I called beforehand to make sure that they would be open regular business hours today and that they would be accepting new donors all day. The lady I spoke to, informed me that yes they would be. Once I arrived, I waited in line for over 20 minutes before someone came over to assist me. When the woman came over and asked me what I needed, I told her. She then informed me that they are no longer accepting new donors today. They had over 4 hours left before they closed for the day. There were only 4 people i

The evening staff is lazy and unprofessional. I was left standing in front for 35 minutes with no assistance. I stood there and called 6 times and listened to the floor techs state that they were not answering because they knew someone was calling about new donors. I only was acknowledged after yelling excuse me only to be told they were not taking any new donors. All this after having called prior to coming and being assured that I could be seen today. Only been here twice but this is my honest review. they little bit on a slow side, not enough space for the regular donors. Floor staff acts like they hate their job, but overall friendly-ish and funny(ghetto funny), it is possible you could get skipped in line by someone after you. Be sure to check your payment before you leave. Not necessarily any worse or any better than any other donation centers, but they pay good so it evens out.

I'd give it a zero star if I could. They cheat you out of money and have no supply of saline to rehydrate you. Many people walk out about to drop. My sister was passing out in my car. So I had to pull over and call an ambulance.

Helen was excellent. She gave great customer service. I called multiple KEDPLASMA centers with no answer and KEDPLASMA was the only one to answer the phone for me to ask a general question. Thank You!

They need bigger Gatorade/Powerades no saline so the small bottles don't really replace everything took out during donation.... Now I can't come back I have low electrolytes and having seizures at night. Someone fix this issue there please ?????????????????????????

Hands down the worst plasma center I've ever experienced one of the least considerate and courteous medical staff and a genuine lack of even the drive to get you through. Worse than the DMV after seeking a paid visit for a doctor's note, that I don't need at any other plasma locations I might add, I was told that the paper that they refused to send or fax i would need to get Physically so that my doctor would then Fax it back all to give them assurance id be mentally ok if I lost part of my ADHD prescriptio

They keep on paying me for the first donation of the week on my 2nd donation, and now when i had them correct my money, they invalidated my card and i cant use the money on my card! Now i have to wait till tuesday to fix this shit. The staff is nice, however what is nice when they dont pay you right, and accidentally cancel your card.

I have been trying to donate here for weeks, and the staff has not been professional and transparent with me. The hold up is there was a concern about one of my medications and they wanted my primary care doctor to fill out the paper work. I had my doctor do so, and turned in the paper work. This was weeks ago. When I call or go up there to check, they keep telling me their physician who reviews and approves the paperwork is only there like 4 hours a week and something keeps coming up. Loved the professionalism of the staff. Everyone is nice and knowledgeable. I like the ambiance. It's usually calm and not crowded with people. The best center I've been to in a long time. First 2 donations are $75 then they drop down to $45. That's my only qualm. As I'm a larger donor, I expected to be paid a bit more.

I had a similar experience as a post by David Armstrong before me. I walked in and there is a sign that instructs one to see staff if they are a new donor. I walked around the back to the donation floor because there is no receptionist. I ask staff and they tell me to "sign in". I do so. I then sit in the area marked "new donor " and it is actually occupied by an overflow of regular donors waiting to donate. Nobody will know who is an actual new donor without asking or checking the sign in sheet. Someone e

This place is beyond ridiculous. I have scars from mosquito bites on my forearm. They had me wait for almost 3 hours in order just to tell me due to 3 mosquito bite scars I can't donate. Only reason for the one star was to comment. Really I say negative 5 stars. Unprofessional as can be.

Terrible staffing .. Machines work way slow. Grifols is way better. Oh yeah and you can't use your card at gas station. They will put a pending on your card. And every time you use the card it takes off 1.50 nor you can't add it to cash app. And the first day I went I seen two people faint. lol idk if that's the medicine but other plasma never made me do that. Andrea Evarito is the assistant manager there and she's horrible and heartless ! I thought this was the best place to donate until they showed their true colors! I was being screened and my big boss called me because I was fired for no reason. I answered the phone and they told me I can't be in the phone on the booth. Then I walk in the waiting room the assistant manager told me to go to the bathroom. I am struggling and have to get my job back. After I go back to donate and was told to come back tomorrow.

Up until last week, I was pleased to go here. Now I am not so sure any more I donated Tuesday of last week. I ended up having a hard time with my left arm. They kept adjusting and readjusting the needle for about half an hour to 45 minutes. Then they finally decided to switch arms, no big deal, you would think. Had to call 30 minutes after my donation to remind them to put my money on the card. Then when I went to withdraw the 80 dollars there was only 78.50 on the card which the MANAGER Krispee lied and justified by saying it was a TRANSACTION FEE... WHAT TRANSACTION? The donor fees are very low and this place cant compete with other centers. Might as well find another place to go.

A blessed husband and fathers honest review. Sometimes I have to donate from time to time to make ends meet and this place was amazing for a plasma center. Lashanae was an amazing rep that got the job done and explained it perfectly! She was super friendly and knowledgeable about everything i needed to know and made the experience as fast and friendly as possible.! Shala was also an amazing rep too!

The staff here is friendly and professional! They truly care about your well being while being quick at the same time. No waiting hours on end like other centers!

Very Clean and the staff was very friendly. Very professional and just overall pleasant experience. Amber and dee are amazing. All the staff are good but these 2 ladies are my favorite.

It was in and out. Recently had to wait on my money for 2 hours. I guess the guy that does the paperwork was doing his job as fast as he could even tho I was the first person in and out.
