I was so satisfied with my experience at BioLife. The staff are very professional, educated on their role, kind, and so friendly the moment you walk in the door. The machines are quick as well so you're not sitting there for hours. They have great phlebotomist?s too!! I absolutely love going there.

Very slow. I donated twice last week and was there for over 2 hours both times. Computer system wouldn't allow me to login so I had to wait in line at the front desk and it took a really long time to get someone to help out. 1st time approx 45 mins until my plasma draw started. Front desk is very slow. Nurse station is slow as well. Sometimes they move a little slow, but they don't have a lot of staff on hand, it seems. Someone will get to you eventually. Payment usually takes around 15-20 minutes after donation to appear in app. I have good veins, and I've only had one slightly uncomfortable poke in 11 donations. I highly recommend taking advantage of the first month bonus in its entirety as the payment is halved after that first month. I spent my whole life avoiding this places like the black plague. I believe that tampering with blood is a dark practice. But if you have sell your soul, BioLife will make the process simple and painless. A star for every aspect of the place. Walk in friendly, cleanliness, speed, support, informative. The 4 month check in is a joke. Waited at least 5 minutes to "see" the nurse. While I could've been in line already. Instead, all she said was that I'm getting an extra vile of blood drawn for it to be tested. ALL WHILE 4 PEOPLE go in front of me in line. At the end of my donation, I was waiting 15 minutes before someone even helped me take my needle out of my arm. The man was nice and QUICK. The women just take their time and chat around. Yall are lucky I need money or else I would never come back here.

Best BioLife location. Staff is friendly, skilled, respectful of your time, and seem happy to be there. Large facility with lots of donation stations to accommodate donors. Staff went the extra mile to make sure my donation was successful and smooth. Will be using this location going forward.

Right when I walked in I noticed how clean and friendly the staff was. I went for my first time and everyone was so nice helping me and guiding me through the process. Nurse Al is the best! He did such a good job explaining everything and I even noticed that he knew people by their names. That may seem small but speaks volume of his character. This building is very clean and the staff is excellent especially Devon, she is absolutely amazing. I tend to have high a pulse but when she sees me coming up to her line she talks to me and calms me down and tells me not to look at the machine because it's just working up my anxiety and Everytime I see her I pass. Sometimes it can go smoothly but most of the time they go too slow and then have a backed up line. I had an appointment for 9 and was sitting down by 9:10 and didn't get the needle in until after 9:30. It shouldn't take more than 20 minutes to get started after I'm already sitting down. I returned to the Warren Michigan location after almost a year of not donating. They told me since I was a return donor that I would be paid 150 for the first donation and then regular donation rates apply. Well I only received 50 dollars for the first donation and when I asked the manager why that was she told me that noone entered a coupon for a return donor so basically I'm screwed out of the return donor promotion. Very satisfied! It wasn't crazy busy luckily, and the staff approached me when I looked like I needed assistance (which I did a couple times). I was a returning patient from about 3 years ago so I needed a new physical and expected the whole process with the donation itself to take about 4 hours, but I was out in just under 2 hours from the time my appointment was scheduled until the time I walked out the door.

The 3 time ever donation from here was a very bad one, I had the needle move they said and blood started coming out of my arm, so they put the needle in my other arm and after a few seconds my arm starting bubbling up and left me with 2 big bruises on both of my arms and I've never had a problem like that ever before. Very scary so I won't be doing any donations again.

The first thing I will say about this location is it appears quite clean. I have been donating here now for about 4 months. One of the things I have learned is depending on the day and time you go you may encounter some lines. That being said I have noticed that in the last month or so they seem to be short-staffed and at times quite badly. This place is rediculous. 1100 cc's is way to much. I just came back only to find out because I'm 6'5 265 they can now take 1100 cc's of plasma. Other places take 1000 cc's and that is too much and now 1100. Every time 1000 was taken I felt weak later that night. The only reason people are here is because everything is so expensive now and people need this money to live.

BioLife is ok and have upgraded a few things but overall there payments are not where it is at along with the fact of once you have been with them once then you can never leave a take a break for a year or any amount of months and come back as a new donor. You will be considered as a returning donor . For example if you donated with them in 2023 and it's now 2025 you still a returning donor so for that they loose points even with there promotion codes like there doing something special and there not . I was hooked up to a machine where the lines weren't hooked up properly. My plasma & blood got mixed together (3mins after getting the needle in my arm). They couldn't return my blood an deferred me For 8 weeks without telling me. I lost my 1st time donor promotion, now if I come it only 50.00

When I first walked in I was hesitant but Mrs. Deborah the manager was very nice and welcoming with a beautiful smile. After registering I meet with nurse Al he was great he made me feel comfortable with donating an answered all my questions. My tech in aqua can't remember the young lady name was good didn't hurt. Overall the process was fairly quick I was only on the machine 30 minutes. I'll recommend this establishment to anyone looking to donate plasma.

In a world full of Karen?s you should be more like this Karen. Without specifics my last six months have been incredibly challenging and Karen?s ability to deal with donors and be just an all around great human was very welcomed. Service SUCKS no supervision Lines backed up because workers are just standing around talking. I walked in at 11:43 AM. It was two people in line by the time I got in line at 11:47. The lines were full on both sides from what I noticed it only gets backed up because of the workers not working standing around talking Something needs to happen no way you guys are going by appointments and I'm in the facility for three hours or more. Professional, caring staff! This was my first time donating. The nurses who did my intake, Karen and Al, were helpful, thorough and knowledgeable. They made me feel at ease when in reality I was nervous. Everyone was pleasant and I felt this process was quick. I really recommend this facility.

Nayah was amazing! Anytime I come for a plasma draw, she greets me with kindness and a smile, which is has become a rarity. I've witnessed her get through all her patients in a 30-45 min time span, which is so impressive. Her goal is efficiency and getting the patient out and back to their busy lives. I also notice her giving assistance to her team whenever she has downtime between assisting her own areas patients as well. Bravo and keep up the fantastic work!

ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!! They never return calls EVER!!! They need to train them better to not give the donors hematomas. They try moving the needle too much and make me bleed then decline me to donate because their incompetence. I also have tried multiple times to get in touch with someone to file a complaint about a situation that occurred previously but was never able to get in touch with anyone from this location or by the contact us option on their website.

absolutely everyone I interacted with was courteous and kind on this, my first plasma donation. the only reason it's not five stars is because it really took a while to get through all the steps of the process to the point of donation. The whole staff is A-1. Seriously... I donated because a friend asked me, so she could get a referral bonus. Next thing I know, I'm a regular donator. I'm never donating there again. Signed up on September 11th, have tried donating 4 times, and have only been able to donate 2 out of 4 times due to BS. The first time they turned me away was due to my pulse being "too high". Keep in mind this is after trying to read the machines after 5 times, my arms hurt and I was frustrated by the time they even settled on anything. Never bothered to try manually checking to make sure it was even accurate. The next time I was turned away, some blood level was "too high"

Eboni, Jimmy, and Miss Hollis are great but pretty much everyone else who works here is rude and hates their lives and the donors. I've gotten hematomas twice from donating here because some of the phlebotomists care more about their overinflated egos for some reason than grabbing help because they don't have the skill to do a difficult stick.

I have been donating for a few months at BioLife, one of the many kind individuals there, Latisha has always been so kind and caring when taking care of me. She has been positive and helpful with my questions. Even when the clinic is busy she has treated me with attention and without making me feel like I was a burden. On my last visit of the new donor promotion, the payment reverted back to a standard payment and I never received my last promotional payment. Very disappointing. The staff are relatively professional. There were times I sat with the needle in my arm for 5-10 min before the tech removed it. Once the procedure left a large bruise on my arm, but it was mild. It's good extra money and the Warren location is clean and they keep things moving effectively, so I'll go back if I need extra cash.

Deb the manager was very rude and dismissive to me last week. I told her one of the employees there damaged my vein and she told me no one works there with the features I gave her. She refused to believe me at least 10 times until she finally remembered. They said they reviewed my veins and they were unsuitable but that isn't true. At one time, they had a nurse running back and forth from the front to helping the people donating. She was so nice and polite though. Wanted to make some extra money for a vacation. $850 for 8 visits with the promotion. Al is awesome and I can see why the review sections are flooded with his name. Your machine was faulty. It said my pulse was 105. I measured it repeatedly when I sat down at 82. The machine again measured it at 105. You have medical personnel there. If the machine registers too high, have a REAL PERSON physically take your pulse the second time, instead of letting the faulty machine misread you TWICE, and then deny the person the ability to donate.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience here. Was here for 3.5 hrs the first time for them to tell me I'm not able to donate. AFTER all the new donor paperwork, physical and test, you'd think they would've checked veins at the beginning. They told me come back in a couple days. This place is horrible. I had a standing appointment and was turned away, the guy at the counter told her to reject me because they were closing, they close at 7p.m., my appointment was at 6p.m. The fake nurse told me I didn't have enough to eat, I had water, power aide and breakfast and a nice lunch. You get $40 for the first donation of the week, which starts on Tuesday. Your second donation you receive $90. Beware they will tell you a host of reasons why you aren't eligible to donate, like for example your iron is too low, so they don't have to pay you the higher price for your second donation for the week. Honestly if I could put 0 stars I would. My first 2 donations went good after that I booked my third one in the app. Just for it to be canceled 12 hours before. It said to call the center to see why. I had to call 24 times leave 19 voicemails and still didn't get a call back within a week. So I went in and they said we're closing soon come back tomorrow they walk around like zombies in there super lazy my appointment was at 5 on my second donation didn't get to the back until 7:30 and got out of there at 9.

Even though my 1st visit was around 3.5 hours (place was also packed), all employees were and are very professional. My 2nd trip in, was just over an hour. Staff are friendly and seem to enjoy working here.

My actual donation today went very smooth. I did not like the fact that I had to listen to the technician complain about her job and threatened to quit as soon as she gets a phone call from other employers. If you don't like your job that much, quit right now and save everybody a headache of having to listen to you complain.

What an amazing experience!! Today was my first visit to BioLife! All the staff were amazing through the whole process. Maria was my phlebotomist and did an awesome job, didn't feel a thing! I'm already excited to come back in a couple days.

Honestly, it doesn't make sense how they have no urgency in their line of work. I've set my appointments for early times in the morning but I don't end up leaving till 2/3 hours later. This is my first time at this location as a new return donor. I have been in this chair for about 15 mins now. I see no staff shortage and it is pretty steady. I honestly should've been stuck by now. when I came in as a new donor, the nurse that sat there and was supposed to do my physical didn't even do anything just asked a couple questions and said all will just say no no no no no wasn't doing a job trying to sleep on a job very rude people there, and some all of the customers that come in sit there and scream and all that and they just look at them and laugh they don't do nothing to be organized. The check in process on the computer needs to be better streamlined. Why ask the same questions that a person just answered 2-3 days ago about something in the last 6 months?! I have been donating plasma since 2021 at random centers. I have had terrible experiences with many centers. Biolife plasma, However, is extremely organized. The place is immaculate. Every last staff member there is respectful and very polite. I really love how you have to schedule to donate. It reduces the work load on the staff. Worst customer service ever! They don't answer the phone- leave messages they don't call back - drive down told all is good to donate come to donate but wait/ need a med report from 20+ years ago??? After my GP cleared me - specialist cleared me - would have been nice if they told me i needed to wait some more but their own employee told me I was good to go! I really like the people who work at the facility I go to in Warren but this Rewards Program is insulting. You have to go 7 times to get a $5 bonus and ever since this was implemented they have offered me significantly less each week. It has not been worth it to go back.

Rashida and Olivia are kind, informative people. They answered all my questions and explained the process of donating easy. I gave 4 stars because takes a little long.
