Great service and atmosphere. As soon as I walk through the front door I'm greeted by the most awesome young ladies working in the front. Samantha, Tyra, and Michelle always make me feel like family when I get there, always have a welcoming attitude. I can't speak for the other people but I love these ladies, so friendly. I also love the great spirit and smile Ms. Sabrina the nurse seems to keep every time I go there. In the back Morris, Tony, and Mario keeps me laughing. They are quick to get you in and ou
Cedric thank you for your considerate customer service, good attitude as well as Ms Nique, even while having a long day possibly a stressful one is especially admirable.. I hope the best in your career. Nice glasses too... ?? God bless you...
!! BEWARE!! Medical documentation is falsified!!! Shocking Lack of Professionalism and Accuracy ? Avoid This CSL Plasma Location There was no one in line when I arrived, so I walked up to the front. Instead of checking me in, the staff told me to walk all the way around to the ?entrance? of the line ? even though it was completely empty. I followed instructions, came back, and stood at the front again. The same staff member told me to go back to the entrance again ? still with no one else there ? while she
It has always been a great experience the staff is friendly I am always greeted Ms Sam and Ms Michelle are great Mr Tony Everytime I have needed to speak to someone he has always helped me Mr Morris is a great phlebotomist never a problem for the most part I am always in and out with never a problem or situation overall great experience and have told others about this location and recommend anyone that wants to donate to come to this call location I won't ever go anywhere else
Slow, staff is always playing too much and they don't pay enough for bullshit you go through. Last time I went I waited in line for 3 1/2 hours while the staff was just back there doing nothing. Need to pay more than what they give and get some efficiency going. Not all the staff are bad but the majority are......fix that CSL!
This place is utter trash. No one ever answers the phone. If they do answer the phone, they are rude. The lines are always long even though they have plenty of machines. They just don't utilize them. The staff is always talking and gossiping with each other and not even helping you out. This location is trash.
This place is the worst, lazy and don't want to try. They told me the first time I went in on Saturday, that I needed to hydrate and come back in two days. Fast forward to today after I drank a case of water over the weekend. They tell me I need to HYDRATE for two days and come back. After I told them I had been hydrating for three 3 days they then came up with the excuse that it was the size of the needle and it wouldn't be able to fit my veins! HELL NO IM NOT COMING BACK! I can feel my veins, and I know f
I really appreciate the atmosphere in this place the staff works well together ,and they take their time explaining to you the process it may take sometime but before you leave you'll know the ins and outs of everything
The staff is terrible! You call up there and one person answered and hangs up in your face and then when you call back no one answered. On top of that, when you go in there, it's dirty, the wait time is atrocious, the staff is incredibly childish, and the facility should be shut down.
I donate here good place. But they don't ever answer they phone at all. You call and call and no one ever answers.
I will give them a 0. They started with the big cuff to check the pressure. Now they took it out and have one that doesn't fit. It sucks I won't donate no more. Hate it
Bruh these people are the worst!!! Slow on purpose and they don't even attempt to make a line move here. Have you stand randomly in an area while they act like they're prepping a machine when they really watch the line grow. They don't care if you have plans or something to do afterwards they take their time. They don't pay well at all. You'll wait 3/4 hrs for maybe $40. No Walgreens or all point atm near the place so u have to find an area to get ur funds for free bc they charge u 2.50 to use the card. Thi
I am absolutely livid with CSL Plasma for the treatment my partner received. He was deferred from donating plasma due to a so-called ?hygiene issue??but let me make this clear: He had just finished a long shift and went straight there to donate. Instead of being met with understanding or respect, he was met with judgment. This is beyond dehumanizing. On top of that, CSL Plasma consistently refuses to answer their phones, leaving donors with no way to reach out for clarification or assistance. This unprofes
The wait to donate is too long, more than two and a half hours. The clinic opens at 7 a.m. and they don't have anything ready, you have to wait another 20 minutes for them to start seeing people. I don't recommend it if you don't need it, don't do it.
I've been coming here for like a year and a half and the game has changed and I'm not happy they took away my bonuses they took away some of the good workers they taking away the crackers the water this is outrageous do y'all want me need to find another plasma center
Literally worst place ever they do use proper cleaning materials but one of the nurses inserted a needle in my arm WITHOUT USING GLOVES like HOW DO I KNOW U WASHED UR HANDS AND I BRUISED BADLY And they like unscrew some cap on my hose of my IV and seeing my own hot thick blood goop on the floor and on me is very traumatic
The only ones actually working were the staff in the back Front counter staff act like you inconvenience them when you go in sometimes The Nurse always sends me home And the security guard is about worthless! 1.5?'s
Yes, the facility is clean. The process was smooth. The screener Ms. Ashley was kind, gentle, and she is a beautiful part of the team of professionals at CSL. I have small veins so I was nervous about getting stuck multiple times, but they got it right the first time! This is a good place to donate. ??????????????
was going to go here BUT hell no- i see these reviews and the robotic response means nothing cuz i see no changes made
Recently began donating, due to an ad received. It has NOT been a good experience overall. Debating return, after 1 month. Several employees unprofessional and couldn't care less about "patients". Treated like a second class citizen, with great suspicion. My profession is no one's business, yet I want to show them. I have been treated like I'm a criminal, including being called a liar and told I need to learn to listen. Those employees with this behavior, are also the ones without name tags. Denial of th
The staff was extremely Uptight with everyone. Instead of helping people I literally sat and heard the staff members making fun of people after turning them away! Even made one man drive back 40 minutes back home Knowing they were taking the last first time Donors for the day. And when he walked laughed to her co-worker saying, "I hope he know we not taking no more new donors for the day". He'll find out when he gets back #AbsolutelyVindictiveness! For NO Reason????
The nurse claims she is following policy by turning away anyone with a bruise and I understand that but unfortunately I think her eyesight is failing her because I see not a single bruise on my arm I'll post a picture for reference seriously hire nurses that actually can perform the job without a disability This is beyond unprofessionalism. And on top of that now I can't get groceries after paying rent because a visually impaired nurse thinks she sees a bruise?? Management if you continue to allow this to
I went in today as a first time donor. My first issue is that the staff is very rude and unpleasant for no reason. We are doing a service and the level of treatment is horrible. Second I was there two hours and spent the last hour waiting and nobody came to ask me anything or help me. I finally asked the girl at the front desk and she said it takes about four hours. I walked out and don't plan on returning.
Frank is amazing, always friendly, happy, laughing and in a good mood and has a soft hand when he draws your blood. Chis is also very nice. Kya is sweet and always greets me. Anneliese is amazing, sweet, funny and always make me laugh.
Disappointing Experience at CSL Plasma Due to Nurse's Rudeness My recent visit to CSL Plasma left me with a sour taste due to the rude behavior of one of their nurses. As someone who values helping others and has always approached donation experiences with a positive attitude, I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism and empathy displayed by the nurse. Upon arrival, I was directed to the nurse's office because of a scabbed cut on my knuckle that needed to be assessed before proceeding with donatio
I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I went to go and try to donate blood for the first time. When I walked in the staff are very rude and have a bad attitude. People need to stop being so mean and hateful and show love and kindness and stop lashing out on innocent people because they are having personal issues. I understand people might have a bad day but don't be mean. I'm a spiritual woman of God and I don't have time for mean and hateful toxic and negative people. That's why I pray and ask God to con
Shakkiya and Ashley are sweet hearts they always show me great customer service . They are the best employees csl has had since I've been donating
I was so clueless and nervous my first time, but the entire staff was very patient and comforting! Everyone talks to you like you're best friends, calling us by name (not our assigned numbers) even on your first visit and there's just an overall happy vibe to this location. Frank Bryant oversaw my procedure, he was so attentive and knowledgeable, again very patient and happy to explain everything in detail with tips and constant check ins to make sure I was feeling okay about everything. I highly recommend
I was bruised twice at this location but it will never compare to their new employees (currently in training) attitude, she needs to be fired for her attitude and disrespect towards other patients/customer!!! She's lucky I wasn't able to get her name, but we will never return to this location due to that experience! My husband and I have been coming to this location for almost a year now and when this inexperienced girl came in, she messed it up for us!!! I'm sure she will cause more conflict with other peo
Ok I have only been here twice and the guy Tony cotton I believe his name is was actually the only one moving people through the whole process of Donating and was very gentle with the I.v poke I had no problem with the Machine like I did the first time I was there and it was quick and painless absolutely be prepared to be there for 5 hours or so because everybody else moves slow and I got there at 10am and didn't get out until 4:30pm all the other reviews of the staff being rude I personally never experienc
This location use to be good and fast but not it's slower than a turtle. Go in I'm ther 3-4hrs every Tom, staff huddled up and talks a lot, they don't properly look for the vein to stucc you and gets attitudes when they stucc you wrong/bad.
This place is a bandit MONEY CAMPER spot. I have been waiting in line for 3 hours and 30 minutes for a 5 minute physical and people have skipped since I don't gripe ALWAYS have complications when coming here. A time stamp 4:44pm I will literally press enter when they find time in their busy schedule to drag and click a damn icon to see me. I am APPALLED AND DOWN RIGHT DISGUSTED with the lack of consideration to even accomodation. I am not exaggerating when I say they know the clock pays them. They under no
They have just gotten sorry now takes for ever in line to get vitals waiting most times now is an hr or longer. And then it takes a long time in line to get stuck, seems like they do to much talking and not enough working. It be to many people just walking around and they don't care at all!
Terrible experience, each and every time. From the 6 women standing around gossiping or on their phones, to the 2 hours it takes to be sat down. I've donated at cal for 10+ years but will never come back here. Lazy and incompetent at their job. Only ones who work are the men in the back sticking people. Even the women back there are terrible and make it seem like you're an inconvenience. If I could rate lower I would
THE WORST plasma center in Houston & ALWAYS has long lines due to them only putting 2-3 phlebotomists on the floor everyday & hardly ever filling 1/2 of the beds yet they just bought all those new machines that never get used, I wouldn't be surprised if something fishy was going on here tbh plus they're the only center that doesn't even give birthday bonuses anymore
Use to be a decent in and out time, but not the case anymore. Csl on Ella and Belfort are more efficient. Expect about a 3 hour wait. BioLife may be a better option. I will be switching after my donation today.
It's a very good location, sometimes a longer wait time than other days but overall not too bad, just ignore the negative comments people complain about anything, wait time is like thirty minutes is all. Been going two years now way better than BioLife, these people actually know what they're doing. Unfortunately update of only maybe 3 weeks ago. I have stopped going to CSL completely now due to incompetent workers. I do feel bad for the loss of a family member because I've gone through it many times myself
staff is extremely rude and dismissive. nurses will literally cut you off while you're speaking. don't waste your time, go somewhere else instead!
Sam & Jd have the best attitude when you walk in & always greet you with a smile. Vitals is always fast & easy with them around. Frank & Nancy do their absolute best when sticking, always painless & flowing nonstop w/ no beeps! Always checking in with me to make sure I'm feeling okay. Couldn't ask for a better experience!!
Be prepared to be there forever. Only 2 ladies doing vitals at all times, 2 people in the back sticking people and 5 people just standing around hugging, talking, and gossiping. This place is a joke and needs new management. Very unprofessional
Despite the 13 people ahead of me to get vitals, the line moved rather quickly. However, while donating, the donor to my left was watching something on his phone at full volume without earbuds. I must say it was very annoying.
This place is pure trash....if u have other options please choose them
Today I feel obligated to give a review even if is not a good one. This day in this donation center only one person treated me with respect and gentleness her name is Theressa and even when herself was bad treated for another employee she was still kind. im not a regular but with treatment like this that I received today will probably never be happy to donate. Please be mindful that everyone that comes to this places deserve to be treated in a good way! I will come back again and will update...
There was only one person taking vital checks, but there was 4 other workers having personal conversations behind her in full view of the customers while the line was almost to the door. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional
This CSL is a step above the rest. Quick, professional, clean, and understanding employees who care. From the security guards, the ladies in the front, and the staff in the back, I recommend this location. Morris and Lawrencya are excellent! Check them out, save a life!!
Amber is a nice Lakera is great Samantha is great NANCY is my favorite sticker lol THERE ALL GREAT My all time favorite donation center #period. whole staff pretty cool!! Can't forget about Miss B n Where is Dorothy my favorite DC Person lol
Honestly i'd prefer the other csl on Eastex Freeway this location gets way too packed for there to be only one person checking vitals , Other companies get packed too but doesn't take to long in the line i always be stuck here for at least 3 hrs and that's if you don't get disqualified to donate for the day wouldn't recommend this location
Poor communication. The app is useless. Waste of time.
????This place is a rip off. You are suppose to earn 100 each visit for first 5 visits (as advertised) but they are giving less and less each time. Them prepaid cards are not preloaded so they deposit what they want and pocket the rest. That's the employees doing. They need to be watched. Octapharma was the best place to donate but I moved so I'm far and have no choice at the moment but to find another place.
ABSOLUTE WORST LOCATION BY FAR!!! UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY INEXPERIENCED!!! BE ADVISED, THEY LEFT MY WIFE BRUISED ON BOTH ARMS!!! THEY EMPLOY GHETTO POORLY RAISED AFRICAN AMERICAN WOMEN. I would personally like to thank Samantha, Dorothy, Frank & Bee for great service and communication. It was a pleasure meeting them!
Extremely rude and unprofessional nurse, I was instructed to talk to the nurse real quick because I answered a question wrong. Proceeded to the back where I waited by the door while the nurse was talking on her cell phone which seemed to be a relative or friend judging by her language she was using. After she got off I then spoke and told her while I was there and she cut me off and told me to have a seat with a generic smile in a rude tone. She told me she had other people waiting and I'd have to wait, I'm
- o never went through anything with a donation place ever. I was supposed to get 150.00 And received 50 the person I referred received 2 dollars. I will never donate again
I came back to that l location 3 days in a row and was turned away all because of my bp was to high. I was told to that machines are calibrated every morning, but 3x & my bp got higher each day. Meds taken daily, I don't miss a beat on that. Poor experience, I jus will not go back to that location ever again this day in age in life. FIX YO MACHINES!!!!
I went to go donate today and when I tell everybody was happy and so much energy I definitely requested anybody to go there and donate you will love it beside the long wait for new donors but over all everybody is great and will make yu laugh trust me
I should have read the reviews before going to this place. Do not go here it will be your worst experience. I don't know how many times a person can roll their eyes in one sentence. Do yourself a favor and save your time go somewhere else. The staff is a joke.
I love this one!! Ashley & William hooked me up!!!
Ashley is a great help and worker and she is always happy and smiling she is awesome keep up the great work
I really wish there was someway to give zero stars. For context, I've been donating at plasma centers since 2017 NEVER have I ever felt compelled to leave a review. I'm typing this while currently in the parking lot of this place. I walked into this place at 3:10pm walked out at 3:40pm after waiting that entire time for someone to come to the front desk and assist me with the simple task of switching my name in the computer (was out of town from FL). When I walked in, there were TWO facility workers at the
Today was my first time donating. Waited 2 hrs just to make acct. Waited another hr and counting as we speak just for these people to get me started. I saw someone come in here before I did and they got them started before me. I've been waiting for an hr already. I definitely don't recommend you're gonna be here all day. Everyone just takes their time here it's sad and disappointing
Been coming to this location for some time now and every time momo and jd always greet with a smiling face and answer any questions or concerns you and lastly Daniel that works the floor has great customer service always greeting with a :-) and making you feel comfortable when you're nervous.
Staff is knowledgeable, Kind and quick as possible. I hear alot of complaining from patients. But if you pay close attention the staff moves with a purpose. The whole idea is production. They want to see as many people as possible because that's what the business is all about.
When I first went a few times it was okay I would say maybe a 3 Star, but now a zero star if there's was a zero take I'll be there 3 to 4 hours now ,and worker are rude, and be on the phone instead of doing their jobs!!!
This location is so understaffed. The wait to even get to the donating part is ridiculous, there are always at least 30 people waiting and one staff member moving at the slowest pace possible. Perhaps more people would be willing to donate if the process wouldn't be so long 3 hours should NOT be the norm
Great donation center compared to others in Houston. No long wait times, no crowded waiting areas. No drama from other donors here either, like at other donation centers. The staff are very kind, proper, and caring, and smiling(again, not like other plasma donation centers). Overall a great experience for my first time here. **Bonus** You'll even get a follow up call just to insure that all is well with you after your first donation. ***Extra Bonus*** This site is open on Sundays.
Im a 3 tyme platnium donor i know the mangers didnt train there staff to be so Rude and not even thanking donors when they are done donating very unwelcomeing atmosphere its not where i would ask any of my friends to come donate
The females here is sad ..I asked a lady for a band aid because my hand was bleeding , she heard me ask and then continued her conversation with an employee . Also she told me to wait because she was talking . Girl who are you ??.. lame people these days to grown to be so lost?People are sad in every kind of way and it's the fact when they know it's sad . I don't need to go to this place I got money.. ??????? Today I went a manager talked about the situations and the same girl came out with other girls in a
I've been coming here faithfully for about a year I done sat in this line back to back for 2 months straight for 4 hours every time I come here to donate and all the employees have nasty poor attitudes that look like they don't want to work here and it's really toxic work Don't matter but I'm going to calling cooperate I want people fired if they don't want to look like they want to work here then they don't need to be here.
They have old machines that check people in.
They are so organized and the safety of the staff and donors seem to be a priority. It's easy to do and not only do you get compensation you feel as if you're doing something good that will help someone.
Hit or miss. Half the time they are understaffed and then the wait time (3+ Hours for return donors) from long lines is not worth it. The other half the time they have hardly anyone waiting in line and I'm done within an hour. This place is only worth going to consistently whenever they have a bonus going on.
Don't waste your time here. I called ahead of time and asked the lady if I could come in at 6:30 as a new donor. She said yes, provided that I bring the necessary identification. I did. I went in and was told that new donors had to be there by 5:30. Staff looked like they didn't want to be there. What a waste of time and gas! BioLife, the only other business in the area, is much better.
From the amazing young ladies in the front checking you in, to the nicest nurse then onto the nurses in the back, everyone was friendly and professional! They made my visit easy and comfortable! Thank you!
Just waiting your time. I went there nobody in the line. I finished the consent kios and go to the vitals check. They said something has done wrong to me I have to wait for a nurse. Bad experience. The workers just did not do their job right. They are just there and talk to each other. With the job there and screening customers, Lisa told Carol and nobody help customers.
Don't answer the phone and they honestly don't care how they treat you at the center .
I love going. I feel like I'm helping PPL all around. The staff is awesome. They make you feel welcome and comfortable and ALWAYS checking on you. That is the truth on good and bad days. It's like a big happy family. Everytime I go it's a dedication to my parents who have passed away now. My parents love helping people. And I will continue THEIR legacy.
This Location is horrible I been under the care of my Daughter She work there for a short period of time I need paper work sign she no longer works there and they are not taking my calls emails Managers avoid me they are been so shady That's not fair but when she was there she was a good worker . Dont go to this location If they treat there employees like this imagine there Patients
The staff move so slow. They only be having one lane open and like 4-5 phlebotomist standing around or running back and forth from the back. The last time I came up here I waited 20 mins after being done for the needle to even be removed so I can go. Today I literally waited over 4 hours and there really wasn't a lot of ppl. No where to sit. I really hate that this is the closest plasma center.
One of the most disorganized businesses ever. Slow and confused. After my 4th donation and another1.5H f my time I was told goodbye because I turned 65. No warning. Always short staffed and under skilled.
Daniel was nice and professional. He did a fantastic job at sticking and removing ! I think he is one of the best! All in all the staff is vibrant, fun, honest and genuine.
Do not come in the morning the wait is unbelievable. They have 20 donors but only one person in the front and one person sticking. Then they're just standing around talking not getting anything done. Very terrible service. I would recommend to go to another company period.
my first my experience was great it did take long tho more than 2 hours only because i was new, the employees are a little bit playful and joke around with eachother alot but they do there job pretty well, i went in a second time finished after about an hour of donating i went home got super super hot and felt nauseous and like i was going to faint, after that the next day i got strep throat and i been having it ever since ... not sure if i cought it from someone there or from some where else but ever since
I had a great experience at csl W. Little York on Saturday . Lorencia did my I.V and was very gentle. I'm scared of needles and she was patient . I will return for sure.
The employees here are useless. Can't find a vein, while every other plasma center (including other CSL locations) and doctor's offices I've ever been to have been able to find them. Disappointed.
This place is unbelievable, the lines are outrageous. You wait up to 4 hours in line before you get a bed to donate. I have had my blood drawn all my life. However, every time they insert the needle my blood squirts everywhere.
They great, and you get the money instantly on a debit card they provide. The money is loaded before you leave the facility within minutes. And the staff is friendly and know what they are doing. Plus there is no long line or waiting period.
Phlebotomist MeMe at 5740 little York beautiful spirit and her sticks are so smooth u barely no you've been stuck if you go request her Keep goin Qween?? ??
They never answer the phones. I have tried to call them 10 times already and no one is answering the phones.
Answer the phone I had a family member almost pass out , & she couldn't inform anyone! I had to call the damn ambulance!!! Bc yall wouldn't answer yalls phone!!!! SAD SAD SAD.
Miss Queen MeMe here at the Little York Location in Houston,Tx is the most personable, respectful, dedicated, and helpful worker. Always with a smile & always in good spirits no matter what's going on around her. She makes me want to come back every time I walk in. Keep her , promote her, and a raise would be nice too!! Thank You for your hospitality Queen MeMe
HORRIBLE experience, Joan "get them in and get them out " is what she said and other female staff are unprofessional ( standing between donors beds yelling cross the floor)! I came in the evening time . Three different women came and adjusted the machine at least 5 different times making It more uncomfortable after I told Joan and another female the cuff was too tight (6th). One female asked Joan did I have a HEMATOMA? Continues talking to other coworkers about she is ready to go home.. leaning on the mach
I don't know if this is related to understaffed but be ready to spend half of your day for this process. Don't think this is handled during a lunch period or you'll be disappointed. Otherwise, professional environment and staff.
Machine was beeping for 10 minutes before anybody checked on me. My arm had swollen up the size if a tennis ball before I was attended to. Understaffed and unprofessional, I would not recommend anybody ever go here.
This is the most unprofessional shady incoherent plasma center I have EVER been to. They are plasma bandits not only do they not pay attention to what they are doing they will deferral you over there mistakes. I requested to see a nurse a person in charge and the person continued to argue me down will be calling corporate.
The amount of 1 star reviews shows the level of bad customer service this location has. This staff are extremely rude, I called to ask a question and they staff member just hung the phone up on me.
I went to donate a couple days ago and after my cycle was done, I was still left connected to the machine for about 10min before someone came to unhook me
Frank was outstanding. In the midst of a chaotic work day he maintained his composure when others didn't. He exemplified true customer service. Thank you sir.
My wife donates here and soon I will to, excellent customer service, the security isn't lazy. Staff very helpful and you get paid more. Grifols is beyond bad my new place is this one by far and only 5mins away
I had five different IDs all saying that I was the same person and I had to get my Social Security card changed just to be able to donate. Worst experience ever.
My husband donated. The phlebotomist that stuck him didnt put labels on the bottle. Told him to check hiscard in a hour. Woke up this morning called csl and tgey said it doesnt look like he donated testerday. Asked to speak to a supervisor and have been on hold since. As in as i type im on hold. Horrible.
The staff is amazing..( Mrs Sam. .Mr tony...Mr Frank..& Mr Morris care for us donors...
This a great way to give back to people who need the help and this center; that i belong to is a wonderful with laughter also great worker with nice smiles !!! So come thur and give back !!
Ms.Sam definitely made my first experience super smooth and easy!! I also enjoy my conversations with Ms.Bee in the back, she makes time fly!
Eat a couple hours before you, go home yourself about 2 maybe three hours, 20 minutes for questionnaire, 15 minutes standing in line then 20 minutes for vitals, 20 minutes to go to the back and another minutes to start process. Process will take 45 minutes to 65 minutes if properly hydrated if not hydrated maybe 1.5 hours
I haven't gotten any tattoos in a couple of years so thought I'd start donating again. As a level 1 trauma ER RN I know how important plasma and blood donation are. Since I used to donate often I have a scar on my arm. They deferred me for it saying ?I can't donate with any bruises? seriously? The ?nurse? (quotations because as a nurse idk how she can't tell the difference between a bruise and a scar if she's actually a nurse). I would have been a great donor with a nice healthy donation. Smh
1st time that you go, be prepared to be there about 2 and a half hours. I went early in the morning and got there about 7:30 a.m., so very few people. 1. 1st, they check your DL, Social, and ask for a piece of mail to your address. 2. Then they check your veins. 3.Then, you watch a video for about 15 minutes. 4. Then, you go to an intake where they check your blood, take temp, and weight. They also take a picture and register your finger print. 5. After that, they show you how to use the return kiosks and
Do not come here unless you want poor service . The lady at the front was really rude . Like it was my first time here and was recommended this place but I would not come back here even if I was paid . I rather donate my plasma at the gulf coast regional blood center instead. I would not trust these nurses with my veins ever again !!!
YESTERDAY 9/22 /2020 I RECEIVED A POST CARD IN THE MAIL SAYING WE MISS YOU.. STAYING IF I COME IN AND DONATE I GET A $50 dollar bonus... so ME BEING STUPID I COME IN TO DONATE ON 9/23/2020 BUT WHEN I GIVE THEM THE BONUS CARD, No they won't accept it.... WHY SEND A BONUS CARD BUT NOT BE ABLE TO USE IT... I AM ON THE PHONE WITH CORPORATE NOW.. VERY ANGRY....
I've called over 20 times in the past week and they don't answer there phone. I've left messages and everything. They need to do there job and actually speak with donors. We're not just blood bags.
The closing time is pointless if every gets off at 4:30-5:00 anyways. What happened to 6:00-7:00. Business is slowly declining. But I'm just another donor, so what do I know????????
My body ached for weeks after donating here. My period went from 5 to 7 days, this stuff really changes your body. I never donated again.
Csl permanent deferred me because of their mistake the nurse lied and deferred me from donating at any csl almost 2 yrs now I still cant donate so i have to go all the way to bpl just to donate aint no problem with them csl on little York are unprofessional and lazy
I wanted to donate for the past month or so but when I call they never pick up the phone.
Employees claim to be understaffed and do not want to accept new donors in the afternoon. Facility is dirty. Donors in the lobby look like they are homeless.
Still waiting for the MSA that was supposed to be here at 7am to come do a basic arm check. So because they cant be on time to work I am now late to work. It's been 30mins.
I went here on the 5th I went in the afternoon instead of the morning the girl who stuck me stuck me over 3xs she moved the needle be around so much I bursed and couldn't finish the draw I came back for next appointment and went through their clearing procedures and was sent back same girl who messed me up last time comes over looking at my arm witch is not brused anymore saying oh no I think I see something I tell her it's fine they sent me back here and soooo goes get another lady to look at it and makes
If you live at a place like Intown suites, your not capable of or allowed to donate apparently. This was not explained when I called to ask about what's required to donate and wasted a 30 minute drive for absolutely nothing.
They are real cool up here.. & the tall bald dude needs a raise because he was even cleaning the vents???? now that's dedication!
Out of all the plasma places CSL on little York is 1 of a kind they treat everybody the same and they do there job. Take care of the patient. Thanks CSL Plasma on Little York Houston Tx
If you like to wait for hour's and hour's in line then you should love this place. Overall the staff is friendly but just extremely slow!!!!
Fest time I wet took over 4 hours . Everyone was nice tho & last 2 times I've went I've been in and out in 1 hour & a half :-)
Every time I've been there, always had a great experience. The crew are very friendly, funny, and always keeps me laughing. Great people...
I had a good experience here. The tall black Gentleman . Can't remember his name but he was awesome sauce
They should hire more vital testing workers, especially in the morning's. Wait time shouldn't be over 45 minutes.
Horrible experience. They are very slow at the CSL on Little York in Houston. You will stand in line for hours to actually donate. Staff is extremely lazy.
They all seem to have staffing issues but more importantly, the area where they check your vitals, they don't disinfect or change gloves between donors ?? every time my friend and I come.
I was treated with respect. All the staff were skilled and helpful. I looking forward to going there second time.
Bad customer service, lazy workers and always have a attitude. Long periods in line just to get in a bed. To much just to donate and not enough pay.
Better be there at least 30 mins before they close. Went here a few times 20 mins before closing and door is already locked...
Dirty needles bad employment please do not go no good place to get finances please do not go
I just came here today. Based on reviews I thought this place was ghetto or something. This place is clean and staff were nice.
They are very friendly, the atmosphere is nice and most of them stick very GOOD especially Bridney and Chelsea
They get you in and out in a fast and organized manner. No time wasting, strictly pros here.
Anna is Awesome perfect CSR...They were fast and on point!
Besides the 2 hour lines this place has extremely racist plaques in the area for vitals and on the donator floor.
This is a HORRIBLE location. Called up here to make sure I could donate they say yes please come, I get here and there's no nurse and they send me away.
Great people really ease your mind and polite. Specially a kind lady name Lameshia
Have been to this location 4 times and every time I have gotten stuck in both arms and been brused . they're flebotomist are the worst be careful
The worst csl ever they don't stick right leave you with bruises if YOU ARE TRYING TO DONATE PLASMA GO SOMEHWERE ELSE I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND
I have tried to call and speak to someone but no body ever answers the phone I've tried and tried what's the purpose to have a number of you can't even speak to a person before going in person in order to not waist time
Pretty cool... in and out in about 2 hrs if it's not your 1st time...
Very respected clean place I love it also my friends too best plasma place n wonderful workers also if I could rate your 10 Stars I would rate you
They answered the phone and the girl provided all of the details needed unlike the one in Spring
Wonderful employees and very attractive ??
I was there for 30 minutes and no one help me. They kept saying someone will be right with me while the carried on a personal conversation.
Awesome staff and great people all around super clean facility and very quick with your process
Do not make plans prior to donating. You could be in & out in an hour, sometimes you could be 4,5 hours.
Employees spend more time on personal business instead of tending to the donors. And they seem to be understaffed
I am a new donor trying to donate but They do not answer the phone . Like what's a business if they don't answer ? Totally lost
It takes 4-5 hours to make a donation they have only one person in the back doing the donation machines , too many chiefs not enough Indians
I came to this location to donate blood and I recive bad service everyone there is unprofessional and one the ladies ask what's a butterfly needle don't come here they don't know what they doing they give you the run around and send you out cause they don't wanna deal with you

Never answer phone, tried calling 3days in a row, don't know what business doesn't answer their phone, smh.
Worst plasma place around. Go somewhere else because here they're gonna waste your time every time and not care
They couldn't successfully hit my vain and spent a hour off and on adjusting it in my arm and couldn't give me my blood back and deferred me
Clean facility. Staff is friendly but you may hear a few inappropriate conversations at times.

Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
