Octapharma Plasma Dallas, TX

Octapharma Plasma Dallas, TX

Reviews Summary

The reviews show a polarized experience: many praise the friendly, efficient staff and clean environment, giving 5-star ratings for quick, professional service. However, significant complaints cite long wait times, payment issues, unprofessional behavior, and occasional medical mishaps like bruising or incorrect needle insertion. Some note inconsistent management and poor communication, particularly around bonuses. While loyal donors appreciate the staff and extra income, frustrated reviewers warn of disorganization and unreliable service. A few mixed ratings acknowledge minor problems but still recommend the center overall.

I've donated both blood and plasma off and on throughout the years with no problem ever (I also have an official American Red Cross donor card). Apparently, this location uses some kind of newer equipment with higher pressure and larger needles. So, you have to be checked by their staff to see if your veins are big enough to donate. I picked this location out of 4 others because of the reviews, and yet, I wasted 2 hours (1 hour each way by bus) to be told I can't donate because of my vein size?? Never had a

The female receptionist that works this morning shift is very rude, she hung up in my face after I was trying to find out my next donation. I called over 20 times to get that information but she kept answering just to hang up in order for me to not leave a voicemail on their automated system, however corporate has been notified of this negative behavior, and all of this happened 30 mins prior to me making this review.

Best Plasma center in TX and trust me I've been to other centers and other centers have nothing on this 1. Grade A service and the employees are like family!!

This donation place is way quicker than CSL Plasma plus the donor fees are more reasonable too the staff is very friendly would recommend!

This place seems to discriminate against me . The last few times they were able to draw plasma from my right arm while my left one is bruised. Last few times they like nooe,,, deferred.. Let me remind you they drew plasma successful out of my other arm multiple times...

Today, I had the pleasure of donating plasma, and I must say that the experience was significantly enhanced by the outstanding service provided by Randy. From start to finish, Randy was professional, friendly, and incredibly attentive, making my donation experience both comfortable and enjoyable. Upon my arrival, Randy greeted me with a warm smile and was quick to help me through the check-in process. He took the time to explain each step, ensuring that I felt informed and at ease. His knowledge about the

Very professional , great attitude , and a joy to interact with , keep up the good work Maria !

I usually never have problems with donating it's the nurse staff who want to give you physicals then advise as if they're Doctors I've had to go see my Primary care on two issues that they claim I have and a real Doctor has confirmed I didn't! Don't use the extra large blood pressure cuffs they are old and give false high pulse and high blood pressure almost every time! Second after a physical with a nurse at this location he made me think I had some swell on my feet and I was gonna die went to see Primary

The management (Saba) should be investigated for the way he conducts business. The stickers are rude and disrespectful. They're not willing to hear the people that's coming to donate out, but will allow their employees (Maria and more) to write statements in your folder to cover themselves. I have informed my counterparts of better places to go where your treated like a person and not a project. I will continue to express my disappointment about this location and the management that's failing the people that

The dearest family member of mine was terminated today. In my opinion the reason was absolutely absurd and out-right preposterous!! They have been working here for 18 years and the LOYALTY that these people say they have, was not shown nor considered. Saba is the assistant manager of this establishment and was the one that decided and finalized this wretched decision to fire them. Never in their 18 YEARS of working for this establishment, they would've thought they would be fired over something so ludicrous

I've been coming to this center for a while now. I'll be honest in my experiences. I've never had an issue with having to be re-stuck. Never had an issue with receiving payment. The wait times are typical of any center. It takes me 30 min to donate. Up to 30 min for the pre-screen. But of course wait time can be another 30 min. They have now added in the express kiosk and appointment setting in the Grifols donor hub app. It's convenient. Now the appointment feature does not mean you cannot come late. If yo

This place is fine, it's the only plasma center close to where I live so I kind of have to go here to donate. The staff is incredibly slow, and seem to stand around and talk with each other than get a lobby full of people through screening. Phlebotomists are okay, my veins are huge so it's not usually a problem for them to stick me but they do occasionally mis-stick and have to readjust or switch arms. Biggest complaint is that they are just so slow. Might as well bring a snack/meal to eat in the lobby sinc

I usually don't bother with reviews. But after my experience yesterday I felt like it needed to be said. Yesterday was my first and last time visiting this location. Someone mentioned in the reviews how this place doesn't have security and after my visit yesterday I'm incredibly shocked that they don't! The donors were very loud and disruptive. All of them fully grown adults! It got so loud and rowdy inside that one of the staff members literally had to yell at the donors and tell them to be quiet because

They tell you that you need to call them and at the same time ignore your calls or straight up end your call without picking up! You know you're not gonna answer the phone! Stop telling us to call you! Yall need to make something on the app so the donors can check everything we need to on our own so we don't need to waste our time or yours apparently.

seems like they don't give enough training to the phlebotomists because me and another person have been here and had issues half of the time we've been here. They don't know how to wrap your arms so we've had clothes damaged due to the blood leaking all over. And then management said theres nothing for them to do so yeah avoid this place by all means!!

Linda & Chaz is the best BEST PLACE EVER!!! EVERYONE IS SO NICE AND ARE VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO. THEY MAKE DONATING EASY AND RELAXING

I had hopes with this place being that it's my first time here. The wait time was expected being the first time but not getting paid was not expected. It's a Saturday. They close at 4pm. I finished about 4:45 pm. It's after 6pm now and I still haven't received my payment. They told me that sometimes it can take up to 20 minutes. I don't have a choice now but to wait until 7am Sunday when they open. I'm highly disappointed and hungry with only a bowl of cereal to eat tonight. The staff was nice otherwise I'd

Great staff, never a long wait it didn't get 5 star's because it's very hard to get anyone on the phone when you call.

They're very kind here. Always quick, professional & informative. The one that is trash is the one in Garland. The building inside & out looks dirty & the people who work there got big attitudes unprovoked!

The hispanc females that work there feel to freely to speak with so much profanity everytime im there .in Spanish and English its ridiculous and not very profesional they also let everyone aware of how they get messed up over the weekend. The one I hear that does it constantly is Maria . Yall might want to do a drug test on her because I've seen her as if she was on cocina .

Well the wait is long, that's expected. But shorting us on the payment that's wrong! All of the papers say what the fee is but I've had to get it corrected the last 3 times, it's like they don't want to honor their promise. And here we go again they say at the last minute they are closed on Sunday and Monday for the holiday this screwing us out of our end donation even though we have appointments! They just won't quit!

I've recently starting going the end of June. So far I've had good experiences. The staff has been great thus far. The incentives, and passport game(compensation and prizes) they've incorporated has made the experience even better.

A good opportunity to gain some extra monthly income. The staff is friendly and extremely competent for the most part. There have been some issues, but I choose to address these with the manager first, rather than just post them here.

I have been going here for about a year. When ever there has been anything in question or doubt the staff has always worked together to get everything resolved. If you have had to wait long more than likely you did not have everything ready or would have come last minute. I always go before closing time and get treated with kindliness and respect. The staff has over come alot of better improvements and are doing an awesome job there. Keep up the great work all of you.

Would give 0 starts if I could workers never wanna work and explain things, lines be long as hell and you be skipped just sitting there if your not paying attention to them whispering the names of people. Unorganized, they can't even stick right will have your arm bruised and puffed up, I could keep going with everything wrong with this biomat location go somewhere else!!

My first time at this location two weeks ago and the staff didn't give me a warm and fuzzy welcoming. I don't expect for the red carpet to be rolled out for me but I do expect decent customer service. When I reached the back the lady performing my physical was really nice, the other lady that worked w/her ( an ex firefighter ) was nice as well. I can say the whole process was fast, could've be faster if the ladies at the front desk were actually working. I've been to different centers and this center has a

This is a very well run place, unlike CSL Plasma center. The employees here are courteous and professional. They are very well organized and efficient in getting people back to the plasma machines. They provide a cool comfortable place to sit while you wait your turn. I have been so impressed with the facility on Gus Thompson Rd. Although they take their job seriously they are friendly and seem eager to answer your questions. I have always enjoyed coming to this center.

The customer service skills in this place has gone down over the years . These people that work here have to understand that this is a business this is not a social club to be conducting themselves the way they do. My feelings is if the management staff doesn't stop these employees from conducting themselves this way then other employees that come in new see this behavior and take on to the same behavior of mistreating clients. I feel you treat the employees as a client in a professional manner than they sh

They have 20 doctors and the wait time is HORRIBLE!! Why have so many people work if they are never calling people up.. there's just 1 doc doing the intake and screening while the rest be in the back chilling. It takes 1 hour for people to be called into screening. Worst blood donation place with out a doubt!! It should not take 2 hours to get called when there's only 3 people in front of you. Lobby stays full and they don't care. There's no urgency or care for people, this place is bad

I donated yesterday it has been 2 over hours with no payment. I was told there was an issue with the bank and they do not know when it will be fixed. All donors from yesterday did not get paid. I have tried calling the facility for an update, just to be hung up on. This is ridiculous I have always gone to csl but decided to try this place out. I will not be coming back.

This place is nice. The hospitality that everyone has is wonderful! They will have you in and out in a hour! The bus goes here from down town Dallas. They always got good bonuses and don't trip about your weight being less than 150.

The staff here is very friendly and attentive. You can tell they LOVE PEOPLE and enjoy what they do. It's never a long wait always fast and efficient

I went for the first time last week and it took a bit. Of course because it was my first time and they had to do a physical. I must add that they also had the FDA and another European group observing my whole process (it was an evaluation of the facility), so it added to the wait time. However, they compensated by giving me an extra $10. Overall, everyone was friendly and informative. Most of the people donating were also friendly. I like the facility and I'm definitely going back.

The staff is great but management is lackluster at best. They have recently started to have doners wait before they log into the system to give the appearance that doners are here for less time. This is their solution to having long cycle times instead of admitting they need more employees on each shift to meet the 90 minute cycle time. Very disappointed! I was here for over 22 minutes before I was able to log in even though there so no one waiting to log in.

Love this place! 2nd time going. The first time was a longer process seeing as I had to do the paperwork and physical but the actual donating process is quick and easy. The employees are professional and so kind. The atmosphere is very laid back. The few times I did go in, there was hardly anyone in there.

I love coming here always a smooth and quick experience

Awsome staff maria and Daniel

This place is horrible I'm a new donor in their system as I haven't donated with them for a few years and I go in they tell me that they can't give me the $100 dollar donation payout that their website and fliers advertise they said I'd only get $30-$40 that's ridiculous I didn't even get a answer as to why just that I'd be getting that miniscule amount instead of the full $100 I am supposed to get

I've been going here for a long time now. Friendly staff, clean facility and they do donor appreciation days. Friendly security guard as well keeps us safe. Good bonuses throughout the year.

The people were pleasant enough, but the operation runs SLOW. Arrive early for an appointment and you're still sitting there an hour and a half later. Also, they don't check your requirements when you first arrive. Wait, wait, and then they check and find something missing. "Come again." Uh-huh. BTW, after this week they will no longer accept appointments. Walk in and take your chances.

Been coming here for a few months and although the staff is usually great, the clientele can be rude. Having donated at a few different centers over the years, the compensation here is paid by on a tier system, which greatly benefits the return donor. Their SOP needs improvement, with time efficiency being the weakest link. But I always feel confident with the phlebotomist and other staff on the floor.

I gave been coming here for few months never had issues. The staff is awesome. The people who poke my veins are the best. Sometimes I have to wait but its okay this place does get busy. We all know people come in to donate and get paid so it happens. I would recommend this place to anybody. Thanks guys

Overall a TRUE 5 star donation center in the Dallas area. I receive superior professionalism each time I donate. Very clean facility. Complete donations in two hours from entrance to exit door. Love the appointment setting for future donations. Again the management and staff operate are true professionals. Biomat works diligently to meet the public needs. Great place to donate and make extra cash.

Its a great place to earn extra cash and save lives. I like coming here. Great customer service. They really care about their donors. Wish they can give us more bonuses more donors will come by. Overall great place

This place lost one star because you can not in any case rely upon they're words when it comes to payment. If you want to be sure that you are paid the bonus or anything else. Read the material yourself! Be sure you are a hundred percent right and that you arrived at they're location, donated, and then called customer service to make sure that you received the exact amount. I was told 4 times, that's right FOUR times that I had in fact completed the requirements of two visits a week. So that I would get a 1

I've donated here a few times and I've had a wonderful experience each time. My only complaint is how little they pay you for each donation. If they offered more money I'd be a regular.

My overall experience was great. The staff were nice, they informed you about all the benefits (and some side effects) of donating plasma, and the process itself was quick and easy. Would definitely come back to donate more plasma.

I've been going here for 1yr now and I never had a bad experience until today I have small vines and most workers are able to get them . My vines can't hold fast returns and today it was put on that that resulted to make the machine keep stopping . The woman that stuck me a couple days before kept looking and rolling her eyes at me and talking about me to the man that was working with her I felt uncomfortable to the point I refused to receive my blood back or continue my donation because of the environment

As almost a 3 year donor here. I recommend not coming to this place at all no more, please don't waste your time at all here, they went from one of the best options to donate, to the last place you ever want to donate at. This place use to thrive but now they have gotten so cheap. I recommend a friend whole thought was getting $100 for their first 4 donations only to finally be able to return only to find out that they were only gettin $100 for there first 2 donation instead of 4 donations, and I'm sure the

Great techs, very friendly. The process is quick (after first visit) and easy. Clean facilities, kept very sanitary and I love the new return donor fees. After 8 visits, the total pay out is $420.

I used to love coming here and have since 2012. Well this year has been horrible it's always something up there. And now I'm deferred again for 6 months because my veins are bad? No they aren't sorry that I have deep veins and your employees can get the needle just right. All because someone doesn't know how to stick I have to suffer. I have never had problems till this year I dunno this place seems like they are all over the place now. I had never had problems till lately and it's always something differen

Everyone here is so very nice. Such a easy process. Jose is an amazing painless phlebotomist. This place is super clean and staff in the front are friendly.

I love the people there and they alone worth my while. And doing a good thing is an extra plus and some money win win situation. You should try it let them know I Willie king sent you

So my first time was awful. My veins kept rolling but honestly they were super gentle & still paid. My arm bruised bad but they still allowed me to donate. They're fast, professional, and super nice. Plus they're open late for those who work till 5 ????????????????

If there was any place to donate plasma at I wouldn't chance even meeting nor, greeting with them. I love the experience that I've had coming to this location. Fast, friendly and the comfortable as you can have it. Employees here are the best. Keep up the good work.

I have been a donor at Grifols now for a few years after loosing my son. I felt the need to give back in anyway I could, and now here I am , this being the 2nd site I have donated at, and I am so grateful to be here. I am so pleased with all of the staff, the new staff meshes so well with their training mentors, the compassion and caring shows in each and everyone, they are all dedicated to what they do and it shows, thank you all for caring .????

Has great staff members, they are polite kind and very professional. Been to 2 different donation places and this one is the best. Enjoy the bonuses they offer, it shows they do appreciate their donors for donating. I would most definitely recommend this place to others looking to donate

The majority of the staff is wonderful. However, Bernice (i believe that was her name) jabbed my arm with no care at all after i told her to be careful since i bruised easily. It was the worst experience ever and my arm immediately swelled up and i had to donate through my other arm. I have been donating for years and have never had such a harmful experience, that was about a month ago and now the nerves on the arm she stabbed are constantly experiencing random pains and cramps. Thank you Bernice, I am neve

I have been coming here for few months. They make me feel comfortable when I donate. There are great people here. I recommend this place.. Come check them out and save a life!!!

After the initation of being your 1st time Donor. It took awhile, but after was smooth sailing & fast. (Not sure if it was because of weather or Holidays. That they weren't as busy. It's going on my 3rd visit. But, very friendly, we'll greeted, we'll protected, guided, & questions answered.

I have been donating plasma for a few years now and this is my third center. This one is probably my favorite. The staff is great and the wait time is usually less than 2 hours. I have not experienced any problems since I started going here.

Don't come and donate today, they are testing out new machines on us during busy peak hours. You'd think in-house training would of happened on a non traffic day. Some of us come in after work or before work and are on limited time frames.

Having no experience elsewhere the wait is atleast two hours on a good day. donated eight times now four out of eight both arms look like I was a crackhead. don't know her name but she's the loudest one there. I guess you have to ask every time not to see her. if not you can't (help) for two weeks or until bruises go away thanks to her neglect. I'm not the only one she's messed with the last time I was there. She iodine a man without asking and he was allergic. Over her wanting a Starbucks coffee

I'm interested in becoming a donor but after speaking with another center, I'm concerned that my zipcode (75474) may not be within the center's recruitment area. Phoning in to find out, I press "1" as a potential donor and after listening to a lengthy recording, I'm told to press "0" to speak to someone at the center. After pressing zero, I'm told "I do not recognize that as a valid entry" and the long recorded message begins again. I've done this 4X at this point (this also happens when calling the Garland

They too much in your business?..they asked me was my piercing done professionally, when did I get it, where did I get it??& permanently deferred me. oh well still got my fill for today thanks to the plasma centers that do they job?? also they made a man read out loud in front of everyone which isn't right and front desk tried to tell him to sound it out or we're going to have to read it too you and about how much longer it takes due to not being able to read. Every other plasma center does it in a room. TH

Hello I went on a Saturday morning on 4/9/22 and I was extremely happy with my visit the worker who did my physical was supper helpful and explained everything I think he said his name was Aldi don't know if I heard it wrong but he was great

I just left this donation center for the third time in the last week but have only been able to donate once. My first visit, I filled out paperwork, answered questions, and did a urinalysis and was here for over an hour. I was then told I couldn't donate because my social security number was in their system under a different last name...from when I donated 5 years ago. I got married since then so my last name has changed. The person at the front desk told me I had to bring my marriage license for them to ve

Tasha has a very positive attitude & has a good spirit within her. This place is helpful in any way possible & doesn't waste any time with their patients. Keep up the awesome work Biomat.

So if I drive thru traffic and get here at 6:55, before the 7pm time they have on the door. Somehow I'm still late. You guys are inconsiderate, for the people who take time to donate and you reject them at the door, when it's not the said time yet. There's no point in donating if I'm getting rejected at the door when y'all close at 7.

I love it here!!!!! I wouldn't go anywhere else! And the employees are great and Tasha smile makes me want to keep coming back she deserves a raise she is wonderful

My experience with Grifols have been a pleasant. I know if I need monies or look for a way to give back, they have provided me the opportunity to do so. I'm glad to be apart of the family. UP THE FEE'S TOO....

It was my 6th time going for the months with no problems or issues. But someone I've never seen before decides to handle my situation. She looks at me and says to take off my mask for what ever reason. Not only did she puncher my vain causing me to hyperventilate, hot sweating lost of breathing and about to black out. After that give me a Powerade. It's been 3weeks and my is this finally went away from my arm. My arm doesn't feel the same yet.

Biomat has been a great place to donate plasma and the staff there is amazing! I love the new machines. I get in and out now so much faster. I have been to other plasma donation places and this one is by far the best!!

I've donated plasma for a long time and this is by far the cleanest plasma center and friendliest staff I've ever been involved with. They are very hands-on and very friendly and, again, the cleanliness is what makes me come back. Great location! 5-Stars

Love! Clean facility, excellent staff, professional and caring!! I've been donating here over a year and will continue to do so. The staff make my visit great every time.

I've called up there like 8x now. No one ever answers the phone. I've been in the plasma center waiting, and have witness them ignoring a ringing phone back to back. This is ridiculous. The way they are when it comes to something as small as answering a ringing....is just a small insight to the full biomat Dallas experience. If I could do a negative star rating I would!

I've always had a good experience with this place!!! A good way to make a little side money! *and between us, I was given chocolate while I was here??* but yes most definitely worth the drive for me!

Always a pleasant experience. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The new appointment process has really sped up the wait time a lot.

This place is a discriminative location but I think this is a company policy cuz I've noticed when I visited gripples at the other location in Garland on Buckingham they didn't have cups big enough to fit my wife is heavy set now when I go to this location I had a problem I reviewed and management got back to me and there was no problems in the following day pulling off point low can't donate point off protein too low protein too low but my wife's eating steak shrimps I literally fed my wife all day all nig

My daughter went in to donate blood and one of the staff members caused some damage to her bicep muscle from inserting the needle too many times and too deep also causing a blood clot and severe pain for weeks and she is still having problems. This was not a good experience because I had to miss time off work several times to take her to three different doctors to find out and get to the bottom of her problem. Horrible experience and I recommend to everybody. Never go to this place to donate blood. They

I have been donating here for a few years now and I will be amongst the first to tip my hat at a job well done...The staff is filled with beautiful faces and warm smiles...I must admit I get a warm feeling knowing that my plasma is being used to help improve someones quality of life...and the $ money $ comes in handy..I have seen a few faces come and go but they maintain a great team...

SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN!!! This place is no good ppl...they change the payments fast as you can blink. An to make matters worse, now you gotta make appointments to donate?? Like people don't have enuff problems tryna fit getting up there with out one.i mean not every body that goes here is jobless an has all day to go to an appointment!? The staff is so busy talking an being ugly to everyone...that they can't even get your pay right or if your new donor or old?? They are truly lost. They don't have my trust or

Bear in mind that the reviews below are a couple of years old. No one can accuse the current security guard of being abusive, he's one of the nicest guys I've met in these places. The staff are also courteous and polite. Sometimes the wait is longer than you'd like, but I'm afraid that's to be expected at any plasma center. My advice is not to donate on a day when you have plans, or at the very least, give yourself a 6 hour window if you're a walk-in. Of course it rarely takes that long. I suggest after you

Positive : you should (see below) get paid more than most places, and it's not based on weight, but rather it is a set amount. Negative : they will lie to you about the amount that they pay you. They say they paid you $50 but they actually paid you $25 and say "you must have some fees with CITIBANK AND THAT IS WHERE YOU LOST THE OTHER $25", and then they say that they DID only pay You $25 Because it's the first donation of the week (So they lie to you AND the number of times You donate throughout the month

The staff has been nothing but courteous and very helpful answering any question I have . I have had great experience so far.

This plasma center is clean on the inside and most of the staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. And apparently you have to either bring your own or pass out completely to get a complimentary powerade. But other than that its ok.

My experience has been quick. Making the appointment online was a great idea and makes the process shorter! The staff is nice and polite as well.

It was the worst experience of my life. It was my first time there and i arrived just before open and waited in line outside. Since they didn't have my information they needed to run tests. I hadn't eaten since 3:30am. Somehow they kept skipping my name and had to retest me several times because of some errors their equipment was having. I was there till close to closing time. The whole day i was there and they wouldn't let me leave to go eat. They said I'd lose my place in line and will have to throw my te

I really enjoy coming here, the employees are very Respectful, Friendly and Professional. And they keep it spotless and stay on top of things.

This plasma place needs to update its hours or something. I got off work at 2 thinking im fine i have enough time and came on the bus, took about an hour to get there and I got there at 3:02, just in time to see a paper sign on the entrance saying they are closed at 3 ! Wasted my time and money.

Some of the staff is Kool. But how it is ran is horrible if u do really just need the money I would stay away. They give a bad picture of the donation experience. They will make u not want to donate again

The staff are super friendly also you can request certian phlebotomist usually go on tuesdays and thursdays the checkout process could speed up a bit but otherwise that very strict and professional oh and shout out to the white security job always knows his stuff

I have been donating for a while. And d people that work here are really good with us.And r very good at answering or helping you with what ever u need help with . And d place is very sanitize and clean and organized.

Employees are fast to get you in and out. Sticks are on point. Natasha and Maria are awesome.Jessica M is sweet and good at sticking.Great place to donate.

Great people (mostly) very friendly, in and out for the most part if you come here, you'll become a regular. Not to mention, you REALLY are helping someone and the extra money definitely helps ends meet.

Love biomat dallas. Been going here for years and had never had bad service. Staff is vary friendly and welcoming and professional. Highly recommend this location. Also they have an appointment kiosk that make the return donor process faster.

The experience was great, seeing smart black women working together is beautiful... Thank you all and I dont have nothing bad to say, come try this place out if you need the funds, bring a blanket it's super cold.

This place is great. Always easy, and get done quickly. Never painful as once expected. The staff are extremely polite, and down to earth. When I go donate I come to biomed USA plasma center.

Worse experience at donor center I ever had. Staff rude and inconsiderate.. Stay away.... I wouldn't say all are bad but this one particular female named Miria. They need to evaluate her because she is clearly mentally ill...

This was my first time as a donor. Was scared because of other ppl stories but they say if u wanna know something find out urself and i did. My experience their was great. The staff was wonderful. I went in fear but came out in peace. Keep up the work Biomat ill see u soon.

Ive donated plasma at other places and this place has the most kind and understanding staff. They've given me extra compensation when there has been a mistake and also vip passes when ive messed up my donation days. Shane especially kind. They always have bonuses and its just very well organized.

I love ??Bio Mat USA in Dallas, TX. The staff are compassionate, considerate and sociable with us. I have been donating now for 7years straight and will not go anywhere else. Grifols I love you. ??

The medical staff doesn't properly follow protocol or do the necessary medical updates on your medication. also the facility and equipment are outdated. I've personally had to sit through power failures twice at this location and staff would refuse to take myself as well as several other donors off the equipment when we asked to stop the donation.

There machines aren't collaborated every morning like they are supposed to be and when I request to talk to a manager they refuse and just give me a supervisor trying to say my iron level 5 to low when I know for a good fact cause I take iron pills to help keep it right

I love this place! Good employees and they have great personality and the women who works here are super beautiful.

Most people there are nice. Had a bad experience with a couple people but I like it for the most part. They are sanitary (more than the CSL plasma in mesquite and more professional).

Best plasma donation center imo. I've been to most of the competition and Grifols is the cleanest, most professional and speediest of them all. The first time donation took a very long time but return visits are a breeze and the entire staff is extremely friendly. Pay is great since they don't go by weight and it's standardized for everyone.

I always have a good experience donating at this location. The staff is incredible great personality and very professional. I highly recommend donating and knowing you making a change in someone life.

Very friendly staff. Been coming here for quite a while.good place to come get a piece of mind while helping to save a life or two by donating plasma. Feel better about this location versus others I have experienced. Would recomend to other donors.and game days are awesome btw

Since the updates and cancellation of appointments, the center has received new machines, and new staff has been hired. The process seems quicker and more efficient.

I don't like coming to these places.. But I had to due to circumstance. The staff while most are rude thee others make you comfortable.... Mr Steve, ms vera, and the security always help me and have never been rude

Grifols -Biomat - had a great experience donating plasma it gets me some extra cash and at the same time I'm helping people so it's all good. I would suggest people look into it. The employees walk you through your first time and after that a piece of cake.

My experience with this center has been great. I had a few little bumps with the machine, however, they are always getting the job done to the best of their ability.

BioMat is a great company, Clean and safe location, griendly staff and donors, BioMat pays more than every other company if you donate twice a week, every week. There is many layers of bonses. Twice a week, 8th of the month, punch card, and now the Passport

Very friendly staff! I've been happy with they're service and would recommend them to anyone who wants to donate plasma. Yep 5 stars for sure!

Great place fast and easy they are always smiling and ready to work. I have been going for some time now and I feel like family.

Do you ride the DART? Don't bother coming here then. Do you have a health condition that's currently being treated with medicine? Don't bother coming here. I sat and waited ALL DAY LONG just to have one of the ladies tell me the doctor needed to talk to me about the meds I have to take for my conditions. Instead of having the DECENCY to tell me that BEFORE going all the way out there, they wait until an hour before closing time, when I've been there since 11 a.m. Sorry, but unless you're being paid $5

Very unprofessional and I hated the way I waited for 5 hours in the intake process. It was like they forgot I was there for two hours. They didnt even give me paperwork to fill out. Also just read the comment that "Dont come Here" Is that how you answer your upset clients? Sad.

DO NOT GO HERE! What a waste of time. I spent SIX HOURS before I was finally seen for my physical. By the time I was seen, it was already after closing time. Amazingly, I failed my physical! Imagine that! I've passed it at other plasma donation centers. You think they were ready to go home? Absolutely awful experience. Six hours for no money! NEVER AGAIN.

All of staff including the housekeeper who does outstanding work to keep it very clean...They all are my family .In that regard all have my respect and gratitude...Thank you all very much for all the years in relations to myself...Dennis has the best crew ever to work with..keep up the good work...God Bless

The phlebotomists here are very cool and laid back. I give them a 5 star rating, because other donation centers wouldn't let me donate cause of facial tatts.....bs, but they look out at grifols. I like when they had the scratch offs too. They give chances to scratch up a few extra bucks.

This place is awful, very unprofessional, slow employees who only cater to new donors instead of the loyal one's who been there and they don't answer the phone's when it's something important bout money on the card or anything you'd have to go back up there to handle the situation in person...I could go on but please if you reading this and thinking of going PLEASE, I REPEAT PLEASE DONT GO ANOTHER ONE YOU WILL BE WAITING FOR SEVERAL HRS WHEN ITS 3 PEOPLE DOIN THE STICKING.

They are all very professional and friendly. From supervisor down. I have been to 2 other centers but, this one by far is the best organized. And they are not based off weight .

Relaxing environment, friendly staff and lots of incentives. Everyone gets paid the same, no matter your weight. The staff is really fun too!

This place is the best plasma donation center in Dallas metropolitan area. They don't change staff call you by name and treat you with respect. I've never had a problem at this donating and they unhook you right away great place.

I've been coming here for years on and off, and they are very professional with the work they do. They care about their donors and from my understanding some donate themselves. I recommend you all go here

This place is really cool get a quick bit of pocket change for a lil time most of the time (2hrs) which is pretty standard and the staff cool. As long as they get they morning coffee

Great staff very friendly... The wait is long due to cooperate crazy rules... But overall I love this place....

Been coming here for over 15 years never had a problem. The staff and management have always been great I'll give them 4 stars

I came on my 5th donation here on a Wednesday and it wasn't that crowded. And the staff is really nice and this center stays very clean.! I love coming here.

It's ok but how about try answering the phone once in awhile. Or don't just answer and click yall have been doing these past few times that I called

This is the most happy place. where U go every two week twice a week I know I am saving a life and also helping me I been coming 14 years and will continue to come I am 56 I gave to stop at 69 with God I will continue to donate as long as my health allow me Thank God that I can help His pro people mental and physical Thank you Jesus I love

I've been donating here for 7 months now. Everyone here are professional, and kind. In and out in 1 hour. Great place Thanks employees

Slow, slow, slow!!! 1st time donor and experience was horrible. Site Manager is a Liar and they are getting over on people in that center. DO NOT GO THERE

Great experience been coming for 6 months naw. The people are easy to get along with they do thire jobs with a smile on thire faces.

Love the clean facility and the staff is so nice they always make me feel so welcome. Enjoy coming here to donate.

Great staff! Been going here for 3 months and always treated well. Would highly recommend this place to everyone!

Piyshe has the best customer service. The rest of the staff could learn from her. Keep up the great work Pie!

Professional staff, very friendly and helpful. Have not had a bad experience yet. Definitely recommend!??

Wonderful staff wonderful Josh was awesome physical the nurse was really nice my peoples on floor and in booths they are wonderful never short temp try everyone welcome Georgie is the best So is Jessica

I woudnt even give them a star if it wasnt for the fact i had to to comment. They are very rude an will defer you just so they dont have to do they're jobs. Poor people skills and will do nothinh to help you even of they are in the wrong. Pay not worth the waiy or crudeness from management.

They never answer the phone I call for days over and over.

I love coming here all the employees are kind and they always make sure there guests are well take care of

EXCELLENT SERVICE AND FRIENDLY STAFF. WOULD RECOMMEND TO ANY NEW OR EXISTING DONORS!!!!! Ma' Ryea is a excellent employee and helped me with my restick!!!

I have been going here for years on and off the staff are very nice and they get you in and out whichs important to me

I love coming to the biomat. Staff is always friendly . the wait isnt long (if you come in the morning). And I always get to watch the game!

I recently donated here last week transferred from the Jupiter location wasn't compensated because they don't use the same pay card now my number is blocked and no one?s is trying to help me possess my money .

Great place......Ive been going there for years. Very friendly staff. Great monthly bonuses on top of your donations.

I just love the staff very professional ?????? neat organized. Very caring to call & check offer extra promotions, bonuses etc.

They have a great staff and they move faster than any other center I've been through. I recommend everyone uses the machines they have

Good staff ,easy money been coming here for over a year two days a week and only had a couple of minor problems. Other than that I still come here every two days.

Everything was great and quick in and out in less than 2 hours the staff is great also they are friendly and courteous

Very professional, the proses is repetitive, but I guess the more you read the same thing the more it'll stick.... nice works, I don't mind going back.

They have great employees..they make it fun! A great place to donate! I would highly recommend.

Terrible Terrible Terrible no customer service skills whatsoever everyone standing around like the club super slow like granny?s run the place attitude like your baby mamma work there TOTALLY NO CLASS or customer service at All! I repeat TERRIBLE go anywhere but here?????????????

The process actually moved pretty quick for me at this location in comparison to most. The compensation is also better than most places. Donating plasma is a lengthy process in its self but Biomat is pretty organized.

I have been to a couple different donating places and I'm sticking with Biomat. The staff is super friendly and they do their best to get you in and out.

This place is the best place to donate plasma. They're patient, professional and they do their best to get you in and out in a timely manner. So if your looking to donate plasma, I recommend you go to Biomat in Dallas.

I always have a quick and pleasant experience here. Everyone is super nice!

I love this center and the employees. Always professional and timely. I'm very at ease here.

Grifols Plasma is a clean friendly environment that I have experienced so far.The staff have been kind and helpful when it comes to donating plasma.I recommend this facility to anyone thinking about donating plasma for the first time.

Love this place! They have chairs for you while you wait so no standing around and the staff is awesome!!

People there are in good spirits and move swiftly . Near to none difficulty singing in & the whole process from start to Finnish is ~ superb.

The people are very professional and helpful. I was very pleased with my experience here. I will be back.

Horrible also most made my fiance bleed out he ask the lady for another bandage but instead of going to get one she went and got the security a manager and one other man. The crazy part is he was only giving a sample and she stuck him two time had him bleeding everywhere else except for in the tube. She was moving the needle around in his arm like crazy. He told the manager but instead he just kept asking did he curse at her to which he told him NO BUT after they told him he was banged he did. Even as the

Fantastic staff, quick service in and out with their online appointment option, 100% success every time I visit.

I like the people here, the staff are always nice and for the most they know me by name.

Everyone is so helpful and super nice! Patient care always comes first. Amazing staff!!

Service is beyond terrible. I went 3 straight days & had to leave because i was waiting 3 hours just to get stuck. No one offered assistance & everyone lags around. NEVER visit here.

They are the best.We need more phelbotomist like them. I've love coming to this center. There the best..Friendly staff..and Very Helpful

I'm having a problem with your Return Donors incentive plan you start the month on the first of the month and yet by the eighth donation you don't receive the bonus this month as of January 2nd with my first donation and I completed 8 donations and still did not receive my end of the incentive, I'm being told that I won't receive my end of the month incentive until my ninth donation if you're going to advertise something at least stick to it

My experience has always been pleasant most of the time anyway when I've donated. Courtney be the BEST!!!!

The staff there are nice and friendly and get you in and out in a timely manner ????

After I donated I didn't receive my payment they promised! ??This can become a repeated issue SO If you decide to go to this place ??DONT LEAVE ??UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR PAYMENT!! Seriously ??

Its a very clean facility with brand new machines and a friendly staff. Its the only place I would recommend donating plasma.

Awesome place to donate. Staff makes sure you're comfortable and always eager to listen and assist you.

Always been a great place to donate. Staff very friendly a lot of veterans working here and very knowledgeable people

My experience here has been great great staff very helpful I don't meet here more than in the center

Don't bother making an appointment. They will always be running late. 2.5 hour wait if you're lucky.

I am a regular at this place. I've donated over 40 times. The workers are so good that I turned down $1,000 new donor fees at other plasma centers.

Biomat makes it so easy to donate your plasma. Lots of TVs around with a variety of content to help make the time go by faster and the phlebotomists are all skilled and so nice!!

The people here are awesome! I have been going here for over a year and never had a poor experience.

Very good staff. Very fast and courteous! Speaking on the location on Ferguson and Gus Thompson!

Great experience. Been donating there 7 years. Always friendly and e.

Worst ever!! My needle had a 4" long blood clot in it that I watched her pull out when she restuck me cuz my flow was slow. I could have died if the machine returned that!!!

Nice for the most part, fast if they can help it , even understanding at time I think it's a reason they stay busy

I was thinking of going here...but too many "Not getting paid" comments... Biomat, why do you think we come here...?? It's not because we love it...
