Kendal Thompson is an amazing worker, always has a smile on her face and greets you with a warm welcome. Not only is she an amazing worker but she has been a n an amazing listener when I needed to vent... I tragically lost my 2 children and She took the time to listen and gave me those comforting words I needed to hear. She is amazing all the way around !!!

I am writing to formally express my profound concern and disagreement with the recent permanent deferral from your plasma donation center and all affiliated centers. I believe this action is unjustified, retaliatory, and not reflective of professional medical standards. Staff is friendly, kind, and patient. You don't get paid much but they will not bruise you. The process is a bit slow. But if you're in it to help save lives it would be worth it.

My wife went here and they poked threw her vain and bruised her arm then try to say it was her fault. After she wrote a review on them, they called her and told her to wait a week then she can go back and be able to donate again and they said if she took off her review she would be able to skip the line. So she went to try again but apparently the manager she talked about her going back was not there and the person she talk to gave her attitude saying no one told to go back and she has to wait till it's ful

I have been a platinum member of CSL since 2019. Starting donating in Tulsa, OK for a year, moved to Dallas, TX and went there at Westmoreland for 4 years and now donating in Lubbock for 6 months. After all the times at different center, Lubbock takes the cake!!! I have been sent to medical 5 times by the screeners not paying attention. I have been deferred or counseled by Roy the manager only because the Medical tech asked for name and DOB 2 times and gave the information to her. On the third time, she ask
I have used this place off and on since opening and it wasn't until recently that I had a horrible experience. I had a bump on my donation arm so I was restricted to the other arm. They then stick the other arm, which I warned is a harder stick- and I am immediately in pain. I attempt part of the donation but it is HURTING, and I know this isn't right. They end up disconnecting me and told I lost blood. I come back a week later, and even as the bruise is still healing I'm turned away for something THEY did.

Now every time I've gone in there the staff is friendly they're very attentive to when you're done they try to get you out of there as quickly as possible they don't stand around you talking and leave you connected to the machine longer than you need to overall I write my experiences at CSL top of the top of the line man I got no complaints

The only issue I have is with CSL Plasma as an organization and their app. I was referred as a first time donor for a bonus. It was not until after my completion of the 5 donations that it tells me I was ineligible. I reached out via email and called the number and was pretty much told tough luck. This would be a lot lower if it werent for receptionist Levi. I came in for the first time today and he was the only person in the front. He was running around trying to help everyone and with a good attitude. He was letting us know he would be with us shortly, and with him being the only one he did just that. Wayyy better experience here than BioLife plasma. Everyone on staff worked quickly and was kind. This place is more organized and smoother than the other places I've been. Porsha and Christi made the process fun! Hillary is a badass needle stick! All these women need raise in pay!

The ladies Maritza and Marina were friendly and worked great. Fast and accurate. It shows they love what they do. I was the last one that showed up and I went to the back after 7:30 pm and they didn't miss a beat. I had told them I was sorry for being the last one and being so late. They were friendly and kind and told me I was good. They also thanked me over and over again for coming in. I thank them for that.

I never got treated like that at octapharma I will go back them.I wouldn't go to CSL people that work there are rude and petty. They also made fun of my son from there mistakes and my son was uncomfortable will not return either. Yall need to improve how

Came to donate and Elijah is being hostile, giving attitude from the time I sat down, mad dogging me because he got upset. Saying he is not trying to fight at work. I was excessively bleeding after my donation today n I told lady I was gushing excessively and she ignored never going back ever I'm in pain I'm crying this was ridiculous if blood goes thru gauze it's horrible.
They all work together to get these done Elias and Maritza work good as a team definitely will never go back to octapharma or BPL and all this screeners are so helpful and Ashley is always very helpful as well

One of the phlebotomists doesn't pay attention and she hurts people. Today she ruptured my girlfriend's vein which resulted in a visit to the urgent care. This is the SECOND time that she has injured my girlfriend because of her lack of attention while doing her job. If you happen to go, make sure you don't let Lyric put the needle in you. After she found out about this review she proceeded to berate and harass me during my donation. Will not be returning here thanks to LYRIC who is a HORRIBLE phlebotomist.

Wont be back. Not only do they pay the least. Rachael is disgusting! Watch her, she goes from patient to patient and trash/dc.never changes gloves. She sneezed the whole time and never covered her mouth. Her mask is filthy and you can see the snot behind it in an apparent wet spot. I will not be returning here ever for the simple fact that I was wrongly stuck by a employee and they knew they messed up but acted like it was nothing just put an ice pack and my arm looked worse the day after but it has gone down still in pain from it,now this is how my arm looks and it's getting worse by the days

Worst place to donate! Second time I went and bruise my arm up bad. Blamed me for their mistakes. The way they left my arm is very concerning.

This place was a JOKE! I went for new donor the first time and they couldn't find a vein and told me to come back. When I go back I get all the way to my physical and the lady tells me that even though my iron level is 48 (the required is 39) she sees a history of my donations in Amarillo the year prior and my iron was a 40 oh no ..above the required 39 you don't say! Then proceeds to tell me Im anemic and can't donate until I get a Dr to sign a paper saying it's OK. Even though I tested a 48, even though I
I have been Trying to contact CSL plasma over the phone and I have gotten no answer. I want to become a new Donor but I'm not sure if they'll accept paper ID I really don't want to drive down to csl plasma and be told I can't donate again waist of gas and time.

Went there and forgot my SS card so bad in my part. Went back and was told it had not been 4 months since my surgery. I was told to come back on 1/19-23. I went back and was then told must wait one more day. Keep in mind they have all my meds and medical info. Went back for 5 th time. Watched videos again, finger stick again. Got told that I took my meds and they not out if my system for 24 hours, denied again, medicine is prednisone, a steroid. I take 5 mg every other day. If I had lied and said I haven't

Everytime i have went , they can't ever seem to ?find , feel? my veins ? when I've clearly trying to tell them my veins are deep deep and is there . I've donated before multiple time never had this kind of issue at all .

4 different people to check to see if I can donate for them to be like well I was here but not here and not know where to scroll to know if my plasma is usable or not. They told me just to come back tomorrow because the person needed to read the tube thing wasn't here. Maybe the lines at Octapharma aren't so bad
TDLR: You will make 50% more each month if you go to Octapharma or BPL instead of CSL. Yes, that's correct. You will make $400/month at CSL and make $600 at Octapharma/BPL. And CSL actually just reduced their rates to $45/donation. So, CSL was a decent alternative for a while when they were new and you had a shot at being in an out in an hour or a an hour plus 20 minutes. Lots of people switched from i.e. Octapharma because they were taking 2-3 hour consistently. That's not the case anymore. CSL has maybe

I was there for 4to5 hours and every test INCLUDING the vein test was good. But at the very end they said my veins were no good and I could not donate. To add insult to the equation they gave me $15 in an ?inconvenience fee?. I have never been more insulted in my life. All I can say is if you actually need the money like I did you need to weigh all of your options before ever trying CSL Plasma.

THE MEDICAL PART SUCKS THEY BE HAVING PPL WAITING FOR SOMETHING SMALL N FOR 30 DOLLARS WE WAITING UP TO A HOUR TO BE SEEN BY MEDICAL JUST FOR SOMETHING SMALL ... N THE PPL HAVE NO SENSE OF URGENCY AT ALL!!
