I went to donate for the first time ever and I was very pleased with the cleanliness and the attitude of the staff. My veins are very hard to find bit Chanelle was a pro she made me feel relaxed and at ease. I will definitely be a regular donor and asking for Chanelle.

It continues to be very difficult to get an appointment whether the phone or the app. One Blood staff makes it difficult to get through the process. It takes way too long. Today after sitting idle for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement I left. As I was leaving the attendant then acknowledged my presence and said she was sorry but they were busy. Well I was one of three donors in the place. One kept talking with another donor the whole time while another was just putting labels on bags. They know I was there

I was with my husband today for his donation (with a record of over 30 gallons) and whomever the female was that started his intake today, was as rude and disrespectful as ever. Very disappointed, this has never happened before. We were there with a noon appointment.

My son and I are typically huge advocates of One Blood as my father, his grandfather would want us to donate blood if/when time allows. With that said, recently my son donated at the Culver?s and to date has not received his electronic gift card. Because he works full time I called to inquire on his behalf and I have never been spoken to so nastily!!! Let me be clear I was simply trying to help my son. I just had an EXCELLENT experience for my first time donating! Julietta (Julio) and Joy were so kind and made the process easy and painless! Julio was the best needle sticker! They even gave me a cute bow on my bandage just for fun!

Donated on 07/03 @ Embassy Plaza Brittani greeted me and processed my paperwork for the Donation. She was very pleasant and took her time with me. Kenadie was the person taking the blood donation. Great personality and very professional. Put me at ease and made the Donation very easy. Thumbs up to this Team.....

Brittani and kenadie were in the bus on 6/3/2024. They were both very nice and professional. Kenadie was my phlebotomist and I'm very sensitive to needle sticks, she was very good and I didn't feel a thing. Very pleasant experience. Hope to see them again.

Great experience! All the Staff very friendly and attentive. Brianna spoke to me and explained and answered all my questions and then some while drawing my blood. While taking my vitals, ( I wish I remembered the gentleman's name) was letting me know what they were as we went and very nice. I felt extremely comfortable there and will go back there oppose to busses or other centers for sure. (note: I have not had bad experiences on them, just this one was that awesome)

Mobile bus 0234, Vampires Kenadie & Jordan are true professionals and a blast dealing with. They have been at Saint Michael the Arch Angel church collecting blood donations and have always been approachable, inactive with donors, and spot on providing a phenomenal experience.

I had one of the BEST experiences ever donating blood. I went to the Village Lakes Shopping Center with Charlene and Julio and they definitely make me want to come back to donate. Their customer service from the time I stepped on the bus, to checking in and vitals, to donating and stepping off was outstanding. They treated me like a queen and made me feel good. When I left there, I knew I chose the right bus to donate on. From now on they will be my personal Phlebotomists when I donate. High five to both of

I try to give blood at least once every couple months. Lacey and Wyatt were awesome for my last donation. Very knowledgeable and personable, made me very comfortable.

Everyone here is fantastic! I go every 8 weeks, and I have never had a bad experience. The staff is genuinely caring and compassionate, and even when they are training new people, everyone is very considerate to ensure that you don't become a human pincushion.

I go to One Blood to donate blood platelets. The center in New Port Richey is awesome. The staff there is so friendly and nice. While you donate platelets you are hooked up to a machine, and you can watch a movie while sitting in a very comfortable chair. Each platelet donation helps 3 patients. Each time you donate they give you a $20 gift card and sometimes a tee shirt or other gift. Make an appointment now to give this wonderful gift of platelets.

I went to this center the other day to donate for my first time ever and it was such an incredibly awesome and rewarding experience. The staff is wonderful (shoutout to Becky and Kimberly for taking care of me) and made me feel so comfortable and welcome despite not really knowing what I was getting into. Had an amazing experience today. I was greeted by Jeanine who was very friendly and outgoing. I had the honor of also meeting miss Jackie who is not just an employee but a recipient of a donors generosity to donate blood. What an inspiring story. Just affirmation that my decision to donate was the right decision. Cant wait to come back!

My first time donating here. Jacki, Jeanine, Becky and Danya were thee greatest. They made me feel so comfortable and talked to me throughout the whole thing. The facility was very clean and organized. I am definitely going back to donate there.

My last donation was one of the best and was done with Tommy and Lydia. They were both friendly and put me at ease. The stick was quick and relatively painless, especially considering my stubborn veins. I had bad experiences in the past but if it was always this easy I would donate all the time !

This location employs a very professional and has an upbeat staff. Becky did my mini physical and she was also my phlebotomist. I have to say it was the best needle stick ever. Great job Becky and staff. You are worth five stars!!!

What a great experience! I always enjoy donating at this center. As I approach the 8 gallon mark, I can honestly say the people at this location are the best. Giving blood is not the problem, the people are great. The problem is getting into your account. The system does not work right. Code takes forever to get. Wish I could opt out of this process, I don't care if some one see my blood info.

This donor center is the best! I've only ever had positive experiences there. Donations are smooth and simple. It's always clean and comfortable inside. The staff is very courteous, professional, and personable. Becky, Danya, and Jaqui helped me today and were great, as usual. Thank you!!! :)

What a great donor room. Everyone there was smiling, happy and really seemed to love their job. It made my time there very pleasant. Danya was extremely helpful with questions I had. One of the cleanest donor rooms I have been in. Thanks for a great experience!

I donated for my first time last Friday. My phlebotomist was Wyatt and he was very professional and was very informational. The whole team was wonderful and the Big Red Bus was very clean.

Have been using the New Port Richey center for couple years now. The whole group is awesome, they are always friendly and very helpful. I have a lot of scar tissue, have almost 66 gallons lifetime. They are great, little to no pain.

I donate here on a regular basis, and find the staff to be both pleasant & professional EVERY time! I miss some of the people who've been fortunate enough to retire, but the newer folks are doing a great job filling their shoes!

This was my first time donating blood and Kimberly was AMAZING!!!! I was very curious as to the different types of donations and where it goes and all the "behind the scenes" that happens once you donate. She stayed with me the entire time and answered all my questions in detail. The entire visit from check in to check out was efficient and all staff were wonderful.

I have been a donor at one blood for sometime now. Ive reached my 10 gallon mark just recently and it would never had been possible if it weren't for the Wonderful folks at OneBlood New Port Richey! Today I went to give blood at the one blood location in New Port Richey. They did an excellent job they made sure I was okay before I left. They were all very friendly. Kimbaly who took my blood was very experienced. She knew what she was doing. She made sure I was comfortable. I am definitely going back on March 27th to give more blood.

I'm unable to donate blood at the moment because of health issues. I came here because I was curious who was donating blood. I recently received blood and plasma transfusions during a emergency that saved my life. I'm pretty sure that it has come from One blood donation center. I just wanted to tell everyone who takes their time to donate Thank you. My children still have a mother because of your precious gift! ??

It's been nearly a year since I donated. I chose to wait after a bad service experience last time. It seems that things have not improved. Rude staff. Shaking her he'd at me because I asked simply to be able to see my temperature. After 30 minutes of waiting for them to try and get blood from the lady a head of me I left.

The staff is always courteous and professional! I typically donate with Jacqi or Danya, they always keep me at ease. All the ladies there are so friendly! Top notch crew in New Port Richey!

I have been donating platelets for 6 years and have reached 28 Gals today. Changed my location to New Port Richey earlier this year and have to say Becky Kelley Kimberly Lineta Melanie and Michael make the donation?s professional and fun to be there. Great place.

This center will allow you to donate blood but if you need a unit of blood removed by doctor?s order, they won't do it unless the order is filled out to their specifications. Makes no sense. So, they refused to act in a valid doctor?s order. That will get reported to the state.

I've been coming here for a while now. Everyone here does there best to make everyone feel comfable and they act very professionals at all time. I do miss Julie there but donya has managed this place very well and I believe the staff all work great together. To make this location a ten in my book. God has blessed them

The staff at this oneblood facility (especially Julie L. & Kathy) are Outstanding! They are sensitive, informative and caring. They walk you through the entire painless procedure with a smile. If you have never donated blood please do so to help others in need.

This place has the best staff in AMERICA. They are very FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. Danya is the best Team Leader, Kim, Lexa, Jeanine and Becky really care about their donors. LOVE THIS PLACE.

I've gone there twice so far to donate platelets which is a long, long experience! Everyone there is friendly and helpful, and they welcome you in. During a 2ish hour donation process you get to relax and watch movies on a personal tv, and once you're set up and going it's really easy and comfortable. I'm going back again soon!

I would have to say the best donation center I have been too. Dayna and Jackie are awesome!! They are always great to be around. One Blood should hope all their employees are like them.

I am now up to 48 gallons and would not enjoy donating anywhere else. The staff is like family, the facility is super clean, and i have never - in 48 gallons - had an issue. I thank God each time i donate that i found them.

I have been a platelet donor at NPR ONE BLOOD for several years. I have a lifetime record of 37 gal. 25 of which have been at NPR ONE BLOOD. While the experience has been it's own reward in the knowledge that many lives have been and are being saved by these donations my last visit was very unsatisfactory. A new nurse (Diane?) was the most unprofessional, undignified, careless, and incompetent I've ever encountered in a donor center. The experience was so unpleasant that I'm not certain that I can continue

The staff at Oneblood in New Port Richey are welcoming, professional, and always go the extra mile to make donating a great experience! Give them all raises! Kimberly, Becky, Crystal, and Jeanine are all welcoming, and always put the donor first. All are lead very capably by Danya!

Awesome place to donate. Everyone is always so upbeat and friendly. Very professional yet relaxed atmosphere. I love the fact that I get to watch netflicks while I donate, makes the time go a lot faster. If you're looking for a great place to donate, this is it.

Great experience at New Port Richey Oneblood. As a long time Red Cross donor, this was my first experience with Oneblood. It was a great experience. The ladies who work at the office are very professional and very friendly. The equipment from the initial health survey to the new TV and Netflix I watched while donating platelets was all top notch. Will definitely be back to donate platelets.

The quality care and the family environment is absolutley fantastic. I have donated a few times there, and they know my name ask me how I'm doing and it is honestly one of the most homey feeling places I have been.

This is a great place to donate blood or platelets. Everyone there us courteous and friendly. I donate platelets every other week. Danya, Kim, Jackie, Julie are all wonderful. The facility is also very clean.

Kim is very good. My veins were wiggly and she was able to get me with one stick. Tara did the vitals, she was very pleasant.

Kimberly was the technician who served me. She had done so twice. I have nothing but praise for professionalism and care for her patients.

I really enjoyed donating blood and love the friendly staff and phlebotomist there. They give away free movie tickets and online gift cards are great. They also make an exrra effort to ensure my irin level us above a 13.0

I was impressed how Kimberly found a vein not visible and stuck me only once, and I hardly felt the stick. Many other places I've gone have ended up in 4-6 sticks before they find the vein. Impressive.

Always professional people. Greeted with a smile from the time I step in the door. Great experience at this location. I've been to other donor centers & this is by far the best.

The only reason I still donate every 8 weeks is because of Danya. I've known her for 15 years and she's the best reason to go to OneBlood. I live in Hernando and drive to NPR just to see her!

Love this center. I've been regularly donating for a couple years and I've tried the buses and a couple different places but this one hands down has the best staff and they get you in and out. Highly recommend this center.

No customer service very rude to my wife slamming the door in her face and so We left . Was treated poorly at this place and I've given blood and platelets for many years.
