Could be higher but they are JUST TOO SLOW! There's no sense of urgency with anyone. They may take one person every 15 minutes with 9 people online in front of you... Do the math! I've seen N.P. CSL at least try to speed things up, even calling in more employees. Unfortunately, slow is accepted here. There is NO respect for the value of other peoples time. The attitude seems to be, 'They're here so they'll wait, no matter how long it takes... So why should I rush?" If donors are truly valued, please value o
Literally was deferred for low protein in march and was waiting on results from a lab test for like 2-3 weeks after so than I stopped calling waited to come back in the middle of june to be told that I need to take the test again? taken the test waited a week was told the doctor will be in on Wednesday called Wednesday morning and was told I can come in because all I need now is for the nurse to lift my deferral. Came in and was told by the nurse my results isn't back yet I can't donate. I've never seen a b
My favorite location. The techs are pleasant, and never have an issue setting me up. Other donor companies and other CSL locations miss veins, or say their bad veins, but Halethorpe does it like magic. Also their machines work faster and without complications. I was always getting error codes, lights blinking/beeping at BioLife/CDMA/Octopharma.
I've donated at this center 3 times and started during the Holidays. Other than it being very busy, it was overall a positive experience. Staff members are friendly and efficient. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. The manager walks around training staff constantly, doing quality checks on the care they're providing. His bedside manner is sort of crappy towards patients. He didn't really acknowledge my existence when I had to deal with him as he was helping me get to the donor floor. I asked hi
I enjoy my time donating for CSL plasma , the phlebotomist and vital nurses are very welcoming and takes great care of me , the facility itself is a plus , I can charge my phone , eat some snacks , and enjoy the fellowship while I wait to donate , it's a pleasure to save lives and have a good time doing it . Shoutout my favorite staff workers Ms.Megan , ms.kennia and Ms.Ericka they make the process fast and safe and easy
love it here!! Megan, Jae, Ms Joe & Nia are my top favorites, if im having a bad day i know to share my story with them & they will give me advice or even a positive vibe to keep me moving !! The top stickers are Nia & Jae , 10/10 !
I am so happy to have experienced such an inviting and pleasurable visit as a new donor! Staff were welcoming and Phlebotomist?s made me feel at ease! I will surely be returning
Supposed to open 7 but all the staff late leaving donors outside..If they can't be on time just open at 8 .It's false information saying your open and your not..both water machines out of service..no bottle waters this center is a disgrace
CSL customer service is horrible they don't answer the phone no one comes up front. I came 6:50 last night and they didn't accept anymore donor this is unacceptable when I drive to donate center and they won't let me donate waste my time and gas I don't care they are supposed to close at 7 pm. The waiting is ridiculous in line to donate no chairs to sit for 2 hours? CSL doesn't care about the donor nor the people waiting they care only themselves sometimes I get out at 9 pm after donating
Me as a donor here do. Not recommend anyone to donate here the customer service is ridiculous bad the waiting in line with no chair when you wait for hours is already ridiculous and when you get paid for donating you don't get a lot when you donate 800 ml only get 45 dollars
It's 7:05 but they would have you still outside in the rain . Very unprofessional. They don't even acknowledge you standing outside
This location CSL doesn't care about the people the donor nor there time waiting in line to donate I came last night and they didn't let me in to donate when I drive 40 minutes even when you get in to donate you'll have to wait 1 hour to 2 hours standing when you can't sit down to rest your leg this center is greedy they only care about themselves and not the people CSL are greedy
They are always treating me great kind respectful. The staff that's there are one of one please keep up the good work
Business don't open on time, stick the needle's wrong, leaves bruise, slow long lines, water never available, bathroom dirty, app don't work right, some of the staff curse, always shortens the money, staff is very courteous, management has attitudes all the time.proffesnal security,
If I could I would get this place shut down. They are insanely slow yet it's a boat load of open seats in the back. They talk more than they actually work and there just unprofessional from the staff down to the security gaurds Lol your better off going to any other location than this one if you want to be in and out and not constantly be standing in line for damn near a hour or 2 every visit, this place is worse than pathetic.
horrible customer service came at 640 pm and they close me out and won't let me donate when they are supposed to close at 7pm the waiting line to donate is couple of hours long i waited 3 hours and got out 9 pm. the pay for donors are not good they CSL are greedy company they don't care about the people who comes to donate plasma at all the waiting line there no chairs to sit when you wait for 2 hours just donate
Its a nice place to donate. The people that work there are really nice especially Jae and a few others. I'm just bad with names.
Horrible customer service I came at the place csl at 640 pm and they won't let me in. The donation pay out is not worth the money either they do no care about people of donors they make people stand for hours just to donate plasma when they should care about there donors? I donate 830 ml and I got only 45 dollars because of my weight
Honestly this place is not friendly to donor they don't care about the people who donate for csl plasma we don't get enough trouble waiting in line for hours for 45 dollars and when they want to close sooner they don't care about the people come before 7 pm I fully do not recommend this place or csl plasma
I donated today for the first time after I stopped coming for a while. I can say it is a complete different atmosphere. The worker?s that are there now actually do their job and are friendly. I seen a lot of new faces and I must say I'm so glad the old workers are gone. I will def come back again with ease.
This place doesn't care about us the people we donor have to wait in line for hours just for 45 dollars depending on the amount of plasma waiting in lane with no chairs to sit and what's worse they blocked me out last time when I came at 630 pm when it's supposed to close at 7 pm
Place closes without no warning. Most staff doesnt do anything but stand around while people who want to donate stands in seems like endless lines and only get to sit for the last 45 minutes only because they are in the donating chair.
I had Montanez and she was very nice we had a great conversation and she made me feel right at home!
This place was ok, polite, and helpful. Apparently this particular time I came, one of their staff members didnt put the needle in my vein right, and this picture is the aftermath of what happened. Im not saying this location is terrible.I just wont be returning to that one due to what they did to my arm. I can barely move it and Im in the hospital as we speak. Take care of yourselves cause no one else will.
One of the best plasma centers in the city, all of the staff is patient and well mannered. I highly recommend
5 times in a row I drove out ready to donate, and five times in a row I drove away, the last two times they could have consolidated everything into that third visit. They neglected to do so. They wasted my time, frustrated and belittled me and my opinions, and were absolutely horrible with the explanation of, "we just didn't do it then, but we're doing it today, so go away." I threw a piece of paper on the floor and was asked to never return. And their answer to "We don't have to be professional, ever" was
Very friendly Staff and they make the visit simple and easy to donate
The staff is always very helpful and friendly. I have been going to the Halethorpe location for about 3years.
Csl Halethorpe is the best Donation center everyone is friendly and professional everytime I have a great experience - Maurice
I've been donating for a few years now. The staff and doctors are very nice and friendly.
The first time I came it took all afternoon to register for a plasma donation. They do a physical and testing with questions. But once you get to the lab you good. It's clean. The second time, they stuck the same vein and my arm was sore. I called for their assistance was slow in response. Gave me an ice pack but it hurt a hour or two hours. This third time they flagged me for protein and wanted to test more for donation. I got no message or call about my protein being low. The nurse tried to say I had a
Terrible ! Wasted So much time and they didnt even try to fix the problem at hand. Will not be back. Save your time and goto another location.
Long wait times because of unstaff. 1 person for everything with all these people comes there. Yall should be ashamed.
Horrible service and the pay isnt good about 45 dollars for 750 mL they don't care how much you donate but your weight and waiting in line they can't have chairs when your waiting 2 to 3 hours
Love Erica she is so sweet and cool it's a great place to donate at
Megan, Helen, Erika Nia in jade treat people like family they are the best
Erica did a great job sticking me today and tvs would be great in the back
Best center ever ! Never any lines staff Are super friendly <3
The staff, especially Helen are awesome, but the business needs to stick to their posted hours. They are suppose to open at 7am, it's 8:12am and they still aren't open. Eight of us donors have been standing in line outside in the cold waiting. This is a very poor business practice
i like it here but they need to do better with the customer service. how tf yall say yall value ppl time and then have us waiting in line for 40+ mins. It's 3 stations with 6 ppl and yall only revoling around 1!! yall need to take people time seriously and stop having the line all the way by the front door just saying ????????
I literally been a member for 3 years and have had the worst experience ever at this particular location. I was stuck wrong so they gave me a hematoma and when I spoke to one of the phlebotomists she told me ?it's supposed to burn? during my return as my arm swelled up than when she realized something was wrong she turned the machine off without paying me out so now I've went to get a free hematoma basically and was not COMPENSATED
I came at 6:40 pm and they tell me they close they are suppose to close at 7 on now I have to wait the place give not enough money and there no chair to sit down when waiting I have to wait 3 hours to get to the bed.
Horrible customer service came at 5 pm now it's 8 pm the pay isn't good for donor here at all and you have to stand waiting make the donor get more for there plasma
They're constantly understaffed, unprofessional, & unorganized. No matter how early I get there, the line is always unnecessarily long. It could be a whole row of beds that are operational, but for whatever reason, they choose not to set them up & have us standing for approximately 2 hrs.
Good friendly staff which makes the process quick and easy.
Love the staff, amazing workers and great accommodations!
My first experience was great, everything went smoothly. When I attempted to donate the third time, I couldn't sign in. The woman told me I needed a counseling. Naturally I started worrying, she told me to go to a room. After several minutes, another woman came in and ask me to close the door that was beside me. I asked if the door beside her could be closed for my privacy, she informed me that it could not be. I then requested to go to a room which had privacy, mind you, I had no idea what this"counseling"
I love donating plasma it helps with extra money and save people. But this place is the worst place on earth when it comes to service. The list to long to write out I would need a book deal. 45 min process will turn into 2 hours easy. They need help bad!
I was getting frustrated (not because of the staff) because of how the needle in my arm was. I know i can be impatient, but the staff were extra patient with me. They easily fixed the situation without denying me like other centers do. Soon as I walked through the door, I was treated with a warm welcome and respect. The process was swift 4 me plus the staff were like I said, very respectful, professional, and patient and I couldn't ask 4 anything more.
Waiting at the front for 5 min while the staff is talking about non work related topics. It took the security guard to walk over and let them know they had someone waiting just for them to tell her they are working with a patient and will be with me once available. It's not the security jobs place to ask, although I appreciate it but the staff could have easily walked over to me and informed me they would be right with me and that I could have a seat. After waiting another 10 min with no update I left.
If you have a car, just go to the one on Cromwell, or go to BioLife. These people never open up on time, and I mean they open up late EVERYDAY. It's best to call before you go. The staff is absolutely terrible, and it's strange because the patients are polite every time I visit. Something is off. I only go because it's close and I don't drive. Otherwise I'd never consider this place.
This CSL Plasma Center In Halethorpe Is The Most HORRIBLE! Plasma Center In Maryland!! They Are Always 30 Mins To And Hour Late To Open And Have The Most Disrespectful Staff Members. They Have No Customer Service Skills Or Hospitality At All And Do Not Care For The Donors!!
Tell me why its as packed as it is all day and there's only one of the five screening booths open, and there's an entire section of donation chairs that aren't being used. Ive been here for two hours and I haven't even gotten started donating. there's people here bringing deck chairs because of how long the waiting line is taking. Staff needs to get it together!
People do not come here to donate CSL doesn't care about the people who donate plasma the wait in line waiting the pay off for donations for plasma is not worth it
The 1 star isn't for the workers, it's for the management of this CSL. I can't tell you how many of them have complained about being short staffed, and the management just sits behind in the office, sees their workers struggle and over worked but refuse to do anything. It's honestly horrible how they treat their workers. No over time pay, not enough staff. And they are the closest one beside Cromwell. And Cromwell closes so much which doesn't make sense because that's the bigger donation center. Do better m
Generally a pleasant and uneventful experience, however recently had one of the techs get so involved in a conversation w/ a coworker that she wasn't paying attention & she put the needle through my vein causing a hematoma, then proceeded to get an attitude and snap at me. When she did the other arm, she didn't allow the iodine to dry & it burned terribly when she inserted the needle. After the machine went through the 1st cycle of taking plasma, it would not return my blood. The tech had to readjust the ne
Helen the front desk lady is helpful. That's the only thing I can say nice about this place. 3 times I had to leave because I stood outside in the heat for an hour. They wouldn't let us sit in the lobby to wait our turn to donate. The machines are always broken and they never open on time. Last Sunday was literally 2 HOURS late opening. I will never go back there.
I have been coming to this location for a few years. Today will be my last visit. Over the last few months everytime I come there they are never open on time. I've had to stand outside sometimes up to 2 hours waiting for them to open up. This has now become a regular problem. The staff members are extremely rude and spend more time talking then they do working. They are always understaffed which leads to extremely long wait times to get your vitals taken then when you go in the back you have to sit back the
The staff at the Halethorpe Center are excellent. They take great care of you as you go through the donation process. It is a good feeling to know that I am helping someone in need of life-saving plasma treatments.
Nurse Ericka is the best
Kennia she so great at what she do at csl
Shout out to Morgan and Erica for always getting the job done and being TopTier. Also the chocolate young lady don't know her name but there my top 3. Morgan is top of the line for CSL,she's always polite and gets me In and out .Erica is great as well with a sense of humor while I'm there.Great work Queens.Stay blessed and not stressed.WE NEED YALL JUST AS MUCH AS CSL NEEDS US PERIOD.And Happy holidays All ??
They have 5 or 6 people that stand around doing nothing while only one person is actually qualified to be a phlebotomist. This leads to excessive wait times despite it not busy. Meanwhile you see the other phlebotomists standing around doing nothing, not getting trained. The manager is qualified but never comes out to help. They open and close whenever they feel like it and do nothing to notify the people that go there of the schedule change. The people that check you in are always friendly and quick.
I started donating at CSL (Halethorpe) about 5 months ago. My very first time was amazing! They answered so many questions, made me feel comfortable, greeted me, showed me everything they were going to do before they did it & More. The second time I went back I was greeted by Name as soon as I walked in by Helen! I even said wait you remember me/my name!? She said of course and smiled! Honestly it made my day thank you Helen! Since then I have always had a WONDERFUL experience, have always been greeted, Tha
Morgan is my favorite ,she is always careful when drawing blood and positively hilarious and professional, she makes the situation go smoother, all the other employees that I have had my blood drawn by have been harsh, jabbing the needle in harshly, ripping the tape off rough please remember these things are attached to human beings that feels pain just saying I'm sure they all are not harsh maybe just my experience but Morgan is gentle thanks Morgan I personally appreciate you for all of your hard work
I love this place! Everyone is kind and seems to know what they're doing. My needle stick was done by Aaliyah. I had to look at my arm to verify that my stick was complete. That's how painless it was! Thanks CSL for a great donation process! Update: I had my stick done by Marlaina today. She did a great job! It was nearly painless. Thanks for a great experience ladies!
Dont even waste your time they wont accept new people.. because they refuse to do paperwork . I set up a appointment for 9 am and when i got here im told they not accepting new donors i ask for time frame to come back and they dont have one
I'm officially done with this place! This is the 2nd month Where of course something off-the-wall happens and you can't donate, which equals to them screwing up your schedule so of course you don't have a chance of getting the bonus! The computer system was down.. I was given that one twice in one week so I couldn't donate at all that week ... two weeks ago I came in was told it would be about a three hour wait because they ran out of needles....yes, let me spend my Sunday sitting there for three hours w
Slowest center I've ever been to. Got called to the donor floor at 9am didn't get stuck until 9:30am. Smh. Definitely needs more help.
This was my 1st visit. The front desk checked my information, and sent me to the back. The plebotomist check tied off my arms, tapped my veins twice and said my veins were to small. I donate blood and platelets to the Red Cross, I've never had a problem with my veins.
The workers are extremely rude, especially the ones drawing blood. It hasn't just been one worker, it has been multiple. It's gotten to the point where I feel uncomfortable even donating here. If you can, donate at a different location.
I started donating plasma at the Glen Bernie, MD place, and it was great. Good pay quick service. Then they lowered the pay, ok. Now they have been closed for almost a week, with a sign that says to go to Halethorpe. I've gone to Halethorpe 3 times already, and they have been closed to the public as well. Oh, the workers are there, they're just closed to the public. So, do they want plasma, or how do they make their living?
In the beginning of my coming to CSL plasma, I was turned off by the way the staff conducted themselves. But I did not want to judge the off the actions of a few employees. That was over eight years ago. After a period of going on an off to see weather conditions ( the staff as a whole, from the lowest to the highest) would change, I've come to realize/ believe after call what is listed as their corporate number, that the staff acts the same all the way through. Which causes me to believe that CSL does not h
There's such a long wait here, I haven't even been fully checked an now I gotta wait 15 more
I've been donating for a while and I have deep veins with scar tissue but this location at halethorpe has a phlebotomist by the name of Morgan who is EXCELLENT and sticks me with no problem she is the best in the Baltimore region!!!
weirdest experience. Unsanitary facility. outdated equipment. big woman at the desk has no enthusiasm and can't make eye contact. maybe 3 of them are decent human beings and i hope they find a better opportunity in life. donating does save lives, however, and so far Octapharma plasma has been the best, most efficient experience, don't regret it, just go there first, don't waste your time. :) still don't understand why ppl stay stuck at jobs that they dislike, something i can never understand, but oh well, l
This place never opens on time. The door says it opens at 7am and you're lucky if they open by 8. There is a different excuse all the time. Workers are nice once you get in.
Went for my first visit. Staff was polite, knowledgeable, and the facility was clean, well lit, smelled fine, staff used clean equipment fresh out of package, the process was relaxing mostly. The bathroom could use a trashcan. Aside from that, it's a great place
Wonderful facility, majority of the staff are, pleasant and professional, only a select few are unprofessional. I Started donating here during the month of July. They advertised scratch offs however, they ended it abruptly which kinda sucks for the new donors who don't qualify for bonuses. Note to coporate (Next time don't start something you guys can't finish)
My first time here I came around 4:30 and left around 6:45. I had to read through some disclosures, watch a video, 64 questionnaire, physical, and pre-screening. The staff is super friendly and informative. Walked me through every step and gave me crackers and water! Brittany is the bomb! I have deep veins and she found that thing with no problem. I will be going back.
The staff is unprofessional. They tend to talk too much and share too much personal information. When they're talking they forget they have people to hook up and that starts to add up to maybe 6 to 8 people not being hooked up. A lot of them openly complain about their job and are not welcoming when it comes to people coming in they are very disappointed and they make it known to everyone. Some days the machines to check in and do the questionairre test arent working. the upside is the phlebotomist are on
I use to love going here. But now not so much it's ALWAYS packed no matter what day or time it is. Out of 5 booths their is always only 1 or 2 people doing vitals. That's mostly why the line fills quick. Then after that they normally NEVER use sections 2 & 3 they make everyone wait until another donor is finished then bring us back 1 by 1. Also before they open the doors in the morning we should be allowed to line up, or collect numbers from someone / something. Tired of being one of the first 5 people ther
This was a very pleasant experience to be my first time. The facility was clean and the staff was so nice and helpful. Jacob answered all of my questions and was very attentive. I definitely recommend this location. The only suggestion I have is for them to get the wifi up and running as well as the kiosks, the only reason for 4 stars.
They have the nastiest attitudes ever in this place. All they do is talk about the people that come there and that is so unprofessional. They need to do better and hire better people.
Worst place in my life it was all female staff they said I had an Oder but It was my calone when I wanted to talk to the manager she didn't bring the staff up front she took me around the side Wich the two nurses and the manager trying to gang up on me they told me level due to that afterwards I will no longer be donating this was beyond messed up im not taking Blood Money from them they was disrespectful I was told this isn't the first time this happened the justice system picks and chooses what is right a
They are great clean professional funny I could just hang around with out donating. But besides the littke $50 I do it honestly to help people I healthy so why not also my little sister has lupus and a few of the many medication she takes is made from plasma sometimes you never know when you'll need it
Kevin Lewis is truly an amazing help.He is extremely knowledgeable on the broad spectrum of fields of information I am often lacking thereof.Answering all questions directed his way,and others directed at others who were lacking of information. He is extremely nice and polite.Very patient with everyone.Always friendly and smiling, CSL plasma would be lost without him. There was a time I was disgruntled with customer service, and I threatened not to return,no sooner than I said this Mr.Kevin came from seeming
Q was great handling me
I have been a longtime donor to this location. I will NEVER go this place again even if my life depends on it. Their manager is extremely rude. Not all of them but its this fat chick with glasses who is very rude she should not be in any service field definitely not using csl anymore
This is very important to new donors: DO NOT make any online appointment because they don't have "access" to the online system. You have to do everything in person and the Website doesn't provide any information about this situation.
Every time I try to donate, it's either that the computers are down or they're closing earlier than their posted hours. Please hire more people to fix the latter.
It need to be posted before you come to the donor floor no cellphone at all beyond this point. Data can be collect in any form recording etc so a person talking and or answering a phone will not stop that. Also for the management to make a threat by ending the conversation with "This is the last time am going to ask you" is not good.
It's a perfect way to save money and make extra. The staff members are very helpful and are willing to work with you. Thank u Bre, Brittany, Ebony, Shannon , kent and everyone else I love y'all and thanks y'all are really a helping hand
This location is a lot more professional than the other places in went and tried to get in... So glad I waited to come here... Mrs. Lorna and Ms. Dee are my favorites, but Everyone's Sweet....
Personally I love it here.im pretty healthy and a stay home mom for the most part so this extra income to my kids and bills and money to myself as well.It really helps out in so many ways. When I go it's a break for me,real relaxing enviroment, love the music here and the staff. You have some staff who aren't good as others far as sticking very few but they get the job done and i been doing this almost 2years now.i was nervous at 1rsr but this plasma helps people so if I can help someone and enjoy myself while
This was my first center. The workers are generally friendly and I enjoyed the lively music overhead.
The staff is so friendly Normaly I'm nervous and dont want to go through with the donation, but they keep me coming back. They really are the best!!
The ladys on the donor floor are very passionate about there work an keeping the place clean an they are very respectful the tall new girl is to disrespectful i think she run the donor floor her name is dee they need to get rid of her asap destiny an shannon an Brittany an alieah they works it out love them keep up the good work ladys
This is my third time here and everything usually runs smooth but today it's a mess I'm not sure if they understaffed or what it took me 30 mins just for the physical and now I'm in the donation room & still waiting for 20 mins just to get hooked up and the so call manager just standing there looking crazy like he don't know what's going on they only got one lady in the donation room and I'm just sitting here like I have all day In the world I wouldn't even have it 1 star it's sad because the staff is just
They are very efficient and professional and the process as a first time donor was excellent! Everyone was so nice and the facility is very clean!
Super awesome plasma center. Very clean and the staff was so friendly and calming. This was my first time donating and it was a phenomenal experience at csl plasma. I'll be back!
Ms. Tony and Ms. Maquina they do what they want ,they have no respect for the line all they do is just stand around until they ready do something , they will put a person before u if they know someone who walks in, they will right go and them up then come back to u when they ready if they remember what they where doing.......
They close at 6, not 7. Also, if your first time more like 5.
They have showed alot improvement since my original review
Friendly staff, glad the old workers that complained all the time are gone.
Worst experience as a returning donor docotor and nurse RUDE DOCTOR WAS GHETTO CUSTOMER SERVICE JEFFERY WAS RUDE AND DID NOT LISTEN TO A WORD I SAUD HE CHANGED MT STAEMENT WHEN I MADE THE COMPLAINT AND HUNG UP ON ME NOW IM CALLING BACK TO FULE A COMPLAINT ON HIM
I swear i hate this place if there was a closer facility id go . Place is clean , but it always sumthing with this place there either under staffed or jus taking there sweet time like aint nobdoy got nothing to do .
Great place! Very nice people who work there. Definitely recommend this location
Very rude, Associate Morgan was very unprofessional and don't even speak to you before they stick you which I find to be very disrespectful
They have just anybody sticking needles into your veins and then do it wrong and leave people with bruises and swollen veins. Very unprofessional.
Horrible service, slow & unprofessional.. staff is full of unstable pregnant woman who love drama.. wouldnt recommend this location to anyone.. had to switch locations due to the disrespect i received..
Shout-out to Raya,She sweet, kind and professional.... Brightens my day everytime I'm there #crush
4 days in a row they have been closing early without an explanation?this place is ghetto they close when ever they want to and I'm pretty sure corporate don't knows about this.
This place is good but really busy. Really busy. Make this your second "go to."
I went to donate blood the front desk called the manager to come at front desk, but the manager did not come to front desk to explain why I could not be a donor because I do have SSN.
All the staff very friendly, ready to answer any questions I had.made me feel completely at ease .
The location is clean, the staff is very friendly and professional. I had one negative incident but I wouldn't go anywhere else!!!
They're expedient so long as You arrive before the crowd.
Staff is very rude pays good tho
This make the second time the Philbitimist mess me up by sticking me wrong. Mess me up getting my bonus. Then came back on Sunday no nurse to look at my arm.
I'm done coming to this place. People are not nice, and they always close before the time they say they would be closing. Just horrible!
I wasn't even donating rather debating on what to do but today my mind has been made up about donating and I will never ever consider going to this facility again
Nasty as people working here! Just plain nasty?.. Octaplama here come
They are so professional and quick I love it here.
It would be great if they didn't take so long otherwise than that its fine
A lot of the people here are rude and they be talking so much they don't even be paying attention to what they be doing .
Amaris is the best !!!!!!
Staff is getting better with time
Pretty ladies work there. Makes the process bearable
No problem's like this place the workers are nice and kind
They never open on time, they always open 2 to 3 hours late
Been dealing with this place for a while always good service
Here now and they always treat me well
I enjoy the staff for the most part.
Terrible service left bruises on my arm bathroom disguting
Great place to come and help someone
The nurses there are so rude and ignorant!
Great staff and vary professional.
Love this place very friendly
Professional and courteous staff.
They are extremely slow
Friendly and informed staff
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
