It was fast today all around and the stick didn't hurt either. The pay was only $35.00 and I'm 216 pounds, 6? . I usually get around $55-125 other plasma places. How little(yet very efficient) staff they had working yesterday they should be able to give the donors at least $15 more on pay for everyone. We are giving our time and part of our own body for them to make medicine to sell to people that have to have it. Just saying our pay should be a little more.

Everyone was amazing, kind and friendly. The only issue I had was one worker was not changing gloves between people and that to me is not proper. I believe this is the same person that I have complained about previously to management and clearly they have not done anything about it because one she is still working there and also she is still not changing gloves between peoples.

Terrible experience there! I told them this mark on my arm is a TB test mark but they refused to believe tht so I can't use my left arm which is the only arm I use to get blood from! They can't find a vein in my right one so I can't donate at all smh

Absolutely the worst experience as a first time customer. Terribly unprofessional management (Ashley). The intake lady was nice but expected to do five jobs. It was 1.5 hours that I will NEVER get back. The pay is SUBPAR and NOT worth my time or yours.

Staff and environment is awesome the only thing bad I have to say is about the pay. I havent gone since February 2025 (3 months) and my first 3 donations back only got $20. Not worth the pokes or time. Other then that the staff are excellent and move pretty fast even being short staffed!!

Generally good . Phlebotomist are really good. Screeners are left to do physicals and screening usually only one of them with 4 or 5 people waiting. Nobody in the offices come out to help. I have waited as long as an hour to be screened. I ask a manager to help and she walked out the back door.

They close early all the time now because of short staffing you don't know until you waist gas, your time and put extra miles on your car. The people employers/supervisors are rude an inconsiderate. I never seen such an unprofessional place until now i have donated at 2 other centers before and this one has to be the most rude and unprofessional i have been to.

My experience was amazing We had a few issues with me but the staff did a great job This is Robert I'm sending this through my wife?s google account since I don't have one

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They guide you through everything. Very thorough with questions and answering questions. Everyone is very friendly. Let them help you help someone!

Everyone was very friendly and professional; I like their newer and quicker machines taking time off the process which is super convienient!

This is now the 2nd time I've drove out here and not been able to donate. The 1st time was Thursday 4/10 and they were closed due to staffing issues. Now today the 12th, you aren't accepting new donors, again for staffing issues. I called BOTH TIMES PRIOR, and no one said a word. This is beyond ridiculous! If I could leave a negative star I would.

People are friendly but I tried to donate 2x now the first one was successful but they bruised me. 2nd time was not successful and they bruised me again. I can't donate again till bruises go away. Please like if you don't know what you're doing with a needle don't mess with them. Just saying!!!!

Everything is amazing. the workers are kind. I never have issues when I go in. If you eat healthy the day before, you will be in and out. It's makes the fastest for time there. Also it's helps the workers go through a smooth process as well. Works both ways. But I love the experience...

Very nice fast and orderly staff. Very clean sanitation is top prority and uou can tell... would recommend

My Experience today was wonderful, very pleasant, very kind. Very clean. And very well organized.I would recommend them

I'm only posting here because I am not given any option to reach out to the center to ask questions without having to go in and I don't wanna drive all the way out there just to ask questions I used to donate when I lived in Las Vegas and I wanted to know if at this center if lapse donors get new donor rates since it's been years since I donated

Everyone there is absolutely wonderful!!! They do seem to need to have 2 stickers at a time though. It makes the process soooo much longer when only one person is sticking. No one likes to wait forever

My experience was Amazing. Process was user friendly and technicians were professional.

Experience there fine however more employees needed for more efficiency in time for donors to complete process.

They stuck me and then started wiggling the needle around inside my arm. going deeper i flinched alittle bit and sent me home... like I was the issue

The staff is awesome. The only down fall in my opinion, is the wait to get vitals completed. I stand in line sometimes for 30 minutes plus. Sometimes the line has six people waiting and no assistance is provided to cover down in the front. I do want to give credit to the staff up front for keeping there bearing in tact while having such along line in front of them.

Friendly, highly trained staff. Very clean. Loved that they had a tv you can watch while donating. Even though they were busy, the staff makes sure you are doing ok at all times. They are very kind here.

The staff at Octapharma is really friendly and they go out of their was to make sure you are comfortable as you go through the donation process.

Fiance is a new donor there, I was planning to go Monday...however, i have changed my mind...in 3 weeks, he's been able to give once...why??? because the FIRST time they blew/infiltrated his veins...then they couldnt do it for 2 weeks because of bruising..then today they infiltrated his vein immediately...i used to give plasma, for over 20 years i gave...quit for the last 10...i would never trust these idiots to do my arm...apparently they hire idiots that dont know how to stick a needle in a fkn vein!!!

In n out......wait was less then 15 minutes to get a bed n that's a busy time of the day........every one is so nice there n seam happy too

It's ok.. The time it takes is ridiculous... Literally been here for well over 30 mins and my machine isn't even set up... Need better time management.. Plus I never get my full payment. It takes money when my card loads so I'm always left with $57 or less and my card doesn't go in the negative. So

The staff were lovely. I spent 45 minutes at the center before being deferred which was frustrating and could have been avoided had the deferral been listed on your website. I took time off from work etc. No artificial joint replacements. I understand, but I could have not lost work or wasted time on videos and screenings if this had been listed.

Ladies up front are nice. Place is clean. People in the back could be nicer. The machines suck and are extremely fragile when it comes to clogs and air bubbles. Takes forever to get through. The workers are helpless to these piece of crap machines. Also, pay isn't as great compared to other places. All in all, I consider my time here a complete waste.

The are the best they treat everyone like they're kings and queens lovely group of people, keep up the good work guys you are all truly awesome!!!

Usually a good experience. I stay hydrated but machines still give me issues time to time. Staff is delightful but a small few aren't the greatest with sticking individuals

If I could write them a zero stars I would. They are just that HORRIBLE. Very disrespectful they do not know how to talk to people. The lack of customer service is just beyond me! The phlebotomist there or not expert at their job they are novice and I'm using that term loosely because I swear to God it's just like they just hired random people off the street to run that donation center. I don't know how the phlebotomist technician there dont know how to find a vein let alone insert the needle for the donati

I had a great experience. The nurse, Shelly was absolutely fantastic! And Brittany on the floor was just as good. I didn't even feel the needle going on. Thank you! Edit: I just wanted to add that I have had Chevelle the last few times that I have been here and she is amazing! One of the best and hardest workers they have here!

So I would have gave this place five stars but I've only given it to and here's why. I'm just coming off of a deferral and I went back again the first day after my deferral on the 8th. I used to get $65 every time but they explained to me since I came off of a deferral I have to go eight times before I get my 65 again. So I'm only getting $30 and then it goes up to 55 and then back to 65. I know this place doesn't have anything to do with it it comes from corporate but if corporate is reading this I just wa

It was great and they have great service. The people there are really polite.

Always a good experience. Kent and Greg did a great job!

i was rejected due to my heart meds after an hour of videos and questions..something that could have been answered at the reception desk in 10 mins, but was drawn out without reason. i understand the screening for drugs viruses but my issue came up at the end.

My 2nd visit: I arrive at 10:07am. I understand understaffed, there were only 2 people working the front. I get flagged for answering a question the same as my 1st visit... I occasionally take OTC medication. I have to wait to be approved. Return to screening, show my arms, I have a bruise from my last donation. I was told to have a seat up front and wait for physical evaluation. After an hour of watching random people come through the front door and just walk directly into an exam room, hang out for a few

I hate having to give this place 1 star since I loved it but I was recently deferred for ?causing a commotion? I was about to get stuck to donate then I was whisked away to one of the private rooms I was told several times that it was because during my last donation the anticoagulant made me a little shaky. When I get in the room however the one of like 2 rude staff members told me it was hygiene. I had to shove my fingers essentially in my nose to get even a faint smell. It was 90 degrees and I'm plus size

Great people to deal with! Glad I chose them

My blood pressure has been too high. I haven't been able to give a review. I'm looking forward to leaving one. The staff have been exceptionally great through the first part of the process thus far.

Friendly environment, Erika and sheral they are awesome and well trained.

Had to edit my answer. This place was decent and I'm standing outside the door right now about to do my questions and they're offering me only $35 bucks for donation. To many other places offering way more around here

Both establishments I've visited have been clean with pleasant and knowledgable employees. One of the nurses was additionally training a new employee during my visit which was nice to see.

ERICA IS THE BEST! Everyone is so nice and the facility is CLEAN!

It was a great visit, got through everything with no problems.

It was ok just had to wait longer then normal and I can't get on the app to do the question I have to answer them.once I'm in the building it's very frustrating

Best experience I have had.

Your 1st time going should NEVER BE on a Monday. They are so busy. You'll be there 5+ hours even tho they tell you 2.5hrs. But the staff are mostly nice & the rate of pay is more than other donation centers.

Fantastic plasma center! It's really clean. I am always in and out really quickly. They do not mess around. Randi and Mary were especially great. Mary put my information in the computer and Randi did my vitals. Randi definitely kept a conversation going while we did all of my tests and she had all the information that I needed my first time donating. She helped me set up my app also which makes it so much more easier to get through the whole process quicker.

2 1/2 hrs spent there. 1 hour just waiting for a phlebotomist to stick me and then another hour+ waiting for her to get back to me because there wasn't any blood flowing and she had many more ppl waiting. This place needs staffed better! Not the staff?s problem, they are doing their best!

The staff is very friendly and fast as they can be management is open to any feed back and are willing to listen to you if you have and issues or suggestions ( like having more then one nurse on duty at certain peak times of the day for the physical parts

Great place to donate. It was my first time donating at this facility and the staff was friendly and professional. All my questions were patiently answered. Overall a peaceful atmosphere. The process went smoothly. I am glad I switched to this company to donate.

I've been going to octapharma for about a year it was just about a month ago that I had some issues with an employee. So I went to management and they kept on saying that the employee said everything was fine and I told them well it's not fine on my end that she is still doing what she's doing. So Saturday January 20th 2024 this person and I that had an issue she took me down after I was done donating. She approached me and said first and last meeting my first name and last name, but never asked me for my l

Everyone was so nice & helpful in the process! Thanks to Michael for making me feel right at home!

A great place to donate. They always do a great job, they find my vein with hardly any pain, no bruising, it doesn't take a hour and 22 minutes like the last place. it's fast, hardly any wait time but like the last place I used to go to and it's so clean.

Normally it's alright, but this time, after my 9th time going, my vein swelled up. I had to ask to just go home about 5 times, because they kept pushing that they were going to restick me.. The needle wasn't in right, and they kept trying to adjust it several times before they finally agreed to unhook me. The staff is nice, the one phlebotomist brought me a gatoraid after.. it's a quick process, just no longer worth it..

First time experience didn't feel the thing everybody told me it was going to pinch it was going to hurt the needle was so big I didn't look and didn't feel nothing and it was over so quick I was amazed but I'm ready it was wonderful especially the money for it

I was stuck and the machine wasn't fiction right , another person came over and adjusted the needle, couldn't get it then had the original girl come back , she then had a man from California come out and he tells me the needle wasn't even in my arm , I was only compensated $15.00 , it was not my fault and I feel I should have been paid for the entire amount of $65.00 , I haven't heard back from anyone at the location, the phone just rings with no answer. I am not happy with todays experience at this locatio

Very clean facility! Knowledgeable staff and most of the worker's are friendly . I like it here much better than the place I formerly went! I have yet to even stand in line when I go ,definitely a bonus.

Everybody there is very nice. The male phlebotomist and Kay are awesome. I love them, they're sweet, professional, caring. You have 2 excellent employees.

It took quite a while to finish up the first visit but the staff was amazing friendly patient and understanding best plasma place I've been to

Great place and even GREATER people. Doing my part to help others, making a few bucks is a wonderful perk. Highly recommended.

Hire more people it's absolutely ridiculous the lack of people working.......1 person to check people in initially????? You've got 5 spots for no reason at all. Everyone's been friendly and I'll change my rating after hiring but wait times are horrible so everybody beware.

The only reason I'm giving 5 stars is so it's seen. I'm not happy, I was in and told I was getting new donor fees by a nurse and did not. The nurse didn't even look to see if I was even supposed to receive the new donor fees. Not professional at all. I may not be back due to this.

10 out of 10, painless stick, efficient, clean, great staff, no bruising. I've been here plenty of times and I always request Mickey when I go! Define do recommend to other donation facilities!

Updating my review. It's actually not bad, but other places pay better. The staff is kind and knowledgeable.

Kay is awesome, she took her time, was patient, polite and explained everything. The whole experience has been great, everyone there is awesome with a relaxed environment.

Literally the best! Everyone has been super nice, & educational throughout the whole process! i haven't had a single problem at all, everybody has been nothing but helpful & kind every time I've gone!!

I have been donating plasma for many years and I have been with Octapharma Plasma for little over a month now. I enjoy the friendly atmosphere of the employees that work here. Mickey and Dominique are very knowledgable and professional with everyone I witness them encounter, not just myself. They are a pleasure to work with weather it's early morning or close to closing time. I love helping save lives with a team like them by my side!!

I absolutely enjoy going to donate. The staff is out of this world. Super amazing, knowledgeable, caring group of wonderful humans.

These workers here are great don't be scared they are real friendly and make you feel comfortable.

Apparently this is the new hot spot pick up place. These married women that work there entertaining the guys there selling plasma is pathetic. Does Shauna get paid extra for her personal offerings? Asking to take a ride on a man's "motorcycle".

Great people! Friendly and professional!!

Place is very clean. I love the people they're very sweet and kind you're never standing in line more than 25 minutes.

The staff is so pleasant. The facility is very clean and the people are so professional. After your first initial visit. You are in and out in around an hour. I would recommend octapharma plasma to anyone.

Always a pleasant experience. Easy to navigate site to check in. Tyson, Alhoma, Jake, Chevelle are always personable and cheerful.

I'm very pleased with the way I get treated at this facility the staff is excellent. They are well experienced and treat people with respect a place that I highly recommend

Great staff. I am in and out quickly. They are through and the site is always clean. Highly recommend donating here versus anywhere else!

They're very friendly (which decreases your anxiety), quick, efficient, & they explain everything thoroughly. I drive almost an hour one way to give at this facility.

If you plan on donating here make sure your entire day is open. You could be waiting over 4 hours! Short Staffed with no urgency! Ignorant rude and unprofessional. Gloves were not even changed in between screenings.

The staff is very friendly and nice here good atmosphere and Kay is one of favorites she's always smiling and she seems to enjoy or job a lot and a very nice young lady

There very nice but today is not ok they had put a sign up on the door that they will open at 8:00 the doors are still shut with every one waiting out side and the workers have ignored us being out here its now 8:23

Very friendly and attentive staff no long wait times. They make you feel very comfortable during the whole process

Great place! Great location! Awesome hours! And Extremely great people!!. Love this place and the people .they make my day when i visit .thank you Octapharma !!!.

Very fast paced. Friendly staff. Clean environment. Mary and Randi were great in helping my friend set up her registration.

I had a wonderful experience with all the staff it was clean everyone was nice and professional I was in and out in less than a hour super fast thanks to all that works there great job ??

It was a very nice experience! Everyone is very nice. The place is very clean and the layout is easy you don't get lost. I just really enjoy it

Hopefully this 5 star review will catch someone's eye because I need answers! I called & called but no one ever picked up. Not really a good sign to have as my first impression but I'll just sum it up to being busy. ?? Let's talk compensation ?? Can someone please help me with the pay structure? For example I would be a new donor. How much can I expect and for how many donations before a new donor would receive the normal pay out? And what's the normal pay for returning donor's?
