Had a wonderful experience. The management team ( Ms Keisha)is very professional. The staff are really amazing (Nita, Jamison,Ann,Tamiko ,Kiara& Letty)they all make the donors Feel comfortable and appreciate it.
Dear CSL Regional Manager First, I am writing this letter from a place of concern and direct observation that I hope will help make a meaning impact on this center's approach and consideration for both donors and staff experience at CSL Center #535 I am a return donor at the local CSL Plasma Center. I have concern(s) that I would like to share and bring to the appropriate person(s) attention regarding CSL Center # 535. On June 14th 2025 approx. 3:20PM CST I went to donate at the local CSL Center locate
My favorite staff member is a Hispanic lady she always smiles and laughs with me when she notices I'm listing to music and I really appreciate it alone. I wish I could think of her name, but I only can think about my new grill that I'm about to win right about now. Thank y'all.
The screening is a breeze and customer service is good. As long as you do your part the rest is a breeze. Stay hydrated and eat food with a good source of protein. Shout Out to the lovely redhead in the booth she makes coming a smooth welcoming process.
Went here two separate times as a new donor, looking to hopefully be able to go through the new donor process. However, the first time I came the staff told me they were not accepting new donors at the time, which, was plausible as I did come a bit later in the day. However, the second time I came was quite early, and once again some lady at the front desk was completely useless and dismissive. When I asked if they were accepting new donors, she responded that they weren't and when I asked when they do/wou
I wanted to be a patient here, but multiple circumstances at this location have caused me to have massive doubts- all of which could have been resolved if I'd simply read the prior reviews and not gone in the first place. I went in a couple days ago for my intake, the staff member I did that with was extremely kind and friendly, and recommended I come in to donate on a different day since they were particularly busy that day. Unprofessional staff, not new donor friendly. When prompted when they would accept new donors, one of the workers there simply told me they do not know, it was a dismissive reply. If you're a new donor don't go here, you'll just be sent off by the unprofessional employees there.
This csl location has great staff workers. Always making sure we are taken care when donating. Letty in booth #1 always greets me and always has good vibes.

This is the second time we go there in a row mind you I've called ahead before and they said that they take new donors up until 430 now this is the second time that they've denied us. The people are lazy they're ignorant they don't even know how to talk professionally instead of coming up to you and speaking to you like a human being they yell at you from across the room all trashy? id advise no one to donate here find another spot and I will be speaking to the main place about how you conduct business caus

Seriously need to close that place got there at12 didn't get in until 3. Most of the staff walking around talking they don't clean it's junk all over the floors when you ask the workers a question they get mad worse experience I ever had wouldn't wish this experience on anyone hopefully they close that location or fire them all don't go
I honestly like coming in here but recently its been a lot of little issues that make the experience not enjoyable, first off would be how they would announce certain rules in the center like not charing phones or not sitting in the nurse waiting chairs but dont enforce them. Its irritating when people get away with these things while im trying to be fair with these things, and i know this next one isnt really on them but a lot of donors that come in loud, ratchet and full on rude. They provide, Great customer service, even when it's crowded and frustrating.! I've witness tough customer service and an employee I've gotten familiar with over time named ?Ann? over at 1418 s Laflin store number 535 and she was still so respectful and level headed.!
My favorite csl workers are Mrs. Letty and Mrs. Corisha. Them girls always keep a smile or their face and loves to put a smile on everyone else's face. They always be at work with great energy. Those two are in my opinion the soul of the company. I love seeing them at work
This center gets a lot of flack but they are really very good. The screener in booth one is very help ful and she moves quick. The center was quiet and the music was low and ambient.
Lety Neely is so welcoming when you come to this center . She's my favorite employee at CSL plasma! She makes it's fun to visit & donate just one conversation with her and you will feel like you've known her for years . I will definitely make this the donation center that I keep coming back to !

I have a wonderful time at csl . All the staff are kind , patient and helpful when it comes to providing the best care and services that comes with donating plasma . I absolutely love coming to CSL plasma and would recommend them to family In friends.
Friendly knowledgeable staff. CSL has a current Summer promotion going. Extra 45.00 added to regular donation amount. Which is why I decided to comeback and donate here

Takes the phone off the hook so they don't have to answer. Had a bed bug problem at one point when a client came in and they were filling off him onto the supplies. Never has the supplies needed, never has enough staff members and when they do the staff is talking and laughing as well as having a lot of inappropriate conversations instead of taking care of clients and getting the line down. And they aren't opened a lot when they are supposed to be
This facility is clean and organized All the staff members are nice and hardworking. My experience is great here

People need to learn patience is a virtue and moral everyone should practice in life donating takes time and the workers understand that
I took about 5 hours to donate. It wasn't worth it. There were too many delays and too few staff. At other companies, the donation process is much quicker.
CSL Plasma on 47th and Loomis is a great place to donate, I've been coming here for more than a year and would recommend this place it's always clean and the staff is great also.
At CSL plasma they have great customer service and they work fast one of the best workers is Kiara very good attitude.
Being from Detroit my home CSL center was Southfield Now here in Chicago Staff here are professional and nice
At this client on 47th should have more visitors and donors if you have any problems ask for ms Keisha she'll assist you in her vest abilities to solve the issue

For a place who just recently open. This was the worst experience for my first time visit.Don't they teach The was a short lady dark completed short hair. Was so unprofessional and not warm welcoming. I felt I was a bother just for her doing her job. She treated the black person better than me. Sounds kinda racism to me. Just because I am light skinned Hispanic. We should all be treated equally not by color.

Wish I could give this place zero stars. They act like a small town buisness and got 1 person doing check in working on 30 people. why does it take 3-4 hours to get $50 and only 45 minutes is actually donating? These lines be too damn long.
THEY TURNED ME AWAY AT 2:30 PM and they close at 4pm the 3 staff at the front 2 women and a man said that they are short staffed and wouldn't let me donate the entire staff is cross trained so why were 3 staff not doing their job that was highly unprofessional
They're short staffed every day and move slow. Don't come here if you have plans afterwards. The service in here is terrible as well so prepare to be bored as you wait hours
Wouldn't advise anyone to go here they are horrible and the tech's don't even know how to find a damn vein lazy as hell! To top thing's off the management was on the floor and the nurse wouldn't even take a look the little girl with the dreads is not professional and need to take her phlebotomy class over she knows that she's the one who stuck me in the first place and made up an excuse this time saying she's not doing it today wasted my time for nothing at all it should be illegal for them to do this to do

This place need to be closed down. I mean the staff is unprofessional. They have a lazy nurse I went there at 2:45pm in it was completely not pack get to screening, they talking about I need to see a nurse so here it go 4;50 in I haven't seen a nurse yet now its getting pack. Now I gotta wait some more hours I have children to get back home too this is extremely frustrating. In they does not gives a care in the world.smh

I made it to this location today as a new donor At 9am on the dot it is now approaching 1pm in the afternoon and there are still about 10 people in front of me I hope this is helpful example of how much they are trying to bullshit you and your time, bring a real snack to eat also all they provide for these extremely long wait times are small water bottles and crackers
Since switching donor locations my experiences have been fantastic. The staff is friendly and helpful. Tomiko makes sure that there is plenty of water and crackers.

She flat our said that I won't qualify as a new donor....She needs customer service skills. Treat others with respect.... she should be fired

I would give this place negative five stars if I could this short lady mexican who stick the needle in your arm need to be fired she messed my arm up where I have blood clots in my arm they really need to close this place down I will not be donating nomore because of her just don't go there trust me it's not worth it.
Use to be a good place to go. Now you can't even check in it so many people. Back to BioLife where you have to have an appointment.
