Nicole ,Chris,& Yuli are the best staff in this arena hands ?? down I truly love it here!!! Very fast , efficient, and knowledgeable team of leaders! 10:10 recommend this is a real review guys!
The staff is great. However I went with my gf to donate. She could but I couldn't. I was going to try and wait for her inside. I was told I can't be in the. Building even just waiting for her. So they told me to go outside and wait in 110 degree weather. I don't see a problem with me waiting quietly in the corner. I think that the people inside need to have a bit more sympathy for situations like that
Clean, great customer service, the best return and new donor pay out in the metroplex. Never crowded and they get you in and out. What more can you ask for. Been coming here for 3.5 years and they are simply the best
I enjoy this location emensely. They are very attentive, kind, quick and resourceful. I can always depend on them doing it right the first time. Thank you for a pleasant experience.
This is a great place and great staff!!! The only problem is only having one person do screening when you have more than 2 people in line. I think there should always be 2 people up here at all times!!! It will make things move faster cause some these screeners are slower than others...
New donor process was super easy and didn't take as long as I thought it was going to. Very friendly staff and Nicole was great. Highly recommend
Not happy with this place went to do my 2nd donation, gave my proof pf address and the female manager would not take any of my mail which was perfectly fine and had the date, I went all the way home and came back with more mail and shr still was trying to make an excuse about every piece of mail I brought in. Just ridiculous abd waste of my time I never had this problem anywhere else and nothing was wrong with my pof!!!! she just wanted to give me a hard time!
Love the people but hate the cold. Remember to bring 10 jackets as they keep the temperature at freezing conditions. They have a ked rewards program that is really awesome.
This is one of the WORST PLASMA CENTERS THAT IVE EVER BEEN TO! They are extremely SLOW they only had 2 people sticking and they weren't even going in order they just stick whomever they want to. I think because they're so small they feel like they can do what they want but I advise you go somewhere else. Then they JUST STARTED doing $100 eight times the rest of us got it THREE TIMES, they don't use express passes even though the lines get long. They also DO NOT RESPOND TO COMPLAINTS ONLINE. DO NOT GO
Ania was great literally my first time hitting 45% in less than 15 I recommend her to anybody
I'm truley impressed with Sandra and Jennifer! I have deep veins and both ladies are able to stick me so easily without pain!
I've been donating off and on for years, been to a lot of different centers, this is my favorite, everyone made me feel right at home they were all super warm and welcoming, shorter wait times, staff is hilarious, my first time took almost 4 hours with the new donor process and all and I didn't even mind because everyone was so funny, nice, and even though they had to stay past closed because there were a lot of us there they didn't seem to mind(:
Very rude, they play with your time and don't appreciate your sacrifice. They laugh and talk while there's a line of people waiting to be helped. The supervisor is also rude I asked to speak with him to make a complaint and he flat out ignored me. Probably because I'm black I'm not sure but these people do not care about your concerns, I won't be back after this week.
I like donating at this plasma center it's very clean and the employees are very friendly, especially Lacey Kevin and Ania y?all awesome keep up the good work!!
Very Fast there's never a wait get right in to donate! Very friendly staff.
It is always good to come over here. A good environment. Good people and nicole is always helpful
You're better off going to any other branded plasma ?donation? clinic. After I got deferred from them blowing out my vein a year or so ago - I decided to return here. They informed me they won't take my state-issued paper license and provided me no other alternatives. Social security card? My disabled veteran/retirement card? Birth certificate? Passport? ?Nope, has to be a valid drivers license?. I joined the program at this location without a plastic drivers license - probably with one of the alternatives
I love coming here every one is friendly and nice and makes me comfortable with the process!!
Really bad service, they infiltrated my vein, they don't have people 100% trained, they hurt my arm and I still don't recover all the mobility of it, the purple and the pain are terrible. I don't recommend this center at all.
Don't know the name of the person who tried to hook me up today but they should be written up, apparently they were already having a bad day, the person next to me that she hooked up first messed up both of his arms then snapped at a coworker, then it was my turn and she proceeded to mess up both my arms sent me out of there with nothing but a sore right arm and it's still hurting I've had a ice pack on since I got home if it doesn't get better soon I'm considering going to the emergency room, not happy at
Ked plasma is great, friendly staff and fast service. Nicole is the best always helpful and always kind!!
I used to love coming here to donate. The process was quick, the staff was always friendly and helpful, and the payout made it worth it. Update (2025): Unfortunately, things have changed. The staff turnover is constant, and it feels like the company is the root cause. Bonuses and donor perks have practically disappeared. The biggest issue is the lack of communication among staff?everyone seems to be doing their own thing, which leads to disorganization, especially during screening and sticking. It's frustr
(Ania )did a great job assisting me & she's very helpful and friendly. I will definitely be coming back;)
Tony the Manager was very rude I have been a ked in donor for years and have never had issue this Tony was very unprofessional and even hung up on me while trying to get the issue resolved flag my account for an unjust and untrue reason he couldn't hear because he was talking over me the whole time will definitely be going back to the Irving location
The location needs a lot work, some of the employees are so rude, racist like zariaand some are extremely nice, especially Tatiana, Nicole, Aniya.
First time donating plasma at Kedplasma and I was treated very well and Welcomed. I was well informed on every medical detail on how to Recover from donating. By in taking more water based fluids and electrolytes. The staff Nicole, Ania and Cayla were very helpful through whole process from beginning to end.
Azalea was amazing she really helped me when I needed her. Employees like this is why I continue to come here! Thank you Azalea and ked plasma!!!
The center is clean smells great, the staff is amazing. I definitely recommend if you're going to help save lives by donating plasma let this be the place you do it. They won't let you dwn.
Very professional, & clean place to come donate. Fast service.
Great experience from every staff member I met, made my first time super easy and laid back. Thank you
Nice workers & managers! Rewards program is really good
This is one of the best Plasma centers I've ever been to in Texas
**TL;DR: There are absolutely red flags in regards to medical services that some may want to know about before making the trip. They asked me probing questions about my mental health and challenged me as if those usages I have for my medication don't apply to my mental health. This was not a nurse or a doctor either... it was someone texting a doctor while screening me. I have donated at CSL and Octapharma with no issues in regards to my medication. They never even asked me about my conditions for taking t
The people are normally nice but I won an express pass and they refused to honor it. Bad ethics
Been donating here for about three months now and it's great. A lot of the reviews complain about the attitudes of the staff, but they're all good, funny people who at the end of the day give a good stick and will get you out as soon as possible. I've been with BPL, CSL, and Octopharma, and this is the only place where I've never had to get a restick because of my skinny, deep veins.
Walked in today waited in line for almost 30 minutes because Jason and Kara was gossiping amongst each other. Kara was speaking with someone who was not donating just having conversation. Neither did not even speak or assist me until after they where done gossiping. Kara finally spoke but was so rude and unprofessional had attitude the whole time as if they didn't want to assist me. They really need to work on professionalism within the work place. From, Perry M.
Love this place, clean nice and friendly. Only place I go!
I used to love coming here been going here for over a year now never had any problems until today. I did what the employees told me to do and someone named Tori (who I've never seen before) comes up to me with the rudest demeanor. I tried explaining to her that her employees told me to do what I was doing and she was absolutely rude from the time she walked up to me. Then she says that I'm refusing to do my vitals which I wasn't so then I walked up to go get it done for my recheck and they refused to do it.
Great place to do ate! Awesome environment!
0stars this place isn't terrible its just the staff that makes it terrible with the exception of one ,if you can avoid the two ghetto black women in the front do so. i was only able to get one of there names (stormie) and lets just call the other one grumpy , because they gossip in front of you about you especially stormy and they have attitudes as if we the donors are inconveniencing them, stormy and grumpy need to be assigned the toilet cleaning position because that's where they belong with there attit
Very horrible experiences. All the staff have an attitude except for like two. They do not greet the donors even when they are facing them. The manager is the worst one of them all. Don't waste your time going here. They make this easy job seem so difficult.
Great place lots of opportunities to help save lives
Been coming for awhile now. And the lil female who is in front is something else. Smh very unprofessional. The other workers look miserable working. The set up is so poor. They use scotch tape to tape the lines to your wrist.
I went in on Friday May 17th, 2024 and went through the video, picture, and answering the questions. I did have a pulse that was a little high, so I had to wait. I retested and did not pass. I came back Monday May 20th and answered 63 or 65 questions, I believe. I waited in line to get my vitals checked and told them I still needed the physical done when I was told I would need to watch the 18 minute video again and then answer all of the questions I just answered again. I did all of that and then had
I've been waiting for a card for over a month called and was told to come in and I would receive after donating was told I couldn't get a new card and had to call the card company and wait 7-10 business days. Then was told my card was delivered and I never received it so I had to reorder a card and wait 7-10 business days after calling the center they don't care not there problem if card lost just stop donating with KedPlasma will get stuck waiting for a card that will never come and the center says that no
Azalea and Zaria are awesome! It's quick in and out.
Great place friendly staff can't wait to go back
Staff is awesome ladies is friendly and professional
I like coming here, they have scratch off tickets with your second donation.
Great experience good to help saves lives
They don't do anything but gossip about donors, be mad at their job, prick you multiple times, and just be very bad human beings. This place makes you hate yourself for donating. A friend of mine donated here and they were mad at him so they didnt give him his blood back. He spent days in bed sick. Not worth it! Horrible manager.
I read all the negative reviews, and I am glad I did not let them sway my decision. Everyone was polite, courteous, and professional. My husband and I were first-time donors at Kedplasma today. They were up-front about being short-staffed, and it might take longer than usual for "new donor" donation (but I feel like they did a great job...only took about 2 & 1/2 hours)....BTW the first 6 donations are paid at $100 each! Feel free to use me as a referral ...it's a win-win situation. Rae Lynn Robinson, thank
Everyone is so nice and the place is so clean
I like this place is clean and is fast
*UPDATE* it's been about a year since I've been here there are some new faces but for the most part I recognize some of the staff. Emmanuel was my technician and he was very nice. No pain at all when he stuck me still pretty clean and organized to. Thank you Today was my first time donating. Richie helped me every step of the way. It was a pleasure talking with him he made me feel comfortable. Shannon was the one who assisted with the actual donating part. I hate the needle part but she was wonderful! Th
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Ric the medical staff is very thorough and explains the process well. Kirsten was very helpful when I called beforehand. Kassandra was so personal during screening. The floor staff Shannon & Laura & Vic & Vickie are my mains for phlebs. & Joe the lab guy is a great processor. After a problem with payment management, Tiffany & Vivian, were quick to help me understand the prorate agreement I had previously signed. Overall a great center.
This place has the best staff, without a doubt will keep me coming back. And may I mention I travel all the way from oak Cliff to this facility just because of their employees. Alex will always have you feeling reassured of being taken care of very attentive and will have you feeling like your family. And if there's ever a time I've had any complications with anything they've all been more than remarkable at making things right. They even offer gift cards after so many donations! (Once I didn't receive a gi
Love how professional and cool everyone is here
The blood pressure monitors and pulse monitor is faulty and needs to be updated. I received false blood pressure and pulse readings every time I came to donate as a new donor. I only been able to donate three times but have been up there 7 times. Never had high blood pressure and I been went to my doctor and my blood pressure and pulse are normal..This has happened to many donors and I received the excuse that they are not allowed to do manual pulse checks or blood pressure readings which will give a correc
I recommend this place for new donors only. This place is far more professional then the last company that was running it. I am giving 3 stars because on the worst days I am there 3 hours getting checked in and donating and waiting to be taken off the machine. On the best days with no to little line I am there 1.5 hours. They seem understaffed however the staff they do have is very professional and you can tell they are working as fast as possible. I joined during the $100 for the first 8 donations period a
They don't pay what they say. And rude ..they 5th donation they gotta pay you 15$ extra && 7th one 25$ extra but they say they aint cause ?we new? there. When no where in the paper says that ?? worst donation place I ever been
The first time I visited this facility I had to get stuck in both of my arms because he did not know how to properly find a vein and kept saying that my veins were weak another staff member walked over there and found my veins no problem. Today would be my third time coming back and I ended up getting the same person ? tall brown skin curly hair male?and he was bragging about how he just sticks peoples arms and he just gets lucky finding a vein and he stuck my arm he end up going on lunch for an hour and wi
This place is awesome, I've been coming here for over a year now, and have never encountered any issues unless they were my own such as high blood pressure or high pulse rate. Never anything the staff has done. I dont know why people are saying negative stuff about the staff on here. They are awesome. So what if they gossip and talk, they stand at the front and take vitals all day, let them talk. And if there are issues with that, ask for management. This is a great place to get a little extra cash when you
Kedplasma on Brown in Bedford/Euless area has been the worst experience the employees are rude, unfriendly, they do not show no type of compassion in their job. They act as if they are forced to be at work just a work place of angry birds.
Honestly just a super frustrating experience. I donate at KED in Lubbock, TX for when I go to school at TTU. The people over there said when I came for winter break, I should just be able to head over to my nearest KED and donate, and if I need to prove who I was my drivers license would be enough (plus it would show my actual permanent residency of being here, as my permanent home address is on the ID) Well, when I talked to the guy here, he said that can't be correct and they don't like taking people who
I really like everyone here! It's always very quiet, easy going, and I'm able to get in and out before work.
Ms. Kirsten & Ms. Alex are the only reason I left 5 stars! I don't remember what day it was but Never had a problem until today. They literally lock their doors before 3 o'clock when they close. Dude just looks at me in the face. That's all right I'll eat tomorrow.
For the most part I have been satisfied with the customer service. The facility is very clean and most of the staff are professional in their job performance. As their client base has grown there have been some set backs. When I first started donating at this facility the staff were very quick to process your donation and put your money on your donor card. That has changed recently and the last two times I have been there I had to call the facility after more than an hour had passed to check on why the mone
Janie is one of the best people there. Always nice. I've been donating here for almost 3 years and she is the first one to thank me for my donation. Need more staff members like her.
I have donated here over a 100 times and never had a problem with the emails and coupons they send. But this week they didn't honor the one they said they would. It was clearly written on my ticket I'd be receiving 205.00$ and only received 100.00. When trying to resolve the issue I was put on hold for 15 mins. And then when speaking to the manager she was short and unhelpful. Most definitely will be going somewhere else for now on.
If I could give them no stars I definitely would. First of all the staff is rude, second of all they don't give correct information, they said I would have to wait for my results to come in before I could donate again a doctor should have reached out to me whenever they got results and I was good to go but they didn't later saying I should have called so now I've missed out on my new donor fees. I've never had so many problems with my screenings until I came here three times in a row I was unable to donate.
the staff has been super nice and helpful except Candace. she is unqualified and has infiltrated my vein every time she has stuck me and once again has resulting in a deferral for blood loss. she is a problem and should be avoided as your phlebotomist.
I'd donated here previously, left to go to a different center for a couple weeks, decided I like this place more and came back. The last time I'd donated at the other place was on Wednesday and Friday. Today is Thursday and I have not donated since. They kept telling me I couldn't donate because it was flagged as "3 times in 7 days" which makes no sense because I have not donated on any days besides that. I didn't go anywhere yesterday! Instead of properly explaining it to me they just told me I couldn't do
No long wait time excellent staff
Azalea was really great today. She was super nice. Everyone at Ked Plasma are super friendly.
The entire staff was fantastic! Very friendly and knowledgeable. The nurse who did my physical, Natalie, was so sweet and thorough. Everyone was very patient with me and answered all of my questions since this was my first time donating plasma. I actually had fun with the staff. I will be going back next week to donate again.
I love how fast you get in! Staff is AWESOME!!!
They deserve less than a star I was stuck as a new donor from the floor lead , she had a attitude when I asked if my cuff was to low , then went through my vein with the needle tried to adjust it and failed and got mad at me when I told her my right arm was no good they wanted to pay me 23 dollars as a new donor cause of a mistake they made I would tell anybody don't go here the front counter was alright the back was so unprofessional .. there the worse place to go to
I'm getting ready to walk in for my 5th donation! This plasma location and business is ?? ?? first and foremost the staff is the best! They are never super packed with other rude obnoxious donors messing up your vibes! I love it here! They pay good! The vibe is good! That's the best part!
DO NOT GO HERE! Now the first 8 visits ( 2months) is $100, Big deal. But no money is worth your health. None of the employees can stick, very loud supervisor named Shannon who cannot stick nor a guy named Zack. The registered nurse Dee has a very monotone and rude vide. I infiltrated last donation where my arm swell up like a balloon, but no worries I was sent home with an ice-pack. Unprofessional like all the others except BioLife on Cooper. They are so clean and organized, go here if you really need a saf
Today i went into this location to donate for some reason i received a false pulse reading which i was told to wait 5 minutes after waiting 25 minutes or more. i noticed the MOD had my folder and was in a corner laughing with other coworkers then it was said oh so we just going to ignore her. Continued laughing , it final registered they didnt want my donation for some unjustified reason. Very rude and unprofessional i did nothing wrong here but try to donate. Terrible shame. They will be closed quicker
The place was okay but on my second visit this woman messed up my arm. First, I asked for tape so I can squeeze it so my veins can show ( I was doing it on my first visit which helped me pump to even donate WHICH the staff gave me ) the same white older woman with horrible eyeliner tells me I can't because it'll mess up the tape like what ? However, I let it be. I didn't cause a fuss so she gets ready to put my iv in and it hurts unusually. She then goes to moving it carelessly then proceed to call the man
It used to be quick and professional. Not any longer. The girls up front don't do much but gossip, and loudly at that. Not to mention the content of their conversations are extremely unprofessional! They pay more attention to each other then the people they are supposed to be screening. Mgmt doesn't seem concerned about it, they are usually up there and say nothing. I will say however, there are two girls in the back who are always professional and always working. Thank you Jessica and Angie. I wish your t
The center is clean and the staff is friendly, my big issue is that they seem to always be understaffed which causes long wait times. To have 10+ people waiting in the lobby to be screened and only 2-3 Reps (sometimes just 1 until they beg for help) doing the screening is crazy. 45+ mins to get through screening is ridiculous. And sometimes they even struggle in the back, with only 1-2 reps setting donors up and disconnecting them. I really hope they can fix this issue, because it is a nice Center other
Don't come here, they payed me $10 for 76% of a full donation because I almost passed out and didn't continue the remaining 24%. The nurse stuck my arm in a way that gave continuous nerve pain and discomfort the entire procedure stating it was my muscles that made him do that yet the first time I came that wasn't an issue. I definitely feel taken advantage of. I was there from 5pm until about 6:50PM and left with $10. They don't explain this to you before hand they just obscurely say that they'll prorate yo
Mrs Candice I hope I spelled that correctly she is absolutely the best at what she does I'm a grown ah man but I still don't like them big needles she is the only one in the world who makes it such a comfortable and relaxing experience I pray she's as happy outside of work as she makes me feel when I'm in her presence truly a great woman thank you Mrs Candice ??
Great experience. The lady who took care of me was sweet and the nurse who did the physical was great. I felt well taken care of. Took about 3 hours from start to finish but it was my first time. Should be quicker next time.
This is my second bad experience im not sure wat the ladies in the back have against. Me but lately. They have really been rude and disrespectful last time I had a. Needle in my arm for 30 minutes they did it on purpose and now today Mrs Vivian wants to get rude about my phone I wasn't on the phone but making gesters about wat I was watching so she walks up to me being rude I will not continue. To go to war with these ladies so ill just take other steps be cause I refuse. To let them make me uncomfortable
The staff up there needs a lot of training. The vibe comes off up there as their employees are overworked and underpaid. There's no excitement going on in that place everybody?s just there moping around taking their sweet time. I referred my neighbor to donate plasma up there I did not get my hundred dollar referral fee told several of the workers up there what do you need from me if I referred a donor here do you need my donor number my name? All I heard from two different people you'll get it will take c
I had a seizure after I was done and they never call an ambulance and I had to drive back home i Don't even remember how i got home it was bad and i had to go to the hospital the next day and a week later my arm was bruised i got a $100 but it was worth my time or the money I miss 2 day of work because the people didn't know what they were doing
Very quick and efficient location
Worst customer service skills. Speak with you indirectly and have no structure in their business. It runs itself with hopes of someone taking initiative to do what is required. I have spoken with management about issues including being poked pretty fiercely that left a scar which normally for me doesnt happen. He laughed and said you may not want to tell them how to do their job but just request someone else. His laid back demeanor is why they have many chiefs and no Indians. Take it how you want. My truth.
Not sure how this place has a 4.1. It is close to my house within walking distances is it's only pro. A couple good workers. Most the kids are young, no clue what they are doing, only let the dark hair thin girl stick you or you will be sorry, they have 1 donor floor worker typically while everyone else stands around at the front. Most the workers have a bad attitude. Payout is horrible for established donors, worst in the biz. If you are close to a bio life go there instead. Oh yeah it's clean too, I will
I have never been somewhere that has been so slow in my life! When I donated in the past at other places the process was fast the only time it was slow was when there is bunch of people but the fact I come here at times where there is like only 2-3 people if that they like to take their slow time. This is my 4th time here and it seems like it's slower each time the bed is faster than up front! Please consider getting people that will like to work and get people sent to the back quick. I have came at 8am did
I wouldn't even give them one star if it did not make me give them the one. This place is a joke. They don't know how to staff, their people are not professional and not properly trained. Their is no reason they should have two screeners and let them go on breaks when they have a line almost out the door. They will not let you sit down when you have been in line for over an hour and they refuse to give you corporate number to call and speak to their higher ups over them. And one of the fake nurses that does
This place is disrespectful on how they treat people , me at leas. They r unperfacally , they sit there n talk about ur business or ur problem in front of the other donor letting them no ur business . I been here already 30mins n there no one in line n there just standing there talking about me . So if u have something wrong with u . This is not the place for u to donate cause they will buy u on blasst now they deleting my q scan to check in they r so childish
Amazing staff who made being a first-time donor extremely easy and (literally) painless experience! Would highly recommend this center for anyone looking to make a possible life-saving donation while simultaneously earning some easy extra money while you're at it!
Vivian along with another Caucasian is are the rudest managers. They treat the employees horrible, there was a woman having a medical issue and was laughing and making jokes when the tech was trying to assist the patient and another member or supervisor male tried to intervene and help.
Very nice staff, everything is explained in detail and no waiting lines. Bring some headphones and make sure you eat something prior to donating and you'll be fine. Did I say the staff is awesome??!!!?? Forgot to add that the doc who did my physical was super cool, he answered all my questions and was very professional.
So the only time my husband can donate is around 5:30 well today we got here right at 6 they still let us in. But a girl was setting people up and was disrespectful towards us. And this other worker came and helped out and seemed alot better than her. She clearly doesn't like her job or to be around people. Because she stuck us hard. In our arms.
There is something fishy going on at this center. They offered Covid compensation for survivors which was significantly higher than the typical compensation. So I signed up after I recovered from Covid. I got to donate twice before they read my temperature at 99.6. I got deferred for 2 weeks. When I got home, my home thermometer read 97.9. When I was finally able to return after that, the guy who stuck me (Aaron) jammed the ENTIRE NEEDLE INTO MY VEIN. So, of course, he had blown through the other side
I've been donating plasma for about 6 years now at another location. I tried going here because they opened up the street from my house. Due to me misunderstanding a medical question they permanently deferred me. I told them i misunderstood and that i could bring medical records to show that i didn't have cancer, it didn't matter. So listen carefully because they won't fix a mistake.
great place to donate art very clean and fast and Ania does a great job sticking accurately thanks kedplasma
I decided not to donate here because the wait time was too long and based on the reviews of their phleb sticking you wrong, scares me. I left and immediately try the new octapharma plasma on the other side of bedford, and I was in and out with no difficulty.
I tried KED after another center (CSL) continuously deferred me claiming I had bad veins. I have not had a single issue or bad experience with KED ?? Everyone is friendly, seems to know what they are doing and I find them incredibly efficient. I typically complete a donation cycle in 45 min and I think it's because they have newer equipment.
Fast, professional service up until I told the physical nurse I got a slight hernia over 15 years ago. They won't let me donate without a doctor release but I have no primary doctor or home/car for that matter.
I went to donate & only 2 computers were available to check in.
The young girls up front two pregnant girls were great. I sat for almost 3 hours before seeing the nurse witch is to be expected. The thing that got me was no one asked if you've ever had cancer. Im a cancer survivor 30 years now and the nurse said that since ive had cancer i cant donate!! Why is this not a priority question before waiting 3 hours.. The other plazma centers let me do it!! I was so dissatisfied and disappointed.
Never had any problems coming to this place. Staff has been very friendly towards me as well. They get you in and out quicker than any other place around. Great job!
The management is terrible. I work at a hospital and draw blood and do IV and they try to tell me my veins aren't good enough.lol. The management has no sense of direction in how to manage. Tried to tel me that a 17 gauge needle is different in a hospital from theirs. ????. These phlebotomists are terrible. Get new staff
Katie and stormi took great care of me and made me feel safe and comfortable I strongly recommend you to go and see them :)
Kirsten, Shannon, Alex, and Jason are so amazing! Love how welcoming they always are. Always a joy when I come in.
I started going to Kedplasma after recovering from Covid. The rate for donations after Covid was $100 per donation and, as it was explained to me at my first visit, that rate would go on for 10 weeks. Today I arrived to find out that, in my 6th week, I was removed from the covid program. When I asked why, it was explained that I can donate at that rate for ten weeks after my last sign of covid symptoms. Additionally, you can't start donating until 2 weeks after your symptoms end. At no point during my firs
Even after receiving many bad reviews on here, management still hasn't done anything about keeping their employees working instead of gossiping, I take probably 30 minutes longer than I should to donate just because your staff isn't focused. Fix this problem or yall will never grow in this location.
I love coming here Erica's performance is superb and she's always in high spirits so I only prefer her to stick me. Keep up the good work!
Tori is the best she always know just what to do she's always nice and very funny, the center was very clean and quiet all other employees were also nice and pleasing im new to this center but I look forward to a long and healthy relationship with the immune tek bio center family you guy keep working hard
First time going, had two separate nurses mess up the IV and I had to get deferred for 56 days because no one noticed till after they took too much blood for me to come back in two days to try again. Waste of three hours.
Pretty solid donation center - the people who work here are pretty chill, and I've only had problems with one of the phlebs whose name I can't remember. Aaron and Jennifer are especially awesome, though.
Great clean place fast and friendly staff. Thank you Ania for always being so friendly.
candice is the absolute worse. she's very unprofessional and made me feel super uncomfortable whenever she poked me. she should be FIREd i said FIRED
I've been donating here for a year now. Everyone is so nice, it's a clean place and they are always getting people through quickly!! I highly recommend this place! Jessica is the best!
Went in today and tried to donate for the first time... Let the nurse know about the scar on my arm and what it was from. Osteomyelitis ... Idk where cancer came from... Maybe she typed it in wrg . Anyway she checked with the md .. he said it was fine.. then she went to the head person who wanted me to get a drs. Note that I was cancer free. Number.1. I osteomyelitis as a newborn .Number 2.. it's not cancer it's a bone infection that's typically removed by the dead bone being removed by surgery????wasted 2
They have people that don't necessarily know how to stick. My last three donation where under payments due to a bad stick. In other words my pay was cut because of a staff member not knowing how to properly stick me.
Can't say enough great things about this place. Its SUPER clean and everyone is so nice! Seriously, the staff makes me feel like a million bucks every time I walk in. 10 Stars!!!
Azalea is a great person at her job I recommend this center
Very great staff. Kind. Very attentive to personal concerns and needs. Made me feel comfortable and got in and out quick with my first donation!
Great friendly staff
Waiting to get a physical she took three people in front of me saying that they were going to be quick but it took an hour and I know I'm hooked up on a machine have a problem read my hand but nobody answered won't come here again that's why I left the last time
Azalea?s got it going onnnn ??
The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable... 2nd donation was a disaster.,. Nothing just sitting and waiting.,.and now they're moving, I guess it was just a process..don't know what kind of angle they are working, but I'm not with it..
Best place I've Ever been, they know you by name.the staff is great, even the new lil Hatchlings that just started, all said and done this place will be the only place for me been coming here for years, shout out to my Two homies up there,y'all two make my time Great and funny everytime I go,every place should be like kedplasma in bedford ????????
Vivian is a very respectful, kind, and nice manager and every time I've come to donate She has always been extra helpful and cheerful
Their always talking in circles and trick u about the fees ?? one day they say something then the next nobody knows nothing all of a sudden .7 donation places in Fort worth area kedplasma is a terrible place to go..do urself a favor and just Google donation spot never go to kedplasma...I'm officially done with kedplasma
Today I was helped by Jennifer she was professional and helpful, answered all my questions, I highly recommend this location.
I've been donating plasma for about 6 months now with my very first donation at CSL Plasma. However, immunotek is by far a better donation experience starting with the physical being quicker, the donation process easier, the staff friendlier (and more skillful with stabbing utensils) and the incentive for donating is better. Not to mention the HD Tv's playing the current football game. The machines take barley anytime at all to pull 800 mL of plasma. In fact the only few things I dislike is the scrappy inte
They are not professional they always have new ppl in training I find that scary they don't have replacement cards after the first one they charge you 6 dollars and it takes about a week to 10 days to get there you can just tell they are not pros.most em don't know how to stick the needle
Great experience overall... everyone is usually great. There are 2 ppl up front that are ghetto and loud and rude af. But everyone else is good.
Great promotions! Too bad most of the staff can't find a vein. These must be the Cs & Ds students of the medical field.
Pays pretty good but they need more people pricking your finger on sundays . They only have one person and a line to the front door waiting
My first time donating here and I love it . They are friendly and fast and professional. 5 stars to yall
The staff is nice & super professional & I always get in & out promptly!!!! Also they are close & convenient for my commute
Wonderful staff I won't go anywhere else! Kirsten and Alex are the best.
A bunch of butchers, rude, unprofessional, almost no training it seems, you are more than likely going to get a giant bruise or a bunch of blown out veins, enter at your own risk
Very friendly place, and Alex and Kirsten were the ones who's always took care of me when I'm there
They don't pay you the amount they tell you when u get your vitals check. My husband donate there ND the short him the money they tell him when he taking his vitals no good.
My visit here was good staff was efficient, polite, and informative through our the donation process ??
The cleanest plasma center I've been to. They are always nice and I've never had a problem.
Anna is so polite and very helpful whenever I need her I personally rate her with 10 stars
Quick and easy!
I've been here an hour while every ones playing around and don't have to be anywhere they've done a good job of existing my time today and I'm still not even hooked up yet
Never answers phones and pay is terrible considering how much they sell our plasma for.
They never give you what they say I referred someone and when I ask about it she said she forgot to put it down and you can't go back and change it.100 gone there a joke
Azalea is awesome
They never pay you on time and they always say it's a 35 to 45 min wait because their backed up.. even when you have already been waiting for 45 minutes
Very clean and quick! They take good care of you while you donate!
Exceptional staff. Clean environment. Quick and easy process. I'll definitely be back. Thank you!!
Man man man I do not this place no more .. the lady that is over everything make everything hard
Fast, polite, professional and fairly new so there's fewer people.
The staff is awesome, always friendly they make me feel welcome everytime!!!
Laura is amazing at her job. Just giving her a big shout out.
Butchers!! Ramming needles into both arms and not getting it right! Place needs to be shut down ??
Will never come back how do you stick with two needles and don't pay you this is the reason y'all don't have any one I will never come back
Go somewhere else ! They are inefficient and rude!
Wonderful staff! Best plasma center in the area.
Kirsten, I highly recommend asking for her to stick you
This is the worst plasma place I have even been differently won't be going again!
The people are nice and friendly. And it is very clean.
I really like this place. They are professional and friendly.
Friendly staff, quick and easy donation.
Not a good experience. Their rude when you ask questions.
Dope place..in and out quick..nice staff

They is good people
Since they believe they pay the most some can be a bit on the rude side
Best place to donate, thanks nicole & kiersin for great service at kedsplasma.
Everyone very helpful and friendly.
Very pleasant staff kind of slow though
Everything went pretty smooth, the wait was a little long but other than than a good experience. I like that they give Gatorade after your donatiom
I've donated at this center for over 3 years but did stop when the staff changed a year ago. When I found out Kirsten was back at this location, it was a no brainer to return! She always makes the process easy with a friendly attitude and not dealing with any discomfort during the stick. Overall, one of the better centers I've been to.

Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
