I just got back home from donating. Keep in mind, I have been a donor for 3+ years and literally only do it to save lives as I know so many with lupus and other illnesses that use the plasma to make medicine. This was my arm while there and all the damage after. I feel weak and I can't catch my breath. HANNAH was the one who stuck me and all was good until I started bleeding everywhere and she left me like that. I didn't think that was acceptable. I asked 3 times for someone to clean me up and Noone seemed

They've got rid of their rewards program, decreased the amount of money you get. When they have lines full of people they send staff on break leaving 1 person to check in a line of 20 people when they have staff there that could work and make it go quicker. If there phlebotomist mess up and you can't complete the donation 3 times YOU get in trouble for it. Not their staff. I would suggest you go somewhere else.

Awful experience, it took 4hrs the first time to go through the process. Got cleared to go though, and they allowed me to donate. I go back the second time after being assured it would go much faster, but that was a lie. Had to do a second physical and then was asked for a doctor release. End up being told due to a history issue from 4 years ago I was now on a permanent referral. Was also promised to be compensated for the physical as extra incentive but never received that. If there was an issue to begin w

I have been coming to CSL off and on, since they opened this location. Overall it has been a good experience. Today Lauren was my screening specialist, and as always she was cheerful and efficient. Tanika, my phlebotomist today is very smooth and efficient with a great attitude. They have a great teamwork system going on here and I would think it is evident to everyone who visits.

I have been coming here since October of 2023. Today was the first time I ever got lightheaded after donation. I've always enjoyed the people that work here and they were so caring and I walked out of there feeling like nothing happened. I feel like they really care and pay attention.

The workers have always been nice. The clientele at both North Canton and Akron locations are sketchy.. but the CSL company itself is disgraceful. The pricing is outdated, and now we make even less.. we made more decades ago than we do now. Medicine hasn't gotten cheaper.. and the pharmaceutical companies should be ashamed of themselves. Also, how IRRESPONSIBLE to encourage us to donate 100 times a year out of a potential 104 times allowed a year, to reach ?platinum? status. SHAME ON YOU!!

Usually 1-2 hours total from vitals through donation for me. Getting vitals is always great. I had the pleasure of seeing Tiffany. She has a great personality and very informative. There are many ladies there that are very informative and very nice to everyone. Thanks Tiffany for being so kind.

Wait over 40 minutes to see medical twice and still get turned down by somebody who's not a nurse. How do you make it through the vital line twice come back for the third time and then a new employee says like yeah we're not taking you. How is that even allowed? How is that? The nurses say it's OK but a regular employee doesn't know what she's doing. I think better training is an order. There are better places donate. Do not come here!

In regards to staff including Rosalind, Britt and Maleah. They are very personable and they go above & beyond their duties. They make my experience pleasant every time I visit.

Tiffany is the best. I haven't laughed this hard in a while. She asked me to rate her?Her personality is a 10/10, definitely her jokes are a 10/10. Overrall great person!

I absolutely love the staff! The girls are really good at their jobs both up front and in the back! Upfront Tiffany is so friendly and funny makes the experience very pleasant ?? the girls in the back are quick efficient and make me feel safe while donating, thanks to the whole center!

This was my first time donating plasma. Everyone was very helpful. The security guard was the first person to approach me. He was really friendly and professional. Libby helped get my account set up and prepared me for donating. She was really cool and personable. I can't remember all of the other names but everyone else was great. I'll definitely be back!

Tiffany is The Best!! What a Bright Bubbly personality!! Check in was Great this Morning!! We need more people in the world like her For Sure!! ??

I don't know why but they came in and measured all of us and most of us lost pay because of it. They charted me an inch shorter than my own physician has me for years. We should be getting pay raises. They make huge money from our plasma and the need is great. The confusion about how the skin on our arms look. The appearance of veins. What one thinks is bruising is just my natural coloring. I have asked the techs too many times to not pull so hard and put so many layers of tape around my arm. It pinches my

Tiffany was so kind and just so thoughtful. 5 out of 5! Also very personable. And you don't find those qualities in people very often anymore.

Today's visit was quick and friendly. Tiffany did my vitals before my donation and was very inviting and outgoing. Keep up the good work ??

Everyone is so nice Tiffany is one of my favorites she's so funny makes me feel welcome also someone check on that poor girl during lunch she almost died chocking on broccoli smdh Also I don't remember her name I get her every time she has short maybe mid length black air Super nice hands down the best person that has sticked me checks on me she's the best these two lady?s need raises they are the best

I would like to give a huge shout out to Tiffany and all the staff up front.... Aswell as all the staff In the back specifically Allison Who is great at what she does an always up beat, kind , and gentle!!! I enjoy coming to this plasma center it's always clean and the staff work hard and have fun doing it .. It makes for a great environment!

I had Tiffany. She is always very nice and pleasant. Always take her time and talks to you friendly but yet professional. You only got 5 stars . She deserves a 10!

Maleah always takes the best care of me. I never feel a thing and she's very attentive during the whole donation. 5 ??!

Tonia checked me in she was quick yet thorough. She left me with not a single question. She was very informative and kind. Over all it was a great experience. Thabk you TONIA!!!

This lady w red hair omg.. she was SO amazing with me. One heck of a character! I wish I remembered her name :( 10/10 would recommend!!!

Tiffany is the coolest tech I've ever had the pleasure of knowing she is great at her job and very professional. Always with a smile on her face.

Place is always understaffed. Most of the time, there are 2 of the 6 pre screen stations open. Plan on at least 2 hours for your visit.

I love Tiffany . She is such a huge help and very funny. I enjoy working with her every time I come here. Thanks Tiffany.

Tiffany was my initial screener today at CSL in Canton. She reminded me of the infamous Sarah that used to be employed here. Like Sarah she was warm and outgoing and put a smile on my face. that evening. She is bar none when it comes to measurements as well Quickly, without batting an eye, she figured out I was 61 in no time at all. ??

Tiffany was hilarious. Great way to wake up in the morning when you're getting stabbed. Eanie meanie minie moe?.

Tiffany was super friendly, efficient, and helpful at my visit today. She made the whole experience pleasant and comfortable. She was great!!

1st time donor here at csl. Have donated many places. Staff here is Great and very friendly. 1st time took a few hrs but that was expected 2nd time (today) in and out in 45 min.

Staff is very kind, efficient. CSL is a well run team, from check in to check out.

Intake staff was unpleasant and hostile. Leslie the nurse was very sweet and kind.

My experience at CSL Plasma started with a delay due to incorrect information from the security guard, causing me to wait 45 minutes in the wrong area. However, once I was helped by Rosalinel and Maleah, they completely turned my visit around?both were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and entertained throughout the entire process.

Tiffany is a blast to have. She is a wonderful person. I love her need to keep.

Staff is so nice. It would be better if they would hire more people, though, because the lines are so long.

I had a wonderful experience at CSL Plasma with Tiffany. She was very kind and courteous while assisting me. I enjoyed sitting and talking with her this morning.

Tiffany was big fun made the experience exciting as she pricked my finger I laughed instead of cried

They are ripping people off. I went in today i was suppose to get $65 and I only got $50 something about there new rule . It would be nice if they told people about this new chances. These company are making good money off of your plasma. So don't let them rip you off either. So go to octapharma on tusc st canton. Nicer people and better pay.

Awesome service and very nice people. They show care and walk you through the intire process. Great service.

Always a great experience here! Just went today and Tiffany in reception had me laughing and made it a much more enjoyable experience! Thank you!!!!

Tiffany was very helpful taking my vitals keeping me calm. She is so nice and joyful to be around thank you for your help!!!

Permanent deferral for asking for management and telling them about a staff member being rude. What a ??. Go to Octapharma Yall. Slightly slower but cleaner and just plain and simple better than CSL

Absolutely love the employees everyone is always so nice and great at their jobs

Tiffany is my girl , she funny charismatic and she gets you done fast !

Tiffany is awesome and the best She is very respectfully In a beautiful personality and she is just awesome great her energy is perfect

Most and I do mean most of the people that work here are very kind and respectful. Ive been donating for a very long time now. I've only been deferred 2 times in 20 years. Every once in a while things can happen. Especially when in training. I do agree that some may be distracted and at times they are understaffed so it can be time consuming. That's because the job is very demanding too and I think patients are very impatient and when one of them gets goin then it spreads like a wildfire lol. So like anywhe

Always treated kindly and with respect! Rosaline and Maleah are my favorites they really make you feel comfortable and the experiance more enjoyable

Tiffany was so cool and helpful. She's such a blast. We need more Tiffany's in the world 10/10

Me and Tiffany chopping it up called me a menace ?? love the staff here always positive and bubbly

I love Tiffany ?? she's so sweet. She's efficient and personable.

Yes Tiffany did an excellent job and I appreciate her radiant personality

Tiffany whose named after the jewelry store was great, great laughs, her positive personality is contagious!

I've had great service here, staff is super!

Reception tech Tiffany is so pleasant & joyful! She made me smile!! Definitely recommend this CSL plasma!

Tiffany at Csl Plasma on whipple is AMAZING! I worry about my pulse rate when I come to donate and everytime I do Tiffany knows how to calm my mind so I am able to donate she is so sweet and thoughtful .??

Tiffany was an absolute delight. She is very friendly and humorous!

Tiffany was so up beat a joy please do keep her around. Always a smile to be shared Kacee

Everyone has been professional, & I appreciate that also down to earth group of people who work great together I really enjoy donating @ this center!

Sneaky Tiffany pulled up this review when asking if I could google something and she was great, funny, pleasant, and patient wonderful person and worker

Tiffany was great today!! She was very nice and made my day!!!

Tiffany was amazing, super patient & awesome at teaching patience! Highlight of my day!

I read reviews before I went for my first day and I was nervous after reading them BUT I had a great experience! Aubrey was so great during check in and Emma was a pro at the needle stick. Even the people who I spoke to who were there to donate were also very kind to me! For my first time I was there 2 hours 15 minutes. Have a little patience, take headphones to watch a movie, and you'll be fineeeeee!

Lisa was great always fun to talk too always the woot and the holler

Tiffany the new reception tech has been such an amazing new addition! Donors and staff love her.

Tiffany was very nice and awesome today she is a beautiful person keep up the good work

1st time took a little longer than I thought. Staff was great!

I am extremely happy with all the employees at Canton 236. Pleasant, knowledgeable, helpful. You couldn't ask for better employees.

They all are very pleasant and treat you with TLC. Rosalind is the sweetest

I absolutely love the staff here. Bridget especially has shown time and time again she cares for the donors! I've watched he go out of her way so many times just to make sure we are comfortable. Awesome attitude and positivity. Always brightens my day when she calls me to her booth!!

Maram was really helpful and awesome;Always positive and nice. Everyone awesome but her and 8 more nurse are my so great!!!

Service was amazing , reception technician Tiffany was amazing , she killed it was patient and kind and just killed it very amazing service

Tiffany was a great help for me today she was making me laugh and she is full of joy I appreciate her

Everyone here is who welcoming! I've never had a negative experience

Tiffany has a pleasant and friendly attitude. Great asset to the Csl staff

The staff here are truly amazing, hardworking, and kind people that make the experience of donating great! The team ensures that you're comfortable throughout the process, which usually only takes about 60 mins. Special shout out here: Allison, Lisa, Aubrey, Delaney, and Kaitlyn for your positivity and always going above and beyond!

My husband and I started to donate here last month, we donate twice a week and we have never had a bad or unprofessional experience. The medical screeners and phlebotomist?s are all friendly and talented. There is usually water, crackers, and makeshift stress balls available for donors. The building is secure and clean, and the lines moves efficiently.

Reception girls are great. Trisha and Tiffany are the best!

Rosalind is amazing as well as the CSL staff!!! Tiffany is Amazing love her

The staff is friendly and courteous. They all do their best to get everyone through the line as quickly as possible. Bridget at vitals is so fun, easy to talk to and makes the anxious feel relaxed.

Most of the staff is pretty nice. The experience is just ok

Went in 09/13/2024 and tried to log in on kiosk. It said to talk to a manager supervisor.... Went to a line with to speak with whoever it says to, a guy comes from the back who stuck me on 09/11/2024 claims he's management an says that on 09/11/2024 a person wrote me up an says i threatened everyone an i said some things way out of my character. I have a problem with this as there is a security cop on sight who said nothing to me on the day I was claimed to have threatened someone and IM NOT FROM OHIO so I

Legit, and most of the staff are friendly, *but*: 1. Incompetent plebotomists. All of them except Nick and Fred (those two are amazing, make sure to ask for one of them to stick you if you go) will bruise your arm, then 2. After 30-60 minutes in the screening line, you will be deferred/denied due to the bruising once both arms are bruised, and 3. Even if you aren't deferred, you'll have another 30+ minute wait to start donating. 4. The ex-Navy security guard is an unprofessional jackass. Likes to both

Tiffany Alwas treats me good and sweet Alwas like having her she's Alwas so cheere

Tiffany is full of light very easy to talk to good at what she do me

I have always had a pleasant experience. The employees are very professional and very transparent with evrything involving the donating process. I will be doing the amazing as long as I can. Bridget had always been a great all around worker in the facility. I'ts great to have great people in good places.

I am leaving a negative review because of a current change in practice. For starters, my second donation?approximately a year ago?was a HORRIBLE experience. The guy was ?cranking? the needle around in my arm and I was DONE. Bruised?? after a few months my wife convinced me to try again, which I did, and it has been going well. But this is only because I found two ladies who ?got it? with my ?non typical? veins. So, I would request them. It enabled me to continue donating and have a positive experience. Howe

Everyone has always been very kind and professional.

Always have a pleasant experience at CSL they have a really great team of employees. And a side note if you happen to have the pleasure of being helped by Bridget she is very comforting and makes you feel like family. Thank you CSL!

Tiffany in reception was such a great help! Thanks for the great experience today!

Update: 3/24...After 8 months of going here I can honestly say I've only had 1 really bad experience. A bad stick that really hurt and was painful for days afterward. I had to wait a month for my arm to heal enough to go again and to quell my fear. I avoid that person at all costs. I wish we could make requests. I would ask for Kiki every time. I believe she really cares about the donors. 7/23...I was leary at first about donating but everyone at this office is pleasant and helpful. They answered all my qu

Bridgett and Tiffany were very awesome to work with this morning!

Great and friendly staff. Would recommend above others in the area.

Very discrimination for deaf ! For mostly deaf people have hard time to read understand the questions period, they won't help and declined , sadly!!!! smh

First time to CSL Plasma and I had a very good experience. Everyone was very professional and super nice. It went fairly quick for my first time. Thank you. I'll be back. Lisa

Poor experience with an employee there. She told Management she didn't like me and I was banned from there. Tried calling the center to speak to a manager and it seemed like everyone was manager smh. If an employee can't handle the public maybe a new career should be in order or behind the scenes. Now what if this employee finds a new job, I guess im still banned for no reason but could easily travel to another county per csl members in canton. Asked for Jennifer/manager to call back looks like she either

The staff at CSL Plasma in Canton are so friendly, hard working and efficient. There are times the place is packed, but the line moves so quickly because they are on top of it, and if they ever feel stressed, you would never know it. The facility is always clean and ran very well. A special mention for Phlebotomists Kaitlyn and Sarah: They are fantastic! Always confident and professional, have a smile on their faces, and their sticks are painless and accurate even with my tiny, buried, rolling veins!

I have to give a huge shout to to Bridget at CSL Plasma at the Canton Ohio location! My heart rate was elevated (due to me being a very anxious individual) and when I came back to Bridget for my pulse recheck she made sure that everything was perfect (my feet flat on the floor, relaxed, she had me take my arm out of my hoodie etc). Then, she had me focus on counting the clock to keep me distracted from my anxiety. She spoke with me slowly and calmly throughout my pulse recheck and let me tell you?. I truly

Maram she's a wonderful and Lovely person I've had the pleasure of meeting...Love Ya...??

Thank you Maleah you have a wonderful attitude and you're great at you're job keep up the great work

When I got off of the scale there was a negative weight that should of been added into my total weight and the staff refused to acknowledge it and instead I was told by britt the donor specialist that I must've used the bathroom before my visit and that can throw my weight off as the reason the scale wasnt zeroed out??gtfoh

Tiff checked me in quickly and made me laugh the whole time she's great

Awsom Tiffany was amazing so cheerful and helpful answered my questions.

Great place to donate at! Clean and friendly staff!

Been cominghere for 2 year's an alright place but recenntly i noticed THEY SHOUD REALLY HAVE A DRESS CODE POSTED Can't wear sweats can't wear shorts can't wear a rompers I suggest finding out what you allowed to wear before you come This is the third time they have told me I can't wear something because they feel some type of way

I want to thank Maram for her kindness and help ...And Tiffany you are jus the greatest thank you...

Update: I originally posted a negative comment out of frustration due to a staffing issue in regards to the Canton CSL location. I always try to address negative feedback directly as ranting online forums rarely produce any response but was unsure how to in this situation. I want to say, the manager of the location reached out to me personally within 24hrs to apologize for any inconvenience I may have experienced. She was readily available to listen to my concerns in hopes of ensuring every one of their don

The weight here is ridiculously long. It's been two hours since I ate due to the wait time I'm gonna go into the back room and probably pass out on them because they have nothing out front to snack on !! Ugh disappointed!

Tiffany she did amazing jon screeing me!!

Tiffany is amazing and super friendly!!!! My favorite ??

Im a returning donar from the physical to the back the experience is great all the workers explain everything and are very friendly a special thanks to Nick very informative of the machines and cannulation.I will return and refer thank you CSL and all employees, they all implement teamwork ??????

Under staff is an understatement two long lines and one person doing intakes another 3 hour day here this is ridiculous

Came today to be a first time donor Fred was rude and not very friendly. Was told my veins weren't capable which is fine just wish they could tell you before you do the entire process which take a few hours. Also staff is talking to another way too much they are even coming in and talking when you are being asked personal questions and being screened. The girl put my birthday in the system wrong because she was talking to another coworker while talking to me and the manager had to fix so I could even use my

No bruising quick machines busy with people though

Fast easy friendly service. Money adds up fast. Update: Good people work here! Good service. I have made over $2400 since I started donating in August. Great way to get extra money and help people who need medicines! The general Manager is fantastic and fair! I think her name is Jenny?

Very quick donation process and the staff is super nice

Tiffany is amazing! Service was great!

Smile more. Less side conversation with other employees. Some workers look so unfriendly you don't want to approach there cubicle. Seriously ladies smile

I'm so over the run around and I get it's packed and you all are overwhelmed but don't claim to see a bruise where one isn't! I have dark patches on my skin and I'm a freaking lightbright my skin is going to be yellow and look that way. I go through this every time but now I'm deferred because of a "bruise" THATS NOT THERE! I get y'all want to be safe but if the patient let you know that that's just their skin it's just their freaking skin!! Add it to their accounts too because this is a legit pain.

Good place to go for extra cash, and the people are nice.

everyone is very kind and compassionate especially to new donors. shout out to maggie, lindsey & another girl with curly hair that i don't know her name. i didn't eat before donating (MAKE SURE YOU EAT!!) and i was on the verge of fainting and they took really good care of me ?? you guys are the real ones

Tiffany was very polite and fun to sit and talk to this morning

Tiffany did a good job and was very nice

Tiffany thank u for ur reception and had a good time and laugh with u thank u...

Some staff are very friendly and helpful but lately it seems they just hire anybody due to the fact nobody wants to show up to work or stay there. And the new people they hire cannot properly stick you. It always hurts but if I say anything I'm afraid I will be disconnected and not get the compensation and me and my fiance drive all the way up from New Philadelphia in Tuscarawas county

Tiffany is great always happy and up beat

The nurse was extremely rude, blew my vein and laughed about it when I was getting ready to leave said ?and that was with kindness ? people like that shouldn't be working here.

The absolute slowest lines. Ever. They prefer to stand and talk to one another rather than do their jobs. And they are more concerned with having an easy cleaning day rather than open another bay to move the +20 person line.

Had a blast in reception with Tiffany today!!!

Thank you Tiffany for always making me laugh ! Very good girl

I've been donating here for about 2 years. Clean and fast. Friendly staff. However they recently mandated face masks (they hand them out at the door). If you've no problem with a mask, it's a good place. However I won't be returning until the mask policy is changed.

Tiffany was great and caused a lot of laughs

For the most part everyone is great accept one employee in particular. She is very rude and rolled her eyes when I was just making small talk to take the focus off of the needle. But she was very friendly to men. Another time I was there and an employee put gloves on, then touched her hair with both hands and then went to a donor and injected them WITHOUT CHANGING GLOVES!!!!! Being a part of the medical profession, THAT IS HIGHLY UNSANITARY!!!!!

Today I went to donate plasma for the first time ever. The whole experience was great, and I was very comfortable with all the staff. Unfortunately, I had to stop part way through because I ended up getting sick not only all over myself but on the two nicest nurses. ??????? they took such good care of me. I couldn't stop apologizing, and even after being so embarrassed they told me not to be discouraged. They told me what will help to make sure this doesn't happen again. Thank you ladies for being so under

Bridget is literally my favorite! She is efficient and very friendly. Always makes my visit pleasant.

Went in to donate for the first time. Drove 45 minutes. And I feel I was discriminated against Because I have a tattoo over my left vein And he was afraid to poke me in the tattoo. Very unprofessional and somewhat incompetent. The line was long and they were short handed. Pfft!!!

Spent 2+ hours there getting everything set up and come to find out right before I was ready to donate, that they won't let me donate because I was taking Buprenorphine/Naloxone (Suboxone). I had to answer all these medical questions, and they even had a list of medications that if you take, you're unable to donate, and it wasn't on there at all. They need to let people know a lot sooner so people don't waste hours there all to be sent away. At least the workers there were nice

Not worth the 3-4 hour waits. Employees stand around chatting. Hire some people!! A bunch of people in the center and half the beds are not occupied. Terrible. I like the $60 payday, but, I doubt I will be back to this location.

Staff is super friendly but my gawd. Standing here in line and time to write a review. Only cause I've been here an hour now and still waiting. They need more staff. Open up more machines during busy time. Can be redic. Or give people something to look at other then stand in line. Or get a number system going. Something needs to change

Crystal and Rachel are awesome. I have never had any issues with them. Great group of people work here.

I've been going here off and on for 3 years. Great staff for the most part! Have great relationships with some as well always go back here because of them. :)

I always have a good experience donating here. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. So nice, compared to many medical environs. As well, I am impressed by the hygiene and cleanliness of the facility.

The nurses kept trying to get plasma from my pee pee. They kept talking about it being way too big to work with and sent me away. However they gave me their personal cell phone numbers and told me I could donate on them anytime I wanted.

3 hours of waiting for new patient...then they mess up the stick...take a liter of my blood and stop the process not returning my blood to me and bruise me so bad that i cant donate a week later!

Sigh. I've been in line for 2 hours and there are still 13 people ahead of me before I sit to donate. This location needs to figure something out. Especially with the new donors. There needs to be a special day/time or something for new donors so they aren't skipping the line. Yes, I was a new donor once but this is ridiculous. Idk what the solution is but no other center is as slow as this one.

Everything in all the other reviews are true. unbelievably long lines because the staff that take vitals & process new donors move very slow & are more interested in talking to one another than getting donors processed. It takes at least 2 hours of waiting in line with no where to sit before getting a chair/bed to donate. by the time you get out of there you've spent 3+ hrs just to get $55/$70. They definitely can afford to pay more per bottle. They make a large profit on our plasma. They most certainly need

They opened late because of snow storm last night. This wasn't a problem as I was one of the first they let in. But the entire hour I was there I had to listen to the manager complain to everyone that they shouldn't have opened. She just wouldn't let up. I mean I showed up to donate as did others. Businesses in the area were mostly open.

Awful company with awful and harmful privacy polices. Not to mention the awful staff and environment. I went to support my girlfriend who finds value in donating to help people but as soon as you walk in the door you are bombarded with signs and overhead announcements saying that they will in fact pay you and everyone assumes that you are just there for money. That's a sickening mindset i don't need or want their money so I'll be keeping my plasma and my personal information.

This place is so slow it's disgusting. Be prepared to wait 2 hrs before u even get to donate. Go to octapharma. They pay more and have no lines.

Lines are very long. Sometimes I am there up to 3 hours. Also, the payout keeps going down. First, I got $60 for every donation. Now it's $55, then $60 if it's in the same week. Monthly bonuses are decreasing too. I used to get up to $50 in bonuses, then it went down to $40 on your 8th donation of the month (meaning you HAD to make it twice a week), now this month it's $30. I'm going to look at other places. If I can make more money elsewhere, then it may be time for a change. ADDITION: DON'T get

I have been to csl several times. I thought it was one of the better places to donate until I passed out. The nurse was great and professional. The staff is not. They were supposed to call me the next day to check on me. I have not heard one word from them by phone or email.

WHY IS IT THAT WHEN AN EMPLOYEE MESSES UP WE THE CLIENTS HAVE TO PAY, WHY DO MANAGEMENT THIS THEY CAN TALK TO YOU LIKE TRASH AND BAND YOU FOR PERSONAL REASONS SMH IF YOU CANT CONTROL YOUR EMOTIONS THIS IS NOT THE JOB FOR U, AND IF THIS IS YOUR FIRST TIME TRYING , I DONT RECOMMEND HERE, THERE WAS A NEWBEE AND A PERSON TOLD HOM HIS HEART WILL FALL OUT HIS CHEST OF YOU DONT DO IT RIGHT. SMH I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND CSL PLAMA DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU IM JUST BEI G HONEST

Please tell phlebotomy staff to stop touching injection site after cleaned. This is an infection risk and almost every time I go I have to have them clean site again and watch staff get mad. Some staff I've told multiple times.

Other than all the drug addicts, the staff is awesome timing is not too bad for a super center

Amazing person funny and happy -Tiffany

Good people but the scheduler needs trained. Its always busy 5 to 7 and thats when they run breaks. They close at 7 why are breaks rotating from 530 to 630 w 20 people in line?

This Facility has declined in it's staffing. Phlebotomist are not trained properly. I've donated a constant four yrs, took a yr break and regret my choice to come back to Canton. I will drive to Akron or Kent from here on, if I return after the damage to my arm today.

Very friend and very easy to talk to

Tiffany was a big help and very informative ??

Maram this lady is a really sweet lady and does and awesome job

Great people and a friendly atmosphere

Took several hours just to get started, WHY DONT NONE OF THESE MACHINES WORK, VERY UNDER STAFFED, STAFF WAS MAD SHE KEPT GETTING LEFT ON THE FLOOR AND NOT ABLE TO TAKE A BREAK AND TOOK IT OUT ON ME, THESE LINES WRAP AROUND 3TIMES, no matter how prepared you are this place is packed and you will be here for hours

Yea staff is friendly...and yes it's a clean enviroment but the side effects can be fatal...was hospitalized 3 days after donating with stroke symptoms and was told by doctors and rn's to never return or could be fatal. If you experience any shortness of breath, hypertension, dizziness, lightheadedness you should stop. 30 to 50 dollars with an end of month bonus is not worth your life!

Site needs updated more often it will say a little busy get there and it's packed. Need chairs wait time is very long site also says 45 minutes to 2 hours when it's more like 4 or more hours every time

I've been along time donor at Talecris/Grifols for many years. And today was my first time donating at CLS Plasma on Whipple Ave. here in Canton. And I have to say, the professionalism, donor service, and knowledge of the entire staff at CLS was OUTSTANDING! No comparison to what you get at Grifols. The staff at CLS is there to help the donors and to do their job----not dance and sing on the donor floor; or stand around gabbing with co-workers while a donor is waiting to get disconnected! Donors come first

THEY WILL LIE!!!! IF THE LOBBY IS PACKED AND THEY DO NOT WANT TO TAKE ON MORE THEY (NURSES INCLUDED) WILL SAY YOU HAVE ONE ISSUE OR ANOTHER. ITS HAPPEN 3X IN THE LAST 2 WEEKS. JUST GO TO TALECRIS!!!!

Great staff! Everyone is very friendly! Environment is clean. However, they have lost quite a few employees and aren't staffed for the traffic this location receives.

Such a nice crew, never had an issue with any of the employees at this location.

Husband can donate and he likes it. I on the other hand can't but glad they found that out within 10 mins of me being there instead of being in the long line and being told no.

I had a very good experience with Crystal while I was donating. She was very polite and very helpful and knowledgeable. And very funny

Very slow lines ,no chairs to sit in,and the staff is very friendly but stand around a lot and talk. They need to also take back more people when they can.

Great place an awesome staff.

Very poor service. Management will ruin any chances of making money if they think the veins in your arm will not give them what they want without a second chance. Would not recommend ever going to this place ever

It takes over 2 hours on the first visit. You get reimbursed here for donation of plasma. On a regular visit your vitals are taken after a short questionnaire. Then you'll wait for one of the machines to be available. Please be sure to drink plenty of water and eat a couple hours before coming here.

They were considerate and courtesy.

So slow. The staff move at one speed. Extremely slow. They talk and hamg out with seats open and donors waiting way more than needed.

Very wonderful staff .I wish they had a spot dedicated to new donors that away everyone standing an waiting dont get cut off . An place to sit while we wait to get on the donor floor would be nice other than that it's a really good center

Stellar customer service. Sadly I just found out I broke my tibia and won't be donating for awhile:( God Bless everyone at CSL. I truly will miss donating here.

VERY TERRIBLE SERIVE !!! ALWAYS A LONG LINE NOBODY SHOWS UP TO WORK , EMPLOYEES ARE ALWAYS LAUGHING & JOKING . MANAGER IS NEVER AROUND. GO TO THE ONE IN AKRON , THEY ARE A LOT MORE SERIOUS WITH THERE WORK. !! THE WAIT IS VERY UNACCEPTABLE. YOU WILL BE IN LINE FOR 2 HOURS JUST TO GET SEATED. EMPLOYEES DO NOT WORK QUICK AT ALL. DO NOT GO HERE !! VERY TERRIBLE PLACE TO DONATE. I WILL BE REPORTING THIS TO CORPORATE AS WELL. I AM ALWAYS HAVING THIS PROBLEM ! IM SICK OF IT.

Worker pulls the needle out of my arm and splashes blood all on my arm. then tells me I'm not in compliance even though I was wearing a mask so wasn't sure what he meant. then puts the wrap so tight on my arm it almost cuts the circulation off. Very unprofessional to say the least.

The people at reception are amazing

This place is terrible.the workers never know how to stick people properly and management does nothing when it's brought to there attention.

I had a pretty good experience my first time donating yesterday and with all the negative comments I thought it was a good idea to say so. Thank you very much and I will be back!

Make sure you leave any valuables at home. Staff are extremely rude.

This place is getting more worse by the day can't even donate because the line is wrapped to basically where you stand to get to the plasma floor and that's gonna take half my day been needing to donate but I'm not going and waiting that long it's ridiculous.

Every single time I go in theres a long wait to get vitals. Then theres another long wait to get seated for donation. It seems like they are always short staffed

Weight Scales Are not correct machines dont work properly at all these people are slow as ever they dont wanna work like they need the plasma you stand in line so long then they wanna send people home cause they pulse to high!!!!!

Trash workers. Not all but they know who they are. They play with people's well being.

Too slow. Goto Kent. Nobody even waited on me I stood there for 20 minutes and walked out. Never was acknowledged.

Fantastic staff! Clean environment! Everyone greets you with a smile and is so friendly.

Deferred me because of small veins and didn't tell me till I came back and wouldn't try to look again and said I couldn't come back

Staff is rude and disrespectful

Very nice staff ready and willing to help you out answer any of your questions a clean facility a very awesome place to donate!

Meleah and Nick are so great!!!

Tiffany made my morning

Workers are amazing, and always do a great job.

some of the workers are lazy they just stand around doing nothing and talking if they cant handle the job and speed u need to go then its not a place for u

My first time, very caring staff, friendly , happy people! Look forward to returning!

I wish I could give 0 stars. This place is trash and they promote horribly. Would never recommend.

I go here 2 days a week to donate and the ladies are wonderful and skilled at what they do.

Everyone that works there deserves a medal ?? very classy

Absolutely ridiculous! They close at 6:30 ????? the lines are even longer now...PLEASE CHANGE BACK TO 8:00

It's always a long wait wen ur in both lines unlike Akron this place need more staff or management need to step in.....

The staff are friendly and fast. I've never had a problem .

Good communication, very patient, and everyone is so sweet!

Cool you can help while taking a few dollars away too

Testing of proteins always come up higher than my docter office.

Always waiting 2\3 hours. Employees are slow. Some machines doesn't work.

I was having trouble with the app and Libby help me I would regret her to anyone.
