Great place. Everyone is very nice and the process is so easy. The place is organized and very clean. Recommend for anyone wanting to try, it's easy money and this place makes the process simple and manageable. The first time does take about 2 hours due to the process beforehand but it's not bad, the staff works to try to make it all go by fast.

My 1st experience here was very quick, and I had a great phlbe named Tim. He was very attentive to my health. I recommend for beginners.?????? Ms.vicky is very attentive to my well being will giving my donations. I'm very pleased with is location because of both of them. Thank you??

Great place, almost no waiting time. Most of the employees are knowledgeable and attentive. I would just suggest for them to wear their badges not upside down, so we would be able to see their names and write good reviews on them)) I'm serious.

I have had such great experience and love their service. Everyone is so kind and welcoming and of course it's always a quick stop. I also wanna thank Efren, Luis, Kim, and Manny they are outstanding employees.

The screening process at Grifols was exceptionally quick. The team ensured a seamless and efficient procedure for receiving my donation money. Regarding employment, my experience was positive until I departed, after which I found myself blacklisted at their other center located on university rd GCAM.

Great place to donate , but the new system I think needs to be calibrated correctly for people donating. Great place pretty much all the staff is awesome. I definitely recommend to everyone to come to this center. But that one thing

I would give 5 stars if it weren't for the boss turning off the air whenever he wants, which can make people sick when they donate, but he obviously doesn't care about the employees or the people who donate. All of the staff are very kind hard working people that truly care about everyone that comes through their doors, and will treat you like family. I highly recommend donating here! everyone is great at their job, and make it painless

Have gone in twice so far and both times they had issues inserting the needle properly and had to readjust or reinsert, leaving some bruising. At some point they had to stop the process and I had to wait so they can return the blood they had taken out. Some staff clearly know what they're doing because the last person to poke me did it almost seamlessly with no pain and left no bruising. I don't know if I was the exception or it's common but two times on two separate days was enough to be a poor experience.

I've been going here for almost a year now, and I never had a problem. Employees are very kind. Sometimes there are long lines, but it all depends on the time you go. Sadly I moved so I won't be going anymore ??

Great staff & easy process?friendly & clean facility

Legitimately this place turned me away after letting them know my tattoos have been done for almost 9 months now. After taking my blood and then all of the sudden since it was not done ?professionally? I get deferred from a program that has been paying the same amount of money to donors since 2006. As well as while I'm waiting for all of this information a donor comes back into the office bleeding on the floor because a person who worked did not bandage him properly. I strongly advise you stop giving these

In a center this slow there is absolutely no reason for the attitude you get from some of the employees. You don't have to treat us like it's an inconvenience to do your job. I saw a man be treated like such a nuisance because he failed his hematocrit and he had legitimate questions. Then they give the same attitude to a person who was on their second visit and didn't know what they were supposed to do. We're not livestock for to shove through without a care. We are still human. It was my first time donating. I was super nervous. Staff was friendly and explained everything that was going on. In the back, The employee named Alexander was super sweet. He explained how everything was gunna happen. Sadly i did end up feeling dizzy and he helped me feel better. He kepted checking up on me to make sure i wasnt feeling sick anymore. Awesome employee, because of him im giving 5 stars. Would Totally ask for him next visit!

I was very satisfied my first visit then my second visit I was injected by a Spanish phlebotomist that poked my vein very deep And now I have a huge bruise! Today I have been calling because the hub says it can't determine my eligibility and I have called 5 times and they don't even answer!!

They did amazing! They saw I was nervous and talked to me to help me calm down! 10/10 service! I seen some other people get bruised by donating but when I left from there, not a single bruise! Would definitely go back!

This place is awesome in so many ways, from the good customer service skills, very nice people to the beautiful architectures!! But my only thing is the security thats in the back where u get paid, he is so rude and makes me feel so uncomfortable!! Every time i go, its like he makes it his priority to harrass me by like bullying me with his comments and even, like a little kid, making bad stares!!! But other than that, i love coming here!!????

Instead of talking about their personal life maybe they should do some work. Waited over an hour and a half to be told they weren't processing new donors . The folks at the University Dr Grifols are AWESOME. They are friendly and caring. Young guy with glasses, blonde who does testing and mgrs are terrific.

And never have issue with them in donating, so I'm editing what I said after posting my review I had the worse experience ever, the trainer was horrible and with an attitude won't remove my cuff after donating and raised her voice at me . Second the trainee when she was supposed to remove the needle she yanked it out and freaked up because of the blood coming out of my arm . Didn't ask if I was ok or not and told me to leave . Terrible !!!

Employees do not know what they are doing. Husband?s first time donating the lady crimped the wire so all his blood was being expelled into the machine, was told he couldn't donate for months after that. Was also told he would be considered a new donor again because it was their fault, but now that he's trying to donate again they are refusing to acknowledge what they told him. Overall pretty good, but for some reason Returning Donors aren't prioritized. I was the first returning donor and the other list of new donors had 4 ish names and I was waiting for 50 minutes and they still hadn't called me up to weigh me....

I was here wanting to donate plasma as a new donor and I was rudely turned away because they weren't accepting new donors and I was there several months ago to donate plasma and I was told by a manager that the next time I go there I won't have any issues since I had complications at the time. Please hire a new manager or have this rectified because I was promised something and I did no receive.

Bertha is always leaving me bruised and then I'm not allowed to donate even with my other arm that's not bruised because some old short guy in the back can't find my viens even tho ive donated with both arms before. Their all over the place. No organization. It's weird how new donors get prioritized over returning donors. Each visit takes a minimum of 2 hours. They are totally short staffed because one person does multiple task which slows down the process.
