Yall be in here playing fr. All them beds open why the line aint moved in 45 minutes ?? Ppl have things to do , yall need to be more considerate of ppl time. And the line wasnt long at all , its these workers dragging their feet so ppl can leave but it only piles up the line.
The donor line is always like this compared to the check in line. Corporate should really investigate how the phlebotomists deal with the donors. This is a daily occurrence. The are open beds in bay 1 & bay 2. Yet they respond late rather a donor speaks up or not. Even with the new machines they aren't as nearly as thoughtful as the North Hairston location.
Should?ve known it was too good to be true! Walked in and it was no wait only a few people in front of me everything was good until about halfway through my donation my entire body instantly went into a sweat and I felt like I was about to pass out I told the young lady who was stocking the machines and she told the girl that stuck me that I was feeling light headed and sweating and she never came over to me to ask me any questions or even ask if I was ok. I tried to give CSL a chance since it was close but
I love this place, if you don't want to wait in a long line it's best to go later in the day, so u wait have to wait that long. Around 3 or 4:00 on a Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday, and maybe Sunday. The customer service is Awesome !! And it's better than the other donor place on Memorial, can't rem the name of that one
Giving Plasma saves lives. This is the only CSL open on Sundays. Frontend staff is friendly and enjoy helping you. Once your in the chair to give plasma it's a hit or miss.
This location continues to go down hill. Understaffed so no one can afford to stand around talking and doing nothing. Yet they manage to do it. If it weren't for Sandra, Bri in the front and Patrise in the back I would have found another center. They need to bring Rashad back.
Every time I come here it's atleast a TWO hour wait bc people wanna do everything BUT their jobs.. such unprofessionalism. I'm always waiting for someone for more than 30 mins to say ?you're done? people leave in the middle of doing blood work!
my second time there and I noticed teamwork business, efficiency, promptness and the nurses and staff was very informative about the questions I asked and overall work enviroment was pleasant and busy, staff members (all) seemed very professional.
What really pisses me off you have to sit and watch several conversations go on before someone me do anything. Do y?all not know how to multitask? Because y?all run y'all mouths more than y?all use those hands . Now the people up front always move swiftly but once you go to the back , that's the real hold up . This is a job , not a high school I really a lot of people have that confused in this generation. Also Try to do too much at one time how did you start about to take me off of a machine then go next t
Hi I've been going to this location off and on for a couple years , They have always been great to me!! Little busy at times, but they work hard to get you in and out!!
Horrible establishment!! Literally saw employees talking and doing nothing!! I stand in line for over an hour cause they didn't wanna work and rather talk and they ALWAYS have an attitude like if you hate your job quit!! Literally had them say " idc if they mad they gotta wait till we are ready" like super unprofessional hire better employees this happen with the staff crew at 9 am on 02/23
I love the staff , majority of them are bubbly . The nurse with the short cut is awesome and so calm and very good at her job . The security guard is too adorable and does his job . Chrisona or Chrishawna (it's something like that) BUT anyways her custom service skills are bomb. She is ALWAYS smiling . I eat pretty well and drink my water so I barely have a hard time donating . I like the fact I can get someone on the telephone every time I call . I know I typed a lot but I rarely do reviews so I said why n
This location needs to get it together with several things first and foremost when placing needles in people they need to STOP allowing newbies to stick people causing harm to them as people veins are nothing to play with it these are professionals then several people should not be complaining about the same issue. Something needs to be done about this as this should not be done wrong. Y'all already don't pay enough for people giving BLOOD to save lives on top of that y'all are sticking people in the wrong
I was lied to about their referral bonus by the staff. I was suppose to get an extra $100 dollars after my referrals second donation and she was suppose to receive and extra $50. I only got an extra $50 and she received nothing. Staff also doesn't pick up the office phone
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE. I THINK I SPEAK FOR EVERYBODY WHEN I SAY OPEN UP THAT THIRD BAY AND HIRE MORE WORKERS. THERES NO REASON THE LINE SHOULD BE IN THE BATHROOM TO DONATE.2 HOUR WAITS FOR $40-$50 ISNT REALLY WORTH IT BUT WE DO IT BECAUSE WE NEED IT AND YALL PLAY ON TS FR .PPL HAVE LIVES WHY ARE WE AT CSL FOR OVER 4 HOURS ??? SO SAD AND THE RESTROOMS ARE ALWAYS NASTY , THEY ARE NEVER CLEAN.
You'll leave there feeling bitter sweet, emotionally disillusioned. Try promoting positive attitude feedback towards your customer even though i might be having a real bad day and less these comments might review in a different perspective.
This is about my visit 12/13/24 at 7am The check in ladies were great but the ones in the back sticking folks were all rude and childish even my favorite phlebotomist. She was childish along with the other ladies and decided to waste my time acting busy because she got mad that i always request her INSTEAD OF being a grown professional and asking me to chose another sticker because she was "busy". Then when i asked the lady in my row to stick me, she was still mad that i requested somebody originally inste
^Lately the line for checking in has been very long because there's only one to two nurses to help. Making wait time Increase. Sad that there's 6 stations and two people working to move the line. And the donation pay has dropped. Yet the medications being made from our Plasma cost alot. Sham....
I love this place! Co-Co (Korticia) is an amazing example of why i keep coming back here. Here and the woman with purple hair are the perfect examples of customer service. They are friendly and real and honest and helpful. Employees like them make the lines tolerable and keep me coming back
^Understaffed. Get ready to stand on line for 1 1/2 to 2 hours before getting hooked up to give Plasma.... This is sad CSL, and the pay rate has dropped.... Then the medications have a high retail price. . . . .
Tried to come early thinking the service would be quicker and it's not. Have been in the screening line 30+ minutes and still have not been screened as I text. This place has been like this for the past few years. Really astonished this place has a 4star rating. 2 star rating is more like it and I encourage everyone who sees this to rate every/any experience you have here. No one comes to work and with that being the case this place needs to be shut down or everyone fired. Wouldn't wish this service on my w
This location is Terrible..I go for convenience it's in my neighborhood ..I shouldn't have to go elsewhere for professional service..management sucks because the employees on the donor floor needs more serious supervision KeKe can't do it by herself she'sthe only manager making things happen.Enployees are hateful and spiteful..I have had one(anna banana??) make a false deferral report on me twice.. obviously was never reprimanded for lying on me because she's still working with the nastiest attitude against
They show great hospitality and they're very friendly
Line be to long they got ppl coming from the Westside of Atlanta to this plasma center. They need to go by your zip code
There staff here is extremely slow or they need more help or a better system for things to run smoother! It's no reason you should be in here for 4 hours that's just ridiculous!!!!!
Worst plasma center to go to in Decatur. Not enough phlebotomist on the floor and lack of machines. The waiting lines are always more than 2 hour wait no matter what and management does nothing about the issues this plasma center has and seems like they don't care. Go to another location NOT HERE!!!!!!
Edit: They just got new machines here that are so much faster than the old ones. I'd raise my score if I could. CSL absolutely just became the #1 plasma franchise for me. I'll tell you what man this place is the Chick-fil-A of plasma centers: clean, well-staffed, and they get you in and out (within reason). The line can be absolutely packed and you MIGHT wait half an hour to be seen, and then MAYBE another half-hour to go to the back. Vey reasonable wait times, given how busy this site is. I definitely pre
Salute to the team. Beautiful black kings and queens doing Good work for their family and the community. Big salute to Rashad! Was very informative and helpful. Five stars!!!
I like to give a special thanks and appreciation to the nice woman with the purple hair ????. Just for always smiling ?? and possessing an inspiring, encouraging spirit. No matter what I maybe going through, she motivates me to stay positive and still have a good day. Thank you to all the staff members, courtesy and convience ??. Glad I left the Cleveland Avenue location. Thank you all.
Miss Monica was delightful and explained the process thoroughly and calmed my nerves and preveace reservations I might have had. Wouldn't recommend going more than once a week.
Rude unprofessional needs better equipment starting needs to be better training but most of all they will waste your time they talk way more than they work
i literally got banned pernmanent for my blood pressure they are rude and they dont care do not go there they are horrible peoples its crazy how i got permanent banned for my blood pressure
I am going through a lot of pain right now due to losing my job and belongings.I came here to donate so I can get work shoes, food and water, transportation.I was told I could not donate because my pulse was at 102 .I am in deep depression and anxiety because of this place and I recommend to anyone do not come here. You have to stand long periods of time and that may compromise your pulse rate . I am feeling very suicidal and I think it is because of the pulse nonsense.a pulse at 102 doesn't make adifference i
This place is not set up for the comfort of the donors. It makes no sense that donors are required to stand in line in the "Access Control Area" when oftentimes the wait it an hour or more. Seating should be installed to make the wait a bit more comfortable and tolerable for the donors. Overall, the staff is courteous and professional.
Man they're so unprofessional from the front to the back where they sticking people. But not all but majority of the employees are rude and just have a attitude. Just not a welcoming atmosphere. The employees arguing amongst each other all the time.
Extremely unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. Rashad is a terrible employee. Cursing and talking loudly about personal business. No water at the hydration station. I did not feel I was in good hands. Never returning.
The establishment as a whole is okay. However, it only takes one or two employees to tarnish the reputation of an organization. Allow me to make a suggestion. Please have employers wear name tags with their government name so the appropriate person can be addressed. My other suggestion is that a level of professionalism needs to be established throughout, especially on the donor floor.
Rena?s finger plucks and blood drains are way too aggressive. I don't even write reviews but that was so bad I had to do something.
Stay away the only reason to come is cause they one of the only ones that close at 7pm in the metro area. Staff has gotten very much unprofessional in recent weeks. I have experienced wrong inputs on weights, staff leaves u unattended while donating and you left to wait to get unhooked, staff member frank much too talkative and not focused on his job.
I had to come back and put in 1 start this is the second time that I have come before opening and had to wait outside for an hour because we can't come in til the manager gets here, this is crazy I have had my experiences with this place but this is a continuous thing. Other people say this happened to them more than once. I have never experienced a place like this and I go to a lot of them. This location is the worst of all of them.
Showed up as a first time donor right at 7am. It took quite a while because I was a first time donor (3 hours total) but it will be quicker for times after that. I would not recommend coming during peak hours as you will probably have to wait a while. My biggest problem is the the scammy prepaid card they use to pay you. They say there are no fees at allpoint ATMs, but there was a fee for checking my balance at the very least and since the receipt didn't actually tell me what I was being feed for there is
Absolute trash. Unlikeable employees that talk to you however and long wait time. Never going back after they left me on the machine for 2 hours and they act like it was my fault and only paid me $60. Get some educated people working here and not former minimum workers.
During Training Please Teach Your Techs To Not Wrap The Bandage Around Ppl Arm So Tight My Arm Circulation Ended Up Going Off & I Ended Up In The Hospital
I came as a new donor over a month ago and needed proof of address due to my ID having a Morrow, GA address. I am a student so I had no proof of address but they still let me donate the day of. The work environment and employees were fine, didn't encounter any rude employees. But if you do not have proof of address you'll only be able to donate once. They lied and told me they'd send me mail so I could bring that to donate again and obviously never sent it. I had two different employees on two different occ
I will never donate at this place again I'm not that hard up for $65 I came in there to make a couple bucks stepped out of line because of how long they took I was the only person in line the girls were dragging their feet then I stepped outside to check on my car when I came back in a split second later I'm standing in line 20 more minutes nobody told me that I couldn't leave to go to my car for a split second they let me stand in line an additional 20 minutes and then when it was time for me to get stuck
Good workers they are very nice, I love going there a peaceful place
The customer service is awful here. I called just to ask about pricing, and they couldn't tell me that information over the phone, which I understand but the way the lady who answered the phone was very rude and short with me. If you don't like your job then quit
Ive. Been coming here since I was 18 to help my family and they watched me grow up love the ladies up here fr
This was my first time here & I was mind blown at the care, customer service and people that's here. They make it all easier to go through this process. Danesha Made my time absolutely stress-free and simple. She took care of me & helped me through the process quickly. The Vital Signs team was fire & they broke down the ranges for all Of my vitals and what was acceptable and not. Overall, it's been a great experience.
i went in today because i read so many positive reviews. most of the staff are professional. there was1 up front heavy set light skin curly hair that was curt with numerous people no polite AT ALL. i was there for 4.5 hours. the nurse was very slow and she has a very strong accent. its a real challenge making out what she was saying. The staff in the back were A1. from speed to professionalism to accuracy and being informative.
Brittany did a great job she was managing the front desk and checking peoples vitals during a busy time with diligence and kindness. A lot of people would b stressed in that situation . Calvin got me seated quickly and gave me a painless smooth stick ! Great job csl
Told my BP was 193/131. (Stage ll jypertension i.e. serious risk) Sent to nurse. Waited twenty minutes to see said nurse. I sit down she types and excuses herself. Returns, gives me a bottle of water, $4 in change, tells me I have poor hygiene, sends me out the door. Never even checked my BP. Dangerous health care practice.
Zhane and the rest of the staff are great, she is consistently respectful and professional with me...I also like the lady from NJ at intake and the lady in the back from NY w the glasses, sista locs and sneakers. I had one incident where one of the staff failed to tell me she cancelled my info bc I went outside for literally seconds to get something from my car, and she let me stand in line, I was about to get put on the machine before we noticed anything. That type of spiteful behavior just slows up produc
On October 7th I received details that I had hepatitis b I went to my primary position and I received my blood results showing that I don't have hepatitis at all I mean what negligence towards my blood work
I always love coming here and I love when I have shoniece do my screening and check in. She's always the sweetest and efficient. She's kind and always makes good conversations! The only problem is when I got to the chair to donate they wouldn't even attempt to try my left arm or check for a vein and wouldn't allow me to donate
All of the ladies there were very nice, efficient, and professional as well as courteous and friendly. It was my first visit, so it took a few hours , but I never felt as if I had been forgotten or that I was being rushed. From the first time visitor 'game plan ' that they gave me when I first walked in, I felt that they fully took care of me and prepared me for the plasma donation process. All in all , it was a great process, and I look forward to the next time that I'll be in to donate!
As soon as I got there they turned me around because they were under staffed. It wasn't even 12:00 how tf are you understaffed???
One word ghetto .Computers never work . They have no management. Rude to there clients but as soon as you speak on any issues they want to shut you up and tell you to come back the next day instead of fixing the issue .Stone Mountain location is way better .
The older staff nasty and rude. The staff that's older than a year are pathetic. They don't wanna work and furthermore they act like they own the place and we came to spend time with them they came in in the morning to do their job which they have a hard time doing it's pretty pathetic I would never go in the morning ever again the night staff works hard does what they're supposed to and helps us all provide for the better cause the morning staff truly seems like they're very complacent and comfortable with
Hey hate to leave a bad review but you guys have had problems last two times I was there! One was toilet being backed up and you shut down & the other being understaffed! I've been coming for less than a month so I'm assuming this is regular! The toilet happens but being understaffed doesn't, I'm assuming you are not paying enough. Listen the ppl who work your floor should make nothing less than $17 an hour and I've been coming for less than a month so I'm assuming these type of issues are regular for you g
I love this CSL. Sure, the afternoon staff could be a little more professional, but overall, it's a great experience. I come in the morning mostly and the staff during that time is on point. They make you feel at ease and they get you in and out as quickly as possible.
My experience at this location has always been amazing! Great friendly staff, who are quick and efficient. Thank you for such a great experience through out the years. This is my favorite donation location.
The nurses and staff are all extremely nice and helpful. They are a bit understaffed, so i had to wait about 1.5 hours to be seen. I wish they could tell us to just like come back when it was close to time instead of having us wait in the line.
I myself can say before I donated I did my research on plasma on YouTube and it was horrible to see that some people were saying that was hurting and all this other stuff but I've never been to any pain and getting pricked by the needle is not that bad and you really do get used to it! I love the staff here very friendly in the front desk staff is great for the vitals the very nice and if you're nice you can have a conversation with them and get to know them as well! The phlebotomists are great as well and
I had a horrible experience my last donation. Ryan the heavyset black male in the back of the donation center with the glasses. Was disconnecting or as it's called doing DC?s and sticking with the same gloves on I watched him with four different donors and not once did he change his gloves. when he approached me to remove the needle from my arm I noticed dried blood on his latex gloves and asked him to change them as he was trying to put gauze on my open wound. His response was very disrespectful and he wa
I called an hour after opening and probably caught them at the height of their volume for the day. I was on hold for 40 minutes, and called back to see if I could rejoin the call-queue. No one picked up to put me on hold. I called back just now, and in spite of me being long-winded, Alexis (spelling might be wrong, apologies!) was incredibly helpful in answering me concerns. I don't really leave reviews frequently but had a such a good recovery experience, I wanted to let others know.
I would give 0 stars if I could. The managers here are very rude ESPECIALLY CHRIS HE ABUSES HIS POWER AS A MANAGER AND DISRESPECTS EVERYONE WHO COMES INTO THAT BUILDING. other employees have complained about his attitude and so have donors. No way he is still working there. He most definitely need to be fired being disrespectful to everyone who comes and donates
Man I swear this place rules my nerves there's always a massive line and only one person doing the vitals while everyone else stands and gossip management need to get a hold of this IMMEDIATELY
The morning shift is way better and faster. The night shift moves extremely slow and they always have a lot of workers but no one really does anything. They don't work smart.
I started out at this location 3 years ago and the experience was horrible. The staff members were very unprofessional and almost made me not want to donate anymore, but I decided to try another location. I went to Stone Mountain and the experience has been night and day. Stone Mountain location is the best.
Everyone takes care of you here. It's easy to come in with a phone and some headphones and watch a show or read a book, and they pay you for it. I'd be doing the same thing at home. Pro-tip: They get a little swamped right at close, so if you can come earlier in the day it'll go faster.
Amazing staff! Ryan is so professional and efficient. Dre is super nice and knowledgeable. Clean location and always helpful with any questions. By far my favorite location.
Mrs.pat is amazing she is kind I only want her
The worst part of my life being treated like cattle and pimped for my blude sweet and tears
They have great stickers. The only thing I don't like is workers are never on time so u have to stand outside til they come. Stood outside in 40below weather for 20mins after 7am. So be prepared to wait long time in the am.
I come here faithfully 2wice a week and I've never had issues out of the year I've been donating! Very professional and the workers move as a family. Clean and clear atmosphere and for this reason is why I come. They get u in and out and have u feeling like u want to come back. Thanks Team keep up the great work ????
Out of all the plasma centers I've been to, this is probably the fastest one. Of course it has it's busy times. Open 7 days a week, the staff is competent and friendly. I do recommend.
Nice, clean, fast and friendly staff! My over all first time experience was a pleasant one! We be coming back regularly!
I am new here and my first experience was great. It took about 3 1/2 hours and everyone was very professional. I would recommend this location for sure!
Waste of time, I was there for almost 3 hours, while I'm on the table about to donate when they tell me I can't because of my tattoos. I saw 3 people before that, one of whom I asked directly and she said it should be fine. Did you know that they map your tattoos? It's one of the forst things they do with new donors. Why wasn't I told then that due to the location of my tattoos I'd be ineligible to donate? I'm beyond furious. While they did compensate me $50 for my time it still doesn't seen like enough.
Update*** since the pandemic this place moves slow af. No matter how few donors there are it's going to take almost an hour from initial sign in and vitals to getting stuck on the table. The same two employees are there all the the time with hardly any help. Those two guys should be paid double because they're doing the job of 4 people. Today is my last day donating. The staff is wonderful. They are very pleasant and professional.
After standing in the cold over an hour because the nurse was not on site on time. I understand the safety needs for the nurse on sight but they could of at least let us inside to stay warm because so many people now waiting additional hour to donate because they finger tips are too cold to draw blood. We have to be on time but there staff can't be on time. We have jobs just like them to get to and not only to donate out the kindness of our hearts we need the money as well times are hard and has not cheap a
Lazy workers barley even pick up the front desk phone most of all workers need to be fired they all move slow and most have a nasty attitude
Calvin is an awesome worker. It's after 7pm and he is taking care of each donor like we were his first. Speedy isn't the word to describe him! He's awesome ??
Gotta value people?s time. Lately the process is slower and take hours just to donate should never be in line for 40 mins or longer and it's time to change the new donor system at times when the line is long the new donor should not be allowed to skip to the front it's not fare to return donor who has been in line for 30 mins or more. People have other things to do than be in Csl for hours out the day.
Staff was helpful with my transfer, and very inviting. In and out process. Show up, get poked once, sit for about 40 minutes, and get paid for saving a life.
My review is for the guy who is running the place. I came in on Monday & was told ?bring back your test results to lift a medical hold?. The nurse was extremely helpful. I call Wednesday, ask the receptionist about what format I should the test in, she doesn't know which is ok, but she failed to transfer me to someone who could answer my question. This was the first step in hours of wasted time. Next I sign in & wait to see a nurse. After waiting an hour, I inquire about my position in the queue & was told
There is a very heavy set older woman working here with scrubs on who is very rude! I wasn't able to donate due to not having everything I needed, but she makes not even want to come back to this location. Such a horrible first impression. However, the lady with blue braids was very vibrant and sweet. So was another woman with purple hair.
I have came here in times of need. The staff is always friendly. I have built relationships with the nurses who work there. A lot of positive black young people work here that have goals to advance in the medical field.
I really like this particular facility, it's easy, fast and sufficient. The staff here are truly like family. I enjoy myself every visit
Staff is super friendly and time efficient. Shoneice at the vitals station and Ryan and Kole the phlebotomist are always welcoming and knowledgeable about their jobs. Location is always clean.
This is my first time ever donating blood and the experience at CSL was great. Once I got through all the red tape it only took like a half an hour and I was on my way. I'm looking forward to being a regular donor. Saving lives and making money while doing it!
Clean, friendly, safe environment..the staff is amazing!! But this phlibotomist Kay she sticks out as the most bestest, she's quick, cute and does what it takes to make you comfortable. Everybody is great but Kay is the best!!!
They was fast and so efficient with there job.everything was so smooth it felt like I was in and out.its so clean and they helped me out when really needed it,I will be coming back.
Love this place. You make a little money while you help others live. Love the atmosphere and the people. The staff is so much like family. I love them all
The staff @ CSL Decatur have been very professional and courteous to me every time I've come to donate. I think they all deserve a raise, keep up the great work!
I go there often I love a lot of the staffing for the most part we actually have great conversations, I really don't see any ghetto in the staff some people are just to Bourke for this place!
Great customer service few staff been here forever and those are the best ones alot if them in management I'm glad Travis is back
They are the most gentle and pain free center. They actually care about not hurting you and making sure your comfortable. Shout out to my girl Dani
Only a 4 because no ones perfect but other than that the staff is always nice to meet I even conversation with some while donating. The whole donating procedure doesn't take long u just gotta know what days to go. They are good in my book.
All of the staff was courteous and nice! Professional! I give 4 stars because the woman's disabled part of bathroom was horrid! Looked like blood was siting in there for days! Eck! Hopefully next time it won't be like that!
The staff are very friendly and helpful when I came to register and donate. I have seen the tech in the back wipe down the beds etc, but I will save glove change should be in between each donor up front near the vital check stations. I watched a tech go through 4 donors without changing gloves. When dealing with any infection bodily fluid a glove change should be required between each patient/ donor (takes 2 seconds). When I worked in a hospital we changed between each patient. Sometimes the techs in the ba
Great staff. Very accommodating and patient. Never had any bad customer service. Definitely deserve all 5 stars
It was fast, didn't wait in line long. My sticker Thomas was great. He made me felt comfortable. My first time at this center and the experience was great! Thanks guys!
The lines can be long at Times when peak, during peak times the restroom are clean, and the staff is engaged in customer service. They give a "cheers" atmosphere to their return donor's I've tried other's by far my favorite by location and friendliness.
They have no respect they lord they talk about personal stuff while they should be working they get up and walk around when they have a line this is sad the laughing they use it's older people in there and they shaking they head
5 people on the floor Only one sticking It take two hours just to sit down a hour to donate 3 hour donate process cause girls want to stand around a look pretty for donate or talk they have to better there process but it is a fact that they are way better tha east point/Csl that a fact.East point/Csl 5hour wait time some days
Don't go here. Go to another location or better yet a different corporation. The bathrooms are disgusting. The employees change around so much up front you will get skipped. They will make you wait 3+ hours and then defer you. (I was told twice my social proof was accepted only for 2.5 hours later to be turned away by a different employee) extremely unprofessional. This place is always crowded and not properly staffed so even if you do a normal donation it still takes 2+hours. The employees arent worth deal
I always have great stick from my slim chocolate beauty with the gold braids. She always takes care of me with a professional attitude... She is great, need more like her... James Douglas
Sandra is absolutely funny, outgoing and customer service on point! She's always smiling and gets you in and out! Great work hun!
I had an great experience today as usual, i come twice a week faithfully. Great service and very speedy 2day!!! And they giving out express passes
If you're not a new donor than the process is quick. I wish the staff were more professional though. On my first trip, one of the staff members spent more time casually chatting with his co worker than doing my finger scan. Then, a male nurse asked me a flippant & unprofessional question regarding the scars on my arm & my mental health.
I must say for the most part I like this location , but man today Ms.Rasheeda really made me feel like I was at the wrong location .. She has a horrible attitude and was ready to argue with me about a joke made about how cold the pressure cuff was . It seems like she doesn't like her job or people so I recommend her working in the stock room away from people since she hates people so much . But this location is always clean and friendly so I went easy on the rating .
Anyone who writes a good review is lying or a family member or friend. They are unprofessional, improperly trained, ghetto people. Worse than the county building. Waiting hours only to Be cut in line because staff isn't professional. Ask a question and you Will receive no answer. At 12pm staff seems to disappear in bunches. I wish i could give a half star or less. This should not be a business period especially dealing with blood.
Workers are always helpful and willing to assist. Wait times may be somewhat of a hinderance. This location can improve by keeping cleaner facilities and enforcing donor rules.
Ive been to two other locations and neither of them treated as well as the one on columbia their spirit is always so amazing here. They make sure that you are satisfied
ILLEGAL ACTIVITY and cops were called** Too bad they went through a policy. I visited last year and was deferred because of a diagnostic procedure I had in which a Camera was sent down my throat. I tried to donate plasma last year to discover that I had to wait a few months since the tool sterilization from my diagnostic was a risk. At this appointment last year I confirmed the results with the CSL staff member that was performing my physical. She said I was good to come back after the time limit has past
I donated 6 or 7 times, the last 2 I was not paid what their app told me I would be, today I got $28 when the app said I would receive 38. they don't have any clue how their referral program works, I referred someone and have been waiting over a month for my bonus. I have the scan code that they emailed me and said have the staff scan to receive funds, they acted like I was showing them a 4 headed cat, no clue what to do with it.
Everyone talks about how slow people are at their job when in actuality the donors determines how you are going do on your donation day....for me um in and out in a hour top while others be in their damn near two to three hours like they are new donors. And plus I flirt with the gorgeous women in there because I'm single and has been for five to almost six years now so tough luck to those amateur donors who make my time just lovely there.God Bless and Have A Nice Day Like Mankind, Mick Foley ,and Dude Love
I can never get anyone on the phone! i've been calling consistently & yet no one has still answered the phone for me.
First time coming to Decatur csl an I love them so professional an nice & your staff is very polite ANYONE IN ATL go here smooth sailing in an out services an request Calvin for sticking
Staff extremely efficient, they are quick to get you in and out and very helpful if there's any problems. I recommend this center if your in the Decatur area
There should be hand sanitizer at every checkpoint but it's not. Donors are constantly touching the same surfaces so there should be sanitizer in abundance. Please correct this. Nevertheless the staff is efficient and I moved through the process pretty quickly. They really seem to work hard to keep the lines moving and to take care of the donors.
Absolutely love coming here! Great staff , very attentive! Calvin & Nikki are the best !!!!! DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 10/10
Great visit. The staff are always punctual and professional. There are fast pace and very nice.
I'm a bit disappointed with this facility because the company website states that it's open at 6am. I got here at 6:10 am and I'm still outside waiting in the cold because the doors are still closed. It's 6:33 am by the way. Please do better. Your dedicated donors deserve better and potential donors are discouraged.
I love Donating at the CSL Plasma center the Decatur location. This is the best one to attend. The employees are supper. They make the experience more than welcoming and everyone is helpful and kind. Keep up the good work...
they don't calibrate their scales. apparently i lost 7 pounds in 2 days. if you're fat you're good but if you weigh near 110 don't waste your time. wash my hair with garnier last night, apparently that's a hygiene issue. this location is a joke. i just wanna know who's life am i saving to only be paid 15-20$ per visit. tbr y?all can eat a d***
I really love this place, Management and The Employees are Awesome!! It's Very Clean and I've referred alot of my friends!! ??
Great center compared to the others. There are certain days and time you come there may be a wait. But as far as professionalism and hospitality, there get my respect and business. After all I pass 5 different plasma centers to come here over a year now
The only reason for the one star is for the front counter staff. They were very courteous. The problem comes from the "physician" a black male. Who from the time I entered his office, seemed like he was trying to get me Not to donate. First thing out of his mouth was about my previous levels(?) When I didn't donate. So after I inquire about my current levels(which acceptable),he blows the question off. And proceeds to tell me that he doesn't think I "should be doing this".To which I stated that I made my de
Not a pleasant experience. I was given a quick pass a few months ago, to the front of the line. I tried to use it and they would not honor it so I won't be gojng back to.tje Decatur location. Very poor service.
Time at CSL today was wonderful. Vitals today was done by Ms. Sandra. Calvin was very helpful once I was back on the bed to donate. I love this Plasmas Office.
It takes to long the allways have issues sending back anf fourthto nurse for no reasons. And rude when you ask them questions manager in Decatur. And hang up on you when you ck.
Everyone here is so nice, professional and straightforward! They always make my experience easy and worthwhile!
The CSL workers were all doing the best they could do under high traffic volume of donor?s. They were pleasant and working hard they all deserve time in a half ????
The best plasma experience between all companies. This is the easiest going AND fastest center in Atlanta. Every time I come it's barley a line and I always get in and out. Plus the staff is amazing ??
The staff could be more friendly. I thought i was helping a good cause but they treat you like a fiend needing easy money. Snacks would be nice for people giving blood.
Quality techs, fast service, sometimes a little busy though?. Thomas, Michel, kay, lulu, rawlee, tootie, misty and a few other go out of their way to make sure I get quality service everytime.
Super friendly medical staff. Clean utensils and efficient details.
Always clean environment. Rae is the best. She is so gentle and always have a smile on her face.
The staff is very well mannered and professional. It was a smooth process....the y made it a pleasant experience for me! Thanx!
The experience here is wonderful very wonderful people and fully staffed well organized with a fast pace.
1st time here was definitely impressed very kind professional and most of all fast. Phlebotomist Mr.Calvin deserves a raise
Great job everyone here especially Calvin and Travis those 2 always have such positive attitudes!!
It was a nice and welcoming experience. Staff and were nice and professional. I could see myself returning.
Amazing people that enjoy what they do and always have a few laughs while there...great energy from front desk to employees in the back!
Staff is a work in progress. A lot of the 5 star reviews were given because they were giving out front line passes.
I hate this facility. Some of the employees are exceptional but the experience is mostly outweighed by the extremely poor service and the other horrible, ghetto, unprofessional employees that also work there. If you have a choice, choose another facility.
My experience was great and fast the staff is very friendly and funny. For every question I had there was an prompt answer.
I been coming here for a while and never had a problem they have a very nice staff and treat you like family no complaint here
Most days are good donation days. Check App and avoid prime time. Be hydrated and if will cut your time spent there in half..Time is money..
Great location. Calvin is a great guy. Quick, clean, nice people. Especially Chasity, Nicky, and all CSL workers. Thanks guys!
I have a great experience every time I go and they are very nice
I've been coming here since 2016 and they've shown me nothing but respect and courteousness I would highly recommend this location and CSL Plasma Center to anybody Oh I'm almost a Gold Member Donor??????
All staff members are great.. In and out quickly even when busy. Keep up the great work you guys!!
Customer's Serivce great and Curtis is the best worker and some few other staff members also they make me fell like I have a whole family somewere else
CSL PLASMA on south Hairston is the worst one to go to there is always a problem there with the systems like payments after donating and etc.
Csl has been a blessing to me . Brittnay always with great hospitality and Miss Sanda with her pleasant smile
Very clean and swift. Get there before 8 am because it busy from that time through 10 am. There are very patient here as well
I really like CSL Plasma in Decatur. The workers who do the vitals are very polite and demonstrates the best customer service. The phlebotomists in the back demonstrate their great skills and customer service as well. I love this place and Lu Lu.
Always clean staff always fun the ladies and gent in the front are always welcoming site DECATUR KEEP IT UP HAPPY DONOR HAPPY PLASMA??????
I've recently started coming to this donation center...my experience from the screening booth to the back to make a donation has always been pleasant. The women who work here are always in good spirits.
My experience at CSL have always been Great. The staff treats you with Respect . I enjoy myself every time I come
Protein tests are not completed in a timely manner . They said new donors can get as much as 100 per donation. If the test doesn't come back, you cannot donate and it may take weeks or months. Then, i try to call so as to not waste gas and they basically got the phone off. I will be finding a new donor location
Professional staff, super great first experience! Time out 2 hrs for your second visit. Thank you!!!
Awesome place very respectful staff. Shoneice is one of the best. My guy Travis is awesome.
Went to donate plasma for the first time and misread one of the questions on the kiosk and accidentally put that I was allergic to somethings that I'm not allergic to and the black lady nurse in the office was being rude saying things like she don't understand how I missed such a simple question and trying to make me feel dumb and saying things like do I have a problem with reading and spelling but the questions that most first donors get wrong they say i got right. I kept telling her and the male nurse in
Very nice employees and nice facility. They made my experience as pleasant as it could be. Great Job guys??!!!
Good staff, fast service. I'm usually in and out in an hour...great way to make a little extra cash
I give five stars ?? to them for letting me sitting in the facility I appreciate ???? that ???? ?? Real was good ?? customer service satisfaction ?? and good service and good hospitality come here to donate blood excellence in their job quality
The only reason for the 1 star is because the front counter staff was courteous and professional. The medical nurses were AWFUL. I am veteran with certain issues and if I tell you what meds I'm on and that it's for PTSD, it's none of their business why I have PTSD. None of the meds I'm on would defer me. I'm clean and healthy. Oh and when they didn't understand why I was getting pissed, they said I needed a doctors note. Oh... and I was in medicine for almost 20 years. That was completely unnecessary.
Nice people working here, They are quick to get you in and out. Use the app to make the process even faster
wish I could give this place no stars, I put that on my life. The people in the back dont or weren't trained correctly on how to find, stick a vein or go around scare tissue. But if you want your vein messed up and then told it's your fault and deferred from their facility to have to go to a better CSL come here
I like this center. My center was closed today, so they sent me to this one. I really appreciate the speed and great customer service I got at this center
Haven't donated at CSL Plasma since March of 2018, but went there from 2014-2018. The staff for the most part was A1 on their professionalism and knowledge of the procedures. I appreciate that from the first stick to the wrapping.
I have been coming here for 3 months and I have truly enjoyed my visit is I have referred a few people to both Jonesboro and Decatur centers!! They are both fast and staff is very pleasant!!!
The center staff are professional the wait time is never that long depending on the time and day. Its always a pleasant experience coming here
Very nice facility. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Thanks so much to the team here!
The staff is very nice and makes sure you are treated well. They get you in and out the door fast.
I hope my experience is better tommorow I left this center in tears I am very well mannered, and nice I was not treated nicely I they didn't even give me time to speak ?? I was so upset when I left I had never felt so belittled hopefully I'm treated better tommorow I always believe in giving people second chances.
They are slow as hell at this location once they prick your finger you wait in line FOR HOURS! They don't move with any urgency and they do not care!
The staff here can be a little more motivated and social to the donors...It seems as though they treat you like a number. It took 30 minutes just to get to a chair to start the donation process.
If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. The short version is that two hours into the 4-hour first-donation intake process, I was told that I was flat-out not allowed to donate because I needed to close my eyes before a needle puncture. There is a list of disqualifying things that you are shown multiple times before you donate: If you have HIV, have had a tattoo or piercing in the last 12 months, etc... All good right? No, because after 2 hours of the first-visit four-hour screening, I'm taken into a
Patrise is amazing! I will never let anyone but her stick me. She is sweet and very knowledgeable.
My sister introduced me to CSL Plasma a few months. Great location with a great staff. I like coming to this location because I can donate plasma to save lives. Always look forward to coming here on Sundays.
The Staff are very kind and make it an very pleasant experience. Would recommend
The obstetrician are a little aggressive so I the nurse practitioner, but other than that it was packed crowd and kinda speedy for my first visit.
The staff is real friendly and professional. They care about the client and try to get you out in a timely manner.
I went here attempting to donate plasma and though this place and left angry but that's ok. I will take my business elsewhere thank you very much! For starters, I felt that they were treating their donors like a number rather check for quality plasma. Their videos on their computers were very small. The nurse who saw me was seen in his street clothes and he was very sloppy looking along with asking me some very inappropriate questions that have nothing to do with a medical history. They also require
As I walked into the establishment , a soothing yet familiar calm came over me.I felt welcome with a greeting as they showed me all the steps needed to become apart of a life saving journey .... Long story short this place and the staff in it is a place that now call my home when it comes to saving lives . thank you CSL Plasma
The employees here are courteous and professional. The building is always clean and the lines usually move very quick.
I experience a great time here also friendly staff is available to help people get things done.
I was talking and the lady the answering the phone hung up, I can tell the customer service at this location is low. Avoid this location
went, couldnt give nothing with my anemic beet blood. was long wait first visit just to find that out. customer service for me was not bad because im not the type looking for a nurse to kiss my behind just pay me.
Some staff are o.k., but for the most part they are very ghetto. They are rude. They will purposely work very slow and if you have a question they act as if you are bothering them.
Great customer service and very fast. Make you feel very comfortable and well taken care of.
Since ive moved here n 2017 n started donating, its been a great experience. They r very polite n treat u with respect. Way better then the ones n Texas!!!
Efficient and caring employees at this location. They are knowledgeable and always smiling. Extremely enjoyable experience
Amazing staff everyone is very friendly and very professional about the work they do.Been using this location for about 8 months now.
The staff is always friendly, the facility is always clean and they get you in and out.
This location was a little more inner city than 19/41 location ; tara blvd but I like the people and it is what it is. My overall experience, so far, has been good.
The nurse on staff named Chi is utterly horrible. It is clear that she does not speak the English language very well at all. It seems as if she has no understanding of what a person is saying. She is more of a hindrance to the process than a help. She should be terminated for incompetent. She should not be allowed to work as a nurse in any capacity.
Been waiting since 7:30 am when they FINALLY take to to the screening room at 10:26am I'm told because my SS card has an extra ?S? that I am unable to donate. Yet everything matches. Why wasn't I told this HOURS ago. This place is so ghetto.
Very nice employees and nice facility I'm usually in and out in an hour...great way to make a little extra cash
Bryce Jones- I was actually surprised by the professionalism in comparison to another location I won't name. The actual phlebotomy part is pretty exceptional. The phlebotomists are pretty nice.
The staff are so great and friendly, answer ally question and treate with respect, shoneice and others
The staff is very considerate and friendly. I didn't have to wait for a long time.
Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
