This CSL is a very clean and professional center with a friendly and welcoming staff. Madison and Chris are absolute GOATs when it comes to sticking they never miss a vein. The rest of the team is also excellent at their jobs and always treat donors with kindness and professionalism. Great experience every time.
Oxford Circle is the only plasma center I go to. What brings me back every week, beyond helping others, is seeing Chris?s smiling face. He is always a pleasure to talk too and I barely feel the needle when he sticks me. He is always courteous and makes sure I'm ok before he walks away. I personally feel he is what makes CSL on Oxford!
I needed a little extra money so I decided to go ahead and donate, I went to this location I took my brother so he could take care of my daughter, a man told me that I couldn't take in kids, I had no idea that i couldn't take my daughter so I gave my brother the keys and told him to go get something to eat so my daughter and him could stay out of the heat, I was called back to the desk a few minutes later by a different man I was told I cannot leave my kids in the parking lot, I was confused and explaine
The group lead in the reception department, Mario, was super helpful and very informative! He got me in and out very quickly and did a great job relaying all the information I needed to know in a fast and friendly manner. I would definitely come again for this level of service!
Kate and the staff are amazing! Every time I'm there I get in in out in a timely manner! The staff?s always on point with their work and they are super nice and helpful when you have questions! 10/10 definitely recommend the Oxford circle location!
I've donated on and off over the past 10 years and this location is the better of the two in Lexington. It's always clean, the phlebotomists are kind, and the nurses are very understanding. Special shoutout to Kate the phlebotomist, very gentle with her needle insertion, even when I'm a little dehydrated.
When I went in for my first and second donation all of the workers were so sweet, and thorough with the process explaining everything. Ms. Kate is good at sticking and very funny too. Made me feel very comfortable.
Very good experience with most of the phlebotomists, especially Chris. Always respectful and professional. There is 1 female who is very negative and unpleasant but all in all a good staff.
Kate was amazing. So kind and helpful. She was quick and precise with inserting the needle and made my second time donating so easy and pleasant. She was attentive and responsive and close when I needed her.
Chris and Kay are great! They really make you feel safe and welcome. They're great sticks and always here. Give them a raise!
CSL plasma is an amazing place to go to donate plasma. They are easy to work with and get you in and out fairly quick. Many of the employees do an amazing job. The last few times i?ve donated kate has helped me out and always makes sure it goes smooth and comfortable.
I've been donating at the CSL Plasma Center Oxford Circle location for about two years now, and it's become a highlight thanks to the clean, welcoming environment. The staff are incredibly friendly and personable?Kate, Chris, Jacqueline, and Ben stand out for their kindness and professionalism, making every visit enjoyable. Whether it's their warm greetings or the smooth process, they're a big reason I keep coming back!
Kates awesome!!! She's very gentle and is super friendly and knowledgeable about passing. Always enjoy her company when I'm there.
Most of the staff is really courteous, Ms Kate is really friendly, an goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable, she will answer any questions someone may have, checks on you making sure you're ok, an doesn't leave you waiting once your done. She's cares about the patient an not the numbers. If it's your first time, make sure you ask for her , she will take care of you
Haven't had a bad experience ever. Everyone I've come in contact with has been friendly and professional. I especially like Chloe for the detail she goes into when doing the vitals check. And always have a great experience with Kate for the actual donation!
All staff were exceptionally great, EXCEPT for Mandi. Mandi was incompetent and rude. Rushed through the physical exam and ?huffed and puffed? the entire time she was working. Which is a great shame because the other 5 people I came in contact with were a great asset to the company.
The ABSOLUTE worst experience ive ever had. First I stood at counter waiting on someone to come to counter for almost 15 minutes. The man with the dreads was completely useless, rude, and made it seem like he'd rather not be bothered and had massive attitude. There was only 2 clients in lobby. Then I had to deal with the dreadman again as he was rude and barking out orders. He was disrespectful and because i had more tattoos then he wanted to type he walkedout of room as i was talking. He stood outside door
The staff is very experienced and have always handled my donations with patience, and care. I highly recommend this location. Today a Woman named Kate handled my donation with excellence.
I have had great experiences at this center. It's very clean and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Kate took care of me yesterday. She did a great job.
Dreadlocks up front is the rudest and most unprofessional ?customer service associate ?I have ever encountered! I don't even like going there because of his horrible attitude towards everyone! This place is a joke and they don't even pay well anymore!
Kate was great! She was very professional and knowledgeable about the donation process. She did a great job helping with my donation.
Kate is very nice and good at her job. Always making sure that the patient is okay after she gets them hooked up. Then she will always come and check on them. This CSL is very friendly and nice.
Csl plasma makes donating easy! Kate and the rest of the staff are absolutely wonderful and I look forward to seeing each time I donate. Thank you for being amazing! ??
Always a great experience at the Oxford circle location. Chris C, Kate & Robyn are definitely a dream team of phlebotomists!
Kate back on the donor floor was amazing! Most of the staff made my first real experiences with this center very smooth.
I've donated for many years, always good tech friendly environment.Just to point out specifically one tech Christopher is a amazing person when leading the group ??
Just a heads up for anyone wanting to donate, if you have any complaints about the incompetency of the workforce at this center, they will defer you and stop you from donating anymore. I pointed out how a lady was nodding off on something hard. you could see it right in her eyes and face. I was deferred because the manager seemed to have taken is personal, but free speech is free speech. Pay attention to the people that have you in their ?care? if you decide to donate here.
Clear and smooth process and experience. The supervisor Mario was professional and helpful with my first time donor visit.
Kate is excellent! She is so friendly as well as knowledgeable. Her customer service is exceptional! She can and will tell you what she is doing and why if you need. It's not just Kate either. I like all the staff at this location. I appreciate them all for the work they do!
If they'd stop worrying about being petty then maybe they could do their job better. It's like the younger ones alway have an attitude and are super petty when it comes to women lol. The girl left my finger bleeding never wiped with an alcohol wipe before pricking my finger lol just trash. They need to be audited
The nurses are quick with getting vitals and the nurses in the back are pretty good. Barely felt the last few pokes and Kate today was amazing!!
This center is awesome! The people are all super nice like Kate and Chris in the back getting you setup along with all the other smiling friendly folks! Kate is always awesome and does a great job sticking!
Kate Is The Nicest Person I Ever Mat Kate Make Me Laugh When I'm Out And About I Wouldn't Change AnyThing From What Kate Does For Me Keeps My Spirit Up And Kate Is Real Loveable Person I Ever Mat In This World I Wish It Was More Like Kate She's God Gifted InTo My Eyes Mrs. Polly Green
Kate is a very nice and hard working phlebotomist. She is always kind and respectful.
Mario was has excellent service very forward and explained everything in detail, made sure I was comfortable.
Great place, very comfortable people especially nurse Kate who's always gentle with me.
Got into the donation seat on first time after a good 30 mins so really quick, everyone was really great and Kate walked me thru the process, which helped a lot!
Kate and Chris on the floor are amazing. Very professional and kind. I enjoy donating while they're there.
This is BY FAR my absolute FAVORITE Plasma Center!!!!! Kate and Chris are always my 2 Go-to phlebotomists. They get the stick right every time and make you feel Right at Home!
I am sort of a new donor but I've been here more than a couple times and the staff here. Man let me tell you they are OUTSTANDING??. I want to recognize more than one person. Emily is such a bright soul and very kind also intelligent. Chris is awesome with the people he jokes to make you feel comfortable even more if your scared of needles. Kate F. Man she is the sweetest she will make you laugh and smile til it hurts. She greets you with a hello and smile as soon as you enter the booth and makes sure that
Been donating on and off since 1998, and you guys aren't paying Kate enough. She was a pro, and made the experience better
Mario was very polite and clear with instructions. The center was clean and all staff were professional.
My first experience at a plasma center has went pretty well. The staff is very friendly and Mario has been very patient and helpful.
Chloe C is one of my faves! seems she's always there working, always does a great job and is professional. she will always take the time to explain any questions i may have about my vitals etc. sometimes the waits suck but it's always nice when i get her in the booth.
Heaven and Kate all the team is majority great.... Love coming here they are very personal people. There is just one employee that just don't have a good vib or personality. I feel like they should not be training other workers in front but no organization is perfect.
First time being here, decided to check the reviews of this place and a lot of people seem to have the same concerns I have. I've not gotten a chance to meet the entire staff, but one individual upfront. My first impression was so bad, I'm making this review to get through to upper brass here. Dreads with gold glasses and cusps in his dreads. I thought he looked pretty chill, to be honest. I'd give him a hug if I could. Talks to people like they're cattle, horrible social skills. I can tell he gets a lot o
For the first time ever doing this it went smoothly and the staff was very helpful. Kate was excellent!
As a regular donor here, the staff are great at being efficient with their time. Kate F. Is wonderful at screening fast keeping the lines moving and Chris on the donation floor always knows how to stick perfectly and painlessly and correct any flow issues during donation.
Kate from CSL plasma is absolutely the best at sticking you during donation I am a grown man and fear it more than anything didn't feel a thing also very very nice !
Kate was great as always. She makes the experience much more tolerable.
What a mess!!!! Only 1 person in screening with 8 people waiting. And 12 people waiting for a bed. What is going on , things are getting worse . Thought this was supposed to be a pleasant experience. NOT .. Well here I am again, this time 16 people waiting for bed . Why can't you keep employees ,
Chris is wonderful I've never had a bad time with him sticking me i almost don't feel it. Kate F. is always a delight and me just as good as Chris they are the best thus far. 10/10 for both of them
Marlo was very welcoming and direct with his instructions. I felt very welcomed when speaking to Marlen as well! She was patient with me and diligently filed my documents successfully. I appreciate your hard work
Always a great experience. Typically there is minimal wait times. Staff are friendly and professional. Big shot out to Chloe for always keeping me informed and going above and beyond!
Oxford circle Lexington location. My last visit here was not pleasant because of a staff member. Her name is Celis. I was scrolling through my phone and an ad played. It wasn't extremely loud. She was standing right beside me looking at the machine. She very rudely told me to turn it off and that I knew better. Also when the needle in my arm needed adjustment she grabbed my arm with force and jabbed the needle further in which caused pain. I have had several other experiences with this same person being ext
Very professional and kind. Didn't even feel it when she stuck the needle in so she's got some skills lol.
This place is a nightmare. Absolutely worst donation center I've ever been to..I've been coming here off and on for many years was trying to get extra Christmas money. The staff was extremely rude to me did not wanna help me in anyway?..decided to stick me wrong causing a hematoma which left my arm looking like Floyd Mayweather?s punching bag. concerned about my arm I called back to ask questions and all they were worried about was me calling to get money and told me that it happens all the time and there w
Mario was extremely helpful in the reception department. Everyone was nice and very professional
Mario was incredible. He made everything understandable and easy.
Yes I've been coming to the plasma center for around a year now ever since I moved from Pittsburgh PA and it's always so pleasant the staff is friendly and informative if you have any questions, one person in particular is Chloe C. She's definitely one person who's been there through my whole process whether it's the bruising I used to have to my pulse being to high she's always steered me the right way to give a good plasma donation. So I'm appreciative for all the help and thank you all for your time. I'l
Like a lot of places there are a few with attitude. Otherwise, most folks there do a great job and are very friendly. I have my favorites? who doesn't love authenticity with a smile and top notch professional service all at the same time right! In the end we're all just humans thx CLR
I love donating at 404. The facility is clean and peaceful, and the donation process is always nice and easy. Shout to Kate F, Heaven, and Chris for always being friendly and pleasant! I love this donation center.
I recently had a fantastic experience at CSL Plasma, and I want to give a special shoutout to Kate F. for her exceptional customer service and professionalism. From the moment I walked in, Kate made me feel welcomed and valued as a donor. Kate's warm and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease, and she took the time to explain the donation process thoroughly, answering all of my questions with patience and expertise. Her attention to detail and focus on donor safety and comfort were truly commendable.
Chris the senior phlebotomist he's really great. If he's there request for him very gentle and sweet guy.
Only issue I've ever had here is waiting to be screened while they're are 2 or 3 just chatting away and not helping. Heaven, Chris, and Madison I have never had a bad experience with and I've had a lot between the 2 Lexington locations.
Marl?n did a great job at making information clear to me and informed me the process of what was going to be conducted during the process
Kate.e is really friendly she treats you with respect and she doesn't give you a cold shoulder like some of the people do at the front desk. If more people were like her here would be a better place.
Kate F., Robin and Chris are my favorite ppl their. They stick gently and make u feel comfortable. Very knowledgeable
This place is a calm environment where you can make your donation and earn a little money in the process
Kate f. is always so friendly. Have a great with some of the phlebotomist in the back too! Think it's a great program. Great they they add extra end entices as well! Not much fun for most having anything done with blood work situations but they cut up and joke with u and make it go by much faster too!
Great staff, clean facility. They get you in and done quick and efficiently. Kate was super nice and very helpful!
Always a line when you first come in to wait to get vitals, and usually a few at the desk chatting, and the 1 dude everytime I'm there is always on his phone, while we have a line waiting for vitals. Then when you finally get past vitals you wait another 20 or so min, every since doing the new procedure in the back, it takes longer to get in and get out.. used to i was in and out within an hour.. now it's an hour and a half or more from start to finish.
Big fan of this plasma center! Phlebotomists are efficient, kind and helpful. Waiting times vary depending on what time of day you donate but it's about 1-1.5 hours on average for me. The rewards are fair if not on the higher end for the industry and you all the phlebotomists know what they're doing. I've never had a bad or missed needle placement. Would recommend anyone curious about donating plasma to this center. Promotional money your first month, then if you donate 2 times a week you can make $420 a m
Heaven and Chris are wonderful!!! They are very professional and friendly!!! If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!!! They are great at their jobs and if they are at work it's just a better atmosphere!!
Been coming here for a while and have never had a bad experience. Staff is friendly and great especially Chloe C. She's my favorite. Always willing to help with a smile??
Couple hours of my week and I get paid for my time?? Say less. Chloe and Marlen are the homies and always got me dying laughing. And they're hella hard working too. Love them
I think Chloe is amazing. She is very friendly. She's always very thorough.Tells us all our information and always has a smile on her face
Robin is by far the best worker. She always has a smile and can stick anyone, even the others may have trouble, she's a problem solver I believe she should be a boss.
Miss Kate and Miss Mandy up front are friendly, professional and efficient at checking you in! All the folks in the back are also amazing. Double bonus of making some extra cash while doing something that can help other people.
This CSL Center is very clean. The staff here has always exhibited kindness and compassion to me and others. The process from beginning to end is rather fast. Best part of donating plasma is, I'm helping someone. I encourage you to come down to this center and donate plasma. Remember, it takes a lot of plasma to help patients that have life threatening conditions.
This place has turned into a horror show. Screeners that are lazy and make you wait while they stand outside their booth talking. Today they have 1, I mean 1 person sticking and a manager disconnecting. Incredibly short staffed. Line of people waiting over 40 minutes after screening to just get to a bed. Just ridiculous.
Kate is awesome, and did an awesome to fix my machine.
Got deferred today over a piercing that I had decades ago back in 2006. They asked me at screening about any new piercings and tattoos and of course I said no. But because someone didn't mark down everything I had in my first visit in 2018 I got deferred. So why is it that I could donate all the way up to last year but not this year?? I have so many questions for the manager. Which said he was busy when I called customer services.
Kate F. Was friendly and very good at what she does. Highly recommend her to anyone. It is always a pleasure to donate when she is around.
Kate F was the person who took my vitals and she was so sweet and fast, always do fine over here these people definitely know what their doing.
Mario helped me, he was very thorough and very nice.
Mario was super helpful and everything went smoothly!
I really enjoy this center a lot of times Chloe C does my vitals her personality and contagious smiles makes my day so much better. The phlebotomist are amazing I've never had a bad experience
Heaven and Madison always make my experience so pleasant! They always make me feel so comfortable and I always enjoy seeing them!
Kate was awesome! Super sweet and helpful
I've been donating here for over 6 months now. The staff is very friendly very professional, especially Robin!! I've been to the Winchester Rd location and even though it is closer to my home, i still travel to this location on Versailles Rd because the staff is more hospitable and the location is also very clean. Sanitization matters!!
Kate France-Gay is amazing!!! She helped me with everything. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and great at their jobs!
Kate and the rest of the staff at CSL are great!
I've been going to CSL for close to 2 years and most of the staff is fabulous! Specifically, Chloe in screening and Chris on the floor. If you are thinking about donating plasma, this location is the best in Lex.
I have been donating at the Oxford Circle location for over 25 years. Over the years, I have developed a great relationship and appreciation for the staff workers. They are very friendly and efficient. Most know me on a first name basis and take the time to get to know me personally. The staff members make it an inviting experience!!
I love donating here because some people are really sweet and the sweet lady that took care of me today was Kate F. I would like to say every time I come here somebody is not nice at all he treats people so mean and it's really hard because I get scared to come here and he made me feel really sucky his name is Mario and I really hope somebody talks to him about being nicer to people
Every time I come to donate Kate F. Welcomes me in. I've never had a bad experience here and all the staff is respectful.
Always a pleasant experience when I go here to donate. Sometimes there is a line but it moves along quickly. Pay depends on weight, but they pay new donors more. There are also monthly bonuses or sometimes prize drawings. Really friendly staff and always clean.
Chloe does such a great job during the first steps of donating in that she puts you at ease, and is very professional!
Heaven is the best! She's always super friendly & makes sure I'm comfortable to have a smooth donation.
The whole staff is great but Chole was the most helpful and charming person! Love this place.
Everytime I've gone here they've hurt me and been careless. They are rude and think you're an inconvenience even though they chose the job. they have slammed waste buckets into me because they lack attention span and personal space. All in all every single worker here has a serious attitude problem and needs to seek help (: go to octapharma u make more and they are nicer and you can check in up to 2 hours before u choose to donate. Csl sucks and so do their sad excuse for workers!
Getting harder and harder to justify coming here. The tech who did the post donation needle removal this past Monday retracted the needle and ripped needle and all tape off in a single jerk, bruising my arm. As a result, had to be screened by a nurse, dropping me 8 donors back in line. I am NOT a happy donor!
Staff are professional and courteous. Shoutout to Katie and Sierra for making my donation experience a rewarding success!
I've been donating here since April of this year (2022). I love this location. I went to the other location once (didn't donate they didn't have enough workers). But I love this location. The area in which it is located is a tad sketchy. So I'd definitely not go to that area after dark. But the facility itself is amazing, everyone is super nice. Absolutely love it!
Kate, Madison, Chris,Heaven and Emily are amazing! Never had an issue with this crew.
Chloe Is Great Always Good To See Her when I come donate she makes you comfortable and makes the process easy when donating and she is open to answering any questions that you have
These people have discriminated against me for my disability, I have even been evaluated by a physician in person and had them fax over a note stating that my cerebral palsy is mild enough to donate. They have offered no accommodations or anyway further to prove my eligibility. They have even gone as far as to hang up on me twice when I've called for more information.
Kate was awesome. Best ever!!
Super attitude. Every time I see Kate, this lady makes me smile she is all that in a bag of nuts :-) A-1 customer service and care
Long time donor. All staff are great. Heaven and Kate are wonderful and friendly.
I always have a good experience here, especially when Heaven is my phlebotomist; she always does a great job.
Tye staff was helpful even when it was packed
Cloe is great every time I donate. She is always in such a positive mood!
Heaven & ms. Robin & Chris are very excellent staff, very professional at their job & gets everything done in timely manner!
It's very clean. All the employees are great! Kate is always amazing!
I used to love the extra money from new donor fees (it's not worth the regular amounts) but it's honestly not worth it anymore. Wait times seem to have gotten better since the competing center opened, but understaffing still seems to be a huge problem. Today employees were in such a hurry to get donors on beds that I watched them skip steps when I was hooked up. I was also jammed so hard and fast with the needle that the machine stopped drawing from it being positioned wrong and the cuff being too tight as
Great place been going since I was 18 and I'm 34 now. As long as I have been going there I have never had a problem till today 4/7/19. I've always reported my tattoos and piercings but never had to remember the day. So because I didn't know the exact day I got Deferred for another year. I got my tattoos and piercing done at the end of March 2018. Who remembers the exact day tho. Plus show proof how the hell you do that my cousin did mines. They was rude the so called manager I think his name is Chris had
Chloe is the best receptionist, she's kind and polite and does her job well
Became a new donor on August 22, did the physical and everything. They took me back to take my plasma and Chris couldn't get the needle in my vain so he told me to come back and I would still be paid. I went back today September 8th and was told since Chris couldn't get the needle in my vain and they didn't get anything that I would have to start over and wouldn't get any money from it because they needed a sample. Why would I stay there 3 hours and do everything over to get no money from it? I'm not sure w
Chloe C. was amazing. Provided great service while answering all of my questions. Definitely will be back at CSL
I try to go as often as I can, but that's only for the money. If there was another center closer to my house I would go there. The wait times are incredible! There are many times you wait more than a half hour just to get screened (not to mention to get a donor bed) because they only have one person screening and the line is so long. If you get lucky and go when there isn't a line and they screen you right away it's not so bad, but I've been coming here for years and that usually isn't the case. There are s
I recently had a wonderful experience at CSL Plasme. Chloe is a sweat and kind lady with soft hands
Will, celis, and Kevin are always amazing. They make the whole process fly by!! They take their time when sticking me and make sure to be attentive. The staff here is great, definitely recommend this plasma center!!
I felt safe and they were very very thorough in making sure everyone was clean and no one came in contact with anything potentially dangerous. The wait wasn't super long. The only thing I felt was even potentially negative was that a few of the staff came across as rather unfriendly and intimidating. Most of them were very professional though.
Ms chloe is the best. She's always on time getting you in and out of the booth
Clohei is always so nice and helps throughout the whole testing section and makes sure you get in and out so efficiently?
I've been coming here for almost 8 years and Heaven has hands down been the best phlebotomist I've ever had!
Great people short wait time . Cc robin and Kevin are the best ones there everyone else in the back are kinda rude and goof off and are to busy worrying about what bar they got drunk at last night or what's on the tv instead if people are safe . To be honest I really feel like a few of them need to be fired if not definitely retrained overall it's a great experience if you get the right ones
Chloe was super nice and it was everything very easy and good!
As a stay at home mom, I enjoy coming here to earn some extra cash for the week. The bonuses for coming regularly are awesome! It's much faster than the one I went to in Orlando and they always have some pretty good movies to watch while you wait. There is one rude guy with ling dreads that works there, but I never have to deal with him, so I'm cool with that.
staff was super helpful and kind! explained everything to me wonderfully & made me feel safe while donating. i had no issues at all & the process was quick and easy!
I have been coming here since I was 18, and barring a few incidents, all human related, I expect and receive the highest quality treatment. The staff here is second to none, highly skilled, knowledgeable, and busy at all times guaranteeing everything is sterile, in working order, and ready... Saving lives, getting cash, and earning bonuses makes CSL & I a winning combination...
the vibes are off, also they seem understaffed. the bathroom was actually decent, although i only stepped in for a second. i?m giving it two stars instead of one because of the two employees that didn't seem to hate their jobs. :)
This place has great service with some of the nicest people like Heaven and Kate!
Great friendly staff. They try their best to work efficiently and get everyone taken care of. Ms. Robin is absolutely amazing! ??
chris is amazing , emily is amazing keep up te great work
I have donated at this center for about 3 years now. I've never had a really bad stick. I've never seen something absolutely disgusting, besides the bathroom on occasion. The wait times, most of the time, aren't very long. Try not to go during their peak hours, you may have to wait a little longer. Be truthful with them and if you think you may not be able to donate for some reason, say something beforehand. I love their monthly bonuses and remember, you are helping save lives.
This place is amazing with their work, and the employees are wonderful. They get everything done in a timely manner and every process they have done so far is superb. There is only, however, one problem; the bathrooms. For the love of all that is holy, PLEASE clean the bathrooms!
Very nice people working there, super patient and accommodating despite their clientele. Sometimes long lines but you just need to learn when it's busy and when it isn't.
Chloe is amazingly quick and thorough at check in! Always has a smile for everyone
My husband donates here quite often and truly loves the staff. Not to mention on the days he goes the wait is normally only an hr from beginning to end. Keep up the good work and the good cause!!!!
Staff are very pleasant, timely, and genuinely kind . By far the easiest/best ezperexper I have ever had donating, even on a consistent basis . Can be very busy around 4-6pm, but planning around it makes it cake.
Chloe C. is the best! Always cheerful and an all around delight!! Wonderful place to donate!
Always enjoy my experience at this CSL. Especially when Chloe screens me and Chris sticks me. :)
Chloe was very professional, and gave a very thorough examination of me.
The best plasma center in town with the best employees
Let me preface this review, with the fact that I contacted the office 3 times the day before I went to donate & read all of the info on their webpage & reviews left by others. Even with all of my questions & research, I was denied because I take more than 3 anxiety medications. Which is not listed on the website not any of the literature I've found. So after spending almost 4 hours getting registered / tested / physical & an hour driving there, I'm told that no I can not donate. I requested to speak w
The people here is trash. The operator of there even has no idea where the blood vessels are, where the arteries are. My blood couldn't flow back because of the nurse here did wrong operation. My muscles were swollen and even compressed my nerves. Fortunately, I am a medical student in JHU so I found there were something wrong before their realized how serious troubles they had made. You can Imagine what irreparable tragedy an hour of blood reflux will lead to an ordinary people!
I went for a donation and watched the entire 30 minute first time donor video then was told by the ?manager? that because i checked my phone during the video that i was now not allowed to donate, then when i asked why i wasn't allowed to donate but the woman next to me who listened to music on her phone throughout the entire video was allowed to donate, i was told ?well i didn't see that so i can't pay attention to everyone? even though there were only two of us side by side.
Chloe and Isabelle are great!! Never mind going here thank you guys!
Chloe did a great job and was very helpful.
If I could give less than a one I would because I've been coming to this location for quite some time and I was stuck wrong two weeks ago and obtained a massive bruise on my arm. I went back to have it looked at and the head nurse said that I was fine to donate from my left arm that wasn't bruised so I went and donated and everything seems to be fine and then I went back today which would have been my bonus day which would have been $125 and they looked at my arm again and said I could not donate and this c
Heaven, Emily, and Chris have always been great!
Extremely efficient new donor process.Chloe was great at getting my vital check in!
Chloe is a rockstar, very personable and a great screener!
I used to donate back in Virginia, and I must say, this plasma center is significantly better. The staff is really friendly and if you treat them with respect, they will gladly return the favor (imagine that!) My only complaint is that the screening can be inefficient sometimes, but other than that I'd say this is one of the better plasma places you will go to.
Friendly and great atmosphere from the friendly people that screen to the people in back always a great experience and friendly interactions
It is a good place to get some extra money
Chloe is the best, very good at her job,I think she should employ of the mouth.
Mario did it amazing
Deferred forever as of today from this facility and all other CSL locations over one little deficiency I had no clue about. I'm healthy and it was nothing major. Was referred to another program at the Winchester Road location and then got told wasn't eligible for that cause I had donated there before the normal way. Don't waste your time with these people. Find money elsewhere and save your arm from the harsh needle sticks. Honestly glad I am done with them.
Horrible place. Lousy location in the middle of the ghetto and it doesn't feel safe at all, the staff doesn't care at all, the wait times are atrocious, they don't clean their chairs or the building, and the "medical" staff they have to evaluate people act like a bunch of college drop outs. Worst plasma place I have ever been to. I felt like I was going to get robbed or get a disease from this place.
Staff was so nice & sincere. As a first time donor I was greeted with handshakes from my pre-screener & nurse, I will be back to this location.
My overall experience with CSL Plasma has been great. I have been coming on and off for a few years and have always been heard and treated great
Great experience today, thank you Kate and Abigail
ive never been i just wanted to talk about the ppl complaining. i swear some ppl complain just to complain. and seriously if its that awful why in the heck are you still going? must be hard up for money if you hate a place so much and yet keep returning. some ppl??????
The staff have great customer service friendly and fast process
I've always been pleased with my visits to this CSL. The staff is nice and attentive, and I've never had any difficulties in the donation process. I highly recommend this location.
The workers are great! Helping someone while making a little money is always a good thing.
Man I feel like the employees always have something to say often subliminal comments about donors including myself have been said. I dont recommend this place youll be there forever even when the place is empty employees dont wanna do there job. It's shameful to be honest.
People are amazing and very compassionate about their job!!! Love them!
I love donating at the Winchester road location the staff always make ithe time pass by a lot easier being as friendly as they are
Ebube is a great technician. Checks on you and has a safe plus reassuring demeanor
Kate f was great friendly fast at check in
Horrible lines. Extremely long wait times. They may have Friendly people on the staff but the majority of them are rude. Not to mention CSL creates rules daily that they can follow or not follow depending on who you speak with that particular day.
I enjoy this center! Nice staff. Wish I had started coming to this center sooner ! Kevin & Josh are my favorite staff!
I think all the staff here at Oxford court are very caring and attentive to the needs of the people that comes in and its a lot of the time a fast moving and I come to help save others lives
The staff was really nice and had no problems answering my questions And I love how these places help other's but mostly they let u know as well how much ur helping other's and how important it is
The extra money is nice but everyone here acts like they hate their job. Staff are really unpleasant and the wait times are usually really long.
This place is wonderful and the service is awesome. Really good staff.
Employees are knowledgeable and good at their job.
CSL Plasma on Oxford Circle is an amazing place. Full of friendly people who make the experience of donating Plasma enjoyable. Been donating a year now and will continue to because of CSL Plasma and the employees.
Chloe is the best person ever !!
Heaven is awesome. Always a sweetheart! ??
Love this location!! Well managed, very clean and the staff are all awesome!!
Chloe C was very helpful and kind.
Super friendly. Great management. Plenty of parking. Definitely enough donor beds to get you in and out.
Beautiful Experience and Staff are Professional and very helpful, Oxford Center , Lexington,Ky
The staff was very helpful and carrying....more ppl should be doing not for the ,yes it's a nice plus.but ppl should be doing just to know they are saving life's.
I'm standing here for 45 mins there 5 working 10 open chairs and 2 of the 5 working are sticking the others are holding there hips and on there phones wth I know they don't pay us for our time but this is ridiculous
I have been going here to donate for about 6-7 years now, but everyone is so sweet and they try to help as much as possible
Not only are you helping people, you are also making a little cash. The staff will make your time there comfortable.
Great experience! Quick and professional

Plasma donors can get disqualified for a list of different reasons, which may result in a temporary or a permanent deferral. Common reasons people get a temporary disqualification may include being dehydrated, taking certain medications, getting a tattoo within the last 4 months, or being pregnant in the last 6 months.
Donating plasma can get busy with donors and long waiting times. To donate plasma faster, choose a plasma center that allows you to book an appointment online and take your health screening questionnaire remotely from home. Additionally, call your local plasma center and ask for the least busy days and times of the week.
Most phlebotomists recommend that you take a day off from working out or lifting weights on the same day as your plasma donation. Instead, take the day to rest, eat well, and drink plenty of water after your donation.
Plasma donors are legally capped at two donations per week or 7-day period, with at least 48 hours in between each donation.
Before your plasma donation, it's recommended that you drink plenty of water (4-6 eight-ounce glasses), and eat a meal with high protein and iron content. Avoid drinking alcohol and smoking on the same day as your donation.
