Throughout my lifetime I have been to plenty of plasma donation centers, and Grifols is by far the best. Not only are they quick, reliable, and painless? the staff is all around amazing. It's like a family at Grifols and I would recommend them to anyone who inquires about plasma donation. This specific donation center is on the leaderboard compared to KED or BioLife. If you ever want to donate go here!!! They will greet you with the warmest welcome and have the greatest staff!!!

I started going to Grifols this past week and have enjoyed the experience so far. I had previously been going to another center but the time frame turnaround was astronomical. With that being said, Grifols allows you to answer your questions before hand and make appointments in advance. I have appointments all throughout my week and being able to donate and be processed quickly is very helpful. This past week I was screened by Kim. I'm not sure what happened. I was told by family I should give it a try at donating my plasma. Well during the session I got really faint and I told the techs something didn't feel right. Being it was my first time they made it seem as if I was over reacting or it was normal. Afterwards my arm was really sore and I was told it was normal and also it was normal for there to be lumps on my bicep area. I've never been more disappointed by a donation center in my life. From the moment I walked in, the staff was completely unprofessional. The nurses were downright rude and seemed completely unprepared. Enjoy coming here, been over 4 years so far. the staff has great funny personalities like Uncles, Aunts, Sisters and Brothers. They greet and work together productivity to get you in and out when donating plasma. When you come here make sure you eat and drink well the night before and the morning before coming in.

My second dono was a positive experience thanks to Nurse De?yonna! From the moment I walked in I was greeted kindly and made comfortable by her. She was very helpful and attentive to all the patients in the back donating, constantly checking in on us and giving tips. The atmosphere was definitely brightened by her enthusiasm and kindness. Nurse Michelle helped me and was very kind as well! I enjoy this location.

I am an alumni of the University of Alabama, I have been doing plasma since my freshman year and it has helped with bills and the hardships of being a student away from home. I have become friends with all the staff and they are kind, respectful and gentle. They have great prizes as well games throughout the year to involve you with the Grifols community. Donating is a great way to give back to community while also getting a little extra money to keep yourself afloat. 10/10 recommend donating??

Everyone has always been nice and professional. I've never been concerned with health safety or personal safety. Areas have always been clean. Staff has worked very well in helping me when an issue arose. I would recommend this place to anyone , the money is nice and the feeling of how many people your helping is a humbling feeling.

I have always had pleasant experiences here. Staff are nice and friendly. The wait times can be longer on certain days and times of the year (longer near the holidays, shorter during tax season). There are sometimes inexperienced phlebotomists, but people have to learn and train. It is what it is. As for those saying the money isn't worth the wait, you have to decide that for yourself. You're donating because you need the money, so...

Alway a good experience. Just make sure you are hydrated, and lots of Protein. A good way give back too. Earn extra cash.

Thought it was kinda crazy that they let me go through the whole process and right before i was gonna go back they tell me that i live outside of their range and i drove an hour to get there. Also it's pretty sad that i sent an email like i was told to and no response. Everything was good with me that day, my bp, my iron, everything and i get turned away because i live "too far outside the radius" and to think that's another life that could have been saved and i have never had any issues with donating

Staff has always been pleasant with me. I have had my vein blown out only once since 2015. I think that was because I have small rollie veins and this person didn't know, so I make it a point to let the person sticking me know and if they're uncomfortable they get someone who can. I say good job grifols staff :)

Not a single soul there waiting, and I go to ask how much longer before I start my paper work and they catch and attitude and say don't I know the process takes 2-4 hours. Long wait times, if your not early. Early being before they open. Expect to be there 2 hours if your early, or 3 or more if you get there after they open. All of the employees are very nice and professional. Would give 5 stars if the wait time was shorter.

I have them a 2, because I don't get the same treatment Everytime. It to me dies feel like they are just completing a quota. One woman was talking on the phone while checking my vitals and iron. The employees are generally pretty friendly. Most of the nurses in the back are awful at sticking. I've been going for years and have had my veins blown out a few times. They used to take forever and a day to even get you in the back. Now they have machines that cut the screening time down a lot, but they are still too understaffed. $25 is just not enough for all the time and pain.

I went to donate and the girl told me that they couldn't see me after I had just gotten of work and drove an hour and 20 minutes to get there. I asked why and she said because you're new and the process takes 4 to 5 hours and they were closing at 7. She also told me that they already had the last 2 donors for the day, then took 2 more black gentlemen waiting behind me. Being a white female in an all black facility , I feel very discriminated against.

Told me to undergo the initial screening, took passport and SSN, and had to wait for over 30 minutes and then was told to wait for a few minutes for the physical checkup which ended up in around 40 minutes of waiting. Finally, one person came out and told me that they can not process me for the donation since my SSN mentions valid for work only. I went to donate some plasma today..i got there and did all my paperwork and then sat waiting for over an hour before someone finally told me to go to the kiosk..then I finally made it to the screening room to find out that my heart rate was to low to donate today. The front staff is very nice and friendly, I have nothing negative to say about them , however when you go to the back for the ACTUAL process, the workers are very inexperienced and know nothing about what they are doing. Showed up at 5 A.M. this morning and was the 4th person to sign the list, only to be about the 8th or 10th person to actually get stuck in the back. Management either needs to correct this problem or maybe they need to find better people for the job. How hard is it to wait on people in the order in which they showed up? What ever happened to first come first serve?

I always love coming to this plasma center. Everyone is so positive and does not take long.

This place is horrible. The staff is very rude and is inconsiderate of your time. They make you wait up to 2 hours before allowing you to go to a kiosk. The staff in the back are cursing and talking about their drug binges and they are constantly dating the donors. The place is a nightmare, stay away from it!!!!!!

People that run the place doesn't attend to the clients there as they should do like in a hospital. The place is clean though The people at the front desk are curtious The place is very claimant controlled Cool in summer months

I stopped coming here, cause out of all the plasma centers I have been to (Indiana, georgia) this is the worst center. The phlebotomists in the back stands around and gossip with each other all the time instead of watching there sections and getting the doners in and out and the machines need to be updated, cause people have to raise their hand in order for the workers to know when they're done and they still move slow to DC you. I will not be back to donate here.
