I love it. I think they're very professional. It's such a wonderful cause. It helps a lot of people. Aniston is not exactly the best place to have Financial security, even with a degree, and when they pay you for your Plasma?, I mean, I don't think they will obviously can't tell someone how to spend the money but look at how many people they're helping and I think they're very Very professional.

Wouldn't rate them even a 1! The white girl in the front with glasses is very unprofessional and talks about other patients business to other people out in the waiting area not only that she's very rude After my 3rd donation they said my blood come back for hep c and I needed to get tested! I went to my obgyn got tested and all my test results come back negative! They refuse to take my off the national sonar deferral list all because of there mess up! Just beware when going here also the money never stays t

Great staff and nurses. They are nice and helpful. They take all precautions for your health and others

They pay crackhead pay for plasma here. Admabio in GA will give you 100 you first 5 times then drop it down. I never even got a first few nothing here. I hate that I'm even here donating because they are praying on people like me that are absolutely broke.

I love going here. I have never done this before and a dear friend recommended as an extra money asset, but the fact I am helping others with my donation is what keeps me going back. The staff are absolutely precious. So nice and quick to help and answer any questions. I have bever had a bad stick either, they are all so good about it. It is a very up beat and professional atmosphere and I 100% am relaxed when I am there. I tell my husband is a relaxing getaway lol. This benefits you financially, health wis

I went today and it was horrible I was stuck in my arm fast with no heads up she just stuck me and didn't care how she stuck me my arm is swollen and she wasn't friendly at all

Received $10 bonus on next donation in mail, however it listed a relative as the recipient or CURRENT RESIDENT. Address listed on ID and matching last name. Was denied to receive bonus and feel as if that was not rational, it was addressed to CURRENT resident.

The facility is exceptionally clean. The staff is very professional and kind. Even on extremely busy days, the staff is always at their best.

All the staff are very friendly and pleasant! It's nice atmosphere to be around and they are very swift with getting you in and out at a prompt time. I would definitely recommend donating here. My first time donating yesterday was a breeze and comfortable experience. I appreciate everyone and if you do donate mention me as a reference (Jewel Mullins)!

I had a great experience. The staff is very friendly and explained all the steps where I could easily understand. If you're a new donor, the whole process will take around two hours because of the check-in process physical exam and then the actual donating part takes about 45 minutes. I would definitely recommend to come here to donate plasma. You'll get $50 each time you donate the seventh time you donate in a month you'll get $100.

Been coming for a few years sent multiple referrals and all of a sudden today I try to help my mom read this fat book binder and get snapped on after I was very rudely told couldn't step out. I almost left then they called my name. Honestly these ladies are getting so rude and snippy at this point I'll drive to rainbow city. They always treat us good down there. Honestly 50 lil $ ain't worth the attitude OR the wait. **edit: read through some other reviews everyone says the same thing. Rude employees that

I have been wildly impressed with the level of professionalism here. From day one, the staff treats every person who comes through the doors with kindness and respect. They are consistent in their concern and care for each person. The process is reassuringly efficient. The level of cleanliness and sanitization is superb. Every person who works there seems to really enjoy each other, which creates a joyful, pleasing atmosphere for those of us coming in to donate. I can't recommend this place more.

Professional staff!! I was super anxious at first, but a few select employees were extra helpful and talked to me...didn't leave my side... the entire time. They calmed my anxiety from start to finish. Mykia,Precious, Amber, and Mrs. (NURSE) Michelle. They stand out to me the most but the entire staff is amazing, patient, helpful, and knowledgeable. 10/10 recommend!

Be prepared for a long wait. I waited almost an hour due to new procedures where the staff is not allowed to fill beds on both sides like they use too. I won't be coming back if the wait remains that long. I have never waited over 20-30 minutes befoee

As for their policy that only the one person can help you if something goes wrong. This is 100% illegal and a direct violation of your HIPAA rights. YOU get the say so in your care NOT them. This goes for ANY decisions and final say so in your care. If they don't like that, too bad, report them to the board of nursing and have their licenses suspended or revoked.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Very friendly and professional staff. I have been going for months and I have never had a bad experience. I would recommend anyone to go here. Thank you to all the staff. You all are amazing

Staff is very friendly. Deanna made sure I was comfortable, and talked with us to keep us engaged throughout the process. You get to help people while getting some extra income.

Wonderful helpful cheerful always friendly staff, I've been coming here for years, but please work out the kinks in the new system or I'll be going back to rainbow city? couldn't ask for a better staff always so welcoming and educational.

Friendly Staff but it's TO COLD!!!!!!!!!!!! the temperature in the building is colder than outside and it's WINTER !!!!! It made my whole experience uncomfortable. Someone is going to get SICK!

I have never left a review before but I had to about this place. It was my first time donating. from the second I walked in there the staff treated me amazingly. They made sure I understood absolutely EVERYTHING they were doing/going to do. They explained what your stats needed to be and why they were testing the things they were. They reminded me multiple times that at any point if i felt uncomfortable i could stop. they checked on me constantly during the process to make sure I felt okay. I wish i remembe

The absolute worst, unorganized, unprofessional, does not have any supervision. You will hear inappropriate conversations. Side bars. Doesn't matter if there is 2 people in the lobby or 50. Plan a 2-3 hr visit. If it's slow they adjust and slow down too. Take breaks, play and laugh while everyone watching being patient, whenever they want to. They are here all day so your time is nothing! There is no consistency!! No urgency. They are doing you the favor. Some are rude. I've been to multiple places like

I've been donating at this Immunotek for a few months now. The facility is clean and quiet. They make the process so easy and most of the techs are amazing. They're friendly and supportive especially Mykia Jemison. She always manages to find my vein easily and manages to always be gentle. She is consistently checking on you and asking if you're ok. A lot of the techs get a little agitated towards the end of the day but her attitude is always positive whatever time you visit. I'm always happy and comfortabl

I was unsure about plasma donation but understand there is a huge need for it. So as a way to give back I chose them. The facility is extremely clean, the entire staff is extremely caring and very knowledgeable. It's a very comfortable experience overall. I hope to continue my donations all through the year.

Mostly everyone is polite. But for the last two weeks I have called in Friday ro see the doctor and everytime I call I was told he wasn't there so I have lost two weeks of donating because either the nurses really didn't care or weren't paying attention. I have to be checked by the doctor even though the bruise is healed so I can't donate so how is that to be fixed?

The initial wait for first time donors is a little long, but I was warned of that by staff when I called beforehand. The staff was wonderful, so nice and friendly. The whole process was explained many times, so I knew what was going to happen. I will definitely be back!

The people here are very lovely. Some of the most accepting and genuinely lovely people I've come by down here. While I was unable to donate due to a prior health condition, I appreciate everyone's kindness.

Take don't take peoples time I consideration. Some of them just stand around talk.

The Worst Ever.. I've been donating plasma for over 8 years. I decided to try lfb because it was convenient for my commute. My first day the nurse assumed I did drugs because my nose was dry and my second visit both of my arms got blown out because the nurse was a young dumb girl that shoved the needle in to arm 's!! At least I told her to f off and I won't be back

Low pay it's not even worth coming here

My son and I donate 2 times weekly. Everyone is always professional and nice. Deanna is a wonderful technician. Clean environment and friendly staff

They used to give you 40 for your first time that week and 60 for the second they changed it to 30 and 70 not everyone has time to go twice a week I happen to have time to go twice this week and only got 30 each time because they're week conveniently started over Saturday after I went and donated so even though I donated twice within a week I got paid only $60 for 1300 mL of plasma

The supervisors would not accept my id even though it is a renewed state driver's license. I don't have the hard copy, just the online account with the state of alabama and even the emails from the Alabama Department of Transportation. Yet they want me to come donate when I get my hard copy. Lol that's a NO!!!

Terrible customer service and very rude workers. Was told to bring proof of address we did then they proceeded to tell us we are out of range even though we only live 30 mins from them . They are the closest Donation center . This place is a joke i definitely wouldn't recommend them biolife is horrible and they are better then this place .

Constance is one of the greatest professional phelbotomist. She is very good at her job. My donations are always fast. She definitely needs a R

Staff was great, Ms. Deanna did a great job sticking me& Ms Kim did great taking me down. Inside was very clean.

Melissa called and checked on me afterwards. I was very impressed with this. She was very personable and concerned for my experience. She was great!!

Edit: 1/5 -> 5/5 Very understanding, patient people. My mistake from the previous review since it was a corporate issue. Before you come here make sure you've got a government issued ID, Social Security Card, and proof of residency!

They were kind, answered all my questions and quickly as possible.

The staff is super friendly and helpful! They make me feel comfortable and safe. I highly recommend LFB Plasma!

Nice place and staff, love giving back and making a little extra money for myself, but was screwed out of a payment for referring somebody.

Constance is very pleasant and is very informative on the process. Ask for her when you go. I love coming just to see her and Mykia.

The employees are really nice and very professional!! Always checking on you throughout the donation!! Awesome atmosphere!!

I've had Deanna each time and she is so sweet their very nice and professional I love it here

They've always been nice when I've been up here and it's always clean. They keep it January in there though so bring a coat.

They need better training. I had RBC spill and then Had a panic attack after being told I wasn't getting my blood back. Can't return for 56 days. But hey at least I got a Gatorade and a ice pack ??

The best workers here, Paige, summer, and Deanna I'd give them a 20 star rating if I could

This is the worse plasma place I have been too the staff is rude and is not friendly at all this was going to be my first time donating for plasma worst experience ever don't recommend this place to nobody!!!! A waste of my time coming a hour out my way ??

MyKia is a good technician. She takes her time getting things setup and she feels around for a vein before sticking.

Great experience today! Mrs. Kim made me laugh and talked to me through the whole process! Highly recommend !!!

Easy process nice and gentle staff Always a easy time extra shout out to Mykia always in her section and it always gos great

I had a great experience with Mykia she makes you feel at home & I would recommend her sticking you

I was comfortable with more exp tch. Yunger tech blew vain 2 visits

This place is a joke now takes forever to donate now that they change the way they operate here there's more empty seats were you donate then in the the lobby because you half wait for somebody to stick you.

Everyone is always so nice and helpful. They all know their jobs very well.

The staff is always so nice. They try to make the process quick and easy.

Constance was very friendly and nice she also can hold a conversation which was very interesting

They're very nice treated me like a friend explain to me why I couldn't give sorry I couldn't but after being informed I was glad I didn't ty

Everyone is always very nice and have made it very convenient to get in and get out easily!

Came in on Wednesday, the place is really clean, friendly, and I had a easy time getting started

The women here are amazing Deanna Kim and summer I could give them 10 Stars

Refused to let me donate even though my home address is within the 50 mile parameters. Definitely wouldn't recommend donating at this location.

Thankfully they are about to extend their hours and have started 50/50 over the 30/70 which was bad in my opinion.

It's super quick super friendly and I always win prizes when I spin the wheel

Paige, Deanna, and Cindy were great, it was an easy first experience!

Wonderful spot, respectful and funny people. I would most definitely recommend people to come and donate

This place buys blood without caring that the money they give is for drugs. They should investigate people more.

Staff members are very helpful and friendly.

It was quick and easy! Deanna, Summer and Paige were amazing!

Good people, I love Summer and Trinity (twisty foots).

Great people make you feel welcome, very professional

Deanna did an excellent job. Fast and painless!

I love going to Mykia she is a good worker

I do not like it with the people that have disabilities, they do not accept them, and that is not right, they should make a long with people that have disabilities, should be able to draw blood

Took way longer than they had Described

Friendly staff got done in an hour

Professional, kind, and helpful Individuals.

Constance is the best worker

Mykia was very great

They are very professional.

Nice people and clean

I like the place. Don't like how the waiting area will be nearly empty, but Im sitting for 15 minutes plus, almost feels intentional because it always happens to me. I already drive 40 minutes one way to get there, I don't want to be in the waiting room for nearly an hour before even getting stuck. I only take 30 minutes to fill the container so why am I in LFB for 2 hours..? I'm not new. Had an instance where one of the managers in there put at administrative hold against me to be petty, very unprofession

Excellent and friendly staff! Jeff is always cracking jokes with you and the nurses truly care about your wellbeing.

very nice people they try and get you in and out as soon as possible.
