This place is Ghetto as Hell.. they have the lil neighborhood guys running in and out of the clinic like it's a trap house. I also noticed they were bypassing steps of the registratjon and going straight into the lab???? Employees were using profanity openly and with no remorse in front of guests. ALSO, I wasn't going to leave a review but where I got pricked for blood testing STILL hurt 4 days later!!!! It's a throbbing pain (this isn't my first time getting my finger pricked so Idk why my finger hurts lik

been here ~5 times, have had only good experiences and almost no waiting time. employees are kind to me and helpful. only issue is their check-in kiosk has 1 working right now but that's nothing long-term

Place is terrible at the northern Pkwy branch. The female employees have attitudes and very unprofessional . They talk on phones while doing your donations, causes me a hematoma. I reported the female employee to corporate. And they change there donation offer without notice. Was 500 for new donor's than next day was 475. Do not recommend this place.

I called yesterday to ask how to set up an appointment they lady said you just walk in and make sure you had id social security card and proof of residency ok cool but when I get there today she like oh we not taking new donors

I would not recommend this location if you choose to donate at CSL plasma. Terrible attitude from the girl who set up my donation. When I attempted to tell her the needle did not feel as if it was in she got angry and sure enough the solution was not being returned and the site got swollen. I bruised and could not donate for weeks. Whenever I have had to get a physical done I have been told to wait but I'd be there for over 45 minutes to an hour waiting while other people were called before me even though

Horrible customer service I came at 6:14 pm they close at 630. The black guy at the entrance came out yelling at me saying I'm late and hurry up I want to go home? I work 35 minutes away 7.5 miles away from the CSL because the speed limits is 30 miles to 35 takes so long to get there. If that guy doesn't like the people donating than he should quit he's extremely rude I came here. Last time and I was 1 minute late I didn't complain I had to drive back home

I came from a different area and was nervous about this location. I had no reason to be. Dom at the front was welcoming/kind and got me all set for the transfer. Then Naya the phlebotomist was also very nice and her stick was smoooth. Definitely will return and the wait wasn't bad at all. The environment is clean and smells nice. I been to many CSLs and this is in the top 3 for sure ????

They've improved within the past year. Service and nurses have been better and more polite, and faster when they can. Can't always control individual personalities, but they have tried to improve as a unit. Still sucks that they've decreased the award. Overall very good people who do the best they can.

Came here as a first time donor and I'll never return. When I walked in, I stood at the front for about 10 min before anyone even acknowledged me. The only reason someone came over was because someone else needed assistance with something. Once the process started, there was no assistance with using the computer to get started with the videos. I had to constantly grab staff to remind them that I was here to move on in the process. Even while waiting, you could over hear staff asking eachother questions abou

I recommend everybody go to bio life on Loch Raven. You can come to this location. If you want to be disrespected, you see people clearly standing in line they're sitting down talking having a nice conversation so if you like disrespect by all means come to this location, but if not, please take your business elsewhere. I pray for anybody that has to walk in this location. It takes nothing but two seconds to say one second someone will be right with you. As i stand more minutes going by getting more and mor

I this csl ive been coming here for a while now and i can most honestly say that im i love with this place, the. Environmental atmosphere around and in the building itself. They give you a feel of respect and kind and care for the patients ive seen myself the skills and accuracy and order thats brought to the work field that they oh ! So love ?? the staff are WONDERFUL from ms. Tish , and they way she handle the vitals, and respect she has for the patients as well as Ms. Rachel who i love wrapping my bandag

The employees are amazing. The manger is awesome as well. They help you as much as can. I would never go to another donation center if it's not this one ????

First time doing this kind of thing. Wasn't really for the money, I'm employed, just trying to help out. I drove an hour to get here, was greeted with disrespect, interrupting me, almost as if I was expected to know what to say. During my wait I asked security some questions, in the middle of me speaking the security guard interrupted me, then when I tried to continue, he tells me to let him talk and quit interrupting him. Very confusing, maybe his old age, forgot I was speaking, not sure. Ended up not don

If you like dealing with attitudes, dealing with people that dont want to work, then go here. I saw a lady intentionally deferred a guy, all becuase he didnt like her attitude. Its literally the worst place to go to. Anyone saying this is a good location is most likely bums that desperately need the money.. terrible terrible terrible service..

I respected the process, Not researching the ctr. more before going seemed like I made my own self nervous but it was a pleasant experience I'll be calmer next time not elevating my blood pressure ! I gave myself anxiety by wanting to have all documents and readings to be good ???? I got it now ... I'll read or crochet while waiting my turn , Not dwelling on other matters that doesn't concern me ...look forward to returning again... I really felt safe and informed.. T.y. ?? CSL

I donated twice, I have two Major ssues at this office one is the attitudes of alot of the female employees . They talk hasty, with attitude and act like you are agitating them when it's there job. Donating should be a honor and also provides them with a job, they act like you are annoying them by walking in. Secondly my second donation was a horror story. The tech , some ghetto female was on the phone arguing with someone ( don't suppose to be on a phone while giving someone a needle) she was hasty telling

Short staff all the time, they don't open when it says they do, Last time they forgot my saline after my donation, Place definitely needs a update on staff +

Some stick better than others but tbh what do you expect. This is a business not your mom and dad I never was disrespected if you see someone having a attitude just ignore it I'm pretty sure 95 percent of y'all had ah attitude before and some donors are rude and weird the workers are people too.If you were really disrespected not saying you were because everything didn't go your way ..talk to HR with receipts simple.Ive beenplaces alot of y'all wouldn't survive learn to tune negativity out

Feel like noone here wants to work. They constantly stopping to talk. This the most unprofessional location ive ever been too.... i will never come to this location again. Rude and a bunch of attitudes..

Was told they don't make appointments for Saturdays. Showed up at 12:45pm. They close at 3pm. Was told they couldn't see me and to come back Monday. I drove an hour to get here. I'm never coming here again!!

This location is the worst! Open and close whenever they feel like it with no notice. Open half an hour late, and today was over 3 hours early. This is ridiculous when people drive quite a ways to get here. I guess I have to change companies to one more reliable. The one in Florida was 100 times better.

Worst place from top to bottom. If you want to take 4 hours for simply donating than this is the spot for sure. Employees have an attitude problem and disorganized. People in their phone while it's not sanitary. Place is getting reported and hopefully get shut down

The only thing consistent about this location is its terrible service. I'm a lapse donor. Today is the second time I tried to donate and was turned away specifically because they were short staffed and don't have anyone who can take new or lapsed donors. The last time I was here it was on a Wednesday at 8 am, and it wasn't until 8:56am that I was told no one could see me. Now I'm here again on a Thursday at 12:30 PM with the same results. I've been to Octapharma, and Two different BioLife locations, and CSL

The tech responsible for taking the needle out at the end of the donation was careless and didn't pay attention. he pulled the needle out, refused to apply pressure, and I bled all over myself. Dude needs to be fired. He was tall, lanky and had twists. I wouldn't recommend this location. Go to Halethorpe or GB.

The employees are rude, the show favoritism to donors that are extroverted and nice to them. They deferred me for my behavior, which is fine, but didn't let me know until I came back up there and again everyone is rude as hell. Just overall, a terrible experience. If you don't have the passion for people, you really shouldn't be in Healthcare.

Average 2-3 hour wait times, most machines are always down. Staff always seem unconcerned with donors. I've been coming here for over a year, and it's gradually getting worst as time goes on.

The staff here are very friendly. After a while,You really feel like you know them. They are also fast and extremely safe when rendering services; I have never waited too long. I genuinely love the service of all of the ladies from the front that screen, to the ladies that "stick" you; a job well done altogether!!

Worst experience ever...after 5 years never once had any issues and only came every 6 months....blew my arm up with bruises...two week later I still can't donate nowhere because noone was trained properly on these new machines...had one nurse put the needle in to far for another one to come and adjust it and still blew my vein....I'll go to Halethorpe from now on...when my arm finally heals...

The only thing I ask is that the company give more money out for donation cuz my plasma is definitely worth more than $45 -$50

Robbin is always professional as well as helpful. Love her

my first visit it was okay but the lady who pricked my finger was very rude and impatient I didn't have the correct shirt & I was waiting for my father to drop me off one and she kicked me out of the system 5 mins later

I've donated 8 times so far at this location and each time has been a great experience! The place is clean, full of helpful signage to direct you where you need to go, and water/juice/snacks to grab when you're done. I can't recommend this location enough. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff - the security guards, the people screening you, and the people working the donation floor are all fantastic. I've never had an issue with the phlebotomists - their sticks are clean, quick, and pa

Of you value costumer service then dont go here. Just a bunch of woman with attitudes and ready to go home.. lady literally jokingly telling people can they leave, she dont feel like working.. just wow

Maybe I caught the staff on an off day but the woman working the front desk was not friendly at all. I walked in and it was empty except for the staff. I stood behind the barricade waiting for staff to finish their conversation and acknowledge me. Security guard eventually told me to stand at the counter. Staff still visibly continued their conversation. When she finally came over, she had an attitude. Thankfully I forgot my social security card so I didn't donate. I would've hated to be such a burden o

I have a good experience when ever I go. Lucette and Venus are very helpful. Everyone else is very knowledgeable and friendly. Even the security guard is excellent at her job! The facility is clean as well as the lavatories. Glad it's a good experience all the way around because you never know when your serving the person who's getting paid to check up on you.

Don't recommend this place to donate they don't care about the people they only care about the plasma waiting in line for hours

Can I give Zero stars? I have been donating for the last 5 years, and the place continues to progressively worse. They never open at 7:00, usually waiting until around 8:00. The staff is always in a bad mood. Bonuses are no longer given out to reward continuous donations. Always get the feeling that you do not care about you.

When I come here its like a second family. I am always greeted with smiles and laughs. I love coming into this location it's one of the best yet. I absolutely adore each staff member. And its never a dull moment when I am here. I would recommend anyone to come and donate here. You will love your experience I promise.

Some staff are nice some are rude, some are professional and some aren't. Worst part is I don't really leave my house but I went straight there and came back and got COVID. Clearly some corners are being cut on safety protocols. 2 stars only for the one nice lady.

The facility is clean, the staff is friendly, and the equipment is up-to-date and modern. I have donated at another company in the past and would not return after having been at CSL. The Baltimore location is the best. It is cleaner, friendlier, and they pay better. Highly recommend.

I had to change my opinion now it's been a year and this place has changed a lot. Way better customer service. Way better wait times and they did raise their payout......just a very little but they did raise it. Definitely keep up whatever you are doing. Much better

These people are so inconsiderate first there always late to work and then it's hot outside so we wait outside an hour past when they supposed to open this plasma spot sucks don't go here and the staff is very rude as well. The last time I made a donation here the guy didn't wrap me properly after I was finish donating snd when I got up to leave the building blood starting pouring everywhere all over my brand new shoes I just bought the day before I was so pissed and they were so inconsiderate because there

I WOULD have given 4 's ALBEIT, they ?? to close on SUNDAY'S for either NO reason whatsoever & 2day there's a sign saying, "CLOSED DUE TO PLUMBING" ???? I, personally drive quite a ways to get there. WHY? "Ms. Dominique", my friend & the manager is PHENOMENAL! She's knowledgeable, friendly, caring, helpful & beautiful. She seems excited to be there! BALTIMORE #166 "CSL PLASMA" would NOT be as good as it is NOR would I have even returned after 14-15 MONTHS, 8f it wasn't for HER! I don't care to drive all thi

The staff there has been very friendly and professional. They realize that you're taking time out of your day and try to get you in and out the door as quickly as possible knowing that when you're finished donating you're looking forward to getting disconnected from the machine I'm back on your way. And other plasma companies the staff tends to joke and talk too much to customers and other staff at CSL no matter how busy they are they remain professional. This is my second donation and I am very pleased. I

The customer service is very good and efficient. They helped me understand when and what is wrong when my veins didn't pump. It also feels like family when you converse with the staffing. Lastly, what made it better was it's around my old neighborhood

Place is a joke alway late at opening employees always got addtuides and they do not know how to stick ppl so rough will not be returning

I set an appointment to be seen at 6:00 I arrived here at 5:40 and was told blatantly they didn't want to take any new donors. I understand that but I attempted to call twice before coming and no one answered. Rude and disgusting behavior. I never write reviews but I waisted my time coming here just to be turned away because they didn't feel like taking anyone else. Do not recommend.

Slow on Sundays! This place has changed the staff is good but very few of them. Twice now on Sundays it's about a 2 hour wait just to get into a chair. They need more staff or people will stop coming. I've had to leave 3 hours out of my day is too much time.

The staff in the back are loud, rude and curse. I was treated poorly the last time I was there. And they dismissed me without telling me when to return and how much I was getting. I have never been this dissatisfied with the place. Northern parkway csl. Don't go there if you don't have to.

This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!. the staff is nasty & unprofessional. the staff comes in late whenever they want. I literally waited for a hour after they opened, just to get to the donor line to wait and additional 15-20 min . Just terrible.

This place is awesome! Ms.Lou, Rachael, Jasmine, Phyllis and Gary are absolutely the best! I'm a disabled Vet who comes to give back and the above mentioned make my visit pleasant and painless. From the vitals booth to the chair......5 stars all day long!

I recently moved in to a sober living house to help me with my sobriety. I got deferred because they ran my address and saw that it was a sober living house after I have been donating here for years. Also there is a hour wait just to get the the screening questions.

Everyone is so helpful. I love the girl Ashley, she is so down to earth and real. I also like Ms. Lu she is like a grandmother that every one wish to have. I also like the lady with the gray twist in her hair sorry forgot her name. But over all they were all nice and professional. I been there like 4 times to donate and all my experiences were fast and easy. Thanks for making this so easy for me because I'm scared of needles.??????????

For first timers make sure you weigh enough and meet all the requirements before you go. Went today with 2 friends and sat waiting for over an hour to be taken back just to be told I was 4 pounds too small after being there for 2.5 hours and was not compensated for any of it. Even if I didn't get to donate they still could?ve given me at least a quarter of the pay for wasting my time. Gave 2 stars because they were nice just wasted my time when I could?ve made more than what they would?ve paid me doing some

This place has always been slow. They can't keep workers. It seems like no one wants to work. I got deferred for a medication I was taking but I told the nurse I was taking it and she never said anything. Now that I'm not on that medicine anymore they still won't let me come back.

Sadly, this place went from best to worst in less than a year. Something like 60 percent of the machines are offline! Add to that a huge increase in donors hungry for extra cash, and you get the dismal picture. Typically, you can expect the line of people waiting to get on the donor floor to waste 2 to 3 hours of your time. Add another 30 minutes for prep time, then at least an hour to donate. All this for $25! Then $35 or $45 on your next visit, depending on your weight. There are 2 or 3 technicians on the

If I could give them a 0 I would . I would expect front staff to be more pleasant compared to other departments. But the worse !! Everyone seems like they have an attitude or just plain under paid . Either way ? you applied to the job so JUST DO your job ?

"I swear if i didn't need this job i would choke-slam the nurse. She not even the nurse in charge and she telling us to do Bay 2 before we leave." "We get off at 6, we are not closers" "I'm calling out next week on the audit" "I hate this job, I'm ready to go home!" "I should not have to refill two carts." Just some of the things I heard the two phlebotomists say to each other 4/28/2023 at 5pm. Now I would not have cared about them talking like this if they could poke my vein on the first time. They need to

This spot is great don't believe the comments the staff is nice cool and welcoming and the place is clean they deserve at least 4 ? sometimes they open late but most of the time it's on time

I'm very happy with CSL. The staff is friendly and care about their clients. Most days you can be in and out in 60 minutes . On hot days it's a nice place to cool down, but bring a light jacket if you get cold easy, it can be a little chilly. I find having a stressball to squeeze moves the donation process along quicker. Amy B

They have horrible customer service

Worst of all . Website says they don't need your ss get here and I do need it I go to get my ss now it's Noone to do intake horrible

Going to the CSL is always a great experience for me. The people are kind and warm hearted and they always bring a smile to my face while I'm there. Ms. Tish Mitchell and I have created a nice bond since she is usually the one to do my pre screen. The whole CSL team does a great job though. The ones I enjoy most are Ms. Venus, Phyllis, Charde, Jasmine, Rachel, and Stephanie. Not to take anything from anyone else but they are the ones I interact with the most.

One star n would give them none if I could. They kept saying my iron was low.It has to be 38 it was 37,36, n 35. However it was that time of the month so it's perfectly normal for a female iron to be lower then usual during that time. It's not like it was by much. You might ask why keep going back?Well they told me to come back n try again because it just meant I needed to eat more green salads etc. Then instead of calling me to inform me they wanted me to take a form for my doctor to say why my iron was l

Learn sone patients , the staff is great an doing the best they can especially day day an joe joe

The wait to get checked in is equally as long as donating. They are constantly opening late/ closing early or not open when they are supposed to be. If you have a regular job or a place to be this place isn't for you. They did just increase the pay out which is nice though.

Every time I come in the staff is so professional and courteous. Ms. Tish and Ms. Gwen are very pleasant! Definitely would recommend to anyone in need of a few $ or just looking to support others n need ??

My experience is always nice at this location. I seek Rachel out every time I'm sent n the back. She's very quick...efficient... n not to mention absolutely beautiful ??

Called twice before going as a new donor and was told to get there before 5pm (but the hours online states 7pm). Left work to get there at 2:30. Stood at the desk for 5 minutes just to have a young lady come up and rudely tell me they stop taking donations at 2pm and to come back tomorrow and walk away. Is this supposed to encourage people to donate???

Under qualified, under staffed, and it seems nobody there truly knows what's going on. You ask a question and immediately get a "duh" look from women who should know better. Professionalism is dead.

Wouldn't recommend going here unless you're desperate for money. Half of the staff doesn't care and wants to go home and the other half will leave you with internal bleeding because they want to go home. It's run like a TGI Fridays absolutely abysmal.

CSL walked me through all of my first time donor fears. Everyone was helpful, and I moved through the lines and preparations quickly. Everything was really informative and clear. Can't wait to come back and donate again!

For the past 2 months they have been delaying my donations by sending me around the building, and today an employee who consistently has a difficult time finding my vein missed so horribly my arm changed color and my vision went dark. They compensated me the promised amount even though i could only do a 1/4 of the donation before they had to stop it. The whole experience just felt very deliberate as if she was trying to hurt me or tell me to never come back.

It was terrible had to answer the phone for 1 min about my kids got deferred can't ever go back an it was my last 100 dollar pay out so they cut the machine off an gave me nothing for 2 hours of my time.. the staff will try an bully you at this location cause they wanna get off before the time it says they are open

I always have a pleasant experience at this establishment. The staff are very friendly, professional and welcoming. Besides it being very cold in the building, the entire environment and process is great!

Their blood pressure machines do not work properly. I'm not going to the doctor because they have bad machines. I will be using BioLife in the future.

Morgan and other staff members make my visit smooth and relaxing. I like Morgan because she's very attentive to questions that I may have and calms my anxiety about the needle stick. Thanks Morgan keep up the good work. I'm referring to Morgan at the Blood Plasma donation center on Northern Parkway

Staff is very nice and helpful. I don't like needles and most of the time i don't feel them when the hook me up to the machine. Highly recomend to earn some extra cash.

I went to go donate my plasma and I was at the last step of the process when one of the nurses talked about the types of medications I was taking. She admitted she hadn't been there in years and so was asking her supervisor questions about the medications I was taking when she should?ve known considering it's an important part of the plasma process. She also thought that my dosage was too high but wasn't even sure and kept asking the supervisor. However the supervisor wasn't allowed to respond instead merel

nice building , employees are nice and very considerate to ur health n needs, dry throat they offer water, didnt eat anything they provide crackers a good but differnt experience . special thanks to ms. tolsin for taking her time to help me understand wht i was donating for also mrs cheryl for making sure i wasnt unconfortable. last but not least cant forget the beautiful ms ashley for greeting me with a smile everytime i come in there she is very passionate about her job and you could tell u are in good ha

Only one word to describe this place. Unprofessional. So my phone was dying and I needed to charge my phone to contact my mom. They wouldn't let me charge my phone, and their reason was nothing, I asked why and they just said "because" But thats not why i'm upset. This was my 1st and worst experience TRYING to donate plasma at this company. They told me I had to wait 2-3 hours for this whole thing, and I said sure thats fine! So instead I wait 5 hours. In between the 5 hours, I got my finger pricked, they

I've been donating at this location for over a year now, & other than one bad experience due to someone I think they fired it's been great. Easy money as well as helping others & with employee's like Gary, Ms.T, Rachel, Phyliss, & especially Chaday...it just makes the experience better ?? Good Job Y'all

I've been to this center once so far. When I walked through the door it appears very clean. Cleanliness draws you to the front desk. However, it was less than appealing to stand at the front desk and find an opportune moment to get the attention of the medical screeners. I come from the plasma industry. If I wasn't very well versed on plasmapheresis centers I would have left due to the lack of help in the beginning. However, once I had the attention of the staff they were friendly and helpful. Dominique w

The only reason I'm giving the five stars is for Robert! I had a horrible experience with one of the techs doing my vitals . She was completely nasty not only to me but to other donors. But Robert handled my situation and I'm more than silatisfied

The staff is very well Ms robin and dia are very friendly and professional and does a good job at making the donations very comfortable

I have never had a problem with any of the staff. Very sweet, kind. Love that EVERYTHING smells an looks clean an sanatized

MR. Robert helped me with an concern and did it very professionally. I love great customer service... great safe and clean. Very safe a d welcoming

Absolutely terrible customer service. Would not recommend or return. Do not waste your time reaching out to upper management because they will treat you worse than the regular staff.

Very friendly place. Love the workers. Every time I come, it's always a contest or easy extra cash to add. Wish I could win once tho!

Staff works very well together and their hard-work shows!!! Great ?? experience from a frequent flyer!!!

I like coming here. I've been about 4 times and I'm going to continue coming. The staff are very friendly and they make you feel comfortable.

I love the staff here they are comforting and goofy. I would love to come back! Ms gambler and ms Phyllis was the best but the staff is great also

I am a regular customer of CSL. The staff are always courteous and professional. I always enjoy my experience with them. And I appreciate the incentives for multiple donations.

Today was my first time deciding to donating blood plasma and I was pleased with my experience. The staff at this CLS location was very friendly, knowledgeable and answered all questions I had. I will be returning and would recommend this location to anyone looking to donate and save lives.

HORRIBLE!!! After learning that the website isn't updated with the correct time, I waited 2 hours for opening at 2:30 was rudely pushed in circles for them just to tell me the system is down and will send an inconvenience fee to the card before business ends. Then after checking still no money, informed the staff and they said nothing they can do. Water off time and money. Never AGAIN

I really love the staff there they are very professional and always kind Especially the supervisor Gary very respectful and helpful if you have any questions.

I was a regular customer at CSL plasma on Northern Parkway. I donated today I gave them a 880 tube and it was my second visit for the week so I get a bonus. When the young lady unhooked me she stated that I will not be getting my full payment because I was sleep in the chair. Do not go here CSl plasma is a very unprofessional and unorganized facility on northern pkwy find another facility.

Everyone here is very professional and friendly. They always make my day Tish and Gwen ashley Rachel Ms. V Ms. Lu,Rudy Sharde. I can go on and on love it here

This place was good when I first started coming here you would be In and out now for the past 2 months they have gone down hill new staff are very slow it's always a gour to hour and a half wait ridiculous they really need to do something about this or I'm going to start rakung that half hour drive halathorop SMFH

Today was my first visit at this location. Overall it was Clean, fast, & friendly experience! Was able to vibe out with my headphones & i was out of there in no time!

The people here make you feel comfortable and happy they have great customer service and they smile and do there job very well I really love coming to donate here.

This place is very unprofessional. They dont want to work . they are very very nasty. They have people that dont really want to be there. They stick you wrong then act like its your fault. This place needs to be shut down. This place need to be shut down.

CLS always maintains a clean environment and is highly professionally when dealing with its clients. The staff is always curious. Rachel is always polite and on top of her game.

6/16/23: This is my second donation center experience & CSL is more skilled, efficient & focused. Very happy so far.

I've been coming here for nearly 8 mos and I adore the staff... they help me to feel comfortable and valued...happy to help those in need of something that I have an abundance of.

Very slow all they do is Gossip and they have their picks who they let talk on there phone

Got Permently Deferred the third time coming because one of the ladies didn't know how to stick a needle in my arm. However the general manger had fixed the problem but whatever manger there is during the day is hesitating on my compensation money that i was promised for my trouble and Cheryl is a great needle sticker ask for her!!!

I love CSL plasma. All they seem to do is give me free money and good customer service. The only problem is that I'm so handsome, all the women flirt with me ??????. But it's a real good environment

3 stars since they dont wanna update their hours on google, wasted my time ridin up there bc it says on here yall close at 7 but got new hours n close at 5, gotta keep the online tabs up to date bro

Dia, robin, Dominique and daemion performed a spectacular performance today of December while working with us at CSL on northern parkway.

The employees are very respectful. They engage in conversations and are hilarious when they interact with others. I always look forward to donating plasma at this site it's always a new and enjoyable experience.

The site at CSl plasma Baltimore is a really great site to visit for donating plasma. The staff members and management are highly professional and care about their donors. They go above and beyond to make sure that donors are comfortable and answer all the questions that one may have that may arise. Feel free to check them out yourself. I highly recommend anyone to their establishment.

I have been going to this plasma spot for 6 -7 months I love it.. they get u in and out.. there employees is amazing big shout out to Ms Tosin with here always making sure things are right. And to Ms Jazz one of the best Phlebotomist there.. I even won a echo dot..i would not choose no other location..

So this place is a cool way to earn some extra money even tho it's not about the money n more about your donation ms lu usually sticks me n do an awesome job but they all have their own techniques so I give everyone one chance so Rachel is another one who got me jasmine is also a great phlebotomist so go check them all out as u get to laugh sing n feel like ur family ??

I love the people, they're always nice, no matter what time of day. Very gentle. The donation floor is a tad cold so bring a jacket or something.

Great Customer Service! Clean an happy environment! First Donor experience was quick an easy. They answer all your questions an very friendly!

They literally take money off your car ,just for checking balance an don't give an explanation on why ,the take funds without your consent that you donated your body fluids to.

the personalities of each worker made my day and time go by quicker. they treated me kind so i will definitely be returning

Best CSL Plasma spot I been to and great customer service.

Miss orange is so sweet kind, and gentle, she makes sure u feel like family every time u arrive....better hope she does your vitals!

Got there before 2pm today and was turned away today with some lame excuse when it was easy to see they were lying, people waste time and money to get there..

lady that answered the phone she would not give me her name. I asked since it has been 6 mths since last time she responed very rudely yes u r new donor. I then asked what the $ the new donor are getting she responed i dont have time u can call back n hung up on me very rude

I just learned today that the card take money from u when new money is deposited. I purposely left 4$ on my card so when the next deposit made I get all the money. When it was time to withdraw funds I still couldn't get the full amount. The atm fee 1.99 so they charge u to get ur money. So if it 25$ i.e. actually getting 20$. Damn shame.

Very professional group of employees. The atmosphere is pleasant and I really fealt that everyone working there took acceptional pride in their work. I enjoy going there to dpnate and save lives.??

I think it is completely rediculess to have somebody sit at your office for an hour then turn them away because your needles are to SMALL come on. Half the people that came in with good intentions got turned away for that reason. You mean to tell me you cant get different size needles. All I here on the T V is how important it is to donate. To find out that I cant donate because Baltimore is to cheap to provide the proper size needles.

A mess literally and the nurse slow I really hate this center from the bottom of my heart mia rude and disrespectful to unless it's a mental disorder

People are so damn greedy ....ur actually saving lives n a plus is u get a couple $ after ur 50$ or 35$ sign up bonus 5x then u get 20$ first visit n depending on ur weight ... Then if u go 2x a week the end of the month they give u 100$ bonuses .... I'm so tired of y'all notching about not getting paid enough for saving lives its not a replacment for a job lazy asses...

Very professional. Very sanitary. Staff is also kind!

Some of the staff look at you with disdain if your plasmapheresis process is taking longer than usual. They also play favorites, providing preferential treatment and better customer service to donors that they've developed a personal relationship with. You get treated like meat/cattle and are made to feel like ?just a number? which isn't what you want from a process as personal as donating plasma. It's not all awful though, Deepak the phlebotomist is the one redeeming quality of the Northern Parkway locatio

The best CSL plasma location I've ever been to to date. I would give them six stars if I could.

Mrs Tosin was a very big help today I really appreciate her and her staff as well!!! I would recommend any one to come here job well done!

Honestly this place makes you feel at home, it's always a Great Vibe and Laughs all around! It like They pay you to Have a Good time!

Got through the checkin process quickly and the staff was extremely quick and effective as usual

Very professional with patients and does a great job keeping patient?s comfortable

This is the 3rd plasma company that I've used, Yes donate. You are helping people, As well as you pocket. Just Do Not plan anything besides a life-saving donation for that day.

First experience wasnt cool but my second experience was way more professional some of the girls in the office really aren't there to work you will get unprofessional service and service with a smile all in one visit

Literally one person working on the Floor. Staff members just standing around an no one is assisting at all. Definitely won't be returning

Staff is for the most part very friendly ( they are human) clean, quick, and efficient...after regular donation feel at home

Beautiful environment. Employees happy and engaging. Well trained. Its all about saving lives?? Thank you Jesus?? Thanks so much!!

Joanna was nice and Ashley and Erica was great sticking it didn't hurt but mr.b stuck me a lik too hard.

Very professional and neat.the people that work there make you feel at home and go out there way to make you feel comfortable

Charles Rowlette Cheryl is extremely proficient in making venipuncture sticks, and she is very personable. I HIGHLY recommend a visit because you become family.

This place is absolutely amazing and the staff including Mr. Gary. Deserves 5 stars, for making my visit pleasant and painless. Thank you!

I have wonderful experience with the employees. And Mrs. Tish Mitchell is so wonderful she is always pleasant love her

Today slow but still productive even though the system kept going down but they kept us with water n donuts I appreciate the staff for making sure we were happy

It was a nice place and all the nurses are very sweet, first visit is slow if you get there late but 2nd visit is a breeze

Been coming here over a year.. Some days it's good some days I'm like I'm thru with them.. I'm content tho easy money

I always enjoy coming here the staff are always accommodating and down to earth people I just wish the original wait time for new donors wasn't so long

First was ok due to the fact i was told to update my ss which i never had that problem before. Very rude i guess cuz it was almost time to leave and go home.

Absolutely horrible the phlebotomy are ghetto and not work oriented at all general waste of time, turnover rate horrible, overall deplorable

Very helpful and caring staff. Keeps you feeling comfortable and wanting to come back over and over again.

The CSL plasma staff is always fast friendly & courteous. The phlebotomy technicians are gentle and patient, I always enjoy my visits.

The staff is very funny and helpful. It is a pleasant experience, very time I come

I love this location, they are friendly and helpful and racheal was my tech and she was amazing and gentle. I recommend this location

What is happening here? Where have the staff gone? Also when I became a donor I was told I can come twice in 7 days BUT not consecutive days. I have followed those rules but the computer will not log me in. I'm back to the end of the long line to find out why and a bit frustrating.

Great attitudes, dia always sticks me perfectly no pain

Everyone here is very professional and friendly. My son & I are both very happy going here. Love Ms V

Ms Lou is Awesome Garry is always with a SMILE Jazz Venus ?? Ms Tish ???? Gwen This crew is All Tha Ashley????Share

Very courteous staff and go out their way to make you comfortable with the donating process.

Its always a friendly environment great atmosphere and efficient donating. They all make you feel welcomed

THE STAFF MEMBERS THAT WORK HERE ARE SO EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL THAT THEY MIGHT MESS AROUND AND GIVE YOU HIV/AIDS BY CROSS CONTAMINATION. PLAY IT SAFE & DONT GO HERE & RISK YOUR HEALTH OVER $25

Great experience as always compassionate staff like Rachel I'm always satisfied with the service . thanks

One of the best centers I've ever been to. Significantly more professional and skilled than Octapharma plasma on Merritt.

I love it here, the staff is fantastic and the process is painless, a great way to give and to get!

Second time here and I must say this is a great way to earn some extra cash and they have a very welcoming staff!

My experience with the staff at CSL Plasma. Is excellent. I would like to give props to Mrs Lou Lou. And Gwen. Mrs Linda.

Great place, the staff is excellent. The service is great. I never have any problems.

Very helpful staff .. Always friendly and keep the atmosphere upbeat.... Quick and easy process as well

Very easy set up, safe and clean environment, workers are generally kind and answer any questions

Very pleasant staff. Very quick. First visit does take time but after that very quick.

Great place to earn so extra money. Tish Mitchell is my favorite always professional and pleasant.

They are wonder full I love jasmine in the back Ashley in the front they are very cheerful and always very helpful

Today I went down there first off it took along time this was my first time going after I answer 65 questions on the computer I had to see someone else just for her to say oh you have diabetes you can't do it so you can give me the card back it was a waste of my time smh it was a man who also was working in there he was unprofessional talking all crazy to me

I Love walking into the Northern Pkwy Location, Walking in to great customer service, very friendly, always feel welcomed!

Staff is very personable and polite. They are also very knowledgeable of their profession.

SLOW ALWAYS ON THERE PHONE . Have you waiting 2 hours to see the nurse

The staff nice and caring. Also respectful and professional. Donations always run smooth.

They really made me feel comfortable as a new donor. The monthly incentives were really good too!

Tish, Mitchelle, and Gwen were extremely helpful and provided me with excellent service throughout the process

I've been in here 3 times and every time it's taken more than 2 hours to see the nurse. Mind you I'm already a donor at another CSL Plasma center so why do I need to see the nurse for every visit? Ridiculous...

I've been coming here for serveral months andMiss. Rachel always been kind also helpful.

Very sluggish donation center. I've donated a few times and they do things correctly but not efficient managing staff and wait times for donors.

Helpful staff even when I can't donate because of something with me they always make me walk out with a smile!!!!!

Ashley is a very good employee here at CSL she is very attentive to my needs every time i come here .

So rude and unprofessional Just go somewhere else..

The staff is pleasant, they explain everything in details, and I'm always in there for a reasonable amount of time. Martha Jones

Its the most friendliest environment ive been in the phlebotomist there are gentle and never bruised my skin

They are unfortunately under staffed. They are a Wonderful Crew of people!

Very clean and staff are wonderful, kind and gentle makes the process easy.

This location is the best and the staff are the best my experience is very good and no complaints.

Every single time im in here for 3 1/2hrs. Absolutely rediculas as they tell people 45min-1 1/2min as the average

They are very informative of their services and are very respectful of peoples personal information. I love Ms.Lou and Ms.Venus.

Very fast service and knowledgeable staff. Definitely worth your time and donation.

i have a great time everytime im in csl plasma it's always cool nd i love the music... the staff are great kind people always speak

They are so slow! If you have anything else to do that day, don't go here. It's like the DMV, you'll be there all day.

More times than not they will close random hours, or just have staff disappear. Sometimes they just don't open. It's so random I stopped going.

Clean but you have to yell at the staff as they make you wait while they have meaningless conversations about nothing

I have had a wonderful experience at csl plasma helping others and making extra money for my family ,staff is awesome.

Service is always quick and friendly. If you want to donate plasma id definitely recommend CSL on northern parkway

They were extremely nice with great service. Also they very fast!

Great place , Your not sitting there to long . Respectful people there , Always helpful.
