This is a very professional donation center. The staff are very knowledgeable and educated on the donating process as a new donor. They are very particular and precise with giving you information and also a goodie bag. I've been to several locations in my lifetime but this one has been the best one by far. Would not recommend. Would recommend if you're retired or do not have ANYTHING to do. First time you register to donate, takes almost 3-4 hours. After the 3rd time it reduces to 2-3 hours to donate due to long waits, not enough Phlebotomists, and terrible time mgmt. I wasted my morning trying to donate and don't know if I'll ever go back. It's like they turned me off to helping my own community.

Worst place ever. You donate and they say they pay you. But if you go 30 min before closing, then they rip you off and don't pay you. Also after trying to cash out at ATM, not knowing that LFB rip you off. They charge a .45 cents for transaction decline which LFB wont reimburse you

My brother was experiencing pain in his arm because the needle was inserted incorrectly & because of that he was stopped before he could finish and get compensated for his time. 2 hours wasted with zero compensation & 2 months deferred.

I go twice a week to donate plasma and I enjoy the fact that the staff knows me by name and takes good care of me through the process and they are all very nice and friendly.

I have been coming here to donating for about two years now I have to say the Ladies that work the floor is very excellent. They do a great job. Make sure they come back and check up on you. I lost out on 2 months worth of donating because an employee made a mistake. Nothing wrong with me, but because the employee didn't notice something wrong with the tube i can't donate for 2 months. The place is great but that isn't fair to the donator that i have to miss out on a potentially 1000 plus dollars

I've had a very good experience. Danieries always takes great care of me and makes the process fast easy and painless. She's personable and makes me feel like my donation is valuable. She provides great comfort that is not always common at other plasma centers.

These 5 stars are specifically for Diane A. Although this plasma center is not perfect, they hired an exceptional employee when they hired Diane A. I have been a donor for many different plasma centers and have dealt with many of its employees to know, Diane A. exceeds the customer service expectations and is a hard worker. The staff has preference with certain people as they will skip you when it's your turn. It's happened to me multiple times and today after waiting to get hooked up and skipped again I just left. They need to follow an order of who was there first. Shouldn't have to wait 40 plus minutes to get hooked up and started. Go somewhere else.

I've been coming here for over a year and they got the best staff of any plasma place I've been to. From the big man at the top Marcus who gave me advice that greatly improved my donating, to an amazing on the floor staff like daineris, Taylor, Silvia,miss. Teddy, Karrington, Sthainer, Cherie, Adrianna, Francine,Evett, Miranda, Preston and last and definitely not least Miss diane.

My experience at this LFB plasma is great. The staff is great. They're very helpful and nice. My only complaint would be the pay. Its low! This needs to change. Especially if we're that giving up that much plasma.

Went to look to donate. Plasma went through this screening process which was very professional. I would suggest you wear pants and bring a sweatshirt with you. It is chilly in the place. The staff is very polite and very informative. Unfortunately, certain conditions that I have would not permit me to donate.

This is a very clean and really professional place to donate and help save lives. The staff is amazing and does everything they can to make this a pleasant experience for everyone involve.

I feel like this place is super ghetto, practically let anybody donate, and have no sense of urgency ! I understand it can get very busy but if thats the case u shouldn't have half the staff go on ?lunch? at their busiest times. This is the first time i walk out. They need to do better.

I've been to 3 donation centers including this one and this one is the best, hands down. Everyone is friendly, facility is clean and the process is quick. Usually in and out In hour or so. I had some paperwork and meds to be cleared as a first time donor and Amin was beyond patient with the process.

I've been coming to lfb for years since before they changed the name and I never plan on leaving. The staff is attentive and they strive to do their best even when donators are out of line. I love kita (especially when it comes to sticking me since I do have some scar tissue buildup) the short Cuban lady gets the floor moving when it gets busy,sequoia (I hope I'm spelling it rite lol ) always has an uplifting happy vibe and is willing to answer questions. All of the staff in general are a joy to see weekly

While I could leave a slew of horror stories, I'll just chalk it up to this: unprofessional, unhygienic and racial bias. Whether it trickles down from management or it's just the staff, either way I would not recommend this location nor company.

I had an absolutely horrible second experience there yesterday Wednesday January 17th 2024. The needle was placed incorrectly in my right arm resulting in the blood and plasma not coming out of my arm. Another person basically had to come to adjust it and then ultimately decided that they were going to try my left arm and did not put the needle in the correct spot. This plasma center is the Best place to donate plasma. They're very clean, sanitize after every person. Regina the Manager is super lady, I was running around doing things to keep the place rolling. The staff as well very nice

Its rediculas the staff talks amongst each other before helping. There is no way we should hear the conversation the staff is having. 5 people at front but only 1 person checks in. And when u are done no one is in a rush to take u off the machine. This saline is cold and can cause cardiac. I even noticed when the workers come in to donate they get better treatment. As a new donor/returning donor, I must say, I was in and OUT within one hour and thirty seven minutes. Straight forward, the nurse was nice, the screener that I had was pleasant and the floor techs , well they were doing too much chatting. Overall, I would give them 4.75 stars.

I have been a donor since the day the opened. Up until recently they were great they offered promotions. They stopped them last January thier excuse was everyone is getting I R.Schecjs. they started treating regular donors like spit. Yesterday they told me I'm banned because they offered a promotion. I asked when they would pay me for mine and they got angry. They need to check their personnel, they have become mean. I do not recommend anyone to donate there. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! there's a short lady here who's name mayple.. she's so slick and acts like a hood rat. She gets mad when you genuinely ask her a question and she's rude. Best place in central palm beach to donate plasma , hands down. It may be a little wait , so bring a book, tablet, or something to entertain yourself. Some people find it a little cold so bring a blanket or they'll provide a paper blanket I heard. The customer service is pretty good. I just come once a year for the new donor bonus it's not worth donating for the regular payout. The $35 pay isn't even worth the stress and drama of donating here. Hours on the website and phone system are wrong they close at 6:00 on weekdays and 4:30 on Saturday and closed on Sunday. Phlebotomists do a good job but be prepared to wait or possibly get turned away.

I would say those employees are amazing they definitely keep a smile on their face while making sure your comfortable I recommend lfb to everyone

Called on the phone and asked if they were accepting new donors on Saturday before paying to travel all the way there. I was told yes they were accepting new donors, so I came all the way down for them to tell me when I arrive that they stopped taking new donors for the day and it's only 11:30am and veey slow. There were only 3 people waiting. What laziness and so unprofessional. Thought they are trying to save lives. Whatever will never go back. I thought it was very unfair that I was given $45 to visits in a row not knowing that Monday is a new week I came Saturday the 6th and got $45 and I went today the 8th and was given 45 again and told that you have to donate twice in the same week which I didn't know. I have over 50 donations at this location, the staff are friendly and professional. The wait times vary, but it's to be expected at a busy location such as this. This will continue to be my go to for plasma donations.

I had to do a protein test came back negative been waitting for 7 weeks now everytime I call eather Dr hasn't submitted results or they put u on hold for long time then ya call back and they put machine on saying not except ING calls at this time always somthg at this place that's why I stop going before but now I'm living in the area again wanted go back still waitting for Dr submit my results after 4 weeks getting them back
