Everyone was really nice and friendly through the whole process during my first visit to this location. Maybe a little better communication would have avoided an extra trip for a change of address. And I bruised really bad the first time but everything else ran smoothly.
This place is TERRIBLE . They're supposed to open at 7am . Showed up here at 830am to doors locked with a full staff inside refusing to let anyone in because a Dr didn't sign off on the nurse . I wouldn't reccomend coming here . The staff is incompetent period . Who just doesn't open their business during business hours when they have a full staff inside and making people wait outside when it's 24 degrees outside . In addition to they pay the LOWEST amount out of all the other plasma centers . It's TRASH an
Very slow moving place no matter what time or day you come on, the staff are unprofessional spends most of their time talking to each other. Vital line be long and you'll be waiting in line for a bed for at least an hour and a half. Most of your time spent at this donation center is standing in line(no chairs nowhere to sit) Security guards are basically not there short goofy guy that stays on his phone. This place shouldn't even be open very unprofessional.
The employee I spoke with was very rude. I was calling for the simplest question and not only did she rush me off the phone before I could give a response to her answer I was met with an aggressive ?BYE.? I guess she heard me begin to speak and then replied ?oh? like I was keeping her long as if she was the one put on hold and not me.
Preventing me from donating because they say another center isn't reporting?a center I don't even go to?and isn't that what all these biometrics, signatures and apps are for??????????
This location needs someone to step in with a plan to make donating more efficient. Seriously, have more employees sticking, and only sticking. Atleast 3, and have a couple that handle completes and setups. If you only have 4 employees, 3 and 1 then. It takes longer to deal with sticking than anything else. Get us set up and pumping and everything else will fall into place. Edit: Pretty safe to say that this location will never be anything other than what it is now. I just ask that you give us chairs to s
Kind staff members, and very attentive to those who are patient
Their are 2 maybe 3 people that work there that are good at there job and are good people. But the rest of you trash people need to be fired. You are the most disrespectful people ever and should be embarrassed about it. Needs new management and better staff
Shout out to Nick, Anita, and the staff! Experience is 5 stars and virtually painless. Friendly and supportive, efficient and effective way to help others (and make some $$$)
Disappointed. The workers are nonchalant when it comes to the needle entering someone body. Your gambling your arm and praying to Jesus you get some one who care about sticking you. I'm not coming back to this location. There incompetent and arrogant it's shameful
Long waits even if you get there early or if there's little to no one in the lines. There's no sense of urgency, almost all of the employees have horrible attitudes, and almost all of the employees cannot be understood as they talk so low and fast that you can tell how upset they are. They allow people to sing at full volume while waiting in line and donating. I keep to myself and choose to read when I donate, but haven't even been able to do that. They are quick to tell some people to get off their phones,
This place is great. Everyone's just a bunch of haters. ??
Hi, I visited this plasma place this morning. This would be my first time donating plasma so I did have questions that they didn't seem like they wanted to answer. I was kind and complimented the Women I was talking on her nails. Just for her to go in the back and loudly talk about my face expressions and how she wasn't going to help me because I'm rude. I felt so uncomfortable I didn't even donate I just left. I'm not rude nor have I ever been considered rude by literally anyone. I'm just curious. I unders
In my experience, the employees were polite, efficient and attended to each donor sufficiently (especially considering the volume of business they do each day!)
I just started donating plasma. I like I'm contributing to the advancement of medicine! I've been to two plasma donor clinics and this is by far the worst!! It's only because of one employee who seems to expect a certain respect that she does not deserve! I've been to CSL like 6 times and the two worst experiences have been as a result of the same person! Every other time has been enjoyable. It's august 11th 2023 and at around noon I knew my experience was going to be bad because I had to go to her to get v
I've been to 3 CSL centers (plus 1 Biol?fe) and this is the most disappointing. Workers talk a lot among themselves but don't engage much with clients. No music playing (ALL the others have it). Sometimes the line is 12-15 people long! I tried coming at different times but it's very hit or miss. They need to add more beds/machines AND more staff. Often with a long line of people for initial processing, they only have 1 person to do that. This was the center that finally motivated me to switch to Biol?fe.
Shout out to some of the good employees that made me change my review - Lisa and Victoria are 2 of the best - they are professional and Lisa can insert a needle and you can barely feel it! That is some skill! I go in the afternoon now to make sure my odds of getting Lisa or Victoria. Sadly this office is closed due to water damage earlier this week There is at last 2 other phlebotomists in the back who are more interested in joking and flirting with donors than they are moving things along - I waited 30
Idk if this is like every other location around, but this location is annoying as hell. They don't tell anyone to shut up when they're talking too loud or on their loud phone. There's people either playing music, rapping out loud, having a conversation and it's just rude to endure in the morning especially. Headphones exist, people. Not to mention the workers all have attitudes, and are loud as hell too. The workers are also slow, don't pay attention when ppl are doing their last return and they wait around
My protein was at 5.9 and you need a 6.0 to donate they Deferred me for a week for a tenth of a point of protein. Just go somewhere else they waste ur time and the wait times are long and staff doesn't pay attention to you
I have had about 5 visits to this location. My initial visit took a long time but I mean come on people give them a break everything they do is necessary to ensure that you are a suitable candidate to donate! As far as professionalism they have ALWAYS been very nice and courteous to me because I am nice and courteous to them. Once on the machine they are very nice and get me off the machine in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing I can say is they seem a bit understaffed because one of the people
Very nice people. I've never had any problems here. If you are nice to the staff they treat you the same. Sometimes there is a long wait and they seem a lil understaffed but you just have to know when to come. A few ladies who work here who I think are great are Carolyn n Daphne. I'm going to continue going here.
I have completes 6 donations this June (2023); it never ceases to amaze me how simple it is to fit the routine of giving plasma into my routines. I enjoy this center; it is easily accessible, and the workers get to know you and are great at their jobs. I will continue coming here as long as I can!!
Today, Ron L. Inspired me so much to be a good person. Not only did he help me, but he did it with enthusiasm and politeness! Thank you so much Ron I'm retired from the United States Army. Even though I live in Troy, MO, I go to CSL on New Halls Ferry. The workers make me feel comfortable. It's a very clean environment that knows what they're doing. l.
Center is not very good. The wait times are ridiculously long no matter the time of the day, which makes the compensation not with it at all. Would recommend going elsewhere.
CSL needs to change certain rules period trying to set people up and waste their time something you can never get back
On the app my Payout was wrong the 1st 2 times I donated so when it wasn't right the 4th time I didn't think anything about it because the last time I was there the tech told me my next payout would b $100 and it wasn't. Management wouldn't do anything about it either because they asked "well didn't I look at the app?" Really??? I tried to explain it wasn't correct before and he didn't care. Not that I'm not grateful to have helped someone... The 3 hrs+.. drive and wait time... It's not worth it unless it's
They went through the vein in my arm not once but twice both times taking weeks for my arm to heal. They are very careless and do sloppy work. They hardly pay attention to anybody and just talk amongst each other. The money was good but not worth the anxiety and suffering ????
I've never had a problem with getting my money the same day. After donating, the short distance from the building to my car the money is already on the debit card. Some of the staff members are extremely unprofessional and slow. I usually go in the morning as soon as they are open and I spend at least 3 hours in total there each time. If you are not pressed for time then its easy money
If patience is not your virtue then don't bother. They are severely under staffed. What staff they do have is ghetto as heck. They never open on time!! I honestly think the staff moves slow on purpose. You can tell they don't care. Unprofessionalism at it's finest
Overall the staff are cool. Its just always a long wait even at 8am and if u go at the wrong time, u have inexperienced people working the donor floor. It's whack in my situation because I am deferred now for 56 days all because the stupid chick (older lady with 2 strands who looks young at first glance) managed to set me up wrong and in turn I didn't get my blood cells back so I'm screwed! Truly was depending on that little extra money .smh. so just beware of the person setting up your machine .If they mes
I strongly suggest going anywhere else if you are a new donor. I'm new to here and have been sitting in the waiting area for hours and still haven't seen a nurse or anyone and all the "returning donors" which are considered new donors are getting helped before me I don't understand how they work at this location but out of all my years or donating I've never had this long of a process especially when they are not busy at all. Interstate and bio life have them beat hands down. Management must be poor at this
Let me just start by saying I'm a longtime plasma donor, and have never had a problem with CSL. In fact, just that fact that you let us go from site to site is a huge bonus. I'm able to continue my donation even while on vacation. However, after going to the above facility, if this was my first time at a CSL facility I would NEVER go back. This was the WORST experience I have ever had donating plasma. First off I got there and waited at the counter for 28 minutes because supposedly they were at their p
1st they dont open on time. The time says 6 they dont open the doors til 7. 2nd the staff at the desk always have the i dont wamt to do my job attitude i constantly have had to deal with Mary and eaxh time got this feeling. 3rd when it comes to proof of residency they will find reasons to deny u. I brought in my original lease they wanted it typed out but never said it had to be just had to state your name and address. If u bring in a bill it has to have the date on the envelope cant be more than 60days and
I've been donating plasma here on and off for years. I have not had a bad experience so far. The employees are nice and helpful. It's a little difficult to get any help from some, but they do seem busy and short staffed. Today I got exceptional service from a worker named Jodi or Joni. I have not donated in months, and she was very helpful to get me reregistered and the process went through quickly. I plan on continuing to donate here.
I am new to this location as of beginning of November. The setup is different from other plasma locations I have been to but they have a system that works. They do also have an App that you can track your money and schedule when you plan on donating. Only thing they should work on is working with more sense of urgency and do less talking. Should also enforce mask more, but that's just a suggestion. Overall this is a good location.
This is one of the most ghetto establishments that I have ever been to in my entire life. Most of the employees gossip and argue amongst themselves in front of the donees, they have very little organization in setting people up and taking people off the machines, and most of them are just rude point blank period. I only go here when absolutely necessary.
??I must say, after reading the reviews about this location, I was skeptical of even considering going.I gotta say I called to ask how the transfer process works and I spoke to Taquila who was very nice and helpful over the phone. When I got there that day I was approched by Marvel who was also very helpful and kind. When I got to the chair for thr screening process Makayla who was efficient helped me and I observed leadership qualities about her, she is on hee way to Greatness. I also heard Taquila who was
Even when they're packed the workers get the job done quick and efficient.
UPDATE 12/3: This location is officially reopened. I'm finding out today as I called over the phone and I'm currently standing in line to donate. UPDATE 11/21: This location is closed until further notice due to flooding. Lights are off, doors are locked, and signs on the door are posted. UPDATE 06/16: This CSL location has continuously had their employees correctly screen, stick, and attend their donors since my last update. I'm no longer a new donor, so I can't say if the pre-screening process is still
One of the worst in Saint Louis very slow despite a lot of staff members. Will take like 2-3 hours even if you're a returning donor really wish the company would do something about this location, there's only one other location that's miles away in another county. It's as if they purposely built these inconvenient areas
As I have donated plasma for a couple years now I have come across at least 5 different plasma centers in the Saint Louis area. I will say this when I came into CSL I was kind of shocked because the stories I heard about the place were horrible ??. When I came into the place I felt like royalty after the other centers I had been too. Now every center has it's up and downs. This center is the best in my book. Even when the line is out the door here you can still be in line thru the process and out in two hou
Staff is lazy and intentionally slow so return is low. Its normal to see 2 people up front with a line of 30 or more. Then you look at the back room and they got a bunch of people jawin, talkin, standing around doing dogshit nothin. They also close early on sunday at 4PM, which is their least busy day.
Great staff! Excellent way to help others and make a little extra cash. Wish they had location in rural areas!! Not sure if you want to donate, just talk to any staff member and they'll be able to answer any questions you might have.
Poorly run, staff is rude and unprofessional, wait times are very long. Either of the other two plasma places nearby are better.
Lines always long and the people who work here really don't want to work they will go talk to one another or some will follow the only one actually working and sit and talk not doing anything the entire 4 hrs I was here. They need to find people that actually work and not milk the clock doing nothing.
Easy way to make a few bucks, this location is the busiest. Doesn't matter what time you come or how busy they are expect to spend at least 1-2 hours here even for returning donors. If you want to get in & out your best bet is to come as soon as they open at 6a.
AFTER A NEWS STATION DID A SEGMENT ON DISCRIMINATORY ACTIONS THEY TOOK TOWARD A MAN THEY DEEMED UNWORTHY TO DONATE FOR WEARING LEGGINGS, THE CHANNEL 4 ANCHORMAN ASKED ME HOW I FELT ABOUT IT ON VIDEO. AFTER VOICING MY CONCERN, HE INFORMED ME THAY IF THEY SHOWED ANY BIAS TOWARD ME, I SHOULD CONTACT HIM. THE NEXT TIME I DONATED, THEY HOOKED THE MACHINE UP INCORRECTLY AND THEN DEFERRED ME FOR 3 MONTHS. CALLED TO TALK WITH CORPORATE AND RECEIVED A PHONE CALL FROM THE SAME MANAGEMENT FROM THIS LOCATION. They s
They treat u like trash. Most of the staff here is not qualified to even touch a needle or at least they shouldn't be allowed to. This place is a joke. Completely unorganized. Ita amazing they allow these people to handle other people's blood and money.
People were very nice at the donation soon at the donation center and today was nice enough to say thank you for the donation and help through the whole donation process love my CSL
This place is like a prison. The moment you go in you can't wait to get out. The employees don't pay much attention to you and the management is unorganized. I went to donate right when they opened and had to wait a half hour just because they were short staff. There are easier ways to make money.
This site has the most polite, efficient, and considerate employees. Sometimes can be a little slower than usual from being packed but overall I have had only good experiences ??
Staff: slow ?? Professionalism NONE Environment.... slightly racist to white people. Unhelpful.
I'm just donating at this location because I am visiting from out of town. The staff seem more friendly then where I come from. The connecting and disconnecting the staff are to busy talking. No professionalism at all. They are all over the place.
Been in waiting for 3 hrs now n they took 3 people who came in 1 hr after I did when I asked they told me sit down n Wait my turn definitely not going back worst csl I've been to so far ????????????????????
Employees are rude and slow. They don't pay attention to donors. Too busy talking to each other. No one here really knows what they're doing. I got deferred for 6 months because a staff member missed my vain with the needle and my whole arm was bruised up. They are terrible.
It's always a crazy long wait time, I don't know why they don't do appointments to keep it more organized, plan to wait 2-3 hours
This place is joke. They stand around with empty beds and people in line and they're rude when asked anything at all. It takes at least 3 hours on a good day. Don't give your time or plasma to these people
If their was an option for 0 or -1 stars, that's what I would've put. They are severely understaffed, none of them know what they're doing, and they have organization issues with getting everybody in and waited on. There's only like 4 people there at a time. Then they stick you sooo many times just to try and get the vein, sometimes they try once and give up. Then they don't have any form of waiting system.
The wait is ridiculous! I have said it before, the phlebotomist talk and play way too much wth each other rendering the donors to have an extended wait. They seem to rather leave ppl standing in line for greater than 45 minutes and when u are seated, they are so busy being ghetto and playing that u will have to wait another 20 minutes or more to be stuck. Again, the screeners are never a problem, BC they keep it professional, but once u get in line to get to the donor floor, be prepared to wait an hour befo
I cried last time i went the messed up both my arms. While switching the needle that uninformed girl pulled multiple times on the needle that was in my arm to connect it to a tube that was attached to the machine. I was almost sure the needle in my arm was gonna come out. She had to readjust it. And then before she put the tubes together( after all the pulling) she drained a clot out. So i lost all that blood had to sit for a half an hour almost while that machine held my blood she had to just throw away. M
This is my first visit. No one has even spoke to me and I have sat here for 20 mins listening to the staff speak rude to donators. This is very unacceptable at any place of business however this business is supposed to be saving lives not pushing them away!!!
Nice place. The money isn't much for long term donors. Some of the staff you can tell hate their jobs (bc they're quick to say it.)
This place is a hazardous to your health and should be shut down. The medical screeners and the phlebotomist never change gloves ! The medical screener and the phlebotomist felt insulted that I asked them to change their gloves . This is acceptable to the management team ! Nor do they sterilize the seating after a donor is done donating .The staff is unprofessional ( they have awful bedside manner )and not well informed. This place also lacks security. There's one goofy security guard in the building , he
Went and donated plasma for the first time today. I thought the staff was really helpful and fast. I was never waiting on them to move on to the next step. It took a few hours since you are required to watch an info vid and fill out your history and set up your account, but you wont have to do that every time. The donation was a breeze and I got my compensation right away.
I've always had good experience here. Some of the staff are rude and have attitudes that are not customer friendly but other than that and waiting in line at times it's a easy way to make money and save lives.
THEY PHONE ALWAYS GIVES ME THE BUSY TONE ANYTIME I CALL. I FEEL LIKE THEY KEEP THEY PHONE OFF THE HOOK JUST SO YOUR CALL WON'T BE ABLE TO GO THROUGH. ITS FUNNY BECAUSE I KNOW THEY AREN'T EVEN AS BUSY AT THIS TIME OF THE DAY. LAZY, GHETTO & UNPROFESSIONAL!
They discriminated me over my weight am not happy at all I walked out crying?? why be so mean just because someone is over weight they should be more then happy to take it if the person is in great health
Went to plasma center in North St. Louis at Halls Ferry at 270 and told the manager of my temporary living situation, but I was told that I couldn't donate for being displaced for home repairs. I felt as though the manager called me a liar and wouldn't except my explanation. My home was under construction and my wife and I were placed in a extended stay hotel by our insurance company untill conditions at home were repaired. This manager permanently disbarred me for his lack of belief even after I offered h
I have been donating for over a year now and it's not always the best expiernece. But every time I see the worker with the name of Fred he is always saying something positive and keeping a smile on his face. I think CSL should find pleasure in having him as an employee.
Cash for plasma not too complicated. Very long wait sometimes up to about an hour or so. Customer service is non-existent basically LOL. They will check your vitals so be calm be patient or they will bounce you.
I put in plenty of my time and plasma and out of nowhere I was being turned away. This facility needs to be put under new management or Shut down. Too many problems there and the professionalism is gone
Didnt even feel for a vein before digging the needle super deep in my arm. Pretty sure my arm shouldnt go numb after getting stuck. Machine stopped and it took almost 30 mins before they came to check on me, the floor manager force started the machine and my red cells got mixed in and they deferred me?! Because uk i wasnt jus sitting there for 30 mins with a big needle in my arm while my blood jus sat in the non funtioning maching. Lost alot of blood at this place bc they didnt even return it. NEVER AGAIN!
I actually had a really pleasant experience here. Everyone was helpful and friendly. I was nervous but after a great first visit I am at ease and ready to donate again!
Long wait some times, I only do it cause of the life it helps. Don't need the money ??. Staff is very nice my experience with them and Nicky is my favorite.
Horrible!!! My husband even had a horrible experience,we waited up there for 5 hours!! They where to busy talking to their coworkers than trying to help us. They where very disrespectful! Never going to this place again! 0 stars if I could!
I have donated plasma at various locations from Tennessee to St Louis. This place is by far the longest wait time than an any other Plasma Donation Center I have ever went to. I figured maybe after the first time the process would go faster, but I was wrong. My wife also has experienced many problems here. I wont be back. It's better to drive a little farther to save the time and hassle.
Idk why but the phlebotomist move way too slow, talk way too much INSTEAD OF WORKING, have nasty attitudes, and spend way too much time in the faces of ppl I assume they know. They leave u waiting in line for an hour (no, not the screener line, the donor floor line) or more, THEN when u get to a bed, ur left sitting another 30 minutes... Not BC they're busy, but BC the phlebotomist are too busy talking and playing with one another...same thing goes for when u finish ur donation: u will be left sitting 15-30
I've been to several plasma center's here in Missouri, Illinois and Texas but by far the center located off hallsferry next to home Depot is by far the Worst. The staff is unprofessional, rude and lack proper training to actually have the audacity to attemp to stick anyone.furthermore the system they use is called pure lazy ass syndrome. That's why the lines and the waiting is crazy.
I enjoy what CSL Plasma does, but they don't really greet me and thank me for most of my donations and I find that they aren't going by first come first serve basis when relieving me from the dialysis machine. Ppl keep getting mad about them picking or choosing who gets to leave and saying I was before them or my machine was done before the person they released. Sometimes I feel ignored.
Very unprofessional. Gossip all across the room. They don't change their gloves from one patient to the next, and when asked to do so they look at you like you're creating a problem. No one wears a name tag.
Quick way to make money. However they don't pay attention to people on the chair. Like I sat on the chair for almost 20 minutes after being done before they removed the needle from my arm.
Lady up front is nice as can be.. then the lady at the desk is so ghetto you can't even understand her. Other than that, good experience
This place will kill you if you keep going there. They don't use the proper materials to control bleeding once your done donating. They will put a band aid on your arm to control bleeding. In most cases this won't work after removing a large bore needle. I have witnessed people bleeding from their arms and returning into the building and staff looking at them crazy and not running to assist with bleeding control. It happen to me! I don't recommend anyone to deal with this place. It's sad to say that eventua
I go ever 2 days and half of the stuff ppl saying about csl is not True by long shot I can walk in and it probably take me like 10 or 15 minutes to get to the back but i know everbody that work there csl is batter then them or ones so now and im on my way there now...??????????????????
Went in today and was told at THE END That I Can Wear a tank top like why didn't anyone else say that plus everyone in there expect two people are nice minus the nurses like everyone got attitudes find a new job then but don't say nothing to me if nobody else said anything to me
They don't answer they phone I called this morning and they picked it up put it down then hung it up??????
Most of the staff is experienced. As always be polite and they will be polite back. Good service, money right away.
Staff are never there !!!! They always talking about how someone didn't show up , someone stuck my finger without wiping it down with alcohol , one time I had to ask a women to change her gloves cause she forgot , they curse up a storm ,the whole place all in all is unprofessional!
Everything bad thats being said about this place is true facts.. Certain individual Employees are trrible at custumer service and really unprofessional and makes the whole company look bad... Smh Got's to do better
Long wait time.....but if you ain't got nothing else to do and need a few extra bucks to get by then it's not too bad. I would suggest going when doors first open or right at closing.
Unprofessional, long wait times, and the machine broke after 5 mins on my first donation. I was told i couldn't come back for at least 58 days and I would not receive any new donor bonuses since i have to do them all within 2 months...even though it was clearly their mistake..what a joke.
Easy money....on a good day u can be in and out within a hour depending on how staffed they are.. Sometimes they leave you on the machine after youre done for close to 10min before they take u off
Seems very short staffed. But the nurse was able to stick me pretty fast. Just took me forever to get in a chair
Unorganized, lazy staff, doesn't pay attention to the donors and spend to much time there, under staffed and they talk to much, plus when your done you sit up to 12 to 15 min. on the machine
This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen. The staff doesn't change gloves between donors. The staff is untrained and take multiple sticks to find a vein. Not worth the little money they give.
They was very friendly and got me in and out in no time... Because it's your first time you get to go in front of the line no matter how long
That place succs all type of a**. The people are rude, slow, and just out right terrible. They will defer you for anything ( talking in line, for having tattoos, donating too slow etc.)
CSL is the worst place to go to donate plasma, they are rude, and uneducated at their jobs, if you want a quality place to donate look up biolife in bridgeton.
While standing in line to donate I had to listen to the most unprofessional security guard using foul language to other donors and playing games on his phone
Don't go here unless you are in no hurry employees and management is unorganized and will have you waiting just to be stuck because they are doing other non work related things and most are just overall slow and don't take pride in there job to get you in and out
Severely understaffed, four hours just to get in. Half ass attempts to stick you and they give up immediately when they don't get it. Waste of time.
Very knowledgeable and polite staff
Very busy, staff seems to talk alot rather than getting people out. Highly recommend going to a different Plasma service. Not returning here forsure.
Today was my first time visiting the place they welcomed me in with open arms and they have excellent customer service.
1st time at this one and they're Super slow, rude ghetto workers and security guard wouldnt see it coming if a crime was to take place cuz he be on his phone
The lines you can not help, but the staff is horrible. They do not know how to stick, and will dig the needle around inside your arm. The women have really bad attitudes
I like this place only thing is that more questions at kiosk and they are basically are same questions wish I could donate on different days every week donated last Thursday and Saturday and can't donate on days besides Thursdays and Saturdays but very cool place nice place to meet people chat very friendly!
Its ?? to me i think dat every staff member there is nice dnt have a problem wit getting stuck they stick good
I have always had a good experience with staff. I try to treat people how I want to be treated.
Takes too damn long n i tried but they wouldn't let me because I 2 punk ass pounds too light 2 POUNDS!! -_- stupid
They're always great. I've had very little problems, and Stephanie is my favorite!
Its cool i guess but i dont like when they constantly pull the neddle in and out cause they don't really know what they doing but its cool ??
I have been coming here for a long time and Generally have a good experience with good staff despite the long lines ?? shout out to the employees!!!
Hated it. Long lines. Slow staff. It took me four hours to donate when it should have only been 1 1/2 hours. Uuuggg
The nurse was extremely unprofessional & unorganized! I have NEVER encountered staff there as RUDE & IGNORANT as him!!!
It's not bad. Just make sure you go after lunch, otherwise they're all crabby in the morning.
The place is very unprofessional and it sucks and unsanitary while being there they slung someone else's blood all over me all over my clothes did not want to compensate me for my shirt which was all white with blood all over it I advise anybody if you value your health stay the hell away from there
I first started finding in 2015 and hated how ghetto it was. Now it's more organized and much more pleasant.
It was a pain in the ass getting registered but once you get pass the lady at the front desk its smooth sailing lol
Slow or not..if you show respect and patience..you will see a difference.always had my pay walking out the door.
They are extremely slow. And there is a lot of unfair treatment! On behalf of staff members and clients!
Super clean facility, friendly & attentive phlebotomists. Definitely one of the better plasma donation centers in the area.
I have had nothing but pleasant experiences with all of the staff. What happened to the Internet though?
Very slow and unprofessional
Lines are too long for my patience

Check in staff good job of processing donors. The African American lady with glasses in medical is unprofessional and rudely threw out racist comments. Refused me to donate saying I was too pale. Told her I had skin cancer and stay away from sun most that I could. Very unprofessional. Called the number they provided on previous post got a customer service rep who told me they would pass it on and someone would call back. That was 2 weeks ago and now I see that post was erased. Shame on this company.
Best place to donate your plasma. I say that because the staff is very patient and understanding when it comes to explaining the process to you. You can tell they are trained when it comes to sticking the needle. I usually pump for 25 minutes then I'm done here is why, I drink a full bottle of water before going in I'm not a big eater in the morning but I will eat some crackers or something to put on my stomach before going in. That's how you get the best results fast thank me later.

Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
