Customer Reviews

I love y'all . The service so fast all the staff members is always thinking bout are safety and make sure we get in and out . One thing they don't play about is body odor and disrespect and Kisha is very honest she is a great employee overall just come correct and with some sense ??

Senior phlebotomist Jay and his team are working professionally with their patients to develop a better and safer system for us all. They really are that good-William Parchman Anyway

Haven't been here in a minute but I will say it's improving much cleaner . Senior Phlebotomist Jayy did an amazing job. Very professional. This guy should be a a manager.

CSL Plasma on Capitol is dope. The associates are professional and super friendly. I've donated elsewhere and the experience wasn't nearly as good. Thank y'all!

They very fast pace respectful and they try to get you in and out as soon as they can . They have days where the lines are long but they work with what they have and keep a positive attitude. Great environment

Great staff would love to give a shout out to upper management dial to all the texts on the floor y'all know who y'all are keep up the good work

Great Customer Service, Only Donated Twice .. The New Machine Go Faster And Quick . . They have a charging station n all. My wait time wasn't long .

If you have tattoos on your arm don't bother coming here I've donated plasma at other csl locations and they never had a problem with my tattoos. Also they are very rude couldn't use my other arm due to a bruise that I got FROM here at my last donation. When I said I don't normally bruise the woman very rudely said we'll you decided to donate very unprofessional

Sit on the ass and laugh all day yet for some reason not 1 person can answer the phone. You can call back to back. They will just let it ring. Management must either not care or encourage the behavior because nothing is done about it

Staff here is very welcoming. Its like a family function every time I visit. Only complaint is that its cold.

Been coming here for a while now n most definitely love it. Highly recommend any and everyone.

The worker that work there are the best love coming here said i wasnt gone to come back but im here again thank you

Csl is a great atmosphere, with respectful and friendly employees. Above and beyond for all doners especially The phlebotomist Jy he is awesome !!

Excellent staff I really like coming here the great people and they're fun to be with

They have great customer service and one last thing stay behind the red sign

I've never had any issues here. The staff is always nice and the place is clean 10/10

I've been coming here for a while now. I can truly say the staff goes above the bar for us

This facility is extremely welcoming and very patient when it comes to their procedures, making it very comfortable for me everytime.

The service was so immaculate. The facility was clean and I will definitely be revisiting again.

I have never seen a more dedicated staff. Great place to come and I will return

I love this place! I recommend any and everyone to come check them out.

Was deferred after being disrespected by another donor, seems as if the staff member did it purposely, with out even questioning the incident. Seems as if her and the other donor were personal friends maybe even family

They are the best crew and I always have fun conversations with the employees Donating with CSL on Capitol Dr. Is fun.

Rude , unprofessional, and alot of favoritism is shown at this center. Intake workers are rude and often dismissive to necessary questions

Been donating her for a few yrs now. Yeah the wait was long when they switched over to the new machines but hat was last year. Everybody is very professional and clean The people who left bad reviews are just cheap and broke ca

Worst plasma place in the city .... They lock the doors well before they supposed to because they wanna go home. Constantly swearing, doing the bare minimum to get a paycheck. Except for Maya and a couple others, they DGAF. If I could rate them a zero, I would

Slow as molasses no matter what day or time. I always come at 12pm and end up leaving at 400pm this is ridiculous! They be too busy chatting to service patients and their attitudes are always lacking???????

Since I've been coming to CSL Plasma I've been financially ok..not too mention the family time of vibe I experienced overtime. Literally the plasma center in the city

Very UNPROFESSIONAL staff.. using vulgar language.. always cursing no type of respect for their work.. I put blame on management she speaks the same way as her employees.. you think you walked on a sailor ship all the foul language your hear from the employees

So I've been donating and always getting 50 on my first donation and 65 on my second donation. Now I find out I'm onmy getting 60 on my second donation. That is not cool. If you guys gonna start cutting my pay I will go else where. I don't even get promo coupons in the email like everyone else and yes I understand the coupons come from corporate

The staff are very professional. The site is very clean, and the screening process goes very smoothly

Let's goooo I come just for the people their so nice

I come to this plasma center because never had any bad experiences here any of the workers , but jayy is who I rather have stick10/10

100$ first time donators cnt beat on a bad Day in u get to skip the whole line new y'all be In And out for sure if u follow rules

Very good service every time I come

Very polite staff, usually be done donating 25-30 mins.

Poorly unprofessional staff. After I cleared up one reason why I was turned down one got to donate ended up with a massive bruse on the arm used. Checked the app to see when I can donate next, app told me unavailable talk to staff, went on September 10th told gal at the front my issue, she told me to check in, how can I do that when I can't even do the questions both on the app and the kiosk. Went back a day later here is how this went Went to the front showed them on the app what it said again told to ch

This Is one of the best places to come to. In and out

Terrible place all they do is turn you down and never have enough workers

Jay is the goat ,,,fast effective and professional! He hit it right away !

Very rude staff. Was given a ?skip the line? pass for my second donation. The worker told me ?you ain?t skipping the line today! You see all these people ahead of you?? Isn't that the perk of that pass? To be able to skip it? This location needs more workers that take things professional. It's a very busy location with very few workers.

Very nice service and friendly staff.

Horrible service at 11:40am I was having vitals taken as blood dripped from my finger I asked for a band aid to be placed on. The technician( crystal) told me she didn't have to put it in but to only provide it and watched as I put it on with one hand very great job if this is the type of service they aim to give!!! Would not recommend I've never seen her at the tech station better attitudes are needed

This place is horrible! Bad people skills, poor communication; phone is never answered, and poor hygiene by some of the employees even. I've been going here for years and this place is steadily declining in quality and service! I am grateful for the products and services that are available to the community but work efficiency has to improve!!

The service and employees are motivated to help you

Great customer service and polite employees

Need too hire more staff. There is no reason why anyone should be in there for 5 too 7 hours and only paying either 50 or 65. I'm about too take my business else where if that keeps up. And yes I keep track of my time. Get more staff and open up more beds. Get more staff please. Other than that the location is clean and the staff of friendly

They take good care of all they people

I'm not even sure how they got 3 stars ??cus this definitely the ghetto

They were unexpectedly CLOSED today during hours they are "SUPPOSED" to be open, and with no explanation.... Unbelievable. Or rather, should I say "TOTALLY BELIEVABLE," because it seems like it's always something with this place. In other words, if it's not one issue, it's another, it seems.

These guys are great I love it here

They rude they don't know how to speak to people they don't answer the phone all around poor service wouldn't recommend

They're extremely unprofessional. They need more staff & someone at the front desk. Re-training is definitely needed. They never answer the phones

Staff always friendly and helpful.

They wait in line is ridiculous and some of the workers are unprofessional a guy was sitting waiting to be unhooked from the Mechine and raised his hand and a male worker caught an attitude they do more talking then working only thing that I was say is good is the pay it could definitely use some major improvements with the attitude of the workers

Crystal is so amazing?highly recommend

You always feel like family! Best phlebotomists in the State! Always look forward to going there even if it's a wait! Best things come to those that wait!

Everyone there is welcoming I love it

Love them due good work

Wonderful staff great services!!

Good people but some are rude

Very welcoming and friendly environment

Wish I could give this place a zero. No soap in the restroom for the last 3 times I've been there. Makes you wondering if employees are properly washing their hands. Unless they have a separate bathroom with actual soap, that they aren't providing to the donors Very unsanitary. For your health and safety would not recommend. Also they couldn't offer any bandaids after checking vitals and protein. Waited in line for 4 hours to even donate.

Love this place people are great

These punks post they business hours on line you get there it's different times not the same shown on line them punks need to get consistent

They are so unprofessional they don't answer the phone. After calling over 20 times nobody ever picked up. I even called one day while I was standing in the donation center and they just let the phone ring on super low I could hear it. Yet nobody moved to ever try to pick it up they just let it rang through. Managment needs to do a better job hire people that really want to work because right now they are not. They are always short staffed the line is normally to the door. Yet I don't see them hiring any n

Love the place just hate the standing in line other then that staff are helpful and cool

Was In and out and the people are nice

The new machines speed up the process.

Company is a great place to visit

My first visit (4/13/22) I was helped promptly and treated kindly. The center was clean and professional. Shout out to Maya and Tequila... Both techs were awesome!

Always friendly and professional

Def slow. My first time going was pretty bad over 5hr just for the to stick me wrong and I got a nasty bruise from it. However my 2nd time going, I spoke to the nurse. She was very understanding and concerned about what transpired on my 1st visit. I was still in there for a long time.

Great Service,Better machines

I wish I can put negative stars because they are rude and the employees skip the lines if they want to donate and the lanes are long with no chairs it's sad and I hope they don't go out of business

Friendly, Understanding, & Patient staff. Many people who donate are impatient when visiting this location, but I try to remind them that many more people are served here and that the employees do as much as they can to make things move along in a safe &, professional manner. Plasma centers are notorious for drawing some of the most ratchet behaviors out of people, and I have to say, it is extremely peaceful here about 99% of the time. Bring in an ID, a piece of billing or mail from an agency that's come to

My first Day was awesome, in and out shout to Maya, and Siarra they were very accommodating and hospitable, including all the other staff. I recommend any new donor to this location ????. My second ?? donation was a breeze as well ?? #Expresspass

Everyone here are fond of work. If it's busy the centers management will run out to help. I can't lie even if it takes a while their realness, comedy and truthfulness makes the experience so much better?

I go there often. It's a great place to earn a little bit of money.

It's got better.

It's like the employees hate to take the next person! I saw an employee walk away because of how long the line was??????? They need people who actually wants to work here!

They are very good

Good customer service

Fast and courteous staff that handles large numbers efficiently and with kindness.

They're not considerate of other peoples time, they let ppl skip you in line, then when you're done donating atleast 5 workers will walk pass you like you're not there. They pick and choose who they want to clean up first. After you first donation it's supposed to take 30-45 mins to donate but usually last a hr cuz they don't care what you have to do.

They get the job done

They barely answer the phone, certain workers I deal with all the time when I go up there be awesome though, but they will lock the doors early and say how they're not going to let anyone else in because they're ready to go home we never had this problem at South Milwaukee folks get a job and complain all the time like what you come to work for then?

The wait is ridiculously long it took the nurse 3 hours to see 4 people it's not worth it this is another job standing

I just enjoy the whole vibe I get when I come there from the staff to the donors

Crystal is always nice

I love the staff

The best plasma center in town

They never answer their phones they're very unprofessional

Best CSL in Wisconsin!

One of the best centers I've been at. Fast service and the employees are the best .Special shot out to Larry he is just a ray of sunshine ??.

They don't like answering the phone, slow, and they are not at all professional

I like donating at cls the is clean

Place is bad staff is not trained, they claim under staffed I count 9 employees and only 1 person allowed to screen you? Avoid

Not that many employees and managers staff are disrespectful they don't care about their customers service skills are rude.

Great Service. MAYA is a great worker she helps with everything

They need more trained staff and people to answer phones, otherwise experience was too bad

Friendly staff, they made my first time donating super easy & fast tbh I definitely recommend to go here if it's ur first time or have any questions about donating.

Wonderful service

Bad attitude don't answer the phone and close the door by 10 minutes early and be complaining about the people who walked in close to closing time

Great health screening

Very welcoming

Worth ever trip

Great service

Nice and friendly you be in and out less then a hour if they not crowded

The hours are wrong. The building is closed at 3pm on Sunday and it's seems like they close earlier than what is listed on the website. It's an inconvenience every time I come and it's closed early.

Best staff great nurse and very fun and funny people to talk to

Perfect staff members. Peaceful atmosphere. Respectful surroundings

Tiara is so calm and professional. She keep me coming back.

They don't have a listed phone number. And when I went in I was told that they didn't have any Dr.s or nurses available to give me my initial exam.

Very clean and the lab technician was very polite and helpful in the process

They still dont have a listed phone number to call ahead and the one one the website goes to a Cali location smh..

comfortably pleasant

Clean and friendly

Crystal is amazing

Good place to go and make some extra cash. Also, your plasma is used to make life-saving medicine, so know you donated for a good cause.

Fast and efficient

Queta is the best

Use to to CSL in south Milwaukee..but I kinda like the plasma center on 60th capital cause it's more close to me..with gas prices going up..

Worst plasma donation center I have ever attempted to use. Don't bother calling, they won't answer. That was just my first obstacle.

Never answer there phone plus I down there for them to be closed but the website says there?re open

Nice

Need to evaluate the employees. Very ghetto

Lots of unprofessionalism from most of the staff and a lot of the donors are rude and very inconsiderate.

It was cracking

Great place, friendly and helpful staff

They are so sweet

Great experience

Excellent, speedy, kind services !!

Never open on time..

Awesome people

Respectful

Slowest plasma center in Milwaukee....every time?????

Very great staff

Nothing but issues with this place

Busy busy busy
