Was asked to donate many times and sent 2 blood donor cards then got there to donate and I was told I wasn't eligible after wasting 20 min driving there. They have no system in place to tell someone that when an appointment is scheduled, so be prepared to waste your time. Manager was very dismissive and sidestepping my concerns about their scheduling process and wasting someone's time with their current setup by blaming privacy laws, even though they could have a flag on your profile and let you know in adv

First time at this location since it's closer to my office. It's run very well, I felt comfortable and relaxed. Staff was great and I even got a Royals shirt. I'll be coming here more often as I think you should too.

I've been going to this branch for 30+ years through moves and remodeling. These folks have fantastic heart. I've been to many of the community blood centers in the city and never get quite the warm welcoming feeling I do at Gladstone.

They are a wonderful and friendly staff, but I don't like being called in, only to be turned away for being a sexually active gay man. I appreciate the cause, but seriously, if you are going to test the blood for STD?s already, don't have a law that prevents gay men from donating just because they ?are more susceptible to sexually transmitted diseases?. That is homophomic and wrong. I have nothing specific against the staff here specifically. They are all wonderful people, but just wanted to spread awaren

I donated blood and was told to come back personally in few weeks to find out my blood type. When I went they told me it is not yet available in the system and come back in few weeks but at the same time encouraged me to donate blood again. When I call in few weeks agin they told me I have not given enough blood to find out my blood type and ask me to donate blood again to try and find out my blood type! Not sure what is going on! I just want to find out my blood type in case of emergency!

I've donated over 110 times here over the years. The staff are the main reason. I feel like family, and they make sure I am comfortable. Best donation center I have been to!

I go every 8 weeks. Staff here is excellent! Very friendly and extremely professional!

I always leave here a little lighter than when I came in! Great staff, skilled with their pokes. Saving lives and free Nutter Butters, what more could you ask for?

This donation center is awesome! The staff is very friendly every time I come in. Ashley is the best and by far my favorite! I could not ask for a better place to donate!

Everyone was friendly & professional. Explained everything that was going on. Very clean facility.

Great experience! Helpful and caring staff. Taneshia was such a pleasure and knowledgeable.

Professionally and caring staff! Third time giving blood today and each time has been a positive experience.

It takes 4 to 5 hours just for waiting your turn when there's no only couple donors at the whole place , most of workers are trainers and they will stabbing your arm with needles no matter what!

The people here are very nice and I've come to this location so much they know me by name, and I know them and we have fun
