Payton at the Hulen location is absolutely amazing! She is quick, efficient and very professional! I didn't feel a thing and have never gotten in and out so quickly! Thank you Payton! The rest of the staff was very friendly and helpful!

I've been donating here for 5 years and just wanted to express how wonderful and professional the staff are. There have been times I've had a new phlebotomist and times I've had experienced staff. Sometimes I've not been able to donate due to my own health. They've always been kind and even given me a thank you gift even when I couldn't donate. I could not recommend a better place to donate blood.

Lovely staff, all of them! They're quick, knowledgeable, friendly, and really made the experience wonderful! Be sure to give blood, it's a wonderful way to spread kindness!

I called Carter Blood Care Center because I wanted to donate to help others. I was told they opened at 8am, their website also states they open at 8am on Wednesdays. I was told that I did not need an appointment to donate, just come in during business hours. It was a pleasant conversation and I felt comfortable going to the Fort Worth Hulen office. I arrived around 9:30am on Wednesday and the door's were locked, I looked over at the sign listing the office hours and it stated that there opened at 8:00am, bu

For all of the negative reviews posted there are thousands of good reviews unposted. I've donated with Carter Blood for nearly 30 years and often at this location. I've seldom had a negative experience and realize I have negative things to happen with my phone, my car and the world in general. When I do I let people know in person and let them improve or I quit supporting them. Obviously to me Carter is meeting needs and managing themselves in an admirably sustainable way. Keep up the good work.

I have donated blood for 3 years and never had what I'd call a negative experience until today. I walked in the donor center and the employees were sitting around chatting (there was one person hooked up the place was otherwise empty) but apparently didn't have time to greet people. I signed in and stood there for awhile before someone finally came over. Now I fully understand that people who look on the cusp of the 110 lb weight limit have to be weighed, I am used to that! But to be looked up and down and

The receptionist was not helpful at all. My son and I weren't even greeted when we walked in. The girl just stared at us with a dumb look on her face. My son was unable to donate blood because he didn't have an ID on him. I mentioned that he was a minor and the only ID he had was one from school from 2 years ago and the receptionist said it had to be a recent ID. I asked if there was anything else we could do because my son was ordered by a doctor to donate blood due to medical reasons but the lady, "Jennif

Friendly staff. Simple process to donate blood. Free snacks were greatly appreciated. Staff was unable to answer several questions, but overall, very satisfied and will return. Thank you for your help!

They're always friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. However, I selected the option to schedule an appointment and was accosted with an unreasonably lengthy message about covid antibody results. It stands to reason that these would ONLY be available AFTER an appointment and there's no reason to waste my time when I'm trying to get an appointment.

Worst Experience EVER! You would think its a 3rd World Country Blood center here! I do NOT recommend this place to donate blood! STAY FAR AWAY and BEWARE!!!

Easy in and out . Extremely Nice people

My third time today donating at this location. It is kept clean, and the people are very friendly.

(Translated by Google) Everyone here was friendly and professional. Clean, organized, and private facility. Govanna was my phlebotomist, and she did a great job. The environment was much more relaxed than a blood drive. I gave a double donation of O negative blood, a universal donor. I encourage you to donate here. God bless!
