I LOOVE coming to this location??..the staff is SOO NICE AND FRIENDLY!????. Myra took my blood today??. Known some of them for yrs! No matter what, how their days are going, THEY always greet you with a smile. YOU LADIES ROCK????.
The staff here is amazing! Pleasant, welcoming, and friendly in every way. Myra, Edith, Penny, and Carolyn are fantastic and create a terrific atmosphere.
First of all, we respect the fact that people go in, like my husband, to donate blood for worthy cause. We appreciate the RNs and staff who better this community as a whole. Here's what I don't appreciate. My husband has a heart condition and the RN who helped him out this morning noted that she thought his iron levels were high due to clotting of the blood. Of course with a heart condition this put him into a tizzy, so he came home and started calling all of his doctors. He also dragged out his past recor
We gave blood at the mobile unit during the Fitness Fair in Palm Springs in January 2019... the staff was thorough, confident, efficient and pleasant. It was a great 1st time experience. Thank you
Everyone there is very nice especially Amber and Sasha. Got me in, took my blood, gave me treats, and leave happy knowing I can help someone else. ????
I go here often always nothing but pleasant, kind, and patient staff working there. For those of you that haven't tried donating blood it's good for everybody.????
I've been here many times. Each experience has been most professional and enjoyable. Excellent, friendly, and professional staff.
-Punctuality is inefficient; I can make an appointment at the DMV and get served with better timing. -We are here to donate blood and at least an hour of our time, not an hour to wait before going in. -Employees are friendly and the inside is clean.
The staff are always friendly and do their best to make you feel as comfortable as possible during donation and post donation at the canteen.
Mobile experience was relaxed and friendly. I was very comfortable thanks to everyone who was there.
Had an 11:00 appointment and I had to wait over an hour to be put in a room. Where I had to wait another 10 mins to be asked questions. Priority was given to a gentleman who had just arrived.
LifeStream is very efficient and very caring and I look forward to showing up every 8 weeks

Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
