This place is purely unprofessional They'll lock the doors 20 mins before closing. The pay is way low $40-$75 The phlebotomist swear they better then you because your donating. Loud music in the back you can't hear your name being called or machines going off The phlebotomist Gossip way to much about the Donors. Slow expect a 3-4 hr wait, longer if new Donors are there. if the person scanning you is having a bad day they will lie about your vitals so you can't donate. They have about 3 or 4 ppl who
They deferred me without giving me a reason and the only thing that I can think of is because my hematocrit was low like four times in a row. And when I called them to see if I was still deferred they said it was a permanent deferral that something was wrong with my blood. It's very unethical for them to not give me more information about something being wrong with my blood.
Loud music they can't even hear the machines beep. Employees dancing and cussing, it's ridiculous.
Very inconsiderate of their patrons. They tell them anything on the phone which winds up being not truthful. Called the center told me that they would be open until 5:00pm. Inform them that I am coming from Berea Ohio, get to the center management won't even come to the door and the doors are locked at 10 minutes to 4:00pm.1 Will not speak to anyone will not answer their phone very unprofessional and the security guard had an attitude this has happened more than once it seems to be consistent with them clos
Drove a friend there n she was in there for hours, and there were people coming out saying that a staff female was screwing a client in the back!!! Wow I wouldn't have to sit outside so long if they were doing there job...so unprofessional, mind blowing, they should keep up better w there staff ..Sad..
Most trashy one out of westside area. They are the lowest paying ones to. Got workers that don't even know how to put in a needle then the other ones to busy on there phones to even care how many times u done been poked. They know what they are doing they just don't care. And top it off there mouths on them. Phones ringing off the hook they don't even pay it no mind
The Staff was great and they are very down to earth there. Sometimes it's very crowded and I think that the Head Manager Is Awesome.
This place has really went down hill. U have to wait a hour or a 2 just to get screened. They either have no help or just do not care. The staff are nice but plan on being here for a few hours while u wait just to go to the back. U need to step your game up. Hire more people or hire people who want to work
I called grifols to be able to come and donate and they told me that the doors would be open until 5:00 now knowing I'm coming from Berea Ohio to donate when I get there at a quarter till 4:00 the doors are already locked no management will come to the door and the security guard had a bad attitude.

Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
