The service is good. And most times, the wait isn't excessive. However, the general ?cleanliness? is unsatisfactory. There's clearly blood all in front entrance. It's disgusting. The entry needs to be cleaned. No one wants to see blood stained concrete at the entrance of a donation center of any type?..

I had such a great experience at BioLife thanks to Jasmine and Tyesa! From the moment I walked in, they made everything feel so seamless and stress-free. Both of them handled me with such care and professionalism, it really made a difference. Their knowledge and gentle approach made me feel safe, seen, and valued. I truly appreciate the way they took care of me throughout the process. If you're thinking about stopping by BioLife, I highly recommend checking them out. You're in great hands with these two!

It's Grt, being able to interact with the Youth of today & at the same time "Do something worthwhile for others" Whille being rewarded not just an empty appreciation but also being compensated + rewarded with Member bonuses, swag & perks" Giving an overall & total support system..I enjoy greatly????????

This is the center where I had my first appointment last August and where I have donated the most times. Since I've been a regular here, I'm warmly welcomed by many of the staff that have seen me over the months. This is my favorite center to donate at out of the six that I have visited. I feel like a regular customer at a restaurant when I come here. Also, this location has wrap bandages in a variety of colors such as purple, blue, red, two shades of green, etc. which is a nice extra touch to complement on

Wouldn't let me donate because my Iron was too ?low? it was at a 36 instead of a 38 they could of easily gave me another beef jerky they offer and re did my physical.. no extra options no sorry just ?yeah get your iron up and you can try again some other day? wasted $10 on uber to tell me that. Definitely don't recommend it was a bad first experience. First girl light complexion was nice and welcoming. 2nd girl who did my physical Hispanic, darker complexion, just came back from lunch around 5:20 was not so

Very bad experience. The staff has no idea what they are doing. My first donation was ok but the phlebotomist the second time was such a bad stick that she gave me a hematoma the size of a golf ball on my right arm?. I've donated whole blood since I was eighteen and never had a problem with my arms. When I asked when I could come back they said within a week but when I came back they turned me down because of what THEY DID. Nurses have really bad and rude personalities. Just highly disappointing and I won't

Let me start by saying I don't like needles. But was amazed at how easily the did their job, and I honestly hardly noticed. The people are friendly, professional, and took their time getting me comfortable with it all. I scheduled my third appointment yesterday.

This is a pretty chill location but I'm guessing today was just not that great for the technician that I had at the front. My pulse gets pretty high sometimes because I get super nervous and anxious okay cool whatever. I normally have to wait the ten mins and retake my vitals, again no big deal. I guess I didn't realize that I'm supposed to wait until they tell me that I can get up because everyone else I've had I just kinda see my numbers, laugh and say ?I know I'll go take my seat?. However today, the gir

After some considerable time donating to this location, I finally decided to leave a review. What makes this location so great is the staff that makes this place run like clockwork. The staff at the front and on the floor. My experiences are so enjoyable with friendly interactions with staff members such as Jada, Jasmine, Haley, Rachel, Monet, and Zaida. Such great personalities. I'd also like to point out Maideny, but there is a little conflict of interest there because I may have a bit of a crush! ?? K

Looking to donate plasma for a good cause. Biolife is the place to go. Very organized with professional staff. You need to register online and make an appointment. If this is your first time, you will go through a physical and answer a questionnaire to see if you qualify. Make sure to eat a good meal before coming as you need it being you are donating plasma and don't want to pass out. They have an app and offer referral bonus if you refer others to them. They have a first customer bonus of up to $700 doll

This was my first time ever donating and I had an amazing experience! Everyone is very nice , professional, and efficient! Jada, Joan, Rachel & Jessica were awesome!

The staff is so kind. They truly go above and beyond to make your experience a pleasant one. They are kind, caring and attentive to all donors.

The staff were mostly all very professional and were good at handling patients with care. However, I had 3 failed attempts at donating. I so plan to return and try again, hopefully with success with my donation.

All the staff are professional and always willing to help. At first, I was a bit nervous, but the team was incredibly supportive. They took the time to explain every step of the process, which made everything much easier to understand. I truly appreciate their patience and dedication. Highly recommended!

I have gone to other plasma places. By far this is the worst place. Front staff just standing and talking while there is a long line for check in. Front staff are not correctly trained on how to do vitals. Blood drops on floor in public bathroom, staff was aware and no one cleaned it up. I will not be going back there. There are much cleaner places to go to.

If there was an option for 0 stars , I would?ve definitely given them that. I'm an international student and had all the possible documentations the gov has given me. The first time I went today there was a Hispanic woman who was very dismissive from the start, she then had to call her supervisor because she didn't know to deal with people without social, she then sends me back saying that she can only accept a physical copy of the document that was going to be used in place of the social. When I came back

Worst plasma center ive been to & I've donated for 7 years. a bunch of young employees who get mad if you ask for anything or need any help. Ive had more than 3 phlebotomists be rude to me when ive asked for a needle readjustment. wouldn't recommend this location to anyone.

Most of my visits at the new location are ok. I did see 3 people standing around in one section and 2 ladies in another section running around trying to keep up with the patients. And when they were pulling the tubes from the machine next to me, she was splashing plasma all over me, when she realized she apologized and wiped where she could see drops, but still pretty gross.

Biolife is a very exceptional Plasma Center. Very clean and the staff is way friendly. It is clean and they are fast. Would not go anywhere else

So here's a photo of my arm that I've used for four of them and then I used my other arm for my last one but I've done this five times really simple easy process they keep that place extremely clean and it doesn't smell bad to be honest The people there funny and friendly so if you're the manager over there you're staff needs a raise they're too kind not in a bad way but like they're just really funny and down to earth! The lines aren't that long Don't let anyone fool you I've gone there pretty much almost

The staff was so wonderful during my first visit and great bed side manor. As crazy as it gets to donate, all the employees are patient and kind. Shanika at the front was absolutely amazing- kind. Sweet soul.

My appointment was for 1:50pm. I was on time after questions on computer and physical I finally made it to the chair for donating at 4:30. The wait time was way too long. Just to find out 2 technicians could not find my veins after 2 sticks. So I could not donate. I was told try to go to another plasma donating company they may use smaller needles. First time ever trying this it was a horrible experience wasted time and 4 hours.

Have brought a friend here multiple times and almost every time they refuse to service her for one reason or another, AFTER making her wait 30 min to 1 hour. There is also a bad technician here causing massive hematomas and bruises that needs to be retrained. Incredibly unprofessional. Go to octapharma or just any other location than this one, you'll thank me!

I had such an amazing experience at Lewisville Biolife. Zaida and Shauna really took care of me, i?ll be back for sure!

As inflation rises, donor compensation drops. While the facilities around D-FW are decent, they're hardly worth the hassle? with low payouts and the fact that they're selling your plasma and personal data for financial gain. Pay close attention to the intake paperwork: the wording states you're waiving your HIPAA rights.

Was told I had to stop because of the ?pressure? and I wasn't sure what that meant until I clarified the situation. I don't know what has to happen so I can donate easier. They blew my vein when the repositioned the plasma needle.

I've had a great experience with the customer service team at BioLife. They're always friendly and do their best to get you in and out efficiently. Sundays and Mondays can sometimes be a bit short-staffed, so there might be a slight wait, but even then, they work hard to keep things moving as quickly as possible. Overall, I appreciate their effort and the positive atmosphere they maintain!

Everything is fine until one of the Tech don't put the needle right way, then you end up with a purple arm and cant donate on your next appointment because you have a purple arm that is not your fault so you loose your money. That is my only complaint! everything else it good. Good Customer service, clean and well run.

Lewisville is my favorite location so far . Very friendly staff with an eclectic music taste. I've never had a long wait which can happen from time to time on Sundays at different locations.

A few days ago I went to donate plasma. In the middle of the procedure, I started to feel dizzy and with a lot of pain in my arm. What happened was that they did the procedure wrong and they pierced the vein in such a way that the blood caused an injury in my arm and many bruises. To this day, I have trouble moving it. I consulted the doctor on site to get some medication, but they did nothing.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at the Lewisville location. I had my vein blown on my right arm and my vein collapsed on my left vein. I was told by BioLife that I was fine and that my veins were irritated. That was wrong. I went to my local fire station for them to look at my arms. They confirmed that I had a blown and collapsed vein and that there was no need for them to miss both arms as I have great veins. I emailed twice with no response. I would not go to this location.

Donating at BioLife has been a truly pleasant experience! The staff here are incredibly supportive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They're highly professional, and for someone like me who cringes at the sight of a needle, they've been amazing at helping me overcome that fear. There were even times I didn't even notice the needle was in! Each visit feels comfortable and stress-free, thanks to their attentive care and calming approach. I highly recommend BioLife to anyone interested in donating?it's a wonderful

A great staff! The whole crew is very helpful and informative! The get you in and out rather quickly.

The staff is always great, but there have been too many times that the sign-in computers have been faulty. Half of the times that I go in, the computer touch screens don't work and some of the times that I know that I answered the questions correctly, the end result was that I answered in a way that I was "unsure" and had to delay the process of getting in line to donate. This has happened far too often and I will probably stop going.

Most friendly staff I've ever met. Very welcoming and attentive to all your needs.

Each visit has been very pleasant with friendly interaction with each staff member.

The whole team/crew is always receptive and genuine. Cruise (Stocky - bald head - could have the name wrong) is tremendous at his post always in a good mood and keeps it positive. All the nurses are welcoming, and the facility is well kept. Bruno is great as well as his team

I am a regular donor the quality of the staff, as well as cleanliness of the bathrooms, has gone considerably down. I made an appointment walked in today to be told. I don't have an appointment and they can't squeeze me in even though they are not busy. I spoke with a manager who is a female. She said there's nothing she can do about it even though she could?ve allowed me to donate considering . Rachel is one of the technicians is extremely rude. Bruno is an excellent manager. Unfortunately not all manager

I have donated at a couple different plasma centers and Biolife is the best by far! As a whole from the employees to the compensation! And they are the fastest and treat you the best!

Very slow. The attendants seem to help people not based on who has an appointment but on what a person looks like, their ethnicity or sex.

Two stars and only because some of the people here are nice. But are you sure that this new non saline process is truly safe? I just found out that this center did not return all of my red blood cells two separate times with this new process and never said a word to me. I am now deferred for 2 months without warning because of the lack of competency to see the remaining red blood cells not returned and because of this new non-saline practice that leaves red blood cells in the machine without flushing them o

First I go to check in for my appointment as a first time donor. Receptionist told me that I don't have an appointment. So I have to show her the confirmation on my phone. She approved that and then I had to get all the necessary documents. I was told a bank statement was good proof of residency. It says it on the website too. To be told that was wouldn't work later on. Then I had to fill out all the questionnaires. The questions are EXTREMELY misleading and poorly written. It's like they are meant to trip

Joan was the most sweet lady!! She gave me 2 snacks, extra water and walked me through the whole experience as it was my very first time!! She signed me up on the app, helped me find the promotion so I could get paid more, and she even came and checked on me afterwards!! I wish Joan was apart of the process every time I go, not just the 1st time because she was an absolute sweet pea!! Staff was professional, kind and clean!! The facility is very Peaceful and plays awesome music. I had a lady named Jaiden ta

This location is very poorly run. I donate on a consistent basis. 2 weeks ago a tech poorly placed a needle and the flow was not great. I told him it felt like it was in the muscle. He said ?it's not?. He continued with the process. I finally had to ask another associate to fix it because I was in pain. We switched arms. As of today, I am still heavily bruised. I went to the center to have it checked and possibly donate, because hey, we all need money. I got here early before my appointment because I didn't

The staff is great here, and most everyone is really helpful. Special shout out to Jada, Naomi and Dolores for always being friendly and kind, they're some of the first interactions anyone has here and they make people feel welcome. Katy and Andrea are great leaders and help out wherever they can, and inspire others. Amber and Parker are so nice and helpful, and gentle, when they are hooking you up to machine and sticking you. Cruz is a standout and makes for an enjoyable time with all his singing, his

From the moment I walked in my experience was great. The entire staff was amazing! The ladies at the front desk were kind, compassionate and attentive. The nurse went above and beyond answering all my concerns. The staff in the back made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process; I didn't even feel the needle going in which was amazing. They are truly the glue to this entire donation process. They deserve a raise! Seriously, they do deserve it.

Donating with a cause is always fulfilling. Was my first time to donate a plasma and it's good to know it will save lives...Be sure to download their mobile app they have helpful hints before and after going there. There's also perks when donating here...

Tried calling their number multiple times and it rings a few times and hangs up, how is someone supposed to get ahold of them, makes no sense for a business not to have a way for people to get ahold of them

staff members having inappropriate conversations about other workers in front of me. only 1 nurse on duty and she was ok.. I understand she's the only nurse having to accommodate others and it's gets frustrating. so many different workers kept trying to fix the needle because the first girl didn't properly place it in now I have a BIG bruise on my forearm.

The staff was very kind and helpful, they were able to answer any questions I had about the process.

Extremely unprofessional and rude manager, I don't remember her name. The staff are fine, but one of them messed up my procedure and now I can no longer receive the $800 new donor bonus. Words of advice: 1. Go literally anywhere else 2. Always ask for an inside vein

Today was my first successful trauma free donation for plasma out of 3 tries I've had. My first experience at the Dallas location was the traumatic one from cleanliness, coldness of the staff, and pain from the needle the entire donation. The second time I was interrupted by a faulty setup from my plasma bag. Today however, changed my mind and will have me return. The staff was absolutely delightful at this location, and Jake was amazing from working with me on the proper vein to use, extremely kind, and mo

I can not say enough good about this location! I drive 45 min past 3 other locations just to come to Lewisville. The staff is so amazing it hard to call out just a few of them but Naomi, Taylor, Bailey, Jada, Bruno and Kassandra are at the top. They make it enjoyable and fun unlike the other centers I have been to. It is a testament to the great management team that their staff not only do an amazing job but seem to really enjoy what they do so much. This location should be a model for the staff and managem

I recently started to donate plasma, it was a good cause and it helped with a little extra money. I was in my second month and planned to continue, however, my recent experience at the Lewisville donation center was terrible. You go online prior to coming in to schedule your appointment. I appreciate this since like many of us, I'm have time sensitive obligations (work etc.) My appointment was at 9:05am on Sunday, I walked in to a long line?which honestly usually is not the case. By 9:40am I was finally in

If y'all are looking to make extra money by donating plasma, be sure to avoid Biolife over off of main. They have given me issues time and time again, wasting my time when I need the money. Others I know have had good experiences, but they have some incompetent staff there.

This is the best center I have ever donated at. The entire staff is always extremely friendly and considerate of all donors. Amber AR, Sarah L, Naomi, and Vada all particularly stick out, as they provide exceptional customer service without fail. The staff works hard to make sure all donors have a seamless donation experience! Additionally, Andrea, Cathy, and Kassandra have consistently gone above and beyond their specific roles to ensure that I have a pleasant experience every time I come in. I truly look

I showed up for my 3rd donation which was a scheduled apt. Only to be told I couldn't donate because of an abnormal protein lab result (taken from my first apt). No one contacted me to tell me there was an issue, and I was not compensated for the hour it took out of my day to go to the center for my scheduled apt. I was told I would need to go back 2 days later to retest and that I would still have to wait for the results before I could donate again. I was informed that I would not receive all of the new do

I've been coming to this location for almost a year now and I have no complaints. It's easy to get in an out in about an hour. The staff here is nothing short of amazing. Even with new hires coming in there's still some great staff. Specifically Haley and Jada who work at the front. They always say hi and ask me how I'm doing and have a way of making you feel welcome, whether it's your first donation or your hundredth. Highly recommend coming here ??

It was my 1sr experience with Bio Plasma. The staff was very professional and courteous. The whole process was very smooth.

They allow too many appointments to be booked and they are not staffed to handle the volume, which creates frustration on all sides. It is also ridiculously cold at this location, I understand the need to keep the temperature low, but arctic blast seems unnecessary.

I've been donating here for a while and it's been ok so far. About a month ago the technician Angel who was very obviously new at this poked me wrong and gave me a hematoma. Someone else had to come and switch arms. I didn't say anything or complain because I figured what's done is done and she's obviously still learning. Now with my most recent donation attempt I got Angel again. This is the exchange we had verbatim: Me: ?I'm really sorry but could somebody else poke me today?? Angel: ?That's actually not

AVOID BIOLIFE AT ALL COSTS I have been consistently donating plasma for sometime now. And I have rarely had any bad experience until I begin to use BioLife centers to take advantage of the New donor bonus. Huge mistake... After making 4 donations, the last one being the worst, I've decided never to donate there again and to tell everyone I know to avoid their centers! On my very first donation, the first tech did not set the needle correctly and the machine kept alarming. So she came back and pushed the ne

This place is GREAT. Nothing but good vibes all the employees are very kind and helpful. Although, who I think sines the brightest is Amber Arrida. Every time I go, she's always the most welcoming and happiest here. She has always had an amazing attitude ever single day I've gone.

This place is amazing the staff is great and professional.. I don't like needles so they make the process so easy for me .. thank you for all yall do!!

I have been donating here for a couple of months now and I will say my experience here is always great and they make sure you are well taken care of? ps faith who works in the front processing is amazing every time she sticks my finger to draw blood I don't feel no pain and she puts the band-aid on for you ?????? not all of them do that but she is kind hearted enough to do so?. Give her a raise for her kindness and hard work????

I have had a good experience for the most part here. Yes, the wait has been a bit long at times but I have donated plasma at other facilities and it can be that way at times everywhere. The issue I have had is that twice with the same screening tech my hematocrit was low. I wouldn't have thought much about it except the last time this happened she told me that she had to turn the last three donors away for the same thing. I asked her to please have someone else read the results but she went ahead and moved

Everyone is always friendly and always very helpful. I've never had a bad experience here at the location in Lewisville Tx.

it's always a good vibe walking in, sarah was super quick with my intake! managers/leads are always helping out and present upfront. i have one closer to my home but choose to come to this one as i didn't have a good walk in experience with the other location. staff are very attentive and always saying hi to everyone even just walking by.

I had given it 5 stars back when they first opened but since then the experience has declined substantially. I don't know if it's low staffing or too many donors but more often than not I'll be there 10min early and still can't seem to get stuck till 15min or more after my scheduled appointment.

Everytime I do my donation it's always a good vibe. Staff is friendly and they always keep the place nice and clean very comfortable. I get along with Amber she's just easy to talk to. She does her job very well and makes things nice, quick and smooth.

Super friendly staff and easy process to get on boarded. I've been coming regularly since October 2023 and it's gotten to the point where you see the same people and become friendly with them. I talk books with Allison and check in with a number of other staff like Amber at every visit.

The people are nice friendly can't ask for anything more

Very welcoming and helpful staff everyone there is friendly and will make you feel comfortable about the whole process. It can be very busy at times and you have to wait but other than that I have nothing but good things to say.

Had an amazing experiencing coming back for the first time after over a year away! Natasha and Hazel made it a smooth and easy appointment.

You'll be in good hands if you donate here. They take your health as first priority and you get paid immediately after your visit which is great. But if there are any issues on their end during your visit be prepared to have your time wasted with no remorse.

Last week I had cathy (the manager) did my preparation and when I tell you she was amazing! I don't know what happened but she asked me if I was ok? Am like yes ma?am but when i look down the needle was already in, she is that good! I want to thank you for the smooth experience everyone is nice there really nice thats the only reason I keep coming back.

The staff is amazing. I would have been very satisfied but the pay drops drastically after the promotion. I think our donation is worth more than 45 and 70 especially after doing research and seeing what y'all get from it.

I have been coming here over a year now. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. I drive from Fort Worth to the Lewisville location and it is absolutely worth the drive to me. Jada is especially my favorite. She's always in the front smiling and laughing and carrying on conversations with everyone. Her positive energy is contagious. Not only that, she's given me helpful tips for donations, including to eat beets. I really appreciate Jada and all the staff and BioLife Lewisville?s

I remember we used to be able come in and get a chair within 15 minutes. It's ridiculous that they allow so many people to make appointments at the same time. As I'm typing this it's been 50 minutes since I got here and I still haven't gotten a chair.

The staff here at the Lewisville, Texas location are amazing. The only place that needs attention are the restrooms. They are neglected and are always in need of cleaning in the afternoons. This needs to be addressed.

I have been coming to this Biolife since 2020. I don't know what is going on with some of the employees. They don't seem like they know what they are doing. Even more so, I have waited for almost an hour 3 times in a row. Especially the blonde with nose piercing. I don't know why, but when I come up and donate. I don't know her. She sees me come into her section and passes me off to someone else, and she goes somewhere else. Multiple people wait. People who come in after me. Leave before I do. This has happ

I just want to share my experience. So about a week ago I went and donated at this (plasma) location which in order to do they take your vitals(blood pressure, heart rate, iron protein etc.) Which you have to meet all metrics to even donate. So my vitals met all metrics and I donated. During my donation I was told that they had to take a blood sample to run extra test. So I did. I came back a week later to donate again and I was told I wasn't able to donate because my protein was low. I'm just confused on h

I have been a fairly donor for two years. I think the staff is great at this location. Wait times vary a lot and I expect there is reason for it each time. I go to appointments expecting two hours for the donation process - if I am done early, I am thrilled and if not, I am not surprised. I hope this location can improve the process time with more staff. I do hope that BioLife will keep compensation at $140/week or better. It does make it worth the trip. It has been a long time since extra bonus incentives

Had such a nice time saving lives. Very nice facility and very nice workers! Mckenna did a great job sticking me, quick and easy just how I like it. Delores did my evaluation and she was just the sweetest thing.

I have gone to this location twice now. First time I went in, I was all ready with my new donor coupon and everything. I was in there for 2 hours BEFORE I even got to the physical portion. I was differed for having a tattoo that was too fresh (my fault). I then waited?scheduled a new, new donor appointment. I was then told the ?new donor coupons no longer apply to me since I ?attempted to donate? previously. Fine whatever, $40 for a first donation somewhere seems kinda low but I went in anyway. I came in fo

some of the staff is slow, inattentive, and unenthusiastic about their work. i was dismissed by a random employee to leave after my donation instead of the one that was supposed to be timing and monitoring me. now, i got an email like i missed the appointment when i didn't, and i can't make a second appointment because my account doesn't even show my first visit as completed.

I have never had a good experience donating blood so I was nervous about donating plasma BUT after Dave Ramsey said its a good way to make extra money I tried and its not bad. All of the employees are caring, sweet, professional and very good at their job.

The staff at Lewisville are professional and friendly! They put people at ease well and work as quickly as possible, despite lots of demand. Their cleanliness and health standards are high, so I feel safe going there, even if I get deferred occasionally, as it's because of their high standards all around for health and safety.

I'm leaving a 5 star review specifically directed at the best technician currently working at this location, HAZEL. She is by far the best out of all the technicians ever. Perfect stick and donation process everytime thanks to her!

Lewisville is the best location. The girls at the front are very friendly and helpful. Jada always has a smile and is very welcoming. Cruz brings a great energy to the floor and is very helpful. Great group of people.

Maideny did my screening. She has always been quick, efficient and always nice to me and others who come in to donate. The rest of the stuff is nothing short of professional, sweet, and above all, accommodating to what their clients need.

I would like to recognize one of your employees for their help. Maldeny always goes above and beyond with her patients. From the new ones as well as the frequent ones. It is hard to find someone so willing to help. Thank you for having employees like her at your center. Mike Wilburn

Do not donate plasma if you are in need of money. Although it can be rewarding, the pay is horrible. You get lured in with a big bonus to start and after you receive that amount it lessens dramatically. It goes from $90 for one donation to as little as $95 for the week. For what people are willing to put their body through the compensation needs to be better. Thank God the staff is nice.

I am utterly appalled by the abhorrent treatment I endured during my recent appointment at your establishment. Despite my polite and reasonable request to be attended to by a certified professional due to previous negative encounters, I was met with nothing short of hostility and disrespect from an individual named Joey. Not only did she outright dismiss my valid concerns, but she proceeded to subject me to humiliation and degradation in front of other patients. Joey's appalling conduct reached its peak wh

I was very hesitant to come for the first time, especially with having a fear of needles, but the whole experience was very smooth & easy going. Alison did an amazing job during the whole donation process & was very kind.

I absolutely love coming to this BioLife in Lewisville it's always a quick trip and very easy process, I will say tho not everyone is a pro for I have been hurt with the needle before but I will say not everyone is a new bee I absolutely love when I get Allison?s station she is amazing at this job I always tell her I am happy when I get the needle inserted by her because she has such a light hand I can't even feel the needle coming in or out this person has the perfect skill and is quick and I believe she

Overall my experience w BioLife has left much to be desired. The employees lack in communication skills. In several visits they did not communicate crucial information which lead to unnecessary trips. This lead to missed hours at work and gas is expensive. Lack of communication did not stop w me as I witnessed other life savers sit and wait for hours just to be told they could not donate. In one instance, a person cried. Please improve your communication and hospitality skills.

Delores is always very welcoming & sweet when I show up. Kat was helpful in taking care of my finger that wanted to keep bleeding everywhere. Cruz & Taylar were very attentive to everyone?s needs at the stations & personable to chat with. It feels like family when I come in.

Generally the process is fast and easy. I'm usually in and out in less than an hour. However, sometimes it seems they overschedule, and the wait is nuts. That might be staff calling in sick, though. Most of the techs are so skilled I don't even feel the stick! The reason I gave 4 stars is because when I had to do a draw to have my protein tested more in depth, I had to go in 3 times before their offsite lab could process the sample correctly. That whole process took almost a month. That was frustrating.

Most of the staff are all friendly, yet professional/ very concerned about making sure you are comfortable and attentive if you need anything. Just wish they would stop playing the offensive music. Also, only 2 restrooms and 1 is always out of order. Stop decreasing the incentive! Was $!40 now down to $105. Ridiculous when you all receive 3-4 times that amount for 1 bottle/bag.

The staff is always SO GREAT! Very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and loaded with smiles! Also you can feel the camaraderie among the staff for a positive environment. It's also maintained very well!

Alison, was very professional, helpful & knew how to do Her job-RT.???

Amber Arriola always lightens up the place and makes you feel welcomed. The first time I came in, she explained to me how the process works and made sure I was knowledgeable about what to do before and after donating. She always has a smile that lightens up your soul and gives you the home vibe.

Staff exemplifies a true team of experts who care for donors in a friendly, efficient manner... consistently! They're all fantastic but shout-out to Allison, Cathy, Amber (x2) Jada, Taylor, Bailey, Jennifer S, & Naomi! (I'm sure I still missed several.)

This facility has a very positive environment. As soon as I walk in I felt very welcome. Maideny overall was very attentive on my last visit and made sure to explain every step .

I have been donating at biolife for two years at all three of my local centers and am ecstatic to say that this center is by far the best. My experience was amazing from the moment I walked in the door to the lobby with greetings and smiles from the entire staff. Ashley was amazing while checking my vitals we had a light conversation with a few giggles. Johanna (Joey) was my tech and made me feel completely confident and comfortable in my donation visit. I will definitely visit this location for my

During my last donation the tech inserted the needle at a weird, side angle. When I told her it stung she backed it out a little. That seemed to take care of the stinging. Unfortunately, my arm was very black and blue where the needle went in, and farther down my arm towards the wrist. My arm was sore around my elbow joint as well. It took several days for this to clear up. I have never had this experience with a donation before. There was enough staff to keep the line of patients moving. There was so

The staff was nice and friendly and the line moved quickly. I noticed during donation that the needle felt like it was pulling my vein up a bit but didn't think too much of it at the time. Now, 2 days later, my arm is very bruised and sore/tender. I have not had this happen before so it caught me off guard.

Thanks to Jada and Delores, my visit to BioLife Lewisville was not only efficient but also a positive and rewarding experience. Their dedication to providing exceptional service is truly commendable, and they are assets to the BioLife team. I wholeheartedly recommend BioLife Lewisville to anyone considering plasma donation. With professionals like Jada and Delores, you can expect a seamless and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

ALWAYS a bad experience. Just be aware. The front desk lady usually has an attitude. Specifically an older lady, with washed out/at home dye black to grey ombr? hair. Not happy to be there every time I've had questions or concerns with her. They hate to answer your worries they are very unprofessional when they answer the phone as well. I've seen the same front desk lady everytime and always has disgusting attitude. Is she a nurse? ALSO a very unprofessional nurse did not put the needle in correctly and cau

Maideny is one of the best employees there she is always positive and always helps with respect and she always has a smile in her face :)

Went in today to do my physical and start my donation process. What I witnessed and felt was chaos and uncomfortable respectfully. I was informed that the first visit would be 2-3 hours, when I got here. I was told 4.5 to 5 hours. Not a very sanitary place and as one of the other reviews noted the nurses not very attentive. I am trying to think of how to describe it and the only thing that comes to mind is a DMV clinic. Wish I would have taken pictures but I was just trying to get out. I will not visit

Amber Allen was a breath of fresh air. She was thorough and did her job quickly with a beautiful smile. Need more people like her in all customer service industries. I barely felt the needle.

Plasma saves lives and is critical for treating burn victims. You can donate once or twice a week. Help save lives and make a little money. Help yourself cover some minor expenses or save it up to invest in your future. Clean environment, friendly staff, and only takes about an hour to complete. Win-win! See you there?????

Overall friendly staff, just make sure you don't get bailey. When it's time to draw plasma she will inject the needle wrongly multiple times before she gets it right which will causes a lot of pain and discomfort. I doubt she's doing it intentionally just she just doesn't know what she's doing.

They are rude here, I moved and when I tried to change my address, they said they needed proof, okay that's fine. I gave them my electric bill but because I used my Married name and not my Maiden name on the bill they couldn't take it because my ID hasn't been updated. Later that day I found mail with my current address and my maiden name so I went to the Denton location to change the address and they said I was good. The next day I went back to the Lewisville location and tried again, and they told me that

I've recently switched from the Denton location to the Lewisville location (closer to home) and the people are wonderful. It's been years since I donated due to tattoos/surgeries/life, so coming back into donating has been different. The atmosphere is light and the phlebotomy team at the Lewisville location is top notch! Thank you all so much

The Lewisvill facility seems to run the smoothest of all the locations I have been too. However, when these locations are short staffed, and there is significant wait time, the value is not worth my time.

Terrible experience with getting kicked out from the AC into the high heat even though I was waiting for my partner to undergo their processing and I clearly had business in there. Horrible hospitality and attitude towards customers and their loved ones.

I have no problems with the staff or the facility... But if they keep dropping the payment amounts, I'm done. dropped $5 per week for the last 3 weeks... I know it's not a lot, but it adds up over time. update... dropped compensation again. bonus program is weak... notnsure where to go from here. I would think you'd like to keep someone who's been repeatedly donating for 3 months now, but I guess incentivizing new donors is more important smh

Been going for about 3 months with no issues. Then go and a tech I've never seen before named Noah says the tattoo on left arm is an issue. It wasn't an issue before and no one else said anything. Says there needs to be an inch of clearance in between. Says ?let me grab a my manager. I don't wNt to defer you man?. That was a laugh because this guy was clearly going out of his way to do so. Manager comes says that the inch of clearance is preferred but not required. Just can not do through ink. Well there wa

I came to donate and was told I couldn't . Something about protein in my blood . Someone was supposed to call and tell me last week but didn't and now o have to come back the 30th and be tested and wait 7-10 days ? I won't be able to give the 8 times for the 800 now because of it . I wish bio communication was better . This has happened 3 times now , me driving to your location to be told I should have been called Frustrating to say the least . Tracie

I love BioLife. Not this location though. I'm not one to complain. However, I just watched 3 people turned away for high heart rates (including myself) all checked by the same person on the same machine. I even asked if I could be checked by a different employee after watching the first person she turned away complain to the person at the front. After calling to speak with a manager and being told that their policy doesn't allow you to switch to another person, I'm positive of one thing. I will never return

I use to donate at biolife in Desoto years ago. Loved it but they were always slow, talkative staff amongst each other, etc. I've scheduled many appointments out here and tried calling several times for clarification on what's needed. But no one ever answers the phones! So I reschedule or cancel my appointment. Based on the reviews I'm seeing it's common and i dodged a bullet with this location. JUST GO TO OCTAPHARMA UP YHE STREET. They are soooo attentive, quick, respectful, and pay more.

What's the point of making an appointment if you are going to sit well over an hour and no one still takes you for the evaluation.. yet they are helping the people standing in the line on the side? Worst ever. Not coming back

Jennifer, the lady that enter my info and checked my blood was very friendly. I love that she was telling me what she was doing and why. The RN (apologies for not remembering her name) was amazing with her attitude and guiding me.

Absolutely the KINDEST staff I have ever met! They are absolutely wonderful!! I dont EVER leave google reviews, but THIS PLACE DESERVES IT!! LOVE YOU LEWISVILLE TX BIO LIFE!!!

People don't take you in order as you arrive to start the donating process. Always understaffed because of scheduling and workers are constantly stopping to socialize.

I had positive interactions with everyone that helped me. And I enjoyed talking with my phlebotomist. I also felt I was in the best hands while donating. The needle stick barely hurt as well!! well done Biolife Lewisville staff!!

Great service today!! I was in and out in 52 minutes!! Great job by the staff at keeping things moving. Keep up the good work!

I went there last week and there was a woman who left her seat without any excuses and started dancing during the conversation when a song came on and didn't look professional. I think the person in charge needs to improve because the atmosphere is too noisy.

Maideny is awesome always greets me with a smile . Excellent service I've been coming here for a while now , and every single staff member here has made me feel welcomed and taken care of, they have made my donation process easy, the only reason i keep coming to this location and not the one closer to my house is because of the staff here !

Well I had a good feeling about this place and I've heard only good things from some of my close friends. Therefore I made an appointment the night before and then woke up early the next morning, drank plenty of water, ate some food, and brought all the necessary documents and everything I need. I then drove about 20 minutes and was delayed a little bit because fire trucks were blocking an intersection due to a fire on the way. That being said, I got to bio life about 3 minutes past their ?10 minute grace p

Front desk, screeners and phlebotomists are friendly and professional. Your staff is a true asset to your organization. I have been recommending you to friends and family. Thank you for the great services that you provide!!

Rude phlebotomist had me hooked up to a machine for over an hour while coming back 4 times to readjust the needle(and basically giving me a hematoma) before ?suggesting? I use my other arm. Had she not played in my arm for an hour I might have been more willing. Then she ended my session early after telling me I could keep using the same arm. I left with a bruise and I got cheated out of my last promotional payment and STILL have not heard back from a manager after calling 3 days ago. I wouldn't recommend.

If you do drugs and want to get paid for donations to get for your next fix this is the place apparently they rather take people who lie everyday vs someone who forgot to put on their application that they had piercings from 20+ years ago

Excellent facility. Everyone is friendly and personable. Management is very resourceful. Facilitystays busy. Special recognition to Jada, Dollores, Robin, Jennifer, and Avery.

The girls who work here are one of 3 things. 1. Inattentive. Constantly talking to each other rather than paying attention to the donors and questions they may have. 2. Passive aggressive, and not in the cute way they think they are. I get that they see 100+ ppl a day but baby gworl keep the ?it's gonna be a no from us :)? to your fake celebrity show you play with yourself in the mirror every morning. 3. Both. I try to be understanding about everyone?s situation but if you're gonna act like this and get

I've been rescheduled 3 times in a row the last lady literally told me 7:30am I showed up at 7:30 and then she says she showed 11:50 . As this wouldn't work for my schedule I have a Dr appointment for my new born at 11 . Although extremely irritated Mrs. Andy was able to get the issue resolved by scheduling me for an appointment for the next day at another bio life facility. Andy is a rock star manager but the staff not even dropping her name is rude this facility is over packed so if you decide to go here

Great location!. The staff is always so friendly but Allison and Jada are wonderful! They are exceptional at their jobs and always make donating a great experience!

I enjoy walking into this place! Since you step in you can feel the positive environment and this gives me a positive energy for the day! Everyone is respectful but joyful! Thanks for all you do for each one of us

We all showed up for our appointments and waited in our cars for over 2 hours. I finally had to leave after the 2 hour mark. They said there would be a "delayed opeing" because their nurse just didn't show up today. I drove 25 miles to get to my appointment. I was not informed my appointment would need to be rescheduled or canceled. It was a complete waste of gas and no money.

I have gone to the Lewisville, TX location since May (Late Oct now). Have always had professional staff experiences and one time a machine froze up. They followed the routine to return the blood and stuff and followed the procedure book to be absolutely sure things were done right. I knocked off a star because one time this summer I had to have a sample tested and 2 weeks later I had to re-do it because the first one was never processed...

Naomi and Erica always take care of me. They make sure to get me checked in as fast as possible and always have a smiling face to greet me when I walk in!

I'm impressed with a young lady name maidevy she is always in good spirits and she really made my day today because I was not having a good day but when I saw her with that smile it made me feel better. BioLife is the best plasma donation center in the DFW always good music and great staff and Management.

Absolutely terrible, horrible customer service, I scheduled a physical appointment to donate I showed up on time and was asked to wait in the waiting room 30 mins later I was told that they are over booked and cannot see me. I advised that the coupon I was going to use expired today so what was I supposed to do about that. The assistant manager on duty pretty much told me there was nothing she could do and that I will need to wait for another one. This had me upset to the highest level, not only did I drive

Biolife emails me specials all the time to get me to come back in. I finally decide to come back and donate again. I scheduled an appointment and even took off work. When I get there, at my appointment time, they tell me I need another physical because I haven't been in for 4-6 months, and it needs to be scheduled. I drove all the way up there after taking off work and I cannot get my physical today and I cannot donate today. Why, in all those emails they sent me, not one mentioned this. The only way to fin

We've felt safe and appreciated the high standard of cleanliness and SOPs at BioLife. The staff maintains friendliness and professionalism, even when they are incredibly busy and short-staffed, in our experience.

Update: 1/23/2021 I have emailed the company as recommended and no one responds. It isn't about the compensation but the Behavior Of management a detailed email was already sent to you Update 1/16/2021 I emailed the company at the email provided and no one acknowledged it. It's just a generic reply, it seems This place is very unorganized, very lengthy wait times and many chairs are open And they still can't accommodate people. Operationally, they struggle to face their scheduled appointments. During my

First of all , this is a great way to help others and help yourself specially if you are in an economic stressful situation, but as per my own experience they need to get more qualified personnel, I was left out with bruises on my arm a couple times, and the last time I was there, they didn't tighten the bandage correctly so I was bleeding profusely had to go back and get clean up and get a new bandage and this time tight enough, it was scary .

I had coupon for new donor for 4 donations for $500. Driving 55 miles it was worth $125. My 1st donation I had hematoma and was bruised for a week. 2nd donation went fine. 3rd donation again a hematoma and 4th donation was good. Now I want to donate more but $40 and $80 is not work the 55 mile drive for the time and gas. Need to have promotions for existing donors to reward us for continuing. I will not donate if only get $120 a week. Send similar promotions for existing that you have for new donors.

Everyone is always so nice! They welcome me by name and make me feel like I'm really making a difference. I appreciate the staff and how they make me feel welcomed even when it's busy. They also do a great job talking you through any questions you may have.

Deferred for low protein even though I've passed every screening test within range, waiting weeks for a simple blood test result, my pay has reset because it's been so long now and no one ever answers the phone for option one or two so I'm not sure why they even have those. They pay the best out of the local plasma donation centers unfortunately so they know they can jerk people around and they won't go elsewhere. Two thumbs down.

Staff is nice but that is the only plus for this facility. I have donated at several donation centers before and have never had to wait longer than 15 minutes to donate. Today was almost and hour and a half before I was seated to start. Poor management and appointment scheduling. If you come here expect regular heavy wait times.

Donating at this location takes forever. When I finally got to donate the first time, it took over 2 hours. I scheduled my second appointment, drove an hour after a 10 hour shift to get to the clinic, only to be told my account was locked due to ?mental health? and needed doctor approval before donating, even though they had no issues taking my plasma three days ago. The blood tests came back perfect. No compensation for the wasted time and gas it took to get there.

Allison is incredible at the Lewisville location, she is nice and welcoming. Allison makes the experience so pleasing when coming here and she is great at locating my vein.

by far the worst experience i?ve ever had at one of these clinics. the staff i dealt with were extremely rude and unprofessional. if you don't like your job there's plenty of other options in dallas

I've been donating with bio life for over 6 years. This newer facility seems to be struggling with the pressure of growth. Its hard to find available appointments. And, when i do get an appointment the wait is not what I consider exceptable. 3 days ago I spent nearly 2 hours for a simple donation, today i thought I'd try early morning. Spent nearly 20 minutes in line because there didn't appear to be enough staff (making me late for work). The staff are great, and friendly. I just miss the days when I co

This is the absolute worst place ever the staff is rude and unprofessional. I came to donate and it took almost 40 minutes just to get connected to the machine when I asked one of the techs who claimed there name was Trisha ( she wasn't wearing a name tagg) she was rude told me I can just go home. And she doesn't know how to explain anything to me? she then proceeded to go put a woman on the machine that sat down way after me. And then Trisha asked me if I worked in fast food?. this place is poorly ran and

I've been coming here for over 2.5 years. Everyone always is super nice. Especially one of the techs her name is Haley is :)

Every time I go to the facility in Lewisville they're very helpful very knowledgeable and very nice people especially Miss Dolores anything I need she always helps me with she is the best ??????

Excellent experience; very professional and hygienic.

My second time donating and had another wonderful experience with Kayla. I came in a little gloomy and she made me smile and laugh. I'm always a little nervous with the needle in the vein but her stick was perfect and she was very courteous. If you're thinking about donating I would definitely recommend this center.

Interview with nurse and whole process until I got stuck was great. Unfortunately, the phlebotomist that stuck me missed and bruised me pretty badly. Now I can't give because of your inaccuracies.

Everything went smooth during my visit and all the staff are nice and approachable knowledgeable as well got me in and out like a flash although I got sick but it's come from the process so I still coming back to donate more of my plasma and thank you for all you do

There is always a long wait. The last few times I've been in I've had to wait over 1 hour to just get to a bed and no employees seem to care. I was told when I asked why it was taking so long and it's because they fired 4 people recently apparently. Hire some more people and stop making us wait so long. Currently there are over 20 people in front of me and I'm already 15 minutes past my appointment time. 2 hours later I'm not even able to donate because the chick can't get a stick in either of my arms. And

Been donating at this location over a year, great experience all around! Maideny, Halye, Sarah O and the rest of the staff are super friendly and welcoming every time I come in!

A couple of the black/african american technicians are a little bit jealous of patients, when that is the case they are very unprofessional. As someone who works in healthcare as well, it's not a good look due that I'm apart of a very notable family in U.S. Another factor as to why the medical screeners/phlebotomists at some BioLife centers are rude could be that they don't get paid a lot but hopefully as they grow up they will make more money and not be as miserable, since a lot them look like they just gr

I first donated here in March 2021. The staff works so hard in getting everyone through quickly and still has a sense of humor. The app is easy to schedule appointments. Kayla and Samantha are super friendly and always care that I"m taken care of.

The one star is for the professional and nice tech i had. The missing 4 is for how long and unorganized the facility is. I was a first time donor and they said it'll take 2 hours for the whole process. I came in with my girlfriend at 1:55pm and we left at 6:00pm. We waited around for over 3 hours. They are grossly understaffed and I was left wandering around a few times due to lack of instructions. The short indian lady is very rude by the way. Overall I think they could?ve been much better if properly mana

I've been to this location 6 times mow and once I finally dropped my expectations of being treated with respect and like a human being, my experience was far more tolerable. The front desk staff are rude, disrespectful and the OBVIOUSLY do not want to be there. All donors are looked at with disgust and treated like drug fenes and run through an assembly line! They over book appointments and they have zero consideration for the donors time. The website said the initial appointment would take "up to two hour

Very friendly staff. Also they pay out well for your donation and doesn't take long at all only about 2 hours tops for your first donation if you qualify in about an hour tops for your second not even. I would recommend others to go donate as well and get paid. They don't pay cash they give it to you on your card but the first time an ATM is free and if you use 7-Eleven ATMs it's free as well. Doesn't hurt really or anything it's weird when they put the blood back in you but that's it

If your new and wanna try it don't?.Slow, so so slow. Was there for an hour before we even got started. Place was over crowded and they never have enough people to cover the amount of people there. If I didn't rely on their service due to COVID affecting my job I would not come back. ( was there for 4 hours)THIS HAS HAPPENED MULTIPLE TIMES. I like the service it's just not worth the wait at this point. 4 hours at the rate I get paid I might as well go work overtime and make more. Please please please don't

I really like this place ! The staff took their time to explain all of the procedures to me. I really appreciated it because it was my first time donating plasma and I was a bit uncertain. The staff is absolutely wonderful here and very professional and knowledgeable. They provided me with the reassurance I needed to successfully complete the procedure. The facility is extremely clean and neat and that is always an important aspect of any medical establishment.. I had no issues receiving my pay

I was due for samples. I gave one on Tues. I gave one again on a Thursday. And then they demanded one on my last visit and wouldn't let me donate. I'm out money for a third time for NO REASON. They said the others were LOST.

Excellent and professional attitude toward donors. My person was Corbin and he was straight forward with all the info that I needed. Every person there was very professional and relatable. Overall excellent experience. Definitely rock stars at their jobs.

I had the worst time while donating yesterday. You need to give your workers more training on how to properly insert a needle because it left me completely traumatized.

This center is *scrupulously* clean & all possible precautions are taken, including 'social distancing' (a 6' physical separation between all all donors) plus extra frequent cleaning of all surfaces during the Corona virus pandemic -- bravo! Staff is both professional and personable. ???? *If* you're concerned about wait times, etc. (especially when donating your first time), please check the "popular times" bar graphs for each day of the week &/or GIVE them a CALL to find out busy/less busy appointment ti

I've been coming to the Lewisville location almost since opening. All staff I've ever interacted with are extremely pleasant and helpful. It's easy to feel like time flies while you're in the chair. Environment is welcoming. Definitely less hectic than their northern location (sorry Denton folk!). My kid even bugs to come with me and visit the playroom. Highly recommend!!!

One of the best plasma centers where I have donated. Very professional and well maintained. The staff is great and I would like to thank Amber and Sarah for always being pleasant and kind!

The staff is sure friendly & professional. They're quick at getting you in & out of there. My girl Lyric is always so spirited & brightens everyone's day!

Dolores was very helpful helping me through the check in process. This location is the best location I have never been to. Always in and out in a timely manner!

Dolores (my bestie) Julietta and Jada are amazing! They made my donation smooth, easy and informative. Great Staff

The techs and everyone were great, I was just disappointed that the machine had an error and I was unable to complete my donation or receive my red cells back. I am grateful that it did not impact my compensation or my ability to return this week.

I love this center. The staff is always so friendly. The receptionists Erica and Dolores are amazing. Always super helpful when I have any questions. I highly recommend this Biolife Plasma Center!!!

I love going to this location! Everybody is so friendly and attentive, they make sure you're getting the best care possibly. Lileny, Bri and Karla always greet me with a smile. Lyric, Bruno, George, Meilani, McKenna, Adrianna and Dakota are always on top of things and make sure my donation is going perfectly. I haven't met one employee that isn't helpful, kind, and attentive. If I could name them all here, I would! I love going to this location and will continue to do so.

They keep the lines moving, everyone is friendly and kind and the sticks are as pain free as they can get considering the size of the needle.

This is total bull. I have had nothing but troubles every time I go. The wait is RIDICULOUS. I just waited an entire hour and STILL had not started donating? not worth the time you sit there waiting to donate. I got up and walked out.. what's the point of having a set appointment and then still having to wait over an hour to start?!?! Not okay. Do not recommend.

Took an hour to hit a chair. Just straight up disrespect for your time. They control the traffic with the appointments set. Clearly it's just greed to over book the facilities and cram us in like sardines. Not everyone donates for money. Some of us actually have family history of illnesses that require plasma treatment. It's just a shame they seem to only be in for the dollars they generate from our donations.

Was lifetime deferred and when I tried to email corporate twice about it I received no response. I've given plasma MANY times and referred people to this company which I will no longer do.

Well, l don't if the technicians just Ignore what they were thought in training or if the training is that bad. I woke up at 6:00 am, drove 20 minutes to get rejected because I am supposedly ?not enough hydrated? I am always super hydrated, it only takes me at most half an hour to donate 900ml of plasma. Here is what happened, she barely sticks my finger so blood wasn't coming out. She tried again on the same finger still not enough. I told her she wasn't pressing hard enough. She totally ignored me and m

I have only had good experiences here. I feel all the Techs here want you to be comfortable, and their efforts don't go unnoticed.

This place used to run so smooth but now it takes forever just for vitals. I used to be out so quickly now it's nearly two hours. Understaffed here and it definitely shows. Save yourself the time if you can and go to another location.

I have been going to BioLife in Lewisville for over a year now and it has had its ups and downs on service, but I will tell you that in the past few months they have really stepped their game up!!! I love working with Lyric, I can never feel the stick! She makes it seem so easy and she always keeps me relaxed!

Jada and Amber are the best! They have great personalities, are fun to interact with, and do their best to make the pre screen process quick ????

Updating my review to very positive. Much less crowded than 6 month ago. Lines are moving faster. New machines making fast donation. The average time to spend is about an hour and a half.

Been coming to the Lewisville location for about a year and a half, and adore the staff here! I'm familiar with most of the crew and learning the new faces, and enjoy each and every one of them!

Great place, very clean and staff is helpful and reassuring.

Always a great experience with Lewisville Biolife. The techs and staff are very efficient and always make me feel comfortable donating. Corbin checked me in today. I know you can't pick your people who check you in but if you meet Corbin you will want him to check you in every visit. He makes the process quick and painless. Very kind and considerate staff all around.

I have been Donating since July 6th of 2021 and from my physical and donation on my very first appointment, I have had nothing but a great experience at this center! The staff members are kind and have very good bedside manner. They always answer my questions. They have great upbeat energy but also make donating fun and inviting.
