Homeless and shady looking people standing right outside of the front door smoking cigarettes and marijuana. Brought a friend to donate plasma and we were not allowed in because they do not allow children in the lobby. Guess they'd rather have silly rules that make it hard for people to donate than to actually save lives. As I'm writing this I just watched a drug deal happen right in front of the building. Go anywhere else but here

Staff is really nice and if you're a regular donor here they GET to know you pretty good (by name). Been coming here for about 3-4 yrs. If I could give them more stars I would.

Have been coming here for a couple of months now. The service here is usually good and the process takes no longer than about an hour. I recommend coming in the afternoon hours to avoid the longer wait.

I don't know it's just ok, probably just start looking for aanother place to donate soon. Some of there staff is a little rude a little off, the last two times they didn't give me a Gatorade I had to ask. When there giving them out all around. Arent they suppose to pass them out? And I'm pretty sure they unhooked someone one before me when I was done before him . Need to work on there overall staff demeanor and attitude. Were not doing them a favor it's the other way around.

I kept going here and kept getting denied even tho I eat healthy and today I was told that I need.to see medical amd I asked why and she didn't tell me why so I was.waiting for medical took a while and when I went to ask how long it will be they said someone got.sick and thats when the worker final told me that I can't donate today! ?? Highly recommend this place for plasma donation. They pay more and have a much faster process then CSL or biolife! Can come in twice a week and after second donation in one week you get a scratcher ticket and can get express passes to bypass wait lines or cash added onto your donation I got $25

Look, the actual staff members that try are amazing, thank you for attempting to be polite, courteous and professional. That being said, whoever runs this place, needs to help the existing staff. Severely. This building is understaffed, stressed, and I've seen the like contain over 50 donors sitting on the floor for over an hour each. I was there with someone who was donating and while I was there this lady who works there said I can not wait inside and kicked me out to wait in the heat for a hour! I was 3 months pregnant at the time! I had no where to go and had to wait outside in the heat until the person I was with was done! I would give this place 0 stars if I could!!!!

NEVER COME HERE THEY MANIPULATE TEST RESULTS TO MAKE IT SO YOU CAN'T DONATE They've done this to me multiple times now whereas every other donation place I'm able to donate at but they always manipulate my test results here. I'm a frequent donor, and I couldn't happier that the renovation is done. The place looks great, and it feels like home again. This place is AWESOME! Super friendly staff made me feel comfortable while donating. I have really no complaints with the center it self, it's with their new paycard through Finwist. I tried to purchase gas, not at the pump, for a certain amount and the entire balance on my card was debited. When I called their cs, they stated it would be refunded in 24-48 hours, it's been 36 and I doubt I will ever get it back. I decided to return after the remodel hoping that improvements were made in that time. Nope, STILL SEVERELY understaffed the only thing that's changed is the appearance. . Full room of people waiting to be screened and only 1 staff member working the screening booths. Then today I was told that someone stole the express check in tablet creating an even longer time here. Perhaps you should go to the appt system like bio life does to control the number of donors here at the same time alleviating wait times

Never gave blood called to ask a couple questions. Lady was rude as hell, didnt even bother to say hello when i called, acted like i was the reason she had to go to work.

I LOVE donating here! All of the staff is super friendly, attentive, and professional. They always make sure their donors are well taken care of. They do their best to get us in and out the door quick! The facility is clean and they're adhering to COVID standards with clear screens on the donor floor and social distancing.

Went there today for the first time front desk receptionist lady was very unwelcoming lack of communication and character was very unprofessional didn't have no insurance and giving me more information and helping me out as a first-time donor or as a client in general was very nasty with her response... This place is seriously the worst plasma center in all of Phoenix. It's understaffed, the people that do work there don't care about you. I would recommend going anywhere else

The staff is amazing! They always treat you with respect Angelica is one of my favorites! Fadi is always making sure everything is on point! Kristi is one of a kind. Kaylah is so kind and great to have around. I Miss John on the floor. But when ever things get busy. John is always willing to help. Jazmin has been here for almost 3 years in May. Jasmin is very helpful. Rose always has a smile and a pleasant personality. Micheala in Medical is always always there to help you with any questions that you have.

This place is terrible. Zero customer service. A bunch of overweight women that move at a snails pace. Donating here? Pack breakfast and lunch. I gave the 2 star because at the moment they are paying $100 for the first 7 donations. But you will be here for a while regardless of the time you get here. Place isn't as bad as ppl are saying depends on the time of day you go there. I when to donate but wasn't able to. My daughter tried to donate but lady who pointed her did something to her arm so now she has to wait to go back. We went as new donors in the morning and it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be. The staff is very professional and they explain what is going to happen on your first visit. Once you have donated for the first time you really don't need a explanation. The atmosphere is very laid back and chill. Most of the time the technicians are in good moods and joke around when time permits them to do so. This place was great for the longest time. Ever since they rebranded and move to the new systems it's not worth it anymore. They say the system pulls you in by the time you signed in and did the questionnaire but that's not true. I've watched the past 4 times I was here, I logged in and completed the questionnaire before a few people and they are called to be screened before me. Every time I've been here to donate in total it takes between 2-4 hours. No matter what. I've only had maybe 4 occasions out of 20 where there was no wait. Staff is nice etc but how long it takes just to get past screening is a joke. Not even worth the wait for what they pay... I understand the regular staff cannot do medical exams but a simple "you will not be eligble to donate if you have frequent/severe anxiety" would have sufficed ANYWHERE during the various pages of reading material given to you as a new donor and could have saved me loads of time. This location seems to have limited amounts of staff so things don't run as quickly or as smoothly as they should or could. Everything was clean and like most places the do still offer masks, which are not required but always are

If you want to donate here you should probably have nothing else to do that day. I have a full time job. Last 3 times I've visited I have sat there for over 2 hours and had to leave because I ran out of time. So if you're homeless or don't have a job this place is good for you. If you're a normal human who is struggling to get by but also has a job this place won't work for you

I have been here a few times now and although its out of my way I appreciate the service here. Well trained and great manners. Even had an employee dance in the middle of the floor which made this place much more exciting to be at and review. Guys and gals come through and save some lives. Especially if you haven't had the opportunity. Bring social, proof of residence within 30days and id to get you 250 dollars within 2.5 weeks.

People were friendly helpful the pay was the highest advertised...Lower than it should be but higher than all others...The money I was quoted and paid was 100usd... This place is very slow at getting you in a donation chair. Some staff are very rude. They LITERALLY NEVER answer the phones. I've been calling for days and haven't spoken to one person yet. First time donor chose BPL, my mistake. They have no consideration of your time at all. Front office staff is rude and feels like your and inconvenience to them. I have been back 3 times (per office instructions) and was unable to donate. Office hadn't reviewed paperwork or finished things on their end. Received nothing in compensation for my time on THEIR mistake and told management I will give them one more chance, and when I go back I better be able to donate. I have been to this place two times recently as I have never done this before. I have been deferred twice and could not donate due to high blood pressure, which I totally get. They walked me through the process and will continue to try once I get my blood pressure down. Overall, the facility is clean and organized. Ok, I am changing the poor review I gave BPL a few months back because those unprofessional employees I was concerned with no longer work there! I have been here 3 times so far. Malory and John are truly hard personable workers. Sadly management here is very poor. Most of the available chairs in the back remain empty due to the incredibly slow pace from the workers behind the front desk. I constantly see them take breaks and talk to each other. If you interrupt them while talking they dish out some heavy attitude. I hope some one that truly cares about the people and this company takes over to manage it.

This place just got bought out by another another company, now they open at a later time. However, even though they are technically open they still have to get everything set up for donations. I got here at 1pm between 2pm & 3pm we we're told that there was going to be a delay because there was a scheduled staff meeting with the medical examiners. As a first-time donor I had to have a physical along with several other people. This put a major delay in the process. I did not get onto a table until approximately 5 p.m. or a little before. Been sitting here waiting to be stuck for ten minutes. They either have 2 people or 20 people working. Not friendly. They assume that you know what you're doing when it comes to procedures. They never once explained anything my first time regarding the donation process themselves and it took 2 hours to donate. 2nd time took 35 minutes after I knew what to do. Customer service sucks.

It was my first time at the center and I was here for 4 hours and still didn't get hooked up properly to donate. They put my information in wrong in they're system which caused delay and an unnecessary longer wait. They did not give clear and good instructions whatsoever for new donors. Some of the employees were very awesome but on the other hand there were other employees that lacked very much which affected the whole team and affected my time and wasted four hours and supplies to get nothing accomplished

This is an updated review after a few years of being at this location. Previously it was 3 stars but Ive decided 4 is a little more sufficiently accurate this time. This is my go to location considering they have gotten a little better with time management and normally can get checked fairly quick depending on the days you go and the time. At times they can be really busy. I like how I can rest more then 10 minutes now if wanted for a retake and don't have to go up immediately after 10 minutes unlike before

This place sucks. Some of the employees are great but the wait is abnormally long (which most places are) and the managers never step in and help even though they are the ones creating and controlling this environment.
