For as much as the workers deal with on a daily basis they do an amazing job. They are super friendly and good bed side manor. Mad love for tweet she is a amazing worker great sense humor . Did I mention when she pokes you don't even know mad props girl keep up the amazing work. Don't ever let anyone tell u any different.

I loved ot there. The kind, loving, and having fun type of employee's there. Make it a awesome first time experience. I'm going back there today and I know I'll get the best care. I truly like all your employee's there. They treat you well.

Everyone I encountered was very friendly and professional. It was a pleasant experience with the exception of the 50+ questions on the kiosk, which forced me to wait to answer until each question was read to me. I will use the app in the future which will allow me to complete the questions before I go to donate.

really friendly staff! they make the experience feel homely! very easy process! they are timely and efficient and I secretly want all them to get raises!! excellent service I love coming here

I felt very informed with the videos I watched. My only complaint was how long it takes from the time you go in until when you leave. I understand you are short staffed but it's making me think twice about going on a regular basis because I have to fit it in with work.

Amazing Staff and VERY professional and so comforting in every step. Was my 1st time donating and I felt safe and not worried about a single thing due to the love and care they provided!!! I'd recommend them to any and everyone!! Be a blessing and help give to those in need of plasma!! Bless to you all!

It's really a great place if you need some extra cash just to get by or even if you want to save for a vacation! It is a plasma donation place and they do pay you for your plasma. Now the first time when you go expect to be there from about 2 to 3 hours... That's just the first visit though. After the initial visit it should only take about an hour depending on what time you go. There is another plasma place on W 26th called Griffolds... Check which one is giving the best deal before you go! They both also

I had the most wonderful experience, even though it was my first time! Don made me feel super comfortable through the whole process and Kylie was very informative and kind. The entire staff was helpful and kind, making it an easy process!

Thank you for giving me the opportunity to give plasma this Lenten season as well as receive a little cash help, as I am currently homeless and could use the extra help God bless all and thank you????????????

This was my first time donating plasma. The lab was clean. Staff very friendly. Even when it was extremely busy. What I didn't like was the people waiting outside around the entrance.

The center is teeming with capable staff, however Mrs. Laine truly elevates my every experience. She is very kind, performs seamless injections, and always wears a warm demeanor. Among more of my favorite phlebs are Tony, David, and Andrew. Highly recommend!

I can't see how this is a 5 star! I recently got a call from my husband today he was very upset and sounded like he was in pain. He had gotten blood drawn from here and this lady that poked him clearly had no knowledge on what she was doing and wasn't trained right. Before this continued he asked her how her day was going she had an attitude like she did not want to come to work "I was here since 6am I been doing this all day". So once she inserted the needle she inserted it the wrong way which caused his a

I wasn't able to donate because of a medication that I am on it wouldn't affect the people that would get my plasma but they said it would affect me which is BS...I WANTED TO HELP PEOPLE AND I WAS DENIED.... BUT YOU TAKE PLASMA FROM DRUGGIES AND PEOPLE WITH A BROKEN BONE...AND I KNOW FOR A FACT THAT IS A NO NO ...IT WASN'T GOING TO AFFECT MY DONATION TO PEOPLE WHO WOULD GET MY PLASMA.... YOU SUCK....IT SHOULD OF BEEN MY CHOICE...IT WASN'T GOING TO HURT NO ONE...

As it was my 1st time and I was a walk in they were very efficient the process went smoothly it did take a bit of time with videos questionnaire and physical but understandably in place for a reason the pay out above expectations to a debit card that may be used as soon as activated the actual plasma donation went faster than expected definitely will return

The people here always treat me nice I'm normally in and out under 1 hr

Staff was friendly & welcoming. Looking forward to donate again. Saving lives & make some quick cash, who could ask for more.

Great employees, only been here twice but it's great here!

They did a good exam before accepting the plasma donation. It was a good mini health check. Busy place so the experience must be good for many.

I donated for the first time and the whole staff especially Don were very professional and kind. I will definitely recommend this site to all my family and friends. God bless all the workers for my wonderful experience.

Don't feel there's enough staffing for a good timely event. Here for more than two hrs for visits more than an hr wait to begin donation. Other facilities in and out within 45min. 12/09/2021 Today Noone to check u in open chairs in back extremely in efficient for donors! WOW! 12/18/2021 Very happy to say things have taken a turn for the better, today I was in and out in an hour. They have really improved front desk help and are really helping people get along to their day. I was really happy, deserve

I love this place the workers are always cooool and calm and im always in and out with no issues i recommend this plasma center for smoother service

Good place to go. David and Emily are very polite and respectful.

Update: Management got with me and explained hiararcy of techs. The manager was understanding of my condition, that of having small roller veins. Dave did my draw and it was a perfect stick. Because of the good communication and level of professionalism by all the techs, whom I've had the opportunity to deal with I'm now changing my review of two weeks ago from one star to five stars. Good job Erie PA. ---Old post below--- Ask for senior techs because I'm a difficult stick. Supposedly their all good. I h

I was just in there again after a short break. The phlebotomist were gentle, easy very kind. And I got more than I thought I was eligible for. I suggest octapharma over their competitors

I always have a really great experience every time I donate! Your staff is so friendly and always make me feel comfortable when I am there! David is my favorite staff member, he knows me by name and always goes above and beyond to make sure that my experience is awesome! Thanks!

Don was very nice and professional a great person to talk to

Everyone there is helpful and friendly. Donating helps the world go round for the less fortunate and will put a few bucks in your pockets. Much thanks and many blessings!!????=??

Dave is really nice very kind easy process

Ms.laine is awesome she really do her job one of the best ones n she is super nice

My experience was pleasant, everyone one was professional and friendly. Dave was awesome with setting everything up and getting me started! Got me on the first try, which is rare!

I have been coming here for several years?they are very professional and I highly recommend them!

I go to register and this lady was very rude during the whole process even to my wife but I looked past it and I continued but once again this girl comes up to us demanding things with another attitude and she's very quiet as well but when I go to the desk she jammed the needle into my finger like she actually wanted to hurt me

They pay well compared to the competitors. The staff are really cool and down to earth and are very knowledgeable of their job. You're treated more like a person than a customer/client. Sometimes the reality tv programs are annoying but that's just me hating reality tv so don't take that one personal. But yeah great place overall.

My honest opinion about this place, one it's a great side hustle, you donate plasma for a greater cause and they pay you. Two it gets busy at times, especially when they have to get through those with express passes. Lastly the staff are cool, helpful but they have seen allot. Some people bring out the abrasive side in the workers. Sometimes they are short staffed and overwhelmed. Overall the objective was always to get in there and get out of there. I highly suggest people to go here vs other plasma center

You guys don't explain everything correctly . I was suppose to get $80 n got $35 which I never gotten. But is ok I'm not going back. I'll got to the one on w 26st .

Everyone was very friendly an they did a great job!

Professional workers very respectful, and polite, they know what there doing, and concerned how your experience is there, very positive, and helpful.

Stacey is doing a good job I appreciate there staff keep up the good work

Great team at the Erie, PA location. They work hard to get you in and out as quickly as possible. You are their number one concern. Enjoy going to donate.

Easy, breezy experience with compassionate, knowledgeable staff! Happy to donate!

The explained everything to me the first time being there. The few times I've been here, I've always had a very comfortable and warming experience when I come in. Everyone is super friendly n polite. I'm appreciative all the workers at this facility, I'm in grateful for the hard work and dedication that I observe when I'm in there, kudos to all the people at this site. You guys are lucky to have them working for this company.

Has the best staff ever!!!!!!! Jason is awesome, tony is great ,love Emily she is so bubbly, let's not forget David..... ALL AROUND LOVE OCTAPHARMA ON 18TH ERIE

Very friendly staff! Jason and Tweety were phenomenal and made time to by so much faster. Would DEFINITELY recommend this location, and I will be returning!

Staff is very friendly. Facility is clean. Plenty of parking available.

Very friendly staff very good place to donate

Wonderful staff and great service .

I've always have a very comfortable and warming experience when I come in. I'm appreciative all the workers at this facility, I'm grateful for the hard work and dedication that I observe when I'm in there, kudos to all the people at this site. You guys are lucky to have each person working for this company!!!!

I felt so safe donating at Octapharma. Everyone is so friendly and the facility is very clean. I had a bad reaction to donating my very first time, and the staff was super helpful and I was never worried if I would be okay because I knew they had my back. They even checked in on me the next day! Also, shoutout to Andrew who is the best phlebotomist I've ever had, the needle barely hurt and he didn't leave any bruising! If you're gonna donate, donate here.

The Octapharma Plasma location in Erie, Pa is well kept and the staff is very friendly/professional! They want you to have the best experience and explain things in good detail. Highly recommend this location and staff.

Horrible couldn't find vein after 3hr intake and gave me 5 dollars

Early in the morning is the best time to go here otherwise there's no telling how long it might take

very great people, very nice they always make sure you're okay would definitely recommend

Good staff although I feel they could hire more staff to make things go a little faster it's clean. And everyone is nice and try?s to do things in a timely manner!

I'm leaving a review for My son. His first time donating today. 08/07/23. His exact words "The staff is really cool. They make you feel really welcome. Just thought you guys should know, you're doing amazing!

Good worker love how they respect ppl

Great staff! Fast service! Very appreciative of the professionalism shown by the employees!

Lainie did a great job.

A great place to donate the people are really nice

People are great! The app has worked well so far. Did I mention that the staff are great? Because they are. It's been two years and it's still a top notch location. I have visited other locations and they are okay, but not as nice as the Erie location.

I had a child emergency while I was donating & had to leave in the middle. The supervisor Andrew Unhooked me and still let me get paid. It was smooth & I appreciate it.

Love the place. The staff is friendly and they get you in and out. The mangers are nice as well. Sam and the two blonds with glasses are very nice as well and very professional. Only thing I don't agree with is I got 30 dollars for one donation. But other then that if your new and looking for a plasma center this is the one????

First off staff is always nice to.especially when they are dealing with people that's been waiting for a long time to start with. The facility and is clean and very well-maintained and all the paperwork you need to fill out if you need help, they'll help you anything on the kiosk or iPads are automated and sound. Overall my Experian service 100 being the best zero been the absolute worst I would rate the place of the 90

Been there 9 visits so far. People are excellent....once you get through your initial visit the first time, the process is easy. Not to mention the money is nice ??. And, they're open 12hrs a day, so most everyone has time to go!

This is my first experience donating and I'm very grateful for the extra care and communication from the Erie staff. Lainie, Andrew and Kayla are amazing and always go above and beyond. Thank you for everything ??- Michayla

Clean facility and friendly, helpful staff

Everyone is so nice there!

My first time back in a while. The process went really well. Intake went really smoothly and the staff were very nice plus very informative. Cal was very helpful with explaining the machine and what to do while going thru the process. Thank you guys I will definitely be back and recommend you guys to family and friends.

Its a great thing to do to help people that really need it for medicine

It went well, everyone made sure I was comfortable and content with my service. I can't remember the gentleman's name, but he had red hair. He did a great job with explaining how everything would work and the stick didn't even hurt!

It's always a good experience for the most part. Everyone is friendly and polite and they make it as comfortable as possible

The first two times it was cool..yeah everything takes time..but it's only my third time doing it and it's said $65..I have no clue why I was rewarded with only $45 outta that $65 that's posted all over the building..a lady said something about me missing days in between my last visit,as if I'm supposed to be doing this on the daily basis..I do this every other month, not twice a week..I feel like I have been penalized for not coming twice a week..the pain from the needle is not for me twice a week or even f

I love Octapharma plasma in Erie. The facility is very clean and organized. The staff is amazing! They are so nice, friendly, knowledgeable. They greet you by name when you come in. I had an incident and couldn't not believe how fast the staff worked to take help me and care for me. I felt very safe and in great hands. I recommend this place all the time to everyone I know, especially if you're looking for a little extra cash. 10/10

Everyone here is so nice and they try to make the process quick and keep you comfortable while the process is going on

It's decent ?? and don is a great person to chat with when you get uncomfortable while donating

It was a great experience. Until they tried twice to get a vein. Still okay at this point. But the 5.00 payment was kind of a insult. Just don't give me anything at that point. Because your 5.00 payment was like a slap in the face. The tech even said "sorry about your luck, but I think you'll get like 5.00" keep it.

Very professional and detailed.

The staff here are super nice and (I can't say this enough) good ???? at ???? their ???? job ???? It's refreshing, actually. There's often a wait, although I've always come in the evenings so you may find it different in the AM, but they're stabbing people and removing their bodily fluids so.... take your time Lol. Friendly staff, clean facility, good incentive program - 5 stars from me.

They do an amazing job here highly recommend to try it out

I wanna send a strong shout out to Bunny. She is one of the best, and most enthusiastic person I have ever met. She is cheery, and she takes real good care of us. I love the happy energy she carries.????. If anyone else agrees with me. Shout it out!????

Poor if the workers do less talking they stop wasteing so much time eatch time I got there is 2 hour or better till I come out they stand in the corner and talk for 15 20 minutes Everytime they get the chance no authority someone needs to keep ur workers focused on the job not what's happening at home

spent more time being defferd then donating but managed to donate several times befor being permanently defferd for having skin sensitivity to the needle my skin just slightly blushed. at first they played it off as me being allergic then they told me I just had sensitive skin but then some one used iodine on me after falsely marking me as allergic and now I'm no longer aloud to donate leaving me feel some what discriminated after how many times I have donated and given so many problems by staff. FYI I'm

Most of the staff is friendly and skilled. Some need to train more before being allowed to stick people.

The staff are very helpful the process is easy and if you need money or wanna help make life saving someone come to this place

Great place the people take good care of u there

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable

UPDATE.....Back again and still the same good feelings about this place. TONY H. is EXCELLENT with the needle! Super nice, Friendly employees. I have yet to wait long, even if there is a line. Goes very quickly. Very good at what they do. Efficient, Aware, Clean, Sanitary and really good at poking! First time ALWAYS takes awhile. I have donated at other places in past and at times took hours even days for first visit to get started and completed. (Not due to anything related to myself or health.) I would h

Went to donate plasma. First time but the saff is extremely friendly and helpful. Ran into some issues. One gentleman with dreads ans glasses made me feel much better after I had some issues. I'll be continuing to donate here simply because how he made me feel.

David is the best phlebotomist ever.

I have been donating for a couple of months now and can honestly say that the staff here are pleasant and professional. They treat everyone with kindness and make the experience quick and painless while also answering any questions that I may have.

The locations employees were super friendly and helpful especially on my visit as a new donor. Great at walking you through it and answering questions. They had me in and out at a reasonable time and made sure I was ?? good . They checked on me and made me feel comfortable as I continued the process of donation.

The staff is wonderful, 1st visit is the longest, but after that things go very smooth. Check their web site, you'll know busy times. Very caring people!

Ended up getting a bit dizzy during my second visit and one of the workers gave me and ice pack and faned me for a bit. It really helped and I was able to complete my donation with no other events. They really did an amazing job!

Amazing place to donate! Friendly staff, great atmosphere and willing to explain any questions you have during the whole process. I recommend this to anyone looking to donate. Do not waste your time elsewhere, this is only place to attend. You will not be disappointed.

Fast service and the workers have top notch customer service. Very convenient that they have an app where you can do questionnaire prior to coming in.

I have been going to this Octo location For over a year.. I am very pleased with the current staff. They actually care about everybody that comes through that door. They make you feel like you are a part of the team. I have a few favorites here but I do need to commend every employee they do an amazing job

A great place to donate and a great staff especially Jason he's one of the best

Great employees and experience.

Went back after 3 years. The process was so much quicker and real friendly staff

First of all I'd like to say this Plasma site is very very clean. The staff is extremely nice. And it's sincere. I have read reviews where people have complained about the wait times. It so busy etc.... All I can say is, they must be doing something right to have such long lines. This isn't a Burger King drive-thru. I would give them a 9 out of 10. Since nothing in life is perfect. Thank you for a great experience. I will be back.

My first time and i feel safe and is clean place everyone is nice and lovely

Very ghetto and unprofessional!!!!!!! The staff are alway?s complaining 3hours before closing. Due to them wanting to leave and go home and complaining about their schedules. Management also very unprofessional stating that they can refuse screening if they want to and laughing in the same sentence. Very disturbing and hostile. I also heard other staff on the donating floor say they are over this place they can't wait to find a different work field due to their coworkers. She also said theirs favoritism and

Nice place, friendly people, very comfy, worker's can be slow sometimes. Prepare everything to be lengthy especially if ur new.

Your staff tore up both my arms and then made me drive 1 hour and waste my gas just to tell me they can not poke threw a bruise when I called the day before and asked that same question. They would not answer me over the phone. They should at least reimburse me my gas money. I will be going elsewhere if I decide to donate again.

I am relatively new to octapharma, however in the past 6 months I can tell you that my experience has been professional and friendly. The staff that I have dealt with really understand what it's like for a new person to donate. Overall I would say that they are five stars, make sure to go early it gets very busy, oh and let's not forget about the pay, it's usually on that card within 10 minutes.

I have never had a bad experience with octapharma. The place is well maintained and clean and all workers are friendly. The management really ensures the place is top notch, especially Brittany (I believe that was her name). As she was walking through she simply asked how I was doing and wished me a good day. Yes it is a small gesture but it made my whole day. All in all highly recommend octapharma! Great facility and great workers!

It's easy money for what they pay you. it's well worth it but the problem that I'm having is you have to meet a certain criteria and there's like five points of this criteria you have to fall within parameters and it's difficult to fall into all five at the same time. I've been sent home three times now without getting to donate so therefore it was a wasted trip there and I'm walking. The reason was my heart rate was up. Well figure it out I'm walking of course I'm going to be anxious too because I don't wa

Wonderful and friendly staff all around. It's always a joy and pleasure to interact with the staff members of Octapharma Erie. No matter what time of day you'll always have a great experience. As well as knowing that your donation is helping out in many ways is also a positive plus.

I think they do a good job considering the staff shortage they seem to have on certain shifts. I've been there and continue to go there and I've witnessed different situations and they all were handled in a professional manner. Tbh sometimes the patients don't come in the cleanest or smelling the greatest due to the area of which they are located but they manage to keep a clean sanitary and I've never seen anything though would make me feel ewwww. There's a bunch of pros about that place which

All the staff is great except for ONE person. In particular. I think most people will know who I'm talking about. I never have a good experience with her. Today she was rude to me I asked her a simple question. Before I even finished she cut me off and turned her back and walked away. After she talked to me like that I just left without donating. Plasma donating can already be an uncomfortable experience but when someone is making it seem like they don't want you there its even worse. Very PETTY I don't kno

Enjoyed my visit. Employee's were very nice and helpful.

Ur workers are great. Very clean and quite

Always very friendly and courteous at Octapharma Plasma. They usually get you in and out and on with your day. Great way of making some spare cash while saving lives. Would highly recommend!

This place is great. The staff is really cool. The atmosphere is nice. They made this process really enjoyable.

Everytime I went in there they were nice but if something was to high they tell u to come.. so there for I am not going back because I was there the other day wanted to donate and they told me that it would be 4 too 5 hour wait butt then they took other people and they got thought fast that is not right to tell someone one thing and they take other people... I find that they make excuses to tell some people that go there and tell others

Clean facility , employees are awesome with working quickly to get up in and out they make you extremely comfortable!!!

The experience is really great the staff help out very well.

The donation process from the time you walk in to the time you leave is fast and easy. The employees are great and efficient. For my new donor process it was fast and they got me in and out. Overall great place.

I have been coming to Octapharma for a little over a year now & I definately reccommend coming and referring friends and family (you will get a $100 referral bonus). The staff is friendly, the process is fairly simple, & you get to leave with some extra money while also knowing you helped saved lives.

Been going here for awhile all the staff and office people are great

Check in was smooth on my phone and the wait inside to check in was acceptable. Waiting to be called back to donate seemed very long over 1/2hr and it was not busy either. Person taking plasma was really nice though

Very clean facility and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. My only complaint is how under staffed they were. I was there for a little over 3 hours.

After going to the donation center on w26th Street my experience was so bad there I was afraid to try this place. It took a year and still I was nervous. Octapharma was so fast, so pleasant I was shocked! In a good way. I highly recommend them!

i love donating here, but losing another $5 per donation, when we just lost $5 in the spring, seems like a slap in the face just before xmas. Just because you excuse yourself a full year after this legit review doesn't make it better. DO BETTER, COMPENSATE BETTER, because i could just donate my O+ blood. So just do better. Btw the employees in erie are stretched too thin. Bring these workers back to Erie.

Even though it took me over 2 hours I was treated by one of the technicians like it was my fault and singling me out in front of the other customers that I took too long.

I completed screening at 5:21 pm on 11/2/22 with 4 donors already in queue. Then sat waiting until 6:18pm even though I observed the green light on the collection machines SIX (6) times. When it was finally my turn and I was asked "how are you today?" I calmly replied, "was doing well till I sat here for almost an hour" at which time I was verbally attacked and threatened to be "written up". And yes I use the term threatened because, and in no uncertain terms, it was indicated to me that any dissent or disa

The staff is amazing people. There so nice . Every time I go there the same. Not one time have I had them be in any way desrespect full. They make giving plasma a great experience. Thank you for being you

Staff are friendly, informative and helpful. Modern facility which is easy to access and plenty of parking. Low wait times which allows me to get in and out.

Understaffed and the staff they do have don't even know how to find a vein???? How does that work. The mouths of some of the employees they do have are horrible. They talk to you like your a child on top of them not going in order with people excessively waiting. I got here today at 150 pm.... it is now 341.... and I'm still waiting to get into a chair... all I wanted to do is help people anyway I can but I will not be returning... this place is a joke...

The ppl there are so friendly. David was great as I have finicky veins. He was able to get me through it without a fail.

Excellent experience ??....if your going to donate plasma in Erie this is the place to do it. Clean, professional, and pleasant experience. My nurse Taylor was great.

Sometimes it's good sometimes it's awful. Today is one of the awful days. 9 people in line and they have ONE technician checking people in. Grifols never had this issue it's in and out over there. Thinking of switching back to grifols because even with having to drive to w 26th st it still usually takes faster than coming here.

The facility is in good shape and and has quality equipment and nice staff, but piss poor staffing by management. It doesn't matter if you use the app to skip the kiosk you still wait 30- 40 mins on average just to get to be screened then after completing the questions and getting screened I often have to wait to be seated in order to be drawn. It makes me uncomfortable to be at a facility that runs so under staffed on the constant. What if someone is rushing and makes a mistake or hurts someone. These are

I think all the employees are nice a curtious and do a great job but unfortunately they are understaffed so sometimes things go a little slow but that's not their fault.

Janie and Nic were awesome! Very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. Great place to donate!

Amazing quality employees

Systems are antiquated and don't always work. They tend to forget about people waiting for follow up with physicals as a new donor. Some of the staff are rude and seem annoyed if you need help. Slow service and you hustled by the clientel for referrals. I went to Grifols on West 26th st. Excellent service and experience. I will never go back to Octapharma.

The workers know what they are doing , and are very nice. , am tired of long waits other than that it's alright

By far best donation place in Erie Pa, not only friendlier & more knowledgeable staff but more $ too (plus bonuses). Clean and well managed. Can't say the same for the other place.

Nice, friendly, and professional group. I would of gave you four stars ,but you lowered the payment amounts. That's cheap

The Pay is extremely low for how long it takes.

Wish I didn't have to give any star to post a comment on here because 1 star isn't even justified if you ask me! When technician attempted to put needle in my vein he missed pretty badly, actually worst pain I had ever felt from a needle being stuck in my veins, by any nurse/technician in my lifetime and I've had blood work done consistently throughout my life so many times I couldn't begin to even give an estimate! Anyways, they had someone else use my other arm successfully with no issue and they used a b

My experience at octapharma was great the staff a wonderful I had Tony doing the stick on me and he was gentle I just love the people here they're also wonderful ??

Very friendly staff, all staff is very concerned with health and safety standards and it for sure shows in all the best ways. Couldn't be happier with my experiences there!

Love coming here. Workers are always very friendly and helpful if you need anything.

12 to 15 minutes is the time 1 person does from sitting for testing to waiting for donating is this company policy or do the staff take their own sweet time cause if you are number 5 in line you have a minimum of a 1 hour wait to get tested...when there are 10 people in line 2 staff should do testing not 1 who takes their time!

Nice and clean and the staff is awesome

The workers are great!!! Just wish they had a place to sit while you wait to be screened.

Staff is friendly, courteous, and professional. However, they are understaffed. Wait times can be long, but mitigated by having the app and prescreening and/or showing up early.

Once I was past the lengthy orientation of my first visit it was such an easy process. Most of the staff are very friendly and even fun to converse with. Thanks guys.

Love everyone there very friendly clean work hard and make you feel comfortable there if you have questions they are always answered great staff everyone there is amazing

My first time was very pleasant. Everyone was very nice. Having my first day be so long the time flew by fast thanks to the people that work there. ??

The management team needs to have a meeting about what can be done about the 45 minute to hr wait time to be screened. By the time someone arrives at the desk they have a high bp reading from standing in line becoming irritated for an hour. Also some of the women on the floor should hold their conversation for a later time. Lastly more training wouldn't hurt. I witnessed one of the workers not know what to do when a woman nearly fainted. I hope that management takes these suggestions into consideration.

Very clean facility and the staff were very knowledgeable and friendly. Very quick with the whole process. I would give it a 10/10.

Poor communication on what the criteria for donation is and the time frame each step takes to complete. Didn't explain the screening procedures and blood testing in detail. Took two hours to get a physical then they told me I couldn't donate until October because I failed a screening tool. These things should be explained at the beginning not hours into the process. Very poor system and work flow.

The people are great here I'm very impressed.

The people taking care of the donors are wonderful. No complaints. Good comfortable place to go to donate. Friendly!!!

Very nice smiles and patience. They talk and treat me with respect as a human not a number. Very helpful/safe for all. I recommend them all the time.

Vary clean i love the way they let people signe in on thier phones to make the proses go faster but i dislike the card they use for payment. Every single transation takes your monie

The staff is friendly & trained very well. Its also an easy kinda fun way to make some extra cash.

I've had to do 4 protein samples in the past 3 months, 2 on your end didn't get tested cause they weren't packaged properly and weren't able to be tested. Which is irritating cause at this point I've missed out on about 3k in donation money, and now I have to start from the bottom wages all over again if I pass my protein sample this time around. Very irritating.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Friendly, excellent customer service, my first donation took 2 hours... Very fast service they get you in and out and your first two donations are 100 dollars

Hates the blood pressure machine and wishes that you could take it as many times as u want until u get it below 100. It would be nice sit down in line as well . Friendly staff as well great people with lots of patience for what they deal with on a daily basis

Easy way to earn extra cash, as well as help those in need.

Every time I come in the place. Everybody is smiling and eager to help people out. I call this group the savers. I love this place

My first time there an all the staff members that waited on me weew very professional and my two favorite were Thersa and Kaylee

Screening process went well please are very friendly it's a very good experience first time donor was in and out in about two and a half hours.

Staff is very nice and professional. The place is almost always busy so the wait to donate can be long. It'd be nice if it was bigger or there was more staff to move the line faster.

Generally better than Biomat. Staff people are friendlier & more competent. Like bypassing the kiosk with OctaPass but other areas of app need improvement. Go back to old donation comp to stay competitive with local competition.

Pretty painless, for my second time. I'm still in recovery mode though, still trying to figure out what food I should eat that won't leave me in recovery mode,3 days later????

It was a great experience and a lot of nice people at this location

Everyone is very nice and knowledge. Money is based on each person individually!?? Very clean environment

Friendly staff, knowledgeable and courteous. Quick most days. Overall I'm very satisfied.

Awesome and kind staff! They are very caring and make the experience a great one!

Everyone of the workers are nice and good at their jobs and the are friendly. Kelly is really good as well, I always ask for her.

While the employees of Octapharma are very friendly and dedicated, the same can not be said about the Dr. that allows the process to continue. The results of a sample only take about a week to get back to Octa. The pass from the Dr however can take 2-3, even 4 weeks after getting a positive result. Find someone who can do the job or employ a second Dr. Also, you've lowered the pay out during a time of high inflation in which many people have come to rely on that little extra to help keep it all together. Hours waiting to do everything I needed to do to give plasma. Then have them tell you you can't ever give plasma because I had a surgery 14 years ago. A lot of people got turned away after waiting for hours because there heart rate or protein levels were to low.

Very fast & smooth transaction. Staff was extremely helpful & educated. Glad that I decided to donate at this center.

I was told after my physical that I was considered a new donor after 6 months of not donating, and I would be compensated as such. Then they changed their mind and my compensation was drastically reduced. Very disappointed.

If you call, the message says theres people to take your call between 7-7 but theres absolutely no option to talk to anyone ??

It have good working

Amazing atmosphere, very professional staff, always smiling and happy to see me

I have been regularly going here for a little over a month now. Friendly knowledgeable staff. They make the donation time time pass quickly.

The employees are very friendly and professional , I have no complaints , I'm happy to be able to donate, and help people in need, Thank you.

Everytime I come in I am greeted with respect, talked to if I have any issues. All in all not a single complaint.

I donate at Octapharma every week and the staff is very friendly...the process is fairly quick and you leave with a little cash and the good feeling of knowing that you were able to contribute to saving lives. They have an app that tells you the balance of your card and also lets you sign in quicker so you dont have to wait in line for the kiosk and they also have raffles for some pretty cool prizes and gift cards. Even if you dont neccessarily NEED the money, I definitely recommend going for the experience

Calvin helped me today. He made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I will definitely be back again. Thank you

Great people good at their job great service.

They tried me very good. I am glad i started donating. It helps other people out and me too. Now i can start getting my life back together.

I was deferred until a DR at Octapharma can review my file because a new tech stuck me and hit a nerve the other day. I was told to call to see if the DR was in cause no one apparently knows when they're actually coming? I've called FIVE TIMES and no answer. I live 30 mins away. I'm not driving up there just to find out I can't donate? There needs to be someone there like a receptionist to answer the phone and answer questions for donors. I can't tell you how many time I hear that phone ring and ring and ri

I donated plasma for the first time and, although slightly apprehensive, the staff made the experience relatively painless and "enjoyable"! I decided to donate because my husband wanted to do it and I thought we could do it together, but he got denied due to his health conditions so I guess I'm doing this solo. Lol

I really enjoy donating. The staff are always so very nice. It's an enjoyable and clean environment! They also take time to answer your questions. #Savinglives.

Left a lengthy review concerning safety under another name which appears the owner has likely paid a third party service to wipe, because I guess it really was something you should be concerned about if you're reading their reviews. So one more try as a warning to the public ? just don't donate here. Lets see if less words helps keep the warning alive this time.

I have not patronized this establishment; I'm here merely to say that it's absurd for its ownership to speak of "donations". A donation is a gift, and no one visits this business to give anything away; it should be more aptly referred to as a "blood-purchasing center" or something similar.

I like the place but I don't like how you get deferred when a tube is kinked and you don't get your blood back. Then when you do come back you gotta start from the bottom when it wasn't yoir fault to begin with.

First time got David he was very out going and funny, the time flew by fast was In and out with good staff.

Very friendly staff, was very kind and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the process was stress free.

Friendly environment, the staff makes you feel welcome plus who doesn't like money in your pocket.

Staff is full of helpful and kind people. Even when undermanned and overwhelmed they managed to get the job done with smiles.

Great experience! Janie was very professional and helpful.

Calvin was a big help with everything that I needed. I will be coming back just because of him! Made the process easy

On this day things went well and I was in and out in less than 90 minutes. The staff was friendly and efficient.

Andrew and Cal are the best. I really appreciate everyone?s friendliness and dedication to their job.

Very kind workers. All around good experience!

For as many people as they have to stick u and get ur plasma...in my experience as someone with small veins that tend to roll only 2 people are ever successful in getting the needle in to get my plasma. I would think all their phlebotomists would b able to work with all people and whatever comes. And the other thing is u tend to wait long time to get in a bed while they walk and talk when they could b doing their jobs of getting people in and out.

Professional experience. The employees Ella and Ellie had such boundless beauty I had to return

Friendly and helpful staff, clean environment. staff always practice and enforce covid regulations practice safe social distancing.
