If you're looking for an immersive psychological thriller disguised as a plasma donation center, congratulations, you've found it. I walked in thinking I'd be giving plasma?left feeling like I gave away my will to live. I was told there was only ONE person ahead of me. New donor like me. Sweet. That sounded promising. Plot twist: apparently 17 people don't count if they've been ?initiated? into the plasma cult. I watched them go in. One by one. Like the chosen. A human sacrifice line, and I was the goat the

Great location! Super staff of professionals?? They could use some more workers to make things go a little faster for the donators. (Hint hint CSL Management) Give them a try. Help people with your plasma donations. ??

Worst plasma center in Florida let alone pensacola and they are by far the lowest paying all of workers have attitude and are rude show up at 715 they open at 8. I'm the 4th person in line finally 1015 leaving for 45 dollars and it's ur second donation of the week they dont tell you week starts over on Saturday and get 45 again instead of 55 this place is so ran down dirty

If they would stop talking so much and get people in then the line wouldn't be the same after 40mins. They stand and look at the line and never move. Some people have been waiting a hour just to lay in the bed.

UPDATE: I was in to make my twice a week contribution to the new bird flu pandemic, and the gaslighting continues! I went to the front of the second line for some rando to tell me how I was "in the way" because they didn't move when I went to the front of the line, and I told him that's gaslighting because there's no reason why we're standing here in line in the first place. It's hard to be "in the way" when I'm seated and waiting; especially with how rich these people are getting from all the poor people.

Great people! Sometimes I go just to catch a Little break from everything. It's peaceful!

My biggest issue is that you have to stand on 2 different lines to get your plasma draw done. I do wish they'd install benches for us to sit on while we wait

This place is awesome! Great people! Very professional! Very nice! Everything is explained to you. I admit I was a bit nervous my first time but it turned out to be great! I will continue to donate plasma to CSL and I highly recommend everyone to do the same. Very easy process, good pay, and very nice people! Thank you CSL for making my visit a very pleasant one. Ron Stewart, Pensacola, Florida

I've been donating for over a year with no issues. Over 50 times at another facility, but I changed due to the commute in relation to where I work has changed. Big mistake. The first one, went off fairly well though the found the staff to be extremely impersonal with a passive aggressive attitude towards everyone, and intimidation of a police officer's I decided to give them a chance anyway the second time I went the young lady literally screwed up hitting my vein which is well prominent as I am physically

I've been donating for ten years. Going into a place where you feel like family always make you feel good. Rachel has been a great tech. When she is not there you can see the difference because of her bubbly personality makes the process go so much faster. The manger Leah. Is always smiling

I have been coming to this place off and on for over 15 years and the last 3 months I have been coming there has been a person that has a particular attitude problem and she has been telling me I'm sleeping when I am clearly on my phone. So today she comes and stands next to me for over 25 min strait all the while filling out a form to have me deferred, mind u I am watching this go down, and she tells a coworker that she is going to "Handel this disconnect and deferr her bc she be sleeping all the time" so

Checking in the CSL Plasma App made it very quick and easy. I was greeted by friendly worker. All vitals signs taken was explained to me that I could understand it easily. All and any questions were answered promptly and professionally. I was treated with respect by everyone at the facility. I had a most pleasant experience donating plasma.

This center will push you to donate 2x a week every week. You have to stand while waiting. Several days a week you have to wait for hours. They pay the least. They rarely give out bonuses.

I love this place. The staff is super nice and they help you if you struggling to get your veins to pump. I've been coming here since last August and it's great. Won't be going anywhere else

Nice place friendly staff members. Pretty quick.

By far the best plasma center in town, the workers are very professional and courteous. Always a pleasant donation here. I wouldn't allow the negative reviews to impact your decision to donate here; try it first. New Donors are also paid well for their donations.

Miss Kim did a great job as always. She is one of the many well trained phlebotomists, and Grant, who always has a smile, got me disconnected and out of there quickly. I've been going to csl for years and recommend it to anyone that wants to save lives and make a little extra money.

i was nervous still kinda I've made my 5 first donation next question is do fee drops after 5 donation? my app shows my next donation only $45? which im sure its depends on weight class do that change also after first 5 donations? but service is great never a issue im just checking for Nessary errors

I got denied because i started laughing during the physical... they said it was a concern. Now i can't donate unless i see a doctor. I been donating for years now what? Also when they went to check my veins, the girl with an attitude for no reason, took less than a minute to "check my veins." Quickly told her coworkers there was no veins and told them they can check if they wanted to. When they checked, they easily found it and looked at her crazy. Man idk but that's mad sketchy

I went to CSL plasma in Pensacola, Fl and had the worst encounter of giving plasma that I have ever had. The first time I gave they miss stuck me and I got hematoma. The vein was clearly easy to see and stick. I went a few days later and got a different phlebotomist and they stuck me and I got another hematoma. These phlebotomist must not be getting properly trained and I won't go there again.

This 5 star review is for Ms. Bethany Jones and only her! I had my second donor experience yesterday and was very pleased with the service I received from this lovely lady. She made me feel very welcomed when I got my screening done. She explained in detail what she was doing and what all the different machines calculated. Although I know these centers deal with a lot of the public(which I'm sure give them such a hard time), bethany didn't treat me like just another potentially rude customer who's just dona

Always great to donate your plasma to help save others and also be rewarded for your time as well. Right now there is a saline shortage so be prepared to drink lots of Gatorade LOL

If I could give NO STARS!!!! I would!! This is absolutely, positively, the WORSE PLASMA center possibly the world!! I don't recommend, I do not recommend,I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! They have the worse system on how they do things. they are supposed to open at 7am and a long line of ppl stood outside while they stood around and talked(looking at us) until about 7:10. Everywhere you go in this place you are waiting in a line. It's ridiculous that it takes 15-20 minutes to call the first person when you get there a

the whole process takes forever and a day. you'll be waiting for at least 2 hours (an hr each line) and the actual donating part takes about an hr. i went as soon as they opened at 7 and left at 10:30. the screeners are very rude and have attitudes. there's only two of them. it was my first time donating and i asked ONE question and she didn't even look at me or verbally speak to me. the response i got was a ?mhm?. she checked my weight, blood pressure, and pricked my finger. the entire time she mumbled my

Nice people. My second visit and they are understaffed. I have been through screening and been standing in line for almost a hour to get on a donation table. They don't even give the donors a chair to sit in while you wait. Does CSL plasma really care about their donors?

I've been donating for a while. Staff interaction has always been pleasant and friendly. Time in line varies as any place would. I intend on continuing as long as I can.

I'm usually in and out ahead of schedule, there's hardly ever any real pain or discomfort, and the staff is very patient and friendly! Key is the best sticker in Florida!!

When I signed up with them. No one told me if I DID NOT donate after 30 days I'd lose my incentive as a new donor. Well lo & behold I called & pleaded my case with a manager. She basically said it's in the fine print---okay WHO reads the fine print!? especially with something like this.? So not only do they really "not care about you" they also hang up on you too. I suppose it could've been a happy lil accident? Chances are no, not really.

It's a scam!! Donated twice then I'm told I have to do a sample which takes 2 weeks for the results to come back, then something is wrong with my sample so another has to be taken!! Now it's been 4 weeks and I still haven't gotten my sample results yet. To get the money bonus you have to do your first 5 donations in the first month. But they took 4 weeks from me! They suck more than Grifols!! Update?manager Daniel tarnok was completely incompetent and tried to tell me that i was at fault for my failed test

This place is a mess. HIPPA violations, staff very rude, except for a few. The girl taking my BP was insisting I grab the thermometer with hand she had just stuck my finger on and got very angry when I wouldn't. Afterward the whole staff stood around and laughed and gossiped about it within earshot of waiting area. Asked if she could turn her badge over or tell me her name and she replied, "Nope, and I'm not fixing to sit here and argue with you." I was so upset left in tears as the staff laughed. I'm embarr

Today was my first time donating plasma. Everybody here was so helpful, friendly and great. They made me feel super comfortable and when I left, I felt proud that I helped save lives. 10/10 would donate here again!

Reyann sticks it good y'all?? CSL staff is a blessing in paralyse times. Always friendly and full of joy. Must be a great place to work??????

No one has been able to successfully get a needle in me because of what Anna has done to my veins. Marisa needs more training too. Grant is the best.

Amazing Staff?Everyone Is Friendly And Great At Their Job?I Can Name Them All By Name That's How Personal And Polite They Are. After A Hard Day At Work? And I'm Tired? They Seem To Find A Way To Make Me Smile And Make Me Relax And Laugh?Once Again A AMAZING STAFF!! ??????

This is literally THE WORSE plasma center in Pensacola. You are standing in lines basically the entire time and it can take forever for them to call the next person in line because it's usually 1-3 people screening EVERYONE. The screeners all have attitudes and is no way friendly at all. They do not double check, say for instance your iron to make sure it's not their error, if you pass screening your going to wait in ANOTHER LINE and the phlebotomists (not all) talk to you like youre in jail. Last and impor

????????WARNING ???????? This is the worst run plasma donation center in Pensacola. The staff are rude and love to make fun of their customers and don't care who hears. I am disabled and the lack of professionalism at this location is astounding. Since January 20,2021 I have had the following comments made to me by medical and management. 1. We do not get second opinions from other medical staff, because the first medical associate does not make mistakes. 2. Had a medical staff member put in my file that my

Place has always been good to me. They get busy and wait times can be crazy, but that's the nature of what they're doing and can't be helped without allowing something else to fall behind. I've been going off and on for several years and even though I've seen employees come and go, they've all been professional and courteous to me. CSL DEFINITELY beats out the other places around here as far as satisfaction, speed, and cleanliness. They've always had a great team. If there's any beef between them, it's

This place is awful. Very rude staff, rude security guard and toxic environment. You will leave here feeling terrible about yourself instead of positive. The staff gives off a strong negative vibe that they don't want to be there and they take it out on the donors. I go to Ked Plasma now and it is 100% better. Ked is a lot more friendly and appreciative of their donors, they value their donors unlike this place. You feel like you are degrading yourself going here.

Great place to donate friendly staff . Professional staff n courteous. Phlebotomist n nurses make you feel comfortable Grant , Anna and Sable is awesome

Rudest people have ever had the displeasure of meeting. I was told I had to see the nurse and after waiting patiently for over 20 minutes or so I asked the manager how much longer and he said that he doesn't handle that queue and when I asked him if he could ask the nurse how much longer it would be he said that she would bump me to the bottom of the list if he asked her!! Stay away from this place nobody is qualified to be doing this kind of work!!

Great thing, them people are doing. Awesome sauce.....good thing for a great cause.

My experience was absolutely great and delightful.i had ms alicia she so pretty always smiling

I've only had one unpleasant visit so far and Mrs. Betty made it right for me. I appreciate all the amazing employees at this establishment. The amazing staff that I've seen often and adore are of course Mrs. Betty, Mrs. Elizabeth, Sammy, Cheryl, Katie, and one of the prescreening techs to which her name escapes me but we had a wonderful conversation about one of my tattoos and her grandson. Oh yeah, and the guard there. I can't recall his name either but he's so nice!!! I would most definitely recommend th

The wait times are insane, and the office staff I've had encounters with have all been rude. They obviously don't want to be there, and they don't hide that. My first visit, the lady at the front counter audibly groaned because she had to get off her cell phone to take my info. My wife refuses to even step foot in there anymore because the woman is awful. The "regular" donors walk in and skip the line, no one says anything to them. If you can get over the fact that the office staff makes jokes about you and

CSL is clean, the staff is friendly and caring. Lyasia Davis is just one of the awesome staff members.

I went in for my first donation on a Sunday I was informed that it could take a few hours they moved pretty quickly and I got help right when I walked in I see a lot of negative comments here but it want that bad at all most the staff were friendly and I didn't see any blood on drawers or anything like that at all magic did my evaluation as far as documenting my tattoos and doing the initial tests to see if you can donate she had a pretty good sense of humor but I can see why some people could take offense

Marissa needs to be fired. Shes unable to find the vein. Got poked multiple times before she asked for help. Saw the same thing happen to 3 other people. Terrible.

hi im Kimberly so i been donating for a couple months there good in very kind i recommend

I got in and out of my first time donating experience..... less than 3 hours. Everyone was very polite to me. They answered all questions. When I explained that my husband would be attending night school this evening, and I was on a timeline, they answered my various repeated questions about the length of time each step would take, and helped to speed it up, when possible. The only draw back I saw, was the amount of inter office drama among the staff. Lots of, "when do you get off?" type comments. Even a br

The worst place I have ever been too ! First off we spent over three hours just to be told no because of a medication I was prescribed that is not on any of the list that says that you cannot take . So I went through multiple nurses then had my blood tested at this point we have been there for 3 hours the last part they have you take a physical and at the physical the lady literally researched my medicine that I was prescribed and then tells me I can't donate today how about if y'all wanted to run this plac

1st time trying to donate they gave me a hematoma and still asked me to donate and god mad when I didnt. They also didnt stop pulling plasma from my girlfriend when she asked 3 times

For the most part it runs smooth. On occasion things are very hectic. The staff is wonderful. Ms. Leah and Ms. Rachel go above and beyond. They both were so helpful and amazingly helpful. It made up for all the waiting.

They did a background check on me and completely misread the details which got me deferred for life. I disputed it and won, but now they're waiting on some corporate code to get me in the system which has taken 3 to 4 weeks and that's just up to now!! It took them 4 weeks about to get the dispute back to me to start with before that, and that's with me calling them to push or who knows how long it would have been! They won't answer the phone half the time and when they do, they are very rude and won't do wh

The front Counter people when you first come in, are very rude

I donated my first donation which was smooth.. lasted 2 hours at the most but, they deferred me twice because my iron was 35. Kept telling me to come there next day but some other staff told me to wait a few days because iron won't go up yet.. I used my VIP pass and I only got 3 dollars I didnt receive the whole 5 dollars I was supposed to receive. Staff seem okay and friendly but, some staff are just rude or judgemental with dirty looks. I would like to donate again soon but, my iron is too low unfortunate

It's a very clean place n well great people to work on me very very nice everyone that I have came in contact with love to come here n donate

Just to be on the safe side, I asked the nurse if it will be safe for me to donate since I am breastfeeding and she checked the ?corporate guidelines? and apparently, they do not allow bf moms regardless of duration (been bf for 15 months). The frustrating part was, I was already one hour through the process for new donors!!!!! I went through the interview, videos and questionnaire about my general health, and no single question about nursing/breastfeeding came up! So I asked the nurse why bf moms couldn't

The staff here are always fantastic! I've donated here many times, and have not had a bad experience once.

Only giving this place one star because that's the minimum you can give. I came in there to donate today (08-09-19) with a card I received in the mail for an additional $5 to be added to the amount I received from my donation. It was not on my card when I left so I called and was told that it would be added sometime today. Well, here it is, 6:30pm 1 hour before they close and have I gotten that additional money? No. I'm sitting here trying to call them to find out about my money, and their phone just goes t

1st time donating plasma, I usually donate whole blood but decided to switch it up. All of the staff members were extremely nice and professional. I had a slight reaction and they were quick to help and get me back to normal. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

My office visit was very pleasant, oddly fun, and went surprisingly different than I could've ever imagined. I have a SEVERE phobia of needles and the staff made sure that I never got nervous, but laughed instead,so that I never felt the needle. My only complaint was that on My 1st visit, I told 4 different employees that I was referred, who referred me and asked where or how to give his info to make sure he gets credit for it. 2 of them swore to me to write his info down before I continued to the next phas

Decent place if you want a barber shop feel. They are not professional at all! Talking bad about customers when they leave, cursing and talking smack to eachother. The bathrooms are filthy. The dressing they put on your arm comes uncovered out of a drawer covered in blood. Wouldnt recommend to anybody.

I hope this gets me a bonus one day!! Thank you CSL Pensacola and every one that works there!! Ms .Stacy, Megan, Beverly, Wanda, & any one else I can't mention due to lack of space! Your center makes me feel like family and everyone has personality + is prefessional + cleanliness is great + they don't put up with people's BS or attitudes or let anyone run off other donors there to donate as well! Overall just a great environment due to the great workers at cSL Pensacola Florida!! ??????

I signed up in February with an 8 visit donation of $105.00 per donation. I went this morning, 3/9/2023 and only received $40.00 They Lied!!!!!!!!!!!! Plus, the white lady, Kimberly, older woman, is one of the rudest, nastiest persons that ever walked. I won't be returning here and going through this anymore. Slow Lazy people, that work here.

I only have 2 complaints. The biggest problem I have is they only have 3 kiosks, and they are slow most of the time, which increases the wait time. Second, I wish they would pay more bonuses per week, rather than waiting the 3rd or last week to pay out $20.00. Sometimes the promo signs read one thing, but the actual bonus you get is something different. You ask a member at the desk, and they tell you that you must've misread it. That being said, I find the staff to be pretty friendly. The phlebotomists do a

I am sad to say that I will NEVER donate here again. I went tonight 11/17/16 after not donating for the past few months due to not having time to go. I make enough to not need the money but I do like to go and donate because it saves lives. It sounds corny but that is why I go. I stood in line for an hour but that was not what annoyed me about tonight, that is a small sacrifice to make when I know that I will be helping someone. What is really, really sad is that this business tends to hire some workers who

Some of the staff are careless when inserting the needle some are amazing at it and you can tell they know which coworkers butcher people often. Seems like some of the staff poke everyone the same like robots. When sometimes small adjustments need to be made to avoid injury to the donors. When injured you won't be allowed to donate until no visible bruising is showing. If you were going to get a bonus. Kiss it good-by. I also don't like the fact they choose the start of your donor week not you. Penalizing

My time was spent efficiently and my experience was nothing but positive! The staff was very friendly and helpful! They made all of the instructions clear and were more than willing to answer all of my inquiries! I cant wait to donate again!

The Staff Is Great. If You Have Deep/Moving Veins You Should Go Here Not KED. One Thing Tho I Think They Should Change Gloves Before Dealing With Each Donor Whether Sticking/Unsticking. Next Time I Will Ask About That.

Don't waste your time. I had not even for a while. They made me redo a physical, wait in line. Donate before telling me the pay had changed to a lower amount since my last donation. Spent over 2 hours foR $26 dollars because there's a new system apparently. Wouldn't recommend at all. If I could give a lower rating I would.

I have heard alot of negative words about there excited attack towards csl.i went back been awhile I was in and out in 2:15 minutes what great place it got money I needed.thank too all the great staff."JDHebert"..

Great staff. Very helpful. and they get you in and out in a timely manner. Wonderful experience

They always do a great job and they are so nice and respectful also and I wouldn't go to any other place

It is the very worst run business ever. In every way they can they treat peole as though they are worthless human beings. They waste ones time by either slowing down the overly antiquated computers that ask the same fifty questions every time AND making some 30 or more people, twice, wait in a zig zag line in a 10x12 area of a larger room, standing for thirty to forty five minutes each timen no chairs to sit. There are only six booths for testing blood, bp, et al, and usually only 3 or 4 of them are manned

IMO best one in town because they have the most efficient systems and tech. They have a rewards points system but there's very rarely an opportunity to redeem them, so that's been disappointing. They do frequently sell VIP passes for $5 donations to various groups.

As far as service goes i have never been mistuck here and the wait time has been fairly minimum so i would come back and reccomend it just dont do anything out of turn ive witnessed staff tell a donor if he/she didnt get off the phone once they stepped back they be in the front of the line. With a condescending tone that wasnt very professional also if it was me on the phone id be uncomfortable with that person sticking me after.

Monica was such a big help my profile was locked and she got it unlocked and was so nice and friendly

This place has a friendly atmosphere and great staff. Although there are times they are busy the staff is quick to get the lines thinned down as quickly as possible. Their facilities are state of the art equipment with sterile plasma extraction process. I highly recommend this plasma donation center

They're all doing an amazing job 10 out of 10 I would give them more stars if I could

I never had no problem there. For the most part everyone is friendly. I've been going there for 11 years. The security guard talks to everyone. MS. Pat is amazing person and so is the security guard

I loved this place because I was in and out of there in about 4 hours. Now this was my first time going. The staff were very helpful which made this process of donating plasma much easier. It was a bit crowded when I went, but it was worth the sixty bucks at the end of the evening. If I had to recommend a blood plasma center, it would be this one for sure.

Well they don't have technicians actually that hit that don't give you a bruise in your arm and it's your company's fault that I cannot come back in two days. Explain that, because it's your people that you hire that just keep messing up. Other companies hire quality personsel!

I refuse to step foot inside this center ever again. Been donating plasma since 1988 and by far this is the worst place. The employees are rude and get into your business as if it's there right. Lynsee is an unprofessional employee that makes up lies about people for the shock value on someone's face. The truth is always better. I have an issue an it's going to be resolved even if I have to take it to the corporate level. The way I have been treated is a violation of my civil right an csl will be held accou

Waits are to long, staff is unprofessional, I've had to stop 3 techs in one session from using iodine because I'm alergic. Everyplace I've donated at has had no problems but they still have to fish for the vein. Done with them.

I used to like this place, but after my encounter with ?Miss Faith? she had RBF bad and acts just like one. These people are clowns and need an actual education, you're not a ?nurse?, don't steal that from ACTUAL RN?s, just an MSA. Management when I spoke to them constantly full of it, it's no wonder crackheads come here for money. Avoid at all costs unless you like druggies asking you for money.

Stood in line to be stuck for 45 mins while the staff stands around talking. My time is valuable and could be doing other things. Just frustrated. May be moving over to one of the two other plasma centers.

Is horrible. Some rap music in the background they can the background seats uncomfortable nobody gives a s***. Nobody there to greet people they won't answer the freaking phone Please don't waste your time and probably a pretty good place to get sick

If y'all that are upset give it time. Yeah alot of people come to work -don't want to work yet don't want to hire There are people that do love their job One time my payment messed up , they don't do the bonuses anymore or alot of ppl miss them by a day or two , still they corrected it gave me a bonus for my GOOD BEHAVIOR You come in ugly and expecting ugly u get ugly If majority of you would drink a gallon or more a day week whatever? Also if you take a ibuprofen before u come ? Doesn't matter what u eat
