Customer Reviews

I appreciate the cleanliness of this facility, and by some of the staff up front who are friendly and helpful. The last few times I have come here however I have been surprised by how long the wait is to get the donation process started once in the chair. Today?s visit took 20 minutes to get started, even though I received a card and was able to get in right away. The staff doing the collection have been rude, obviously not enjoying their job, and overall unpleasant. Not impressed.

The entire staff here presents a very friendly, safe environment with a genuine sense of caring for the donors. I have never felt uncomfortable, or unwelcome over my first year here. Sometimes it appears as though the lines are very long but it always moves quickly. Only twice have I been here for closer to two hours start to finish. The process is quick, efficient, and I always feel appreciated. I appreciate the excellent work they provide. I am very glad that I switched to BioLife from the previous dona

Went in and the Biolife team got me in quickly and professionally. I sat down and got set up with Aliyah, I usually can feel when I get pricked. The usual Q-Tip cleaner but when I looked over and I was already hooked up I was amazed. I have never not felt a needle before. Do refer a friend to her.

the staff here is overworked and short with customers. I was turned away from donating twice due to admin issues. After they voided my first donation, I got a very nice voicemail from one of their nurses apologizing and adding a credit to my next donation. i then went in for that donation and was turned away because I was late to a scheduled appointment. I was told that they had a like 2 hr grace period. I was also told you don't need an appointment to donate. I watched my partner, who I came with, and seve

Pretty solid place, no problem getting in, hooked up and on my way. Staff is friendly and pretty helpful answering any questions I've had. Make sure to make an appointment, and you shouldn't have any problems, especially if you're on time.

Overall the staff is awesome, the staff member named ash and the young girl that unhooked me today should be given some ?? ?? kudos, they are super duper awesome people. These type of staff members are the reason I come back. Now give them a raise!!!

BioLife staff are always friendly, courteous, helpful and goes beyond what is expected of them. Ash is wonderful she is one of few that can stick my unique vein in my right arm. It was nearly painless.....thank you Ash!

Was an amazing place to interact and do some good, along with making money. Lately not so much everyone seems so grumpy and really cannot put my finger on it but something has definitely changed in recent months. Donations are taking an exuberant amount of time to those who act civil and accordingly, however if you are grumpy rude and just plain nasty attitude the employees quickly cater to diffuse the situation. Overall I will say the people are amazing and so be it if it takes longer at least we're making

Very friendly staff and always personable. Lots of cool guys and gals that work at this location. I appreciate them for always taking care of their donors and making a difference

Great place to donate! My only complaint is Ash needs more training on sticking needles. Seemed like everyone in her station had problems with there needles. The guy next to me even ended up with blown veins on each arms, and that prevents you from donating and making the money that you need in the week to come.

Charlotte, Karma, Brianna and Jakiyah are amazing. I have only had positive experiences with them. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and always make sure I'm comfortable and aware of what's going on when I donate.

I highly recommend coming here. They are respectful, caring and fully engaged with their patients and their team. Teamwork makes the dream work

I never feed the needle go in my arm when Ash sticks it in. The staff are very great and professional. The place is clean enough to eat off the floor if you wanted. Recommended 100%

Unprofessional. Donated 4 times 1 unsuccessful. They forgot to take a blood sample the before donating at 1st. Took sample after 4th. Had to wait 7 days. Failed to complete my promotion due to their lack of professionalism. Won't recommend. CSL is more professional at their work and communication.

Let the young lady know that she can not have such a lackadaisical attitude towards the customer that is there to donate plasma! Being told from her that if I don't get your veins it ok. You will still get paid

Nadia and jakiua are the best great manners customer service and very helpful informational too

Geneva helped calm me down before taking my blood pressure. The last 2 times my blood pressure was 132 115 I just recently lost a job but she did an amazing job helping me calm down after taking my 2nd blood pressure test and it went down to 98! Thank u !

I LOVE ME SOME ASH!!! she is great! She is bubbly! And she makes my experience worthwhile Jakiyah AKA Smiley is the funniest person in the world, Nati or Nice Nadia is my favorite bully

The last few times I have had nothing but bad experiences so I have chose not to go back. First time I got poked and he missed poked around then said the machine malfunctioned and disconnected me then the next time I went they said my Pulse was to high and I needed to wait a few minutes then when retested it went up even when I said I think it's the machine the text said our machine are right and never wrong will probably not go back to this location.

I always have a great experience going to this biolife, customer service is always excellent and the staff are great at what they do. Speacial shout out to Nadia she is always smiling and encouraged me to leave a review.

Nadia, Keara, and Remi were very pleasant and friendly when I arrived and while donating . Overall process was very positive, everyone was very responsive and caring.

The chairs are very comfortable. The tech was friendly and did a rally great job of placing the needle. They were attentive but not overbearing.

Quincy is a wonderful technician for my plasma draw. He is always cheerful, is quick and careful with the procedure.

It was horrible started having health complications after only 2 donations, and I got a huge hematoma my first time, and the wait times were ridiculous took over 3 hours to get done each time and none of which were due to my own faults. My first official donation I didn't even see the nurse for a physical until 2 hours in, after waiting for an hour and a half in the waiting room where I was told to wait I walked up and asked wtf was going on, they said they messed up and I didn't even have to wait because I

I was able to get through screening pretty fast, and the donation process was good as well. I think your employee, Rebel, should get acknowledged for her fast and polite treatment of her donors. It was a good experience and I look forward to continuing to donate at your facility. Thanks and have a good day.

I have been here a few times and all the employees are always professional and kind. Today I was in Ash's section she was super kind, quick, and efficient!

All employees seem hurried, many seem slightly annoyed. This seems like a very poor environment for literally drawing blood from donating volunteers. The nurse's instructions for signing things and whatnot were very rushed and just barely helpful at any given time. I didn't even get to donate because they couldn't tell me whether my new legal name would be on my social security (because they had to look me up and there was "only one chance" to search.) I ended up standing at the front desk for 15-20 minutes

Its sad to say this, but most of the workers here are inhuman and incompetent. They make you waste money for transportation after booking your appointment, then they either tell you to go back home, that either your vitals they took were not registered in their system or your blood was used for protein test and so many other excuses ?? They promise to pay $760 to $800 per month but what they end up giving you just $480 i have proof with recorded calls i made with customer service. This hurts because we k

This is a BRAND NEW and gorgeous location!! The staff there is incredibly friendly, kind, and professional. They also offer supervised watching of children while you're donating - though I haven't seen anyone take advantage of it while I've been there. Super glad to have them in our community and I will continue to be a twice weekly donor. The facility is alSo SUUUPER clean :)

The employees have always been very friendly and make sure everything's going well and that you're feeling okay. And when asked a question they'll gladly answer!

Super friendly staffs around! I believe the front desk staffs deals with hundreds of people daily, still they welcome with a smile! Awesome!!

So happy I found this place. The employees are great, especially Brianna. I always know what's happening with her. She is respectful and great at her job!!

All I know is that with the long ride and the time it takes to get your vitals taken, the homie Jakiyah makes my visit worth the while. I love her spirit and pleasant attitude at work. She is truly an asset to biolife corporation. She should be a boss. I also have to give a big ??to 4 other staff members that are over outstanding. Shanae', Geneva, & Moe & Ash. I've never not seen them not working hard or expressing a negative attitude. I hate the distance that I have to travel to come here, but when I get

The lines here are always long! And I should say, all 3 waiting lines. The one for kiosk, then screening, then waiting to get to a bed. Then often you wait even once you've gotten to the bed. It's rare that you get in at your appointment time. Very rare! Nobody knows you by name here. Very impersonal. The pay is nice, but it's not worth always waiting for it. My time is valuable and I'd rather go somewhere where they are faster and commit to your appointment times.

Sundays at this location are the busiest time to go. Biolife NEEDS to increase its staff, appointments, and needs an additional location or to expand this one. Good staff here just overwhelmed. Please Takeda take action and manage this location.

Nice clean environment with friendly and professional staff. Im always impressed at how they maintain their friendly demeanor while dealing with grumpy entitled clients.

Had a wonderful experience. My lobotomist Ash was very friendly and made the experience a lot less nerve-wracking for a new donor like me.

Jenny was fast and efficient with vitals and new donors she seemed to do it All effortlessly. The Technician that did my needle stick was great too and made me feel very welcomed and comfortable.

The people here were terrific! This was my first time ever having plasma drawn, and they all made it as easy as possible. Plus, they have great attitudes!

The finger poke wasn't painful at all that was my first like smooth poke ever since I donated her name is Nadia thanks for the smooth poke

Schnea welcomed we and made me feel very comfortable. She is an absolute asset to your facility. She is a truly kind human and I am grateful to have met her. Jeanne the RN was extremely competent and kind. She made the process easy and I understood everything. She is a valuable resource and your facility is fortunate to have her expertise.

Karma is a great employee of yours she was able to answer my questions and go to front in good timing and come back to give me a awesome stick she is a keeper .thanks also Ruby and dang along with Cass and Shanay and of course there fearless leader Keaira excellent group great stickers great up front performance by shanay and great leadership by keaira. Keep up ?? awesome job thank you Stephen Washington

They don't keep enough people this is on the management, clearly making tons of money yet can't keep enough staff when I'm doing life saving procedure apparently, hypocritical pos it's like they're not working with urgency, lackadaisical it's like who is doing the projections they have computers that show how many people will show up, just another scam company pretending like they give a crap about people when it's all about selling for high and buying for low

Ash was super friendly and efficient with her work. She was great to talk too and did her job well.

Jakiyah is an amazing tech. Most everyone that I come in contact with is so nice, cheery and professional.

They are extremely friendly and very great customer service. My technician. Named "Ash" was wonderful and deserves a raise.

Ash!!! A Beautiful person who always greet you with a smile!! She makes your visit an easy one!!! She's a Great BioLife employee ?? ??

Ash was very sweet and showed great service! 100% great employee. Thank you Ash for making my donation so comfortable!

Always pleasant and friendly. Quincy was efficient and very smooth. I felt no pain and had no issues with my donation. I have no issues with donation times. Time thrfrom check in and donation completed were just under an hour. Awesome job

The staff at this facility are incredibly impressive. It was my first time donating, and every staff member I encountered made me feel welcomed, cared for, and a PRIORITY!. I was truly impressed by the level of service I received. They are highly skilled and take great pride in their work.

The people here want to get you in and out fast. I haven't been here much but everyone has been really nice and my experiences have been great so far!

This is a nice location with generally friendly staff. Most of the staff does a really great job as far as the IV?s. The biggest challenge is that sometimes there can be really long lines. The other difficult thing is that sometimes the machines malfunction and then it can be a long day in the chair. I've been in and out in as fast as an hour but there have been times it's taken over two. Either way, it's nice to have a little extra cash when inflation is pumping.

All the staff I interacted with (six of them) were quite pleasant and professional.

I had a great experience. I got right in and started pumping. The employees were really kind and did a great job.

Man, the staff are great!! The tame frame is smooth, and I love the the vibe I feel when I walk in. ??

Nadia is great. She's helped me before as well. She wants a left armed BP tool.

Sherri was very professional When having a conversation with her. We were able to work out the situation both agreeing and came to a conclusion

Ash is professional and efficient. My first donation was with her and several since. I sincerely appreciate her attitude and energy. Thank you!

What I don't care about is the fact that one day my plasma is worth X amount of dollars and a week later it's worth twice the amount Lord knows how much you charge for it on your end and I bet it doesn't fluctuate that much so the least that you could do to the people that are donating is make it consistent.

Ash is a great tech!! She's always smiling and very friendly! Barely felt the needle stick!

Shanay was funny, fast, and professional at taking all my vitals; and moving me along quickly to donate for a great experience. Thank you for your care!

This donation center is the bsst place ever. I was provided some of the best service ever by a young lady name jenni she was so polite, knowledge about what she was doing and so humble when it was busy i recommended you go in for a donation and ask for jenni.

An amazing experience, the staff is very kind and they are always looking out for your health and ensuring that you have an incredible experience when donating.

Disgraceful. The management of this facility should be ashamed. The reservation system allows for two to three times the capacity of the place to schedule an appointment. Then, the lines to get a tag was over 30 people long. Donors get 10 minutes to be early/late, but I waited an hour and a half just to get seated. The employees are overworked, it's not their fault. Management allows this to happen. They treat donors like livestock. Go anywhere else.

Nadia and the team have been consistently great! Always a simple process.

Love the staff, always friendly. Had Nadia at Vitals today and she rocks!

Today I came in as I normally do all the time and the young lady by the name of Brianna J as always show me so much care and she so gentle she does an amazing job

Loved everyone I came in contact with!! They were all absolutely amazing and made my first experience awesome! My nurse Brooke was super fantastic and made me feel super comfortable ??

I have now completed 35 donations at this center and I can confidently say that some days are better than others when it comes to wait times, HOWEVER, the staff here deserves 5 SOLID stars - they're always working hard and doing everything they can to make every donor experience a positive one. Shaun, Jenni and Jaron are phenomenal just to name a few! Very personable and kind! Keep up the great work!

Lala is the best person to ever get my moving left arm vein. Perfect, didn't feel it. Ty!!

Had a very pleasant experience donating even starting at the screening process with the screener by the name of Nadia

BIO LIFE OFFERS EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARE MOST ALL OF THE POKER PPL ARE GOOD BUT ALEAH IS BY FAR ONE OF THE MOST GENTLE NEEDLE INSERT PERSON ON STAFF AS WELL AS VERY INSIGHTFUL CHARISMATIC SPEEDY AND ALWAYS DOES HER BEST TO MAKE SURE HER SECTION FEELS COMFORTABLE AND TAKEN CARE OF ID DESCRIBE HER AS THE POINT GAURD OF THE STAFF KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK BIO LIFE YOU GUYS PUT CSL TO SHAME

Ash was great from the beginning she started, I didn't even know I was poked by a needle she is fantastic

Fast, clean and friendly! Ash had a fun and positive attitude and made my visit wonderful!

I love it here. The staff are very awesome, very informative and very polite. Ms.Natalia Made my experience very pleasant. She educated me on different Ways to stay hydrated and how I can become a better donor. The atmosphere here is great. I highly recommend this place to friends and family

Best place to come too Nadia is the best help you can get here she needs a raise

I recently had a physical with donation and had a fantastic experience. Nurse Jeanne was awesome to work with. Ash and Jaron at the intake desk were super helpful. Everyone was upbeat and easy to work with, making the experience smooth and easy.

One of the best pokers at BioLife St Paul Center

Ash was awesome! Extremely nice. Made sure everything was going well with my donation!

Truly awesome how fast my initial donation was. Super nice staff and overall great experience. The time of day you come in definitely matters though so keep an eye out for that

Nadia was so sweet! She has such a great attitude.

It was my first time and I'll be back!! Sherie the manager, Shanel, and Lyn were wonderful? To be completely honest, all of the staff were above and beyond. Very kind and supportive.

I had Ash today, and she was very engaging! I enjoyed my experience!

For my first visit, I interacted with four people. Every one of them was pleasant, professional, and efficient.

My phlebotomous was Ash. She did a great job. Awesome customer service skills.

St Paul bioplasma center is a place for business the employees there make it look like a playground long waits to get connected even longer wait to get disconnected it's like there's no team work there workers is taking 5 minutes just to change gloves chit chatting with each other while the clients just sitting there watching them the worst

Went in to donate on a Sunday was in and donating with in 10 minutes. Also being afraid of needles didn't factor in as Ash made it feel as if I wasn't even poked

Nadia is very good at what she does and at check in when she poked my finger she was very cautious at what she was doing unlike other when i get poked it always hurts after

some staff are very nice, but unfortunately they consistently overbook appointment times and you will be left waiting up to a half an hour (this is after you wait in line for the questionnaire and vitals line, which typically takes up to 20-30 minutes) to even start the blood donation process. So if you have a 1pm appointment, for example, expect that you may not actually start donating until closer to 2pm. This could easily be prevented if they didn't overbook time slots so much and have several people sit

Nadia did a wonderful job, helped through the process fast and politely

Ash was great. She was keep to hook and unhook. No problems at all.

Wanted to share my concerns concerning this organization. It seems there marketing approach borders on a Bait and Switch for those in need of a certain income from donating. i have been giving for a month and my visit on Tuesday 5/28/24 my payment was only $40.00 verses the 90 to 100 dollars I had received previously. I sent an email to the company asking for an explanation with no response from management. So it looks like they entice new donors with a promise of a great pay yet change on a whim after a mo

Very fast and efficient. Jenny is super fast and super thorough. I wish she was always my tech.

I like the place but I don't like the fact that when your going through the front to get poked before you go back to pump the people behind the counter leave from behind it when there is a long line also they should consider ending new donors around 3pm it would be less Chaotic

Nadia made the poking finger process painless and overall really improved my experience at this location

I have been donating twice a week for a few months and they always do a good at Bio-Life. Especially when Ruby is my nurse. They are all very good but she is fast, friendly, and and she is good at placing the needle.

Everything went smoothly. Staff was kind, the process was quick, and Ash was the best!

Ive been coming here for a year and a half and my favorite person ever here is Ada. She really makes the experience comfortable and does such an outstanding job in her position!! Thank you Ada for being so consistent from day one!!

Just went here for the first time today. Compared to CSL, I think I like them a little more. Some of the reviews make me a little skeptical still so we will see how the next couple times go. I will say though, Sarah was an amazing staff member!

Brianna did an excellent locating my vein. There was no pain when she inserted the needle which doesn't happen often. Her section was all setup and there was no waiting time to be connected.

Ash was amazing 10/10 definitely knows what shes doing and was very nice

Ash was my phlebotomist and she was super kind and funny she did a great job

Nadia does a great job poking and is very friendly !

Tired of the shady practices of receiving fake incentives. Seems like the only reward given is for new customers, rather than rewarding loyal contributors.

I've been giving plasma for 20 years and I have to say this center is the best I've ever been to. The staff is always professional, pleasant and attentive. They work great as a team to help the process go faster. The employees have great attitudes even when it's busy and overwhelming. I really appreciate this after a long day of work it's nice to walk into a pleasant atmosphere. On top of that the Boss Lady is always engaged in helping her staff anytime help is needed she's there. That's awesome it shows h

Brianna did a great job. I hardly noticed the needle in my arm. Thanks.

Tory is awesome, I can see that she is a wonderful team player. When I got her today, she was working in the front, then was needed on the floor. So she gladly did what was needed! Even though it was busy she still stayed calm and focused. She is wonderful ??

I've had to reschedule with this 4 times. I came in the 4th time to get the physical and answer questions. I got here second appointment of the day 8:20am to get there and do everything they asked to only be sent away. If you have mental illness they won't see you the day of they will make you come back and do everything all over again. Absolute waste of time not to mention NONE of the nurses know what they are doing. DO NOT GO HERE!!

Mason did a phenomenal job. I was very nervous to come in and do my first ever plasma donation. However Mason made sure to walk me through the entire process and let me know everything that was being used to make sure I feel comfortable overall the center is very clean and over All the staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend life plasma places like CSL. Thank you so much.

Generally a great experience at this location. Cass is absolutely wonderful. I have had her as the phlebotomist in my section a few times now. Always surprisingly painless, which is very much appreciated.

First time giving plasma and every individual working there that I interacted with was so kind and friendly. They answered all my questions and were professional in approach. It was a pleasant experience and I will continue to support lives by giving plasma. And you should too!!!

Ash did a great job today. Didn't even feel the poke of the needle.

Nadia helped me out a lot. i had a great experience

Overall a great experience! They have very early appointment times which is awesome if you are an early riser and like to get things out of the way like me! The inside of the building was clean and organized. The girl at the front desk was very polite and professional. The nurse that gave me my physical was very friendly and made me feel comfortable. The donation itself went just fine. It took about an hour, as expected. Would definitely recommend.

Terrible location. Unprofessional and no sense of urgency. Waited for 1 hour just to get my plasma drawn and the phlebotomist happened to skip me over two other people who came after me. I asked for someone to draw my plasma and they said for me to wait my turn, they'll get to me. Like are you serious?! SMH

It's was great experience, one of my best yet Natalia she was great lead highly recommend her.

I have been donating at BioLife in St. Paul for a few months now. I switched centers for a month because of where I was traveling. When I went back to BioLife in St. Paul I was treated very poorly by the staff for switching centers. I am a honest person and I am not trying to over donate. The manager treated me like I was trying to play the system. There are people who are obviously using illegal substance and lying in their health questions, yet they are treated better than me who tried a different center

Nadia is always such a friendly face at BioLife. A welcome start to my plasma donation appointment.

Everyone is very friendly and that made it very comfortable here. They were respectful and educational but not stiff for the entry physical and that kind of stuff. Unfortunately I have some difficult veins and as soon as my phlebotomist Eva? Eve? couldn't find one I knew I was going to be poked and prodded. Someone else showed her which vein to stick and I guess she wasn't paying attention because she did a different vein which proceeded to collapse repeatedly. She also failed to talk to me or explain anyth

The Staff is very helpful, kind and thoughtful of the patient,it's makes me want to continue donate plasma.

The staff are great... I really love coming to the saint Paul location. They know my veins, they are communicative and fast. Corporate is the Only challenges I have encountered (local staff is amazing): The rewards program that never worked and decreased how much I got paid, never was able to use my 2200 points because the program error. So I debated... Get paid less for my donation or forfeit my points and get paid more. I Forfeit. Also if you ever try to contact customer relations via email, no response

Isabella was very polite, respectful A very informative and made my experience enjoyable

Jenni is a awesome. Hard worker, hope she is the one to help you out.

The folks here are very nice. I really have a problem with the fact that they advertise a higher pay amount, and then after I schedule two weekly visits they reduce the payout amount by as much as $30 per week. I really believe this could be a "bait and switch" issue- and they are VERY much in the wrong. In addition to lowering the amount- I somehow end up on the slow end of being taken care of more often than not. I was ten minutes early last time, and donation still took over 1 & 1/2 hours. I was com

When it's not busy, it's great. That said, when there is a line of people out the door, some of the workers at the Vitals Station would do better to talk less and work more.

The employees are great! However, staffing is a problem. The lines to get to a chair and then the wait times to start donating are getting longer and longer. At the time of this review, I have been here for an hour, have been in a chair for 30 minutes, and have not started donating yet. There's not enough staff to handle the volume of donors.

Schnea was super helpful for my first time donation today! The staff was super warm and inviting and my first time very pleasant. Lindsey was the person that helped me with my donation, And she was very efficient. Thank you! I will be back.

Went in for my first (successful) donation today and wanted to recognize Julie and Sarah for making it exceptional! They explained everything to me and their personalities/demeanor made me feel very comfortable and relaxed. I can't wait to come back :)

Isabella and bri are the best love my experience every time I come in !!!

Awful do not go to this center. The atmosphere is scary. They only had 2 people doing vitals and then kept putting new donors in front so line went nowhere. The pokers on the floor were giving dirty looks and no way would I let someone who is looking mean poke me with anything. I will never go here again not a good feeling here also it's way the heck out in the middle of nowhere hopefully with construction going on. Creepy.

Take it from me I have been going here for three and a half years, don't come here to help people. The process from start to finish is always becoming more complicated. This place is a joke, a slowly burning trash heap. I have watched it get worse. Filed a formal complaint today I was not taken seriously. They legit don't care. To start the staff are spread too thin, rarely is the bathroom clean or stocked, and there will be a wait at minute 20-30 minutes for everything. They say it takes an hour you will b

Geneva was excellent and walked me through the process while remaining patient

Geneva was really nice and helped me have a great experience!

I went through 2 hours of the new donor process just for them to tell me right there on the bed they can't take my plasma solely because the vein in my left arm doesn't pop up, and they need to have one good vein in each arm. That vein naturally doesn't pop up, so I'm basically banned from donating plasma here. I don't understand why it's such an issue when CSL can do one arm no problem

I am a first time donor and so far the experiences I had with staff was very pleasant. The only downfall is the wait times for an appt. It's been extremely busy, understaffed and the time it takes from questionnaire, vitals and tag line are horrible. Need a better system for making appointments and wait times.

I have donated to BioLife and other plasma donation organizations many times in the past 4.5 years, however, This specific location is one of the most poorly & incompetently operated plasma donation centers I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. They re-scheduled my appointments 5 times in 6 days with new hoops to jump through that never get disclosed beforehand. It's shambolic that they even have someone with the title of ?manager? when quite literally nothing here seems to be managed. They overbook a

I am considering changing centers & going back to CSL. Showed up today for my appointment & per usual there is a line of donors nearly out the door who have passed the screening & are waiting to get hooked up. This is how it has been everytime I've come in for the last 5 months & its ridiculous considering that unlike CSL they DO require U make an appointment. I NEVER had wait times just to donate like this EVER @ CSL. So unprofessional & rude to donors getting paid very little! Ugh!

The staff at the St. Paul location are simply amazing. Kiera, Liz, Trish, David and Sundus, are just a few people that keep me coming back. There are so many others and not enough space to type out each name or I absolutely would. You guys are awesome!! Thanks for working hard and for just being you!!

Waited way too long at every single step of this. I'm currently sitting here all done with a needle in my arm? I've been done for 15 minutes. I've asked to be done and a nurse just said ?one second? no where to be seen. Changed this to 1 star because staff was rude to me when I mentioned the long wait

Staff is not on time so they do not open on their scheduled hours They make you schedule appointments but they over book so you have to wait longer than any other walk in place

Ash had so much finesse that I didn't even feel it when she stuck the needle in.??

No sense of compassion or kindness from ANY of the phlebotomists. They poke and prod you and leave you in pain without any apologies or sympathy?s, they don't appreciate the time and consideration that the donors do by giving their own plasma and they leave you waiting for long periods of time when you're in the chair when it's obviously not busy or they aren't doing anything. Previously their negligence caused a hematoma in my arm that was traumatic but no one apologized to me or gave me any sort of kindne

Ash was my phlebotomist today and she was amazing as always!

My overall experience with this location as well as the mounds view location in Minnesota has been pretty good. Recently they were having issues with the payouts where people were having to wait about a day for the payment but since then the issue has been resolved. My big question here and I'm sure it's the question of many others, and that is why would the donation payouts ever change? Why would the donation payouts EVER decrease in price?? Plasma itself is crucial supposedly for many people to be able

Smooth staff. Happy cheerful friendly. Gentle at what they do.

Employees would rather converse with each other than do their jobs. Sat at a donation bed for an hour until someone noticed I didn't get a stick. Lazy, slow, careless. I hate this place. Update since my last review, employees attempt to contact me to try to fix the problems I explained in my review. After the over the phone conversation from an unknown number I went to my appointment and got turned away because I had an annual medical form to get filled out by a doctor. Last year I was given a heads up a w

Lala is wonderful! Great at her job and wonderful personality.

Such a friendly group of people that work there. See ya tomorrow!! Thanks Rebel, Sheri and Jakylin

Inconsistent work with the phlebotomists. I went a couple of weeks ago and it was awful. I went in, asked to get my left arm stuck. The phleb completely missed the vein, then got a second one to help. They moved the needle while it was still in my arm to hit the vein while I was doing my best not to yelp. Then they gave up and stuck my right arm, actually hitting the vein. During the return process, the needle slipped out of my vein, I bled underneath the skin, and got hematoma. I called for the first phle

Nadia was really fast and very kind 10/10

Cass is a great nurse. She has helped me on numerous occasions.

Staff are very helpful & most of them are very considerate. Backups occasionally happen, but they are annoying at most (<15min extra) rather than schedule-ruiners. This location has new machines that have a reduced donation time, which feels like lightning compared to older models. If anything significantly awful happens I will update my review, but so far this site runs extremely smoothly! UPDATE: BioLife card stopped working on a Saturday & started working again the following Tuesday with no explanation.

Great friendly staff! Even though they're always super busy, Zoey is great at the front taking vitals, and Natalia is the best stick in town (Anyone who can jab a "ten penny nail" in your arm and you don't even notice deserves mad props)!

The lines are always always long. They are always backed up. I dont understand why they even bother with appointments. The staff is great. But you always have to wait in line. It is common to be there a full hour before u are even connected to machine

Jakayah is a great teamember st paul Shanay Nadia Nadia great ppl

Ashley was awesome want to wish her a happy birthday

I have been donating for two years. One year ago I transferred to BioLife because I was deferred for ALT (liver enzyme). BioLife doesn't monitor it so it's not an issue. And during The deferment I made $1k at BioLife. I've never gone back. The staff works hard (tough getting help). In spite of this I'm amazed at how the manager and her staff keep a genuinely positive attitude. I like the app and the appts that I can setup. All is good for me ??

Ash is simply amazing!! So sweet and gentle

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable about what they do. When they randomly test your protein you will lose two weeks of donating while they run tests. New staff means longer waits, again

Everyone is amazing people who are just there to make u feel comfortable and safe at the same time. Nurse Jeanne is my favorite of course but I also appreciate the regular workers like (Aleah, Sean, meng, tori, Natalia, zoey, Rachel, David, Stella, schnea, ruby, Lindsey, mason, madilyn, Trish, Julie, Amal, heather, Sara, macKenzie, sundus, nasri and Cass.) really they are all very nice and nice to talk to

Ash at St Paul location was quite professional and caring.

Nadia was a great help for my first time

I have been here 2 times for donation and can confidently say it's a mid experience. The process of beginning the donation is fine, nothing that notable. The staff are generally friendly, however clearly overworked. The whole place feels like a factory, and weirdly enough they don't have blankets or stress balls to squeeze. You're expected to take care of your own comfort, and they won't budge on it. If you're having a health issue they'll help out, but if you're freezing and your arm is cramping you better

Really great customer service I love St. Paul biolife

Love BioLife! Natalia was great and fast at getting my donation started. I come here twice a week after work for some extra cash while watching my shows/movies. Help out folks in need and make some cash ! ??

Efficient fast polite and professional?definitely not CSL (;

I've had nothing but positive experiences here. The staff never seem frazzled, even when the wait line is over 10 people long. Everyone is very polite, friendly and helpful.

They didn't do my IV right and had to stop my donation early because the machine had an alarm going off. Before they got the IV out it started to hurt really bad, and even though I was telling the nurse "It hurts! It hurts!", she kept telling me I'm fine while moving it around instead of just taking it out. Now a week later I still have a huge blue and purple bruise. On top of that, their mistake disqualifies me from being able to donate again for 2 months, but they gave me a $50 coupon that's only good if

Ash is excellent! Very personable and friendly.

Had a great stick with Birthday girl Ash!! Didn't hurt!!!

My wife and I recently decided to donate plasma at the Bio Life Plasma Center in St. Paul. We made an appointment three days in advance and arrived at the center on time. However, upon reaching the reception area, there was no staff present, and we had to join a line where a few other people were waiting. When it was finally our turn, they couldn't locate our information, and it became apparent that we needed to join a separate line for check-in. Unfortunately, there was no staff available at the check-in c

The first time I tried to donate, they deferred me because they were trying to say that I stayed in a homeless shelter. Mind you I had already proven that my building was a fully recognized apartment building. Then they messed with my physical and gave me bulls*it answers when asked. People I beg you, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE, OCTAPHARMA IS A MUCH BETTER PLACE TO GO TOO

I'm not sure what the negative reviews are all about but I'm not going to lie, I was hesitant because of the stars!!! I'm here to say, don't let that fool you, staff was super friendly, helpful, and professional. For first time donors it will take longer because they have to perform a physical, and go over everything, to make sure you qualify and are aware of the risks, etc. Once I got hooked up, I was done within the hour!!! I'll definitely be back, especially with their cash incentives which by the way ar

I haven't donated in a long time. Great, clean facility. Nurse Jeanne was incredible and helped me get a bonus after performing the question review and physical. Taron, the manager I met out on the donation floor, was very personable and did great hooking me up after I had trouble in one of my arms. Definitely looking forward to future donations at this site!

I typically use another location that is closest to my work but have used this one recently. The staff are professional and focused despite being pulled in multiple directions. Most of the time I am warmly greeted spoken to about the procedure at the time. The staff seemed quite skilled and often successfully cause minimal discomfort with either "stick." Except for the shopping center's pigeon problem, the Biolife facility is clean and bright. Good variety of music, too.

Bio Life doesn't care about their donors. I have left many reviews and never once received a phone call from location or corporate. Bio life Does not care about long wait times. Manigment can never give clear explanation for a long wait times.

Ash was amazing don't ever loose her

Natalia was awesome! It was easily the smoothest, fastest, and most comfortable experience I've had since I've started donating.

The staff was fun, friendly and informative. Brooke, who did my physical was professional, attentive during the physical and even checked on me during my donation. It was my first time donating and I was a little nervous, but the Brooke and the staff made it easy and I was back again in two days to donate again. All in all a great staff and easy process. Hydrate well the day before and the process goes faster and easier!

I love going to Biolife. It is a simple process that usually takes me about an hour. Staff are friendly, and get me through quickly. The facilities are clean and bright. The payments are good, and I am free to get some reading/work done. Sometimes there is a bit of a wait, so I have to calculate that into my schedule. This is one of the easiest ways to make a little scratch.

The wait times are ridiculous even with an appointment you're doing more waiting than anything. Theres times i wait 45 mins plus to get on a bed and then when my donation is complete i have to wait 15 mins just to get a disconnect. Definitely not worth my time.

First Appointment took 4 hours. They called me back about 30 minutes after my appointment time. There was lots of waiting between stations. The staff kept saying they were really busy that day. It's odd to have appointments if they just overbook anyways. Lots of people walked out while waiting so I can't imagine how bad it would have been had all the appointments actually showed up. Outside of the delay the experience was good. People were kind and the place was clean. You get a debit card for your paymen

Cass helped me and she was very attentive and I appreciate her

always have to wait up to 30 minutes in the donation bed before I start, seems like they have a preference of who they want and will assist first

Really liked the ginger lady with glasses she was so kind and gentle. However at the counter for vitals the young blonde girl with long hair was having a bad day and really hurt my finger when she poked me and scraped my wound for the blood draw. Please don't hurt us when you are in a bad mood!

Very kind, extremely great personality, and on time all the time

I had my appointment at 4pm, in which I was told I could come in 5 minutes after (I was coming from work). I arrived at the door at 4:03, but doors were locked. I waited for someone to come out and open the door. When I got in, the worker told me they were closed. After stating their policy of allowing people in 5 minutes after, she had the audacity to say it's 4:06, knowing they saw me trying to open the door. Worst location I've been to. Workers are lazy, slow and rude. They literally don't speak to you u

Biolife is a great place to donate plasma! The employees are great and very efficient!

Nadias the best! Give get a raise!

Friendly people here donating on the daily and beyond friendly staffs to help assist and ensure everyone's safety. Do donate and help make someone's life better. God bless and take care

?Biolife has been VERY Awesome to me! I Would love to shout out THE WHOLE STAFF as they all work HARD and are VERY KIND , but, Julie has BEEN THEE BEST FOR ME! There's a few other's I'd LOVE to give a shout out to but im bad with names so sorry if staff e?ver reads this ?? ?? But overall they are ALL wonderful

So frustratingly unorganized. A great cause, but wow what a waste of time trying to donate. Edit: They said I could come back later after my first appointment was a giant cluster. So I used the app, and made another appointment for 2 hours later, which it LET me do. I went back in, and they said no again! Said I can't leave the building between appintments!! They obviously have no competition. I jumped through every hoop, and still they were so unorganized I couldn't donate. I thought I was on candid

As a first donor the process was easy! I was well informed through the whole process thanks to the lady at the front desk, the vitals lady (so sorry i didnt catch yalls names!), sarah, and Tory!! Glad i get to be a donor!!!

I've been donating regularly (2x/week) for several months now, and the staff (especially the phlebotomists managing the donation and the nurses) have always been really friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that recently, the wait times have been astronomical - even with an appointment. I've unfortunately had to leave without donating my last 2 visits, because the wait was just too long. At this point, even as a return donor, I need to budget AT LEAST 2-2.5 hours for a donation. While I love being able

At times they are understaffed and it takes 45-min to an hour from my appointment time to be hooked up and give plasma. This isn't consistent. The compensation for donating has also changed and there is no explanation as to why. It would be helpful to understand why it is a different amount week to week.

Really it's fast wait times and fast donation times like 90% of the time I show up so I really enjoy the experience plus all the staff are super friendly and helpful and they always put a smile on my face

Place is a wreck. Staff is awesome but the people that inconvenience you is so annoying. People talking at the computer check in while you're waiting to check in. People are screaming and being loud all the time. Today is my 3rd time today trying to donate and with the line I've been past my 10 minute window everytime having to leave and come back. It's super inconvenient and you better plan your WHOLE DAY FOR THIS. Seriously. again staff is great the people you come into contact with are not. No one values

Too many appointments are scheduled in the same timeframe - some of your staff are slower than crap - I realize they think we are all druggies, homeless and jobless but some of us including me supplement our incomes with this - I try to schedule early enough so that I am not late for work but often I am as staff and wait times are exceedingly long / this should not happen!

I've had a great experience here so far! Been here two times. I hydrated myself appropriately and ate a bunch beforehand both times and I was done with the actual donation in 30 minutes! Definitely bring something to squeeze on. I ended up getting a hematoma today and blood started leaking out of my arm. I was in total panic mode but the people who helped in section green were so helpful and nice! I totally jostled my arm while trying to reach for something in my coat so I think that's what caused it. Eit

On friday August 16, i came in to donate (St Paul) as i was donating toward the end of donation machine starts dinging and I can feel blood flowing down my arm, when tech finally came over he called for assistance and then i was told donation has to be terminated due to needle somehow slipped out, and that my blood cells could not be returned, they then called supervisor over who went on her safety spill, every question i asked her she continued her spill, BIOLIFE GOT A BLOOD DONATION FOR MY NUMBER WAS 299

All of the staff that I've dealt with have been super friendly and helpful. They're often behind schedule, but it's certainly not the fault of the staff. A typical donation for me takes around 1.5 to 2 hours from when I arrive to when I leave. The donation was painless - zone out on your phone for an hour and you're done. It's a great way to make a little extra money while also helping a lot of people in need.

Overall is a good experience, the process to get back to donate can take longer during park times. I would suggest to donate during non-peak times. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and make the experience as enjoyable as possible. There's a few of the staff members that stand out to me as going above and beyond for the clients Emily, Marion, Jamie, and Sealy.

Very Awesome Ash is an amazing outstanding phlebotomist!!!!!! She is soooooo awesome!!!!!

Tough spot, i used to donate plasma in college and this place works extremely slow relative to the place i went. If you are just looking to get some easy cash get a side job. If you are truly down on your luck then i guess this is the place for you.

The worst attention the manager can't find solutions I'd never come back again

Brianna does a great job. Awesome job with the ?sticks? whenever I have had her as my tech. Keep up the great work!

The staff is always terrific! Be aware that BioLife has been reducing their compensation over the past few months. In October 2023, the compensation for two donations was $130, then it went to $120 in November, $115 in February 2024 and at the end of April it is $110.

The staff at the St.Paul clinic are always top notch. Never have I ever experienced any one in a bad mood or being unpleasant. They are a very busy clinic and yet no one ever seems overly anxious about the lines.
