Best plasma center I've ever been too. They are amazing. The times I've gone they stuck me and it worked on the 1st try. No digging for the vein and having to be stuck multiple times!!! They are the fastest place and pay more than most places. I'll never go to another center again. It's insane how good the nurses are here. I've never had this experience in any hospital, doctors office, etc. 10/10 would recommend this place over anyone else! I've been to CSL plasma and immuntek and they have all blown my vei

Been 3 or 4 times now, place is nicer on the inside that it looks on the outside. Always clean, staff is trained and pay attention. It seems like most of the workers speak both English and Spanish, so that's always a bonus. Helping people and getting paid is a win-win, and this establishment is a great place to donate.

If I could give them a -10 I would. I donated once received my 100 dollars. Referd my girlfriend who has been donating. Then I donated my second time and only received 55 dollars. They are rude. Barley speak English and the black lady in the front extremely rude as well. I wanted to double check to make sure I was going to receive my 100 for my second donation as well as referring my girlfriend she told me to check my card. Apparently she don't know how to look up information on the computer. If you don't

I show them a thing where they said I could get paid $75 on a daily and it was like one $110 or something after the next two donations I even show them the email and that man took and told me it was for freedom that they just took over I've never been to freedom not once and I just felt like they do not honor the advertisements that Grifols advertise for his clients to earn extra money for coming and donating They try to send you the to over there and they just started taking that place over freedom I just

Donate here if you want to help people and earn some money on the side. Staff are kind and courteous if you are as well. Service is good with lots of beds and professional needle sticking. They offer raffles to constant donors to win prizes on top of donating. If they would like to improve the WiFi could be faster and more reliable. They also offer multiple TVs with a variety of shows, movies and news to watch if WiFi isn't working. So far so good I haven't had a issue with anyone or anything so far.

Attempted to donate plasma for the first time. Called ahead to ensure they'd take walk-ins and told them id be there around 530pm. Showed up at 530pm (they close at 7pm) and was treated like a burden the entire time. David W. was rude, short, and even rolled his eyes while discussing the process with me. During my physical he half-ass apologized for his attitude, blamed the company, stated that I'm lucky he was the one that was here because any of the other doctors would "clock out and sneak out back" becau

I've been a twice a week donor for over 6 months, and I have never gotten a bonus outside of the first 2 donations (offers extended to all new donors). Last Tuesday I received a text from Grifols (Talecris) indicating that my next donation would earn me a $25 bonus. I donated that day but the bonus didn't appear. 4 hours after the text I get a 2nd on that says ? Grifols: Oops, looks like we made a mistake! Your center is NOT one of the participating locations for the One More Promotion. We apologize. Reply

Clean facility and first time donor is easy. Very similar to donating blood. The people In the back are kinda rude and yell at each other across the room. The patients are extremely friendly and down to earth. The older ones (been many times) tend to take new ones under there wing. Easy money. Get to watch tv while donating or read.

The staff is always very nice and friendly ?? the pay is great and for a good cause!

Just bought freedom and it is a joke how you all handle this merger/ business. Monkeys could do a better job than you all

Came in on Jan 26, 2024 after 6 years! They told me I was a returning donor and I would get 75$ then was told 85$. had to go through the entire process of a new donor but at the end i ended up getting 75$. Activated my card went to chase withdrew my money and threw the card away!! Will not be going back, I'll stay with Freedom plasma better people and pay!!!!!!

I have been coming to this facility for 2 years and never had an issue. Earlier this month I got flagged for one of their tests and got immediately placed on the nddr. Meaning that nationally I can't donate plasma, organs, or anything for the rest of my life. Well I got a test done at an actual doctor's office and confirmed what I knew what had to have happened, a false positive. When told about the error and what the nddr website said was the next step I was told by multiple staff members that "it's not ou

This is the worst center and company to work with. They falsely report people for illnesses (and carelessly send a letter without providing additional information, causing EXTREME emotional distress) then they are refusing to remove names from the registry even after being presented with tests from the doctors office, health department and emergency room. Judy specifically says it's "Not their policy" when according to the FDA who runs the NDDR, says "You can contact the blood establishment where you were d

For being a first time donor, I had a great experience with the entire donation process. The blood sample surprisingly hurt more then getting sticked in the vein, but neither was too bad to cause any real pain. I understand the website says the price is subject to change. But I wasn't expecting to hear the price had whittled down by 125$. Having a weekly or even monthly base pay would be a great idea. It would give new donors an idea of how much they could earn per visit.

ladies at the front desk say something different depending on who it is. they complain a lot about having to do their jobs that their paid to do. one of the phlebotomists who is a male doesnt pay very close attention when poking. would recommend going somewhere else. most other places pay more anyways

The staff was very sweet to me. They stick strictly to the books. They are very detailed and well organized. The customer service was the best part. If you can treat me right wether I'm approved or not you have a 4 star. They are very professional compared to how it use to be in the past. If I could change anything it would be that they would give us cash instead of a card. And keep watch on people trying to bribe others in the lobby. The lady who put the needle in my arm was amazing. She didn't hurt me at

I donated there and their machines always have a problem with me they told me it was because of the fat in my blood. I went to a new place to donate and never had a problem since.

I've been going here for a couple of months and have to say everyone there is knowledgeable and pleasant. They make you feel safe and comfortable. I can't say enough good things about the staff.

They're very clean, professional, & friendly. One worker especially, Katelyn (if I remember correctly) was extremely helpful and kind. I was feeling a lil woozy towards the end of donation & she was over by me immediately making sure I was okay and stayed the entire time. She was very comforting, professional, and so kind. There should be more workers like her... She should get a raise! ??

Decided to come in before work and donate..first time donor..I called and let them know...they told me come in..be 2 or 3 hours in and out and to come on down they were available to take me..keep in mind I slotted time to come and drive 50 minutes this way early early..just for them to tell me I have to schedule for a later time..they always do time slots...they could have told me I er the phone instead of just trying to get me in the door. Only reason I giving 2 stars I'd because the guy at thr front was r

Having been a regular donor for over a year , and getting to know most of the staff which for 90% of the time are awesome but I have never been so upset and angry with how my yearly physical appointment was handled.. Not only was I early but no new donors were scheduled when I arrived. Yet I was skipped over an HOUR AND A HALF LATER because the person doing physical wanted to take their lunch before me even though it was scheduled for after. OHHH an no manager available to do anything. Always have had grea

Always has some one new on the floor that DO NOT know what they're doing. Even when they're out of their training period. Don't like someone there? It's okay because by the next visit someone else is being trained to take over their spot after they left. They continuously send out marketing texts for bonuses, etc BUT they don't abide to them or grant them. Simply a bait to get you to come in. You may show up your appointed time since it's appointment only but you still won't get out in a timely manner

I've been donating for a couple of months now. My experiences have been mostly pleasant. The staff are generally kind, chatty and do a good job sticking you, save for a couple. My biggest irritation is having to make an appt in person, as I live 45 mins away. They are supposed to take walks in but that only works out about half the time.

On average I earn $520 a month. And if you are a new donor then the first two donations are anywhere from $125-$150. Who can't use that. They also have monthly raffles for some pretty good prizes. Don't listen to the stereotypes. They don't reuse needles. Only problem I have is that sometimes they are understaffed. But thats the company's fault. I've been donating plasma since college and the military. And Talecris is one of the best donation centers.

Last 8 visits with 3 bad sticks, what should I do to improve my experience? ?? I forgot ????4 bad sticks out of last 8 visits. Just call ?? ok and after each future bad stick I'll re edit this to be sure to be visible. Thanks missed a week?s donation possibly more. Does this look normal. I can no longer trust them with my safety, there are other places. Please don't go here.

It's by far the cleanest plasma place I've ever visited. The people working were nice & professional. Highly respected

This establishment needs to get their work in order. ALWAYS a packed house that's never on time for appointments. They keep establishing routines and systems that's supposed to enhance your visit experience but honestly it just keeps plummeting. Don't even get me started on their prejudice management that they don't do anything about.

This place is so far beyond pathetic it's scary. No one is properly medically trained, rude and unprofessional, have no idea what's going on. The throw you in there like cattle, with nothing but judgement and attitude. They have turned me away for ridiculous things. Today my pulse was too high, because I get extremely annoyed in there, and a "nurse" said it was because I probably have mental problems. When I go in, I am usually dressed professional because I have worked that day and I'm always treated like

They just lie to you about the appointment dates they set and the people are untrained. Had a girl hurt me when taking my needle out from just carelessness. Not to mention the ppl are rude they don't ty to help you if your having a misunderstanding they just say "I don't know what to tell you" This place is not worth the money or time just for to another center or you'll be treated horribly

As with so many other interactions, one's personality and attitude help influence the outcome. I try to be pleasant and smile; these two things go a long way! I have not experienced the poor customer service spoken of in other posts, and I have frequented this location over the past year.

I was there for a very long time, but only because it was my first visit. The staff was professional and friendly. If it is your first visit they try to take care of you first through each stage (paperwork, drug test, physical, health history). Very clean, TVs everywhere to watch while donating. If you are prepared the first time for it to take awhile, you shouldn't have any problems. I also recommend going to the website and double checking exactly what you will need to register.

Staff is just RUDE! Walked in with my daughter while my husband was donating cause she was fussing and I needed to use the restroom and I was told ?no babies allowed, you have to leave?. After I was about to leave and one woman had already told me not to stay in there long. Will not be returning with my husband. Will be driving the extra miles to donate at a different cleaner and nicer facility. Sorry not sorry. Wish I could give half a star.

You have to stay on top of them. It can take you multiple days of waiting if you don't pay attention to what's going on. They will forget about you and lose your paperwork and forget to pay you UNLESS YOU stay on them. Your experience can be good and only take 2 or 3 hours but that depends on you. Pay attention, and say something if it feels like they skipped you or forgot about you. The staff there is overwhelmed by the hundreds of people they see. I had a good experience and have donated there 4 times in

It's a very nice place, and the staff has been nice so far, but I feel like they need more help when it comes to the back & sticking people because I know at CSL you didn't have to wait so long to be stuck and get on out of there. It used to take me no more than 2hrs at CSL, here it seems like longer every time. So that would be good if they get more people trained in every area.

For maybe the first month or two its awesome. But, they fluctuate the prices too much and they are very unorganized. I've been waiting to get seated for 3 hours now, and there was maybe 20 people in the lobby. It actually goes faster if its so packed that theres not enough seats for everyone. Again, i came in on may 15, and they are so unorganized that they always have at least half of the beds in back empty. There are 15 donors waiting to go back. It shouldnt take this long at all. Do not go to this one un

I have donated plasma over past ten years a few different places,in couple different states, even have some friends that have worked at a couple centers in Ohio. These Cuban chicks though seriously rock. Not only are they very good at their job,but make donating fun

I called and was told I could not make an appointment I just had to come in. I said I get off at 4 will be there around 4:30. Was told see you then. I get there at 4:30 and was told I could not be seen since several others came in and there's not enough time to see me but was then offered an appointment. But that wouldn't be honored if more people came in before my appointment time. I drove 40 minutes to donate at this location for nothing:m. Huge waste of my time. Go early in the morning or go somewhere el

Today was the last straw giving plasma. First. They don't pay you what they say they will. New donors when I came the first 5 donations were $100 ea... I only got that maybe 2/3 times. I got a card to register online for an extra $5... I did register but never got the extra $5. Aside from the fact is long wait times. Even after your done giving plasma, you'd be hooked up to the machine for a while because the staff don't pay attention and talk allot.. but today was it.. I stood outside for over an hour beca

Man I see a lot of one star reviews. Not sure who these people are but I go often and never have a problem. First time I was there 3 and half hrs. And since then I'm never there longer than 1 to 1 and half hrs. I always joke and talk to the staff. I've sent people there and they all have had zero issues as well.

This Place is so great. Don't listen to the junkies because they can't donate they throw a fit and leave bad reviews. The staff are super friendly and know what they are doing. The place always feels like someone just cleaned it. I've been coming here for 4 years, I literally look forward to it. 5 five stars

There's the chance to make $130/wk in April. Some of the new changes have made the trip more worthwhile. I'll be returning soon. With the economy as it is, giving plasma rewards help to keep the budget and smaller expenses in play, and in line.

Having to pay for gas to show up as soon as they open because they are first come first serve for new donors is not very effective. Because now I have to pay gas to go there twice which eats into my payment. Trust me when I tell you you're much better off driving ONCE to a different center that's farther away.

Arrived at opening with another person, both as new donors, I was in and out in about 3 hours, but had to wait another 3 and a half for my boyfriend to get out. Intake process is a little slow, staff was as friendly as could be expected. No major issues, nice place.

Ive been coming here off and on for almost 3 years. They constantly change fees. They offer bonuses then they cheat you out of it. Ive had to call corporate several times about their inconsistency and have had to go throught BBB twice to get my bonuses that they solicited me to come in for. Most staff is friendly. Whenever theres a problem they always blame corporate. They dont allow people who are on perscription meds better accomodations for drug screen. At this point i doubt i will ever return due to hav

Okay,so I had family come in to donate after he had missed over six months since his last donation, and he was given new donor status. I was listed as his buddy for the buddy bonus program which I had been the person that referred him to come donate. And grifols just so happened to send him a promotional text to come donate, after his second donation was successful,I was told I would not be receiving the buddy bonus. I have been donating for years and have NEVER been given that excuse or reason I could not re

I never got paid for my donation. It was my fifth time donating and I have never been stiffed before, but it's now 5:35 and I finished donating at 3:15, still no money on my card. It has taken 30 and even 45 minutes before but never this long. I tried calling but the phone just rings off the hook. Update: It's now 8:34 pm still no money. I am going to call in the morning this is very unprofessional and ridiculous. Update: I got my money the next day and they compensated me 10 bucks for my trouble:)

I have had a horrible experience with Talecris Plasma Center. I have been getting the run around when trying to go back. It's amazing how I was able to donate plasma for the past 5 or 6 years but now they're giving every excuse to deny me now that they're giving more money to donors. First it was because my blood was too low. I bring back paper work my blood is higher. Then it's because of inhalers. I bring back paper work not on inhalers anymore. Now it's because of a slight heart murmur that I've always

Horrible experience! I was a new donor and expected a wait but after 3 hours still had not even been seen. There were 4 people seen in the 3 hour for the initial testing and consultation. I asked how much longer it was going to take she said a couple of hours. Staff seemed very disorganized and showed zero since of urgency. Will never revisit this location

Now for the month of March they have lowered return donor fee to a whooping $40! Last month was $42,so why not the extra $2? My only advice for return donors is to stop coming for 6months so you can be considered a"NEW" donor and receive new donor fees. Unfortunately, this is not a great place to work seeing how most employees and management don't ever come in,that is why ppl have to wait 3-4 hours just to donate. And this isn't a good part of town to be hanging out one quarter of your day. Management really

Worst place ever. I drove over an hour to go to this place and wasted my time and my own money. Very rude unprofessional and treated me like a junkie when I am not. Had a one mark on my arm from getting lap work and they treated me like a heroin junkie when I AM NOT. I provided them with a email proof from my doctor stating I had laps a few weeks prior and they treated me like scum and it was VERY insulting. If I could give them negative stars I would. Dont waste your time.

Great experience, people complain about how long the new donor process is, but it's a medical procedure involving blood, of course there's a lot of screening. Clean, nurses are friendly and helpful, and awnsers all your questions. People expect an in and out procedure like blood donation but it's more complicated than that, if it was just as quick and easy you wouldn't get paid for it. Drink lots of water when you donate! It will speed up the process.

I just want to give a huge shoutout to the people who work here. They actually care about their customers. Super nice and understanding. I have terrible anxiety when it comes to needles and they always help me through it.

I have given plasma in several states before and this is definitely one of the better places to go. The staff can absolutely be a little abrupt at times but I think it helps to remember they deal with literally hundreds of people a day; most of which are rude and only there for the pay out. They treat the employees like they are there to service them when that's not the case. They call it donating but in reality you are being paid to be there, just like at a job, if you wouldn't snap your fingers at your bo

Staff are friendly and very professional. Waiting times vary but your usually seen within 30 minutes and out the door within 1 1/2 hours. Its a easy way to earn a little extra cash and the best thing is your getting paid to help people...

So, iv been going here for a little over 2 months. Just recently they started getting more unorganized. Im sitting in here right now. They told me that there was two people ahead of me. What did they do? They called up those two people along with 3 OTHER people. Im not a new donor so it should never take me 3 hours to get in the back.

THE WORST experience of my life. After spending hours waiting, they get you all hooked up to a machine with a needle stuck in your arm soaking out blood . While you that, they walk around trowing insults at you. A belittling experience. The worst staff you can imagine. I wish I never had anything to do with it. I will never go back again. If you go there you will regret it.

The internet says it should take 1 to 2 hours. I've waited more then an hour and a half add no one has said anything to me since the initial check in. They obviously do not value others time. It has not been that busy either only 2 new people in front if me in that time, maybe 10 or 11 returning people. Honestly psthetic!

I would give a negative start if possible. Because the doctor did not document my piercings correctly when I went back I was informed that I had a undocumented piercing. Both my ears are gauged out and at that time I had two earrings in my ears. The staff informed me it was my job to monitor what the senile nurse put down. Worst experience at a plasma center ever everyone save the trouble and go to CSL

These ladies are so nasty and rude. They schedule me for an appointment and I come in and they say we don't have time so we can't do it. I ask y, all I received was attitude and looks. All of these ladies at the front desk should be fired indefinitely. Never will I ever have people like this representing my company. Something should be done.

I would like to take this time to recognize a certain individual that is employed at the Grifols/Talecris Plasma Resource donation center in Louisville, Ky.This employee's name is Jennifer Slone. She always demonstrates a good attitude and stays in a good mood when interacting with donors and her coworkers. Jennifer is a lead/supervisor at this donation center and she is excellent at going above and beyond in helping and training her coworkers. She is excellent at making a donor feel comfortable while donati

Customer service is dead! And this place keeps trying, I had gone here before but since it was 7 or 8 months before I was considered a new donor, as a new donor I got there at 915am 5th in line and didnt leave until 515pm took 8 hours too be seen and done total, while I was being seen I saw the cleaning guy slip the nurse something and all she did was nod off, I explained this too the mgr on site told me I'd have too tell his boss would I'd be okay being talked too by him, so my arm is now bruised,(again I'

They make you set up appointments that they don't keep. Appointments are typically 15-30 minutes behind.

This is a wonderful place to donate. The staff are wonderful very friendly and kind. Please donate it help alot of people. There also very good with everything that they do hear. There a screening process but very easy. So come donate and help someone in need. I gave them a 100%.

I donate here there machines are always messing up the staff stand around talking all the time and when there septic is broken the place smells like shit horrible experience

Staff seemed nice and the place was clean. Sad thing was I showed 15 min (8:45) before they opened and still hadn't been seen by 2pm. They seriously need some work in time management and scheduling. 4/7/2017

Better than the plasma place on 15th Street for sure. Not sure how the place on 28th and Broadway does things so I can't speak for every plasma place in town but the Talecris spot is so far my favorite.

I've been donating for about a little while now and my experience has been generally positive. Some scheduling/appointment issues I've known in the past seem to be getting better.

Don't go here !!! They will mess up your veins. Tell me why they stuck a needle in my right arm and messed it up then tried again on my left arm and messed that up too! Then they told me I can't come back for 50 days because of a mistake THEY made !!! They hire anyone even if they don't have any school training .

Went as a first time donor, they said it would go fast. No one was waiting ahead of me, I still had to wait 30-45 minutes just to be called back. I got here as soon as they opened at 7.

Nothing like getting treated like a drug addict because you have a bruised arm. I tried to explain that I had a bruise from blood work and was told no way I should still be bruised after 2 weeks. Guess what asshats I still have a bruise and I'm not an addict but you sure as hell treated me like one.

Initial visit takes a while. They seem a bit understaffed. After that it's much better. Facility is clean. Staff is a litttle stressed out at times but generally nice.

The staff is awesome!!! Money is good. Wait time is a little long but overall, I would definitely recommend this place.

My first time i waited 5 hours. Not joking. 5 hours before i finally got to give plasma. Every visit after that has been less than an hour so far. Not bad there. A little nerve racking but thats just me.

They are ridiculous. I have donated the past 2 times and they will not pay me. I will sit in the parking lot and they will tell me just wait and I have waited for 2 hours for my payment both times. They do not care if you get funded. Horrible service and very rude.

Wish I could review a 0, the lady was rude, and told me that my passport, a valid proof of SSN legally, was not allowed as a proof of ssn, meanwhile 3 heroin addicts were able to get in and donate plasma w/o even having to sign up. horrible place.

Most of the time it's a great place. There is a phlebotomist in the back, she is older, she is always yelling at other coworkers and donators....guess she hates her life. It can be uncomfortable when she is there. Other then that it's a nice place.

Staff person Gwyn, who works behind the counter in the donor area, was asked if she could readjust the needle that was bothering a donor but she refused to, as she stood in front of the donor who asked. I wonder if she doesn't know how to or if she's just disagreeable and didn't want to. Not a good impression for donors.

Professional, clean, straight to the point, money goes right into account on card they give. $150 the first time and second time. After that $60 a visit.

Won't see you 2 hours before close because it's Sunday and they want to go home calling corporate for sure

this is not a good place to come and donate you can get deferred for and don't even know that that is a shame they take and Change-Up the pay without even notifying you that the pay was changed the employees is always complaining and then you'll get deferred and don't even know for what reason truly a waste of time to come here call themselves trying to help you when they're not helping you at

Things have gotten a little better. I'm still having trouble with the managers under the general manager. Some of them are great but one in particular manager has a lack of people skills.

I luv the staff. They are so nice and helpful. It can get busy but the staff moves as quickly as possible to make the donation go smoothly.

Wondering if I have an Indiana out of state temp I.d until hard copy comes in is that ok. I just moved here from there? I also have social security card or birth certificate.

Ms Debbie is one of the best workers they have there! She is so awesome to deal with and makes every experience there worth it!!!! Thanks ms deb you rock??

First time donor... Staff was excellent.. Informative throughout the whole process.. Friendly from beginning to end.. Will be returning regularly due to the friendly atmosphere and pay is well.. Thanks for helping me to help others!!

Permantely deferred due to the negligence of a nurse not counting all of my tattoos back in 2011 (7 years ago). I just found that out today. I've contacted corporate in regards to the matter.

First time I've ever done this was on 5th of this month February it was done professionally i like the staff they were nice hope to go back next week

Super friendly staff they make it really easy to want to come back yes the money is good but they help you understand why it's more than that.

He stuck me wrong and messed up my nerve then told me I couldn't come back until the doctor said so. My hand and fingers have been hurting for a week and I'm not the only one he's done it to

Great plasma center. Professional and fast. Really good consistency with $. Some months it is over 450. Anyone on here talking bad about it were probably told no.

Okay so apparently when your app isn't working it's not good to call in for an appointment because they say they schedule the appointment and don't they really need to get it together honestly I always run into problems from them sticking and messing up and my arm gets bruised so I can't donate to them not scheduling your appointment when the app won't work so I have to wait to donate no it's not much money but when you need it those things become an inconvenience and I walk so it's a waste of time and it's

You have to do there job for them meaning if you are there you have to continuously check with staff to make sure that they're doing their job, otherwise you will be there all day!!! Need better training.

So if u donor here and it's been over 10 years u are not a new donor so u don't get 125.00 1st or 2nd donation u only get 75.00 on both

Today was my 5th time going and I didn't get paid. You only get paid $20 after your third time anyway. It's a wasted trip for me to go back...so I won't be returning

Destiny Ingram, this is my second time here. Wasn't bad, pretty easy. You are helping people an also getting paid for it! Simple an easy!

The staff is great most of them

The staff is friendly and they're pretty fast. This is a very professional place. I would recommend anyone to donate at this plasma center.

Got turned away today because I didn't have a appointment have been going here for the last year and a half first time ever I was told I needed a appointment

Love the people that work here Tammy is fantastic did not even feel the need to go in

I went through every process, received a card. Left to go home, come to find out I didn't receive my money on the card they handed me and its 9:00pm. Who do I talk too !?

Terribly long wait time due to being understaffed,i waited over a hour before eventually getting tired of waiting and leaveing. This was with me being only the third person in line too be screened at the time.

Rude staff that talks behind your back in Spanish. They also blew out my vain and made my arm swell to the size of a softball. Im never going back.

Went today I'm a previous donor 3 people on sign in sheet in front of me called to kiosk 7 after me called to kiosk my name never mentioned girl at desk acted like I wasn't even standing there who has 3 to 4 hours to earn $20 this place is turning into a joke lady at front desk very unprofessional and lacks common courtesy

the last time i donated i was suppose to get 50 dollars and only got 20. I always have to wait long times before i get to donate the place was always crowded the staff was always short with each other and there seemed angry

Over the last 5 years I've at CSL and Talecris. There's no comparison between the two. This is the best it's going to get at donating plasma.

Great staff. Wish I could continue to donate but no matter what I convulse and pass out every time.

Been trying to get ahold of this place fo the last 3 days. 10 plus calls, 2 voicemails and no return calls or answers! Absolutely fantastic place

I used to go to this plasma location until I got into a disagreement with one of the staff and then they put in my paperwork that I cussed them and everyone at that location WHICH WAS A LIE now I can no longer donate here.

Made me do a drive all the way from indiana 3 times ,just cause the people that work there are dumb and unprofessional..i hate this place they dont know what they doing

They don't give you all the info upfront. I have to drive a distance to get here and they wasted my time

I donated there one time. It took hours for them to get to me. CSL plasma is much better.

I have no complaints.....the staff are organized and have a good system that flows smoothly for me

I love coming here they are very respectful and friendly like a family experience

Unprofessional. Told them i had a piercing that was closed over a couple of years ago and i got banned

Donate about 20 times. Never took more than an hour. Very worth it!!

Long wait only have one person for the new donors she went to a long break even though it was a lot of people still waiting! Smh uncaring

Wouldn't let me donate because i wasn't born in America seems like discrimination
