Reviews Summary

Reviews are mixed, with many praising the friendly, knowledgeable staff but criticizing long wait times (often 2+ hours) due to understaffing and poor scheduling. Several mention the process being efficient when not busy, but frequent delays make it frustrating. Some highlight excellent phlebotomists, while others report inconsistent experiences, including painful donations or hematomas. A few note recent improvements, but most agree wait times undermine the value. Negative experiences often cite management indifference, while positive reviews emphasize staff kindness despite systemic issues.

Housing discrimination. I can't donate because I'm staying in a shelter. In answer to which, I won't donate when I'm not. If I could afford an apartment, I wouldn't be here to sell plasma. Housing discrimination. If you actually need the money, they don't want you.

Was waiting for my son who is a donor, unfortunately I cannot donate per my doctor and was asked to leave the waiting room because they needed the seats, there were over a dozen empty seats. I don't have an issue with their policy, I take issue with the reason. I was professionally dressed in slacks and a button down shirt, quiet and polite.

I have visited this location twice in recent months. The first time, the workflow was slow, but the phlebotomist named Janice made up for it. She was professional and sociable. Her positive vibes lifted my mood. My donation on the apheresis machine went smoothly. On my second donation, Ethan connected me to the machine and explained a little more about the company, which gave me clarity about experiences I had in the BioLife Plasma Services network in DFW. Also, the layout of the biomedical screening area

I have been very impressed with the BioLife staff and my experiences. The staff members were incredibly kind, informative, and attentive, which makes the process much more pleasant. I've noticed that the wait times have improved significantly; most visits, I was in and out in about an hour, which is fantastic. Overall, it's a great place with a supportive environment. Highly recommend!

The location is perfect in Denton. After all those renovations and constructions these past months, there are a lot of improvements in the service!! Real fast this time, no long line, bathrooms are available now and convenient, the donation process is so quick. And the best thing here too, the staff are the best people, friendly and helpful. I love how they treat their donors. Thank you guys!!

This place is fine. They do leave bruises and then don't let you donate until the bruise is gone and for that reason I ran out of time to get my $750 bonus in the allotted time. But my biggest complaint is that NOT ONCE have they answered their phone. In all the times I've called with a question or needing help, they have never once answered the phone. It's discouraging and unprofessional. Someone needs to learn how to answer the phone. I understand they could be busy however maybe someone should be hired o

I can compare this location to the largest in San Antonio and this was a very disappointing experience. The tech was not even able to punch my finger deep enough to get a blood sample on two different tries and because she's only allowed to try twice I couldn't donate on my regular second day of the week. The supervisor had no empathy and not even willing to provide an additional coupon. This location lacks a lot of organization and qualified staff.

Worst patient customer service ever. I drove all the way out here from thackerville. I passed the test everything was fine until they sent me in a room with their nurse to answer questions and because she didn't feel my demeanor was appropriate for her she decided to kick me out. I literally was not doing nothing but sitting there waiting for her to ask me questions while she was shaking her foot with irritation. Be clearly didn't want to be there and it got taken out on me. I will never use this place eve

I must start by saying how magical it was. Stevie was polite and professional. She asked me questions and read a disclaimer. Then I asked her to read it again to the tune of Taylor Swifts All Too Well (10 minute version), which she absolutely nailed all too well. The rest of the process was also quite smooth and relatively painless. I will be donating again.

All the employees are really nice and wonderful people, the only complaint I have is that the wait is way too long. Ive waited for a whole 2 hours before without even being stuck yet. It feels sometimes as though the employees dont really work with a sense of urgency.

AMAZING SERVICE 10/10 experience will definitely be returning. Shauna and Kassandra were wonderful!

First time I went into had to wait for over 2 hours and I didn't even end up getting my physical evaluation or plasma withdrawn. They gave me a $20 credit, and when I went back it was smooth, still took a while, but everyone was nice and it worked out.

Great process. Customer service is great. Make sure if you need fluid after or before you bring your own. They only give water to NEW donors.

Ive been a regular donor at this facility for over a year now, and have had minor inconveniences in the past but today was an absolute inexcusable experience, i donate to supplement my income, last time i donated was 2 months ago because their machine messed up mid donation causing "blood loss", in that time i got evicted from my apartment because i lacked my suppllemental income. Today i drove 45 miles (1 way) to the nearest facility to donate, well i was recently presvribed testosterone for age related lo

If you're thinking of donating plasma you're better off going to CSL Plasma this place has way too many rules and stipulations. You might as well take your first born child and donate that child make sure that you're able to also donate a testicle and probably donate a kidney as well while you're at it don't forget the last 7 years of your pay stubs your lease information give them your future plans the whole nine yards. This place is absolutely ridiculous. You get way less hassle at CSL Plasma.

Understaffed and bathroom is outside. I stopped going there over the bs appointment times that they over book and understaff. They will not let you be over 10 minutes early for an appointment but they will not be ready. Last time I went, I arrived at my appointment time (returning donor) and the process was over 3 yes three hours long. There are other places to donate at.

Today I had the most unpleasant experience with donation. I had an appointment for 4:50 almost a little bit over two hours before they close. They were pretty busy as I expected. Once it was time for me to be seated, I got seated with Daniel and there was no greeting just silence as he prepped to start the donation. Once it became time to stick me, it felt like the vein preparation was rushed as he felt for a little bit, sterilized, then forced the needle into what I was hoping was the vain. Immediately it

The employees here are very attentive and welcoming. Wait time is very low most of the time. I always get thanked for my donation before I leave. I would highly recommend coming here for your plasma donations Second update: I am still a regular donor, and I wanted to give another updated review. Nothing has changed from my original review about the staff. Everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and amazing! They are doing construction on the place and every time I go it seems to look better and better. It can

The staff are nice and courteous and friendly. However, this place is obviously catering to the homeless population. There is no way a productive person has 3+ hours to sit and wait to get to the bed to donate. Sadly, I doubt that I will return. The lack of value of the donors' time is unbearable. These are easily the longest wait times in all of North Texas, and it seems to only get worse. After avoiding this place like a plague, I returned, thanks to the marketing team. I was pleasantly surprised to see

The staff are always very friendly, courteous and very professional. The Denton location is in the middle of a remodel making the location a little more hectic, but the staff hasn't missed a beat. Wait time, or total amount of time at the location per visit, has generally improved. Since the end of September the rate of reimbursement has decreased by $5 dollars on three occasions. Initially the second visit was $100, but now sits at $85. Now seems about the right time to take a break from donating for a

Always a pleasant experience when visiting my donation site. Everyone is super nice especially nurse Stevie! The coolest name

Most definitely wouldn't recommend going here. I work overnight and had to come in in my work clothes and got told that I was dressed inappropriately, You also have to make an appointment but a lot of times you're not walking out of the plasma place until 2 to 4 hours after your appointment time because you wait about an hour and a half before you're able to get stuck. They also have a weird rule that if you do your questionnaire Not your medical screening You're not allowed to run back out to your car or g

This place doesn't take responsibility for hurting their patients. I came one time and left with my arm completely bruised up. I would not recommend this location.

I donated here regularly during the summer, but wanted some pocket change and decided to come back here because it was such a nice environment that prioritized my comfort and wellbeing. THIS IS NO LONGER THE CASE!!! The staff is absolutely still pleasant, just doing their best at their shitty day jobs like everyone else, but they are so criminally understaffed you have to wait 2 hours just to be stuck!!!!! The phlebotomists literally have to leave their section unattended to so much as go to the bathroom!!!

Went to get my scheduled physical and was able to get part of it done. Then I waited over 45 minutes with nobody ahead of me for the nurse only to be told I was still next in line. The same line that didn't exist.

Okay yes your going to wait right now. If you ask, it's due to the promotions corporation sends out. Not the individual location. I've been donating on and off for 10 years. This place is by far the cleanest, nicest place I've ever been too. So people quit hating. All this "I wasted 45 min driving." This is the easiest money you will ever make. You go to your doctor and wait there for hours and still go. So QUIT complaining. Also Margie at the front is like the sweetest lady ever. You talk smack to her I'l

Place has gotten horrible, the wait times are horrible. Plan for 2+ hours of waiting. You'll still get the same amount no matter how long you wait. Today Thursday 11/27/24 Apt time 1200 at140 I left hadn't gotten poked yet, just sitting around watching the techs flirt or fight and gossip about other techs. Drive from Gainesville to donate, what a waste.

Edit: If they don't care about your time, is it really worth it? Drove 45 minutes to get there this morning only to arrive and be told that it was an hour wait just to get checked in. If there's that long of a wait, please reach out to people ahead of time so that way we are not driving out there and potentially having to cancel because we have work and other obligations. I understand that you can't control that six people called out this morning, but you can at least take care of the donors that set an a

Everyone is very friendly and helpful. Wait times have decreased dramatically which is really nice.

I went to this center and I stopped for awhile and I decided to return they we're closer to my house, so on returning I had to do a physical so did physical and the rules changed cause I had a gun shot incident back in 2001 so I had to go to my Dr to get release form to let you know I was in a drive by shooting in Oklahoma so okay I took paperwork to Dr she filled it out and faxed it back , so I scheduled an appointment for Saturday so when I was in physical the intake people got to the part and I had a cop

They are fairly quick but some days you get stuck will the slowest worker or for some reason skip you over and over again. It gets annoying when they do that

Gracie was so sweet. Great bedside manner. Staff here rocks!

Incredible team today November 14 2024 time frame from 9:30-10:30 I cannot say how wonderful my visit was today! I have to go at lower speeds and everyone was attentive and pleasant this was my best experience ever! Thank you guys and thank you Kenzie !

Staff was very courteous, but unfortunately I wasted 2+ hours for nothing. Passed the physical, received my debit card (loaded AFTER donation) and was seated to donate and told my tattoo covers the secondary vein needed to donate. I understand that this isn't something that they could control, but I don't understand why I had to wait 2 hours and (pass) a physical to be told it wouldn't be viable. To note - the nurse passed me on my vein placement during physical, and there was no questioning/cursory vein ex

BioLife in Denton is an amazing experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, plus this is a great way to help the medical field and patients while getting a few bucks in your pocket! I will say that sometimes the process is longer than I would like, but the workers are meticulous. Absolutely recommend this place highly to donate.

Very efficient process from start to finish and the staff is very professional and friendly.

Very knowledgeable, helpful & Professional staff that work as a team & makes the visits heartfelt & personal??

The clinic takes so long. They are always short staff. It takes between 90-120 minutes to donate which is unexceptionable. They only have half the beds open and only operate at half capacity.

Been going to this center for a few years now with my boyfriend, and the staff have always been great through and through! I always try to suggest going here if possible to other people interested in donating plasma. Just make sure to get a blanket or a jacket with you when you donate.

Nice supplemental income. Plan for two hours. They changed the system to where you're waiting for 60-80 minutes to do a 40 minute donation, which cuts the value of the earnings down significantly. The techs are knowledgeable and kind, they honestly need more techs or less donors. Until then be prepared to waste a lot of time

Visiting to the Denton center, specifically seeking clarification on new protocols and eligibility requirements. Following discussions with multiple staff members, including intake representatives, nurses, and a plasma worker, incorrect information was documented in my file. My HIPPA right was violated. Additionally, the same nurse shared my medical information without consent 2 separate occasions The information entered incorrectly that never communicated during physical. I never had a chance to review any

I donate and unfortunately I had to go home to New Orleans for a funeral and I stayed a while. I only been back once since Katrina. My next donation was 40$ I thank God for the gift of giving and the blessing of receiving but I was owed 20$ extra which I didn't get because the manager left and an employee said nope the 40$ is it. No you guys made an error my initial attempt. I got all the way through the new donor process to be told it was a no go because of a and a heat rash where a needle possibly had t

Phlebotomists need better training. It is hit or miss on my collection based on the competency of a phlebotomist. Awful. For example, last time I nearly fainted because of a phlebotomist not properly inserting the needle in my arm. Thus, it is a serious issue. I was told the phlebotomists at BioLife can not adjust the needle to ensure proper blood flow once they see a flash of blood flowing in the collection tube. Again, terrible!!!!??

This place used to be fast. Now I'm waiting up to 3 hours to be done. I have no issues with the staff except when certain management is there and they run and hide. I've even overheard employees say they run and hide. I have also been forgotten on their waiting list 3 times. Most people don't have all the time in the world to wait especially if they're being skipped. I don't want that random bit under my comment saying thanks for my feedback when it's not going to get addressed. And speaking of bots there a

I would have liked them to not stab my arm so bad that for almost a full week have a bruise the circumference of an apple! On top of that being told because of the multiple attempts to reposition the needle and eventually wanting to switch arms, caused the blood to coagulate and the resulting blood left in the machine in returned forced me to retire for 8 weeks time. I was working on using the money raised to pay for my wedding and have now had to seek other avenues of approach.

They are taking WAY too much plasma from people and are not calculating the amount of plasma taken from each person based on their weight. Each machine was set to 880ml even for the women there that looked only 120lbs. The one hour I was there I saw 5 people that looked PALE WHITE and one person puked next to me, all because they weren't taking the right amount of plasma. That is on top of biolife lowering the rates for plasma compared to previous years. I have zero doubt there has been dozens of people who

Great staff! Love coming here

The management recently made the perplexing decision to close the waiting room, to get rid of 25% of the machines, and to make us stand up against the wall to wait where there used to be 10 more beds. I'm not sure if they made this decision deliberately to dissuade donors or if they are operating without all cylinders firing. The staff are great and the facility is clean. Most of the time they'll get you through pretty quickly.

This place gave me a horrible hematoma and when I asked for help from them they told me there was nothing they could do and they wouldn't pay anymore for not having a healthy arm. This is 2 weeks after donating.

BABY LISTEN EVEY WORKER IN THERE NEEDS TO TAKE NOTES FROM BRY!!! She has blonde hair and wear glasses! She moves so fast while being polite. Everybody was moving slow they were doing the vitals and stuff and they were still on the same person while she was on her 5th person and she wasn't rude at all! That's the experience I need coming in cause sometimes some of them move slow and they are busy laughing and talking. This was Monday Nov 18th. BRY YOU GO GIRL!

Unfortunately I might not be able to be there for while. I just really want to say. Even though they are under staffed. They do a super great job trying to get to people as soon as they can. They helped me out a lot when they didn't have too. On top of that I had awesome fun time in the chair laughing with the staff every time. They are all awesome ??. Wouldn't be fair to name a couple names. They all deserve credit. Good job to all y'all y'all are amazing. Have a great day and weekend.

Customer service!! The customer service here is atrocious. If you all didn't pay people and people had to pay you for services, this place would be shut down so fast heads would spin. If my offices treated patients like you all do, all our practices would be closed. I waited forever to be seen and I was coming back for the first time since October. And my appointment was at 6 AM. Literally the first person on the schedule to see a nurse and be screened. I am not trying to be mean, but it is just sad. My wif

Just be aware, It can be hit and miss on being able to get in and out in a timely manner. The staff are great to work with. I think it's coming from higher up. Upper management needs to get a handle on hiring or scheduling better. They aren't staffed for what they are trying to schedule. BioLife may see their donors drop off if they aren't careful.

I don't know what happened, this place used to be good. But you will now wait for hours ro be in a chair no matter what time you book. Be prepared to be turned away no matter when your appointment is. You will be looking at a minimum of an hour wait. Whoever made the decision to overbook their appointments to such an extent shows they do not care about their donors or their employees. Can't wait for the automated response to this review. Instead of wasting my time. How about you take care of your employee

The staff at BioLife are simply amazing. They provide you with all the necessary information and are nice while doing so. Mari did such a wonderful job explaining the process to me and made everything go smooth. The facility is very clean and well kept. Definitely recommend!

Ive been going to this location twice a week for nearly 7 months now and the facility is very nice and the staff does their sticks pretty well, I think I've only gotten a hematoma once my whole time going, that being said you're gonna be waiting a while. There has only been a handful of times when the donation process has taken around an hour usually it's around two sometimes 3. On bad days, ive had to wait up so 30 minutes to get stuck once I'm on the floor and have a bed. A lot of times I come in and I se

I've been a donor here for the past 10 months. Most experiences have been good. The staff is helpful, the money is nice, and most appointments have had minimal or no wait times. But then ? I don't know what happened, but I've been offered three come back coupons in the past two weeks as the waitlist exceeds the cutoff time in the evening. Late evening appointments are the only ones that work with my schedule, and I haven't had any problems until a few weeks ago. Now it's a crapshoot. There's no purpose to

If we're going to be waiting more than an hour to start the appointment why take the waiting room away and have everyone sit on the floor

They never ever ever honor their appointment times. Then if you scan in then they had 3 employees working then they knock it down to 1 while you're in line and gonna make it take longer and you can't do it they don't let you come back later. They're polite I guess but who cares if they're polite when you're being ripped off. Never going back they don't value anyone's time but their own

Consistently 2 hour donation time if you do not get there before 7 am. Today I got here at 3:40. It is currently 6:06 and I am still here. I am a returning donor. You are now required to stand the entire waiting time.

They are really slow, take to much talking to each other! I sat on the chair for 34 minutes and never got hooked to the machine. I will continue to go to the Rufe Snow location, they do have sense of Urgency! My appointment was a 7:50, checked in at 7:40 and it was almost 9 and nothing! It wasn't busy, just to much cross talking and waisting time. Thanks to this, I will pass the deadline to earn the full pay out! And thats what is bothering the most! I being coming twice a week to ensure I get it and thanks

I'm almost positive this place will end up having racist complaints due to me seeing it with my own eyes. I've seen a white man come in over thirty minutes late and they tell them they will fill him in and a black man do the same thing and they turn him away. They purposely cancel appointments so they don't have to work. They purposely deny patients so they don't have to work. Scheduling an appointment means absolutely nothing because they will tell you they are understaffed yet it appears they are fully st

It's great for students like me especially art students who have to come up with money on last minute basis for supplies and you're also helping someone out at the same time. Edit: 8 years later and it seems this place has become incredibly inefficient. There can be 25+ donors thrown on a waitlist that will take hours for them to work through. If you're not going to do a better job staffing at least make the experience more comfortable during these extended waits. Vindictive staff.

I used to have a great experience donating here. For the past two weeks, lines and wait times have been insane. I have been turned away twice due to long lines at the end of the day. I went to donate today in the middle of the afternoon, and over two and a half hours past my appointment time I still had yet to donate. They are clearly understaffed with more appointments than they can handle. It is incredibly frustrating and disrespectful to people?s time. If you aren't going to respect an appointment time,

The reason for the 3-star rating is the way you get paid. You must accept payment on a prepaid debit card, there is no other option. And good lord the fees they charge are a rip-off. You only get ONE (1) free withdrawal per donation on an IN network ATM; these locations are few and far between. Additional ATM transactions cost $2.95 each. You get ZERO free withdrawals at an out of network ATM, cost $2.95 each. MONTHLY ACCOUNT FEE 3.00 BALANCE CHECK 50 CENTS EACH WITHDRAWAL AT A BANK $2.95 TRANSFER TO A

Staff was very nice, but the first time I was there I waited over 25 minutes to have the machine hooked up and then another 25 minutes to have it taken out. The second time I went I waited inline for over 1 hr to be checked in. I got there at my time slot and had 16 people in front of me and only 3 people checking people in sometimes only 1 was checking in. I understand this process takes time, but like everything else in this world they are under staffed. I unstained the under staffed but then why run all

I want to start with stating that the staff here is amazing. With that said, these wait times are becoming ridiculous. I've walked out of line waiting on my last three appointments. I've stood in line 30 minutes only to sit 30 more in a waiting room before being called to a bed. You'd think that be the end of the wait, but nope. It's 20 minutes sitting in the bed till the needle stick. Again, the staff here is great, but there has to be a system better than this that y?all can put in place.

Always friendly staff, cheerful, and chatty. I've only had one poof experience, but other times have made up for my negative experience. BUT the wait time here lately is a J-O-K-E!!!! I asked them if they were short staffed and was told no, it's simply because the corporate allow too many to schedule at once, and with the grace period, the appointments can get backed up so fast! Lately, my donations have taken 2 or more hours! To the point of it's getting to not be worth it!

I scheduled my appointment for 1:45, and at 2:30 I was going to sit in the chair. At 2:40 I was still there waiting to start donating, so I got up and left. There were over 15 empty chairs, there were more empty chairs than people in line. People here work so slowly, they almost stop, you lose over two hours of your day to be able to donate. And like, this is absurd, I gave up donating! I donated in Lewisville and the people here in Denton need to go there and learn how they work!

It's a good place to donate and great workers that make things more comfortable for everyone!!

Appointments shouldn't have to wait over an hour in the waiting room. Defeats the purpose of making appointments. Also, there is no sense of urgency. No, they shouldn't appear rushed but they also shouldn't reflect that they are paid by the hour. Start paying by the amount of work they do and then maybe you could have a smooth running operation. Or just hold accountability which definitely is not practiced by management of this facility. They are actually part of the problem with personal conversations hold

Between this location and two others, I've been donating consistently the past 9 months. Zero issues. Never once failed a donation. I'm in good shape and have a big vein on one arm. Last week, one of their phlebotomists incorrectly inserted the needle. It quickly got dislodged and shot my blood all around the vein beneath my skin. It was painful and alarming, and I got the attention of another phlebotomist nearby to help. Maybe it wasn't a big deal to her, but she treated it as if it was just a routine thin

The nurse was very helpful and friendly, she explained the whole process

Awesome experience. The phlebotomists were courteous, helpful and pleasant. They got me in and got me out in an hour and 15 minutes. Excellent staff

I've been there 4 times now and only donate once because of their in adequate in efficiency. Appointments don't seem to matter when they have stand in line for an hour after check in. The bruise tech left makes where can't donate until gone and it's now 8 days later still severely bruised after following instructions and calling their nurse. Not planning to go back because of them

Was there on Oct. 25th, 2024 to donate. Waited over 1 hour to get in a chair. Once in chair I realized that the female tech who was going to service my donation was the one I had on previous visit, who seemed unsure of herself. She stuck me wrong and another tech had to come adjust. So this time I sat in chair for another 15 minutes while listening to her ask the other tech questions and talk to another donor so long that the other tech had to tell her to keep moving. Finally I decided to leave because

I was able to get in and out in an hour. I noticed a new employee who was very friendly and knowledgeable. Maybe things are picking up for this facility. It is total nonsense to come in and stand in line for over an hour. Thank you for making this donation quickly.

Please bring back ?floaters? to each section. Donors should not have to wait 15-20 minutes to get disconnected because another donor is having issues (double arm stick), or because an employee is setting up additional machines. The floater should handle all disconnects and set-ups.

Employees are amazing but management needs to do something about wait times. Ik it's after holiday seasons and we all could use extra cash for anything but the employees don't deserve to be that short when people who are donating are waiting 2+ hours. Hurts my heart to see that as a healthcare worker myself. Please fix it even if that means not allowing so many of us to donate.

Staff the floor. I was there for 3 hours. I have been donating at BioLife for almost 10 years and it used to be that you were in a chair within 10-15 minutes of your appointment time. In and out in an hour and a half. On average it now takes an hour in line for screening and another hour waiting for a chair. I believe in what we are doing here and I know with the economy the way it is, there are a lot of people donating but this is why we make appointments. I've been to walk in places that are faster. Fix i

Had an awesome first experience here, everyone was very friendly. Got snacks! I have deep veins but we got it first try today. Shout out to Mari and Yolanda for the nice day <3

The staff front line staff is great. But with a 2 hour wait from appointment time to actually start the donation process, there is a serious problem on the backhand with scheduling, staffing, or a combination. On top of this, nobody seems to have an explanation or understanding of why it's taking so long. Then the response on Google reviews just redirects you to the website instead of actually addressing the issue. After submitting a response on the website there has been no reply.

How can this place even operate?? There is never enough employees, and far too many donors for them to handle. I had to reschedule my appointment, thus missing the last day of a promotion. This is outrageous.

Competent and nice staff, but why schedule so many appointments if you can't fulfill them in a timely manner? Or at least make people aware that you may have to wait well over an hour before you even start donating. I understand staffing issues obviously but if it's such a constant issue then once again, don't schedule so many appointments. I only have a couple hours between getting out of class and heading to work and wish I could get this done during that time

The scheduling has been a nightmare. You continue to overbook and under staff. It has become ridiculous! Management needs to step in and do something to make it a more smooth process. Waiting over an hour after my appointment time is not ok. Do better

The phlebotomist Cassie at the BioLife on Quail Creek Dr in Denton Texas is professional, courteous and talented. Everytime I get her it's super cool. No delays.I've been donating plasma off and on for 35 years. In between my rock band gigs that I don't have. (I'm pretty popular) ?? and I can say without a doubt she knows what she's doing. Anyone that can get through my scar tissue and I don't feel a thing deserves a raise and some praise. Unbelievable as the length of time I've been donating is a test for

I enjoy donating and helping others! I have been going here for several years now and only problems is getting in and out in a timely fashion. Often, 2 hours per appt. and rarely less than hour. 1/2.. This one day I sat in a chair waiting to start donating and waited 40 min before the person hooked me up. The staff are nice but waiting that long is ridiculous. Often, they only say ?sorry ? with no other response. This is the time we are giving up to help others. The website says 1 hr to 1 1/2 hrs when

My appointment time was at 4:25 and I was not hooked up to donate until 6:35? had a reaction and they told me I need to eat sooner to the appointment time - I ate at 2:30 and would have been fine if I didn't have to wait an additional 2 hours. Was late to my plans scheduled for 6? should not have to give 3 hours of my day for a 15 minute donation. If appointments are this delayed we should be getting paid more for our plasma donation? otherwise not worth peoples time.

Had a really great time donating and saving life's and making money.

Been coming here for over two years now. The process has to change in reference appointments. 90% of my schedules appointment, I have had to wait over an hour until I get my temp and protein check, then additional 30-45 min to get into the donation bed. What gives. If an appointment is scheduled and confirmed for a certain date and time, then honor that. Terrible!!!!! Other than that, there are a two handfuls of individuals that work there that are amazing!

Unfortunately, if you are donating at this location, you are wasting your time. It took 3 hours for me to complete a donation today and 2.5 hours at my appointment before that. Everyone has been friendly and helpful, but they seem to be SEVERELY understaffed for what they acknowledge is their busy season. There were TWO phlebotomists screening people today with a line of about 40+ people waiting, then you went to a waiting room after that for another 30 mins. An employee was talking about the waiting situat

They were extremely understaffed. After having to wait 20 minutes to get my vitals taken, I had to wait another 30 minutes for a bed to open up. After getting a bed I had to wait nearly 40 more minutes until I was hooked up and donating. Once I finished donating I had to wait another 15 minutes to get unhooked. Way understaffed and no one working there seemed to be in any rush at all. On top of all the waiting, they didn't even have half of the donation beds operating, they were literally only using about 4

Horrible experience, has completely gone down hill since covid. Constantly canceling my appointments on Sundays when I've already shown up to donate. I'm just trying to help and make a difference but this organization is weak and impossible to work with. Will no longer be using this facility to donate.

UPDATE AGAIN: Dec 30th. It keeps getting worse and worse. You still need to plan 3+ hours for a visit and then hope for the best. Staff is stressed and overworked and management does not care. Management could step in with the lines and wait are long but they stand around talking. UPDATE: it's getting worse. There are 30+ people in line plus well over 30 waiting and they have 15 beds open. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Avoid at all costs. There is another place on University, check them

Today the center had a sizable staff to process donors, stick donors and floaters to help out with DC?s. The waiting line was long but the staff moved the donors through quickly. Please make sure it's staffed properly everyday.

I always get there right when my center opens, so I don't ever have to wait long. Quick and almost painless stick by the Phlebotomist. The staff there is great and super friendly. No issues whatsoever with my donation. I've been donating for 3 years or so and will continue to as long as I'm physically able to! :)

Wait time is insane takes 4 hours every donation, and owner is trash and leaves automated responses because he is legally required to respond, but not man enough to just say it how it is. A real money maker would have more staff to crush wait times to get more customers through the door, and make more, but the owner is pampered daddy?s money so the bad buisness will stay bad business it'll sink if it doesn't change.

I've been donating at BioLife since 2018.. I used to love this donation location! It was my home and I got to know all the staff and see them move up through the ranks of their employment. But.. I must say, I would rather drive to the Lewisville location nowadays. Because the Denton location takes twice as long on a slow day than the Lewisville location does on a busy one. The amount of times I have had to wait an hour over my appointment time has gotten old. Waiting in line for 40 minutes to finally get a

They forgot to put my name on the list. So after waiting 30 minutes in the line, getting all the weighing and checks done at 10 mins total, I then waited for nearly 2 hours in the waiting room until I eventually asked where I was on the list to guess how much longer I had left. They never put me on the list. My apt was at 10:25 I showed up 10 minutes early and still wasn't seen until 12:40 then had to wait till 1 to get hooked up and fosnoshed at almost 2. The manager or shift lead whoever, said they wouldn

Lovely facility & SOME friendly staff. Everyone seems pretty happy about their job. They will greet you with a smile . EXCEPT for Nikki. I kid you not every time you come to donate she just looks like she hates to be there. Not warm and embracing. Wont even crack a smile or ask how you doing. & it's multiple times i?ve gone early in the morning and she's in this sort of a funk. Kind of brings your mood down But other than that. It's really cool. they get you in & out pretty quickly?? & be having some goo

This location is so rude and they just drag out the process like our time is not important or something they all so talk with coworkers so much that they forget to do retakes it is really frustrating coming to the Denton location with all the younger people (workers)

The Staff at the Denton location is polite and professional. The reason I didn't mark extremely satisfied is because the lines are constantly long, which means there's no shortage of donations, however the pay for donations continues to be less and less. The time it takes to donate is difficult and can veri by as much as 45 minutes. Most people have jobs and family obligations. If the pay continues to become less, many people will decide that their time is worth more then what your willing to pay for.

The money is nice and the facility is super-clean. The staff is wonderful but I'm sure vastly underpaid. The company needs to up the pay & recruit more techs. They will just robo-respond to this comment. Does anybody even read this stuff? Doubtful. I went Tue. at 3:30 & waited nearly 2 hours before I actually donated. Ridiculous. I will look elsewhere to donate.

Wonderful and very kind and friendly Stevie was perfect!

I went there this morning for my donation. Wasn't crowded or anything. My 9 year old was with me and I heard the "MGR" say my child could not be there. I told her he's not donating and on wed this week there was a woman that donated while her young child sat in the waiting room. She said their not allowed to have kids there. Keep in mind this center used to have a daycare center. So I left to make sure my child got in the car. Came back only to be told that since I left in the middle of my questionnaire I

People there are very nice and understanding and explained everything. And helped with scheduling appt. I didnt get to donate this time. They were very helpful as to why and get me ready for next time.

Screening process cumbersome and slow prior to beginning donation. Technician slow to start as I sat on bed for 20 minutes before he started to set up blood draw. Afterwards, waited at least 5 minutes+ before removing needle, Was early morning (7:45 AM CST) appointment so as to avoid delays but didn't matter. Need to improve during weekday donations.

I have been donating here for a long time. The staff is always friendly and helpful. This is a great way to make a little extra money

Everyone was awesome that helped me out today but Mari was the best part of my new donor process. Highly recommend this location! Oh and Caroline and Kenzi were amazing as well!

I have been going for years before the pandemic. After pandemic experience has been going down hill fast. I e had to leave a hour after my appointment because I was sitting waiting to be ?stuck? with needle. This past time Staff was visibly frustrated, had to wait 35/40 min in my chair waiting to start the actual donation. Within that time a 2nd time donor was getting prepped by one person then she left and someone else came and not even a min after she left as well and he had a 3rd person working on him. T

Staff is great. Wait times are atrocious. Book an appointment at whatever time expect it to be 2 hrs later Rather go to another location or go to another plasma facility Update I came back for one week to see how anything changed. They finally didn't overbook their appointment times and it took one hour finally worth it Update they have changed their appointments back to every 5 mins and now it went back to an hour of waiting or more and then still an hour process for your donation not worth it use a differ

I started donating in November of last year. This place is not even five minutes from where I live, so it was very convenient for me. But after dealing with 2-3 hour long waits, I started going to the Lewisville location because I had other things to do. It was all worth it. No long waits in line. Once they prick your finger, check your temperature, etc. they hand you a card right away to go to a bed. Plus, lots of their stations are open. Not just two. They move pretty quickly in there. You'll be out in l

Great staff, horrible management/location. Expect to wait a hour just to get checked in and seated. Seems as if this location is overbooking appointments, but are always understaffed to accommodate those appointments. The line to check in is always 15 to 20 people long, and there is only 1 to 2 technicians checking in 20 people! There is 6 stations, only 2 open?.this is totally ridiculous when Biolife advertises that a donation only takes a hour of you time. More like 2 hours at this location. And I'm sure

I have just transferred from Lewisville. There was 1 time that they were really busy and it too much longer. Other than that the average time is about 2 hours and that is normal. I have been giving plasma over 2 years now and the service here is friendly and professional. The facility bathrooms are clean.

This center is the worst! The have absolutely no respect for the donors time. At first, I was in and out in under two hours. Something changed and they began allowing unlimited appointments for the same time slot. After making several failed attempts to donate because of the 3-4 wait to get called to the donation chair, I will no longer donate at BioLife Denton.

Donating at the Denton location. Technicians are very nice and setups go well. However, there aren't enough seating options during busy times in the afternoons.

They canceled my donor profile last year because I came back having piercings after not donating in half a year. Spoke to the nurse in there some older Mexican lady and the bimbo wouldn't even hear me out and blacklisted me from biolife. Zero stars at this location from me.

This location used to be the better of a few but I will not be going back after today. After waiting an hour and a half to get to a chair, the tech in that section was busy tending to others and by the time she got to me, my machine was malfunctioning. At that point I got up and left. Compensated or not, donor?s time is worth more than that. I then called to speak with a manager and Cody then used his very basic customer service 101 skills to apologize and that's it, nothing further to provide. For the amou

THE WAIT IS HORRIFIC and now we've gone from $130.00 a week, to $110.00 and the hilarity of look at my email WeD lIkE tO OfFeR yOu 90$ EaCh WeEk. The only promotion I've received in months if not a year is the same invite your friends email. But at least the staff is great, don't think I've seen any of them be rude or negative in any way.

Almost bleed out because they dont train the staff! The all need to be fired!

Came here today. Unfortunately I could not find my Social Security card. They said that they could verify it through a third-party system that it would be no problem. That's pretty much the only thing, the man at the front desk bother to say to me. I had a seat. I waited patiently for over an hour. I approach the front desk and ask them if they had any idea how much longer it was going to take because I have other things I needed to do. She asked me for my name and check the list. I had been SKIPPED despite

I waited in line for an hour before I was able to make my donation. The staff were friendly and I'm not dissatisfied with them. You need a full staff to accommodate the number of donors, especially at peek times.

Most of my experiences here have been positive. Some of the staff act so busy that it feels like I'm being treated as an annoyance, but most of them are very nice. Occasionally it's very busy and the waiting can take longer than I like, but usually the process goes quickly. The environment always feels clean and sterile, so I feel comfortable having the needle placed. I also really appreciate that they have a playroom to watch my child while I donate.

I went to this donation center last year consistently for a couple months, and I came back for a physical since I hadn't donated in so long. For reasons that were my own fault, which I totally take responsibility for, I was permanently deferred, which again I totally understand, but the way the news was delivered to me and the doctor that communicated it to me had an extreme amount of passive aggressiveness, belittling , and attitude. I have a long fuse, I am patient and when it comes to things of that natu

Hire more people. There's not enough staff for the amount of people that come in. This Center used to use every station and bed they had. Now there's only 2 out of 5 stations doing screenings and 4 out of 12 sections open for donating. It took me almost 3hrs to donate and most of it was just waiting.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but the wait times are ridiculous. I arrived for my 8:30AM appointment and was not in a chair until 10:30AM. Management has under staffed and overbooked appointments.

Used to be a great donating place that would get you in and out with friendly service. But as of late every time you come in the building there is a line wrapped around the building. I've tried coming on 3 occasions at different times but always a line of 15 people. Not sure if its a staffing issue but it's definitely not what it used to be.

Staff is always friendly, kind, and professional. But double their estimates of time. My first visit withh exam took four hours. Subsequent visits have been two hours.

This place is gross. Long lines and horrible wait times. Staff is burnt out and it shows.

I love coming here! Twice a week for quite a while now, I passed my 100 donations mark a few weeks back. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I have a few favorite techs, but all are great! It's a win-win to earn some extra cash while providing something that cannot be made artificially and necessary to save lives! Even more of a win when I use the cash to pay for a 5k since those usually benefit a charity! I highly recommend!

This was my first time here to donate and everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were very thorough with instructions and direction throughout my visit. Would definitely recommend.

The facility itself is clean and well-maintained. The donation itself goes pretty quickly...but that doesn't mean you won't be there for 2+ hours at times. Not really sure why they have you select a time as it doesn't really make a difference. Sometimes you're in and out pretty quickly and other times you're waiting for 30-60 minutes just to get your prescreen completed. Also, they are HORRIBLE at contacting you if you have to give a sample and need to get the results before donating again. You would think

I have been donating at biolife in Denton for over 15 years...maybe closer to 20. TRUST me..I didn't do it for the money because it's scraps. Waiting to donate for 2-3 hrs isn't worth the money. I have donated so long because I have GREAT plasma and LOVE the fact I can help save 3 people's lives with every donation. Unfortunately, that has come to an end. I would NEVER recommend biolife Denton. The assistant manager Brianna is extremely unprofessional and does not care if a phlebotomist there wrongfully sti

The appointment went smoothly and the staff is friendly. However, I believe the company is holding out on us donors by paying us $140 for two donations per week when a single bottle of plasma can easily go for $5000.

I have been coming to this location for about 6 months or so now and have had great customer service each and every time. Every one has always been very pleasant to work with. Shout out to Nadya who is always supper nice and friendly. She has made my experiences very pleasant every time I have been in her area.

I have been 4 times in the last two weeks to donate plasma at the BioLife Location in Denton TX. All the staff has been great so far. Very professional and attentive. The facility is very clean and the process has been very proficient. I feel it has been a very nice experience so far and knowing that I am able to help others in need of plasma has been an all-around very satisfying experience. Oh, and not to forget to mention, the financial contributions back is also a great perk!

Be prepared to wait HOURS WITH an appointment to be turned away. Employees are rude and making minimum wage. Zero training, random people from the street sticking people with needles. This place should be shut down.

Staff is freindly but don't know how to stick people if there life depended on it, i now have a bruise on both arms won't be coming back, go to octapharma instead there much better stickers and won't leave you with bruises

The staff has always been friendly and very considerate. They don't hesitate to change their gloves if I ask (simply because if a phobia). They're great at making conversation. Money is always on my card by the time I get to my car. And to top it off, I donate 880 in under 40 minutes every time

The team there are amazing. Always trying their best to provide a good service level. However over the last few weeks, they don't have enough staffing to handle all customers.

I haven't been here in a long time, I came back because of a coupon they offered. The service has degenerated terribly. On my first visit I was in a bed for twenty minutes before anyone started the donation. My second visit, they are overbooked to the point where people are standing out side the door for thirty minutes ... Then a line inside just to check in. The fingerprint sign on system is now buggy as heck. Sad, this used to be a well run business

This is now the second time they have cancelled my appointment an hour before it was scheduled with zero explanation. Don't waste your time here.

Everyone of the staff is always super friendly and have made my personal experience as comfortable as possible. Not a fan of needles but Jake was really helpful with that as we talked about how our classes were going. Next thing you know he had stuck my arm and I didn't even notice! Great dude, great facility. I don't donate often, but I'm glad they're here if I happen to ever need it.

On a Sunday everything went by swiftly. From the service overall to the staff being attentive. Very different compared to the other donation sites I've been to. Mari was great and very informative ??????????

Told me my plasma readings were good for donation but turned me down last minute because they were not sure whether an illness I was briefly hospitalized with YEARS ago would affect my donation. Didn't have the doctor on site to verify and have to wait until next week for a response. No idea why this information was not disclosed in the 30 minute test they make you take better yet why the staff don't know this information. Nurse was rude and not very approachable. Place felt sus, you are better off finding

Nice people but literally in tears everytime i leave. I've spent over $60 in ubers to come fufill my coupon several times and my pulse has been 112 each time and i brought it down to 104-103 each time. It has to be 100 and I just don't understand why they don't get what anxiousness is and how it affects. just feel so disheartened coming here. now im broke sitting outside the place bc i spent my last money on uber hoping to be able to donate today. I spent an hour in line for vitals just to be told i can't d

Friendly and professional staff, clean and safe environment. For the most part the techs I've had have been friendly and professional. Every time I donate they have a clean and safe environment. I've used the childcare a few times and my kids have enjoyed it. Overall a good experience, will keep coming back.

To be honest, this place used to be great! I totally understand that COVID has made things so difficult, but it is appalling to me just how poorly everything seems to be managed. It is especially frustrating to me when it is clearly busy to see anyone just ?standing around.? Typically, I see management (who?d I'd assume is management) standing near a counter talking to people rather than actively doing things to help. Many of these conversations are obviously not related to their job and are just distractin

The wait is insane even though I had an appointment. They have construction going on and don't have rest room available either. They want you to ask someone, but everyone is so busy they can't help.

I visited and had to wait 100 minutes before I was able to get with the tech. There's simply no reason to spend 2 1/2 hours for a plasma donation only. This location is frequently understaffed and over booked. the staff are great, corporate reeks!

This facility has amazing staff. They are very attentive. It's clean and they make you feel very informed and comfortable. Only downside is it so COLD lol.

Ok people it's becoming a full time job to donate plasma. Appointment at 625. Didn't get in a chair til 705. 715 was up and going. 755 donating complete. At 805 I am just walking out.

I came here about a couple months ago, I set up an appointment. I was early so I sat for a little bit before they got to me. It did end up being 30 min after my appointment time before they did get to me, which was kinda annoying. They sit you through all the normal procedures. Seeing the doctor where they ask you all the questions and check your heart and everything else, was last. I have bipolar. The so called doctor told me I couldn't donate until my psychiatrist signed a piece of paper saying I could do

The people that work here are great!! The nurses and phlebotomist are awesome!! They are always engaging in conversation and smiling.. Sure sometimes they might not be smiling, but who is when you're a full time student and working a full time job in a 10 hr shift.. I love this place!! I have yet to have a bad experience and I've been coming here for about 5 years now..

Only 2 workers to check in even when there's a long line, phlebotomist always moving slow so you sit and wait a long time, expect to be there 1.5 - 2 hrs to donate. While waiting to donate you'll be standing anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour since they redid the daycare to a media room but aren't even using it.

It's free money and only takes an hour out of your day usually. The physical appointment is a little longer, but the staff is amazing. I donate here twice a week for the last couple years.

My first experience with this facility was this weekend. I am one to read reviews, observe everything around me, talk to other people and take it all in... The 1st visit was pretty overwhelming, but only because there were so many people there and so many steps to keep things running smoothly. Considering they are paying top dollar for your plasma, of course a lot of people were taking advantage of it. Each step of my personal process had a brief amount of wait time but nothing crazy (I work in the medic

I love the staff and facility here. I have hardly ever had an issue, generally it's been my fault for not drinking enough water or eating properly. The have always been nice and helpful especially if I started not feeling well during my donation, very well trained and professional.

Why have an appointment? You wait 2 hours for a chair and the staff doesn't seem to have any speed to get things done. I have canceled all my appointments because I'm fed up with it.

Had to go through a 3 hour process to get all my info logged into the system to be stopped because of a sensitivity to lavender (not major allergey) the explanation given was someone could walk in with a lavender perfume on! That's insane, not only that, but the nurse that contacted me said they wish they could tell the medical board that, however its on my record now and i can no longer donate. So prepare for a long tedious process and for them to deferral you for some ridiculous reason.

I've been donating twice a week for a few years now and I haven't had any bad experiences at this center. All of the technicians are well trained and I'm usually in and out within an hour. I basically get to sit and watch Netflix for an hour, while I'm getting paid...not a bad deal if you ask me. The center is always clean and the staff have always been courteous and professional with me.

Good place. Staff member Jake helped me out with showing me were to write a review. One of the nicest, cleanest and friendliest places to donate. The sticks are quick and you are in and out. Able to set times which makes it convenient to get on with your busy day!

The entire staff is awesome, but I would like the opportunity to shoutout both Axel and Tyler. They are both really inviting and professional. They ask questions as if they are truly concerned about your day as opposed to going through the motions. The upper management has done a great job hiring the right people! I look forward to learning more about the rest of the team in specificity.

Didn't like the fact the guy Jason didn't switch his gloves while doing a takeoff I questioned him about it, he gave me a story they always change gloves but failed to show me he did. Also he Infiltrated my vein and needed assistance after I was running for like 10 mins. My arm is still black and blue from it and I have been hesitant on going back to donate more.

so i stopped going because their system and staff are so unprofessional and i have wasted my gas too many times to continue even trying to donate. my roommate who has been going has not only had issues with them hurting her when donating, but the past 3 times she's gone she's been told there were ?too many people? in line and was given a come back coupon. over the past year their professionalism and all over experience has gone downhill significantly. i?ve never had any problems with donating until this pas

Can't express how much the employees here SUCK. With an appt, they will turn you away because they're behind. Employees are rude. Employees are untrained. Lawsuit waiting to happen.

1 hr 08 mins from completing questions to vitals. 35 minutes on the bed waiting to get stuck. 2 hrs 45 mins total to complete donation. I don't do it for the $$ but my time is still valuable. That is a ridiculous amount of time to waste

Terrible service since they don't allow a few minutes past your scheduled time. Apparently traffic is the worst unexpected surprise if you're cutting it close on time. Then you can't reschedule because of their stupid system on the app.

I've been going to this BioLife center (Denton) for over 8yrs, maybe longer. Until recently it's always been a great experience. However, that has changed. EVERY time me or my family go to donate its over a 2hr process. There is absolutely no urgency in the staff at all anymore and their demeanor is at best depressing. I don't know what the problem is but it seems to me that since Tommy (manager) moved to a different location things have gone down hill quickly. It's becoming VERY frustrating to the point th

It ALWAYS takes 2 hours of more for a donation. I can drive to the Lewisville location?donate.. and be back in Denton in an hour and 20 minutes.. the service is horrible.. it's always an issue with my needle with these people.. I will not return to this location.. I would advise they shut it down.. these problems have been going on for months

I drive an hour one way to get to the location then to get deferred because my levels were not where they needed to be, which I get but it just keeps happening even though I've tried all the suggestions to increase my levels. . No one calls back when you leave a message from the "medical team". I feel like if I get deferred I should get some kind of payment for at least trying to donate. They always ask if I have any coupons & yet I have never gotten a single one.

The customer service is very good and all of the workers were very nice however the phlebotomists were very disappointing to me. I understand they are training several people but it was three times in a row that I had to be stuck in both arms and the last time I went I got a hematoma and it was not a pleasant experience. I was a new donor in December looking forward to receiving the new donor promotion however on fourth donation I got a hematoma and two weeks later I still have a bruise on my arm which kept

Same as before, overbooked. I was there for 1 1/2 hours before I got a bed. Another 25 minutes to get stuck. All the while the next section over, a guy sat down 15 minutes after me and was stuck instantly. I don't get it. I may have to look at the other plasma donation place in Denton.

Staff are really nice and helpful. Stevie jo is great help. Quick and clean , plenty of floor help took nm time to get to get hooked up.

Extremely slow and dysfunctional the new hires need a lil more training other then getting placed on the floor missing up the patients whole process & experience this used to be my favorite center that changed drastically

The red headed receptionist isn't friendly to anyone and if you've donated here you will agree. With that being said, John is the absolute best team member in the building. So friendly and funny. Every time I come I hope I'm put in his section because he always makes an effort to talk to people and provide a great experience. Here's to you John, and you're great beard too! (:

Been doing this for a few years now. The experience and extra money has been great. Overall the staff has been excellent and helpful. Also helps to keep me on the straight and narrow with my diet as you must pass a pre screen that is affected by diet and water intake. An excellent way to pull in some extra cash for everyday expenses or special occasions. I use mine for Xmas!! No credit card debt for me!! Highly recommended

Lines are always long. I was there for 2 hours on my last visit

I been donating here for a few month now. The employees are kind. The children room attendant is amazing my kids love going there. They are always working hard and doing their best to make you time there comfortable and smooth.

Great and attentive staff that treats donors with respect. Today is my 250th donation. Having seen normal turnover, new staff are exceptionally well trained, and they continue the level of excellence I've experienced since my first donation. Of course, it's a big plus getting paid for your donations, but don't overlook the value of your contributions in making a tremendous difference to those with extraordinary medical needs. ?Making a difference? to even one person is one of the most precious gifts we can

I love it here, very mature staff. Chelsey & Tynesha were super kind to me, made me laugh & really helped me though the process. I would say the only problem i had here was Ellie was very overbearing and really seemed to try and overpower many of her coworkers.

I've been coming here for 3+ years. The staff has always been friendly and expedient in doing their job. The only mishap was a misunderstanding on a technicality which was cleared up quickly. Easy way to make money and help people at the same time.

I have gone to this location plenty of times. I need a physical before I can donate again. First off you can't schedule a physical within a week, they are booked a week out as they say but that doesn't make sense to me. Had an appointment at 5 came in a 5:20 from work. Lady at the front said we can only be 5 minutes late. They said they wouldn't take me because it's a 3 hour appointment and they have other people. Mind you my appointment was at 5 and they close at 7:30. So you are telling me there are other

I go twice a week. It's usually a quick and good experience. Only a few times I had ran into an employee I thought was less than professional, but nothing can be perfect. One thing I would chanhe is the payout, my husband and I drive 30 minutes to donate and the first time for $20 each is a bummer but we go for the $70 each the next time. Raising the first donation payment up even to just $30 would make it a bit more worth while.

Honestly this place isn't bad. Just shorthanded . Theyres a blonde headed woman named Jane who works there who's usually up front and is great upfront but anytime there shortstaffed she's on donor floor sitcking donors it's a nightmare. Anytime she sticks me it either goes my donation takes forever or somebody has to adjust my needle and in that process your waiting for help because they're adjusting other people's needles. When this place is fully staffed great but as of here lately it's gone downhill

Some days it takes over 30min to get started after sitting down. Great staff, some are way better than others at sticking. Have had to wait 15min to get needle extracted after I finished. I always add an extra 40min to my planned departure due to waiting. Great cause!!

First time took over 3 hours from start to finish. Second time they stuck me bad, adjusted after sticking me, and I got a hematoma out of it. Reluctant to schedule a third.

This facility is so immaculately, clean and efficiently run! Stevie Jo did a great job with my annual physical this morning and every staff member here is pleasant, courteous, and highly skilled. I definitely recommend BioLife plasma!

Wonderful and kind staff speedy service ??

Ive been turned away 3 times this week. Twice due to the facility having a wait list and not enough beds. Not sure why they havent gotten an automated system to call people and tell them not to bother wasting their gas to come in by now. It's a waste of time and some of their staff are weirdos. A year ago when I would go regularly it was soooo much better. They've really gone down hill.

The staff is super friendly and the process is very streamlined! They're very organized and I've never had to wait to make a donation, usually in and out in an hour. Highly recommend for anyone who needs a flexible way to earn a little extra cash!

Went to this location for a $40-$80 donation promotion. Donated for the $40 promo listed in the app just to received $30. Asked about discrepancies and was told by the manager they changed the pay rate and ratio and won't receive compensation for the discrepancy. They communicated there should of been a email sent, however the only e-mails received have been for said 40-80 promotions. The marketing at this location practices false advertising for promotions and appears to have a habit of undercutting its do

Had the worst experience ever. At this place will probably never donate again because of this I did not like the way and Paul didn't want to get his superiors name for me so I had to do it myself. Will post another review once I get her name. They say apply pressure and when I do they say don't do it so fast then the machine tells me to go fast! Been here for a hour and barely halfway done!!!

The staff is always friendly and efficient. This is the first time I've been asked if I had done a google review for them, to which I said no. Sara was great and informed me about leaving the group here a survey. Everyone I've ever been in contact with here has been just great! Thanks everyone. Keep it up.

Staff is great!??. But too many appointments scheduled. Have been there over 2 hours at last 4 standard appointments .

Everyone is so kind & friendly. Such an easy way to help others & make extra money for paying off bills, saving for a trip, or just some extra spending money. It's great! And Ms. Liz in childcare is absolutely wonderful! I couldn't pick a nicer person to watch my children. Completely puts my mind at ease that they're in good hands.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I'm always amazed how quickly they get me in. The facility is neat and clean and provides a comfortable atmosphere. The staff is always quick to respond if my donation process has any problems. I'm always amazed how busy this facility is, but doesn't ever have long waiting lines. I'm very satisfied in my experiences at the Denton Bio facility.

This is the slowest place I've ever been to in my life... I'll come in 10 minutes early and still be here 2 and a half hours after my appointment time

The number of associates working is not sufficient to accommodate the number of doners. The wait was one hour from the time I finished the online quetions to being given the color card indicating the section I was to give my donation.

My first visit went fine, but they didn't tell me what to do to prevent bruising. Not realizing I couldn't donate if my arms were bruised, I went back in and got rejected and sent home. Came back when the bruising was gone and was informed that they should have taken a blood sample my first visit and failed to do so. So I wasn't going to be allowed to donate again and had to get the sample taken today and come back another day. Went to get the sample taken and the man who was supposed to do it failed to get
