Customer Reviews

Throughout my lifetime I have been to plenty of plasma donation centers, and Grifols is by far the best. Not only are they quick, reliable, and painless? the staff is all around amazing. It's like a family at Grifols and I would recommend them to anyone who inquires about plasma donation. This specific donation center is on the leaderboard compared to KED or BioLife. If you ever want to donate go here!!! They will greet you with the warmest welcome and have the greatest staff!!!

I started going to Grifols this past week and have enjoyed the experience so far. I had previously been going to another center but the time frame turnaround was astronomical. With that being said, Grifols allows you to answer your questions before hand and make appointments in advance. I have appointments all throughout my week and being able to donate and be processed quickly is very helpful. This past week I was screened by Kim. We had a bunch of good laughs and her customer service skills are great. Sh

I'm not sure what happened. I was told by family I should give it a try at donating my plasma. Well during the session I got really faint and I told the techs something didn't feel right. Being it was my first time they made it seem as if I was over reacting or it was normal. Afterwards my arm was really sore and I was told it was normal and also it was normal for there to be lumps on my bicep area. I've added a picture but I've never seen anyone or heard of anyone that had the same problem as me. This brui

Everybody is so nice and make my experience great! Tyronda French, Marquita, Alicia and Deyonna welcomes you with a smile every time. They are awesome!

I've never been more disappointed by a donation center in my life. From the moment I walked in, the staff was completely unprofessional. The nurses were downright rude and seemed completely unprepared. One nurse gave me a half-hearted greeting, then spent the next ten minutes talking to her coworker about something unrelated while I sat there waiting to be helped. There was no clear communication, and they didn't seem to know what they were doing at all. I was eventually brought to a chair to start the pr

Here's a positive review you can use for Grifols Plasma Donation Center: --- **5 Stars ? Excellent Experience!** I've been donating plasma at Grifols for several months now, and I can confidently say it's been a fantastic experience every time. The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and always make me feel welcome. From check-in to the donation process, everything is smooth and efficient. The facility is clean and well-organized, and they take hygiene and safety seriously, which gives me peace

I enjoy donating every single time I go. The staff is phenomenal. Friendly, informative, professional, positive, sincere, and grateful. The location/building could be a little off putting from the outside, but the inside is clean and well organized. The compensation is generous and they often run specials. I am proud to donate knowing my plasma could help save someone else because we all need a little help sometimes.

Awesome people staff is so sweet friendly and funny. From the time I walk in until I walk out everyone is smiling joking yet very professional

I enjoy going to Grifols in Tuscaloosa on 10th avenue. The staff there is so amazing and welcoming and they treat you with the utmost respect. The management staff is top tier and they know how to be professional at all times and in any circumstance. If you're interested in donating plasma this is most definitely the place to go.

Everyone was incredibly polite and welcoming. They answered any questions that I had and made me feel comfortable and safe. They also remembered my name and kept conversation while we waited. Amazing service and lovely staff.

I had a fantastic experience at Grifols Talecris- Plasma center. The staff was friendly and professional, making the donation process smooth and comfortable. The facility was clean, and the nurses were attentive, ensuring I felt at ease. It felt great to help others, and I highly recommend this center for anyone considering plasma donation!

Enjoy coming here, been over 4 years so far. the staff has great funny personalities like Uncles, Aunts, Sisters and Brothers. They greet and work together productivity to get you in and out when donating plasma. When you come here make sure you eat and drink well the night before and the morning before coming in.

My second dono was a positive experience thanks to Nurse De?yonna! From the moment I walked in I was greeted kindly and made comfortable by her. She was very helpful and attentive to all the patients in the back donating, constantly checking in on us and giving tips. The atmosphere was definitely brightened by her enthusiasm and kindness. Nurse Michelle helped me and was very kind as well! I enjoy this location.

I love Grifols! They are super awesome and sweet, I don't think I've ever had a bad experience here. I am always so cared for and looked out for.

I am an alumni of the University of Alabama, I have been doing plasma since my freshman year and it has helped with bills and the hardships of being a student away from home. I have become friends with all the staff and they are kind, respectful and gentle. They have great prizes as well games throughout the year to involve you with the Grifols community. Donating is a great way to give back to community while also getting a little extra money to keep yourself afloat. 10/10 recommend donating??

I love going here. The staff are the nicest and most welcoming people. It's such a relaxed environment. And it is so well organized and you don't have to wait to get to the back.

They are extremely professional, loving, warm, honest, reliable, and a trustworthy, beautiful team!! They make their beloved angels feel welcomed as soon as you walk into the facility!!! #AmazingTeam #LoveAndCare #TrustedAngels

My experience has been great. However being 2 points over the pulse rate shouldn't disqualify someone from donating especially when driving over an hour each direction to do so

Very pleasant place to donate, very kind staff. I would recommend anyone interested in donating to choose Grifols Talecris! I've been donating here for almost 2 years now. Simple way to make some extra cash while helping others!

This was an amazing experience! The staff were very friendly and welcoming! I will definitely be back and bringing others as well!

The kindest staff ever!!! Makes the experience so worthwhile, and feels good to give back!!! Ms. Kim, Alicia, and Deyonna are the sweetest people EVER!!

Honestly the staff are very sweet, they are always up beat and act like they enjoy being there,

TGE BEST PLASMA CENTER IN TUSCALOOSA!!ve been coming here for almost 3yrs now! And I wouldn't go anywhere else! The staff here are amazing and always friendly, There's always a chance to win bonus cash or prizes, and they continually work on ways to improve the speed of your donation- so you're in and out ASAP. I truly love this center, they take care of you!

Giving plasma is a great way to help those in need help to live a better life. It doesn't get any better than that, and with God's guidance and help I'll continue to give plasma

I've been coming here for a couple months now, I haven't had any bad experience with the time I have been coming here. Everybody is really nice and treat you with care and treat you like family. So I advise everyone to come !!!!!

I have been coming to this plasma center for a little over a year now and so far my experience has been amazing. The staff here are very nice and make sure you feel comfortable through the whole experience!

Everyone has always been nice and professional. I've never been concerned with health safety or personal safety. Areas have always been clean. Staff has worked very well in helping me when an issue arose. I would recommend this place to anyone , the money is nice and the feeling of how many people your helping is a humbling feeling.

Great atmosphere and caring workers. Everyone always makes sure the customer is taken care of. Procedures are followed safely step by step.

STAFF IS RUDE AND ALSO REPORTING CORPORATE; rude woman with sticks up their butts

I love everything about grifols talecris and there staff are so loving and caring ?? ?? cause trust I am the type of person if I am not feeling welcome I will not come back..so that say and so alot ..grifols talecris ??????

I always have a great experience at Grifols Plasma Center! The staff are friendly, there are occasional monthly prizes, and the environment is overall welcoming. I'm glad to be a donor with Grifols.

I like the people very professional environment

My first visit was great! All staff were very attentive and professional. I felt comfortable and well-informed. Take a moment to review the website; that will help you prepare for first-time or returning visits!

Great staff, friendly knowledgeable. Process from start to finish is efficient & good time wise. overall awesome.

I like coming here because all the staff members are helpful and friendly and the process takes a bout an hour or two but it's worth it

It's been a couple years since I have been here, but the way they have everything set up now makes donating a breeze! Super polite & always willing to help if needed.

The center has always treated me with respect and I have nothing but good things to say about my visit there. The staff is very nice and professional. The extra money I make a week helps my family and I out a lot. I plan on continue going there it's fast and I help save lives.

I have always had pleasant experiences here. Staff are nice and friendly. The wait times can be longer on certain days and times of the year (longer near the holidays, shorter during tax season). There are sometimes inexperienced phlebotomists, but people have to learn and train. It is what it is. As for those saying the money isn't worth the wait, you have to decide that for yourself. You're donating because you need the money, so...

Alway a good experience. Just make sure you are hydrated, and lots of Protein. A good way give back too. Earn extra cash.

i?ve been donating at this center for about 2 years and i?ve had a consistent good experience, the staff is very welcoming and nice and the center has always been very clean.

Amazing service! Definitely enjoyed my experience every time so far

They're always service friendly, and always take care of their donors. A great family.

Thought it was kinda crazy that they let me go through the whole process and right before i was gonna go back they tell me that i live outside of their range and i drove an hour to get there. Also it's pretty sad that i sent an email like i was told to and no response. Everything was good with me that day, my bp, my iron, everything and i get turned away because i live "too far outside the radius" and to think that's another life that could have been saved and i have never had any issues with donating

Staff has always been pleasant with me. I have had my vein blown out only once since 2015. I think that was because I have small rollie veins and this person didn't know, so I make it a point to let the person sticking me know and if they're uncomfortable they get someone who can. I say good job grifols staff :)

The employees is very friendly, and cares very much I just love them!

The staff are super cool andvey helpful to you with anything possible I make sure I give them a good thank you before I leave

The staff is so welcoming and friendly. Always positive attitudes.

They have wonderful caring staff and they do their job well and they get you in and out pretty quick

I love the plasma center , the workers are so nice and makes sure everyone that walks in are treated with respect and feel like home.

The staff is very friendly and remember me by name when I come in. I go in and I'm out on most occasions in an hour. They can be busy on some days, but that's to be expected from how lives they save. They are good at what they do and are very productive at saving lives.

Friendly and caring staff! Always willing to help and make everything comfortable whether new or old donor!

This place doesn't have a clue what they are doing!!! I go to donate and sit and WAIT for an hour. Not a single soul there waiting, and I go to ask how much longer before I start my paper work and they catch and attitude and say don't I know the process takes 2-4 hours. The man there KNEW I was waiting and still left for lunch. The lady ask for my ID and social which they already took from me as soon as I got there!!! Then took them 5 mins to find my stuff!!!! This is why they pay you to do it, because they

Long wait times, if your not early. Early being before they open. Expect to be there 2 hours if your early, or 3 or more if you get there after they open. All of the employees are very nice and professional. Would give 5 stars if the wait time was shorter.

Been going here over 10 years. Better than ever. Phlebotomist and staff are knowledgeable, friendly, down to earth, and gentle. Love this place and helping people. (Ok I didn't write this and don't know who got into my account to do this.)

The staff are very diligent in making sure the patient is well checked and assures a smooth safe donation.

I have them a 2, because I don't get the same treatment Everytime. It to me dies feel like they are just completing a quota. One woman was talking on the phone while checking my vitals and iron. Just unprofessional. They pick people over u also. People need to just do their jobs and not have preference or ATTITUDE.

They are extremely professional, loving, warm, honest, reliable, and a trustworthy, beautiful team!! They make their beloved angels feel welcomed as soon as you walk into the facility!!!

Amazing staff and great service. If have questions all staff are great with answer them.

The employees are generally pretty friendly. Most of the nurses in the back are awful at sticking. I've been going for years and have had my veins blown out a few times. They used to take forever and a day to even get you in the back. Now they have machines that cut the screening time down a lot, but they are still too understaffed. $25 is just not enough for all the time and pain.

I went to donate and the girl told me that they couldn't see me after I had just gotten of work and drove an hour and 20 minutes to get there. I asked why and she said because you're new and the process takes 4 to 5 hours and they were closing at 7. She also told me that they already had the last 2 donors for the day, then took 2 more black gentlemen waiting behind me. Being a white female in an all black facility , I feel very discriminated against.

The staff is super friendly and it's a great experience everytime!

I always have a wonderful experience at Grifols. The staff is always wonderful, kind and caring.

There's great ppl work here and very nice and kind

Positive experience and Friendly staff. Highly recommend Grifols if you're looking to donate plasma.

Horrible experience especially if you are international. Told me to undergo the initial screening, took passport and SSN, and had to wait for over 30 minutes and then was told to wait for a few minutes for the physical checkup which ended up in around 40 minutes of waiting. Finally, one person came out and told me that they can not process me for the donation since my SSN mentions valid for work only. I do not know how the SSN of an American citizen looks like but it seems to be a lame excuse. Being an inte

Awesome wonderful establishment. Very nice employees and I was very welcomed

I love coming to the center not only to help others but the bonuses are nice??????????

I went to donate some plasma today..i got there and did all my paperwork and then sat waiting for over an hour before someone finally told me to go to the kiosk..then I finally made it to the screening room to find out that my heart rate was to low to donate today. I told him it was probably to low because I had been sitting there freezing doing nothing waiting for 3 hrs already and the guy tells me that I will have to come back and start all over as a new patient and go through everything again..so after w

Horrible, Horrible, Horrible. I will never go back here. The front staff is very nice and friendly, I have nothing negative to say about them , however when you go to the back for the ACTUAL process, the workers are very inexperienced and know nothing about what they are doing. I went in , had my iv placed in my left arm , sat for almost an hour only to be told my plasma wasn't flowing fast enough? That's because they blew my vein by going too deep. I allowed them to place yet ANOTHER iv in my right arm and

Could use more staff in the plasma area. The ladies that work constantly are nice and very professional.

I love coming here, the staff is very nice and fast!

Its always professional and they treat you like family love grifols

I have a awesome experience at each appointment the service is top tier

Very friendly community, have been here for over 2 years. A very good built community

That they are friendly and very caring and it helps people out when you donate.

No matter what time I come, they get me in and out! Love the friendly environment and I'm a regular donor.

No one is on the same accord.. everyone has different information..it doesn't flow like it seem it should..I just talk to 3 different managers all have given me false information..which one thing they don't no is false information is the same as false advertising..I done my referrals and still no money..I call still no money..why give me the run around like it's the staffing checks I'm after..this is supposed to be a business..but I'm going to get my money from them one way or another..this is sad over $25!

It was an awesome and friendly experience Very welcoming atmosphere

Showed up at 5 A.M. this morning and was the 4th person to sign the list, only to be about the 8th or 10th person to actually get stuck in the back. Management either needs to correct this problem or maybe they need to find better people for the job. How hard is it to wait on people in the order in which they showed up? What ever happened to first come first serve?

I learned about this through my son it's a great experience and u learn about what all it helps

Been coming here for a while now. Never any problems. Friendly staff. Clean environment

I always love coming to this plasma center. Everyone is so positive and does not take long.

This place is horrible. The staff is very rude and is inconsiderate of your time. They make you wait up to 2 hours before allowing you to go to a kiosk. The staff in the back are cursing and talking about their drug binges and they are constantly dating the donors. The place is a nightmare, stay away from it!!!!!!

People that run the place doesn't attend to the clients there as they should do like in a hospital. The place is clean though The people at the front desk are curtious The place is very claimant controlled Cool in summer months

I've been donating for years and it's always a great experience especially with satff

I stopped coming here, cause out of all the plasma centers I have been to (Indiana, georgia) this is the worst center. The phlebotomists in the back stands around and gossip with each other all the time instead of watching there sections and getting the doners in and out and the machines need to be updated, cause people have to raise their hand in order for the workers to know when they're done and they still move slow to DC you. I will not be back to donate here.

They are very sweet and friendly, love coming here,
