Thank you dearly for making my experience a nicer, enjoyable donation. Very sweet and caring with the needle insertion and continued checking up on me as well as all the patients in the area. I'm glad to donate with a nice caretaker as Koleasha.
Mrs. V! This woman is amazing and so careful with everyone she interacts with. She will make sure you are comfortable and will give you a reason to smile. I watched her interact with others each time I was there and she's the same with everyone every time everyday; joyous! She's truly a jewel at ImmunoTek!
Good evening Kolesha every time you stick me I leave in pain or it doesn't be a smooth donation. Adjustment after adjustment and it only happens when you stick me. No one ever put the whole needle in my vein
Always a great experience for every visit. Nia was very welcoming and awesome with my stick! Painless with a pleasant flow! She was dedicated to making sure she only had to stick once by making sure she was precise about the area before the stick. Thanks for what you do????
Needs improvement as there has been a steady decrease in quality. The professionalism amongst the workers remains high, but I wish there was some more clarity as far as return times and payouts. I've gotten conflicting information from the workers several times, which has led to confusion on my end. Additionally, maybe some more medical training is needed. I've been punctured poorly several times, leading to a longer plasmopharesis and physical discomfort.
Very nice people and flexible. They work with u on appointments times. You'll know Miss Rere by her solem determination to make sure visitors have a plesant experience.
The facilities are clean and staff is professional and nice, but they will pull a bait and switch. When I first donated with them, the offer was 100 dollars for the first 8 donations. I went in for my third donation today and realized it had changed for new donors to $100 for the first 4 donations. I am not a new donor, but something told me to ask just in case... I asked her if I would still get the offer that brought me in there, she told me no and that after my 4th donation it would go down to $50. They
I had to come inside to schedule my appointment due to no one answering the phone prior to my appointment the guy said he scheduled me for the next day at a certain time came in the next day my appointment wasn't set so finally the girl was able to accommodate me with an appointment when i did come in some old black lady with a bad wig and glasses was rude to me when i asked to speak to a specific manager the white guy said no !!! ImTOO UPSET SHE HAD NO REASON TO BE THAT WAY!! Ik IF MS VICKY OR MS PAT WOULD
This place is very professional, clean, and most importantly punctual. They stick to appointment times. I have only had to wait once. When i did they had no problem rescheduling.
This location excels as a blood donation center. The staff consistently provides excellent care and attention to donors, ensuring a positive experience. While wait times may occur, the staff's professionalism and warmth make the time spent worthwhile. Nia, the phlebotomist, is a standout member of the team, with a meticulous and skilled approach that sets donors at ease and makes the donation process smooth and efficient.
Very well trained and doing their jobs. That's my opinion anyway!! Aka Google maps.
Went to donate and She?ila was so nice and professional. Her skills as a phlebotomist is excellent . She got me on the first try and the stick was not painful at all. GREAT JOB She?ila keep up the good work ??
My plasma donation process was very professional. Kyle conducted an informative physical and She?ila was gentle with her stick. Manager Nick was helpful in production and was happy to assist in any questions I had.

Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
