I usually don't have great experiences at these places but I do have to say that there is a vitals specialist name Kim Smith, and I ABSOLUTELY love her! It could be the dreariest day and she goes out of her way to make it positive for everyone. That helps a lot in environments like that. Want to personally say thank you to CSL and Kim for being so great.

It's cool but some of those disrespectful phlebotomist have to go I don't know what's their problem and why they act like they better than us my job pay 27 an hour I make more than any of them I like to help others so I donate and get quick money while I do it but this is a business and yall need to pick better people for the job because some of them are not it or professional at all and it's annoying. They make me not want to donate anymore at this location at all.

I normally like going but things have changed. Faster machines with longer wait times makes zero sense. Then they took money away from people donating for the machines. I bet they really needed the $3- more than we did. Greedy!!! Pathetic. You people at the top of this chain need your heads examined. Almost always a 1.5- 2hr gig. New machines didn't help one bit. Aggravated.

It's a nice atmosphere staff are easy to deal with . Ive been going there for years. The only negative is the bonus and the extra cash you could get by saving your points for donating..

This is my main donation center I've been coming for 2 years now and I love coming here there always quick, very nice, clean and always love to come see 2 of my favorite people in this place.Rochell?? and Kim?? they always make my day??????

Not busy at all I been sitting here I've 30mins not stick yet place is terrible in be a new donor I sat in the chair for 30mins being skip over after today I'm going to another csl plasma

The medical professionals here, besides the phlebotomists are of questionable aptitude, besides having vague guidelines for donation. I recommend any other plasma center

They need better workers that want 2 work not just stand around

Went back, 8 days later, after seeing an actual doctor and getting a clean bill of health. I do not have congestive heart failure and there are no white spots in my mouth. I got similar treatment to the first visit because of course they don't want me there now. I've had to make a SECOND dr. appointment, thanks to the vindictive, unqualified RNs at this location. This is after the manager called me and said I could come back. This place is a disaster and should be shut down. It's dirty too, btw. I'm still

*Updated 11-4-2024 *It's been over a month since I talked to the management at CSL on W. 25th. She said she'd get back to me. She never did. It is as I predicted. I would give them ZERO stars if I could. I recommend going to Biomat, Freedom Plasma, OctaPharma, or BioLife. IMO, CSL here in the CLE is low-rent nonsense.* When I first went to CSL in West 25th in Cleveland, Ohio, two years ago, I had (still have) a form of psoriasis. I passed the physical and became a donator. Come August of this year, I get f

The ladies there are very nice I'm a returning donar. I haven't been there in a long time but came back. They had me laughing and were very polite. I got through the process pretty fast too.

I'm giving this place 3 stars because I have no problem with this place just this one incident that happened to me. I was donating Plasma and this Phlebotomist, she goes by Dirty D was very unprofessional and acted like other people don't have lives or jobs. I work and I'm a mom of 2 young children which keeps me busy. I work from 7:00 a.m. to 5:30 Sunday-Wednesday. So, I came in and was set up on the machine. After a while, I kept dosing off (not sleeping, it's a difference) and she was being very rude abo

I felt comfortable during my donation, staff regularly checked on me an kept me updated. 10/10 Service.

Staff is super nice & professional . The service is efficient. The environment is clean, organized & peaceful, and the donation process is quick. If you're thinking about donating here, RUN don't walk! I've NEVER had a bad experience at this location. This location is highly recommend.

I have been donating plasma at csl in Cleveland Ohio for approximately 4 and a half years. On Thursday 9/4/2024. I donated and my donation was flawless. Over the years I have had many phlebotomist that have that have performed the the procedure necessary for donating. I was very impressed with my phlebotomist Ellisia. She is a five star employee.

Sally a racist... yes she is... couldnt call corporate fast enough. Yikes csl could do better especially after the bad reviews

Incredibly rude staff. Not enough people working. Now after I do the right thing and tell the manager about the incident, I get deferred for it? Nope I'm done with the incompetent and rude people with this company. I have been a donor here for years but now I will be taking my business elsewhere. This is how they treat loyal gold members here so I'd suggest going anywhere else but csl. You have a phlebotomist with the name Dirty D on her facemask who will tell you that it's your fault it's taking too long w

I don't understand the bad reviews. The initial visit will take awhile. But that's to be expected. You visit with a nurse, they have to screen you, etc. But every visit since has been a breeze! The staff is polite and professional. The facility is very clean. The wait times have been little. An all around good experience! I've always donated plasma?I'm AB+/universal donor. CSL at this location is worlds better than going to a Red Cross donation center! And the case doesn't hurt either!!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They won't let me donate for something that happened over 3 yrs ago. The nurse was looking all in my nose asking me what was in there. I said I didn't know. And I also remember two African American females wanting to have a long debate with me. About what my race is. If anything I received discrimination. And it was over 3 yrs ago. They said it didn't matter. Nothing bt small money anyways.

So I ignored the low rating because I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. But from my experience the actual phlebotomists are cool. They're Black people who are just like you and I. It's the nurses and security who are ***holes. From my experience they always gave people the harder times. I think it's just that authority, power really ruins people.

CSL Plasma 3204 west 25th street Is very plasent to visit everyone is very informed an helpful (Kimberly Smith) always have a smile an tips On how to have a smooth donation

Very friendly professional staff. They make sure your visit is pleasant and comfortable. The staff checks on you and makes sure you are safe and secure! They smile and are constantly making you feel important. I rate them the best in Cleveland, keep up the great work! May God bless the staff at CSL west 25th street,

Let me start by saying the employees and building itself seemed to be highly qualified to take blood. The reason I say this is due to the cleanliness both inside and out of the facility. Even though the attendant at the counter did not seem qualified to be a secretary or hold that of a registry's position. With that being said, I feel as though 4 hours for your first time visit maybe a little unnecessary on admissions. However, the facility seemed busy. While the uniforms of which each worker wore were nic

The morale in this place is so low it's terrible! There is obvious favoritism with certain employees and overall concerns are generally ignored. Employees constantly bemoan about how they're treated my management. The turnover rate is high and this place can't retain newhires due to the overall dynamics in the workplace. Donors often times are forced to wait extremely long lines purposely because staff focuses on private conversations while working. Machines constantly breakdown causing donors to be deferr

The place is small and dirty they tried to transfer me took 30 mins just for her to log me into the computer they made me redo all the questions like 70 of them only for it to make me sit down for 40 mins while someone was suppose to come and get me they never did 3 people were in front of me when I got there about 30 were before I decided to leave couldn't even donate because of the staff.

The woman who processed me and got me in and out, in a very surprising amount of time, I appreciate her definitely

I think we should be getting paid more! One bottle of plasma is worth 1500 dollars and we get 110 dollars for 2 donations at then 3000 for 2 bottles? Wheres the bonus for loyal customers? Im at platinum donor with 750 people helped. The rewards in the app are not enough at all! Increase pay and bonus for donors who are saving lives. Are we in the business for making money or helping people both ways? Why do all of us go here to donate in the first place. Yes we wanna help people and also yes because donors

You must request (Prie) Like them needles bothers me, But It's funny how beautiful she is, Like you'd get so lost in her beauty that you won't even realize that you've been stuck. Until she's saying well let me know if you need anything while walking away. She a great worker tho overall!!!!

This place is so unclassy. The nurses are untrained and rude. One told me I looked like my best friend died when my BP was too high, then proceeded to laugh and insinuate I was crazy. I don't feel comfortable walking into this facility.

Lady at the front desk takes to long to answer anything and seems to barely know what she's talking about. The wait is always ridiculously long. There's always empty seating in the back, yet donors are still in line waiting. At least let us relax. Staff complains about the place itself too, in front of its donors! The place smells like it is clean but looks dirty and the bathrooms are super disgusting. There's always a problem with their machines and staff sucks at helping. The process for first time donors

Listen to the bad reviews this is not a CSL to go to take the drive to Parma. Everybody here is rude they'll refused to register you even if there is enough time simply because they don't want to according to them to save yourself the hassle.

Worst experience I've ever had in the 6 years I've been coming

Janet at the front desk is a very rude lady. She is condescending in her greetings and rude in all her conversations with me and the other guest I observed. She gives older black woman a bad name in customer service. Her job seems easy and I have no reason y she's always in a bad mood.

upon entering the place was very nice and the staff were as well, but after three hours of the new donor to-do list, i finally reached my physical and got told i was ?too mentally unstable? to donate. this was due to some old self harm scars. i explained that i was able to donate at a different center, and that i was in fact completely fine. instead i was told that it was concerning i wasn't seeing a doctor and that i needed to be treated immediately and receive medication. so overall i ended up wasting tim

Sally has provided excellent customer service. This center is very efficient and has made several improvements for a better donor experience.

The pinnacle of unprofessionalism. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I was just denied because a worker doesn't like me....she said I fell asleep in line and fell into people so the nurse told me to come back tomorrow....so I asked if we can go ask the people in line if I ever touched them and the nurse said no so on my way out I ran over and not one person said I touched them or fell.....so because one worker doesn't like me I was denied donating.....this place is an absolute joke and I caught her lying and no management held her accountable

Basically always have trouble getting my plasma because of my small veins. Turned me away because I stated that the other plasma center sometimes had trouble getting my plasma, so they had a nurse look at my arm so she said there's no way we can get your plasma without even trying would not recommend they act like the funds is coming out of their pocket.

Good, but long. Call up if you're unsure what to bring first time. Pro tip, something with proof of social security number is required. There were a couple of computers that were acting up and some information is presented to yop,u 4 times in first visit. The staff was nice and my phlebotomist had no trouble finding my vein.

The lines on a full day is ridiculous! There are days when the 'system' is down and either you wait or leave. Most won't leave because they need the money. If you're new you will be there for about 3 hours!! This procedure should be done away with. It's silly to have to wait to see the dr, wait to do this or that!! They need to streamline that process. Once you get back to the bed employees should not be having conversations with each other!! They need to keep their mind on what they're doing because I've b

THIS PLACE will make you sit there for 4+ hours! hate it here and never going here again. I was there at 12:30pm (today is june 24th, a saturday!) and just waiting for someone to at least register me in their system. I walked out of there at 4pm (the time they closed) and still wasn't able to even get a physical. TERRIBLE?????????!

The place is always dirty and people are very rude, the staff as well. Any woman who walks into the establishment becomes a punching bag for perverted men in the place hires cops that don't help they will actually be a part of the perverted group. This is not a place you want to be. All of the five star ratings are Google users which means that they're not real. Save yourself a lot of time and do not go to this place

I had a 4 hour wait today! Most of the time you are treated as if you are invisible. Alarms go off and are ignored even when it's quiet and alarms audible. If you need help you are on your own to handle the problem! I have seen racism in this facility and Im not talking about the donors. For all the years ive donated the donors get along pretty well. The management hangs out in the back and when short staffed the management and nurses don't care enough about donors to help out. I have been going here f

They don't clean this place! How can we be comfortable that we're not going to catch something in this building? Friday someone threw up in the bathroom and today it was still there and the smell when you open the bathroom door is so bad.

Terrible customer service. Extremely racist and I'm not even talking about the whites. Black in there treat their on kind way worst than whites but Is extremely nice to white donors. Self hatred is real. I switched to the one on Lorain. Much better and most of the staff are pretty pleasant.

Wish I could give them 0 stars. They were very rude to me. The place was dirty. The employees are more interested in talking to each other and loudly judging the people that come in to donate. They tell me that I couldn't donate because I was wearing pajama pants even though the majority of people there were wearing sweatpants and pants don't affect your blood. Go to the one in parma heights.

I donated at the CSL Plasma in Duluth, MN for years and never had an issue, but I will not come back here. I was defered for eczema on my right ring finger. That in itself was weird but I went along with it. My issue with this place is the rudeness an the fact that I waisted 2 hours there already. Seriously, the workers took so long to do anything it must have been a competition. All the other reviews are correct. Just keep in mind CSLs in places other than Cleveland are way faster, friendlier and cleaner.

The building has been completely remodeled even the BATHROOMS! The staff has ALWAYS been polite and friendly. I have been donating here off and on for the past 25 years. I am greatful to have a way to earn emergency money and at the same time helping others. The staff has ALWAYS been polite, friendly and professional. In fact they seem even moreso since the facility has been upgraded. Improved employee morale? I reccommend this facility to new donors.

This place is ridiculous.... I've been sitting on the bed for 40 Minutes and still not hooked up! not to mention the 1hr and 1/2 wait just to get back here. Have yet to even have a staff come to our section. Plan on doing nothing for half your day if you come to this one.... Smh and the staff are rude! Lady at the front counter with white hair acts like your a bother to her world, get a different job if your going to act like that. The other staff spend their time lolly-gaggin and chit chattin with one anot

The last time i went there, the caregiver wasn't gentle at all. i felt intense pain upon the return of my blood. They simply told me "the machine was pushing it too fast back into me" 2 Days later i was left with my entire bicep bruised which lasted 3-4 weeks while spreading to my forearm.

poor quality people both staff and clients, be ready to smell dirty bum breath and touch greasy snot covered surfaces (kiosk etc) so hit that sanitizer station, unless it's empty.. which it mostly likely is. and make sure you dont let any idiots stick you and ruin your donation. be ready to be left in the chair with the needle in your arm for a half hour after your machine is done as you watch the staff on the floor incompetently handle the easiest of situations.for best experience go at the beginning of th

I have been a donor for over two years. In general, the place is clean and organized. The staff is friendly. Yes, on occasion, the lines are too long. Once there Parma location opens, I would think the lines will be shorter. Also, the parking lot could use repaving. The compensation is enough, with bonuses, to cover my rent.

With Christmas coming my donations help a lot getting things for my family. The CSL workers should talk less and concentrate on what they are doing and maybe the line wouldn't be crimped and the bowl broke, and I lose blood. I don't think I'll go back to CSL, that it may happen again. Thanks for letting me go through your system, but with 8 weeks without able to donate "after over 2 years doing so" I don't think I'll return. Ronnie Adkins 12/20/1978

I have donated at both the Columbus and Cleveland locations. The place is a bit chaotic if you are new and unaccompanied by an experienced donor. I felt like a fish out of water on a number of occasions. It is janky and run down, staffed by people who treat you like cattle. Instructions can be unclear as it is a bit noisy and the staff are more concerned about their music on their phones than you the donor. Some of the staff seem like they don't care, the others seem jaded. The location is definitely "URBAN

Brittany with the pink glasses does the best job she's aware and caring 5 stars because of her????????????

Unprofessional staff. Donating isn't worth the time & inconvenience. Eric misread my ID, after I was there for 3 hours, they told me I couldn't donate because my ID expired. No matter how many new donors there are, there's only 1 person screening new donors. Basically Management & staff sucks. I would recommend unless you're down to your last dime

Horrible staff, incredibly long waits, and disgusting atmosphere. Staff has no hospitality or courtesy. Be prepared to be treated very unjustly. If you have to work that day, be prepared to call off. It takes them almost 8 hours to process you in the system, when all locations can get you in and out in 2 hours. Extremely low pay for all the bullshit you have to put up with.

in and out at times sometimez your there a while but all staff is professional, knowledgeable. plus the $ good and your helping ppl live a better life. After going to csl for over a yr i looked for a different donation center.. the lines are just ridiculous there!! Stood in line for over 2 hrs many times totally takes up too much of your time. Incredibly understaffed

Horrible. Just horrible. For starters the place looks unclean. I called the facility and asked if there was anything i needed to begin donating and if i needed an appointment. The lady on the phone said we didnt need one. I checked the website and my boyfriend and I decided to drive 30 minutes there to donate only to be turned away when my two pieces of mail were insufficient since they weren't post marked even though one was a newly issued debit card. My boyfriend was rejected since his TEN YEAR OLD ta

Well for starters place is confusing as a 1st timer. Doesnt explain clearly its pay is based on the current promotion price which changes , and currently for Sep 2015 its 50.00 first visit, can only go 2x/1 wk regulations wise. You will only get 50.00 first 5 donations then it's 20. I bounced right before having needle in me after 2.5 hours of waiting, screening, watching video, doing computer questionnaire and getting a physical. The way I was being treated being the only white female in the place, was bey

I had never went to a Plasma center i chose CSL on West 25th. I was already apprehensive upon going! What a Horrible experience!! Needless to say on seeing the bogus nurse whom after i disclosed i had thyroid which my doctors took me off of medicine because it wasn't working! they monitor it to make sure it doesn't become cancerous! As been done with individuals on blood pressure medicine and others as well She preceded to view a manuel on computer that indicates other medical issues that you may have tha

The staff is so kind. There's always someone at the front desk. They make you feel welcome, and they don't mind if you don't have everything you need the first time.

This was my first time donating plasma and I was nervous about this location after reading the reviews but it was honestly the greatest first experience. The location was clean and everyone was practicing safe covid guidelines. I felt super informed and everyone answered all my questions. My phlebotomist was Chonita and she was so reassuring and friendly and had no issue getting my vein, and came back multiple times just to check in on me to make sure I was doing ok. I would highly recommend this location t

I am 61 yr. old Breast Cancer survivor. So far all staff except for the first nurse who took my information. Has been thoroughly professional and so far no issues. Emoni and Jasmine Are great. Emoni watches her lines and her people. She and Jasmine are true professionals. I can say that because I have worked in Surgery 30 yrs. Im a retired Surgical Tech. Im a one arm stick and they have all been gentle with me. As for the screening nurse however. I didn't get her name. She didn't complete my info in the comp

When it's the staff's fault the donor pays the price and gets deferred. I will be calling up management tomorrow. It's not acceptable when they put the cuff so tight and you keep telling them to turn it down because my fingers, mouth and tongue was going numb! To get told I am deferred for 8 weeks not gonna happen this time because I wasn't at fault!

Had a yearly checkup I explained to the nurse and stupid barbie doll had me banned cuz I stopped taking a medicine yet it was documented I took it when I started!!! The ppl are rude, staff don't care, there's about 2 that are decent, its a hot mess there, we saw roaches crawling the floors its just a nasty dirt hole, I wouldn't recvomend, staff can break ur veins and u have to wait cuz its there fault, there not trained properly, its a dirty facility, I can go on and on...

Staff is not pleasant. I was a first time blood plasma donor I mean would have been. I took my id and a current utility bill, but need my s.s. card. I went and got my card and after being the first person in line I still waited 25 min. For them to tell me that my s.s card has junior on it and my state I.d. did not and I wouldn't be able to donate. Its easier to get a car loan than donate. I dont suggest going there. The reviews about a two star rating is spot on.

Let me just start off by saying, I dont like the state of the building and the whole screening process is wack! One time they denied me because i had a hair bump... Anyway everytime i went something else would go wrong like the tube wouldnt work right or the machine would stop working. One time they took like a gallon of blood out of me and aint put it back, then told me i couldnt come back for 3months... When i tried to go back they treated me like a new donor and denied me cuz i aint have proof of address

Vary disrespectful employee's they pick and choose who to let go first even if you we're there longer then other's ! Not clean at all ! Will not return rather go to opi on 107th an lorain much nicer and friendlier atmosphere also pay is much better and so much cleaner and treated with so much more respect !

They move pretty fast compared to other plasma centers, staff is cool, helpful, fun and know what their doing!

The nurses don't know what they're doing, always sticking wrong. Than blame you for their mistakes, this is one unprofessional place, I never had a problem before. And I plan on never going there again, and their attitudes sucks!

I've never donated before so this was all new to me. I got $70 the first 2 times and $25 for the next few times after that. If I can go 8 times in the first 45 days I can get $100 for the 8th time being a new donor and all. I only weigh 125lbs so I only get $25 but if I weighed more I'd get about $5 more. Everybody seems pretty professional to me. It only takes me about 45 minutes to donate so I always bring my iPad with me and watch a movie while I wait.

This location is horrible compared to the Pearl Rd location. They treat you like you're a criminal and talk to you like you're beneath them(I'm talking about the employees). You guys need to go see how Pearl Rd does things, the way it should be done and the way people should be treated

They have a security guard out front with a bulletproof vest should tell you enough . They will reject you if you have tattoos on your inner arms they say some people use them to cover the track marks for IV drug users but you cannot tell tract marks on a black person . I bet 99.9% of their clientele are junkies

I've been here 7 times before, not until today did I have a bad experience. Carmen was very rude to me. I will find another place to donate after today.

False advertisement. They will take you through the whole process just to tell you that a certain tattoo may disqualify you from the process. Depends on what THEY find offensive. If I'm healthy what's on my body should not matter...isn't this about so call saving lives? You have some drug addicts coming in and out but you all are worried about tattoos. Pathetic. Wouldn't come back to save my life...or any other for that matter.

Just like the Castro house that it sits right down the street from, CSL Cleveland is one of the most awful places in Cleveland and should probably be torn down, as well. It's totally disorganized, I've seen blood and cigarette butts on the floors, the bathroom is beyond bio-hazard, and it's staffed by a bunch of foul-mouthed baboons. I think the only requirement to work there is the ability to spell your name correctly on an application. I can't believe that this place hasn't been the target of a class acti

The place has roaches and hour+ wait times because they can barely keep staff. Management should be ashamed of themselves because they're running the place to the ground

I been going to this site since 1987 and watched it change could be a little better but overall I know staff they know me love my Miss Jan and my girls they know who they are???????? only thing wishthey would just give 50 each visit because of covid19

Never had a problem here staff is prompt and professional. I imagine the majority of the negative reviews reflect the clients behavior not the staff's behavior.. if you act like an ass you will be treated like one..

This place is trash don't go if you don't need too. The staff doesn't take their jobs seriously and always make a big deal with new donators like their job is so hard.

Horrible service inexperienced staff they can only do a withdrawl if your a skin and bones crackhead with veins sitting higher than your skin. They should really hire some different people I recommend trying the CSL in ELYRIA

Phlebotomist Cece Did A Great Job With My Stick Followed All Procedures Highly Recommended :)

If you like CSL? go to the Parma Heights location, not west 25th! They are clean, quick and incredibly friendly!! Its a whole other world over there!!

Let alone they never open on time with over 50 ppl outside waiting ive donated plenty of times here but today i was disgraced when i went in. Had to wait on the workers to finish there non work related convo before i could have my vein tested just to wait 30 mins for them to tell me tht i cant donate due to my left arm vein cant be used. WTF WHY? youve always used my right arm and i prefer it. Apparently you must have usable veins in both arms as if they are sticking you with two needles. Yea its been a yea

Our staff has been working really hard and making a lot of changes. Not just for donors but also those who receive those donations. I'm excited to see what is yet to come. Keep up the good work guys!!!??????

Only go here if you have at least three hours. They are slow, Slow, SLOW! Don't walk, RUN to Octapharma. I did. Much nicer and more intelligent employees.

For a nation with a blood shortage, this place sends you away for every reason possible. Wasted my time 4 times. While surrounded by nothing but people without teeth and crackheads selling blood for their habits / a working class white man with all the right documentation gets sent away.... for a bruise from my doctor. Rude black nurses that can't even speak correctly : have fun with your crackheads I will never try to donate blood again at west 25th location. Even the nurse said "they look for every reas

never open on time @ 7 they will let everyone in and make them wait in line while they get set up when they should be set up when they open at 7. very unprofessional and wasting peoples time

I've read sum of the reviews....so to each it's own...that being said....i haven't had any bad experience in the few visits I've had there....the staff nice....they took the time to explain things that i may not have understood....they even engage in friendly banter while I was donating....i can only speak for my own experience....and it's only been pleasant and friendly each time I've been there....

Well when i went the lines was long and staff was all over the place but over all it was a ok experience i didnt experience not one rude person they was all very curtious and polite to me so as the saying goes treat others like you want to be treated and they will do the same.

I waited two hours to sign in and right when I'm almost done the tell me I can't donate because I was wearing pajama pants when at least three different nurses saw what I was wearing and didn't say anything about it until after I wasted two hours there and there's nothing documented or broadcasted stating I can't wear them

Had to change my rating, compared to grifols plasma care on buckeye, this place is a gold mine the only good thing about grifols is they have chairs in the waiting area its only good for people who just wants to get out the cold and everyone who works the front desk should be paid not to show up no one knows anything there and the wait new donors have to go threw is ridiculous I will recommend everyone come to csl

You know ,I thought all CSL plasma centers were bad because I've only been to York .Where OMG I'm not even gonna say .But,I recently went to the one on W 25 th and I'm so glad I did .The nurse there was so nice and so helpful ??She really cared .Better than my own doc .Bravo !who ever hired her knew she was a Keeper!

Staff member Cyrus is very rude and unprofessional and smelled/looked really unhygienic. Will not be going ever again.

Very disrespectful staff didn't want to answer questions and im a new donor just needed some help and got put out for asking questions

Staff are extremely unprofessional, and if you show up to close to closing time they will defer you for some made up reason.

I love most of the staff (long term employees) my only issues some of the people that do the vitals are unfriendly & simple minded.keep in mind you are the interface of the business reconsider a different field of work.

It's slow!! Low pay managers are not professional with the employees the bathrooms sinks are Staind with dirt scum in the sinks! The kiosk computer are sooooo slow

The staff is friendly and very caring the only problem is the waiting time....it takes at least 3 hrs from beginning to end I feel it can be a better system or more workers

Some staffing are nice but most of them are rude hell I only been up there a few times and one of the staff members would examine me because she didn't like me

Went in and waited in donor line for 35 minutes there were a bunch of empty chairs they didn't put needle in right they bruised that arm then stuck me in my other arm and that got a big bubble were the needle was now my arms are purple and black can't donate for 2 months there mistake I'm not ever going back

Light skin dude in the lab needs to be on the floor he always gets ppl in and out

This place is weird I got deferred for lifetime because of a tattoo that was old and I read and misunderstood what the questions was asking about tattoos I told the truth on the paper and I was deferred for life now I can't help people that's in need I think it's real messed up and the people talk to you like you trash and when you stand up for yourself you will be deferred.

Mean and nasty Staff. They are extremely rude and condescending. They gossip about you to each other. And Yes, they stick you wrong on purpose. They have no compassion for people.

I use to go here when it was called atvantis about 14 years ago. One of the most rachet places I've ever been idk how it is now since I'm not allowed to donate still after 14 years

Man I sat in line with all the ratchets and just waited and waited... Finally cause it was my first time they say this is where u come that was after a hour I spent five hours in there just to be told come back in a year.. I had a tattoo that was 11 months old dumb third in there

Home away from home. Phlebotomists are all friendly n treat u like family. They take great care of u.

Terrible they take your plasma but do pay you but a portion of what your owed they penalize you trying to take the money off the card it's cost $2 to off the $20 they say you made but you never actually they whole never unless you leave some of your money on there to pay there fees when I donate plasma they want all the plasma you've signed up for they don't want 85% they want 100% so pay me my $20 dollars for the life saving plasma as I should be terrible descriptive company take from you and charge you t

Bad experience, lazy staff members and a very racist nurse. No Stars from me. Very disappointed ??.

This is a Clean plasma center. The staff is understanding and very nice, especially when you have a problem or questions. I highly recommend coming to this plasma center and to top it off they pay more.

Horrible people bad staff an they don't know what they are doing

Some days are quick sometimes they take there damn time like people don't want be here all day so move faster with the vitals part

Most of inexperienced people that work there they will leave you bruises and cuts just horrible these workers have fun instead of doing their job I wouldn't recommend this place to nobody ??

By far the worst place I have ever been in my life staff are so very unprofessional. They dont care about the person donating..

This place has the rudest people employees working.someone cut in front me and then they wouldn't even take me they are so nasty. The floors are black. Looks like they swept in 2 months.

Always be prepared to have iron up and a clear schedule in order to participate here and keep hand pumping ??

I love it, it always seems to be quiet when I go, I love the fact that's there's a tv there and wifi, it's easy && simple.

Very rude never opens on time they act like there trying to bruise your arm when they stick u always on phones workers never there early in the morning it only smelled clean once and have cigarette buds and cigar papers on the floors when u walk in its just a dirty place and the workers are always rude I have had conversations with most of the workers they like that people don't like them when they are supposed to b friendly and want to help pple this place needs new management

It's laid back and chill, cool environment and cool staff

CSL Plasma needs a lot of improvement.

Terrence is really good at his job. Terrence is very professional, kind as well as beside manners when it comes to his work

CSL plasma on west 25th at is the best plasma center that I have attended. Their employees are punctual understanding and caring. I love this place!!!!

Staff is great and they have me in and out quick

This center is high energy. Staff is friendly and courteous. ??

Place great staff very helpful and the phlebotomist Genna is funny ?? but still professional and fast and a great worker!

Employees are rude stand in line for over 2 hours after waiting for it to say not busy then they of corse the got there favorite picks to let go first or treat with respect dirty with dirty workers

Nice easy way to make a little extra cash..if busy, it could possibly take 2+ hrs tho.

If u don't get there early you'll be there all day and it won't be worth the money unless you're desperate

They are on the ball have you in and out everytime they have great sticker's

The staff doesn't know what they're doing. And it's always understaffed. Takes forever to get done...

Great staff who move the line along very quickly

Clean facility, friendly staff (overall), relatively painless experience, and decent money for your donation.

My husband went and it was in the fall time and a bed bug jumped on him and while the lady was takeing his blood pressure she farted and it stunk so bad he said

Now they have fired employees for cutting lines and I just seen an employee cut about 20+ people already standing in line and she is sitting now

These people need to get there work togethere in this facility, but there are some nice people there honestly

Ridiculous that I couldn't donate because I don't have a permanent address, meaning I'm homeless... I'm in good health!!!

Awesome staff! Great experience

Better staff very friendly

First off was there 5 hours and all the workers are on phones not doing there work and i didnt get paid tell me tomorrow oh hell no

The women that took my plasma and today was the BEST! It was a long process for my first time but it was worth it!

Ben on hold on the phone just to see how much I will get today from donating. I ben on hold for 20 minutes! I hung up RIDICULOUS.

Sad sad sad. Terrible service unprofessional. It's the image of what a donation center would look like if it was taken over by people who don't care enough. Please some body do something.

Free money and savings white lives ????

Usually busy but staff is effective. Carol is great

HORRIBLE SERVICE, AND TERRIBLE PAY, I RECOMMEND NO ONE COME HERE UNLESS YOUR HOMELESS AND TRULY NEED THE MONEY

Awesome place quick service

They need more staff it moves extra slow stood 8n line over an hour sad see why they lose donors!

Worst Place ever I would not send anyone there ! Disrespectful management is a joke .. they find different reasons not to accept you to donate

This is the worst plasma place this is never seen anything more worse it's dirty the staff use profanity alot and the wait is very long I don't suggest anyone go there

Easily walked in got the info i needed and walked out and got everything done in a fashionable time.

Wish I could do 0 stars Please don't waste your time just go to the one in Parma heights

Won't let me donate cause I have little veins. I could really use some extra cash too.

Friendly staff, decent money, lines can be long...

Rude, unprofessional and the building looks like a beat down crack house. Stay away.

Wouldn't let me donate all cause of one of my oldest tattoos say m.o.b and there racist

Terrible place to donate I would never give my vein there again leaving me an ugly bruise and stretching out the hole

Kim Smith is one of the best medical screeners there every time I go there she is always working hard and most of the time she's supposed to have other people working with her but she's doing most of the work by herself. I highly appreciate her keep up the great work you're making Csl a great place

I was answering the questions which did not allow me to change to Spanish, I use my translator on my cell phone and the lady told me you cannot use it, erase everything and wait outside, I go out and then another person answered me to let me know that it is illegal to use my cell phone for the translator. However, to see the video that they show you to see if I

(Translated by Google) In this site, the ones in charge are hateful, they came today the 26th as a new donor, I told them that they could help me with a translator because my language is Spanish and the three of them looked at each other and said no, they didn't even try to help me as much. I see badly... because they charge because the patients arrive, if not, but they were no one to help me, they have little empathy for others, racism because because they look at me badly...
