I noticed when I first started going back here that there were few few donors and I wondered why it was so easy to get an appointment 5 minutes from the time you walked in the door but I found out why. Every time that I've gone in the last few weeks whoever has stuck me has done it wrong and they've had to dig in my arm with the needle in there to finally let me finish my donation. I've ended up with massive bruises on my arms but this time they ended up having to restick the other arm bruising it just as m

Had to create a new review because for some reason it wouldn't update my last one. This place has been going downhill since I've been coming. The pay has gone down, the staff has gotten hostile and ill trained (they'll disconnect the line without clamping the line so you free bleed into the machine for no reason), the cleanliness has become a joke( no soap in the men's bathroom for 6+ months, pools of blood on the donor chairs multiple times now), and hopefully your privacy means nothing to you because whil

Better than the rest in Shreveport but could they please communicate to us with words? Inform us of what's going on and maybe even periodically check on us while pumping? I've had to learn everything by error, then they'll tell you if you do something wrong. Also, look for random charges to your cards! How is it possible to have a negative balance?

They have a really great staff!! There are quite a few of them that are happy, friendly and most of all they have a pleasant personality. There's several days in a week that all of them (the pleasant ones)are working on the same shift and it makes going to donate so much fun. They get their work done while at the same time showing their wonderful Customer Service skills by making me, my husband and my daughter feel so at home!! The fact that the staff so frequently threatens deferment is absolutely sad when their goal is supposed to be keeping donors. Staff is inconsistent with standards or rules set so when a donor doesn't follow those guidelines they should recognize that falls back on their staff not continuously implementing those .

Best staff around quick service and it's such a good feeling knowing you are helping by donating

Used to be the best now the front desk is rude no people skills. All the good technicians are still good but the new ones need to go train again or do something else. Find a schedule and stick to it please. If this is your establishment get it together.

I have used this place for months with decent results but their attention to detail with newer employees is mind blowing. Could have gone into shock because they didn't check the cable connections while I was pumping away and so I was draining blood all over the floor. Got punished for their medical negligence by being deferred for two months and they get let off the hook just like that. No payout and absolutely disgusting lack of care and or control of their area. I donated plasma in this center over a year. I had to move and that is why I am stopping. Every time all the staff was really friendly and they actually care about the people. More than one time I did not feel well and they always helped me and care about me. I will remember all the nurses for their incredible job. Thank you for everything you do.

The money is the only reason they get 2 stars. I've interacted with approximately 15 of their staff during 4 visits only had positive interactions with 2. One proceeded to aggressively hush me like a common child as I inquired about MY OWN information, which I'd like to point out we are FREQUENTLY reminded to ask questions if we have any. They aren't interested in anything other than breaks and getting off, the nurses are the only ones who seem to care and I had the single worst encounter with one possible

Despite all the negativity on these reviews, these people are really good down to earth people. The flibs do their best at getting you up and down. I'm definitely a fan and friend of most of the staff. I've been dealing with them for several years on and off and it's always been a really good environment. Would recommend this center to anyone, and congratulations to my friend Sympathy McNeil for her promotion.

The staff is friendly and the place is always clean. They get you in and out quickly. You get to help people while also making a little pocket change so it's a win-win!

My daughter, niece & I started donating a month ago when we found out how plasma helps those with hemophilia. It is a condition within our family. We have uncles & male cousins who are hemophiliacs. While donating today the phlebotomist stuck me incorrectly. It burned & kept reading ?no flow?. She insinuated my vein caught the needle wrong instead of admitting to messing up. She asked to re-stick my other arm but I declined and decided to leave due to the pain. My arm is swollen. My vein is bulging like a b

They have always been nice and respectful towards me! They have their bad days but its truly a awesome place.

Everyone was very helpful and very nice

The facility is clean and the people get the job done. They are quick to respond to any issue and are diligent about making sure you're ok. It's nice knowing they are looking out for you during the donation process.

Of the few places I have donated, this center is one of the best. They keep the traffic of donors moving relatively quick. Staff is always kind and helpful. Here lately it seems they have been closed. Not sure if the storm has affected them. I'd like to know. Want to keep donating there regularly.

More and more often my visits are painful, few people here know how to stick someone with little/no pain and it shows. The woman who just stuck me didn't pull down on my skin to make it taut and the needle she just rammed into my arm..I've been coming here for a little over a year but it seems to be on a continuous decline.

I picked up a family member and bring them there twice a week I guess it's okay though they keep changing the times and then don't tell nobody they have other issues with people that donate not cool I would advise staying on top of how much they're giving its time how many times you can go there rules on going excetera

This place use to be very professional and the staff use to be so nice but now they have so many new and rude people. Technicians are fast and friendly. They are great at getting the needle set the first time. The facility is clean and cold even in the summer!

the website directs you to contact local center for additional compensation questions however when i called the lady said they didn't provide this over the phone due to competitors, lol as if that's top secret. FYI you're not in a for profit business it's a matter of bringing in donors to help save lives. You really need to educate your staff on phone etiquette! I have nothing but great things to say about this place. When you come in they get you in and out with no problem. And I love the staff.

The ladies who set you up to the machine are very rude and rough! I've only seen them be nice to black males but anyone else pretty much gets attitude from these ladies! Not to mention the lady poked me very awkward took someone else to fix the needle! I sat there in pain with the blood pressure cuff suffocating my arm for 15mins until my hands got numb with pain! 3 months straight, now, the payments are at a BARE minimum. NO bonus, whatsoever and only $120 per week. If you have no car and have to pay gas money, it's hardly worth the time and effort. Half of my donation money which I use to supplement my income to pay bills goes to gas.

They were very rude and judgemental. My sister was having trouble with the paperwork. And they really got defensive and nasty with her. It sent her ulcer off and we almost lost her because of it. Plus they don't pay out jack.

My first time I experienced VERY rude associates that seems more concerned about getting off work than doing their job. I wasn't able to donate because it ?would take too long?. I'm very disappointed and sadly will look for a new facility.

I have been coming to Telacris for several years, and I have always had pleasant donations each and every time. Brooke,Bonita,Carla, Sympathy,and Ke-Ke are employees that you wouldn't find at any other facility.They go above and beyond,thank you ladies so much

TPR Shreveport is a great donation facility. They are very efficient in their process to get clients in and out as quickly as possible. The staff is friendly and helpful. Being able to help patients who need plasma medication and make a little money is great. I would recommend TPR Shreveport if you are interested in donating.

This place WAS a great place to donate. Now I will say... NEVER TRUST THIS PLACE! I was banned from this place because I didn't list the medication I was on. (NOTE: ALL the medication I am on is approved by telicris Plasma. ) A staff member did not like the fact that she was NOT told of my medication so she banned me from ever coming back. I dont understand how someone like me, taking medication that is approved by Telicris, would be banned from their facility for absolutely no good reasons except for some

Staff is wonderful. No long waits. Get to earn extra money while helpingg to save others.

Everywhere you can find, even according to the staff, the process takes up to 2 hours. So why did they have my sister waiting here for almost 4 hours? No reason for it to take 3 hours for paperwork and a drug test. Completely absurd, especially for people who rely on others for transportation. Had my sister damn near an anxiety attack over the time frame. Just inconsiderate.

I always have a great time donating here. The staff are very helpful and accommodating. They do everything they can to make sure you have a good experience.

This place is lousy...they refuse to get their fax machine fixed & that ancient technology is the only way that they will accept medical records....so if you need a medical clearance from your doctor, don't bother with them...Pelican pays better anyway...

I called ahead, asked how long it would take, they told me 2 hours. Well after 4 hours, I left. I dont think they should let previous doners continually skip in front of new people the entire time you are there.

Wasted a whole lot of time at this place. Had to go two days because of problems on their end...second day, lady was rude to me - no communication .. I asked to speak with someone else, and was told to go wait - after already wasting over 4 hours there. I left.

These people told me i could never come back if i transfer back to TX for when i lived in west Texas so when I moved back to Shreveport, I just started going to Kedplasma on Mansfield. These people are unprofessional and got an attitude with me about it, and spited me by transferring me randomly to a Talecris in Oregon, which wasted an hour of my day trying to get another Talecris center to get me transferred back to TX.

Bunch of idiots, degenerates, and illiterate people that work here. Told them to CANCEL the transfer from another facility to Shreveport and they said they would. They never did so I was xferred to Shreveport. Terrible. Just slow and the nurses just walking around talking, never doing their job. They aren't sanitary. They uncapped a needle and put in the little box of hazardous before its thrown in, takes it out and wanted to stick the needle in me. Never coming here again.

Plan to deal with a 75% rude and unprofessional staff and plan on waiting for hours. Arrived at 9:00 am and still waiting at 2:30 pm. Totally unprofessional. Would not recommend.
