Save a life this holiday season! Go donate blood! The Blood Center makes it easy and painless. I'm usually in and out of there in about 20 minutes. And it's a safe bet you'll get some swag! Keep up the great work Blood Center!

This is one of the best experiences I've had giving blood. The staff is knowledgeable, experienced, and they work with a laid back demeanor that put me at ease. They know their stuff. They did a great job preparing me and the needle part was painless and quick. The location is wonderful. As you donate, you have a beautiful view of the trees outside, plenty of sunshine, and a view of the birds. The facility is spotless and pleasant. This is now my favorite place to donate!

Great experience. All the girls were very nice. My wife was with me (and it usually hurts her when she gets stuck) and she said the stick did not hurt at all. I say good job and way to go. Keep up the good work.

Dear Gulf Coast Blood Center Conroe, I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent blood donation experience at your Conroe location. Unfortunately, the staff?s attitude made the process far less welcoming than expected. The interactions felt impersonal, and some staff members were rude and abrasive, making it seem as though donors were an inconvenience rather than being appreciated for their contribution. I understand that donation centers can be busy, but a little more courtesy and professionalism

I've been donating blood there for the last almost 10 years. I went yesterday. For some reason, they missed my vein or whatever but they only got like 15% of what I needed to give. I have a high hemoglobin and I had labs today so I had to just cancel that and they said come back in eight weeks. nobody seem to care or even give it a second chance. now I have to go back to the doctor get different orders. never had trouble giving blood before or double reds.

Called at 10am stating my labs state I need to donate and that my doctor told me to. Took off work, drove 2 hours back close to him and this location to get turned away. Lady was rude and said it wasn't her problem. I asked why she did not do this prior to me taking off work and causing me to loose money. Again, not my problem and tried to keep me from getting my id back. Rude, unprofessional. Won't come back.

Great staff, donation went smoothly, thanks Brandy and Bellina.

The staff is very nice but I went on Sunday and felt totally useless! their computer system is really not good nor updated. Because they couldn't update my file that STILL has a ban on it because I lived overseas between 80 and 96!!! That was 30 years ago! they couldn't remove the ban on Sunday. They asked me to leave and come back giving me a t shirt and an umbrella, I felt really helpless, useless and so frustrated. I booked an appointment under my name so they should have told me then there was a problem

this location offers such a warm, welcoming environment with a wonderful, caring, knowledgeable staff. They're professional, yet pleasant. The appointments almost always run on time with virtually zero wait and the entire process is effortless and efficient. I'm usually in and out in <45 minutes (while blood donation). Easy and in a convenient location! Shoutout to Kari who was a blast to chat with during the donation!

So, there was a blood donation bus in the parking lot of Chick Fil A in Huntsville, TX. I went in, without an appointment and nobody was there giving blood. 3 chairs were open, however, they turned me down because I didn't have an appointment. Don't whine and cry about needing blood donations, if you won't accept donations, when there is, obviously, open space to give blood.

It was my first time donating blood. Nikki made me feel very comfortable. Made sure I was ok after donating. I will be back. Thank you for the awesome customer service

This is the best place to give blood or platelets! I've been coming here for years and everyone takes such good care of you. The staff is friendly, caring, and truly cares about you as a person. Becky and Sonja always ask how I've been and about my family. They truly make this place special! Give blood, y?all!

This place is full of vampires. You walk in and after answering a few questions they suck the blood right out of your arm! Just remember every time you donate you could be saving 3 vampires from starvation. So donate often. Staff as always is friendly. Enjoying going here to do my part in helping save lives.

My son and I went to this center today (Fathers Day) to make whole blood donations. The experience was TERRIBLE. Both of us were told they did not value or want our whole blood donations (in separate rooms by two different ladies). They were strong-arming both of us to give platelets instead. They insisted and made it very uncomfortable. We both had to threatened to leave the center before they accepted our intent to give whole blood donations. I have NEVER experienced this before after giving blood fo

Outstanding operation, the phlebotomist at this location did an amazing job. Also, this location is very relaxing. I would recommend, that before you go, fill out the questionnaire at home, it will speed up the process.

Made an appointment online at the beginning of the covid crises, arrived on time and checked in with noone at the front desk. After waiting 10 minutes a young lady came by and saw us waiting and asked us if we had an appointment? We said yes, she kept walking never to be seen again. After waiting 30 minutes without a proper greeting, we left, figuring our donation was not important. We had not ever had a problem with our previous donations, this did not appear to be the usual staff. We will return when the

Melissa Sanchez was amazing, she was super nice, answered all my questions, and made sure my kids were taken care of all while taking care of me!

Great experience last week! Ask for Melanie, she's just great! Didn't feel a thing! Very friendly staff! Comfortable place. Again ask for Melanie. Highly recommend this location.

First time blood donor. Great experience and a great environment! Definitely made the process super easy and enjoyable!

Drove an hour to give blood just to be told no appointments only You would think being a business they would post that on their website or make it mandatory you have to have an appointment that way they can't pick and choose what they are gonna do that day
