I have to say my best experiences have been with Trina she is an amazing employee. She has restored my faith in Donating plasma here. She is always the first one to come help out, and she is an extremely hard worker, very professional, and I feel as if she truly cares about her donors. You guys are truly lucky to have her as an employee.

Camille and Lauren an Emma are very great LFB workers. They always greet Flb guest with smiles an work professionally during my whole entire visit an if it was up to me I would most definitely give them a salary raise. My opinion Camille ,Lauren an Emma Are LFB's best employees hands down?? Y'all the Best??????????

Emoni is always nice and pleasant when I come she sticks me very gd and Emma she is always and very polite also very gd worker also and she is the best at sticking.Mr. Ronald the center manager is nice and make u feel very welcome ?? thank you for the service ladies and gentlemen!! I always feel welcome amazing service! This place rocks!! ????

I came in Easter Sunday there were only two workers there Trina and Lauren. They worked really hard and as fast as they could with minimal, waiting. They were soo sweet and professional.

I really love going here..Ms. Trina always make the people feel welcomed ,i just love her personality she does an excellent job at what she do ..

Camille & Lauren,& Trina Are Superstars Very Down To Earth, Hardworking Going Above & Beyond Always Willing To Help Others In Need Amazing Job Guys

setting prices for plasma even lower during the holiday season is just straight-up scummy. you were able to pay us $60 every donation this whole year, and now you're trying to get away with paying poor, struggling people as low as you can get away with. you're paying us even less, yet your bathrooms, waiting room, and donation floor is equally as filthy as they've always been even at the start of the day. your front staff always look miserable and act short with the people they check-in, I feel bad for the

Everyone here works hard to help donors get in and out expeditiously. Really nice folks, professional, good work and friendly the entire time.

This place is the most ghetto place I've ever seen and they are extremely unprofessional. The staff barely make eye contact with you. It's dirty. They obviously let drunk and high people in there to donate. Some of the staff look like they haven't showered or brushed their hair in weeks. The way they talk to each other inappropriately to where patients can hear. If you want to be treated like livestock go here if you want better payouts and nice clean location go to Octa plasma. It's right around the corner

I enjoy coming and the staff is wonderful Trina is excellent good worker and cares for everyone needs

I don't understand how they keep dropping the payment you get. Not taking any less of my plasma but wanna pay less. I'm sure they are making plenty of $ and what a terrible time to cut payment amount w the holidays right around the corner. Bet none of them took a pay cut. They are gonna lose a lot of people.

This place is super unprofessional but hey who cares! I sat and waited for what, no one address me until 30 mins later. While they joke and play around talking about really what. The health care personnel have fallen all the way down but hey just look at the people they have working here. No one speaks they just walk up and do what they do

I am past the age of being able to donate now but if I could I would not donate here. When I could donate there, it took you forever to Even get to the back. The employees tend to stand around and chit chat with each other instead of taking care of business. It won't even be crowded and it takes you 3 hours to donate. No thank you. I will turn everybody else over to octapharma. They're quick. They're fast and they're professional

This place has changed so much for the better!! It's always quiet and clean. Staff are super friendly. Lines aren't long on most days. I like how they give everyone the same $ amount no matter how often or rarely you come! Bonus visit is worth it.

I went there about 6 weeks ago. Understaffed. Unprofessional nurse members interview you. Two nurses at the same time in the same room- one on the examination table herself, swinging her legs like she was having a great time. The other actually asking questions. 25 people sitting on the floor waiting. The other 15 in chairs. Dirty. The smell of smoke and unwashed clothing. Unorganized. Like walking into somewhere in Mexico to sell a kidney or something.

I've been donating at LFB for a year now and normally don't have any issues while going through the process. However, on 7 March 2024 I began to have a serious problem breathing and felt extremely weak and dizzy. I was beginning to panic. Miss Taya noticed I was having problems and quickly jumped into action. Miss Jessica was the nurse on duty and immediately came to assist and took control of the situation. This could have easily led to a panic/heart attack. Their calmness and quick response made me fe

I had bad experience because I didn't take everything to get in so it was my fault my experience was bad ????

Horrible plasma center. Staff is very unprofessional and the wait time is always 3+ hours no matter the day. They take forever to call you to get screened and to get needle sticked. The floor staff are always playing, gossipping loudly, cursing, arguing, etc. It's very unacceptable and unprofessional. Please go to octapharma plasma instead. HR is needed badly at this plasma center.

Service has gone downhill very quickly here You would think with all the complaints all saying the same thing that maybe they would change things but obviously these reviews mean nothing to them. Employees are too busy gossiping and complaining about everything

The staff and management team are wonderful at this location. One of the phlebotomist there (Emma) is just absolutely amazing at what she does as well.

Very misleading and false advertising. They state $100 for your 1st 10 visits. When we got there they said, "Oh yah, that's not right it's $70. We keep asking them to fix it...." Seems like it should be easy enough to fix the website and take that down. Other than that, everyone we have dealt with in our local office seem very nice and caring. Corporate needs to fix this, now or pay up.

They are never open. I got turned around as a new donor because the lady didn't want to accept any more new donors. I have been trying to donate for 2 weeks now after receiving a invite letter In the mail that we had a new plasma center . When I arrived it's the same rude people who worked for immunotek and a few new people . The fact that they are always closed or closing early. The workers are always talking . I still til this day have not been able to donate as a new donor because this company has worker

It's sad I called to asked a question if I was to come would they check to see if they could find my vein so I could donate, because at the other center they said they couldn't find my vine and I have never had a problem with that. The lady on the phone today at this very facility on this day 07/11/2023 said to me very rudely if they can't find your vine we can't find your vein. Yall really have some employees with really bad attitudes and doesn't know how to talk to people.

Every time my husband has went in there they only pay less and less overtime. They should be paying one set price 100 for the first time and at least 80 every time afterwards.

The staff here are fantastic, friendly and professional. I had went to octopharma a month or so ago , to find out they are horrible ,rude , and unprofessional, I'll never donate anywhere else but lfb any more hats off to you all

They are unprofessional, they'd be yelling, and they be cussing too much where Mary at Miss Mary, needs to hurry up and come back, because that place was ran better when Miss Mary was there

How long does it take to get paid it usually only takes a few minutes to hit my card but it's been over 30 minutes and nothing has changed

All of staff are somewhat excellent I have a few I favor ...I donated bout 300 bottles so far....Mrs Marty a+?2

Never call names in order Waited an hour to get took down off machine while they was gossiping not paying donars attention I recommend to find another plasma center there need to fire everyone on donar floor and start new

Everyone at LFB is so welcoming and professional! I started coming to donate back in December and have never had any issues what do ever. Highly recommend LFB!

Very professional, the people are very nice and educated in their jobs! Never have a problem here !!

Can anyone please let me low what is the new donor bonus at this place? Does it start at $100 or $70? Every plasma place has their amount on a website except this place

Shane?s is real mvp takes her time kind hearted concern shows effort and represents your company very the reason I come back thank you

One patient is permitted to play lewd "music" loud enough to disturb other donors. Even after a request to stop. It is understaffed for the number of donors. It should not take 3 hours to donate.

Very professional and clean establishment. All the staff has been very knowledgeable about the procedure. Never have a long wait. Will always recommend LFB.

Ty is very unprofessional she walks around and talks about the employees and the donors she is rude and always have a attitude

The compensation is worth the time. I am definately coming back. The employees are very smart and kind.

They are very kind to people. At this moment they are paying $70 for 10 visits. So you will get alittle less after that

Not professional at all! Upon entering the young ladies at the front desk very loud and rude and cursing.

These comments are all saying the same thing which is that the staff are unprofessional, makes me not want to donate at this center.

It's quiet but to say the least it's like a freeze in that place and I'm 240lbs

They know what they're doing. Very kind. They talk you through the process. A very enjoyable experience!

Service was really bad , it use to be great but they have gotten slow and rude.

I like the place and employees. My complaint is that I want the spin the wheel back.

Lovely staff Clean friendly and helpful

Wonderful blessed day ??!

SMH it was taking too long to get me in the system so I up and left smh ???????
