Most of the staff is awesome!!! Especially Ana, she goes above and beyond beyond! Abdou has an exceptional work ethic, and is very kind and always smiling! lol Sara trained Lorena and she is attentive and with her is minimal scarring. It speaks volumes about the organization?much gratitude to you all!!

I was there on May 26th for 2 hours I completed all of the intake process stuff but unfortunately my blood pressure was too high, so they said I could come back the next day however they want me to repeat the entire 2-hour process again I'm reading a book watching videos and going through the whole physical . Stuff is friendly but obviously your system needs an update because that's ridiculous and I'm not going to waste another 2 hours of my time

Nice and clean. Friendly staff. Offer good amount for plasma. I really like this place.

Awesome friendly staff and a super clean facility. Worst part is your finger pick to test iron and protein and its not even that bad! Great compensation for your donation just drink plenty of water and heed their advice about not smoking or consuming caffeine before you donate. Elevated blood pressure and heart rate may result and you'll have to reschedule. All the information you need is provided and they are willing and ready to answer any and all questions. Phone qr code check in gets you a super fast ch

I think it's time I did my review. I've been donating here for two years now and even though no donation center is perfect I'd say this Biomat location is pretty close to perfect. From the front desk, to management and most importantly the phlebotomist are all extremely welcoming and professional. I always look forward to donating here and no lie even the other donors are really nice. The compensation is great and there are always promotions going on! Take my word for it and tell them Antoinette Morales sen

Place is not worth donating too. Brought in 5 different things with my address already and even called but no one answered. I thought maybe their busy. Nope just doesn't answer phones and already chatting with each. Never coming back again. I'll take my chance getting 20 for donating then none from this place again

Nice lil spot that very nice employees very professional quick and alway on top of things ??

I have donated 44 times and I still feel very much cared for . This place is clean better maintained than other donation places . I highly recommend coming here plus Ilene , Anthony , Emily and Chad are very professional they deserve a raise and promotion !

Wait time is around 3-5 hrs for first timers, and is not a guarantee you will be able to donate and get compensated. You'll have to pass screening. They say get a good nights sleep, drink plenty of water, & eat more green veggies+meat however thats a hit or miss you'll pass. 2nd time donors usually 1-3hr process depending on how many ahead of you. Fairly quick depending on the day & staff is friendly/helpful.

I love this place cause I had an issue with my card and the workers and the manager never gave up and did everything to help me. This place is better than I went before. They are always smiling and talking to us to make sure we need anything I give them a 5 ?? This place is a relaxing place to be all because of the employees. Keep up with the awesome job you'll do .??

Love this center all the staff is real friendly always put a smile on my face. Thank you Everyone At Grifols on Flores. The Best Team By Far!!!

By far the best staff I have ever had at a donation center! I enjoy coming to donate and chop it up with them. I feel extremely comfortable here! Clean and efficient.

I'm a veteran experiencing homelessness, currently living at the National Veteran's outreach transitional housing nearby. Unfortunately, I can't donate because I don't have a utility bill, even though I provided mail with my name and the address on it. That 100 dollars would have helped in so many ways.

I honestly really like this place, it's very clean, I never have to wait a ridiculous long time to get seen except for my very fist time donating. The staff members are great! My only complaint is one single time a staff member messed up while inserting the needle because she was talking to someone else but it seemed like she was new and did apologize, did hurt for a while tho :/

They put a 30-day hold on my account because i went out the front door. Their stupid rules seem to override the loyalty of their donors or the fact that donations are what is important , not which door to exit from. Don't even think about asking to use the kiosk even though there are plenty of them available, because the answer will be NO. it has now been over 30 days and the hold is still on there even after numerous email requests to remove it. PLEASE REMOVE THE HOLD FROM MY ACCOUNT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i

I've been coming to this location for a few months now, and everyone is consistently friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. The facility is very clean and bright with lots of room.

I love this place, I've been doing this since 2015 and this is one of the best places. Everyone is so friendly and care so much. I've tried going back to other places but always come back.

Hello everyone I've been coming here to grifols location on s flore downtown and I love it here. Staff is very friendly and helpful so if u have a chance come out n donate

They tend to play games with their hours. When they do change their hours, which is done constantly, they don't bother to change their hours on the phone nor on the internet. They have a bad habit of not answering their phone too! So don't ever trust the hours they post. Shame on them! Aside from that, their staff is friendly with the exception of about two older women that work there. So good luck, if you decide to donate there. It is a good cause and you do get a cash incentive.

Overall friendly staff I come regularly & haven't had any complaints about Grifols or the staff

Been coming here for years, staff is amazing, facility is clean and no wait time. Would have given 5 stars but y'all took away our movies ?? I'll continue coming here as long as I can

I started donating this year and from my first donation they have always been friendly and professional. This location is always clean and sanitary. They pay attention to how you feel during the donation. Your health and safety are important!

My daughter left her black AirPods there and it shows it is there please hold on to them we will be there in am thank you

Donated twice here, first time I was seen by man that would not stop singing but was very slow and also did my physical while doing my physical we had a women to witness my physical. While in the room the women decide it would be ok to throw the middle finger to the man in front of me. And then continued ti joke around with the man. I ended up only getting ti donate a small amount due to the machine not separating my plasma and blood. Second time I get their at 8:45 get seen and get seated at 9:30 and which

I WENT HERE 5 TIMES WAS SUPPOSED TO GET 80 DALLORS THEN 40 DOLLARS OUT OF 5 TIMES I RECIEVED 230 dollars. Out of those 5 they missed my vein 2 times causing brusing and scarring there is homeless poop surrounding thier building. It is the worst place in the world to donate. I WILL never GO BACK!!

Staff here are so nice, and patient. It's very clean, and your in and out in no time.

I've been going here for about a year now and I'm always satisfied. The staff is always friendly and I'm usually in and out within about 1 to 1.5 hours which is great. They also play movies while you donate and occasionally have events with food or bonuses which is a plus!

I always have a great experience when I come here, most of the staff are friendly others not so much. Process is fairly quick, i?m usually in and out in an hour and 15 minutes from start to finish! Some of the people who donate appear to be homeless and smell but that's not the staff?s fault. I've seen people from all races and backgrounds donate. I would definitely recommend!!

Love donating here! Roxy is the best, everyone else to ,but roxy rocks ?? at sticking. Everyone Is super friendly and responsible, super clean and they always have some kind of promotion every month, it has a an easy parking access and additional parking. A nice place to donate.

I have been to a few other centers and have yet to see the excellent service I got from here! Staff was nice and patient, and really listened me and my questions. The center was clean and organized and every employee i came.across seemed happy to be there. They pay well, and have decent turn around times! If your considering donating for your first time, YOU MUST COME HERE!!!

Best customer service.. fast donating process.. I wish the movies were back.. but besides that. I love this donation center

I'm sorry I even bothered to drive to this location. The staff ( front desk) was great, after the long wait , almost 3 hrs, the nurse ( Black stringy hair), did not allow me to donate. According to her diagnosis, she could hear a weese as I took a deep breath. She must have been at least 19 yrs. of age. God help us. Needles to say , I went with another center that gladly allowed me in to donate, after passing a physical, ( no problem). The Nurse was very experienced ( 36 yrs ). Do not go there, they judge

The place is pretty clean and is by appointment only. I'd highly suggest requesting Sasha. She is by far the best employee there. I've never had a problem with her sticking me. I'd definitely stay away from Janie. An older lady w reddish hair. Although I constantly hear her bragging about her years if exp It always hurts when she sticks me and she always blames it on the iodine. She had me waiting for a long time before sticking me to assist w other alarms then had me waiting even longer when my machines al

I just got rejected due to my address, where I pay over $1200 a month, was unacceptable. I was told that sensitive documents couldn't be sent there. The mail is secure, though I have a P.O. Box but didn't tell them. This info should have been stated on the website or on the phone when I called.

I love the place. Keema and Emily are the best they always have a smile on their face when you go in. The place is always clean and they get you on and out like they say they make sure you are okay while you are hooked up to the machine. I love the place

This is my donating home. I've been donating since September and Grace and Roxy always take care of me. Everyone here is so friendly and inviting. It's always a quick and smooth process for me and I enjoy helping others by my donation.

This center is fast and clean. My favorite spot. The medical staff and as well as all the other employees are very nice and take good care of you.

The compensation is great ?? but I always have problems here so weird how I never have problems with CSL.these people dont know how to check veins don't like it here

Very satisfied coming here, clean, money always there. Very nice and helpful workers. Recommend everyone to come here

I really wanted to give this place a try, but I could not. I went in for the promotion, I have given plasma before so I was familiar with the process. It seemed as if everyone was brand new and training and had no idea what was going on. I took it all with a grain of salt and pushed through although the first appointment lasted 3 HOURS and the clinic was absolutely empty. Secondly, I was a bit peeved that you have to answer over 60 questions at check in return. Most places after your first appointment, the

Bet place to donate regardless of front desk Mat, lol jk???? he's cool good staff all around. Super cool management especially Sarah

Corina was very polite and courteous. She was very good at her job the needle poke did not hurt.. All the staff here are very professional and and helpful. I recommend you to come to donate here where staff treats you with the utmost respect and dignity!!! They work as a team to make your visit go as pleasant as possible!!! Biomat San Antonio Texas is the only way to go!!! Come on down and donate today!!!

I've donated 5 times so far and this facility has very kind workers. Bathroom always is clean and they know how to make you feel comfortable even when you don't like needles. Definitely recommend visiting here or any other plasma donation center to help someone in need.

Even when they're not busy there's hour waits even though there's always 5 people just standing around. Furthermore every single time I've gone I get injured from their phlebotomists, mind you I've never been injured anywhere else in years of donating. Roxy for example has injured me to the point where I hesitate going and they will never take accountability . when you alert management they will say it's your fault to your face. Most unprofessional and inexperienced ridden place I've ever been to. I prefer

Been donating here for about a year now. Clean facility, friendly and professional staff, substantial payouts, and streaming movies while you donate! I always look forward to donating plasma now. It's an awesome way to (literally) give of yourself, to help those in need. Highly recommend.

Been to 2 other places in the past several years and I'm in and out if this place quick. Everyone that works there is always in good spirits.

Been to other Biomat Gifolds facilities but the one in San Antonio is the best! Make sure I was well fed before making my donation. The staff are well trained and can make the needle feel like nothing went in!

Great place, very clean. Process explained thoroughly for a first time donor and everyone was so helpful making it easy with no stress !

I used to go to Biotest in Park North since they were closer to where I live but their staff is so rude so I went to Biomat (after being eligible) and I've been going for at least 6 months and they've always been so nice and not treating you like you're nothing just for donating. I have a full time job and I consider this as a great part time job. I make an average of $300-$400 a month and I just have to make sure I'm healthy and I watch TV for an hour. I recommend this place because of the staff

Worst experience EVER.....SITE MANAGER LITERALLY TOLD ME i know its your birthday but you will be IN AND OUT....only to get here and be told I have to complete 2 1/2 new donor procedure because I haven't been here in 4 months!! So the site supervisor gave me $100 lapsed donor bonus to come get stuck doing a physical!! Getting my lapsed donor bonus MAYBE my 2nd donation of week bonus... then NEVER COMING BACK.... and making sure everyone knows the $100 lapsed donor bonus is a lie

Staff is friendly. The process is easy and the facility is clean. And I have my favorites to stick me.

Recommend this place!! Krissy can hit my veins when everyone else struggles. She effortlessly hit a vein and I am so pleased with her professional manner. She is a gem ??!!!

They use to have great timing would get you in then out and everyone was so nice. But, now all the nice good ppl. That you use to deal with quit and they have disrespectful rude teenagers doing all the sticking. It's not going to get any better unless they get fully staffed again.

The staff is very friendly I recommend this center they are quick to get u in and out I just love how they work as a team

Nice clean environment safe, Every time ive come to donate its always been a good experience no mistakes and comforting. Quick, fast, an easy! Thank you and God bless!

Been donating here for awhile now. This is the only place I will donate. Facility is always clean and kept up. The wait time is pretty good never had to wait more the 20 mins. And the staff is great (brenda, Clarissa, sarah) !! I love the bonuses and text that give extra bosuns. One con is the staff not getting enough recognition never have I had a problem or complaint they have always been nice and professional.

went there for the first time since I moved here had recently gone to the one in my home town. It took them 3 different people to get it right and because of it I have bruising and looks like I won't be able to use my normal arm to donate anymore. Really frustrated have been donating plasma for 8 years. If I could post pictures i would. the one positive was the 3rd lady was really nice and helped and allowed me to use a coupon sent by my old facility. IF YOU SEE THIS PLACE RUN AWAY. THEY BRUISED BOTH MY ARM

Very wonderful staff usually a short wait. But I do get my arm bruised every once in a while. I dont know if its me or them maybe i bruise easy but they seem very knowledgeable and very courteous. I would recommend highly. First donations are 75,50,50, and 75. Just got my 4th donation in. Could use nore money after the initial 4 donations though.

Hi, the facility at the Down town location is clean and the staff are sociable and friendly. It's always a quick visit! Great donor bonuses and incentives.

Hello to all of you. Just wanted post a brief message about my satisfaction with having been a long term donor at the downtown Biomat location. There are a lot of nice employees who work here. Come on down.

I like this place a lot. The staff is always nice, and helpful. They actually care about the donors & their experience. Also they have a lot of good bonuses throughout the year and the lines aren't long at all!

Pays better then the last places I was going to and there no long waiting lines witch I love that part.

I was called by a guy from biomat and I told him I was interested in going there to donate and I accidentally went in a day to early and they deferred me for no apparent reason and I didn't like the guys attitude towards me either and to make it worse he had me go back the following day just to send me away and I live over an hour from there

I love this place. They are fast and everyone here is so nice and professional and they care for their donors

Workers at grifols are awesome they do everything to make your stay comfortable and get you in and out as quick as possible

They don't care about anything but our donations I had my truck broken into in front of the of their house and nothing happens all my tools where taken and I I had to go through the insurance to make a report but they cover the worker's cars but not any of the don't cover the downers vehicles

Staff is pretty friendly. Fed me because you can't donate on an empty stomach and you could get sick. The new donor specials are pretty awesome.

Went to donate after seeing an ad on Craigslist. The facility and staff were really nice. I wasn't able to donate due to diabetic Medicatiin. The person who was to be "Sponsor" gave me false information. He said it didn't matter whether I was diabetic. He constantly messaged me to remind me to give his name, "Macy's (Mark) Martinez and his reference number 4757. I realize now he only wanted make money off the referral. He didn't care that I would be wasting gas etc. He said the pay was $80 each time I went.

I love this place! Donation process is always fast, I'm usually in and out in an hour from start to finish. I only let certain people stick me because my veins can be tricky (Brenda, Ryan, Heather and Vanessa). They always clean their hands and use new gloves after each donor and wipe the seats down after each donor leaves. Money is loaded on your card about 10 minutes after the donor process is complered. Sometimes there is a smell when you first walk-in because not everyone who donates have ?good? hygie

Very friendly and courteous staff. Prefer donating here over CSL any day. Cleaner quiter atmosphere and you are treated like a person not cattle. If you're going to be donating I highly recommend this location.

I am a donor at this place, Staff and everyone helping new donors or regular donors that go throughout thier week all staff members are respectful and help you understand how everything goes through the donating process, If you are a new donor and nervous or scared or don't know what to do during the process with all the questions and physical they do the staff will help get you Comfortable and speak with you about all the steps that will take place from start to finish. The building itself is clean and very

How much do you get for new donor

Great compensation, quick donations, sufficient staff, but best of all are the employees; they are fast and friendly!

Absolutely the worse Experience here. Extremely Rude General Manager Named Jose. When asked a question about A Promotion they are running, He replied In a Rude and condescending Manner , As if he is underpaid and overworked. No reason for this Individual to act this way. I asked nicely and respectfully. All other staff is friendly. Please stay clear of Donating here. I recommend CSL plasma Or Any other facilities. SuperMegaStore Rico4president2028 Kilroy

Rude Staff actually accused me of lying on my intake form. Employees openly talking (in Spanish) to each other about donors. I made a point of letting them know I understood them and that what they were doing was rude and unacceptable. There are plenty of Plasma Centers in town. You don't need to go here just to be treated as if you are "less than" just because they're paying you for your time!

I been donating plasma at this place for 5 months. I never had a problem until today. In the process of donating I think I had like 18 ml to go and I would have been done donating. Lead tech Brenda was inform by another tech that I was having issues with the draw and that I was in hurting.. Brenda said if I don't finish that I was getting half. I didn't understand why I was getting half if I only had 18 ml to go.. I was at 862ml but needed 880ml. She said it wasn't the machine fault and that I wanted to sto

Grifols Biomat on North Flores in San Antonio so far has given me the best experience with donating and I've been to multiple companies. Very friendly staff and Netflix keeps you busy and comfortable while donating. Highly recommended for new and experienced donors

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The staff are not professional at all the donors are nasty and dirty of course cause their homeless. They have people that are so messed up falling asleep on the beds. Only 2 kiosk to sign in on never pay the donors right it's just so ghetto and unprofessional. I worked at Bio test and I think I'm going back to donate in a clean and professional place.....

This place is safe And clean and the Lady?s here are so nice and amazing Always in good mood and happy!! Thanks for making my donation safe And fun !!! ????

The staff is always welcoming, and helpful.I would recommend this place to Everyone considering donating.????

This is a fantastic plasma center, extremely clean and fast with wonderful employees and nearly no wait time. Open late, open every day, and open early! You can donate nearly anytime and help the community while getting a small amount of money

The staff are very friendly and accommodating. I'm in and out faster than most donating centers.

All staff is friendly and easy to talk to. Great place to donate.

I went here yesterday ( 08/09/2021) To donate plasma, i have donated at other places however this place gives out better pay outs. I am very satisfied with these people here, they are friendly yet maintain professionalism. Definitely will come back

I have donated here several times and the staff are very nice. It's been a good experience overall.

Highly recommend this location to new donors fast and easy staffing is really intelligent here

This is probably the most unprofessional facility I have ever been to. Staff do not communicate or put updated notes into the system. I've been there a total of five times and have had an issue every single time I come in whether it's the money not being put on my card or not the correct amount or just total disrespect from the employees and unprofessionalism. I do not recommend this place

You guys are really cool and pleasant and nice. They really know what they are doing here and I wouldn't change a thing
