Reviews Summary

The reviews show a mixed experience, with many praising friendly, professional staff (especially certain phlebotomists) and efficient service, while others criticize long wait times, poor bedside manner, and inconsistent management. Positive feedback highlights cleanliness, education, and a welcoming atmosphere, but negative reviews mention pain during donations, understaffing, and unprofessional behavior. Some note recent improvements in wait times, but frustrations remain over payment delays, early closures, and lack of urgency. The staff at this establishment are truly outstanding. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted with warm smiles and genuine hospitality. They go above and beyond to ensure every detail is taken care of, providing exceptional service with professionalism and kindness. Their attentiveness, efficiency, and friendly demeanor create an inviting and comfortable atmosphere. It's clear they are dedicated to making each experience memorable. Simply put, the staff are the heart of this place, making every visit re

I went to donate today and they were so short staffed and I heard by the supervisor the manager was in to help the team on her day off. Shes such a great boss and good person the way she works shes fast!!! She had a whole bay of like 13 people on her own while one person had 5 and yes the wait was a bit long but just seeing how she manages it's fun to see I'd love to work here. This Center is going to be sooooo good once they hire and get more employees great job workers u guys are awesome!!

An easy way to make a little extra cash, the whole facility is always clean, the staff are always friendly, I'm terrible with names so I only know a few... shout-out to everyone working there! they make that place great.

My people I love this place they make you feel so welcomed and do a great job making you feel comfortable. They remember you by name and always acknowledge you. I appreciate their hard work and dedication to the donors. It's always a pleasure going there.

This center has been better since new management has taken over. The assistant manager Brenda has brought nothing but positivity and a great work ethic since she started. The center looks a lot better and she is always willing to help and uplift her co-workers.

Met the manager while getting my hair done. She handed me a flyer and gave me a comfortable perspective on the process. The manager seemed very professional, passionate, and knowledgeable. Thank you Brenda for answering all questions I had and being so kind and patient with me. Excited to start donating.

Duuuude! Okay, Brenda, suuuuper dope lady. Every time withought fail, if she sticks me I'm usually out of there 30 minutes or less not including the questions before hand. The staff here always has a great sense of humor and very light hands. Each time I'm here, it's always an experience worth chatting about! Thank you Brenda, thanks for dealing with the giggles! Way to go LFB

The way the manager directs the team is awesome such a team player she's out in the areas helping and getting it done never seen these in previous management she's awesome and such a professional!! She definitely knows what she's doing keep up the good work miss brenda.

This is the best Plasma center very clean. The staff is excellent and well trained. They are friendly, Courteous and fun. Thank you LFB for a great donation experience.????

The staff here work really hard to make every donation a positve one. They are professional and playful making the environment enjoyable. Ive donated for many years and have not found or been to a center like this one.

The staff is amazing, the facility is very clean. Management needs to work on improving the entire process. The process is very inefficient make sure plan on 2 to three hours for every visit.

I been coming here for almost 2 yrs I am impressed by the new manager she definitely knows how to get us in and out u can tell the staff is learning so much from her things are looking a lot better the fees just need to go up and it'll be perfect!! But over all good job to all!

The process when you fail a sample twice is absolutely ridiculous. First, you have to get a paper for your Dr to sign. The paper in the end doesn't even matter, because they need another sample to approve you anyway, so why can't they just DO ANOTHER SAMPLE?! Well, got the paper signed and NOW I'm told THEIR Dr now needs to confirm the paper that MY Dr signed, as if their medical experience somehow confirms whether or not my Dr signed it in the first place. Their Dr comes in whenever they want, meaning the

Some of the staff need to find a new profession because they clearly do not like what they are doing. Been coming here for a long time and have never ever had a issue.. if it wasn't for one lovely lady and the lady she was training I don't think I would have ever left and probably would have passed out in the chair.. the machine was not returning my blood and nobody seemed to care all they wanted to say is there is nothing we can do then walk away and ignore the issue I happen to know for a fact there was p

Absolutely the worst medical care I have ever received! The staff is completely unprofessional they should be working at pawn shops or cleaning crap from septic tanks! Because this is the type of job that would suit them well! From the reception desk the people that actually try to give the IVs it is100% horrendous! Over 3 1/2 hours to try to give plasma and was not compensated at all! Twice I walked out with an ice pack and a 4-inch lump on my arm! You're talking with the staff to try to come to some reas

In comparison to Grifols, they're more polite/friendly, they don't require appointments, the nurses don't give you a hard time, they don't give you impossible doctors-related tasks to complete, they're faster and they even cut you a break occasionally, when the odds are in your favor. The pay is about the same, but I'm very happy to donate here, even if they did pay less. They been giving me a hard time lately, so I'm hoping they see my good review and ease up on me on their BS. To conclude, screw Grifols

I had a awesome experience Brenda was friendly very professional it was fast I will donate here again I recommend for every one to come.

Great facility. Always clean and neat. Friendly and well trained staff, and not just one or a handful, but all of the staff. Easy way to donate plasma to save lives!

The environment is always happy for me... I would like the fees to go back to what they were $70... I've noticed a dramatic decline in people coming. But I think that would change if the fees went back up.

I've donated in Oklahoma, and Florida, over 35 years. On Wednesday I was pleasantly surprised by Christina, who was the best at sticking I've ever felt.????

I am sad to have to post this but I feel this is REALLY wrong!!! So I went to the pueblo CO location today, to look into becoming a new donor. I was totally shocked when I was discriminated against due to my being disability. I am in a wheelchair due to an unfortunate event/accident I suffered in 22' that has left me paralyzed below the midline. I took my husband in with me as he does ALL of my transfers as my care taker, and he was obviously willing to help me transfer while I was at LFB, to whatever locat

You can see the difference i was really impressed with the new manager she is awesome and such a great leader I've never seen any manager here with the dedication and passion she has she stuck me and she educated me on the difference it makes to donate plasma definitely going to come back and get my friends to come in and donate not for the money but the WHY behind it!!

The atmosphere here changed and it's so fast now the manager is clearly well prepared and the work ethic is strong I was donating while she was coaching the staff on what they got to do she's on it great job Brenda the team and the donors notice it you're amazing

Sam, booker and Reyna are the BEST they have the greatest personalities. They constantly check up on me and over all make this a positive experience!!

One of the worst places over ever donated. Kept me waiting almost 30 minutes because my chart wasn't cleared due to one red flag. I will not be coming here much longer. Did not like the vibe at all.

I was shocked process was really quick a lot more quicker than the other plasma center the facility looks great very clean the manager I saw her on the floor helping out the staff and that is what I call a great manager you can see the changes here and you can tell the staff is a lot happier TJ was awful

Me and my wife came in Great staff and very good at there jobs never seen management so involved Great job miss Brenda ?? you can tell u enjoy ur job

So I'm not allowed to donate here until September 2025 because of a condition however I wanted to donate because I needed to help myself financially with my divorce and the extra money really helps. You guys are closest to my residence and i feel like it's bs I can't donate. I promise myself and to LFB if I can't donate here now I will never donate here again because what your staff did was wrong in my opinion and why would I want to benefit a place that stopped me from helping myself when I needed to most.

I have been coming almost a year here and almost every time it's a unique and fun experience ! The employees are always so friendly and funny and very helpful!

Ive been coming here for two years now and its always been an amazing experience. The phlebotomist, Brenda, was super friendly efficient and professional 10/10!

I love coming here cuz the staff is so fun. Chris is so nice, I like that he talked to me when he poked me. I like how fast the donation is.

I've for the most part had pretty good success with this place. Couple hiccups here & there but my complaint is almost every time I go there they bruise me & so that means 1/2 the time I can't come back on time & do you know how many times I've missed out on my monthly bonus due to this. I could see if it was huge but look at this. It's not right!! I go here because I like the people, it's always clean & anymore there's not much of a wait but I guess I'm going to have to go to the place across town & well t

Brenda did a great job sticking my arm she is very kind and caring and made sure I was comfortable.

There's only a couple of people that you better watch out for Brittney is a rude girl picks and chooses who she wants to help not very good at poking you either they lost my blood sample so restricted me from donating and screwed up my bonus and yes Brenda was very help when I first met her there at the lfb center

They only pay 40$ now which is crap. They got better machines to do it faster and then pay less for profit sake. Stop using them until they pay more !

I used to donate for years for extra cash, but recently had some bad sticks and will never donate again.

Lacey , nice. good at her job Answers all Questions when asked . I would give her 10 star Rating.

Brittney did awesome job. 1 of my few very good pokers

I have consistently had positive experiences donating at this center. The staff demonstrates exceptional friendliness and expertise. Despite my previous apprehension regarding needles, their skillful approach ensures a painless procedure.

SEEMINGLY DOESN'T WANT YOU. I've been donating here since around its opening and its a steady decline. FACT: The donation bonus is typically set so that if you can't donate on very specific days of any given month, it can't be done. (Carrot on a stick) FACT: Their donation amount has only ever lowered. Started $75, now $50 and have removed student and military bonuses for donors FACT: Their operating hours seem to change every few months. No consistency FACT: New donors are ALWAYS front of the line. It's co

Everyone here is awesome. Booker makes you feel at home. I highly recommend them.

Was coming to donate for over a year, they are over all a good service and the money is right, but one time I walked out door came straight back in they deferred me and then my pulse was high and they told me I could come back to make me travel 5 miles to telle I can't till get a doctor's notice.

On August 21,2024 I went to donate plasma at 3:47pm today. There was a sign on door in the upper left corner stating they are under staffed and current hours are 7am-4pm. I was there before 4pm and they would not let me or 5 other people in because the woman said they stopped taking clients at 3 because they're short staffed. Now because of this I won't be able to get the bonus at the end of the month. Really pisses you off when you take time to donate plasma to help save lives and get a small reward and be

I've just updated my review: I've missed my $200 bonus the past five months, with only the first two months being my fault! The past couple months, they've been changing their hours repeatedly, and without much notice. I tried to appeal to corporate the past couple months; they mean well, but I've had no success so far. Last month, they closed early one day, causing me to miss my bonus by one day; I'm still trying to get paid for that travesty. This month, they changed their hours without mentioning it;

This place is a joke. The staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. I would not recommend this place to anybody, take your chump change and stick it where the sun don't shine LFB plasma

I have been donating plasma for a while. And when I mean a while, I mean years. I came over to this company because they are within a 50 mile radius of where I live. Most all the staff. Are wonderful humans. One of my favorite phlebotomists is ebony. But there is also another phlebotomist there. I saw him today with gloves on wiping his nose. And not changing gloves or washing his hands.

I used to love this place. I started going around the time they opened and the staff was soo nice and they worked very hard. But now this place sucks. They got a lot of new workers and they don't work nearly as hard. The waiting room doesn't have enough seats now that more people go and they make people wait hours for no reason sometimes. They will close early randomly for dumb reasons. And they don't put it online so people know. It's crazy how many times they infiltrated my veins and bruised me so bad whe

Again, they close 2-3 hours early without any warning. Does corporate know that plasma donations require to stay on a certain schedule and missing one day can mess it all up? Do they know that many people work a full time job and cannot donate before 6? And most of all, have they ever heard of mass texting? At least have the courtesy! ??Sept 15th Edit: I just wanted to thank Brittney for taking the time to call me to let me know when they closed early again without warning! ??

I talked up this center when I began going, it is very clean and the staff is great! But... in the last couple of months, they are ALWAYS understaffed! It takes upwards of 3-4 hours from walking in to walking out!!! And, now they have both reduced the payments for each donation and slashed their closing time from 7pm to 4pm!! As I work 9-5 M-F I will be unable to donate during the week anymore! I could donate one time each week on the weekends, but, the huge changes are shocking and dismaying! I wish they

Wish I would have read the reviews first! Have been a donor for several months now and EVERY time on my 8th donation (extra bonus donation), I'm deferred due to bruising from the same phlebotomist, even when I explicitly ask not to see NOE. It's so amazing that you are only deferred on the 8th donation! This past month, the deferment had to go to their ?doctor? to review?.once again amazingly the doctor didn't review my chart (even though all the other charts were reviewed) so I was unable to donate on the

Was told I can't donate ever again. I had some blood taken out by my primary care doctor because my blood was to thick. I did not think it was a big deal but was told by my doctor to wait a few weeks to go back to plasma donation. So I waited. Well today I casually mentioned it and said how it was in feb or early march. I was told it has to be 56 days before I should have donated and I said I didn't think what my dr did was in the category for me to mention or do something more than the two weeks my doctor

I've been donating here for a lil while now and all good from me they're awesome!

After almost 50 visits I have been told not to come in without a doctor's release. Anita exclaimed that the moles i have had on my right hand since childhood are a problem. I have previously asked my doctor, she saw no issue. I have no idea how I passed 2 physicals and almost 50 screenings before this issue arose. Seems sketchy and suggestive of systemic incompetence. Additionally, Anita's insistence on repeating that my skin is "not normal" was really humiliating. Her insistance on continuing after I said

They lowered the payments. That's wild. They cut the hours making it hard for majority of people with jobs to be able to get in twice a week. They close at 4! I'd give 5 stars to most of the employees themselves but the company has some things to figure out.

Always short staffed have to wait over 2 hours just to get a bed. Staff is nice enough but having to take 3 plus hours to.donate is ridiculous. Update: literally see at least 7 empty beds all while the staff is calling one or two people at a time. The queue for the beds is ridiculously long and there is ZERO sense of urgency from a single person on the staff Edit: had about a month of great service then for some reason straight back to 2 hours of waiting just for a bed and now there dropping the payments...

This place is amazing love ask them on the floor everyone is professional clean and such a positive attitude. Crystal Ashley Andrea Tiffany and a few I don't remember there names are amazing. It is sometimes a crazy wait but the positive environment when you get to the beds are worth it.

Good place friendly staff just wish we still got 70

I adore the staff! The rates are nice. The only thing preventing 5 stars is there isn't an appointment option. I like that grifals is appointment based, but the pay rates are better at LFB. I wish LFB would start and get on the appointment based system. It'd be so much more beneficial via staff and donors!

Easy money. Its busy and can take 3-4 hours on some days but as long as you are prepared for that then its easy money. Staff is nice as long as you are. Never had them treat me unfair or rude. There are lots of entitled people who go here but ignore them. I would recommend them. The phlebotomist there are great never hurts. Had one who needed to put the needle in a bit farther than initially had it. That caused a bruise but not that bad.

Avoid at all costs! They are way overcrowded, and horrifically understaffed! They injured me over 3 weeks ago and I still have not healed. They had 2 attendants per 12 machines. I was left on a malfunctioning machine for over 20 minutes. My bruising is so bad I will not be able to donate for over a month! It takes an average of 3 hours to get to the donation process and another hour for the actual donation. Beware too overcrowded, and understaffed! I will be looking to another donation center In the future!

The staff has always had a fun easy going atmosphere there. While also maintaining a very sanitary, professional setting. And if you eat the right things before going in your donation goes a lot faster.

I had never donated before going to LFB. The staff was very welcoming. I always request Tiffany L to poke me. She always goes above and beyond, and absolutely amazing/knowledgeable in what she does.

The reason I am selecting the 2 star rating is because I recently donated plasma on the 12/13/2023 and LFB corporate individuals were at the Pueblo location. When said individuals were there I noticed that the staff were in high gear with the donors and wait time was not normal ( for contex wait time usually takes 2-6 hours including waiting to be screened then wait for a bed ). If I recall correctly I went in, signed in at the kiosk waited approximately 15 to 20 minutes got screened then waited approximate

Be prepared to wait 2+ hours without being able to leave. Instead of screening people directly prior to getting a bed, beds will be backed up 20-30 AND THEY'RE STILL SCREENING. You can't leave after screening, so you get put in "the queue" and pooled together with 30 other people crammed in the waiting area with no awareness of an ETA or where you're at in line. Why they're screening people when there are no beds available is beyond me. At least have the queue for screening, so people can check in then leav

Wanted to update this review and make a CORRECTION TO NAME: REIGNA-Really great team of employees staffed there! Reigna was super fast, gentle, and efficient with my injection today! Gotta be the easiest, most painless that I've ever experienced anywhere. The hours are updated and extended, donor compensation is good and I got an extra $5 for wearing my Broncos jersey on Sunday during football season!

I have been going here for about a year now and know just about all the staff on the floor and in offices. I really like coming here and they are more than understanding that my poke has to be spot o. The first time or within seconds of the stick because I clot really fast and have really small veins. I can only donate from one arm because the other vein infiltrates on the return every time. That being said I finally got someone to follow through on completing there 2 donations so I could get a referral bon

I have been coming here for 2 years. The staff has always been amazing. BUT i don't think ill be coming here much longer. The wait time is extremely too long. I come in after working a long day to make a few quick bucks and im there entirely too long. I would rather go get another job than sit in the waiting room. If they dont go to appointments by the end of the month I will not come back. Telacris offers more money and an appointment system. Sorry but its just making it not worth it anymore.

They must have just let people go or quit when I started going here just at the end of last year (about 3 months ago). My first visit was streamlined and only took 2 hours including donating. Now it takes about 2 hours every time no matter what time I get there and I can only say it's not enough staff to attend all the patients at once. It doesn't bother me but what happened to my arm is another story. They trained a new phlebotomist on me and she did amazing then the next week I come back and she is on th

I donated plasma for the first time ever today. I am fearful and anxious of needles and having blood drawn. The staff is very knowledgeable, kind and caring. Wanted to say thank you so much to Anita, Josh and Jayde. Especially, Jayde for putting the needle on me and making it a comfortable & painless! My experience LFB was very good.

I donate all the time and they have the best staff! Crystal is always on top of everything, helping everyone to be comfortable and is always very caring! She is always doing the best she can to help everyone! She truly is amazing!!

2nd time donor so far. I'm not pleased with the confusing hours, the crowded waiting area and the unsanitary use of computer screen check in. Many ppl use those screens to check in and not once did I see anyone clean them. The hours posted on the door or website do not match the actual hours open. I came to donate on Saturday, Dec 30, 2023 around 2:55 pm and the doors were locked. There were numerous ppl who came up to the door and seemed mad about the situation as well. I tried calling to find out why and

Honestly they don't care about new donors. Several staff keep looking at the sign in sheet, but keep walking by and not calling anyone from it. Managers keep messing around with each other. Staff are rude to donors. This place needs organization. Bathroom hand dryers are too loud and you can't hear the staff call anyone. They call when the dryers are on, so they can defer people on purpose.

This review is from Shelby Tignor and Clinton Smith..We first would like to acknowledge out of any place that you can go to donate plasma, this Center by far is 5 stars across the board for cleanliness, friendly/professional staff, and being educational. We would like to acknowledge two of the staff specifically, Tammy & Ian. Ian is new to LFB and you would think he has been working there for years due to being so incredibly well informed and trained by Tammy. Tammy has a smile that makes you smile. She can

The phlebotomist are so sweet and kind, if I could give 5 stars just for attitude I would. Everytime I go they're overloaded with patients, and they still are available for questions and make rounds to keep an eye on people. Wait times are 4 hours, don't go unless you can wait they don't need to hear you whine about waiting. I've made 1 half donation and 2 full donations. This last time I went (7/13/23) I was unable to fully donate and am now deferred for 56 day. It was super cold in the whole building, it

This review is for the PUEBLO, COLORADO location. These days companies are requiring staff to do more with less. The staff in Pueblo have always been professional, attentive, and positive. These days, great Customer Service is hard to find, but the Pueblo staff is doing it well.

Most people, regardless of their positions, that work here care about the donors. Inner politics upset me. I am not a true regular. Also, cutting the payout to 60$ a donation is ill concieved. The doctor on staff is unreliable, non-consistsant. If she is unable to do the job... maybe she should stick to private practice where, I am sure she shows when required, or as promised.

comfortable, clean, and i highly recommend this plasma center ! Shout out to the staff exp ?Noe ?hes always kind courteous professional knowledgeable and a good phlebotomist . It's people like him who make me feel comfortable welcome and keep me coming back . Thank u for the professionalism LSB

And a special shoutout to Krystal she always finds the right vein. Shes always positive and makes sure her staff and her floor of patients are taken care of. There are plenty of awesome employees that work there and im always happy to go donate.

Ashley is fantastic. I always have trouble getting my plasma done. I even had not a perfect stick with their coworker. She saw that the machine had issues with me. But she fixed me up just right. I'm personally a Lil awkward. So I hope they tell you I said thanks. Ps Ashley is the medium height lady with dark dark red hair. Thanks for the laughs and I'll be back for more donations and ill ask for you

Staff are usually friendly from my experience. Staff member Ebiny has done a great job at making visits painless and easy going. Thank you!

My experiences at lFB have always been positive. I've been donating since this center first opened. My donation money allows me to continue my higher learning education. The staff is always professional and positive.

I love the staff here, they're always super nice! Ashley & Reigna are always in such a bubbly mood which makes the environment fun to be in :) The entire staff works so hard and it never goes unnoticed!! Thank you ??

Ok the 2 stars is only because some of the staff there are amazing, also the reason for only 2 stars is that i went in for my 7th visit and was happy cause i was supposed to get the bonus this time.. well that didn't happen because of the way they put information in their system when they messed up when sticking me therefore the manager said to me that this times didn't count towards the bonus. And no where or none ever mentioned that to me or anyone else. I just think this is unfair because i went in wait

I thought it closed at 6pm, not 5:50. I got off work at 5:30 and rushed over here just to find out they locked the doors earlier than it says on the time sheet. This shit is ridiculous for them to lie to the public like this I've been trying to go in every other day just for them to be closed early.

Hi, I like going to this Plasma center because all of the staff are really nice people and hard workers . I would like to give a special thanks to Reyna she somehow ends up doing my donation alot . She is an expert on me ,hard working and always polite and professional. All of the staff are great! Thanks to all of you.

It's seems now that there is a male phlebotomist on the floor women of a certain sexual orientation like to verbally abuse when he is not around, the one an only male phlebotomist they have working with them. If these women did more work and less slandering men they may be able to get donors in an out faster instead of the three to four hour wait there is now.

They dropped the pay out shortened their hours and put people through hours of unnecessary waiting with plenty of empty beds not getting used. The staff just stands around and chitchats. There's no "new donor" bonuses.

All the workers do such a great job even when they are crazy busy, you'll still get a smile and a huge shout out to T.J. the big boss, Heather and Emily... oh and the hard working phlebotomist keep up the hard work

I love the girls here there awesome but I'd like to say Molly is pretty awesome ! I like her bedside manner personality and just watching her stay on top of her job no matter if she's upset or not she still rocks it !!

In general a great staff, all are very good. The complaint would be with wait times, today it took 4hours, walking in the door to walking out. That seems ridiculous to me, but again the staff does the best they can. Management, efficiency, needs improvement

I have had and continue to have great experiences here. Friendly staff open 7 days a week clean and personable. ASHLEY AND JAMIE my very favorite phlebotomist at this LFB.

The staff here in Pueblo Colorado are awesome.

Previously a really good center, but their inability to hold on to staff is causing constant shortages in phlebotomists, making the wait time absolutely outrageous. Be prepared to sit in an overcrowded waiting room (standing room only, or some people sit on the floor) for hours at a time before even making it back to the donor floor.

While I was donating, one of the girls went to check on a donors arm, out of no where she screams help while donor is bleeding a lot where he sat. He bled out so much that he almost passed out due to loss of blood. Be careful, be safe

Great staff all around. Very helpful for my first donation. Special thanks to Tiffany L for helping me and explaining the process and making the whole experience as comfortable as possible

Tiffany L is amazing very professional and kind! If I could have her stick me every time I would! Highly recommend requesting her!

They took to much blood and set the pump to high for me then as I fainted Noah the employee helping went on his break as I passed out they have no care for their customers and they treat you like an animal testing lab would not recommend go to another on in pueblo it's not worth the risk to your life here

I like the staff. The process is easy. But the wait is ridiculous. Why wait for a whole section to be empty, then seat a whole section, instead of seating empty seat? The wait time has been 2+ hours every time I've come.

Extremely upset with this company as of right now. I've donated a couple times and never had any issues. However this last Saturday I donated again and ended up having my vein destroyed. This is not my fault and now I can't donate. I may not come back after this. I couldn't even get compensation for hurting my arm.

Friendly Respectful Employees treat you like Importantce

I brought both my s s card & my drivers lives which both state my legal name. My drivers liscense has my middle initial & my s s card has my middle name spelled out. Clearly the same person & they wouldn't take it! That is ridiculous!! Won't be coming there again!!

Definitely have the best staff but wait times can be bad. The people here working are worth the wait though, have had a few bad pokes so I know who the best stickers are haha ?? they are so busy cause the other plasma center blows.

My BP was too high, cause I'd been holding my poo, and pee, since before I got there, someone was passed out in the stall, and they did nothing to wake him up, I left to go find a bathroom to use, and got differed, for leaving to go find a bathroom, and someone else had a high pulse, they got told to wait for 15 minutes, and got called back about 2 minutes after being told they had to wait the 15 minutes to do a retest, and got differed for the day, because their pulse was still too high, lfb is the place t

They poked the hell out of me but we had good fun. Listened to good music. And I got some money. They say I saved a life, but I just sat there. They did all the work.

I just want to say how great of a team y'all all have. I had a reaction and crystal jumped into action to help me. It was very scary for me and the employees did great getting me thru it all. I don't remember all there names but they were awesome. Hope to go back when I'm able to. Thank Yall

Donating plasma at lfb plasma is always a breeze with people like crystal on the staff. She is always delightful and definitely knows jokewhat she's doing! Thank you for making the plasma donation process so painless and easy.

I wait 6 months to donate now you switch your times back to 4 I can confidently say I'd rather drive to springs to donate then this place

Love this place. Such a nice and welcoming atmosphere. Ashley, Crystal are my favorite but everyone there is good. Would recommend people come here. Thanks

It's not worth it everything they had going for them compared to other centers is gone. The pay rate drops ten dollars every month. It's down to 50 a session when they use this to save lives and the amount they make per bottle is ungodly compared to what we receive for our plasma.

Wait times long. Payment, great. Even the staff doesn't understand why they process you( protein, hydration levels) so quick just to have you sit for hours.

Been donating plasma for 15 years and been to 3 different plasma centers (grifols,csl,lfb)....this one is the worst, on 2 different occasions my brother didn'tget paid til the next day, Molly constantly calls her friends up out of order before other donors and the staff is constantly locking the door 10 to 15 minutes early plus they tend to be rude and are always hollering at us like if we are little kids in trouble .... please management take care of this

Omg this is a horrible establishment. Do not go there. Go anywhere else bur here. Talk about a greedy corporation to cut down donation pay out andshorten hours. Good business plan.........not. not to mention the wait or the unsanitary practices. GO TO GRIFOLS

LFB plasma is way better than that trash place on the south side.

I really appreciate everyone at LFB! Havi always makes me laugh, Heather is so sweet and everyone is always willing to lend a hand! Crystal is my favorite (ask for Crystal) ;)

As a new doner at this location I signed in at 11:44 it took until 12:25 for someone to even see my id and other information needed when you first walk through the door it smells like a carton of cigarettes most of the doners appear to be on drugs lots of coughing so bring a mask ?? horrible experience first 4 donation 100$ but I won't be returning seems like a health issue walking through the door

Tiffany L shouldn't be a phlebotomist everytime she sticks me she pushes the needle in slowly and puts it in, in themost umcomfortable way even when I say it's umcomfortable she does literally nothing so I'm stuck with a needle being in my arm consistently causing me pain for literally 40min since she put it in my arm in a way that also makes me donate slower as well wasting more of my time

There great my favorites aspecially is crystal and Jamie and Jasmin ain?t tht bad either but the price is dropping from 70.00$ to 60 this year I noticed

I think I like everybody here, never had bad experience with anyone, especially Tif Young, she's fun, keeps it rolling.

Ashley and Ally are the reason I come back very nice a friendly all the ladies are amazing as well love you all God bless. But the company is starting to suck

I enjoy going to this place but the only issue I have is that there lady that works there and she is very rough, she treats me like I m her rag doll and I don't feel comfortable having my arm being pulled in a way aggressive way

Ally is the best at her job. She is very informative, and I feel very comfortable with her. Donating plasma at lfb is definitely worth it.

Crystal has been the best with me. She is amazing. Always answers my questions and has been the best too

When people are showing up early before they open to get in line I think that they should have to be physically in line or lose there spot a chair or someone or something else should not be able to hold your spot if you go to another business it wouldn't be allowed why is it allowed here

They have done a major turnaround in the last month. The wait time has been cut in half on a consistent basis... keep up the great work.

The staff was super friendly and as a new donor the process was pretty quick compared to other donation centers used in the past.

They always lock there doors early and I notice they tend to play favorite either by calling donor to the floor out of order(not a fast pass because once in a while you can hear the employee say "you gonna get me in trouble "or sticking other donors who are seated after you ...can we get more supervision on the floor and let's be fair please

Starting December 28 th new hours are 7 to 4:00 Monday through Friday and 7:00 to 3:00 Saturday and Sunday temporary hours till further notice

Rude employees. Rude screeners. I'm never going back. They also lowered the pay. It's not worth the time and hassle.

Employees are great but corporate not so much I stopped donating when they shortened the hours here

Staff takes forever and just sits there amd mingles amongst themselves. I was there for 4 hours as a return donor!!! C'mon guys and get your act together!!!

Hurt me when I got stuck she was talking to someone not paying attention and it really hurt bad we are not cattle wish they had better bed side manner I love helping people that need my plasma but I don't want to be in pain

The person that referred me never got their referral bonus! And staff was rude when we called about it! Don't go here at all unless you want to be lied to.

Staff is kind, attentive, and caring. I always look forward to talking to TJ when I visit.

So far a great experience. Very helpful and knowledgeable. Kind and respectful despite being super busy!

Donating plasma has been made easy there at LFB thanks to my favorite people who stick me?..Ashley?.Reyna?.Crystal Thank you for your service at LFB

4 to 5 hours waiting to donate, only 2 people in beds at a time. There be over40 people waiting in lobby sitting on the floor. Place is a mess.

Don't know what the managers problem is but I went in there to donate for the first time and saw him being very rude to somebody else, and I left you can't treat people like that

Yo, Ashley has great people skills and she gets the job done ??

Dee Dee is an amazing manager that went above and beyond for military and Vets.

Crystal was very nice to me and awesome to talk to always remember my name

Love the people here !!! They always take care of me !!! Molly, Ashley, Jamie and so many others!!!

Brenda is very knowledgeable

Wait time is and has been steadily increasing. With at least a 2+ hour wait before screening. And at least one after. -_-

Ashley is great doesn't try to hurt you and is all around funny

Everyone there is awesome and I look forward to speaking with TJ

Layce is a great phlebotomist with a positive attitude and always will to answer questions thanks!

Real busy so kinda in and out . just not all the time. Staff are on there toes

Very professional and clean and helpful with all questions

Graet place to be apart of

Seriously, just don't waste your time here.

Ask for v, when you donate best/gentle phleb.

Very professional staff and friendly

They are very inconsiderate of people's time.

Ashley &Christina great jobs!!!

Very clean and friendly staff!

Good place definitely recommend

When I first went there it was quick amd they were very nice. Nobody there was rude they were professional about all of it from signing in to get stuck. No bruises were left on me or anything.

Got to say they have improved on the customer service and their time. Location is always clean. Booker was very awesome. Ally is always happy and nice.
