I love y'all . The service so fast all the staff members is always thinking bout are safety and make sure we get in and out . One thing they don't play about is body odor and disrespect and Kisha is very honest she is a great employee overall just come correct and with some sense ??

CSL Plasma on Capitol is dope. The associates are professional and super friendly. I've donated elsewhere and the experience wasn't nearly as good. Thank y'all!
They very fast pace respectful and they try to get you in and out as soon as they can . They have days where the lines are long but they work with what they have and keep a positive attitude. Great environment

If you have tattoos on your arm don't bother coming here I've donated plasma at other csl locations and they never had a problem with my tattoos. Also they are very rude couldn't use my other arm due to a bruise that I got FROM here at my last donation. When I said I don't normally bruise the woman very rudely said we'll you decided to donate very unprofessional
Sit on the ass and laugh all day yet for some reason not 1 person can answer the phone. You can call back to back. They will just let it ring. Management must either not care or encourage the behavior because nothing is done about it
Staff here is very welcoming. Its like a family function every time I visit. Only complaint is that its cold.

Very UNPROFESSIONAL staff.. using vulgar language.. always cursing no type of respect for their work.. I put blame on management she speaks the same way as her employees.. you think you walked on a sailor ship all the foul language your hear from the employees
So I've been donating and always getting 50 on my first donation and 65 on my second donation. Now I find out I'm onmy getting 60 on my second donation. That is not cool. If you guys gonna start cutting my pay I will go else where. I don't even get promo coupons in the email like everyone else and yes I understand the coupons come from corporate

Poorly unprofessional staff. After I cleared up one reason why I was turned down one got to donate ended up with a massive bruse on the arm used. Checked the app to see when I can donate next, app told me unavailable talk to staff, went on September 10th told gal at the front my issue, she told me to check in, how can I do that when I can't even do the questions both on the app and the kiosk. Went back a day later here is how this went Went to the front showed them on the app what it said again told to ch

Very rude staff. Was given a ?skip the line? pass for my second donation. The worker told me ?you ain?t skipping the line today! You see all these people ahead of you?? Isn't that the perk of that pass? To be able to skip it? This location needs more workers that take things professional. It's a very busy location with very few workers.

Horrible service at 11:40am I was having vitals taken as blood dripped from my finger I asked for a band aid to be placed on. The technician( crystal) told me she didn't have to put it in but to only provide it and watched as I put it on with one hand very great job if this is the type of service they aim to give!!! Would not recommend I've never seen her at the tech station better attitudes are needed
This place is horrible! Bad people skills, poor communication; phone is never answered, and poor hygiene by some of the employees even. I've been going here for years and this place is steadily declining in quality and service! I am grateful for the products and services that are available to the community but work efficiency has to improve!!

They were unexpectedly CLOSED today during hours they are "SUPPOSED" to be open, and with no explanation.... Unbelievable. Or rather, should I say "TOTALLY BELIEVABLE," because it seems like it's always something with this place. In other words, if it's not one issue, it's another, it seems.

Wish I could give this place a zero. No soap in the restroom for the last 3 times I've been there. Makes you wondering if employees are properly washing their hands. Unless they have a separate bathroom with actual soap, that they aren't providing to the donors Very unsanitary. For your health and safety would not recommend. Also they couldn't offer any bandaids after checking vitals and protein. Waited in line for 4 hours to even donate.

They are so unprofessional they don't answer the phone. After calling over 20 times nobody ever picked up. I even called one day while I was standing in the donation center and they just let the phone ring on super low I could hear it. My first visit (4/13/22) I was helped promptly and treated kindly. The center was clean and professional. Shout out to Maya and Tequila... Both techs were awesome!

Def slow. My first time going was pretty bad over 5hr just for the to stick me wrong and I got a nasty bruise from it. However my 2nd time going, I spoke to the nurse. She was very understanding and concerned about what transpired on my 1st visit. I was still in there for a long time.

Friendly, Understanding, & Patient staff. Many people who donate are impatient when visiting this location, but I try to remind them that many more people are served here and that the employees do as much as they can to make things move along in a safe &, professional manner. Plasma centers are notorious for drawing some of the most ratchet behaviors out of people, and I have to say, it is extremely peaceful here about 99% of the time. Everyone here are fond of work. If it's busy the centers management will run out to help. I can't lie even if it takes a while their realness, comedy and truthfulness makes the experience so much better?

They're not considerate of other peoples time, they let ppl skip you in line, then when you're done donating atleast 5 workers will walk pass you like you're not there. They pick and choose who they want to clean up first. After you first donation it's supposed to take 30-45 mins to donate but usually last a hr cuz they don't care what you have to do.

The hours are wrong. The building is closed at 3pm on Sunday and it's seems like they close earlier than what is listed on the website. It's an inconvenience every time I come and it's closed early.
