I have never left a review in my life but this place deserves one. I used to go to Octapharma and grifols blew them out the water. Octapharma had me waiting in line for an hour and a half with no chair, to then be examined in front of everyone else, have my weight announced LOUDLY to where everyone in line can hear, rude employees and trashy. ruder donors (one compared me to an escort and I had to stand next to them snicker next to me for another 35 mins, to then be DENIED from donating because my pulse was

I had a quick and easy experience at Grifols Plasma! The staff were efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable (Special thanks to Corey for his assistance). Everything went smoothly, and I was in and out in no time. Highly recommend this location for a fast donation experience!

Rude staff the Manager wrote a weird deferral because I asked why the machine was taking so long so I'm never going back here they brought it to my attention when I returned and I told them I'd rather not even donate ever again with them. If the managers that sensitive she should get a job somewhere else I have the right to ask why your machines are slow... Now I'm off to BioLife where the machines are not slow...

I have been donating here for several years and I can honestly say that it is such a pleasant atmosphere to come into each time. Corey keeps processes flowing, greets donors, and makes everyone feel welcome. The staff is absolutely professional, with a heart warming understanding and relatability to donors!!

I just came back after using another plasma center but today was my first time back after 2 years, I was definitely surprised in a big good way the center in Aurora off of sable was clean and staff was awesome especially jasmine she was very informative and caring!! I would recommend this plasma center for anyone new to the process!! They have updated all of the equipment and process they are very professional and respectful!!! I had a fantastic experience at the Grifols Plasma Center! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional. Lidia, in particular, made the whole process smooth and comfortable. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made sure I felt at ease throughout the donation. The center itself was clean, well-organized, and had a welcoming atmosphere. I walked in to this very clean donation center. I was nicely greeted and welcomed by Teresa. I was very nervous but Teresa definitely made the process much easier then I expected, from start to finish. Elizabeth was also amazing at her job, very fun person to talk to. Quick easy way to donate Plasma for some extra cash. The fact that the allow walks-ins for initial physical stands and completing the screen via your phone prior to you appointment is a huge bonus over other plasma donation sites in the area. They make the process fast easy and mostly painless.

My wife and I went in to donate to help those in need of the plasma and to help ourselves who need additional money. When checking my wife's veins they noticed a bruise that was left when she had blood taken several days ago at the ER. They wouldn't allow her to donate because she didn't have the release form stating that they found nothing wrong beyond arthritis and a pulled muscle. Loved it before. Now it seems like they are sacrificing comfort for efficiency. They put all the chairs facing each other. So you are facing the people across from you. It can be a bit uncomfortable when someone is staring you down. They also are beginning to assign numbers to donors and chairs which may even lead to discrimination of donors and employees. I've been here many times the last few years. They seem to have a lot fewer staff now so you have to be patient, arrive early, and I highly recommend using their online kiosk for the questions. They paid good in July but they never answer the phone. And they lowered the prices in August. My July prices were locked in but I had to constantly remind them to give me the correct price. Just now I called them 5 times in a row and they didn't answer. Only their first time donor prices are decent. The return donor fees are way less after you've made your first 8 donations.

This is a tough business. It's entirely on the staff to make it safe and dignified and pleasant enough to bother. The crew here gets it done. Shahranda (and the rest of the crew) are kind, safe, and thorough, and always friendly. If you gotta do this, go here.

Great place and very welcoming environment. As a long time donor I can confidently say that staff is very hard working and determined to give the donor a pleasant experience. They have always offered reasonable donor fees that will continue to bring me back.

Staff here is friendly how ever they take forever to get to you. I sat there waiting to get a bed for an hour and a half plus. But if you are more than 5 minutes late they make you reschedule. Until they get their staffing under control I recommend finding another center. Corporate needs to let the center control how many people they take based on staff. And when you call to complain they don't return calls.

This location is by far the best I've ever visited to donate plasma! The office is clean, the employees are all kind and helpful, and they are much faster and more efficient than other companies. I have been donating for over five months now regularly and they always make donating an easy and positive experience!

I have been donating here for over a year and I've tried other places dues to work or school needs and this Aurora location tops them all. No matter how busy they are, I'm out in 2 hours or less! They are always very professional and they usually have movies on all their TV's which really makes the time fly by while I'm there. I've been going off and on for years and I can truly say that I have seen nothing but improvements in speed and efficiency with switching to apt only and the kiosks to adding the fingerprints for faster check in. HORRIBLE!!!! This donation center is for you if you have 3-4 hours to spare. There system is so unorganized it takes WAY longer than it should, and WAY Longer than I have experienced at any other donation center. The system they have to make appointments never works, they never ever answer the phone if you call. And I was just there waiting for an hour to donate and they finally come up to tell me that they lost my physical records from last time I was in, so I would have to be there for another 2.5 hours i

The wait time isn't too bad, but the pay could definitely be higher (hint, hint). There's a few women who work at the front desk who are rude with attitude and will sometimes ignore you. But the phlebotomists in the back are very nice and caring. The bathrooms are always out of soap. If these issues were fixed it would make for a more pleasant donating process.

The lady who gave my physical was rude. If you wanted to know about all the piercings I had you should?ve said all the piercings I ever had the first time instead of getting a attitude. I've gone here several times and theyre very polite and if you have even the slightest concern they try to make sure you feel safe and comfortable. I hate needles and I hate feeling sick but I've never felt like that at this location. Highly recommend. Edit 9/3 Jazzy poked me to get my donation started and she did it so quickly and effectively that it didn't even hurt! And I'm one that dislikes needles especially plasma ones lol she's amazing!

If I would have never went to this specific biomat i would 200$ richer. I dont understand how they accomplish anything and i cant even go to a different one because of a hold on my acct for no reason. The other biomats cant explain to me why or how theve done this but i sure as hell will never walk through their doors ever again. My advice, go to a different one. The one on pecos was super nice people were cordial and helpful.

They make it impossible for you to donate. I call to cancel a appointment to reschedule one and absolutely no one answers the phone but when I get there they are all just standing around next to the phone not answering it that's very frustrating. Their scales in the rooms are all the way off that's not my correct weight. A lot of the staff is super unfriendly I get along with most but half are very rude. I hate coming here. I do have to say it's better then CSL.

Very disappointed, as a former floor supervisor. I try not to name but a young lady Shaunda? Adjusted a needle ,that the floor supervisor initially did. Infiltrated me, restick me and infiltrated me again. Had a reaction they had me drink while still on the Nexlynk machine. Whole time management just watches. Very sad. I had to quit going here because they switched blood pressure cuffs and it no longer reads my pressure correctly. Nor my husbands. The staff said they turn away people all the time because of it. But cuffs at other centers read my pressure fine??

First donation one of there trainee people messed up my right arm with a blown vein. Second donation went great. Third donation another trainee named Taylor is not acting too sure about my left arm. I was a new donor yesterday. No complaints. All staff seemed like they enjoyed the job. Very professional. If you do have complaints it's your own fault. 75 bones your first 3 donations. Then after that the payments vary depending on how many times you are able to donate in a month.

I really like going here a lot! I have been for years, and I've seen staff come and go. Some staff have their moments but who doesn't when working with the public? Everyone there is very positive and friendly making your visit a pleasure. The front and back rooms are very clean as they take every precaution necessary as required. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining the process whether it is your first time visit or a regular donor who has questions.

The flobotamists are great here, but when it gets busy it has taken up to 30 to be called up to kiosk and screened. It really depends on how busy it is really. There a few employees that are exceptional, and some mediocre. Would recommend though ??

It's ok. Since the new year, they have too many appts and not enough techs to take care of people. It now takes 45 minutes each time before they even stick you. As busy as they seem to be, techs will stand around and talk while you sit and wait on the beds to either get started or finished up. They don't care. It looks clean, and sometimes they offer snacks or raffles for donors. They could stand to be a lot more focused and professional.

I have been a loyal client for almost 3 years and I have had mostly good experiences at this location and if a issue did arise the staff were quick to resolve it. All the staff have been friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place to everyone and have recommended it to many.

Here goes: Wow... after being a loyal donor ? donating 100+ GALLONS of plasma over a 4 year period ? I was suddenly deferred for a mild medical condition that I've had since my very first donation. friendly, quality staff who know their stuff. wait times can be a tad slow depending on the time of day but its not always the case. they also offer the most generous fees out of everywhere ive been to. i see these guys twice a week and dont plan on stopping any time soon!

Wait time continues to be an hour plus before getting a bed. And then roll the dice on how long to get hooked up. Bonuses are good if you can keep to a schedule but I can't make appointments any more. I have to walk in and roll the dice.

Everytime I've been here the staff has always taken good care of me and been super friendly. Never taken a ridiculous amount of time to get me in and out. Definitely recommend this location

I have been coming to Grifols Biomat Aurora for almost a year now. Everyone here is very professional and even fun. Was forced to be bumped back 3 times because of a scheduling error had to sit in the waiting room for 45 min waiting for them to do their job. They reduced the amount they give per donation so unless your able to donate 10 times a month there is no useful reward. The whole process was 3 hours and the actual donation was 50 min. The staff is great and it is cleaner than the other centers. The needles are big, but after the initial stick it's fine. When you realize the good you're doing for those in need, it makes it easier. The money is just the bonus!

The facility is clean and comfortable. The phlebotomists are incredible, especially Alicia! Minus 1 star for the recent change to the donation funds. It's barely worth my time to go donate now. I've been donating with other center regularly for months. I was told my veins are too small for their equipment. I don't understand why it's different from elsewhere that uses the same size needles. I've always been told my veins are deep, but perfectly fine. It just felt like they didn't want to try. Also the place just looks really cramped and poorly lit. It may be one of the highest paying in the area but it hardly seems worth it.

Pretty good. But the hand dryers in the restrooms are terrible and there are no paper towels. This is no way to encourage employees and visitors to wash and dry one's hands quickly, as to be sanitary.

Not as bad as csl but still awful donating here has probably been one of the worst experiences in my life, you wait around for 20 minutes before they hook you up. The staff is some what pleasant but for the most part ignorant... this should be a seem less process, but it never is. Once they unhook you you wait around for about 20 more minutes. Don't donate here trust me it's not worth it.

One of the women there should probably get retrained. She was the pretty young girl with dreads. Very kind and friendly but the way she stuck the needle in me wasn't pleasant at all, then she stuck my husband, and she stuck him so bad he couldn't even finish his donation. THEN I watched her take out someone else?s needle, clean the bed he was on, put all the hazardous blood in the containers and then she moved on to me WITHOUT changing her gloves. I had to politely ask her to change them.

Chill place unlike CSL. Biomat seems to have better staff and better training. The pay could be better but they have good bonuses every month. If you are a new donor I recommend you drink a gallon of water the day before and have recent mail, social security card, and state ID. I've been here over a year and appreciate everyone. I would recommend coming to donate if your in a rush, they do the best they can but it's like 12 people to 2 nurses.

They seem to have stopped enforcing their rules. Donors are taking off masks and wearing them incorrectly. They're also letting people stay while yelling across the center and cursing at the staff. Wait times have also gone up dramatically. Was a great place but something has gone wrong.

Went here a couple time with my husband and won't be returning. His native language is Arabic and last time he went in they told him to leave after he didn't understand one thing they said to him. Had to come up here 4 days in a row this week for a physical AND appointment yet denied because they are booked on physicals. If in area not big fan of CSL on 6th and Peoria but definitely would suggest it over this location. I transferred to location on Lipan and my opinion better then both.

Worst place ever!! There are like 3 good employees and the rest suck. They pay no attention to the order they sit people. Girls just stand around talking in groups of 3-4 leaving people waiting around for no reason. I have come here multiple times and even brought a bunch of my friends and will not ever be coming again. To be honest they always try to find a way to jip you out of your bonuses. You can only donate 2x a week and they have a $100 bonus for donating 8 times a month. For some reason the 1st donation of the month doesn't count towards the 8. I donated 8 times and since the 1st was a Sunday (my donation days being Mondays and Wednesdays) they wouldn't give me the $100 bonus because the cut off was a Sunday.
