I've been visiting Biomat since last December and have had a wonderful experience each time. Employees at this facility are always polite, professional, and make the process seamless from the time you walk in to the time you walk out. Special shout out to Marisol, specifically - she's always warm, attentive, and makes you feel at ease each time. Her needle work is smooth like butter, as well. Much gratitude to the whole team here. Would highly recommend this center if donating is what you're seeking!

Justine was very respectful and thorough in how I asked to be stuck with the needle and Brook CMS and Brittany are just always completely so nice. The only good thing about this place is that it's clean. The complaint process is a joke. They literally give you an 800 number to which no one answers and you get disconnected trying to leave a message. Outside of being discriminated against it's amazing the public gets fooled by false professionals . Overall good customer service. I switched from CSL. I had good experience on my first day even though I didn't get to donate plasma because I got lipemic. On my second day, Marisol was my phlebotomist. She was friendly and she did a great job doing my venipuncture. This is the part that gets me a little nervous when I get venipuncture by somebody that I'm not familiar with doing the job because if they're not good, I can totally feel it and sometimes it stings. Let me begin by saying Tropicana Grifols has been my home for donations for the last six months and I am sad to say I will not be donating here for much longer. Bruh I went there twice and the people acting like I can't donate, when I've literally been donating all my life..... this place is new and super strict, don't go here cause even with your veins showing clear as day their gonna reject you.... wouldn't recommend this plasma center to no one and plus it stinks in the lobby anyway

I have donated at other locations and this one definitely has the rest beat. The staff is so friendly and efficient! The amount of time you spend on the machine is half the time it takes at other locations. The location is clean and usually decorated for the upcoming holiday. Just a better experience overall!

Biomat is by far the best plasma place I've been to so far. My veins are pretty small so sometimes they are hard to get but Marisol always finds them perfectly and my machine never stops lol! 10/10

The whole staff here is very friendly. The place is very new and clean. There's plenty of places to sit down while waiting but the wait time is very quick. They have the newer modern equipment which makes the donations faster. This place is down the street from my house. And did I say the people here are friendly? I love this donation center! They do set appointments instead of walk-ins, which makes it more convenient and easy, and QUICK. It's clean and organized. I have yet to meet a staff member that isn't sweet and personable! They definitely care about the donors. They have a new donor bonuses, as well as other opportunities to get bonuses throughout the month! I consistently come here and I'm never disappointed with the care I receive. Highly recommend!

Poor Experience. Was there to donate for a friend. Could not because I had a bone graft for dental implants. Pleasant staff. After being told I could not donate due to bone graft, called back b/c I read I was entitled to $10 after the blood draw and u're rejected. Was told that it is only after the cannot perform the venipuncture. After making us read everything 3 times I do remember correctly. Bottom line. Poor experience for new customers. Thank you

Loved this place at one time. No more though! They changed there pay scale from 40/80 to 40/60 screwing there loyal donor's out if 960.00 a year! What a slap in the face! Then they tell you how plasma is in demand. You should be ashamed

I have been coming here since last month and it wasn't alot of people or longer wait which is a plus. The people here were so so nice and they made sure to work and communicate with me by writing on the papers. My favorite person named is Jessica! She is kind and caring ! I've been going here for a while. And I love the staff here! They are all well trained and professional. I'm typically in and out within an hour or so. At times it can get busy and thing a few extra bodies would forsure help but thankfully the staff is always so fun to talk to the time passes by fast. This location has gone from cold and distant to my favorite spot! I would recommend 10/10.

You know I just want to take the time if I can do a 10 star I would when you have an bad day, and you are going through something, as an customer service representative it's just what it is and you know everyone have a good and bad days but when you help, it's supposed to be professional when they're at work and for them to do their very best for a better outcome. at the end of the day Miss Karen is awesome I was told one thing and could?ve walked out the door being discouraged, but she didn't let me. The environment is nice, the people are friendly. They try to fit you in if you don't have an appointment as long as it's not too late in the day. They do play music if they have time to set it up. Sadly, we can't blast our own music but it's cool you can still listen to it without headphones just on low. Bathrooms are clean, equipment is clean.

I can only compare CSL with this place, as I have not gone to Biolife. The pay is relatively the same, so if money is your only concern, then pick any plasma center. However, what sets this place apart from CSL is the ability to schedule appointments (literally any time as long as theres availability) as well as having more modern machines that can process plasma faster. I find that I save about an hour or more when I go to Grifols. The building is also rather large, so you will have places to sit while wai

This place has really gone down hill lately! They allow you to book an appointment but you never get in on time. Mine was schedule for 1:00 p.m. and didn't get in till 2:00. Ridiculous system! Too many chiefs not enough Indians! Management needs to step up and contribute when busy instead of walking around doing nothing.

WiFi is super slow. We are donating plasma because we need money. I can't send a single email or do anything productive on my phone/ipad while in the chair. Please do better

Wow, what an amazing place! I've never donated plasma before but wanted to earn some supplemental income while helping a good cause. I saw the reviews for this location and had to check it out. This place is spotless. The staff are amazing. I was instantly greeted and directed through my first time screening process. Everyone was knowledgeable and answered my questions. This donation center is by far my favorite. Each staff member I encountered was friendly and informative, they made the entire process effortless and even enjoyable, which isn't something I would normally say about a donation center. Most importantly, this donation center is extremely clean. A positive customer experience is clearly valued at this location and I genuinely look forward to my next donation.

I used to enjoy coming here. Now, dealing with incompetent staff and pay scale cut has actually cost me more money and wasted time than it's worth.

Update 02/12: Upset! After this review was posted I was told I was deferred for donating without giving me proof of my ?low protein? even though I have been a frequent donor at other centers for months without issue. I was taken in with no problem two times at this location the last including Wednesday 02/01, and when I returned Friday they stated I am not eligible to donate due to low protein (without even testing me that day) when I was clearly eligible to donate and DID donate 2 days prior. This place is great, they are appointment based so no waiting in line for very long. Nice staff that are right to the point but still welcoming. The place is also spotless, actually I have to say it's cleaner than some hospitals. I'll be coming back all the time.

My experience was amazing! The staff are super friendly , very clean , and the process for new donors and return donors is fast. I highly recommend donating here.

Kaylin is absolutely amazing! Even though i have tattoos, I am not a fan of needles. She makes getting stuck with a needle really easy and very mild pain if any. She goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Always issues with this place! The staff is rude, lazy, and doesn't like to help. I had my hand up for 10 mins and no one came. The guy next to me came and ripped right through cause they had me turned down to the lowest settings. I spent 3 hours here the first time.e too

I used to love this place. Offering appointments made things quick and easy, until appointment times started running an hour over the schedule. Anymore if I come in for a 2:15, you will not been seen until 3:15. The pay keeps getting reduced. First they cut the bonuses, then they cut the weekly pay out amount. I hope they don't cut the staff because at this point that's the best part of the operation. The employees are really kind. The machines are super quick, too. Clarissa and Kaylin know what they're doing with the needle. I didn't feel anything, and everything went smooth.

Because of Sandra who was amazing, and mentioned that I can give a review on them I agreed. Biomat, is the best plasma donation facility that I have been to. I've been donating for 6 years just about, and this center is always clean professional and they thoroughly explain the process. I even referred a family member to this facility!! If you can refer someone that means it must be a great place. Now all the staff are very nice and blessed. I'll keep coming here even after the promotion.

I'm a returning donor and i've had great experiences with Biomat and donating and receiving your service. With that being said it was very unfortunate today that I had the experience of interacting with one of your employees Sabrina. I called in and she was very disengaging and not the usual concierge her customer service was even worse once I came into the office for screening. Marisol and the whole crew at Biomat usa are doing an amazing job. This one of the best places in vegas to donate.

Bad attitudes from the start. No smiles other than fake from the vein checker. Turned us away saying our veins were too small and no good. Went to csl instead and their senior phlebotomist was shocked since we have donated there multiple times and our veins are not too small. Employees here speak so softly and get irritated when you ask them to repeat. Really awful customer service and made is feel unwanted and like we did something wrong. Place was empty, likely because they turn everyone away.

I love that everyone can make an appointment and I don't have to wait in multiple lines to get the donation process done. If you calculate the time and money it's worth the wait versus going to other plasma locations. Also the staff is very friendly.

Way to short on staff, only 1 phlebotomist in the back to work the floor. Over 45 minutes to get hooked up and then another additional 30 minutes to get unhooked after donation was completed, over 3 hour ordeal.

Thanks to the entire staff, Ms Brooke and Ms Sandra are the Bomb. The center is clean, comfortable. Love the machines and extra incentives. The music makes u feel comfortable as well. I love going there. BioMat, u rock!!
