was not informed at begining of my donation that they were out of saline. I was a "new donor" so I had to give to blood samples in addition to donation. Not having saline afterward made me feel very uneasy and honestly not well. I have donated for years at many locations and I have never been rushed out of a chair and detached from a machine so quickly and without care to my condition. I felt immediately horrible when I left and almost fainted when home. I tried to drink

NEED TO HIRE MORE STAFF!! Need to teach staff not to ignore people waiting at the front desk.

This place is horrible the staff always taking and they have young girls doing the poking and they can't do it right they always talking about their personal life like if I want hear what going on whit yall life I just come here to donate and the staff be arguing among them self is just horrible experience even on the screen they have their favorite I wouldn't recommend

Jamar was the best! He's so thorough kind and articulate. He made sure I understood everything step by step. All the employees here are sweet and caring and work very hard. I admire their positive attitudes while having to stand on their feet all day and having to deal with some of the interesting people that come in and are not always the nicest.

They could not find a vein so of course i didn't get to donate..I don't get it they are trained for this..they didn't even look real good.it was 7 and they were ready to go home ...I really needed the money so it was a huge disappointment. Idk maybe next time.

I called these people before I drove 28 miles to them to donate and they said I have no deferrals and then I showed up and there was a deferral you guys are ridiculous and you need the new help because the people that work in there are incompetent

I want to take a moment to express my appreciation for Raheem and the exceptional service he consistently provides. Every visit is a pleasant experience thanks to his professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine respect for customers. The location is always spotless, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. As a veteran, I especially value the way Raheem honors and acknowledges veterans with such sincerity?it truly stands out. It's clear he takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to make e

This establishment is wonderful and every single employee from administration,to be screened, to being on the floor donating is an amazing experience, you're always being treated with kindness and respect and everyone has a beautiful and happy attitude, you'll always want to come back and help out with your donations, it's wonderful, I'm grateful and thankful for the help we get from this establishment!!!

Every time I come , it's such a smooth experience. Especially when taking my Vitals. Majority of the time Miss Hannah is the one to attend me and it's awesome talking/seeing her. Such a bubbly person.

Today is my second day coming here and so far I have had the best experience. The staff is wonderful and nice.

This locations used to be so much better back in 2018-2019 when I first decided to donate a follow the schedule they set in place to ensure nobody over donates. Well concluding my recent visit, I got told that I couldn't donate due to a scent coming off me, when asked directly couldn't get a straight answer other then the Supervisor on shift informed the tech that I had a scent of B.O., personally I really doubt it. I showed before I went in and pulled clean clothes out. I genuinely believe the Supervisor

Precious was really good at what she did I highly recommend coming here!!!

Awesome staff! They have a lot of fun at work! Tis the way it should be.?????????????????????????????????

Friendly staff, speedy process on most days, and well kept facilities.

Ashton, you ma?am are the best of the best! I really appreciate your professionalism with the issue I had and your positive energy just helped it that much more! Thank you. All the staff I had met that day were very nice. I have recommended a few people to come here.

Raheem did an exceptional job today ??

The Center Director is great. He is very friendly and professional. He also is involved in every facet of the operation. You can see him on the donor floor wiring with his employees hand in hand. I feel very good that he's the centers Director. I trust his judgement.

So I decided to come to octapharma plasma in Pasadena an donate today it's been awhile since I been even though I have been coming here continuously over past 5 yrs or so. Iv never had any problems or issues with any of the workers here until today when I was watching the video that I seen a dozen times but this employee michelle I believe is her name immediately started bullying an dam near harassing me because I was responding to a message concerning my children. Again iv never had problems concerning my

Had a good experience they just couldn't find my vein to get plasma but still enjoyed my time there hope this visit today goes better

First plasma center I've seen that not only appeared clean but also smelt clean. Every single one of the staff members were kind, and willing to explain everything in a happy manner. They were not negative or seemed appalled by having to do their job. Very much a welcoming environment!

Staff here is awesome.. Emily is my fav to stick me thou. I never ever feel it with her only and she only needs one stick. Keep up the good work .

I had a pleasant experience. Everyone was nice and professional. And they always have a beautiful smile on their face in a laugh and joke can make you feel comfortable, a highly recommended to others.

Love the people that work there. Very professional, there services is smooth and quick!!

The staff is so helpful and very nice. They try their best considering it can get over whelming and so busy but yet they still try and work fast to get us in line. Also it is clean and very comfortable, staff ensures you are safe. My advice is if you see a lot of cars chances are it's packed and you will be there for a few hours, if it's a little less cars then it's a good time to stop by.

Cool staff very helpful with good attitudes... Lines are better than other places especially when you go at certain times on certain days..

It was very good service I like how they took care of me

Due to life circumstances I was enrolled and had to complete the new donor process. Great communication, fast results and they make everything simple and as pain free as possible.

It sucks how much disrespect and disregard for people?s time the employees of the Pasadena TX location have. Personal conversations take place at all times while stations are unattended. The worst part is that management is either participating or otherwise hidden away. I wonder if it'll be the same in a nicer area. The money part is okay, but the place could definitely use many improvements.

Great place to donate. Facility is always clean, staff members are great people and pleasant to deal with. Depending on time of day, you may have a while in line but that's expected when several arrive at the same time. Overall would recommend this location to anyone looking to donate!

As someone who spent many years in the plasma business, my visit to this center today has made me rethink coming to this center. I pass three other plasma companies on the way to this one, but I come because it's the cleanest. I have been sitting on this bed without any recognition whatsoever for going on 30 minutes while employees discuss who they don't want to work with and who they are dressing with on twin day. No management in sight to even notice what's going on. This place seems to have a lot of pot

I typically do not have an issue, the staff is great and other than them taking regular people in front of express pass I come to donate before work so it's early and today everything is extra slow it's 7:20 and nothing is set up. If they open at 7 everything should be set up and ready at 7 not still setting up at 7:20

Staff working the beds are good and, from what I can tell, are as fast as they can be. Some screeners seem to hate their job. I have also experienced the screener allowing "friends" to come in and just skip everyone that has been waiting in line as if procedure doesn't apply to them. Pretty frustrating.

The reason for only 3stars is due to long wait time. Everything else is good the workers are friendly and very good at what they do. Always smiles all around. But only having 2 people doing the check in is ridiculous definitely need to be more when they see the line is long.

I've been going for over a year and their employees are really nice. When they put the needle in your arm, they'll ask you if you're ok before continuing to turn the machines on. Now I'm a big baby when it comes to needles but they make it to where you don't hardly feel it and that makes me like going better. Most of the time the line moves at a decent speed, but sometimes they can't help if they're low staffed but they still try their hardest to get the line moving. I would recommend going.

Staff is very kind. Especially Ashton, and Fred. Ashton is very kind and inviting, a truly refreshing energy, and always working hard. Same can be said for Fred, always laughing and cracking jokes, whilst never letting it interfere with his duties. A great balance in these people. More than good workers, they're good people.

Friendly environment, professional staff and employees, clean facilitie. Great pay Movies while donating. Great location.

This place is dirty they tried to say I took a sample when I never did refused to investigate this meanwhile putting me on deferment then tried to be slick and say your due for a sample but guess what that can be taking while setting up for donation can't defer with out negative result which will always get weird huh yes I know . That's no accident or the times you will have to donate to pass the the thing no accident either. Unfortunately we're not people here can be screwed over with out a hesitation as

The place is very clean and sterile and the employees there are all very nice polite and informative they let me know everything that was going on as they were doing it they informed me of every little thing that was great they are awesome people and I greatly enjoyed my donation

Update: another great service, still very happy with this location. Others just don't compare. Lee is always great and helpful! Precious is the sweetest! Great service, even tho they take a while to call you back once you're screened. Paige was nice for the screening and Raheem does a good stick, gentle. Always come back here.

The service is great, Im always in an out fast.

The staff is so helpful. always smiling and treat ppl with respect. Sometimes it gets really busy but they do their best to get you out as fast as possible. The Biggest plus for me is that it is very clean and very comfortable.

The staff are very nice and kind. Very gentle from start to finish. Raheem keeps everyone in a great mood and attitude. The lines are not as bad as others say. Get your money on the card within the hour.

Love the energy in here. Everyone is friendly and kind and very professional

Raheem was able to help me along with the other staff they provided memorable and enjoyable experiences

Friendly staff make you feel at home at times is full, but they move very fast and getting their job done and helping everyone I keep going to the Same place because of their staff and it feel safe in there

I first wanna the staff is amazing. Everyone I have dealt with is very nice and friendly. The lines moves pretty quickly and my experience with the overall staff is great. With no pain at all.

Slow as hell today. Been here for two hours already and haven't even made it to the seat for the donation. There's only one section full of people . Makes no sense 1/5/25
