This place and their staff and manager sucks. I tried making appointment online it wouldn't let me it kept coming up as an error page so I've been calling all day and all day yesterday neither of them wanted to pick up and answer their phones this place sucks how do you expect people to make appointments when you can't do it online because something is down and you don't answer your phones you can't sit there and tell me not one person is available to answer a 2 second phone call to make an appointment. You
The one tech here is very rude with how she speaks to people! And then even funnier than her attitude is her telling me ?I can't move my arm to itch myself and if I move it again she will disconnect me? she definitely needs a lesson in how to speak to people!!!
By far the best place that I have gone to donate plasma. Easy scheduling and it's by appointment. Smaller than others which is what makes it better. Not alot of people. Everyone is very professional and accommodating. The ladies up front are very pleasant and outgoing and Chrissy well,her smile makes it worth going and her personality and Jamie, Therese,Sara,Tiffany, gosh, I apologize that I can't remember all of their names but they are all wonderful and professional. Real nice of them to send a text out yesterday (Thursday May 18th) confirming the appointment to donate for today. Get to the location just to see signs posted that they're not open and don't know when they'll be re-open. Times are so rough right now... people rely on these things to make sure they have something to eat. No E-mail, no phone call, no text, NOTHING! NOT a great way to handle business at all! ???? They are awesome. The staff is very accommodating to everyone. They also are very attentive to each person. The staff go out of their ways to make everyone feel comfortable. I wouldn't think of ever going anywhere else. My first and only donation center. Thank you all for your awesomeness! ????
By far the best place I've been to donate. The girls at the front are quick & friendly. They always try to engage with you while they screen you. The girls in the back are the real stars. They make you feel SO comfortable, especially while they stick you. Chrissy, Sarah & Tiffany are truly the best of the girls I've had the pleasure of meeting. They take the time to talk to you, get you comfortable & are attentive.
I've been donating at the Wyoming office for a little over a year and can honestly say it's always a pleasurable experience. The whole process is dealt with a professional and kindness that I've never experienced anywhere else. The nurses are very knowledgeable and friendly. The staff of phlebotomists are amazing. I've never been bruised or felt any kind of discomfort. You're always greeted with a smile and the knowledge of knowing that you're in good hands. The whole scheduling concept is unbelievable. It?
Staff here is very professional and usually has you in and out quickly. There are 6 beds here so smaller but they follow the guidelines of the times so make sure your within the 15 minute or less frame. This place is always clean and the staff all do there jobs very well.
Wyoming location is best by far from any centers locally. All the ladies are professional and welcoming. Chrissy is such a positive vibe to the atmosphere and excellent at her job so much that donors followed her from her last company. Brianna and Lauren are such a delight to help out! I always refer this company/location!
The workers are always pleasant and kind. You feel cared for and attended to. They always make sure you have what you need and they keep the process efficient and fluid. I'm glad I chose to go and stay there!
Awesome experience each time I donate Plasma. Very nice and friendly staff. They work with you each time you donate. I would recommend B Positive Plasma in Wyoming, PA, is the place you want to donate. Easy to schedule your appointment's, and they are there 6 day's a week and even holidays.
Clean. Knowledgable, friendly, professional staff. Well managed and appointments are on time. App is a helpful tool, but can use improvements. Having been to both, I feel Wyoming location is much better than Edwardsville.
I came here like any other day to donate for a good cause. During my encounter with the nurse with the black hair and obsessive amount of makeup on her face to hide her horrible face. As I was there me, and this lady that I have no clue of her name got into a little bit of argument. Time had passed and I thought everything was OK An hour and a half after I donated I received a call stating that my plasma was no good. This is a very clean and professional place. The staff are friendly and amazing people. Any questions they have the answers. I loved going here. I had a issue with iron and they gave me answers that Google couldn't.
I came to be positive. Was some apprehension about donation. Staff put my concerns at rest. Now I donate twice a week I love the Incentives and bonuses. The edition of monthly rifles makes it even more exciting to be a part of the Be part Of The Be positive family!

I am fairly new to donating plasma. I did some research and this is the place I chose. I like that you can make an appointment. The facility is clean and the staff are all very friendly and welcoming. They get me in and out on time. I highly recommend this center.
Charise was my Phlebotomist today. She did a Great Job! The Crew today are All Nice and Friendly! I enjoy coming here compared to other plasma centers.
30 plus donations at this center and I've never had any issues..all staff members from the pre check in exams to the actual hands on donation processing has always been professional and inviting with smiles
Only good local plasma center. The other ones have bruised me badly many times or poked me wrong so I lost my saline. Staff seems polite enough, and they keep the environment clean. Mandatory appointments makes the process so much less stressful than other competitors who now have 2-3 hour waits. You won't see the staff goofing off or playing on their phones while leaving you hooked up and beeping fir 10 minutes. Yes other centers have done that. I have small veins so am not always able to donate, but everyone there is always very nice and comforting, and professional. They still compensate me within reason. Definitely would recommend if looking to donate
