They posted a sign that they were closing early but they locked the doors before the posted time. They try to hold high standards but when I'm standing at a locked door within the posted times and the staff just acts like I'm not there, well that's how you earn 1 star.
Have never had a complaint about this place. Yes there may be times where it is very busy but it has definitely gotten better when it comes to the speed and professionalism of the employees working there currently. Bad reviews are all because of no patience and expecting the impossible with time and speed. Other than that this is definitely the place to come and make extra money when needed and help by donating.
I donate plasma regularly. I don't donate for the money. Have tried three times this week. Waited in line to be screened for donation 30 mins before leaving. Only 1-2 of the 4 screening desks staffed. 6 phlebotomists if that's what they are in the floor but only 6 of the 22 beds with donors. 30 mins in screen line, 30 mins to donate, likely 5-10 mins before they get you hooked up. If 30 mins in screening line you're looking at 30 min in line waiting to get to a bed. Minimum of additional 7 staff members aro
I don't mind making a change to my review now. The staff has been twice as fast to get people into the chairs as of recently. I am now usually in and out within an hour and 10 minutes at the most! Greatly recommend this location! Extremely service oriented and polite!
Horrible experience. Undertrained people. Bruised my arm and employee lied about interactions with me. Banned from future donations because they were incompetent and covering for their poor technical skills. Very dangerous practices moving needles in a out when stuck wrong. I had 80 plus donations at other CSL centers without theses issues. Educate yourself on the process. They will lie when they make mistakes.... Feb 7th Follow up....I had 2 people from management call me from the CSL center and proseed to
If I could give 0 stars I would. I went in and the phlebotomist stuck the needle in incorrectly. I told her it hurt and to take it out, she didn't. Instead she called someone else over that tried pushing it in further, I told her it hurt all down my forearm. They clearly hit a nerve. My entire arm was bruised for a month and I now have permanent nerve damage in that arm. I never once got an apology.
This place acts like it's doing you a favor. AND one of the attendant stuck the needle in incorrectly and my entire forearm, from elbow to wrist was black and blue to two weeks. Now, I understand things happen but no one, not even the person that did it, acknowledged it and apologized. You will wait for at least an hour and a half at CSL. So by the time you've driven there, waited, and then donated, you're looking at around two hours. I don't know about you, but my time is worth more than what they're payin
Policy sucks here. If you have a bruise, they won't let you donate. It's a very discriminating when other pigments don't bruise as easily. Staff is very friendly and willing to educate.
They got new machines to make donating faster but expect to wait in lines going out the door. Read other reviews and seems to be the same automated responses. Usually they only have one or two people screening donors as well....they also absolutly refuse to open the donor beds in the back. It makes no sense
Don't bother calling the *support* number that commented below here. They won't help and just transfer you to the center that already messed everything up. Useless. So I go through my first visit. Donate get paid absolutely no problem. I go in today to do my second donation and I'm referred to medical which I was warned about because I was on medications. So I go to medical and I'm informed that because I potentially not even absolutely positive but potentially could have a reaction to latex. I am permane
TLTR: They blew out two veins on 2 separate arms within 10 days (completely due to their employees' failure). That makes up 25% of my 8 donations resulting in personal injury and failure due to employee incompetence. Unfortunately, a negative experience due to multiple acts of incompetence by their staff on the donation floor. I donated here for exactly one month for a total of 8 donations. This was my first time donating blood or plasma in my life (due to being born in Germany, it wasn't an option until
These guys do a great job whilst maintaining a busy busy busy environment Kerston is the back bone
Always fast professional and nice! Clean and updated look and feel locoation! So fast when you hit the right time of day! Bonuses are sometimes a pain because you have to wait on them.
I hate to write a negative review because most of the people work hard trying to get donors through. Though the leadership knew in advance that the other center was going to close there was no effort to staff up because the wait time now is getting out of control. Again today I arrived at 8am and didn't get out until 10:20 and the line was much longer when I left than when I came at 8. There are signs all around asking people to be patient but it's now been months and it's only getting worse. So I'm sure I
The SLOWEST donation center I've ever used. There is no sense of urgency or respect for the time of the donors. I'd give zero stars if possible.
Lack of urgency. Management is awful. Out of 30 beds no more than 14 are being used. Line is sometimes close to out the front door just to get your vitals done. Then the line to donate is 14 deep +. It's become a half a day to a full day to now donate.
The ladies there are amazing. They check up on. If you have any questions or concerns they answer it. Been going there for 4 months no mistakes
I've donated here a number of times within the past 2 years, and it's always as expected. There are more people wishing to donate daily than there are qualified phlebotomists so patience is required for them to get through everyone. Donating plasma will typically take a minimum 40 minutes so it's not a wham bam type of situation to begin with. There have been times when the lines are long, but they're always at expected times (before morning worker shifts and after shifts). Staff has always worked hard and
The new process is supposed to be faster. That's a joke. You have 15 people in line. 2 people checking them in and one person sticking and 4 people prepping the machines. I went in there here recently at 7 and left around 10:30 am to 11:00 am. I liked the old way better.
Zero respect for people?s time. I came in the morning (living 30 mins away), and I was tested for tetanus, they accidentally cancelled my entire check in, which takes about 30-45 mins. After having to do all that over again, getting retested, it hit the point I should have been done already. I had a doctors appointment. I asked kindly if I could come back later today and they can't because I can only have my BP checked twice in a day, it never would have happened if THEY didn't delete my check-in in the fir
CSL needs to do a better job with informing people when they're closing early because of bad weather. They originally close at 7pm on weekdays, and I drove all the way there just for them to tell me they close at 3.They didn't put out a memo or anything. Time and gas wasted!!!
I enjoy donating here. I've donated at ADMA before and let's just say the quality of the seats you lay in to donate are night and day. At CSL it's faster, the bed is comfortable and don't have to worry about any instability like the salon chair setup at ADMA. Plus the people at CSL are for the most part gifted at their jobs, both in terms of skill and professionalism. Obviously everywhere you go has an employee or two that clearly isn't the best with people but this place does a good job making sure you're
Worst place I've donated at. The staff is nice sometimes but be prepared to spend over 2 hours waiting just to get hooked up to a machine. And when you finally do they are extremely rough because they are all overwhelmed.
You are given a fast past for your second donation except they have skipped me over three times already. Kirsten is such a horrible customer service representative Hahaha just an add on for that" fast pass" i watched the same guy use last Friday just strolled in front ofnl the line, again with the same pass. What a joke.
Still haven't fixed the excessive, hours long wait times. Blood donation takes 25-30 mins, but you'll wait in line for up to 3 hours. No chairs- standing only. Insane and awful. Worst plasma place out of any I've been to, out of NC, GA, SC, and FL.
They requested a doctor's note which I provided clearing me to donate and was still denied the opportunity
The staff is wonderful and this place is a great place to donate
This place is loads better than the ADMA plasma center in goose creek. Much cleaner, they have a helpful app to help you sign in, the staff is much more friendly, even the donation floor feels less creepy. I ended up nearly passing out 30 minutes into my donation and all the staff handled it super professionally. I definitely plan on donating here again, I'll be more hydrated next time though ?? Also the nurse did a super good job finding my vein! Absolutely no bruising or soreness after donating.
the employees here are very nice. however, on multiple occasions, the intake process has taken way longer than usual. the intake line could have at least ten people in line and one of the people doing intake will have to suddenly ?use the bathroom? but is never seen again. waiting 30 minutes for vitals especially while the staff is there is ridiculous. it just seems that after a certain time, they stop caring and only want to go home.
Great staff, friendly and hospitable. Process is quick 8/10 times! They work hard to alleviate the wait if one does build, which is amazing. I've never had a bad stick in 6 months now, but Justin (sr.phlebotomist) has the best painless stick. I appreciate the extra income and professionalism of staff here. Compared to ADMA, Bio, ImmunoTek? CSL is my favorite by far and my only return spot.
I'm trying to understand this. If we can't be on our phones because it so called messes up the machines why so it that everyone is on their phone listening to music etc? Older black lady with grey dreads loudly said oh you need to get off your phone right now. Rude as hell. Therefore, I politely asked who are you talking to like that? She gone look at me & say please! No ma?am you won't be yelling at me nor talking to me any kind of way like that ever again. I thought this place was much nicer than the one
Came here twice, first time was a breeze and the second time I got harassed in a sense for having my legs crossed during my millionth (exaggerating on the amount) donation after I was almost halfway through. Mind you when I got stuck, my legs were already crossed. Then they started complaining about my slides being under the bed due to me not being able to keep them on while I was on the bed. Anytime I went to center 044 (my home center) I never take no more than 45 minutes and here I always take an hour or
I donated in early summer 2022 to tie me over through summer months as an educator and grad student. The staff were friendly and efficient. Make sure you eat a decent meal and hydrate before donating. Always use the restroom right before you go to the donation floor. Just returned since last year and the staff are still helpful and knowledgeable about their career and the incentives for donating. Clean location
This location is the best in my opinion. Amazing friendly staff. One of my favorite donor technicians is Chelsea if you are a little nervous about the needle! Smooth easy process helping yourself financially and helping others health wise! Start today
This location is absolutely amazing. I went for the first time the other day and every one was so nice and helpful. They all took the time to explain everything and answered any and all questions I had. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
This plasma center is slow, they had us waiting 2+ hrs to get seated. The staff is VERY TALKATIVE. This plasma center is VERY slow compared to the other site. This is mind blowing!!!!! I don't recommend coming!!!
Three people were checking vitals while there was a long line then the manager came and told two of them to take a break. Delaying the donors even longer.
Would not recommend to anyone. Customer service was very poor except for the nurse who took me back. She had excellent communication skills. I waited over 4 hours with no results. In the beginning I had to show my ID and proof of address. As I did, but tell me how they put my birthday in wrong and asked for the information again with no apologies for putting the information in wrong. Or if they were going to need the information again why not say something? I donated blood at plenty other places and never e
The staff is amazing. Talk you through everything you need to know, and check on you as much as possible. The establishment is clean and runs smoothly every time I am here! Sad I'll be leaving the area soon!
Great money management is from the old place new promotion brings in lots iof new customers but not enough staff to handle it. I go after work between 5 & 5:30 and there aren't enough people up front to handle the incoming people and once u get to the back part its anywhere from a half hour to an hour before u get stuck. Need more people to make the process quicker people don't want to wait 2+ hours to make a donation that lasts 45 minutes need to improve. Management needs to pay their workers better money
Most the time you can get in and out very quickly. Changing my review. I was a platinum donor because I went all the time. Anyways, tried to refer a co worker through the app only to discover it did not work. So the day she started she made sure to inform that I referred her. After so many donations she was suppose to receive $50 and I $150 but when that did not happen I asked about it. According to our accounts the notes were there and we should have received it. I spent two months chasing it down and neve
The wait times here are extremely long. I also had a staff member talk about me to another donor because I had a preference on which phlebotomist I wanted to stick me that day.
As a first timer I had a great experience! I was done quicker than expected and the process was simple. Everyone was very friendly. I'll be back.
Always a pleasant experience, and the air conditioning works great. But being hot outside, I never have a Hoodie with me, so I lay there shivering.
My son and I went in to donate plasma which was his first time upon being greeted the person checking us in was trying to discourage us first it was they need proof of Social Security number then they don't except photos of the Social Security card even though it had his name on it telling me I had to have a W-2 to prove his Social Security number. Once I was able to pull that up on my phone it was excepted but yet they did not take photos of Social Security numbers then her next tactic was well we might no
Pretty nice associates that recognize repeat donors. They check to see if you are doing well throughout the process. I've never had a bad stick from them and I have rolling veins
First time donor. Facility was clean and staff were friendly and were thorough in explaining the process. The nurse that did my physical even called me the next morning to ask how it went and provided helpful information for my next visit. Oh and bring a sweater or blanket because it's very cold in the building.
I would like someone to explain to me, how we're from Conway SC, drove down to Charleston SC, 90 miles. To come here and they told us that we can't do it, because it's outside of a certain radius? To top it all off, she says that the closer one to us is in Rock Hill SC. From our location that is 130+ miles. I don't understand how that's closer? There's nothing on the website regarding anything about distance. The ladies were nice about it or whatever but it just doesn't make any sense whatsoever. 130+ miles
First time donating last Sunday. Initial intake process took a good bit of time but other than the length of time waiting for intake, the process itself was fairly simple. Everything they did was explained step by step and why they had the requirements they did. Was pretty nervous going into my first time but by the time I left I was super comfortable and will absolutely go back. *side note absolutely do what is suggested and eat a balanced meal and drink plenty of non caffinated drinks prior to first time
I have donated several times here. Never had an issue. All of the staff is friendly and explains each step of what they are doing. Wait times can get a little crazy at times but they have the best times estimated on the app to try to avoid long waits.
I would give 0 ?.Horrible place, staff thinks there job is a joke.very slow staff must talk in joking around before service. please believe this review
CSL made this experience very calming and soothing for me. As a person afraid of needles they made this a breeze. The staff is very friendly, kind, and helpful! I will be back soon!
All the staff are super friendly. Special shout out to Allison, Channel, Arlana, Brittany, and Chelsea. Everyone is always very professional, and super efficient. Ariel is like a machine out there.
I absolutely love this plasma center. They're so fast and so nice. I've never had a bad experience. The location by me has different hrs. I showed up right before closing one time (no one was even donating) knowing they would have to stay, when everyone was about to walk out for the weekend, they smiled and welcomed me. I did end up leaving because I've been a waitress most my life and I know that ONE customer.
Customer service here has plummeted since my last visit. If you get there later in the day there's a good chance the receptionist will be short with you and visibly annoyed since they don't close until the last donor is finished. So that employees frustrations get passive aggressively pushed onto the donor.
I went to csl not knowing what to expect. I was impressed with the way that the staff made me feel comfortable from the start and explained how everything worked. I watched a staff member cleaned when someone left and was impressed by what I saw. I will be going back.
I came around a busy time and didn't know where to go or what to do. The staff were very nice and helpful. They don't mind answering any questions you have or explaining the process to you.
Takes 2 to 3x longer to donate here than other centers in the area. At least get some chairs or figure out a new waiting system so we don't have to stand in line for an an hour or more.
i did my first ever donation recently and the employees made my experience so great! everyone is extremely knowledgeable on what they're doing and very helpful as well. 10/10 recommend going and saving lives!
I've donated at other locations and noticed that the team at 7800 North Charleston location, works well together, always putting the customer first no matter the challenges behind the scenes.
The ladys here are really nice and they check in on you to see if anything is going ok. I would said to come early if you are a first timer cuz they ain't as busy if you come in the afternoon. Came back for the second time and the people was still nice and still came to check on you
Very well maintained facility. Staff are knowledgeable, caring and helpful. Being able to give back to my community to help others and also get paid while doing so, "Who does that?" CSL PLASMA does THAT. I recommend everyone step and try it a couple of times, mention my name "Thomas Coger" as a referral source and I will pay you $10.
Awesome staff! Very caring and willing to go the extra mile to make sure all of your questions and concerns are answered! 110% recommend!!
The place is very clean and appears well organized. The staff is very nice and professional. Really helped patient education when I experienced issue trying to donate and I really appreciated it.
First time here, the ladies up front along with the doctor for the physical was very personable and friendly! Definitely made the experience better and put me at ease from being nervous!
I just came out from their location and the receiptist was extremely rude. I have my own house and asking weird questions about where you live in a motel. She was thinking I am homeless. I realized they have most of the patients are homeless that's why they asking this kind of question. I have my address proof and all required documents. I do not prefer anyone to go there. I refused and came back without donate.
The location is convenient and in a shopping center. The service is great. Love the staff! Payout is reasonable and bonuses are a plus. Free water and snacks available! Plenty of parking available in a parking lot.
Employees were very nice and the facility was clean. Did not have to wait very long for any part of my first visit. I will be coming back.
Just donated plasma for the first time! Made 100$. Nicole and Ariel couldn't have been any better, they were always there for me and making sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. Great experience! Can't wait to donate again.
Great and friendly service! Only thing I would improve is more employees at the vital check point. The line is always so long with only 2 people running it.
Donating plasma at CSL plasma for the past just over a year and a half has been an absolute pleasure just a few of the girls here and gentlemen are very knowledgeable and comforting some to mention would be Ariel Arlana Renee Chelsea tyechia chanel and Justin are definitely awesome and set a good example and leadership for what is already an awesome team continue up the good work and thanks for making me and my other half feel like family also I will not leave out the front staff Victoria Taylor and my Joe
This was the most unclean place I've ever seen, and the staff is very unprofessional. The nurse is drunk most of the time. But the worst part of all 82% of the people who go there get sick . Now we know that cov- 19 is for real so be careful. The bathroom is even worse so stay safe donor's
I have had good experiences at this location. the staff is great as well. very nice people that work here.
Every time I come to this place even though it is packed sometimes everyone still holds a positive attitude. I'm greeted from the time I walk in and checked on 100% all the time during my donation ?? The workers have a way in making something so scary be at complete ease
Very great staff? shout out to Dee & David who did my exam! Very professional. They made sure i was well informed and they were an absolute delight to talk too. Came the 2nd time to verify my address and Arvin (Danny) went outta his way to help me. He kept me updated about when they will lift the deferral. I saw him interact with other donors and he seems to have a really friendly vibe to him. He'd address them as ?kiddos? like he was their uncle or someThing haha. He'd ask how they were doing and if their
Even though they were short staffed all of them were very helpful and explained things clearly and throughly. They go through a lot of steps to make sure a person is a ?good? donor. ?? to all the staff and shout out to Alex!
Extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean environment. First appt takes longer due to physical and initial screening but didn't feel like my time was being wasted.
Been donating here for almost 2 years. Your first donation will be a long experience due to having to get registered then going through medical as well as other processes. With that in mind I'd go in between 9am-10am to give yourself plenty of time and miss the rush. Make sure you have all the proper documentation your fist time or you won't be able to donate. It's also a great idea to eat right before you head in cause it will effect you negatively going in on an empty stomach. Also word to the wise be kin
The Older African American Lady that takes vitals.. She's very rude and short with people really makes u feel like a Inconvenience to her day . Most of the Receptionist and a very loud body Language if u come in past 5 It's inappropriate when u have Phlebotomist gossiping about other patients But Justin in the back there is great has helped Multiple times on me and my wife set up fixing it and getting up as comfortable as possible
They are very slow and lot of laughing and other things going on I stand in line over a hour and the they have a whole other section to sit people in then they have it close
Very clean and organized building. Staff is friendly and helpful, they explained everything and asked if I had questions. Highly recommend.
Coming in as a new donor the experience was easy. The team here cares about every patient and makes sure everyone is comfortable. Safety is a priority and it shows. I recommend this location to anyone looking to donate plasma!
All of the staff was helpful and so sweet! It took some time being new but they work quickly and efficiently!
This is first and only plasma center I've been to and they're amazing. I always get anxiety when my blood pressure is being checked but the staff is always so nice and reassuring. 100% recommend this location
My husband went here to give plasma today. They told him over the phone it would be no more than two hours for the entire process. I waited in the car for him. After 3.5 hours I texted him to find out what was going on and he said they forgot he was there. They finally took him back and started. It took 5.5 hours total today.. This is ridiculous and REALLY unprofessional. NEVER AGAIN!!! Would not recommend no matter what pay they give you.
Everyone was so nice, and it could not have gone better. I had a problem with my vein, and they fixed it and made sure I was comfortable despite the repeated adjustments. I would definitely recommend this center to others.
I used to give blood all the time. This was 1st time giving plasma. Clean place and friendly but I don't think the girl was very experienced. She said veins were small. Jabbed needle in and it hurt and was swelling up.She pulled it out wrapped it. I also think she was in hurry because closing soon. I will try again and ask for person more experienced. I have given blood so I know it can be done.
Awesome place to donate. The staff are professional and knowledgeable about the donation process and will answer all your questions. I've had nothing but a great experience at this specific location.
Staff is very friendly and the place is kept nice and clean. All the ladies are nice. Shout out to Arlana and Chelsea and Renae and Allison.
I've had a really good experience at this site. The staff was really nice and was a really fast process. I recommend going here
Staff at CSL was very professional and helpful! Discussed entire process the whole step of the way. Great first time experience.
They was very nice and professional I will coming back it was my first time and they made this whole process very smooth easy and fast !
After your first time donating, the process is short and sweet. They make you feel comfortable the whole time and most of the staff is friendly.
Nice staff, clean space, wait time isnt too bad depending on time of day you come & if you are a 1st time donor, it will be a longer process the first time around but pretty quick every time after that.
I've had a great first and second visit! This place is clean and the staff are professional and kind. Highly recommended.
Amazing and friendly staff, the atmosphere was great and the facility itself was very well cleaned and taken care of, i would reccommed this specific facility to any friends and family, as well as anyone else that are looking to donate and help make a difference.
From start to finish, everything ran so smoothly and every staff member was so kind and helpful! Also the location is easy to get to.
Easy process. Nice staff, Especially Olivia! She had the patience of a saint, answering all my questions! Thank you soooo much Olivia!
Dee did a great job making me feel comfortable when coming for my first time today to donate plasma, aswell she made sure i understood everything i might need to know about the process and how to make money money aswell. ill absolutely be back!
CSL Is the best! Their facility is always very clean! The staff is always very nice and welcoming! No matter how busy they get they are always on top of their game! I highly recommend this Plasma center!
Great first time experience, everyone was so nice and helpful?they answered all my questions ? VERY VERY CLEAN ESTABLISHMENT? GREAT STAFF?
I love the new system and the staff is super nice! They've been nothing but caring and personable throughout the donation process. Thanks CSL!
Everyone is extremely nice and professional. They are fast and efficient and it feels good to save lives and make some extra money. I highly recommend CSL Plasma in North Charleston.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful. They made our first visit very comfortable. We will definitely go back.
Seems like they don't tell the truth about they new donor coupon, it says an extra $10 for new donors. $5 on your first donation and $5 on your second donation. They tried to tell me that it's on the 3rd donation when the coupon on their website clearly says different. Edit, Talked to the head of the corporate office an he fixed the problem. Very helpful guy 4 stars, would give 5 but the original experience still wasn't good.
I worked with Danny, Ariel, Brittany, and a few others and they were all so kind and helpful! Any worries I had were eased, so I was very comfortable going into the donation and knew everything that I needed to know
I love CSL! I've been coming here for a while. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. I would encourage anyone to come. Plus by us donating plasma we're helping people heal and survive!
My first time donating was a success! Everyone was so friendly she knowledgeable about the princess, they made it so easy for me! Will be back for sure!
Fantastic. Very friendly staff, and a pretty smooth procedure for registration. First time donating was today, and will definitely be coming back!
Slow as life employees sit around talking not tending to the patients at all been sitting in a chair without needle for an hour
Great experience! Friendly and helpful staff. Made the whole process easy from start to finish!
Love this location. Staff is super nice and very professional. Never hurts and I am a whimp with needles.
Informative and friendly staff that will help guide you every step of the way. Clean and professional environment, I highly recommend!
Very easy going staff! Came while I was a student and returned a few months after staff still was great!
Very fast and easy process. All the staff members were helpful and nice I definitely will be returning.
I have been coming to this location for 2 years I love the staff and their professionalism and look forward to every visit.????
Great staff was well informed of the whole process felt comfortable the whole time great work keep it up
I really love this place the staff is amazing.very organized and clean I had a great experience there and I will continue to go back highly recommend
Nice staff and experience but they are always understaffed. Last donation I had done it took them an hour before they finally got the needle in me. Poor management.
People are very nice and professional. Place is very sanitary. Great experience and look forward to donating more.
Taylor is such a great receptionist very caring and kind. She's my go to person when getting vitals checked she knows what she's doing.
So I returned after some time saw there was a location on the too an from work home etc Why not right!?!? I'll be a new donor an get the hundred go through the process of new donor routine video physical questions sit to get stuck then I'm told my car was broken into ! Cops an all were out there there's a case number and all and date the 20th of October. Car messed up they tried to break my shifter used something to pry my back door open so that's messed up ! So I go back in to find out I pretty much can't
Everything was very smooth. i had no issues with staff and the entire process was pretty straightforward
The facility is clean and the staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I always enjoy my experience when I visit this location.
The staff are very helpful and accommodating. The facility is very clean. I am glad to be supporting a good cause!
Awesome place, greatest people, pleasant experience....
Very great place to donate. The staff are very thorough with the process and they very helpful with whatever I needed help. Thank you for making my first donation comfortable CSL Staff!
This location has some of nicest and efficient employees. I never have long to wait before starting my donation.
The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Knowing that I'm helping someone else be healthy is a great feeling.
I have had nothing but positive experiences at this location for the last two years. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is always clean.
No one is answering phone today. Is csl closed due to storm? When will re open if so ?
I feel they do a great job there, even when they are super busy, they are great!!
The pregnant black girl who does a vitals check is annoying and slow. She wasn't wearing a name tag so I don't know her name. Avoid her if you can.
Very clean. Staff is super nice and works quickly. In and out just under an hour.
Very professional and courteous staff. Clean and friendly environment. Highly recommended.
The staff is very friendly and accommodating for my first time donating. I felt safe and clean the whole process.
The people are very friendly and make sure you have the best experience possible. Definitely recommend to all
Very informative friendly staff comfortable environment highly recommend to anyone who is interested in saving lives and making additional money in the process
The staff are extremely professional and courteous. Very impressed with how efficient their operation runs.
Professional and courteous staff. They make the process as quick and painless as possible and answer any questions you may have.
Love this place so clean and neat, everyone always has a wonderful attitude and very welcoming love the staff
It was awesome 1st time Ariel Adam's was great I don't like needles but had no problems ??
I was here today 1/6/23 and everyone was fast and professional. The bonus for being a veteran is very patriotic of csl!

They have a thorough screening, then you get into the chair, they put the needle in your vein, blood pumps out and into a running machine that filters out the plasma into a visible container. Several times the red blood gets pumped back into your arm, then more blood is taken, filtered, etc until the container is nearly full. They pay you on a prepaid card. You can go up to 2x a week, but only 2x within 7 days. They run promotionals, like "the first 8 donations pay $825. $100 for the first, $125 for the

Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
