This is a very professional donation center. The staff are very knowledgeable and educated on the donating process as a new donor. They are very particular and precise with giving you information and also a goodie bag. I've been to several locations in my lifetime but this one has been the best one by far. The needles sticker was very intelligent and resourceful on enlightening me on my experience and what to expect from the process and the machines they even give you a follow up call to share your experien

Would not recommend. Would recommend if you're retired or do not have ANYTHING to do. First time you register to donate, takes almost 3-4 hours. After the 3rd time it reduces to 2-3 hours to donate due to long waits, not enough Phlebotomists, and terrible time mgmt. I wasted my morning trying to donate and don't know if I'll ever go back. It's like they turned me off to helping my own community.

Very friendly staff . Kim who did my weight and vitals stood out the most . Today I saved a life .

Worst place ever. You donate and they say they pay you. But if you go 30 min before closing, then they rip you off and don't pay you. Also after trying to cash out at ATM, not knowing that LFB rip you off. They charge a .45 cents for transaction decline which LFB wont reimburse you

I donated here years back and became I spoke up about being treated in a racist manner then I came for my 2nd donation they lied to Corporate office and said I can't donate no more there this is how they TREAT YOU IF U R HISPANIC..SO CALL CORPORATE CALLED ME AND WAS RUDE AND SAID THEY CAN. REFUSE SERVICE EVEN IF I DID NOTHING WRONG NO POLICY VIOLATION AT ALL THEY HAVE CAMERA TO SEE EVERYTHING ONCE I SAID THAT THEY BACKED DOWN SAYING THEY CAN VIEW WHAT HAPPEND NOW REALLY BECAUSE THEY KNOW IT WAS A LIE THE PR

Dont let "Ant" stick you. My arms been bleeding for 24 hours and these are easy veins to stick. Not sure how you can mess up.

My brother was experiencing pain in his arm because the needle was inserted incorrectly & because of that he was stopped before he could finish and get compensated for his time. 2 hours wasted with zero compensation & 2 months deferred.

I go twice a week to donate plasma and I enjoy the fact that the staff knows me by name and takes good care of me through the process and they are all very nice and friendly.

I have been coming here to donating for about two years now I have to say the Ladies that work the floor is very excellent. They do a great job. Make sure they come back and check up on you. See if you need anything and make sure you comfortable. Have to say, Ms. Teddy?s is one of the best to stick you. Shout out to Ms. Francine Ms. daineris. And plus the Cuban lady will make u laugh?..

I recently had the opportunity to visit LFB Plasma, and the experience was nothing short of outstanding. From the moment I stepped through the doors, I was greeted by a warm and welcoming atmosphere, with every process conducted in a highly professional manner. The highlight of my visit, however, was the exceptional service provided by an employee named Eva. Eva was not just good; she was phenomenal. Her thorough explanations ensured I was well-informed about every aspect of the process, while her kind and

I lost out on 2 months worth of donating because an employee made a mistake. Nothing wrong with me, but because the employee didn't notice something wrong with the tube i can't donate for 2 months. The place is great but that isn't fair to the donator that i have to miss out on a potentially 1000 plus dollars

I've had a very good experience. Danieries always takes great care of me and makes the process fast easy and painless. She's personable and makes me feel like my donation is valuable. She provides great comfort that is not always common at other plasma centers.

These 5 stars are specifically for Diane A. Although this plasma center is not perfect, they hired an exceptional employee when they hired Diane A. I have been a donor for many different plasma centers and have dealt with many of its employees to know, Diane A. exceeds the customer service expectations and is a hard worker. I've even witnessed her give up her lunch time for a co-worker and wait to takes hers. She is the sweetest and unfortunately sometimes the sweetest gets stepped on. I hope that's not the

The staff has preference with certain people as they will skip you when it's your turn. It's happened to me multiple times and today after waiting to get hooked up and skipped again I just left. They need to follow an order of who was there first. Shouldn't have to wait 40 plus minutes to get hooked up and started. Go somewhere else.

I've been coming here for over a year and they got the best staff of any plasma place I've been to. From the big man at the top Marcus who gave me advice that greatly improved my donating, to an amazing on the floor staff like daineris, Taylor, Silvia, miss. Teddy, Karrington, Sthainer, Cherie, Adrianna, Francine,Evett, Miranda, Preston and last and definitely not least Miss diane.

My experience at this LFB plasma is great. The staff is great. They're very helpful and nice. My only complaint would be the pay. Its low! This needs to change. Especially if we're that giving up that much plasma.

Went to look to donate. Plasma went through this screening process which was very professional. I would suggest you wear pants and bring a sweatshirt with you. It is chilly in the place. The staff is very polite and very informative. Unfortunately, certain conditions that I have would not permit me to donate.

I've been going to lfb plasma lake worth for years before name change.what an amazing staff. Hard working so kind and polite even when patients are not. Just want to thank every one single person there.thank you.ps macrus they deserve a bonus of some kind. daineris is one of my favorites.always amazing job sticking .sets the machine up quickly always has that one kind smile on her face.always happy.wanted to give credit where it's due.thank you again

Best plasma place in Florida staff are great and are very fast and helpful

This is a very clean and really professional place to donate and help save lives. The staff is amazing and does everything they can to make this a pleasant experience for everyone involve.

I feel like this place is super ghetto, practically let anybody donate, and have no sense of urgency ! I understand it can get very busy but if thats the case u shouldn't have half the staff go on ?lunch? at their busiest times. This is the first time i walk out. They need to do better.

I've been to 3 donation centers including this one and this one is the best, hands down. Everyone is friendly, facility is clean and the process is quick. Usually in and out In hour or so. I had some paperwork and meds to be cleared as a first time donor and Amin was beyond patient with the process.

I've been coming to lfb for years since before they changed the name and I never plan on leaving. The staff is attentive and they strive to do their best even when donators are out of line. I love kita (especially when it comes to sticking me since I do have some scar tissue buildup) the short Cuban lady gets the floor moving when it gets busy, sequoia (I hope I'm spelling it rite lol ) always has an uplifting happy vibe and is willing to answer questions. All of the staff in general are a joy to see weekly

While I could leave a slew of horror stories, I'll just chalk it up to this: unprofessional, unhygienic and racial bias. Whether it trickles down from management or it's just the staff, either way I would not recommend this location nor company.

Management will Treat you here like you're a piece of meat . If you refuse to be the guinea pig for the new person. They defer you. Outstanding behavior guys

I've had a great experience here every time since I've started. All the floor and check in staff are so friendly and make you feel comfortable.

The staff here is awesome! Very friendly and interactive with donors. Everyone is good at sticking and they make the donation process easy.

The staff here is ABSOLUTELY amazing!!! I love coming in and donating and laughing with the lovely ladies that do the screening. Even times I cannot donate they are all so lovely and helpful. I wish more places were like this.

I had an absolutely horrible second experience there yesterday Wednesday January 17th 2024. The needle was placed incorrectly in my right arm resulting in the blood and plasma not coming out of my arm. Another person basically had to come to adjust it and then ultimately decided that they were going to try my left arm and did not put the needle in the correct spot. Then another text came in and decided she was going to republish her the right arm again right above the original spot resulting in opening up t

This plasma center is the Best place to donate plasma. They're very clean, sanitize after every person. Regina the Manager is super lady, I was running around doing things to keep the place rolling. The staff as well very nice

Its rediculas the staff talks amongst each other before helping. There is no way we should hear the conversation the staff is having. 5 people at front but only 1 person checks in. And when u are done no one is in a rush to take u off the machine. This saline is cold and can cause cardiac. I even noticed when the workers come in to donate they get better treatment. Treat them just us as patients why not. This is rediculas it's a hand few that cares

As a new donor/returning donor, I must say, I was in and OUT within one hour and thirty seven minutes. Straight forward, the nurse was nice, the screener that I had was pleasant and the floor techs , well they were doing too much chatting. Overall, I would give them 4.75 stars.

Unprofessional, rude, disrespectful to patients. Never again

I am a long time donor at this location, now LFB. I have never left a review like this before but if you want to donate plasma, go for the first 10 donation special, then stop. Do not go again because they treat long-time donors wrong. First of all, they pay them much less especially now with no bonus. Secondly, when there is an issue, like I had today with my protein being .1 too low, I was not informed of this and had to wait 30 minutes wondering why nobody called me up. I finally say something and the

I have been a donor since the day the opened. Up until recently they were great they offered promotions. They stopped them last January thier excuse was everyone is getting I R.Schecjs. they started treating regular donors like spit. Yesterday they told me I'm banned because they offered a promotion. I asked when they would pay me for mine and they got angry. They need to check their personnel, they have become mean. I do not recommend anyone to donate there. They don't know how to treat ppl right.

Great staff!! I've been coming for almost 2 years now and I can say they are some of the most welcoming ppl I've dealt with. The process is a little time consuming, but bring sum headphones or a book, and you'll Be just fine. Keep up the good work LFB Plasma!!

If I could give this place a 0 for rating I would, I have all my paperwork in order, Then that was not great the first time, I went again to get more paperwork that was asked to bring back, I return for the second time a paper that was to be filled out was not given to me, like what more do you want trying to help save lives but not being up to park in what is needed to help lives, the gentleman say to me I apologize, I say to him it's fine, and left, I am in the medical field also, and the mis informatio

If I could give zero stars I would. The place is horrible, customer service was horrible, (only one person was nice to me), the place is freezing cold and they aren't very specific on what documents you need to bring until you get the place and when you don't have it they give you a mean look for wasting their time. But that's not the worst part. I was there from 5:30pm till 9:30pm!!! And pumping plasma only takes about 45mins to an hour but I was pumping for almost two and a half hours! I was cold, I was t

I absolutely love everyone here Adrianna is the best at what she does along with ameen and Diana ! Everyone is so friendly and it's a very comfortable environment to be in

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! there's a short lady here who's name mayple.. she's so slick and acts like a hood rat. She gets mad when you genuinely ask her a question and she's rude. I came down to the center from delray and I failed my pulse I sat down and she told me to leave before rechecking me because she made a mistake and that she wouldn't compensate me for my time and said it wasn't her fault I'm poor. She is rude to the staff upfront and has no respect. She doesn't know what she's doing and she's a nuis

They made my wife mad because they kept telling her that she can come back and it is a lieing to here

Wow what another great visit/donating.lfb plasma lake worth fl all the girls were on point this morning.was a full house first thing this morning too.had the perfect stick by cherie.i want to thank you all making it run so smooth this morning

Great staff , especially Daineris, she's very talented, consistent and always cordial with a beautiful smile !

Best place in central palm beach to donate plasma , hands down. It may be a little wait , so bring a book, tablet, or something to entertain yourself. Some people find it a little cold so bring a blanket or they'll provide a paper blanket I heard. The customer service is pretty good. Find a phlebologist or two here that do a real good repeat job of sticking you and you'll do alright. It just feels so good saving lives in the process as well. The pay is pretty decent as well. If you are a fist timer thinking

Every time I go in I look forward to Rebecca, Will, Theresa, or Adrian being there to get me in and out of there as fast as possible. They are always kind to me and do their job to upmost with professionalism as possible. If any of these people were replaced or gotten rid of I do not think I would ever come back. They need to be recognized amongst their peers and be considered for advancement opportunities. Thank you Rebecca, Will, Theresa, and Adrian for treating me with such kindness and being the best pr

I just come once a year for the new donor bonus it's not worth donating for the regular payout. The $35 pay isn't even worth the stress and drama of donating here. Hours on the website and phone system are wrong they close at 6:00 on weekdays and 4:30 on Saturday and closed on Sunday. Phlebotomists do a good job but be prepared to wait or possibly get turned away.

I would say those employees are amazing they definitely keep a smile on their face while making sure your comfortable I recommend lfb to everyone

Cherie is absolutely amazing I love coming here and she puts a smile on my face.

Adriana is one of most steady handed people. I also never feel her needle! I recommend LFB for everyone.

Called on the phone and asked if they were accepting new donors on Saturday before paying to travel all the way there. I was told yes they were accepting new donors, so I came all the way down for them to tell me when I arrive that they stopped taking new donors for the day and it's only 11:30am and veey slow. There were only 3 people waiting. What laziness and so unprofessional. Thought they are trying to save lives. Whatever will never go back. I recommend Biomat USA in Royal Palm Beach, for one they pay

Very nice staff. Clean facility. Didn't have to wait in line like cattle

I woke up this morning and just wouldn't sit right in my heart of the review that I wrote of this facility yesterday yes I do not agree the way the things were handled yesterday it should have been handled differently I believe but I do apologize to management I have nothing against her she is actually a good worker I don't have anything against anybody there but for anybody that I offended yesterday I do apologize and bottom line is I think things should have been handled differently customers are of value

Thank you for being nice and caring to your patients, as a team you guys are amazing, quick and very attentive!

Ruin both my arms due to being left on machine for 20 mins with a blockage only to have some incompetent phlebotomist to force a return without checking anything which resulted in my vein blowing out. Guess what ? DEFFERAL 56 DAYS . YEAH GFYS IM NOT GOIN BACK

I thought it was very unfair that I was given $45 to visits in a row not knowing that Monday is a new week I came Saturday the 6th and got $45 and I went today the 8th and was given 45 again and told that you have to donate twice in the same week which I didn't know. I do this to supplement my income and don't feel it's fair

I have over 50 donations at this location, the staff are friendly and professional. The wait times vary, but it's to be expected at a busy location such as this. This will continue to be my go to for plasma donations.

The atmosphere the hospitality the wholesome attitudes the teamwork the professionalism the cleanliness a family to me that cares Cherie is great

The lady with gold hair who is working the first stand was so rude to a guy that she made him squeeze his own finger...then his iron was low off one point and she laughed...that happened today n Im not going corporate because I had alot of good experience n there is good staff n maybe that was just a bad day...That guy is a father of two who works n also just lost his mom....I forgive her but her attitude needs to stay out of a place of business. There is ppl that needs the plasma ....

I had to do a protein test came back negative been waitting for 7 weeks now everytime I call eather Dr hasn't submitted results or they put u on hold for long time then ya call back and they put machine on saying not except ING calls at this time always somthg at this place that's why I stop going before but now I'm living in the area again wanted go back still waitting for Dr submit my results after 4 weeks getting them back

Everyone who works there is very pleasant and make your time there. Go by pretty fast and painless.

They Are Understaffed The Staff Dont Care Nor Do The Supervisor About Customer Service The One That Cares Should Be Supervisor And That's Maranda....wait til I contact the BBB...I sat waiting to be took in to the back to donate for more than an hour The girl forgot to put my screening in the computer...which led to everyone that came in after me going before me than said the manager had to ok something which also took forever this is crazy and unacceptable as if people have no other things to do in life

In the beginning it was great.wondetful staff.great work ethics.now i don't understand how they operate.employees are never ready at opening.takes 30 minutes to start their job.i was finished donating and still remained on the bed for 20 minutes before i spoke up.if not,how much longer would i have layed there?when i spoke up and asked to be released, management decided to gather in a corner and laugh about the situation.not funny.is this really what u claim to be a business?because noone there knows that it

The customer service with the people who sticks you is terrible no emotion and very rude to donors when asking how long is the wait after having u wait all day and tell me i cant be on the phone in the building but skip me when i step off to stand by the front door to take my call and i had already been waiting for 2 hours to be called but they wasn't seating nobody because the just want to be lazy and had 30 people already checked in waiting and only 4 donating with multiple seats opens and told me i'm de

This place is really ridiculous and the Girl Ms Teddy Smell like weed all day long and sells the smallest bags of weed at this place undercover recruiting people and customers and supposed to be professional so much gossip about her employess she works with I am gonna report this to corporate asap.

I used to donate with them from the one in fort pierce I called them today and ask just one question next thing you know they hang up I don't wanna come anymore cause that's rude and very disrespectful I'm good with and the payout is to low

The staff is awesome, there sticking skills have improved dramatically. I feel comfortable and i will continue to donate @ this location...

Clean facility, organized, they stay focused on the donors and value your time. Everyone communicates very well and is professional and friendly.

Lowered the payment by $10. They sell plasma for $1000s and they can't afford $10.

I love this place they have great employees and they are always all smiles the answer all questions and they never take too long.. I recommend this place to everyone

Adriana very caring person when it comes to her Job, Love the LFB Crew!!

Frist time in since the new company took over could not complete check in cause I needed a new card people went ahead of me then did my check in then people where called who were after me asked obout it had to get a physical more people the had to get a review now still waiting been here over an hour and still haven't been stuck

Don't go they are so rude unprofessional when you there and when you call. Leave you on hold for 15 minutes or pick the phone up and hang it up. Go to csl where you will feel wanted and respected

Very bad service they have you waiting all day. I notice the staff is not attentive to the donors. The staff is mostly conversing among themselves and really dont care about the donors

Wonderful people that are very professional and very gentle!! More people should donate here because they care about their donors!!

Yall did a terrific job was quick and easy I highly recommend coming here

Been coming here for years but these wait times are insane I've been here since 430 and it's 6 and I still haven't been called to be hooked up and this happens quite often

What these company pay out is nothing compared to the amount they get for each bottle of plasma which is about 900$ to 1000$ EACH PEOPLE wake up & stop donating till they compensate us more money !!!

Lfb is great for everyone they have the best staff and a very calm and clean environment I recommend lfb over any other plasma center

Great service guys keep up the great work 10/10

Machines are outdated and only 2 out of 5 kiosks work to sign in the staff is rude and you'll be waiting 30 minutes after your done go to csl plasma they're way better and more professional

Horrible customer service waited 15 mins at the new donor section 5 different employees looked at me not one said anything I asked for the manager one employee said "I don't see her imma keep it G with you"

Love it here !!! Very fast and clean , must go they make you feel very comfortable .
