For the limited staff, These ppl hustle. Special shout out to Memphis, Shalaya, Jermaine, Isaac, and Tianna. They are solid at their jobs in every way. They don't complain even though there's much they could complain about.
I was going to donate plasma! For a first donor! 4 hours to donate is a big joke! This why ! The health care industry, is messed up! Waiting for 4 hours! I have not donated! I had enough! I end walking out ! I have better things to waste 4 hours on a Saturday on!
I'm sorry this place is the worst. The wait times ate overly long, the staff is very rude. I've been told twice by workers there that I don't smell good enough to donate. This location and it's management are rude and incredibly inconvenient. I've donated at Biolife for 12 years and they have never treated me this way goodbye and good riddance CSL New Hope
Terrible! New machines are a joke. Over an hour wait just to get to a bed. Now taking more plasma and paying less $$ CSL is going to lose donors!
I have donated here over 30 times now and can honestly say this is one of my favorite donation centers. I was going to the one off of Lake Street in for obvious reasons that was a horrible experience and only because of the neighborhood but just generally letting drug addicts donate and fall asleep in line was terrible, I've also went to BioLife and those people simply do not care. Honestly, this experience was SO great. I'm honestly shook. It's a small clinic and so the employees are more relaxed (although not slower, They're very speedy and efficient for such a small team). I honestly felt so respected and heard by every employee I interacted with. I did my onboarding physical with two nurses, the first explained everything very clearly and was available for the entirety of my quiz portion (in case I had questions). I'm writing another review since my first wasn't added! I love the employees here, they are great. Unfortunately they all work too hard since the center can't keep employees. The management fail to support or even help when it's needed. The wait for a bed is well over an hour, and has only gotten worse as the summer progresses. Last winter was horrible. The staff are so good for being as overworked as they are. Only reason for 3 stars. Every time I go at least one row of machine aren't being used. Today half of them aren't and I've been waiting over two hours. The wait is making me not want to go here anymore.

DO NOT COME HERE! The Phlebotomist here, move in slow motion or not at all! They've had over 10 people waiting in the beds with no needles in their arms or machines set up and at least another 5 waiting in line to be sat on several different occasions. Each time I get here all 5 of the employees just stand around talking or doing ?stock? . I'm never coming here again!
I've donated at at least 4 different centers over the past 6 years and this is byfar my worst experience. The workers are incredibly inefficient and slow, and only care about their break times. I've never once had to stand in line for 30+ minutes just to get stuck until this location where I've done it multiple times. Don't come here unless you have at least 2 hours to donate. Not worth the money, go somewhere else.
The nurse i saw was hostile and should not be customer facing. When i asked his name he refused. Michael according to the front desk. Unacceptable. The Manager Cody did not know their own rules and regulations and gave me inaccurate info. The room was dirty snd had no paper towels. Blow dryers in a medical facility, Spreading germs on every employee. Avoid csl in general. Their competitor on Maple Grove pays more and acts professionally.
Donated for the first time yesterday. The process doe first time donors was a few hours, which i knew going into it. All employees ... starting with the receptionist (who was training), and all of the medical professionals were fantastic. Very personable and took the time to walk me through every step, answering my questions, thoroughly.
Absolutely disappointed in the donor floor staff. One gal, Tasha is her name, was cussing and complaining about the reception area. She's rude to donors who come in in the last hour. The staff are nice, knowledgeable and great at their job. The place is clean in all aspects imaginable. The actual process is great but I can see how people may have bad experiences. It takes a LONG TIME. I took 5 hours for my new donor process. CSL PLASMA IS EXTREMELY UNDERSTAFFED in the administrative or hospitality functions. I travel a lot and visit many CSL Plasma locations and I've gotta say this is one of the few locations that have good communication and a good process in place. With me moving around there's always things in the system they have to adjust or change for me and I've had to wait up to 2 hours or longer at other facilities all to do what the team did here in less than 15 minutes. I have been there three times in the last three days because I really want to donate, but they have turned me away two hours into the sign up process each time because they keep forgetting to mention what paperwork I need to bring. Been going here for awhile and they used to be good but the newer employees there are just lazy and slow. They will hear beeping and ignore it. This girl literally looked at me a few times, heard the beeping and still ignored me until I sat there for 15 mins and finally had to wave her down to come fix my needle. Just pure laziness. Ashley at the New Hope location is the prettiest, most professional, and nicest manager that I have ever seen during my time at CSL. I love going there and have never had a bad experience. Keep up the good work!!

Good workers, but way to chatty at times with the female phlebotomist. Plus, don't talk about the managers or other co-workers while on the job. It's very unprofessional and it causes customers to have to wait for 2minute, before getting wrap up. This was my experience today. Alicia and Thomas and the other guy with long hair is superb. Hi I went yesterday everyone was welcoming so when they needed to check my veins they didn't pop up I told the person maybe because I am cold so long story short I had to leave because my veins didn't appear to pop up she politely walk me out I ask her when should I come back she said 6to8 weeks and me as a nurse it only take seconds for your veins to pop up especially if you are warm they will pop up I didn't say anything because it was not my duty or job to say so

First time donor at CSL. I was impressed by how professional and friendly the staff were. The receptionists, techs and nurse moved through the process in an efficient manner. Every time I come in they are ?out of ratio?. There's literally 12 donors here and they can't stick anyone. It would be nice if they staffed the place appropriately so donors don't have to just sit around waiting.

The staff was so helpful and the process was so efficient I can't wait to come back and donate again. Let's correct that. I've been donating with CSL since the first quarter of 2017. And now with it they changed their computers over and they lose all my information and I have to go through the entire reboot process again. Now I won't be able to qualify for the monthly bonus because they've deferred me until I get a note from my doctor I'm really sick of this BS downgrading from five stars to 3

Seriously the best people here! My boyfriend and I both have never done this before and we were a bit nervous...but it went great! The people that we got to meet were Janice and katrice...both so sweet and funny! We won't bother going anywhere else to donate, thanks guys!
My son and I are closer to the Bloomington location. However, he can only donate from one arm and was denied because of this in Bloomington. Your center welcomed the "challenge" of his limitation and we now come here, despite the longer distance. (We live in Richfield). The staff is funny and professional. The environment is clean.
I will not donate at this place when the nurse is incapable of simple multiplication. He asked when was the last time I donated blood and I told him 58 days. He said I don't quite meet their screening requirement since they require 8 weeks to elapse between donating blood and donating plasma. He then said I would satisfy the time period in 4-5 days.... Um, unless they changed the multiplication tables I'm pretty sure that 7 days in a week Times 8 weeks would be 56 days which I definitely satisfy. How did he
The staff are great but over the summer the wait time has increased significantly. The last time I donated it was long over an hour and a half before I got seated.
First time donating at this location. Two people, two employees were beyond great towards me. Rachel, very sweet with great energy, and Dustin, easy to deal with and communicate. Both were exemplary.
Terrible service. Every employee is rude and they will look directly at you and not acknowledge you. They have no order what so ever I seen 2 new donors go in before me. I will never come back to this dump. But there is a lady with dreads there I love her
Plasma donation takes time and can be painful, or disappointing when you don't pass the testing. What this location offers beyond the norm is the professionalism and personality of the employees. Their attitudes and Playful banter make the experience better for everyone.
Every time I've gone they have been so kind and gentle. I can me a little slow at times but I think that's more due to being understaffed. Other then that great place!
My 19 yo son went there to donate. They blew the vein on his arm. His entire arm is bruised. They were unable to collect, whoever tried to collect from him had to be stopped because their "technique" was very wrong. This should not happen. Now his arm is super sore and purple for ab unsuccessful donation.. meanwhile two machines blew up while he was attempting to donate.
There is a lady name lisamarie that is so freaking rude! She ostracized me in front of everyone for bringing my kids with me...i get it no kids but then she decided to tell all of the other staff to make sure that they don't accept me in! She also had a black eye which i feel is unprofessional! I see why she got that damn eye! Talk too damn much
My first time here. Very pleasant experience. Very thorough about making sure you understand what you are in for. Then the whole system crashes. Not their fault. Still got the money. I am going back soon.
After 3yrs of not donating at this location and figured id try them out again and see exactly why i stopped coming 3 staff seem like they know how to speak to donors the rest want to have tea time and when its time to do their job they get snippy and rude and if you say anything to them about it they will defer you cant imagine why they have to offer so much money compared to other companys or offer a ps4 maybe work on your customer service and you might have some donors stick around
The vast majority of the people there are very competent and friendly. There's going to be people who annoy you wherever you go. Make sure you double check information given to you by word of mouth with the more experienced employees.
Really great first time donation process! I was happy with my previous place of donation but CSL was way better. Everyone is so friendly and helpful, and the site is clean and tidy.
My pulse was low so they had me go to a backroom to qualify me for the athletic donor. Told them my pulse is low because of my active life, plus it's always been low anyway. Calls up the doctor & he declined me because my pulse was too low. WHAT'S THE POINT OF HAVING AN ATHLETIC DONOR IF THEY GET DECLINED?!
The slowest CSL on the planet. I've tried it several times thinking maybe they were having an off day but no extremely slow is there only speed here. I will go to the Minneapolis location from now on have the wait time there.

Had a couple decent donation sessions, but everyone after that has been not sub par. Hate seeing employees sitting around doing nothing, when there is work to be done. Will be going to a different service.
A lot of the employees are slow, lazy and don't pay much attention to those who are finished donating. They used to have some decent people working there before but it seems like they downgraded

I got to the csl plasma center in new Hope mn. At 530 pm and went through the whole process until I got to the part where I had to have a physical it was never performed because one of the questions he asked me is have I had sex with a male and I answered truthfully yes. And that's was the end of everything. What he said was csl plasma centers does not allow you to donate if you have slept with the same sex. I feel this was wrong on so many levels. Watched a worker sneak a pass to a donor to go the the front of the line. Was there 20 minutes before the other donor came through the door. Then waited another 45 minutes while he jumped to the from with a green card. Pretty pathetic!!!
